My Zeph is happy there. Looks forward to going to meet with his Houndstown US dog buddies (and the workers - he loves them too). He cannot to wait to hop in the car whenever I say “we’re going to see the doggies!” He’d drive over himself - if only he could. My Zeph is happy - I’m happy! You doggy might well be happy, too!

Our 8-month-old puppy is delighted to go to Hounds Town in Gaithersburg both for day care and for boarding. Essentially a warehouse redone to entertain dogs, there is no outside running around that I am aware of yet lots of great options for indoor fun plus individual areas for quiet times. Our dog is notably more comfortable around other dogs since boarding at Hounds Town. The staff is informative, helpful & kind. Note that the dogs have energetic fun with each other, so if you want a clean sweet-smelling canine returned to you, add their bath option to your pup's time at Hounds Town.

They are a great location for boarding your dogs or for doggy daycare. The staff is polite and friendly and responsive. It is clean and does a good job of masking the Dog odor in the facility.

My baby girl loves it here. She gets so excited to greet the people as soon as we enter the office because everyone who works there genuinely loves animals and it shows! They can sense energy, and she can always sense she’s going to be so loved and taken care of during her visits. My Shepsky is a 1 year old pup so she has lots of energy to expend. I’m so happy this place is available so close to home and that it’s run in a way that I know my baby is in good hands. It melted my heart when I asked how my girl was doing during her orientation day and was informed she made 2 buddies already. With their names included! Made me feel really comfortable with my decision. As long as she’s happy, I’m happy. Just know that your dog will likely return smelling like urine and strong dog odor bc of all the playing and whatnot, but they offer grooming if that’s an issue!

My dog always comes home tired and happy from Houndstown - I love it for the overnight option when I’m out of town. It feels SO much better to leave my mutt where he’ll get to socialize with other dogs during the day instead of spending most of his time in a cage such as at a standard boarding place. The people who work here are friendly as well & customer service is top notch - I’d definitely recommend this to fellow dog parents! 👌🏻 The pic is from a cute Valentine’s Day Pawty they had a couple of years ago!

I just realized it will almost be an entire year that my pup Sophie has attended houndstown. I love that everyone that works in the Daycare is always happy to see the pups coming in( I mean who can have a bad when you get to hangout with pups all day). Sophie gets all excited about three blocks away in the car when she realizes where we are going. I love the fact that they will come pick Sophie up in a pinch when she gets stuck with me at work. I absolutely trust Rich and his team when Sophie is in their care. She comes home happy, sleepy, and possible a few ounces lighter. The benefits of houndstown- great location, easy parking, great staff, great safety training, cleanliness. The only con I can think of- is Rich might need another location soon. Once everyone finds this hidden jim Houndstown might out grow their facility.

This is not the first time we leave our shy Shiba Inu at Hounds Town in Gaithersburg. Each time we've left her somehow we need to make adjustments to our schedule and Hounds Town staff has been very accommodating. When we drop off our little pup she walks right with them. A big plus is that we get to see pictures of her while we're gone. The price for boarding is affordable. We feel she's well cared for and will continue to bring her to Hounds Town.

Love, love, LOVE this place! I used to take my dog when they very first opened but haven't been back in a while. My dog, Stella, was absolutely over the moon to be back a few days ago. The staff is fast and friendly and not only does Stella enjoy her play time there...but her mama (me), feels good knowing she is in good hands and is having the time of her life. I'm so happy to have Houndstown nearby, you have Stella and me for life! 💜

Rich is very knowledgeable and focused on the dogs. The facility is very clean and welcoming! I think our dogs will be happy there.

Our pup suffers from high anxiety and takes a while to warm up to new people. Caroline has been absolutely wonderful and patient to meet and walk our dog. She is timely to respond and always on time for our weekly walks. Amazing dog walker and sitter!

We have been using Caroline/Spoiled Pawz for dog sitting and cat care for the last few years and she's wonderful! We have an anxious dog, but he is always happy to go into her home and never hesitates. She has a big yard and dogs are able to go in and out as they please. I feel like she offers genuine care and kindness towards our animals and they are always happy to see her. We are grateful to have this option available for when we travel and highly recommend it!

