I have been using Janine’s services for home visits of my cat and two bunnies for the last 4 years or so. She clearly cares a great deal for the welfare of the animals in her care and always does her utmost to ensure that they are happy and healthy. She is extremely reliable and has helped us out on many occasions at short notice. She always keeps us updated through each visits (including photos) for full peace of mind. Janine provides an excellent level of care and attention to our cats while we’re away. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are safe, happy and well fed. She also copes with worrisome owners by sending regular updates and pictures!!

Janine did an amazing job looking after our two cats while we were on holiday. They are nervous cats and we were anxious about leaving them for the first time. Janine is a very gentle and reliable person. My dog can be difficult, but she was very patient with him, and I know that he is in good hands with her. Janine has been walking my dog for over a year. Communication is very good: she regularly sends photos of my dog on his walks and sends texts to let me know when she is coming. Janine has been flexible and this has worked extremely well with my professional timetable. This has been a very positive experience and I am very happy recommending her.

Janine has been fantastic with my Dachshund puppy. Not only does Janine attend to all my dogs needs when I’m at work such walking, playing, toilet breaks and the opportunity to socialise with other dogs etc, she also provides me with regular updates. Janine has been looking after Ed for almost 3 years now, she is very much a part of Ed’s family, he loves her. He goes on interesting walks meeting other dogs and people, and generally having a great time. Janine is always on time, letting us know when she’s picked him up, plus we get photos of Ed’s walks with his pals. We never have to worry about being let down, or how Ed is being looked after- Janine is so reliable and caring. We know that Ed is in very good hands with Janine.

Janine has been looking after our dog Gem for the last 2 years and the service she has provided has been excellent. I have never known anyone so passionate about providing the best possible care for the animals she looks after. Janine has been reliable, flexible and always sends photos or messages when she visits Gem. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our little Luna is quite a nervous dog, but her nerves seem to disappear when she goes to Little Paws. I can barely hold onto Luna as she races towards the door to spend the day with Jane. She absolutely loves spending the day there, and I couldn't ask for anymore in terms of care. The garden is lovely and I know she gets plenty of exercise. Thank you Jane for making the days Luna spends with you so pleasurable.

The setup at Little Paws is great with plenty of space for dogs to run and play, and Jane is really helpful and friendly and looks after the dogs fantastically well. But the biggest recommendation will come from our dog, who loves it at Little Paws and is super excited every time she goes. Can't recommend Jane enough.

Jane is brilliant with my 2 little dogs. One is a nervous rescue, but Jane has the knack to make her feel safe and is careful with the dogs she brings together to make sure none of them are uncomfortable. She really cares about the dogs she looks after. My dogs love it so much there that I've continued taking them even though I'm working from home, they sprint to her door from my car. They have a lot of fun and it gives them a brilliant opportunity to socialise with other dogs during the various lock downs.

Joey loves Jane he’s so loved and looked after it’s definitely his home from home, he’s always so excited for his visits. I love the updates and photos of him with his friends. Thank you sooooo much. xx

We have 2 birds that can be harder to find someone to look after since not many people are confident in looking after more exotic pets but Annabelle's service went perfectly for us while we were away for 2 weeks. Very caring and attentive pet sitters who are also very communicative and include photos. Leaving our cats to go away is very difficult, but made easier when you know you can trust someone to make sure they are looked after. I would definitely recommend Purely Pet Sitters and will certainly be using them again. We were very appreciative of the effort taken to ensure our cats were eating from clean bowls too. I can’t recommend Annabelle and Purely Pet Sitters highly enough. It’s such a relief to know that our cat Dizzee can be looked after in the comfort of her own home and doesn’t have to ho to a cattery which she hates! The service is fantastic- from being easily able to book services on the portal and leaving instructions to knowing that Dizzee is getting fed and lots of fuss at each visit. I also love that we receive photos of Dizzee after each visit. Annabelle is wonderful! We were quite nervous leaving our young cat Toby for the first time for a whole week but her professionalism, care and genuine connection with our cat left us with no worries at all. It was so reassuring knowing that Toby was in the safest hands. The online booking system makes it a breeze to book services and add information. Annabelle is so organised that multiple keys and instructions for different doors were no problem. We came back to a clean house with no cat smells and a very happy settled and content cat. Annabelle was professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She looked after my cat Lorenzo while we were in Cornwall for the week. He is a rescue so we didn’t want to put him back into a cattery type scenario. Annabelle replied almost immediately to my enquiry and came to visit the flat within 2 days to understand Lorenzo’s needs. The online portal is really good too, he now has a profile and I can rebook dates and times with ease. Will absolutely use again! Photos are the ones that Annabelle sent me for the daily photo updates so we knew he was doing ok 🙂

