It's clean and there's lots of things for the dogs to play with. The person that showed us around was very nice and answered every question we had. They even offer different packages tailored to fit your dog's needs. For example, I got the calming package for my dog. After taking the tour,I felt much better about leaving my dog with them for the night.

These folks really care about the pets left in their care. They put the effort in for our guy, Mr G, to make him feel comfortable in spite of his reactivity. We really appreciate the staff at Joyful Paws and think you will too!

I was so terrified to leave my 6 month old kitten fo the 6 days, but every staff member I encountered was able to ease my fears!! My kitten did so well, they were so patient and kind with him. He can be a bit spicy when meeting new people, but he adapted do well to their kindness. I most definitely will be returning for a visit to Joyful Paws Hotel!!

While the staff was friendly, I was extremely dissatisfied with this day care. Please DO NOT take your dog here under any circumstances. The first time I took my husky here, his nails were bleeding when I picked him up. When I asked staff, they had no idea what the cause was and barely noticed it when they turned in my dog to me. He must have been pawing at a fence for a long time and gotten ignored! The other two times I took him, he came out a complete mess and extremely dirty. The picture below is the last time ever brought him in on August 18 2023. He had a horrible stain on his left cheek that almost TWO MONTHS LATER has not completely gone away!!! If you look closely, he still has a light pink/brown stain on his left cheek. I’ve tried professional groomers, whitening shampoo, and nothing works. I assume it must have been some type of tar or oil that my husky got into. Once again, I asked staff if they knew what he was getting himself into, and they were unaware of what caused the mess. They didn’t notice it until they gave me my dog at pickup. Lastly, I know someone who’s dog suffered a spinal injury here and they deleted the footage!! Regardless if you believe the spinal injury story, the evidence of how Joyful Paws neglected my dogs needs is right here. I will be taking my dog to the vet and after the evaluation, I will reach out to Joyful Paws and request compensation because this is ridiculous especially for the price they charge. If you care about your dog’s safety please don’t leave them here.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a first for my pup and they made us feel comfortable and secure. Will be using them on a regular basis. Ive been going here for over a year and continue to be impressed with the staff who look after our Ollie! oliver loves the staff and all his friends at Joyful Paws.

My Chihuahua loves to go here and be social with his friends when I'm busy. Recently boarded him for three nights and he was returned happy and healthy. Will return for more visits! They are very well organized

My dog stayed here for the first time this past week. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Joyful Paws and completely trusted that my dog was safe and well taken care of here. I was able to watch my dog during play time every day with the Wag Vision live cameras. I loved the daily report cards and photos! Also, she was given a great thanksgiving meal, a bath, nail trim, and goody bag upon departure. I recommend Joyful Paws to all my fellow pet parents! Definitely will continue coming here for lodging and maybe even daycare! They are also great with following COVID precautions - limited people in the lobby allowed, curbside pickup/drop off, wearing masks, etc.

My dog LOVES Joyful Paws - he’s always so excited to go. The staff is super friendly and very attentive! I love that they do breaks during the day so the dogs aren’t overstimulated and given time to rest between play times.

This was Mimi’s first time boarding and Joyful Paws took great care of her. We received a daily report card with pictures letting us know how she was doing. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

1st day meet and greet. Staff was very pleasant i was given a tour this morning, and the young lady answered all of my concerns. Made me feel comfortable leaving ny dog in their care. The facility was clean. I had the ability to view my dog through Webcam which is a big plus. He was a little shy, but with time i do believe he will adjust. TY for caring and for taking care of Taco

10/10 RECOMMEND Professional - Knowledgeable - Reliable - Friendly Like many dog parents going on vacation is difficult when trying to ensure your pets are well cared for in a loving and safe environment. TIFF provides just that and more! TIFF pet sat my 3 small dogs ages 16, 15, 3 from 9/1-9/9 in her home. She had a comfy dog bed set up, fresh water bowl, and toys ready to welcome the pups. Her complex has a fenced in courtyard where the dogs can easy sniff around and get some exercise. Very nice neighborhood for walks too. TIFF put my worries at ease answering all my questions at our meet and greet prior to their stay. She even went the extra mile and visited the pups at my home a few weeks before so they can get more familiar with her. While I was out of the country we received text/photo updates and a video call. Unexpectedly there was a heat wave and could sense how well she was handling the situation and making sure the dogs were as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances. We are thankful to Tiff for providing such great service and will book again.