Caroline has been great with my two pups. They get excited when she comes to walk them. She is flexible with my changing schedule. She’s also been available to cat sit if I am away for an extended period. I trust her with my fur babies and home. I also appreciate the run down of what transpired during the day.

Spoiled Pawz is an amazing dog walking service that I have used for almost two years now. Caroline is professional and friendly with me, good and patient with my dogs. I never worry knowing she’ll be coming by to take care of my furry babies while I’m gone.

Caroline cares for my pup as if she were her own! She does an awesome job communicating with me after each walk - which I appreciate because it gives me peace of mind. And as my schedule changes occasionally I truly am grateful for Caroline's flexibility. She's a gem!

Caroline walked all my dogs for about 8 years and if I still had dogs she would walk them today. She is extremely professional and cares very much about the animals she is responsible for. I have no reservations in recommending her highly.

Caroline is amazing, I have a hyper, dog/cat aggressive 105 pound Doberman that she accepted without hesitation. My walks are easier because of the leash training that Scotty has received from her. I had surgery in December '21 and she walked him for 6 weeks straight, 3 x per day, early in the morning, noon and late at night while I recovered. Her dedication is tremendous, she is very trustworthy and I highly recommend her services!

I have been bringing my chocolate Lab mix for grooming for the past 5 years. My dog is nervous around strangers and tends to tremble & whine when we are not with him. However the groomer here has been caring, making sure to make him feel at ease. He comes back smelling good and all clean after his medicated shampoo bath, ear cleaning, teeth brushing & nail grinding. While there have been ups & downs in the past with staff, right now the front desk team is friendly & helpful. Big shout out to Samantha who is a groomer there.

This is our go to place for our mutts. And it’s only gotten better lately. Our one dog- who isn’t a fan of kennels- now actually is excited when we get to Best Friends. Let’s aren’t cheap and neither is boarding- but this has become our go to place because it’s close, it’s clean, and we are genuinely impressed w the people that work there.

Completely happy with Best Friends Pet Hotel. My Senior cat, who loves people, is definitely better off here than with someone coming by once a day at home. My other cat was fine with that, but not this guy. The staff are warm, friendly, professional and capable. When I come in they all remember me and my pet! If you are a cat owner and need to travel, I recommend Best Friends Pet Hotel.

My very nervous dog needed a paw trim and nail clipping. The woman was so so nice to him, asking her colleague to come and pet my dog as she cut and trimmed. She did a wonderful job! I love Best Friends for full grooming, too. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their care.

I have only used the grooming services here but Laurie is the best groomer! I know my pup is in good hands and always looks beautiful when I pick her up!

I have been bringing my cavapoo Finn for grooming to Anya at Best Friends for a couple of years. He always comes out looking great and just as I had asked for. They are as accommodating as possible when I call for appointments (she is very popular, so I have learned to call a few weeks ahead).

The staff here took fabulous care of my pigeon Peace all week! They also shared some great photos from his stay. It is challenging to find such a good bird sitter, particularly one that will let you bring your bird in his usual cage. Thanks for everything.

Anja is amazing with our mini schnauzer! After trying several groomers, we found Best Friends and Anja in Rockville. When the Rockville location closed we followed Best Friends and Anja to Gaithersburg even though it is further away. Well worth the drive!

First time I used Best Friends for Boarding I am very impressed. My dog is very loving, and sweet, however she doesn’t always get along with other dogs. The attendance paid special attention to her needs and showed her fun playtime and love. She was very happy and relaxed when I picked her up. I will definitely use Best Friends again. Thank you to everyone who works here, very friendly group.

I was very pleased with Best Friends. The staff was friendly and Anya, the groomer, did an excellent job. My dog, Bella, requires a bit of special care and everyone who handled her was very considerate of her needs. I will definitely be bringing her back for future groomings.

I love Fetch. My cat sitter, Stephanie, takes great care of my cat. I can tell she plays with him because he starts searching for his toy when I get back from my trips. The app makes it so easy to schedule and pay for pet sitting. This service is reliable, and the people are so nice and trustworthy. I would recommend to anyone.