They are reliable, flexible when we needed to change schedule and most importantly - I feel they really care about our cat! I always know she is being well looked after. Vickie has looked after Mabel - my cockapoo - several times now. Spots and Tails is like a luxury holiday camp for dogs! Mabel has an amazing time and Vickie is caring and thoughtful and sends me lots of updates. Mabel knows when we are getting close to Spots and Tails in the car and gets very excited. She ran in and didn’t even look back last time I dropped her. That for me is brilliant because I know she’s happy and safe.

Teddy didn't like going anywhere without me but after being introduced to Spots and Tails Day care service Teddy he became more confident. He really looks forward to his day out with Vickie and his friends and I know he is safe. Vickie always sends videos of their day which is lovely to watch.

My dog always has the best time here , Vickie is so caring always keeps him busy, he is always excited to see her. She gives me regular updates and always accommodates last minute. The farm has so much land they can run around and its fenced to protect little ones, its a like a retreat for my dog

Loki has loved boarding and being there for daytimes too. So much so that he doesn’t want to come home. Get sent plenty of pictures and videos playing and hogging the doggy pool! Vickie and the team have really shown they care about my dog and his well being.

Our dog is always very happy to spend time at Spots and Tails. She runs to Vicki when we drop her off. There is a very caring feel to the place that gives you the confidence to leave your dog there.

Vickie has looked after my Labrador, Luna, from 6 months old, and she loves her time there, including boarding over summer holidays. She is always excited when I drop her off and Vickie has always been incredibly accommodating.

Vickie looked after our miniature schnauzer for 10 days while we were on holiday. Her updates were great and he clearly had a brilliant time with her. I would really recommend to any pet owners.

I have been using Spots and Tails for over a year now for my dog Zuke. After spending months looking for a daycare service that would cater to Zukes needs. Unfortunately Zuke has separation issues and most places I contacted could not guarantee he would not be left unattended. Until I found Spots and Tails, they listened to all my concerns and offered a few short sessions to see how Zuke was. Zuke is not an easy dog, as well as his separation issues he is muzzled due to eating things he shouldn't and he can get very excited and noisy. Spots and Tails have been very accommodating, nothing seems too much for them. They often send pictures of how he is settling and him playing with other dogs. Zuke is my world and I feel confident and reassured that Zuke is safe in Spots and Tails hands.

My two dogs absolutely love going to Spots and Tails .The excitement builds when they get to the end of the drive and they can’t wait to get out . I have used Spots and Tails many times and my dogs always have fantastic care and it’s a really excellent service .

Infact my rescue dog Elon ran up to her excitedly after a couple of play dates, which is testament to Vickie as Elon virtually never does this. It's been a massive benefit to the development of Jessie going to Go Out Paws. Jessie has been able to mix with other dogs which has helped her development as a young puppy. When Jessie gets picked up, she gets so excited, it's the highlight of her day. She runs out the door, hugs and licks Angie, Sarah, Kelly and Lisa before hopping into the van to enjoy her adventure for the morning. I can't rate the team at Go Out Paws highly enough. We've always found them reliable and it's very clear that they have a passion for what they do. Buster has been with them at least one day a week for over two years now and he adores them all.

