Kirsty's Pawfect Pet Boarding was brilliant in accommodating our 3 guinea pigs while we had a family week away. The piggies had a holiday too; well looked after and pampered by Kirsty! We were also kept informed and sent pictures of our precious pets by Kirsty during the week. We will definitely ask Pawfect to look after our pets for future trips. Thank you Kirsty!

I have absolute peace of mind when my dog is with Kirsty. She has him for walks, day care and boarding. He is so happy when he sees her and comes back having obviously had a fantastic time. Knowing he is getting a good run around with his friends and staying in a home environment is so important for our family pet and Kirsty meets our needs perfectly (pawfectly).

First time used kirsty’s services and I must say absolutely marvellous. We were kept updated throughout our dogs stay and it was obvious that our dog was being well cared for in a home environment that included being taken for walks. Kirsty was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Our dog obviously loved the experience and it was peace of mind taking into account the age of our dog. Would not hesitate to use again. We have been taking our border collie to Kirsty every week (for daycare) since October 2023, and our dog absolutely loves it! Kirsty is professional, experienced and passionate about working with dogs. Shes taken the time to build a good relationship with our dog and learn all his personality and little quirks. She is so attentive and caring, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for doggy daycare/boarding. It’s great peace of mind knowing that your dog is in a happy, safe place while you’re away!

Kirsty is great, I have been taking my chocolate Labrador (Charlie) for doggie daycare for over 12 months and he absolutely loves Kirsty. He has so much fun and especially Kirstys new pup who has taken a little fancy to Charlie 😁. Also nice to see the pictures Kirsty sends me of Charlie and all the other doggies having a great time and when they are all cuddle up having a little nap, soo cute. I would highly recommend Kirsty and her services .

Kirsty understands George's needs and accommodates them all, as an old Jack Russell there are plenty. He looks forward to going to stay and its reassuring for us to be able to relax on holiday knowing he's well looked after. Would highly recommend

Kirsty is very welcoming and down to earth. I love that she regularly updates us on our puppy’s day. The love and warmth she provides him is outstanding, he runs into Kirsty’s day care like it is his second home and comes away exhausted from a fun-filled day. Kirsty regularly communicates with us, making sure she is providing our puppy with the same training we are to keep consistency for him. So reassuring knowing we know our pup is happy and looked after whilst we work. Could not recommend Kirsty enough and will forever be grateful for the kindness, caring nature she provides.

Kirsty is amazing, really great knowing that our pup is somewhere with someone who has all the time in the world for him whilst we are at work. He always comes home happy and it's great knowing he's getting lots of interaction and exercise with the other dogs. Can't recommend enough, she loves all the dogs like her own!

We’ve been taking our pup, Peggy, to Woofits for a few months now, the staff are all really friendly and make you feel at ease, you get sent photos throughout the day and Peggy loves it there and playing and mixing with the other doggies and has made lots of new friends. Would highly recommend to anyone considering daycare for their dog.

Other than home, this is Ronnie's favourite place to be! I have been sending my 7 month pup Ronnie to daycare at Woofits since June 2020 and he loves it. As soon as I pull up he is bounding with excitement. Allie and Sammie are great with not just Ronnie but all the dogs, they know their stuff which makes me 100% comfortable to leave him knowing he will be properly cared for and having lots of fun. I receive regular updates on how he is doing throughout the day with some great pictures. I highly recommend!

Daisy has been going to woofits for a few months now and she absolutely loves it. She’s quite a needy dog and needs lots of cuddles but the girls make sure she gets all the attention she needs and she’s blossomed since going couldn’t recommend enough 😊. Her sister Rosie goes too and they are the best of friends so cute 🥰

Alfie absolutely loves going to Woofits. He bounds out of the car, pulls to the door and tries to jump the counter to get to Allie and Sammie as fast as possible. Alfie used to be a bit nervous around other dogs and was unsure of how to play with others. He went for an initial meeting with Allie and Sammie to decide if it was the right setting for him and now he is a different dog! Allie and Sammie are wonderful, making time for all the dogs and sending regular photo and video updates throughout the day. I am 110% happy knowing how well he is cared for and how much fun he is having at Woofits. Highly recommend!

Woofits is absolutely amazing. Dory gets so excited when she gets there and realises she's at 'nursery' for the day! I get photos of Dory throughout the day so I can see what she's been up to. The dogs get to be outside, free to run around, and they have rest breaks so they don't get too worn out! When I pick Dory up she sleeps all evening because she has played with her friends and ran around all day. The staff are so caring and absolutely love the dogs. They are accommodating with last minute bookings too which is so helpful. Best doggy daycare around!

