I recently boarded my dogs with Donna, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! It was their first time boarding, and I was a bit nervous, especially since one of my dogs has epilepsy. However, Donna and her amazing team took incredible care of both of them. They made sure my epileptic dog was well looked after, and I felt confident knowing they were in such capable hands. When I picked them up, not only were they happy and healthy, but they also looked better than ever! I highly recommend Donna’s boarding services to any pet owner looking for a safe and loving place for their fur babies.

Le Pooch Chateau is wonderful! Donna and her team did a great job taking care of our 5 month old puppy Maddy last month! They showed us around and sent us pictures. We’ve had trouble finding a reliable place to board Percy when we have to travel, but LePooch has become our go-to!

I can't say enough great things about Le Pooch Chateau! Donna and her team took such good of my pups! It's the first time in 5 years that i was able to tear my husband away from our dogs!!! He's always worried that no one would care for them the way we do. NEWS FLASH!!! Le Pooch Chateau did just that!!! We have two smallish dogs (9lb and 23lb) and the accommodations couldn't have been better! Clean, spacious, and Donna did everything to accommodate my rheumatoid arthritis girl. I highly recommend Le Pooch Chateau to everyone who's looking for a highly reliable dog boarding facility. I will definitely be boarding my dogs with Donna and her team from now on.

I am so happy to have found a place where our boys feel comfortable and well cared for. Donna and her staff are so caring and you can tell they love what they do. We have two large older dogs (golden retriever and husky) that we boarded for the week. The staff kept us updated every step of the way and sent photos so we could see how our boys were doing. Le Pooch Chateau is the one and only place i take my babies to. The entire staff is amazing. They treat every dog with love and kindness. They pet them and play with them. The rooms are cute and clean. My dogs love everyone there (and trust me when i say that my male dog barely likes people hahah) The owner, Donna, is the sweetest lady ever! She is very kind, respectful and wants to do the best for my babies to have a great time. She was able to get my dogs to socialize with other dogs and she did that by being very patient, professional and kind. Debbie, Danielle and Chris are also very loving with my dogs. Everyone is! And you can really tell they do it with passion, not as a job, but as something they love doing. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you for everything you do Le Pooch Chateau. Donna and her staff are fantastic and true animal lovers. We boarded our 2 dogs there for a night and they went above and beyond for our boys - from special accommodations for the grumpy guy to playing fetch with the younger one. The place was immaculately clean and they have a variety of spaces for the pups. Extra bonus, we had them groomed as well. Our dogs came home handsome and happy! Donna was super great at communicating and flexible to meet the dogs needs. You can tell she just wants the best for the dogs. It felt like leaving them with our favorite trusted aunt who happens to be in the dog boarding business - we had complete peace of mind while out of town.

I brought my Woodle, Willow here for a week and it was wonderful. This was our first year trying to plan vacation while owning a dog. We trusted LePooch Chateau to take care of Willow while we were away and I'm so glad we choose them. They sent pictures to keep me updated and let me know how she was doing during the week. Willow was comfortable in the home like environment and the staff were incredibly friendly. We would definitely use them again.

Dropped our dog off for the day and we are so pleased with what this place has to offer! The ladies were extremely friendly and caring, and they took such great care of him! We cannot wait to bring him back for daycare and for weekly boarding when we go on vacation!

We have been using doggie paradise since last December and every experience since has been delightful. Doggie paradise staff know how to take care of our goodledoodle, mahalo, every time we bring him he runs straight to the staff and is ready to play. Mahalo comes home after every trip happy and tired! We could not be more thankful.

I have place my dog many times at Doggie Paradise and everytime was a winner. The staff is very friendly and will go the extra mile. I love their cameras so I can see how well she is playing with the other dogs.

It's a great sign that Tillie gets so excited when we mention that she is going to Doggie Paradise. She loves it there. I love watching her play with all the other dogs. on the cameras. Our dog Shortee spent 5 days at Doggie Paradise. The team was so good with him. He loves all of the caregivers! They sent a daily email providing an update and pictures. Ive been using Doggie Paradise for about a month and I love this place. The place is clean and the staff is great. Chloe loves the staff. She’s always excited as soon as we pull up to the lot. She knows she gets to play with her friends. They take care of my pup. The pricing and packages are more affordable than other daycare I have looked into. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a daycare for your pup.

