I went there as a pet sitter for two dogs I was taking care of in October! The ladies understood that I was going to pick them up seeing as the owner was not able to. They were super sweet and the pups looked too happy after I came back for them! They smelled so good too! I highly recommend this place to bring your pups!

We tried them for the first time today. The service was for a bath, brush, de-shedding, and nails. Dropped our lab off at 10. We were told he’d be ready at 2. I called at roughly 2:10. They said he was ready. Picked him up and he was still wet and did not look like he was brushed at all. I had to dry him off with a towel at home. I was speechless. Not worth the 60 bucks we paid. Will not be returning.

My Dogs love going to play at Eli’s any chance they get. I love how much they sleep when they get home. With a 2 year old chocolate lab and 10 month old Aussie exercise is a must. Eli’s is also a life saver when we travel. Knowing they get love and care make this Mama’s heart feel at ease when having to leave them. I like to add on half play days when they board so I know they are having fun. But don’t just take my word for it, just ask my dogs. Do you want to go to Eli’s’s? Their excitement says it all.

Love how it is small groups of dogs to make sure each animal is getting the proper attention they need. They also have an amazing groomer on-site; and a very reasonable price that rivals other locations that do not so well a job and charge close to $100. These caregivers know each fur baby by their name and know their personality. They know their temperaments and make sure it's a safe environment for them.

We love Eli’s! Barrett and the staff have cared for and loved on our pups for years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What a wonderful place for our furry companions. Eli's is top notch in grooming, boarding and day play. My girl has been going for a couple of years and she absolutely loves it! They are "hands down" the BEST!! I highly recommend them if you're in need of any of the services they offer.

Love how well they groom my Golden Retriever! Used to work here when they first opened and the employees are wonderful as well!

What a wonderful staff! We brought our two cats to stay for a week. We called every day for updates, and they were happy to do it. Clean place. Easy-going.

Eli’s treats Frankie (and ourselves) like family, and for that, I will be forever thankful! Our labradoodle needs constant attention so we decided to bring him to Eli’s a few days a week to play while we work. Barrett and her staff are extremely sweet and loving with him and he always comes home smiling and content! I also recommend the groomers there as they keep Frankie looking like a handsome doodle! (Other places just cut his hair like a poodle😒) A+

Eli's has been a blessing! We have been taking our Husky here for several years! He loves the day play. It helped him become more socialized with other dogs and people. We have him and our older dog groomed here as well. The staff are friendly and you can tell they LOVE THEIR JOB! We take our Husky, Bandit twice a week for play. We also board himwhen needed.

Mary has been our pet sitter for several years and is the only person we trust our pets with! I am so very thankful to have found such a reliable & loving caregiver for our dog and cats. During her visits, she take pictures to update us throughout the time we’re gone — they love her visits! Recently, one of our cats was hospitalized & we had a planned trip that we could not miss. Mary gave our baby her required daily meds & gave us peace of mind with her daily updates. We cannot recommend her enough to all our local friends. You can rest at ease that your pets will be well cared for. I’ve told Mary many times I don’t know what we would do without her!

Mary is absolutely wonderful! She took care of my fur babies as if they were her own. She always sent me updates with each visit, including pictures and videos which really helps when you are missing your babies! I will definitely have Mary come back again and recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter! She loves her job and takes it very serious! You will not be disappointed!

I sincerely do not know what we would do without Mary. She loves our babies and we love her. I have a lot of anxiety about leaving them alone but since finding Mary I am so comforted. She is reliable. She is extremely flexible, our schedule varies greatly and she accommodates us cheerfully and courteously. I get pics from every visit and you can see how happy and calm the babies are in her presence. She genuinely loves animals and is committed to what is best for them. I cannot recommend her enough or overstate what she means to our family. Henry, Nala and Freddie could not be in better hands and I am so grateful.

Mary has a sixth sense when it comes to dogs. Our dog "Louise" looks forward to seeing Mary more than us! Seriously, a "Mary visit" is the high point of Louise's week. She is also very flexible when we've had to make last minute schedule changes, We have a 55 lb hound dog that's all muscle. And she pulls like crazy. Mary handles her nicely, always returning her safe and sound. When our dog sees Mary arrive, she loses her mind. Baroooooooo. It's so sweet. I don't know what we'd do without her. 5+ stars for Mary!