I have been taking my German Shepherd to Woofit Walks for several years now. Allie and Sammie are brilliant. They are both so good at looking after all the dogs and are very professional. My dog loves it there and I have peace of mind knowing I can leave her to have a safe and lovely time every time she goes to Woofit Walks. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend the team at Woofit Walks highly enough. I have no hesitation in leaving my little schnauzer with them at all. He literally skips into the home of Allie & Sammie when he is dropped off. I get short videos and pictures throughout the day, I can see how much fun he is having and just how much the team play with him and encourage him. He is in a safe, fun environment and I do not need to worry about him at all. This place is definitely a 5 star stay for our beloved 4 legged friends. We are all so happy we found Woofits, Merlin included

Well what can we say...Craig and his family provide the most highest standard of care our baby boy baxter. A very professional service! Craig and his family looked after our two dogs for the weekend. They provided excellent care in a safe and secure environment. Our two dogs are not used to boarding but they settled immediately. The team go the extra mile to ensure your pet and their owners are given five star treatment. Plenty of photos and updates to put your mind at rest. Our pets certainly made themselves at home. We can’t thank Craig and his family enough for their wonderful care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service to friends and family.

I have just got back from a weeks holiday this was the first time we had put my dogs in somewhere when we went away so i was very anxious about them but i found Dotties and craig was brilliant he really put our minds at rest before we went and while we was away sending photo and videos of my dogs settling in and relaxing with craig and his family i would definitely recommend and be will be using again thank you for taking such good care of my doggos for me while i was away .

Craig looked after our cat for a long weekend. She was in very good hands, regular updates given and the service has been amazing. Will definitely use in the future.

We reached out to Craig at dotties pet care and he stated that he did not take dogs that are not neutered, which is understandable. Craig then got back in touch pretty much straight away and stated that there was someone else available who boards dogs on his behalf when they are unavailable/fully booked. That’s when we were put in touch with sue. Sue stated that she could look after our Bobby last minute and she was so lovely and her communication was fab. Bobby enjoyed his time with sue and came back all tired out, as he had been on lots of walkies with sue. I don’t think he wanted to come home haha. We would recommend sue to anybody and we can tell Bobby has been well looked after and enjoyed his time there. Will definitely be using again. Thank you sue. And thank you Craig for pointing us in the right direction so last minute. X

Craig assessed my puppy for a couple if hours. He wasnt phased by his boisterous behaviour. He was relaxed and had an obvious passion for dogs I felt totally relaxed and confident that my puppy would be well cared for. He sent me photos of my puppy to put my mind at rest. Am looking forward to using Dotties petcare in the very near future. 😁😁😁😁

I recently reached out to Craig at Dotties. We were all set to go on a family holiday when our home boarder let us down. Five weeks before flying and we had no one to look after our charming, clever furry cockapoo friend. Craig empathised and did everything to accommodate the family dog. I found the interaction with Craig very warm, confident and caring. He and his family are lovely people who go beyond a home boarding service. They looked after our dog with such love and introduced him to new friends. Our dog even showed Craig that he had a trick or two to share with his new doggy friends. One trick shared was his ability to reach for and open living room doors and then to invite his pals upstairs. Craig, was light hearted about this canine trick. We really appreciated receiving the text messages from Craig, while we were on holiday to say the furry friend was doing well and enjoying his time with other dogs. A truly wonderful family, doing more and more for the animal world. Their love for animals is incredible; this is more than a service, it is the ultimate place for dogs to be cared for - it’s Dottie’s place. Thank you for being amazing people.

100% recommend Dottie's pet care. The family are lovely and welcoming and put me at ease as I was worried leaving my dog for the first time. My dog was loving life there! She came home tired and had a good long nap! She loved playing with the families dog Dottie who is lovely. Definitely use this service!

We have been looking for a Doggy Day Care for our black lab for a while due to our previous one going on maternity and others just being a let down... Dottie and the family have made up for that lost time for our black lab. We met within such a short space of time of messaging and were accomidated so quickly, the fact we met the family and Dottie (and Freddie) just made us see how much they adore the dogs they care for and we started him straight away. My dog absolutely adores them all and recognises Dotties name of a morning when I say "should we go and see Dottie!?" Me and my partner couldn't be happier with the care Cole receives, his relationship with Dottie was meant to be! I also LOVE the pictures and videos I get sent, they make my day! Would recommend to absolutely anyone :-) Thanks for all you've done so far and what you will continue to do, we appreciate it!

Katie is trustworthy, caring and so reliable. She is amazing with Kobi, he adores her and it completely puts my mind at rest knowing she's not only taking care of Kobi but also trusted with our house key. If you need an outstanding pet service that comes with lots of smiles and warmth, Katie is for you ❤️

Katie is a doggy guardain angel. I don't think I'd trust Max with anyone else. Max adores her and all his new buddies he's made at daycare. I love the fact we get daily updates with a raft of photos of the dogs daily activities and updates. He comes back knackered every time after a day full of fun and adventures. He's been with Katie from being a young pup and I credit her for helping him being so socialbe and playful with other dogs. Definitely the best decision we made contacting Katie for daycare.