First time trying Doggie Paradise grooming services. They were very professional and kind towards my pup and I. My dog is 12 years old and going blind so they listened to my concerns and were very patient with me. The groomer Rafael was so nice and did a great job, and the front desk lady was super helpful.

We started going to Doggie Paradise 10 years ago when we lived in Rutherford. We bought a house 35 minutes away 8 years ago but still will ONLY go here. We trust them with our dogs so inherently - they are caring, kind, they really get to know each of our dogs and their personalities, and when we pull into the parking lot, our dogs get SO excited....which tells us everything we need to know.

My Maxie Boy (Chocolate Lab) loves it here! He gets to play with all of his friends during the day and sleep comfy at night! I have used Doggie Paradise several times to board Max overnight or just daycare during the day. He has stayed there for as long as a week and when he is boarded overnight he gets a free exit bath and comes home nice and soft. I do remind them of his allergy to chicken whenever he stays there. A few times he has come home SUPER thirsty and the one time was just from a bath so I would like him to get more opportunity to drink during the day. Even if he is only there for a bath, I think he'd get the opportunity to drink water at some point being that he was there for 3+ hours. Other than that they are great! I LOVE the web cams. It gave us an opportunity to check on him while we are on vacation and the kids love seeing him on the screen. Max will usually come home from his 'vacation' exhausted from playing so much that he'll sleep for about 24 hours when he gets home. LOL As long as he is safe, fed and clean we are all happy! Thank you Doggie Paradise!

Doggie paradise has been great with our two dogs. They are able to manage them without any problems and the camera access is a big plus!

I recently boarded my dog, Astor, at Dogtopia for a month, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received. From the moment we dropped him off, the staff were warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about dogs. The owner, Christine, is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and kept us updated with regular photos and reports, which provided great peace of mind. My dog returned home happy, healthy, and well-exercised. He seemed to have formed a special bond with the staff, and it was evident that he enjoyed his time there. The facilities are clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for play and rest. They never leave dogs alone. There is at least one trainer present at all times. I highly recommend Dogtopia for anyone looking for a reliable and loving place to board their dog. The excellent care they provided Astor has made them our go-to choice for doggie daycare and boarding. Thank you, Dogtopia and Christine, for taking such wonderful care of our furry family member!

Dogtopia Westmont is a great spot to bring your fur babies. Staff is always so polite and friendly. Facility is spotless. The staff always interacts with all the puppies. I cannot recommend Dogtopia enough! After trying several different daycare facilities for my dog, we finally found the perfect one. Unlike other places, he always comes home smelling fresh, so there's no need for an extra bath. The staff at Dogtopia are incredibly patient and friendly. One of the best features is the live camera feed, allowing me to check on my dog at any time. Even when he's the only dog there, the staff ensure he has plenty of playtime and is constantly supervised. It's clear that Dogtopia prioritizes the well-being and happiness of their furry guests, making it the best place I've found for my dog.

Dogtopia is wonderful I should have thought of this sooner for my pup. We are so happy we found this place and our puppy is to he is not only being taken care of he is learning to! I have gone through multiple trainers and since I started taking my pup here we have noticed the change right away with him desperately needed mental stimulation and socialization. The staff at Dogtopia are wonderful I feel very relaxed knowing my puppy is safe and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend anyone to take there dog here and they offer other services to. I started bring my dog here 3 months ago! For 3 months, he’s attended 2 daycare sessions a week. He absolutely loves the it and I love the care he receives. The staff is super attentive to every pups need. They always make you feel at ease. My dog always leaves having the best time of his life.

I can not say enough great things about my experiences at Dogtopia at Westmont Station. The staff are very friendly and attentive to both the dogs and their humans. The facility is extremely clean and does not smell like an animal facility in the least bit. They are very transparent and allow owners to tour the facility and see all areas as well as they have cameras that only dog parents of dogs that attend have access to through an App. An employees is with the dogs at all times in the playrooms. Anytime a time a dog relieves himself you can see the employees immediately cleaning the area. My dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia and I feel comfortable knowing that he is being well cared for and I can check on him with the cameras. He comes home tired and content and does not smell at all like a kennel. I would highly recommend Dogtopia for your Doggie daycare needs.

Bakers Dog Care did an AMAZING job taking care of my pup! John was thorough when asking questions about my dog’s routine, diet, supplements and walks. He communicated with me and even included photos of how my pup was doing! I was 100% comfortable that my dog was safe and being well taken care. I will definitely be using Bakers Dog Care again!