Would highly recommend Fetch! for pet care services. My wife and I have been using them exclusively for a couple of years now to care for our two beloved cats whenever we're out of town. Jamie, the owner and Amy, our sitter are very responsive and trustworthy. Amy is always on time and does a great job caring for our cats as well as any household related tasks like mail, bringing in trash or recycling cans, or watering plants. After every visit we get a journal update that details what was done and includes pictures, usually of her playing with our cats, who clearly know her and enjoy her visits. Also the Fetch scheduling tool is very easy to use and their pricing is very reasonable. Definitely gives us peace of mind that our pets are well cared for when we travel!

A few years ago I changed jobs, shifting from a 100% remote position to a 100% in person position. I was so happy when I found Fetch to take care of my pup when I returned to the office. The owner, Jamie, worked to match me with a regular walker from his team, set a schedule that worked for me, and arranged a meet & greet beforehand so acclimate my pup. This was especially important since my dog has some anxiety issues, so meeting before and getting comfortable was critical. It gives me such peace of mind to know my dog is well taken care of when I can't be there during the day to take her on a mid-day walk. And I get notified with a journal entry and photo after each visit. Post-pandemic, I am in the office less, but I still rely on Fetch for the days I do have to go into the office 1-2 days a week. I would truly be at a loss without Fetch, Jamie, and our fantastic walker, Donna! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service for your pet care needs.

Fetch! is so worth it. Excellent service with giving wet food, having playtime, and sending us text and photo updates during each visit. We learned a new word from them: ZOOMIES. Had no idea that the frantic excitement our cat has running around the room was called that. The intro meeting was very informative and also good for our cat to see us all together beforehand. Jamie, Maggie, and the gang are the cat's meow. They're solid, reliable, and ready to save the day in the world of pet pampering.

What a fantastic experience we had with Fetch! We had been using a different service which was fine until this past July when we used them for a short trip we took out of town (three days). They did a horrible job and actually injured one of our cats. Fetch spent a lot of time getting to know us, our cats, and our expectations while we were gone. They matched us with a very experienced dog/cat sitter who came over before we left to also get an idea of our expectations. She was so, so, so very good! She provided us with very regular updates, gave our cats the space that they needed, spent 30 minutes each day with them and while our cats generally do not like strangers, both of them warmed up to her by the end of the trip and let her pet them! Our boy cat who was injured by the previous cat sitter really opened up, and he now not only roams the house again (he would not leave our bedroom prior to Fetch's sitter coming over after the trauma of this summer), but he gained weight while we were gone! Our very senior cats (15 years' old) are again acting like kittens and were very happy with Fetch's service. So we are also very happy. We came home to a clean house and happy cats. I cannot recommend Fetch more highly...an absolute pleasure to work with them. We have found our pet sitter for all future trips. THANK YOU!!! A+++++++!

I was thrilled to have found this service thanks to Jamie and his team's incredible customer service and communication. I really appreciated Jamie calling me and walking me through the process as someone new, and I felt very assured after speaking with him. Lisa was fantastic as a cat sitter, and my cat really immediately took to her. Lisa also did an awesome job informing me of Ray daily, which was a tremendous relief after we had a medical scare only a few weeks prior to us leaving for vacation. I cannot recommend this enough!

This company is amazing. Our sitter did a pre-visit so we could get to know her. She was so personable and really took her time to understand all the little things we do for our animals. While we were gone she visited 2 times a day for 30 minutes. Each visit we got video and pictures. On the very last day we got a "EMAIL" from our cat... it was super funny and sweet. Its these little extras that make the whole experience so amazing. Its also very affordable. Finally we have peace of mind when we leave for trips.

I've used Fetch ever since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Now that I am moving out of the area, I realized how very lucky I was to find this business. When I moved here, Fetch was recommended to me, and I didn't even look at other companies. I've had 3 walkers over the years, and all of them were great and reliable. I love that Jamie (the owner) takes a huge interest in his clients and the welfare of the animals. My dog doesn't deal well with strangers, but he liked Jamie immediately. Any time my walker was sick or away, Jamie took over my dog's walks personally. Everyone at Fetch (Jamie, the walkers, and the scheduling staff) is very responsive and very flexible. This was important to me as my schedule can be crazy. I wish I could take Fetch with me! I've contacted multiple dog-walking businesses in my new area, and only one of them had availability. I didn't realize how lucky and fortunate I was with Fetch; I trust them with my animals and my house. I would recommend Fetch to anyone without reservations, no matter what critter needs care.