We had other dog walkers and doggy daycare for our dog before we found Katie and she is 100% the best dog walker we have ever had. Our dog, Ruby can be quite anxious but Katie has such a natural empathy and understanding of dogs that she really gives her confidence and reassures her. Ruby absolutely loves Katie and is so happy when she hears her van outside. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katie to any dog owner. She takes the time to get to know each and every dog in her care and treats them as her own.

I have complete trust in Katie, she truly cares and has the well-being of each animal she cares for at heart. This cannot be said of all pet sitters. My cats have been happy and content in her care and they haven’t been stressed when we have been away on holiday. I cannot recommend Katie enough .

I have 4 dogs and have used Katie’s pet care a couple of times for over night stays while I’ve been away. Brilliant service , sends photos and video updates if wanted. Good price and have booked again. Highly recommended!

I wasn't going to leave a review but as I have now tried to find a new day care / dog sitter who wouldn't take us as we had "fallen out" with Katie I feel like people should know we don't allow her to look after our dog anymore .. (my partner cannot do this review as she has been blocked from the page.) Katie came for our dog in the morning he was the first pickup , I went with her to the van (normally she would collect him from inside the building ) She placed my dog in a cage that had faeces in ... I don't know why but I didn't say anything as I was shocked , I thought about it all day and in the evening I asked her , she got quite aggressive and said it was not faeces and that it was sick !!!!! ... This is just as bad it carries just as many germs .. Either way it was not acceptable and rather than just calming the situation argued with me .I am not unreasonable and understand that maybe she was running late (which sadly was another problem we found on a regular basis) or had missed the cage and would have accepted that as a reason as we are only human and can make mistakes .. but no she argued .. so even though our little dog enjoyed his time out I cannot send him there anymore as I do not agree that my dog should lie in sick or faeces and that I should be answered back to after looking after my dogs best interests . This did happen a few months ago and as I said I wasn't going to write a review. However, having tried to find a new sitter, who before I told them my dogs name...already knew it, and that we had dealt with Katie before and also knew we had had issues with Katie. So I now feel like we have been talked/gossiped about on a group chat that all the local dog sitters are on (that another sitters has told us about). So due to the lack of hygiene in Katie's van and the fact we have been blacklisted , we are the ones who suffer as we cant use any local people. God knows what has been said about us .

Couldn’t recommend Lisa and the team enough at Liverpool Pet Care Company. Bertie loves spending his time at this day care, with lots of activities and socialising with other dogs. It’s perfect and we feel totally at peace knowing he’s well cared for and safe.

An outstanding service delivered by a wonderful team who really care about the dogs in their care. We have 3 different family dogs who visit Liverpool Pet Care and we would absolutely recommend Lisa and the team. From the first visit to our regular weekly daycare, the team have been absolutely fantastic. The dogs receive a host of engaging activities from sniff and search to ball games, to treat game challenges and more. Each dog is carefully introduced to the group taking the upmost care and attention to ensure it is a positive experience. My dog arrives and leaves with her tail wagging and is so excited to see the staff. She clearly has an absolutely fabulous time! We always receive a lovely warm reception from all of the staff whether it be Lisa, Katie, George or one of the team (including the handsome Bear!). The daycare reports the team send on a weekly basis to update us on our pup’s progress are a lovely touch and the thought that goes into the whole daycare experience including the Christmas photo, Christmas and birthday treats go beyond expectations. A big thank you to the team for making the daycare experience a first class service. My dog is one very lucky pup to have a place at Liverpool Pet Care daycare - we travel over half a hour to use the service past many other providers and we simply wouldn’t take her take her anywhere else! Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

We took our 9 Yr old English bull terrier to Lisa for nail clipping and glands and she was so welcoming and very patient with him as he was so hyper . Would definitely recommend liverpool pet care to anyone and the grounds where beautiful and the clinic was well equipped and clean the dogs must be in heaven living there Thanks again .

We wouldn’t recommend Liverpool Pet Care. We felt their communication with us was very poor. They stopped taking our dog for boarding stating they didn’t have availability and it was only months later that they told us it was due to our dog having anxiety when being left with them. This was an important thing they should have told us immediately. They cancelled our doggy daycare contract with three days notice after using them for a year, and the reason kept changing. They refused to honour the dates we had already booked for the rest of the month. Again there was poor communication and we still don’t feel they gave us the full story. They didn’t acknowledge or respond to the last email I sent them. We were very disappointed with the disrespectful way we were treated and would recommend looking elsewhere for doggy daycare.