Cannot recommend Tiff's services enough! She takes care of our fur family whenever we're out of town. She provides constant updates and photos/videos, and is especially good at training and socializing the pups all together. We've been repeat clients for 2 years now with zero issues, and our dogs LOVE her. Will always recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter/boarder.

Tiff is our go to dog walker when we are too busy or out of town. She is dependable and sends me updates and photos of her time caring for Bella and Brutus. She has trimmed Bella's nails for me when asked. I appreciate that she has expanded her services to include pawpedis. :) It is nice to work with someone you trust.

Tiff has been essentially a co parent of my dog and I trust her more with knowing how to take good care of her than myself. My dog loves going there so I feel zero guilt if we need to leave town and I'm so grateful for Tiff. She's extremely flexible when things come up (eg new baby seen here!) and if it weren't for her, I probably wouldn't be able to have a dog or kid or at least one would be neglected 😑. Also she does her due diligence to make sure whoever she is boarding gets along well with others. Thank you Tiff!! Almost don't want to recommend you to others since then you may get too busy but I try to behave ethically and unselfishly 😛. Highly recommend! Especially if you have a dog you don't want to leave overnight at a daycare.

Tiff is everything that you want in a pet sitter and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. We have a Siberian husky with significant separation anxiety issues and I think it says it all when our dog can't wait to leave the comfort of our car to run up to Tiff's door :) Tiff is incredibly responsible, dependable, and goes out of her way to accommodate our needs. There have been a few times where our plans got delayed and we had to pick our dog up later than expected. However, Tiff was so understanding and flexible and made sure that we didn't rush, worry, or cut our activities short. She treats our dog like one of her own- giving him lots of love and pets, taking him to the dog park, and even treating him to Puppuccinos. We checked out a LOT of doggy daycares when we first adopted our dog and Tiff's Doggy Daycare & Pet Boarding is by far the BEST. We have used her services for over a year now for both daycare and pet boarding and we have a great experience every time.

Tiff and Jimmy are honest, reliable, and terrific pet sitters. When I was in the hospital, they came to my home twice a day to feed, clean up after, and socialize with my beloved dog, macaw, and parrot. Tiffany is absolutely wonderful. I feel safe and my best friend Is when he is at Tiff’s Doggie Daycare & Pet Boarding. I use her service for boarding my buddy for several days at a time. I have never had a single issue. She an awesome caregiver flyover my Kobi!! Love you guys!!

Tiffany was great with my dog. She took the time to do meet and greet (she really took the time to get to know my dog and I was well informed as well). I feel VERY comfortable leaving my baby with her. Tiffany sent updates and pictures during the stay, that ease my mind greatly since it was our first time. My dog seems very happy on the day I dropped him off. It seemed like he was not in the hurry to go home with me when I picked him up, lol. That's how comfortable my dog felt under Tiffany's care. Our plan changed last minute and Tiffany was very kind to accommodate our pick up time. Tiffany's awesome care gave me the peace of mind when leaving my dog with her while I traveled for work. I was able to focus on my work and was not worried about my dog at all. I will definitely use Tiffany again for my future needs.

Butters stayed with Tiff a year ago and loved her. We now also have a 60 lb. bull dog. I was concerned that he was too big, but Tiff wasn't worried, and from the pictures we got from her, he seemed to love her as much as Butters. If you don't want your dogs at a mass confusion dog hotel, Tiff is the one to go to!! Personal attention and loving care!!

Tiff went above and beyond to help take care of my dog during my trip out of state. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable sitter for my rowdy 6 month old pitbull puppy, but Tiff's experience and understanding was exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. Our experience with WAG was awesome. Agent explained all the options and services which made us feel confident in becoming a member. On the first visit for our dog Compton he had fun. They provide pictures of activities during the stay and you can sign up with the convenience app. The staff is welcoming, friendly, professional and very caring. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service. We boarded Compton for 4 days while we were out of town everyday Wag sent us a picture and updates about the awesome time he was having in all day play. We also had him groomed it was just a wonderful experience he’s so energetic and excited when we return for pick up. This place is probably a little more an expensive than other boarding places, but the service is so worth it! The staff is very friendly, pics were sent everyday of my pups, and just overall a great experience. I think my two pups were quite happy. To the staff, Mortimer and Maya say thank you.