Maggie, our Fetch petsitter has been so wonderful to work with. She always takes excellent care of our kitty and sends us lots of pictures (some are of the cat playing or letting us know where the cat was sunning herself, but also photos of her food bowl when we wanted to know how well she was eating and stuff like that). We always miss our kitty when we're away, but we never worry about her health or safety because we know Maggie is taking care of her.

Fetch hires dependable sitters who have a great rapport with my cats. I've trusted them for many years because they always come through for any request. Edited 4/7/24: Both of my cats became terminally ill in 2023. I was hesitant to travel because of their condition, but needed to a few times. Jamie and Lauren both went out of their way to give my cats extra care and attention while I was away.

I cannot say enough good things about playful pack! The front desk is so friendly and welcoming, the facility is always clean, and they are very very vigilant of playtime. My dogs are regulars and they always give me updates of how their day went and I get cute pictures everyday. I love playful pack and have recommended them to every person I know that owns a dog!!

We are new to the area and searched for a new dog boarding facility similar to the one we used before where dogs would be out of a pen/crate most of the day. We also wanted somewhere with outside space so our dog didn’t get accustomed to using the bathroom inside. We have now brought our giant doodle multiple times for the day and a few overnight boarding stays. He loves Playful Pack. He gets so excited when we park in the parking lot and is always ready to go back and is so tired when we pick him up. He always looks so happy in the pictures sent each day. The staff have been so friendly. They remember him and welcome him so kindly each time we arrive. We have not had issues with booking which we have done online and over the phone. They have always answered when we have called if we were running late (still before closing) or had a question. Their hours are also great for working and commute time. Thankful we found Playful Pack.

Because I was actively seeking another option for doggy care for my fur-baby, Open house visit 9/16/23 was a great place to start. Staff was approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable. I especially love the fact there is an outside play area.

They are amazing! We take both our pups here for both daycare and boarding and they love it. The staff is wonderful and both our dogs love them! Pricing is comparable to other places in the area, but you're getting a team of people you can trust who will love and care for your best friends.

There are not enough words to describe how much I love Playful Pack! As a pet parent, it can be difficult to find a daycare for a fur baby -- especially one you trust! The staff here are so wonderful and you can see how much they care for the pups! They are so flexible about drop-off and pick-up! I also love how they have cameras! Like another posted, I do wish they had cameras outside as well! But I'm grateful that I get to check in throughout the day to see what my pup is up to! AND they send photos they took of your pup at the end of the day! Their boarding is also great! Recently, I had a family emergency and I called to see whether they had any availability for a few days to care for my pup. Maddy was so kind and understanding -- and quickly told me that they had availability! Maddy called to keep me in the loop, and didn't even mind when I called to check in on my pup! It was such a relief to know that K was in good hands while I was managing other things! CiCi gave me the best report when I went to pick up K! Even as we were leaving, Maddy and CiCi came to say by to K and I and gave him all the hugs and kisses! To all of the staff, thank you so much for going above and beyond! I am so grateful! Overall, the staff is so great and I couldn't recommend Playful Pack enough!

Our dog, Stella, loves it here. Drop off and pick up is easy. Cameras are a nice way to check in to see how she's doing. I like the report card and pictures sent to us at the end of the day. The various activities every day are a plus. Highly recommended!

Jeanette came out to meet myself and our cats before we scheduled anything, she's so sweet! we got a (free!) lockbox, and after a tour/meet and greet/pointing out where supplies, etc are kept, we were able to schedule. everyone is so communicative and responds quickly, not to mention we requested services fairly last minute, and were accommodated - for this, we are so grateful! we got a report after each visit, and our girls were very well taken care of! we will definitely use The Right Fluff again when necessary, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for pet sitting services.