I have relied on Mary’s services for going on four years! I can text short notice (which I hate doing) and I can plan on her at the start for any travel plans. She helped me take care of my old puppies and now my new puppies. There has never been a time that we couldn’t count on her! We love Mary and she loves our babies!!!

I could not be happier with Faith Love & Paws Pet Care. Mary is wonderful, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive and takes great care of all our fur babies. We've used this company for cat care many times on vacation, and for day visits for our puppy to let her out during the day while working. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for pet care!

I recently had the pleasure of boarding my two dogs, IO and Ginger, at Pet Palace, and I was absolutely blown away by the incredible care they received, especially from Henry. Henry was particularly kind and attentive to IO and Ginger. He took the time to get to know their individual personalities and needs, and he made sure that they felt comfortable and happy throughout their stay. He even sent me daily photo and video updates of the two of them, which gave me great peace of mind knowing that they were being well-cared for. When I picked them up at the end of their stay, IO and Ginger were so excited to see me, but they were also a little sad to leave Henry. That's the best sign to me that they had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Pet Palace to anyone looking for a safe and loving place to board their pets. Henry is a true asset, and he goes above and beyond to make sure that every pet feels happy and loved.

The owner was so friendly and understanding when I needed last minute arrangements for my dog. He took great care of my dog including grooming her while I was away. He posted pictures on his Facebook page so I could see her during my trip. Definitely recommend

I had two dogs groomed there for the first time and they were still wet when we picked them up after a whole day at the groomer's place. There were strands of hairs that were clearly missed during trimming here and there. And it was just very average experience and not very satisfactory results.

A great deal of care goes into providing a comfortable and stress free atmosphere for your pet. Your pet will feel like a king or queen when they are at this palace!

This place is amazing with friendly staff. They are always helpful when I need to make last minute arrangement and for a great price. They take such great care of my pups.

I've been taking my dogs (2 pits) here for almost a year now. The owner has a natural love for animals that shows the second he meets your furbaby. I love that the kennels are decent size and that they get to go outside and potty in the grass and play several times a day...no concrete run to potty and lay on here! My dogs are always happy here and I know they are loved! They always have water in their indoor kennel and they even have backup generators to power the whole kennel in case of power failures due to storm, etc!! My dogs are indoor dogs so they don't tolerate hear or cold well. They love it here!! Not to mention they are AFFORDABLE too.

Outstanding!! My three dogs are so clean and shiny that I can’t stop touching them!!!! Henry, thank you for doing such a great job with my babies, you were so kind and gentle with them. I’ll be back!

The facility could probably use some cleaning up but the staff is really friendly and they actually gave my dog the haircut I wanted. She is a cockapoo and somehow groomers always make her look overly poodle even when I show them a picture. But this place did exactly what I wanted. My only real recommendation would be for them to utilize a cage free method for the dogs. Not every dog does well in kennels.

The staff is awesome. Always courteous and accomadating. Trooper is always excited to stay there and I have peace of mind knowing he's in great hands. It is an older facility but what they lack on frills they more than make up for with how much they care. They have a genuine love for the animals.

I would not leave my dogs anywhere else. Deborah really cares and understands that pets are family members and she treats them as such and always keeps you informed of what is happening each day by pictures and videos. You can enjoy vacationing without your pets when you know they are in good hands.

Been using Deb and team for years, My pets are always treated well, loved and get the best care around. Not only do I feel comfortable leaving them but I know they are comfortable too. Maddie, my dog loves Deb and the staff and it makes it so much easier to leave. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend! I don’t trust anyone with my fur baby due to previous experience, but this place is awesome! We got pictures of our baby everyday and she was happy & smiling in every picture. Such sweet people and will definitely be booking again in the future during our travels.

We have never left our baby before. This place was recommended by a friend. We had the opportunity to visit and let our girl run around the yard prior to leaving her. Right away, we were impressed. It is clean, well run and very accommodating. We highly recommend & will go again! Book early because they fill up fast! You won't be disappointed!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would Mrs. Deborah and her husband took such wonderful care of my two babies while my family was on vacation she sent be daily pictures and updates! They looked very happy and at home ! Would recommend to anyone I know with fur babies !