Wag Hotel is a wonderful place for my dogs. They love going and the staff is top notch. Very thorough about our dogs care. You can tell they love what they do. My dog used to go to the Doggie daycare in Gardena, but I needed to find the Doggie Daycare, which is closed to my home. Anyway, I was searching on the Google website, and I found the Wag Hotels in Carson, CA. They had the promotion that my dog could try for 2days free. I made an appointment for the trial. Then, I took my dog to the Wag Hotel. When we arrived there, it was a big building which was like a real hotel. And it was next to the 405 Freeway. Also, they had a huge parking lot, so I didn't have problems finding the parking space. When I entered the Wag Hotel, It was just like a regular hotel. They had a big lobby, which was displayed with all kinds of dog supplies and the Halloween decorations. And the reception area, they had a nice couch and they offered the coffee & tea beverages for the pet parents. They offered three types of daycare to meet the needs of your dog. All day play plus, day stay & one -one-one. Also, they offered special care for the dog and had behavioral or medical reason. Then, they offered the boarding service, too. They open 24-hour a day. Erin, who was a manager, helped me with the registration. She was very friendly, professional, and attentive. She recommended that my dog should try the half day one-on-one care, which was 5 hours of daycare. The daycare rate was $31.00, which was a really good price. One- on- One care was for a dog who wanted to stay in the room, and the staff was taking care of the dog. Your dog could order special treats from your own room. Just like the regular room services. Also, your dog could have various activities. This was really interesting dog daycare. My dog was not a social butterfly, so one-on-one was the perfect care for him. Anyway, I went to take care of my business, and I came back to the hotel to pick up my dog. My dog was excited to see me. He seemed that he had a good time. They said that my dog did well at the hotel. I was glad that he did well. If you are a pet parent, I would like to recommend the Wag Hotel for your dog. This dog daycare is inexpensive, has nice dog daycare, and is closed to the 405 freeway. And they would take good care of your dog and treat your dog like a VIP!!! Also they have excellent customer service too. services for your dog.

This place is wonderful. I have taken my Bulldog here for a year and a half now, with stays as long as two weeks. He is dog aggressive and is very strong so I worried about finding him a safe and secure place to stay when I'm out of town. Their Special Care program is top notch and I get the best Pet Memories sent to me while he's there. I just dropped him off today and I've already received 4 updates! Can't thank Wag Carson enough!

So grateful to the WAG hotel Carson staff. My family member had an unexpected emergency hospitalization and I was able to drop my fur baby off last minute. The staff, as always took great care of her, but also graciously allowed me to extend her stay on a day by day basis as needed. I appreciate the flexibility of 24h drop off and pick up availability. Would definitely recommend WAG foe any pet care needs. In addition, they have a great groomer Tiffany who does really cute cuts!

Murphy LOVES the Wag Hotel in Carson. The second we pull into the parking lot his tail wags and he tries to get out of the car ASAP. The staff is wonderful especially Erin and Michelle. They’re always kind and helpful. You receive 1-2 pics a day letting you know your pet is in good hands. You can also log into their live camera if you want. At the end of the day when I pick Murphy up he’s tired from all the fun he has. It really puts my mind at ease knowing he’s in good care. I’ve tried other options, like Rover, and even though this is about a 20 min drive for me each way it’s well worth it!

Our dog loves the Wags hotel. She has a great time there and is so exhausted by the time she gets home because she's just running around all day having a great time. The perk of this place is we can also watch them on the live cam. Staff is amazing when you call for updates.