Excellent experience...from the initial, introductory meeting with Jeanette through several days working with terrific pet sitters. My two Havanese pups were handled professionally and with great attention to detail. All of my requests were covered...and the sitters shared so many great pictures throughout the day. The pet sitters came to my home 3/day and sat with my pups for 2 hours giving them lots of attention while we were on vacation. If you are looking for a professional, dependable pet sitter... look no further. Highly recommend !!

We recently moved to Bethesda and are so lucky to have found The Right Fluff. We have already trusted them twice to take care of our 14 yr old asthmatic tabby while we travel. They came twice a day and sent us detailed descriptions of how she is feeling, eating, and taking her meds. We also get pictures(example attached)! Their online portal and scheduling tool is easy to use as well.

I really wanted to love this pet sitting company and I intended to use them every time we travel because of their glowing reviews… I was hoping our experience would be as amazing as other reviewers have described theirs… Unfortunately we came back from our trip to find our place in a horrific condition, there was pee all over our chase and couch, blankets and pillows, we had to throw it all away. The pee smell was sooo strong yet nobody from this company has noticed anything when I asked how could they let this happen… And for the reference we have 3 air purifiers, so you get the picture how bad it was… Cats were luckily okay and alive but all my plants have died since they have not be watered at all, and per my instructions they were supposed to take care of the plants too and water them regularly… I have reached out and expressed my grievances with the company and asked for a refund, they declined and suggested to replace all our dead plants, but that never happened and they took no responsibility for the issue with pee all over the house… So be aware, I would not recommend this company!!! Our experience was absolutely horrible, they are reckless and careless!!!

Excellent service. Within two days of my initial call, Chelsea had visited me and my cats and arranged for two days of pet-sitting. Friendly, professional service. Easy to arrange. Very accommodating. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing a reliable pet-sitting service.

I have never left my 4 cats before so I was very worried about how they would do with a stranger coming in to check on them and take care of feedings, litter, etc. One elderly cat requires medication twice per day, one hides when strangers come in the house, and the other two make feeding four cats extremely difficult as you cannot get the food into the dishes without them trying to get at the cans. They are also all the same breed making it hard for people to tell who is who. None of this was an issue for the Right Fluff. They took such great care of my precious cats and truly put my mind to ease that they were safe and loved while I was away. I received updates and photos after the visits letting me know how everyone did. I am so happy to have found this great service and am looking forward to taking more time away from home knowing my cats have a great sitter!

We love The Right Fluff! We moved back to the area & needed to find a dog walker about two months ago for our two rescue dogs (medium-large sized). We feel so lucky to have found this group! They not only follow all the instructions/requests we provided (for our sweet yet particular pups), but they also provide timely updates/photos, clear communication & are always flexible with scheduling changes. I cannot rate this team highly enough! My wife and I had never used a pet sitter before, but we were traveling out of the country for ~2.5 weeks and wanted a pet sitter (we have two cats) that we could rely on. Marcy and Erin were both incredible to work with, they were very responsive and obviously knowledgeable about what they do. We had a meeting for them to meet our pets and go through our home/how to take care of our cats, and then afterward we arranged for the actual specifics of our trip (key drop off, etc.). All communication is logged via an online web service that has an app, but is also easily accessible via email/web browser. Each day that Erin visited she took photos of our cats for us to see, and also gave us a detailed description of how they were doing. Erin's messages became one of our favorite ways to start the day while we were away :) Would 100% work with this sitter again!

The Right Fluff Pet Sitting took care of my two cats for 3 weeks in July (2022) and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I found my girls in really good shape. I was very stressed because one of my cats is diabetic and needs to receive insulin twice a day. Scott and the team were absolutely perfect, they administered the insulin without problems, and I received reports and pictures for every visit. That let me to enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats were well taken care. My cats loved them, even the one who is always scared of strangers went to say hello every day to them and allow them to pet her. I will for sure use their services again next time I travel.

I am so glad I found Gaithersburg Pet Sitting and highly recommend them! I was very nervous to leave my precious cat (and access to my home) to someone I had just met, but Joe was amazing and provided excellent pet care while leaving my house in great shape. He updated me multiple times (unprompted) while I was away. I would absolutely feel safe leaving my pets with Joe (and GPS) again, and plan to for future trips.