This place is the best. Debra cares so much for the dogs and is always so sweet to them. I never worry when mine are here. Kennels are always clean, smells fresh in the kennel and nice area for the dogs to run and play

Wonderful people. Our dogs were treated like family. Clean and climate controlled. All of this with reasonable pricing. We know our dogs will be safe and well cared for.

Amazing place! We used No Place Like Home for the first time for 8 days over Christmas. They took wonderful care of my 2 dogs. It's apparent from the moment you walk in that they are animal people. They explained there process and showed me the kennel they would stay on (very spacious) as well as the fenced in yard for them to run around in. Deb stayed in constant communication, providing pictures, videos, and updates. Both dogs were exhausted when I picked them up in the morning so they got plenty of exercise. They are very professional and do everything by the book. We will be back for sure!

The Winters are sweet! Our dog, Betty was well taken care of and happy.

They really love the animals and they really take care of them. She also sends pictures of your animals while you are gone

Isaiah has been wonderful when it comes to training our deaf 2 year old pit bull, Jolene. When we first started training she was unruly and we couldn’t walk her without her knocking us down and lunging at other people or dogs. After starting training she has become the best dog we could have ever asked for. We have been able to do things with her like taking her to a busy store or park or walking off leash that would have never been possible without Isiah. It also helps that she absolutely loves him as well and is always so excited to see him at every lesson. We would recommend him for any body in need of a trainer because we couldn’t have done this without him.

Our 4 year old Lab, Riley, was a covid era puppy and a "wild child". He was leash reactive with other dogs and over exuberant when greeting people. We met Isaiah through another very satisfied client. We had previously worked with two trainers, all to no avail! Only Isaiah had the "transformative touch"! He trained both us, and Riley. We have been walking Riley off leash on the beach. He comes reliably when called. We are able to walk him in public and in stores. He now greets guests using his best manners with 4 feet on the floor, or in his "place". If you have ever been reluctant to train a dog using an E-collar....don't be! Your dog will enjoy a sense of freedom you never thought was possible AND you will enjoy your dog even more than you could ever imagine! Had we known about Isaiah when Riley was just a puppy, we would have saved ourselves a lot of time, money and angst! We are delighted to share our experience, and we most highly recommend Isaiah! Very impressed with Isiah and how he trained my dog for off leash. After the 3ish weeks of training my dog Dug was completely a different dog in all the best ways. This training that Dug took on has allowed us to take him in public and not have to worry about him. Even after the training was complete Isiah is allowing us to tag along with him and the other dogs he's training so I can further Dugs training. 1000% worth the money. Isaiah and Katlin were amazing with our Old English Bulldog. Bailey is a stubborn dog but with guidance and love, Isaiah was able to get her off her anxiety medication. Isaiah trained Mark and I how to be pack leaders. He trained Bailey how to follow directions. With Bailey knowing what we expect from her now, she is able to have confidence in herself which is a win win for all! We also have a bonus knowing we can board Bailey with Bark and Bone without worry if the need ever arises. I can not say enough about how Isaiah and Katlin put our mind at ease over the three week training. Bailey had training at the kennel and also real life experience walking down main street. Something she was NEVER able to do before. Isaiah and Katlin sent us videos and pictures throughout the entire three week training period. I went from a teary eyed mess the day we left Bailey in Bark and Bone's care to being a happy confident pack leader!! What a difference! ~Dawn

Isaiah is awesome. My Lester was a very excited 1 year old puppy. Lester has learned to come, sit, place, down and leave it. He is much calmer and pay close attention to me. Thank you Isaiah and Katlin!