Wag is a fantastic brand and this location is wonderful! I’ve had my pup at one in NorCal, Denver and others and this one tops the list! They were accommodating (she was there for 10+ days and I needed to ship extra Rx food to them and did so smoothly!), kind, dependable and even ended the stay with a full report card! Took my dog to Wag for the first time to daycare. I was anxious because she had never been to daycare. We went ahead and checked out the place a few days ahead. Michelle and Crystal were so warm and friendly and answered all our questions and concerns. Most of all they were very reassuring. My dog's daycare went very well and I was very pleased . The best! Mihail is flexible, caring, and trustworthy. I’m very particular about who I leave my dog with and I’ve loved having him and his team to take care of my girl. The pick up and drop off makes coordinating with my 13 hour work days so much easier. My dog is always excited to go with him & comes home tired!

We were looking for a dog trainer as well as pet boarding. Mihail, owner of Long Beach Pet Care was highly recommended for our 6-month-old Brittany, Rhett. He loved his new play friends. He enjoyed group walks & lots of socializing and training at his 2 week-long summer camp. Mihail took such great care of our Rhett. I never worried about him. We live in Brea, the distance was not at all a problem for us. We highly recommend LBPC. Taking Rhett there will be a pleasure.

We found Long Beach Pet Care, shortly after moving to Long Beach a few years ago. The thing was we needed a dog walker that had experience with senior large breeds, specifically Akita‘s. If you own a Akita or large breed like an Akita, you know the struggle of finding reliable dog walkers, kennels or dog sitters that are willing to work with your breed. We were so happy to have found Mihail and his team with Long Beach Pet Care! They have a initial meet and greet, to make sure it’s a good fit. Our dog loved her walks with Mihail and team. She also got to enjoy group walks! I noticed a huge difference when I took her for walks after being walked by Mihail, she would walk at my pace. We had such a great experience with the walks, we added on daycare at times and overnight boarding. They truly care about the animals they walk or board, and as a owner you can have peace of mind that your dog will be exercised and enjoy fun times.

As I am throwing stuff in a bag with one hand and renting a car to drive to Idaho with the other. I am thinking I have to go online and try and book care for my fur babies asap! I can’t even think at this point. I just call Mihail and leave him what I am sure is a very frantic message of needing care for my babies. I make contact with Mihail and he is so quick to assure me that he has “the crew” which he calls my 3 babies. I tell him I don’t know when I will be back and he says don’t worry I’ve got them. Just keep in touch. Yes! I have used Mihail’s services once before and that was a Huge Success!! So, his few words put me at ease that I didn’t have to worry. His constant communication during the time I was gone was priceless to me. I’m sure it was just his way of continuing to offer support and ease at a time that I needed it most. Far from what you could expect from an overpriced boarding/kennel service. Not only were my babies able to stay in their own home. Mihail’s, prices and commitment to care for them as his own. Long Beach Pet Care and its owner Mihail were a godsend to me three years ago when I was trying to find a dog walker for my new rescue pit-bull, Petunia. She is my baby, and I was not going to leave her in the hands of just anyone. Mihail took the time to come and meet Petunia -- free of charge -- to ensure she was a good fit for him and the other dogs she would be around, which she was. That was three years ago, and since then Petunia and Bowie (another pit mix who joined our family a few months later) have enjoyed countless doggy daycare outings and hikes with Mihail and the pack. You have to check out his Instagram account @longbeachpetcare to really get a sense of how amazing he is; I call him the 'LBC Dog Whisperer.' Even more important, Petunia and Bowie love and adore Mihail. Before I leave for work, I tell them both, "have fun with Mihail today," and its instant smiles and wiggle-butts. I have such peace of mind knowing my babies are in good hands and being taken care of like they are members of the family. I HIGHLY recommend Long Beach Pet Care for your pet needs; you -- and your fur babies -- will not be disappointed.

Five-Star Review for Carolyn’s Pet Care We recently boarded our two senior dogs, both 16 years old, at Carolyn’s Pet Care over Thanksgiving, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. While it was a bit pricey, the exceptional care Carolyn provided made it worth every penny. What made this even more special was that Carolyn took our dogs in at the last minute when our usual sitter was unable to care for them. We were in a tough spot, and she graciously made room to board both of our dogs on short notice, which we really appreciated. Carolyn went above and beyond to ensure our dogs were well taken care of. She bathed both of them twice during their stay and even helped our dog Abraham with his flaky skin condition. She carefully combed out the flakes, and since then, his skin has improved remarkably. She kept us updated every night with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her spacious backyard was perfect for the dogs to play, and she made sure they were well-fed, exercised, and clean. She even clipped their nails! Carolyn’s love for animals and her years of experience truly shine through in the care she provides. Despite the cost, the quality of her service and attention to detail were absolutely worth it. We highly recommend Carolyn’s Pet Care to anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pets!