Bobby has been attending Go Out Paws for just under 4 years. Lisa and Angie are fantastic and we feel extremely confident that Bob is well cared for and in good hands. Bobby adores his walks with Lisa and goes banana's when her van pulls up to collect him. The service that is offered is second to none. I don't know of any other dog walking service that offers a walk play time/socialising and a wash. Great friendly service.

I would like to say that I use and totally trust Lisa and her team with any dog or puppy. I sometimes look after my sister in laws dog , so Lisa and I have a perfect arrangement where Lisa will pick the dog up from my house and after work, I will pick up the dog or whatever is convenient for both. Apart from the amazing walks she does which are totally safe for the dogs, the set up Lisa has for after the walks is excellent - from washing the dogs to playing and caring for them. The dogs have a great time there and you can tell. I don’t know anyone else who has so much knowledge, love and care for their dogs and I would never use any other company than Go out Paws. Well done to the whole team who are loyal and trustworthy to their customers.

Our dog, Frank, has been going to Go Out Paws since he was 4 months old and it has done wonders for his confidence and social skills. He is such a sociable little thing now and loves nothing more than going to day care to play with his friends - he can hardly get out of the door quick enough when they come to pick him up! I love that Go Out Paws offers him, not only the physical and mental exercise of a good walk, but also gives him time to play enrichment games and have social time with the other dogs. Go Out Paws is by far the best dog walking company ever! My Schnapps has been going to Lisa and the gang for about a year now and I have seen a massive increase in his confidence and behaviour. Schnapps had always been hyper (he still is 🤣) but since joining the gang he has learnt how to deal with other dogs that aren’t as enthusiastic. Also he listens so much more, especially off lead and this is all thanks to Lisa and the team. I cannot thank Lisa enough for everything she has done for our little man and the incredible flexibility to be able to fit us in whenever. We don’t always have a regular schedule that Schnapps can go but Lisa always caters for us. Furthermore, a few months ago we went on holiday and asked Lisa to look after Schnapps for a week in home boarding. I was worried about leaving him as it was the first time but I received so many lovely updates that put me at ease. I love watching the videos and pictures that a put up on the Facebook page, it really makes me smile seeing our little man so happy! Schnapps will never stop coming! Lisa, Claire and the rest of the team at Go Out Paws have been walking and boarding my dog for the past 5 years. When he hears the Go Out Paws van pull up outside he gets so excited, and doesn’t look back. It’s lovely to know he’s happy while out on his walks, and he always comes back exhausted! I would highly recommend the service that Go Out Paws provide.

I started using Go Out Paws to walk my dog whilst I was recovering from a knee operation. However, it soon became clear that these two walks with GOP were the highlight of his week! I decided to continue with the walks after I had recovered. GOP are able to give him much longer and more interesting walking experiences than I can and because he is with other dogs it has helped him socially too. The walks are extremely good value and my dog is out of the house for four hours each time. He is so happy and excited when I tell him it's a "Lisa day"! I have no hesitation in recommending GOP.

Ralf has been with Happy Hounds since he was a puppy and he is nearly 4. He goes out 4 days a week and he is so well socialised and his recall is amazing due to the amount of time he spends out with this group of beautiful dogs and people. I even leave him alone the them boarding when I go on holiday and know he will be having a great holiday with them. We get videos posted daily and can see how much fun they are all having. Best thing we ever did !!!