Your search for the best care for your pet has ended with Gaithersburg Pet Sitting! Rosary and Joe solved all my problems I've had with leaving my cat. She's a rescue cat and sensitive to change. I've been told by so many people that cats can be left up to a week by themselves but I couldn't let mine go without being checked on, daily. That's what GPS does. Joe stops by each day that I'm away and washes and refills all the water bowls, refills the food and checks to make sure my cat is okay. I don't worry about my beloved cat when I have to travel for work, vacation and many family events. Rosary and Joe have always been great about accommodating my travel schedule, even with short notice. I trust them 100% in my house without me there. Joe gets my mail and brings in any packages delivered. Plus, the price for all this stellar service is very reasonable.

I found Gaithersburg Pet Sitting through Google reviews when I was looking for a new cat sitter, and I am so glad I found them! Margo has taken care of both my current cats and one who has crossed over the rainbow bridge. It is clear how much she loves animals (and cats, especially!) and I fully trust her anytime we need to leave our two kitties! It's such a relief to be able to go away for any amount of time and not have to worry if our cats are being taken care of. We have being using Gaithersburg Pet Sitting since 2005 and have nothing but praise for Rosary and Margo our usual sitter. When we started we did so because we had a very old 3 legged lab Marnie who did not do well being kenneled. She required assistance getting in and out of the house, Margo and Rosary were always more than capable of caring for her. Just before we had to put her down Margo was caring for her as we were out of town and she noticed Marnie was having more difficulty than usual she called and we discussed it. At that time we also had one cat Nemo, who decided to get out of the house on us. Margo helped patrol the neighborhood and talk with neighbors till we found him 2 weeks later. We now have 4 cats 2 of them were born in our house. They all love Margo who came to visit them when they were first born. She is one of the few people who they will all come and greet. We thank Gaithersburg pet sitting for the wonderful care they provide our animals when we are out of town. We never worry about anything, the house is always neat and clean, the mail and newspapers brought in and in the summer plants outside watered. It is a comfort to know that not only are our pets well cared for but the house as well.

We have used GPS (Rosary and Joe) for years now. And we always return home, to two fur babies who have been well fed and loved during our absence. Joe is the cat whisperer. He manages to get our shyest to come out for food and pets. Reliable, communicative, available and affordable. What's not to like! It's everything you and your animals will need, whether it's an overnight getaway or an overseas trip. Simply the best!

I don't leave town without them! GPS has been petsitting for my cats (and the rest of house) for nearly five years now. Short trips (several days), longer trips (several weeks). The care and attention provided have been excellent throughout. They are efficient in taking reservations and have readily been able to accomodate when I've had unexpected schedule changes. I've come to have considerable confidence that my pets and house are well cared for when I am away. Hard to see how the services provided could be better!

Jerry and his wife take immaculate care of our two cats and bunny while we're out of town. They always leave a detailed note about our pets upon returning. Superb service and very affordable. We have a 17 year old cat that is on a lot of meds and does not like strangers much. We were a little nervous trying a new company, but we had run out of options. I knew Margo was going to be a good fit for us when she spent hour with us when she did her introductory visit. She took lots of notes and asked a lot of questions. She does a great job with Gabe. He has warmed up to her enough to sit with her on the couch when we are gone. With his other pet sitters he always seemed a little stressed when we came home, but not with Margo he is a happy, talkative kitty when we walk in the door. I could not be a more enthusiastic supporter of Rosary and Joe who are true animal loves. If I could give them Ten stars I would not hesitate. I have a 150 pound 4 year old Saint Bernard “Bitcy” who loves her walks and belly rubs with “Uncle Joe.” They share a level of Mutual affection that is rare. Dog lovers know that these animals are our babies and the level of trust I have when Bitcy is in their care allows me to live guilt and worry free when I have to travel or go into the office. You will not find a more caring and competent Pet service anywhere.

My puppy loves his daycare! He is an energetic and very social dog and I am so glad he has a safe, fun place to socialize. The owners really care for your pets! They are always flexible with my schedule as needed and are always happy to see my puppy. They have also been helpful with tips for myself as first time dog owner. So thankful to have found a great place for my dog!