I had been using a cat sitter for sometime and was no longer using her. My neighbors recommended Bakers Dog Care. From the moment I met John I knew my kids were in good hands. He goes over all details of when to feed, what to feed and anything he would need to know. I went on a 5 day trip and he texted me everyday to let me know everything was good. John and his team are outstanding! We’ve used Bakers Dog Care services weekly since we got our English Bulldog and it’s been such a positive experience. Our Millie gets excited when they come to feed her and take her out. They care so much about the dogs, the bowls are always washed filled with fresh water treats given etc. My work schedule changes weekly and John has been so accommodating always available. We would be lost without Bakers Dog Care. Millie thanks you all from the bottom of her doggy heart.

The best around! We've been using John and Baker's dog Care since we found out about him and couldn't be happier. John is more in tune with dog's than anyone I've encountered. He is amazing with them. I've never once had any questions about the quality of care they would receive while under his care. I can't say enough good things about this company.

I just want to share what a great person John is. His love and compassion for animals is beyond measure. He took care of my dogs like they were part of his family. He had also given me some food suggestions that helped my boys eat a more healthy diet. His partner who also came in to walk my dogs spent time with them that they needed while I was away. I felt so safe knowing my dogs were in such good care. I was able to go away and know my dogs were safe and well taken care of. I just want to say thank you! You are your staff are amazing and I’m forever grateful.

John was nice enough to help us out last minute and watch our black lab Adonis overnight and he had the best time ever! John and his wife are so sweet and clearly love animals. John even sent me a cute video of Adonis playing with all his new doggy friends. We will definitely be using Bakers Dog Care services again!

It is with great enthusiasm and not an ounce of hesitation that I recommend Baker’s Dog Care. They have been professional, reliable and all around wonderful since the moment I called for them to walk my pup. This may be a little long, but… I came home from work one day too sick to walk my dog, so, I called them based on a friend’s referral. They walked my dog 3 times a day for the next 10 days as I was unable to get out of bed. They also checked on me every time they came to the house. When one of the walkers was concerned that I looked worse than the day before, John, the owner, called to see if I was ok and offered to bring soup or whatever I needed. Since I began using their services I have taken in 3 fosters, 1 at a time. The walkers have been super helpful and accommodating with each new foster and the owner even let me borrow a crate. One of the fosters has had some trust issues due to neglect / abuse / no socialization. John spent some time visiting with my foster pup to build trust, a few times, before taking him for a walk. They are all professionals who truly love the dogs. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 🐾💕

We used Baker's Dog Care a few times and each time Lila came home so happy. She reminded me of a child who didn't want to leave their day care because they were having too much fun! The second time we went to Baker's, Lila started barking when we were at the top of the block! By the time we parked she was pushing against the car door. This was a few months after our last visit! Both John and his wife took care of Lila like she was their own beloved dog. They were so respectful of our needs and concerns. We had used another dog care facility before so we know what Lila looks like when service is NOT good. This was not the case here. Lila came home buoyant, clean, smelling great, and filled up with kisses and love. She had none of the trouble that other dog places will tell you is "normal" when you bring your pet back home - no "readjustment" or feeding issues at all. Quite the opposite. Lila came home happy and content. I highly recommend Baker's Dog Care with no reservations.

It’s so hard to find someone you can trust with your dog, especially if you have an energetic crazy hound like me. But Bakers is the best and I trust them completely. For anything to dog walks to boarding, ti helping us out in a last minute pinch, they always make sure the dogs are safe, cared for, and happy. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

We went away for 5 days and were nervous to leave our baby with a pet sitter for the first time ever. We can say now as long as it’s Jaime we will never be nervous again! As you can see our cat loved her lol. We received daily photos, all directions were followed as given in regards to feedings/supplements and litter scooping and she even vacuumed around the box which I didn’t ask of her! Came home to a happy, healthy and loved kitty 😊

Jamie is wonderful! She took such great care of our little guy while we were away for a few days! I was green in the area of pet sitting because I usually take the pets everywhere with me lol. But Jamie exceeded my expectations by far! We also communicated daily while I was away, and she even sent me daily pics of my little guy. It was because of Jamie that I could relax while away! My entire family thanks her for that.