Carolyn provides the absolute best daytime play environment for our dogs on a weekly basis and takes wonderful care of them when we are out of town. They are always so happy to see her and love spending time at her house with the other dogs she takes care of. Carolyn is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to training and caring for the health of our dogs as well. She provides us with regular updates and sends photos/videos of the dogs when they stay with her. She is incredible!

This review is long overdue. Our Kiki (maltipoo) has been going with Carolyn for about three years now. We wanted to get her out socializing with other dogs, but she didn't like the dog parks. Having Kiki go with Carolyn once a week to visit with her friends and go for a hike turned out to be the best decision we ever made. I have to admit that Kiki is not the friendliest little dog, but Carolyn has taught her to respect and mind her manners around other dogs and people. It was especially important that she behave around our grand kids. Her yard and house are meticulous. Any Fur baby would be lucky to spend time with her. She is great with her dogs, and they all respect and love her. Carolyn is the best find ever! I can’t believe it, but I dropped off an undisciplined, unruly puppy whom I believed to be incorrigible and when I picker her up and brought her home she was so well behaved!! Im in awe of the change in her behavior! Carolyn is the only person I trust with my fur babies. They are well cared and loved by her when we have to be away.

Carolyn is absolutely amazing with all dogs! Our dogs participate in her “socials”. Carolyn provides a well supervised, fun environment for our dogs to to play and interact with lots other dogs regularly. . We travel frequently and rely on Carolyn to care for our dogs often. She is suburb at providing for their needs, very aware of their health issues, dietary issues, etc. She is truly a gifted “dog whisperer”!!

Carolyn is absolutely THE BEST!!!! I rescued a formosan mountain dog mix, Basia, from Taiwan not realizing how fearful and skittish the dog was. It was a struggle taking her for walks and trying to train her because she was terrified of everything and everyone. I tried taking a dog training class locally in my neighborhood but it didn't help. As I was losing hope, my in laws learned about Carolyn's service and referred me and she has transformed my dog! Basia has gained so much confidence. She learned to tolerate all types of situations, she is great on walks and hikes and is now well trained. Family and friends are all shocked at how much Basia has changed for the better! I am very grateful to Carolyn for her patience and effort in working with Basia so she can learn to enjoy life and for all her advice and tips on how to become a better dog parent! Basia's been going to Carolyn's morning social every week for over a year now and Basia LOVES it! She is such a happy dog when she's at Carolyn's with all her friends :) Whenever we travel, we only board Basia with Carolyn knowing she is in good hands. Carolyn is very sweet and understanding and truly has a big heart for animals! I highly highly highly recommend her! :D

Carolyn has been taking care of our Norfolk Terriors for over 12 years. Both Quincy and Chloe were always excited to be with Carolyn and the other dogs. Somehow she has all the dogs together getting their picture taken and they are not making any noise. She has always taken excellent care of them and both my wife and I highly recommend Carolyn for her knowledge and skill with our dogs.

Carolyn is the absolute best! She has frequently cared for our french bulldog for the past 3 years and we are so thankful to have found her! As frenchies tend to be, ours is definitely a little firecracker. He’s silly and sweet, but not what anyone would consider low maintenance. Carolyn loves and cares for him like he’s her own. She is very attentive to his needs and he absolutely loves his time at her house. When he hears the word “Carolyn” his big ears perk right up and he waits excitedly at our door. I rest assured that my dog is in great hands when when he’s with Carolyn. She’s easy to communicate with and very skilled with animals. I highly recommend her services!!