Gigi has been going to Happy Hounds for a couple of years now and she LOVES IT! Emma, Duncan and Halima genuinely care about the dogs and really put their hearts on what they do 🩷 Gigi is always happy to see them and absolutely adores them. Our dog has such a wonderful time at happy hounds. She would rather be there than at home! Emma and Duncan go the extra mile to take the dogs on great adventures. And there's always videos and picture updates on Instagram. It's always fun to see what they're up to, for example a birthday party with treats or a trip to the beach. Our dog also has stayed over whilst we go away for a short break and she has settled there really well. Would highly recommend as a brilliant doggy day care choice 😀 👍

Margot can’t jump out of the car and hop towards Happy Hounds quick enough when she is dropped off! She has been attending daycare since she was a puppy which has been great for her. Emma and Duncan are friendly and knowledgeable and their training tips have been really helpful along the way. I have peace of mind when she goes to stay with them that she is being well looked after and I enjoy seeing all the dogs have a lot of fun on the videos and pictures that are posted.

The best day care you'd want for your dog! Bella has attended Happy Hounds for a couple of years and loves spending time with her doggy friends every week and seeing Emma and Duncan. She spends holidays with them and has been known to go off to the beach with them on her own little holiday. We couldn't be without them and its definitely a second home for our Bella.

Where do I start? Kenny is at his happiest waiting patiently at the window for the happy hounds bus to pick him up, that is of course until he sees it arrive then he goes absolutely wild jumping up and down barking to tell me to open the door so he can join the other happy doggies already aboard. The adventures and the fun Emma, Duncan and their team give the doggies is nothing short of brilliant, it isn’t just a job to them it is obvious they adore seeing the doggies enjoying themselves! Best doggie daycare and boarding team ever!

Our border terrier, Ralph, absolutely loves being picked up and heading off to his daycare. Emma and her team are truly fantastic! We enjoy seeing what he gets up to through the Instagram updates, which is especially comforting when we’re working away from home. Ralph has even stayed overnight when we’ve been on holiday, and he absolutely loves it. I can’t recommend Emma and the team at Happy Hounds Coventry enough. If you care about your dog and need reliable dog walking or care, they’re simply the best!

My husband and I are delighted to have found Suzanne to walk our dog a few times a week. Suzanne is kind, professional, communicative, and clearly loves dogs. We first arranged a meet and greet where she came to meet us and our dog and then we scheduled a first walk. Suzanne was careful to use a lead at the fields in case Misha had issues. I appreciate the safety consciousness. She listens and cares and we are fortunate to have her! Oh, and she sends the best photos of the dogs out, it’s a real joy to know your fur baby is being taken care of! Would recommend to anyone.

I feel very lucky to have found Suzanne for Bailey. From the first meet and greet I knew he was in safe hands and was someone I could trust. Bailey has the best time with the Warwickshire woofers and it’s so lovely to see him get so excited to see Suzanne and the gang when the van arrives for pick up! It gives him an hour of burning off some energy and having play time but knowing it’s in a safe environment with other wonderful dogs. She does wonderful videos and pictures that you can view after the walks and you can see how much fun they all have. Suzanne is so lovely and clearly adores Bailey as much as he adores her 🥰 I highly recommend Suzanne and the Warwickshire Woofers.

Suzanne has been such a dream to deal with since we have been using her. Great with communication, always punctual and importantly for us super flexible when she can be. We often need to odd extra walk in last minute or a check in when we are out. Our dog absolutely loves Suzanne and you can tell she has such a genuine love for the dogs she walks. Always a bonus as well, plenty of photos and videos everyone she takes your dog out which is such a nice part of her personal touch service. My new rescue puppy has just had his first week with Suzanne. She has been absolutely amazing with him and he has had so much fun! She even managed to get him to jump in the car for the very first time! Our puppy Bruce absoultley loves his walks with Suzanne! She is brilliant with him and he has so much fun! Her communication is fab, and we get videos/picture updates of him when he is out! Teddy is a very sociable dog and we wanted to give him time in a 'pack'. He is, however, very small, so potentially a bit vulnerable, and we needed to be sure he would be well looked after. He has been going to the Pet Loft for about six months now and he absoluely LOVES it and gets very excited when Laura appears at the door. We know he is in very good hands. Laura is utterly reliable and we trust her completely.