Any compliment I give them is less. They took great care of my dog Roman who is a very energetic Husky puppy! I felt at ease leaving Roman with them, great communication and would send pictures whenever I asked. Roman loved them too!! It was very short notice and they were very communicative. The house is very clean and the pets are treated with great care. Hoping your business sky rockets!! When I come back to Maryland will make sure to leave Roman with them.

If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would! I feel so comfortable leaving both of my pups with them knowing that they will be in great care. They go out of their way to make sure all of their pups are cared for well and loved! I enjoy that when I go drop off my pups even they are super excited, tails wagging to see both Steve and Justin. The only place I will take my pups for doggy daycare! 😄

100/10 I cannot recommend On Call enough! I was always hesitant to leave my cat because he’s geriatric and requires medicine twice a day, but one meeting with Steven and Marly and we were good to go! They’re incredibly attentive, send me lots of updates (because I’m an anxious pet parent), and truly care for my cat while giving him everything he needs. I always recommend them to anyone in need of pet sitting services and will always reach out to them for as long as I live in Montgomery County!

I highly recommend On Call Petsitting! Every time we’ve used them for cat sitting it has been a great experience. Antonio and Steven are very communicative and clear and Antonio always sends pictures and updates when he stops by to check on our cat. This is an outstanding Petsitting Company. I contacted them after an injury and they were able to respond and walk my dog that day. The dog walkers always arrived promptly or even early and communicated when they were on their way here. They were never late. And my dog Sasha just loved them. I could not be more impressed with this company. I don't know what I would have done without their help.

My previous dog walking service left me with no service at a last minute notice, Not realizing I needed a backup my sister found On call pet sitting. They quickly did a meet and greet with my puppy dog and I had service the same week. There is great communication between the dog Walker and myself and a group text. Payment is easy. I do not have to worry about a last minute no dog Walker as I have a backup already in place. I use them on a regularly basis. Give them a call your Fur baby will be happy.

Desperate for pet care with less than a week before an extended family vacation, I contacted Stephen. He responded promptly and we were able to set up a meet-and-greet quickly. We had never used a pet sitting service before and were anxious about having a stranger taking care of our fur babies, but Stephen and Carla put us at ease right away. Carla's regular updates were super comforting and she included fantastic pics! My only concern is that now I think the pets like Carla more than us...😉

I used the in-home pet sitting service for my cat, scheduled through Steven with Antonio as my pet sitter. They both met me prior to the scheduled dates for a meet and greet, and during the scheduled pet sitting days, Antonio texted updates and photos for each visit. Very convenient service at a fair and competitive price, with reliable communication - definitely recommended.

My dog Duffy has been cared for by Montgomery Pet Sitters since we brought him home in 2014. We have used their weekly walking service, boarding and evening/weekend walks when we would be gone for a long time. Although Duffy generally loves everyone he meets, Montgomery Pet Sitter's long time employee and manager, Kris-is Duffy's most favorite human....ever. It really helps knowing that Duffy will see his favorite person and that the feeling is mutual. Kris goes out of her way to take special care of Duffy, and that makes me feel relieved and comfortable knowing he is being well taken care of. I highly recommend this company and they have really been there for us.

Montgomery Pet Sitters are loving and professional. My senior dog can’t walk very far, so they take him from his stroll. I like the extra care they give to my senior furbaby. I know he is pampered and always safe.

Bella is a sweet, older dog who is very discerning about people and unaccustomed to being without family members. She is usually wary of new people who walk her, but from the moment she met Kris- she was comfortable, anxious to go with her, and very happy to see her on subsequent visits. Kris is terrific about last minute walks, squeezing us in with little notice. She is so reliable, even braving winter weather for walks. We highly recommend her!

I am extremely appreciative of David and Montgomery Pet Sitters for taking care of my cats. I had hired Montgomery Pet Sitters to take care of my cats for two days over Christmas. Unfortunately my return plans were ruined during the Southwest Airlines debacle. I ended up getting stranded in Texas and was not able to get a return flight until three days later.