I am so grateful to have found Carolyn many years ago. She is AMAZING! She cares for our cat Stanley. Both while we're out of town and even when we are not... She goes above and beyond in every way!! She has gotten him into the best cat groomer when he really needed - she not only got him in -despite the very long waitlist, she took him while I was at brunch! AND she went into the grooming session with him and assisted the groomer! She is knowledgeable and seems to know exactly what is needed and when. She welcomes when I ask her advice for even the smallest issue and she always gives me great information and recommendations! She is completely capable. When we are away I always feel comfort and relief knowing Carolyn is caring for not only Stanley but also caring for our home and our plants ,better than I do I might add. Stanley always looks so handsome and healthy after she has been with him. She seems to have a sixth sense with him- he can get pretty feisty. She gives him the "tough love" he is in need of. She does everything with strength, love and kindness. Stanley loves her and my husband and I love her and feel so lucky to have her!!!! I can't say enough great things about her, she is one in a million

I just want to state how pleasantly surprised I was with the service provided by WalknRoll. Everyone I talked to throughout the setup/application process was professional, responsive, and friendly. When I dropped my guy Mickey off and met Midori, I was immediately comfortable knowing he would be staying in a beautiful home with a genuinely sweet sitter. Midori and her Family sent me pictures of Mickey playing, resting, and going on walks. I could tell he was having an incredible time. I’m so glad I found Walk n Roll. I’ll definitely be using them in the near future and I know Mickey will be excited to see all his friends again.

My family found themselves in a very tight spot, and needed care for our four pups right away! Tish and Tissa moved mountains to help us out, and were an integral part for several months of providing care in one way or another for us, whether it be transporting them to and from the vet, long term boarding, and spoiling them with love and snuggles! When we were able to get back to them, they were very happy and you could tell they had been cared for beautifully! Thank you ladies for all you do!

We have been using Walk N Roll Pet Sitting since our Golden Retriever, Sophie, was a puppy and have had such a positive experience. Our primary sitter, Midori and her family, are amazing and the consistent updates on social media let us know that Sophie is enjoying her time while we are away. I highly recommend Walk N Roll.

Tish and Anissa at Walk N Roll came through for me and my pup big time at the last minute when I had a sudden surgery that had an extensive recovery time. I couldn't care for my dog and was in a panic of what to do. They were there for us every step of the way, even when recovery didn't go as easily as planned, they were able to accommodate and keep my baby safe in their care longer so I could focus on getting better. I could see in the photos that my pup was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. They were flexible and compassionate and always had my dog's best interest at heart. At Walk N Roll, our dog was treated like one of the family, and she received so much love and attention. While she was there for a 2 week stay, we were sent photos regularly of our dog going on outings, or relaxing at home. This helped to keep my children calm, knowing that their beloved pet was in good hands. When our return flights were suddenly canceled, they were very gracious and accommodating, which was such a relief! Knowing that our rescue dog was safe and loved, in a caregivers home (and not in a boarding facility in a small cage with a dog run), gave us so much comfort. As testament to the care she received, our dog is now missing her Walk N Roll pet sitter!

Leaving my golden retriever, Ginger, for two weeks felt like I was leaving my daughter behind, but when I saw how well cared for she was by Midori and family through social media posts, including both pictures and videos, I knew she was in the best of hands. Our black lab had a great vacation at Walk N Roll Pet Sitting. He stayed with Tish, and her chocolate lab and 2 Pugs, for 10 days. Tish kept us posted via mail as to how he was doing during his stay, and included several pictures, which our kids enjoyed receiving. It was comforting to know that while we were out of town, our dog was in such good hands, enjoying Tish's backyard and being able to play with her own dogs. It was quite obvious to us that Tish is a real dog person, and we highly recommend her. Your pet will be well cared for and given lots of attention while staying with Tish.

We struggled to find someone who genuinely cared for our dog the way we do, until we found Michelle! She is so kind and loving and we trust her completely to take care of our dog Otto, for both Daycamp and overnight stays. Due to the smaller Daycamp group size Otto receives constant attention and care, and has become friends with the other regular dogs. Both my husband and I work, Michelle picks Otto up and drops him off at our home which is extremely convenient! Michelle at Little Rascals is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her to any pet owner!