We have used Liverpool pet care for 3 years now and the service has always been second to none. Ozzy loves his days at doggy day care and actually runs out of the house to Lisa whenever she comes to collect him. Would definitely recommend.

This is the only place I send my dogs to and fully switch off when i'm on holiday. Dolly waits at the door to be picked up and loves every single second she spends here. The best place!!

Fantastic service, regular photos and spacious cage. Eleanor took professional care for our four guinea pigs including nail clipping and cutting hair for the long-haired one. She have great knowlage about small animals, their diet, and taking care of them. Great contact and very fair price for the level of service. For sure we will back here in future, and we can recommend this place for everyone who looking high quality pet boarding. 5 stars!

Amazing care for small pets including rabbits and guinea pigs. Can't praise Eleanor and Alyssa enough for the attention they've given our little one while we're away

I started bringing my rabbit here in 2022 when I was going abroad. The day I was supposed to drop him off, he was really unwell and I thought I may have to miss my holiday. Eleanor made me so comfortable in saying that she would keep a close eye on him, give him his meds and also phone the vet to update them on my behalf. I have been bringing my rabbit here ever since when I am going away. The attention and dedication she gives to the animals whilst in her care is amazing and Eleanor always sends little updates & photos! Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend! A safe healthy and happy place. Felt really reassured and my rabbit was looked after so well.

Really pleased with the level of care our pets received. Can't thank Eleanor and her daughter enough for the cute picture updates, making us feel at ease leaving them; love that they really care.. Eleanor was absolutely fantastic when our hamster Autumn stayed for nearly 4 weeks. I was worried I wouldn't find somebody who would spend time with Autumn as a lot of places just feed hamsters and don't bother with them but Eleanor and her daughter were fantastic. I received pictures and updates throughout her stay and felt so at ease I didn't worry once as I knew she was in the right place. If you want your pet to be spoilt and treated like one of their own this is definitely the place to take them!

So good with our two bunnies. They are always happy to come here and get lots of love and healthy snacks and even come home with little goodies they have enjoyed. We always get updates which is much appreciated. Eleanor knows about lots of different animals and is so good with them! Highly recommend and thank you for Marmites and Maggies stay!x

Eleanor took excellent care of our guinea pigs recently. They were treated like one of the family and I would highly recommend for pet boarding.

Once again left my bunnie with Eleanor, I have the most fussiest bunnie ever, she went out of her way & more to find hay etc which my bunnie would eat, so dedicated, I always have peace of mind while my bunnie stays in her care, always sends up dates on how your pet is doing would not go anywhere else, 100% recommendation, thanks again Eleanor 🙂, & daughter Alyssa 🙂 Olwen Thomson ,

An excellent service, convenient, trustworthy, and always considers my dog's welfare- if it's too hot to walk her etc. More important than my opinion is my dog's- she goes crazy at the mention of his name, but as soon as she's on the lead with him she's calm.

Darren has been taking care of mine and my family's dogs for several years now and we wouldn't ever go elsewhere. The level of care he delivers, as well as his knowledge is second to none and most importantly - the dogs adore him! We now have a Romanian rescue dog (River) who takes a while to adjust and trust new people but Darren took the time and correct steps to gain his trust and now River absolutely loves his time with him. From dog sitting and walking, we can't recommend Wilson's Give A Dog a Bone more.

Darren has looked after my girls (I have 2 lurchers, sisters) since they were pups. He is honest, trustworthy and most importantly, my girls love him. I know they are in safe hands. He is very affordable and I get daily txts to let me know all is well. He goes above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

Darren is amazing with my 1 year old Labrador who is very excitable and playful! He absolutely loves going for walks with Darren and the service I have received has been amazing. I would highly recommend him and the services he offers to anyone!

Recently used Wilson’s give a dog a bone for a dog boarding for my 2 dogs while on holiday. The service was amazing, with both dogs having so much fun. Daily pics and daily messages from them made sure we weren’t worried, this really lifted a weight off our shoulders. Thankyou so much would highly recommend this service and will be using again !!

Darren is fantastic, he does free home consultations which make you feel at ease about who is looking after your pet, I couldn't recommend him more. He looks after both cats and dogs and provides a brilliant service.

If you’re looking for 5 star service, then don’t use Darren, because he gives 10 star service! Reliable, friendly and fun, we had peace of mind knowing that Darren was turning up at regular times each day to take Coco for her walk whilst we were away. Recently used Wilson’s give a dog a bone to do house visits why I was away on holiday. Every little detail was taken care of from meeting up to discuss my cats & Guinea pigs needs why I was away till I came home. I had message daily with pics just to let me know our pets were ok. Highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again 🥰