My dog loves his time spent at doggy day care, always coming home sufficiently worn out having mixed with his other day care friends. Laura really cares for the dogs she has and provides a brilliant personal service with collection from home and retuning back in the afternoon. Skippy is a lovely boy but I was worried about leaving him in someone else’s care as he’s a rescue pupper. Clearly Laura has a natural talent for dog care as it was obvious he had the best time and thought all of his Christmas’s had come at once. Laura kept me updated with videos and pictures and I could see how happy he was. On the way home he kept looking out the back of the car wanting one more play! I’ll definitely use Laura every time we need daycare or boarding now as I know I can relax on holiday safe in the knowledge that Skippy is taken care of :) 🐾

Laura looks after our dog Marvin every week and whenever we go on holiday. I did a lot of research before choosing her, but she put me at ease immediately. He has a wonderful time and comes back happy and tired. I am confident he is well looked after and Laura’s communication is excellent! I wouldn’t send Marvin somewhere I didn’t trust and Laura I trust completely with his safety and happiness :)

Georgie was very well looked after by Laura for her 8 day holiday at The Pet Loft. Laura is amazing and clearly really cares about the dogs she looks after. Laura also walks Georgie twice a week. She is very reliable and georgie loves spending time with her.

Our GSD always comes back happy (in fact he sulks for a while when he is back home!) after a stay at The Pet Loft. Laura clearly loves and understands Dogs and is most accommodating to changes in plan and schedule and great to deal with

Laura is fantastic with my border collie Jake. She has worked with his anxiety and I can see a massive difference in his confidence from spending time with her and her other doggy clients. She is always punctual, flexible and reliable. I wouldn't leave Jake with anyone else. 5 stars x

The Pet Loft look after our dogs every week and they always have such a fun time. It's so lovely to see the doggy updates every day. Pet loft always responds really quickly to any queries we may have. We would recommend the pet loft to anyone looking for regular doggy care or boarding.

We contacted Agnes when we were looking for someone to home board our Jack Russell, Poppy. We arranged to meet Agnes with her own dogs so that she could see how Poppy was with them. As Poppy is a rescue dog and had become very attached to us we were concerned that she wouldn't settle if we left her for a week. We needn't have worried though as she was very happy with Agnes and her family, and we received regular updates and photos showing us what she was up to. In fact when we went to pick her up she didn't seem too bothered and I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend Agnes Pet Sitting Services.

Highly recommend Agnes, who looked after our dog whilst we visited the RSC theatre. Agnes was very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and responded to correspondence very quickly when booking. We were able to relax and enjoy the show knowing he was in safe hands. Our little dog very much enjoyed his country walk with Agnes and playing with the others who were visiting Agnes that day. We asked Agnes to care for my son's Greyhound whilst he got married at a hotel in Stratford. Agnes collected him from the venue, brought him back to have pictures taken with the bride and groom and returned him the next day. Agnes cares for our four legged friend as if he was her own. She’s friendly, dependable, incredibly caring, and kind to the animals she looks after and walks. I’m so pleased we found her, she has helped us out for 3 years now, from early puppy visits to walks and occasional overnight stays.

Agnes is kind and thoughtful. She is loved my pooch and us hoomans. She has been a big presence in our dogs life since we bought him home and he's always extremely excited to see her. Can't rate her highly enough

Great service! Confident leaving Agnes in charge of Pru... Pru far more settled being looked after at home than in a cattery. Also great Agnes will look after plants and garden when needed... And looks after the bin too if needed! Thanks

We have used Dave twice now , he comes and feeds our cats and it is very comforting knowing he makes sure they are there and safe and will look for them if they are missing , he contacts me to let me know all is ok and sends photos also knowing his wife is a vet so if one of ours cats seemed unwell they are in the best hands , it also very reasonable price wise and the cats seems very chilled about it and are super friendly with him