This is an anazing business and the owners and employees are so caring, genuine and devoted to the care of the dogs as well as the hoomans that entrust their fur babies to them… Isaiahhas trained two vizslas fir me… one was a foster that needed to gain trust and confidence and my own four year old that is a Covid puppy… The work they did fir Stella was amazing the change in her was night and day different… she is a beautiful girl that is now confident and loving her new family…my girl Shyloh is a new girl in public and with meet people and other dogs, I can walk her with just a light two finger hold on her leash and she so much more happy and confident in public … both girls are great off leash also… Kaitlin and the other staff are so friendly and genuine they really do make you feel like a friend and that my dogs were and still are loved and part of their extended dog family Isaiah is a true dog whisperer. Thank you for maki g such a wonderful influence on my two redheads and for always making the human parents feel heard and important. For the record he also is great at training the humans as I think we are harder to train than are the dogs. Thank you everyone at Bark and Bones

Amazing! Bark and Bone did such a great job helping my parcor lab/german shorthair with all her weird fears. Willow, my Boston, is such an enjoyable dog now. She's practicing with me going in stores, riding in the car, going to the office with me, walking on a leash instead of running in circles! Any dog, any age and any human is going to love training with Bark and Bone!

What a great experience. Isaiah and the rest of the team are amazing. You can see how much they love the dogs. They go out of their way to make the dogs happy. The 3 week boarding and training we got was amazing. Our dog Fitz is more calm and he listens so well to commands. Highly recommend. This training would cost 2-3x the amount if it were done in Raleigh. Great value. Keep up the good work.

My dog Chester was harming himself every time I would leave him. We went in not knowing if this would work. To our surprise within a month I am able to leave the room and he won’t be a bloody mess! It was definitely a tough process but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

So thankful for Isaish and his staff. They are truly AMAZING. I am a first time lab parent and boy did I have my hands full. Isaiah did an awesome job at training Bodie and giving me the confidence I needed in myself to make this training successful. We will definitely use him again in the future not only for training but also for boarding and doggy daycare.

Our dogs have been going to Lucky Paws for a little more than a year. They are high energy pups who come home completely exhausted. We alternate their daycare time so they can have free time away from each other and socialize with other dogs. We have kenneled the girls on a few different occasions. Each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The girls become so excited in the car and obviously love everyone there. We can relax knowing they are in good hands.

Great place to bring your pet if you’re heading out of town. My dog loved being there and playing with all the other dogs. The staff was really nice. They even allowed my diva of a dog to have her laundry basket that she sleeps in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to fix their video feed as it is very choppy, more like seeing pictures rather than a video. I would definitely use them again.

Lucky Paws is a great place to bring your dog or cat. The staff truly cares about your family. Just ask anyone who brings their pets there. The dogs are just excited to get out back and play.

I had to board my very nervous rescue dog (Luna Dotson) unexpectedly due to a last minute change in my trip. I was extremely worried because she has never been boarded before and she is not the most social dog. However, she had a GREAT time at Lucky Paws and I felt like they took really good care of her...I loved being able to watch the webcam and follow her daily activities with the "pet tracking" feature. They treated her so well and when I picked her up she was so happy (and very clean!). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to board their dogs, it was a wonderful experience and very affordable!!!! Thanks Lucky Paws!!!

Excellent ! Ready for our next visit. Thanks for taking care of our fur babies ! This place is filled with friendly, caring staff who were professional and polite. We enjoyed watching our pups play with the other dogs, via the free online Webcam. They got some much needed social activity with other dogs. Easy to make reservations. Easy to drop off and pickup. No complaints here. I hope they update the Webcam a little someday, the frame rates are very slow, but they served the purpose adequately enough. We appreciated the exit bath and nail trim, both were affordable. Attached is a screen shot of one of our pups (Einstein) playing in the small dog room, as well as a picture of both clean pups when we picked them up.

My Bernedoodles Maudie & Harper get so excited when they go to Lucky Paws Daycare - they love it. Lucky Paws has a great staff, their folks are very helpful!

Staff went above and beyond when I called, as I had an unexpected issue, causing me to be unable to get back in time for the scheduled pickup. Again and again, they prove their value, flexibility, and provide the highest customer service and why they are our first call for when we board our Belle (who ABSOLUTELY loves it there and always needs serious rest afterwards), kudos to the Lucky Paws Team!!

We board our dog at Lucky Paws at least 2-3 times a year. Over the past 5 years, our dog, Denny Crane loves going there! When we take out his bag and put his food in it, he starts barking! Denny can’t wait to go! When we arrive at Lucky Paws, our dog is greeted by name and he never looks back! Love how he gets so much time out to play. I love seeing all the dog greet each other. The staff and owners are professional and helpful. We look forward to each trip knowing our dog is cared for by great people!