We hired Jaime to care for our pets in our home while we were away for almost two weeks. We have quite a menagerie - 4 cats and 3 dogs, several of whom have special needs. We’ve used Jamie now twice with our big boy Archie! Jamie is absolutely amazing and has treated our needy boy pristinely! Our first experience with Jamie found us in a pinch and needing a dog sitter for an unplanned trip. Jamie helped us calm down and made time to make sure we and Archie were comfortable with her. Needless to say we were sold and haven’t looked back since! Jamie thinks about the things most walkers/sitters don’t… she checks the temperature, she pulls in packages if they’re out front, and sends you photos of your furry one without being asked. Jaime takes really good care of our dog Jager. He seems to be happier than when we leave him behind. She’s super nice - super reliable - I recommend Jaime to take care of your pets while you’re away or even while you’re around.

Jamie stayed at our house with our dog Ollie for an extended stay to care for our dog while we were away and she was absolutely fantastic. Ollie is a senior dog, and he needs twice daily shots of insulin for diabetes, and Jamie managed his care beautifully. Jamie was extremely caring , making sure to keep Ollie well socialized during our absence. She was available in real time to update us, and extremely diligent about ensuring that Ollie was always a happy dog. She was also extremely respectful of our home, which she also took great care of while we were away. We really felt like Jamie treated our dog, and us , like we were her family, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

I was looking for someone who would stay overnights with Cleo when I have to travel for work. I'm new in town so I had a lot of anxiety about finding someone trustworthy and skilled, but Jaime put all my worries to rest. She is very easy to work with, pays careful attention to all instructions and sends multiple updates during the day. Cleo took to Jaime right away and did very well while I was away. She didn't show any sign of stress, which was my top priority. Everything worked out perfectly. I'm lucky to have found Jaime.

This dog care service is the BEST! Took care of my dogs (and sometimes even me;) post surgery when I couldn’t walk my two by myself. They are amazing, caring and love your dogs like their own! Always reliable, always on time and dogs LOVE them! Such good care, rain or shine complete with rain coats! I’ve also observed them coincidentally walking my dogs on my way home from work and they looked so happy and treated SO well! I contacted Jenny via phone call we spoke and quickly arranged a meet and greet and right away she gave me a comforting vibe and I knew Rocco would be in safe hands . I received picture updates while on vacation of Rocco and other dogs on walks and I just knew he was having a fun time as well. I’m so glad I came across Jenny . Being a first time fur mom can be quite scary, having to leave your pup "my baby" with a total stranger can be just as uneasy.... Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had to leave my pup with her for a long weekend and I felt so comfortable, and my dog was SO happy! Her place is like a cozy little dog sanctuary so I definitely felt like I was leaving him somewhere he'd feel comfortable and at home. She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day which I loved, and always kept me in the loop. She even cooks her own organic food and treats, and sent us home with a sample to try out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend for all of your pet needs, would care and love your dog like her own!

Jeny's home was just what I was looking for. I have an older dog that gets very anxious so it was important for me that I found something that was as close to a home as possible. I didn't even have time to bathe my dog before I dropped him off and he came back super shiny. I'm looking forward to using the services again.

Best dog sitter I have ever had! I am from Canada and used this service for my youngest pup while travelling. I wish they were closer. Will certainly get them again anytime I am in the NJ/NYC area. Very fast at responding to messages, very polite and kind, incredibly reasonable price, and my little boy seemed so happy when I picked him up!

Jenny is lovely, kind, caring, responsive, reliable, professional...can't say enough good things about her. She took great care of our dog Teddy during regular walks and during boarding when we were away. She also takes adorable photos!! She also took great care of our cat (drop in feeding and medicating) when we were away. We trust her completely.

Finding someone to trust your baby with can be a nerve wracking experience. So much can potentially go wrong. And has a few times for me with others. But I knew I’d finally found the right person when I found Jenny. She’s a pro 100%. I knew she was someone I could leave the keys to my home with (literally and figuratively). She’s a great communicator. She’s thorough. She’s thoughtful. She takes initiative. She’s experienced. She’s fair and She’s kind. I will use Jenny for as long as I have a dog in my life and as long as she’s willing to care for them. I could not recommend her enough. Finding the right person for this particular job is priceless.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Jenny!! She has taken care of my pets for me for the last 3 years with such care and compassion. My dogs know the second we turn onto her street and start freaking out because they are so excited to see her. They hate leaving!! I have a hectic unknown schedule because I am in the airline industry and she always seems to make it work to care for my dogs last minute. She is responsive, reliable, and her prices are very reasonable!! (As if there is really a price too high to know your fur babies are being loved on every second you can’t lol) She also is an amazing photographer and takes the best photos of your babies for you while you’re away. 10/10 recommend Jenny’s services to anyone in the NJ area. I tried so many unreliable Wag dog sitters until I came across Jenny and I will never go back. Thanks J for all you do for Gnash and Bindi!!!

Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Leeland takes such good care of our 2 big pups! Her walkers are caring and detailed. My dogs love them and look forward walks with licks and kisses. We receive photos from each outing!

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.

We moved to the UWS fulltime in 2022 and are so grateful to have found Leeland and her team at The Perfect Pooch. They are caring, professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It gives us such peace of mind to know our pup is in their hands for walks, boarding, and dog sitting.

New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! Rheanna has been so great with our dog Finley, so respectful of our space and just an all around great person. Thank you for all you do for Finley!

As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. I am so incredibly grateful to have them in my life. Leeland is a joy to work with, and the walkers are highly skilled, well trained, loving, and perennially punctual. However, an even higher recommendation comes from my dogs—they are so happy to see the walkers when they arrive that they completely forget I exist.

My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.

I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!

Great overall experience on Day 1 for my 85lb. Chocolate Lab pup (8 months). Vanessa was lovely upon our arrival and from the doggy meet and greet, to his day at daycare, and their responsiveness when I called to check in I am very please thus far. My only issue is that they do not have an outside space for the dogs to get out. It is a completely indoor facility - very clean, neat, and organized.. spacious too. Knowing that Hudson was a few weeks out of OCD shoulder surgery, they kept an eye on him ensuring he didn't overly exert himself nor did other dogs also push him too much for play. All in all I was pleased with the interaction and loved the "report card" that was provided at the end of the day to summarize his behavior and day. I plan to have Hudson return for daycare and will be giving their boarding a try too. Thank you Vanessa and team for making me feel comfortable leaving my baby.

The team at Hounds Town is awesome! They were friendly, engaged with our dogs and made us very comfortable as we left our pooches to be boarded for their first time! We were nervous but they made us feel good and at peace as my husband and I went off for a much needed long weekend!

I boarded my elderly dog here for four days. He had never been boarded before, so needless to say I was worried about how he would adjust. I’m happy to say that Hounds Town Bergen exceeded my expectations. The staff was so caring and supportive of both me and my fur elder!! I received a text saying that he was doing well, and the photos on Facebook helped to relieve my anxiety. I highly recommend this establishment!!

Our dog, Zuko, had so much fun in Hounds Town! He got a lot of his energy out and socialized with dogs his size, in a safe environment. The staff are always so friendly and responsive. They posted cute pics of him and he looked so happy! They gave us a report card at the end of daycare, which I thought was a really cute touch. Also, the prices are great, the place is clean and spacious—Highly recommend!

My dog came out of his 1st day evaluation very happy. This only means he enjoyed his stay there. Excellent and professional staff. The office ambiance was also excellent and very welcoming. Am pretty sure we’ll be back for more of the love and new friends he made today

The team here is phenomenal. They treat my baby like their own. They’re all very friendly and professional. The lobby is always clean and smells good. Tobias enjoys every single minute of the 4 days a week he goes here. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and compassion. I love seeing all of the pictures on social media of how happy the dogs are playing here.

Danielle is AMAZING with our 14yr old baby - she’s been grooming him for years, we have followed her from PetSmart to here. Hounds-town is a more smaller, family, caring and friendly. They offer a lot of services for pet care.

I was totally impressed with the detailed communication. I was hesitate to board again since we had a bad experience, BUT Houndstown definitely changed that! Now I have a place where my dog can stay, and be taken care of! And I have peace of mind!! Thank you!!!

We love Hounds Town Bergen and so does our beagle! After being rejected at a previous doggy daycare because our beagle was too shy and didn't interact much with the staff-- we lost all hope in finding a good place for our beagle until we found Hounds Town. They took her in with open arms and really took the time to gain her trust. She comes home pooped out from all the fun! We also love the photo updates! Hounds town has helped her so much to get over the fear of meeting new dogs and new people. I would absolutely recommend this place to all my dog moms/dads!

The place looked very clean and everyone was very friendly! The evaluation process was easy and I felt reassured that he would be in good hands. My dog spent time there while I was away on vacation and he had an absolute blast! They uploaded pictures of him playing with the others dogs on their facebook page (like the one i attached) and definitely made me feel comfortable leaving him there. I plan to continue to bring him there for future daycare and boarding needs!