We’ve sent our dog here multiple times and it’s always a great experience. Our dog gets shy and a little anxious, and the staff always makes sure to keep him as comfortable as possible. We are grateful for the effort to help him feel calm!

This was my dog’s first time going to Four Paws Inn and he enjoyed it! I was really pleased by the service front desk provided. The girls were very polite and professional. I loved how I received a report card on my dog Rocco after he received his exit bath and nail trim! I’ll definitely be bringing my dog back.

Terrible! These people care more about a dollar than customer satisfaction! When I dropped my cat off to be boarded on Sat.11/30/24. I informed them I would pick her up Sunday 12/8 or Monday 12/9. I left RDU airport Sunday at 4:15pm on my to Greenville to get to there 6pm. I called 5:52pm and told them I should be there by 6pm. When I arrived at 6:01 pm a car was driving off. I did speak to another employee she said the receptionist was gone. I said I called and told her I was coming. Do you mean to tell me she couldn't wait a few minutes after 6pm. I rushed to try to get there but stop lights happens. I wanted my cat with me tonight. This was my 1st time with them and my last!

I have 2 beautiful dogs that are foster fails. Rosie and her daughter Teddy Bear are treated like Queens when they go to 4 Paws. From the front staff to the bathers and groomers. The girls came out happy and eager to show off their new hair and nails! They look great and smell great! And the price is more than fair for the happiness it gives me and my wonderful dogs. I choose Four Paws.

All I’m aware of is Pixie had her nails clipped as asked. She seemed fine. No shaking from being afraid. Normal behavior at home just very happy to see us.

I hate not being able to take my dog everywhere. I found myself needing to be out of town for a wedding, my vet suggested Four Paws. I was very apprehensive, my dog is a rescue with high anxiety. She was with them almost 48 hrs. She seemed happy, I called to check on her while I was gone...it was no doubt a pleasant experience. I will use them again!

I have brought my senior Persian cat to four paws many times and he always comes home so handsome. Recently I brought my newly adopted rescue dog who is not use to being bathed and they did a wonderful job with him. They were able to work with him to get him comfortable and he came home looking, smelling and feeling great. You could tell he felt better. Always a great experience!

I would also give 6 stars if I could! Deanna is so down to earth and relatable, easy to talk to, friendly, and genuine. Upon touring the facility, it is immaculately clean and well maintained. You can tell right away, Deanna takes pride in her business and we are absolutely recommending her!! Our dog, Smokey, loved it there and loved Deanna.

I would not board my pets with anyone other than Deanna and her team. She is down to earth and goes above and beyond when it comes to providing care, professionalism, and availability. The facility itself is immaculate and brand new, there you will find spacious heated/cooled kennels with outdoor access, massive play area, and a staff that will love your pets as if they were their own. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quality, and competitively priced boarding/daycare!

My dog Kiko is part of the daycare program and he LOVES it, when I pull his backpack out he gets instant zoomies. I knew this was the right place when we arrived and his tail wagged at seeing Deanna. She is so Wonderful and really builds up trust and confidence with your pet, I feel totally at ease when I know my baby is at clouds having fun with his friends, not to mention the pricing is very affordable! The location is very convenient being off the highway it only added eight minutes to my regular commute to work in the morning. I really hope more daycare puppies get enrolled so Kiko can have even more fun. Clouds bed and biscuit daycare is a must for busy fur parents that want to know they're giving their dogs an enriching and meaningful experience.

6 STARS!!! Deanna (the owner) is AMAZING, she is very nice and caring!! She sent pictures of my pups several times while we were away! My 2 rescues have never been boarded and they were happy and didn’t even show anxiety when I picked them up!! Can’t wait for them to visit again in a few weeks!!

Deanna who owns Cloud's Bed & Biscuit is great! She sent us pictures and a video of our two dogs while we were away. I highly recommend her kennel for boarding your dogs! She will care for them as if they were her own. Most impressive is the fact that she allows them out for a period of time during the day to run & play in a larger pen area. Our dogs had a great time and you could tell they were well cared for! We have already booked their next stay!