Michelle has changed my life. I know that sounds cliche but in my case it’s true. I avoided travelling for 8 years - 8 YEARS because I couldn’t find anyone I could trust with my precious dogs. When I first met Michelle, she was so kind and caring and knowledgeable so I thought I’d give it a try, board my babies in her care and do a quick weekend getaway. In her care my dogs were so happy and relaxed and Michelle gave me updates and photos to show how well they were doing. Bear in mind that one of my dogs was a rescue with a highly traumatic background who had difficulty bonding with people and other dogs. With Michelle she was smiling and happy and obviously comfortable. Thank you Michelle for being such a loving and responsible caregiver to our fur babies. I’ll never trust them with anyone but you. Little Rascals has been the best service!! I’ve been a happy customer for nearly two years. Michelle and her staff have been nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, they've been an absolute delight to work with. Always punctual and incredibly communicative, they make sure to shower my furbabies with genuine affection and care. The calm nature with which they handle my girls is so comforting. I am very particular about who I let into my home and who I let take care of my girls. To say that I have trust issues with my furbabies is an understatement! Hah! I have felt completely at ease and comfortable with Michelle and her team! They are so communicative and care for my girls so much! They share updates and photos every time! I can’t tell you how much this puts me at ease when I’m either out for the day or far away. Lauralee was absolutely amazing! She watched my 16 year old yorkie with hearing and vision loss issues at my condo for 8 days. Lauralee is hands down the best sitter a dog owner could ask for. She went above and beyond, was very attentive, and provided updates on every visit! I was able to relax on vacation, knowing my boy was in great hands.

I have been trusting Michelle with my fur babies for many years and am so grateful for her professionalism, high expectations of her team and genuine care for me and my fur kids. They’ve gone to daycamp, get walks and overnights and are well cared for and taken care of in all of those services. Michelle is flexible, accommodating and thoughtful in her approach to animal care. She took care of my last boxer, Oscar de la Hoya, who fought cancer for several years. She was there right beside us, giving meds, watching over through rough times and giving lots of love. My rescue boxer Frankie and rescue kitty Lululemon go crazy when Michelle or Stephanie come for walks or overnights and I NEVER have to worry about them when they are in their care. I get updates regularly with picture and notes at every visit. No need to look elsewhere if you are looking for a trustworthy and caring partner to take care of your pets.

Michelle and her team are the best! They make scheduling any kind of petcare you need easy and are extremely accommodating. I have had to scramble last minute on a few occasions, and they have come through for me every time. Everyone that has cared for our pets has been very nice and communicative. Peace of mind! Michelle and her folks have looked after my two cats a bunch of times, and it's wonderful to be able to leave home and know that they're well taken care of: food, water, litter, play, and scritches under the chin. The updates tell me the kitties are doing well, and the pictures show how happy they are -- tails are always up! Plus Michelle and her peeps have watered my plants, picked up random mail dumped on the doorstep, and swept up litter escaping from the box -- they go above and beyond, and their care is obvious. I'm so happy I found Michelle, and I cannot recommend Little Rascals highly enough.

After our long-time pet sitter could no longer take care of our two kitty boys, I found Little Rascals online and I’m so glad I did! We were very worried about boarding our 1 year old, Belgian Malinois rescue dog for the first time as she had shown some difficult behaviors with strangers in the past. Christy addressed our concerns head on, was honest with us, and basically held our hands through the process. She was transparent about her facility and approach, sent photos to update us on our dog while being boarded, and was always communicative. Christy’s experience with many different breeds was apparent through her interactions with our dog and her clear leadership in the facility. We have worked with her for a number of months now and won’t be going anywhere else for boarding! She builds relationships with the dogs and owners and runs an honest, reliable, and affordable business.

We used CJ for her services for almost a year while she was setting up her warehouse. Toward the ending of our services with her, my dogs would try to run back to my car when dropping them off, I always had to ask for photos when they were with her, and they would be returned to our home and drink 2 full bowls of water immediately on being returned to our home. We were told they wouldn't be at the warehouse with her when I dropped them off so who was watching them at her house for all the hours she was gone? Probably caged up all day in her garage because they stayed with her elderly mother and I wasn't ever updated or aware of who was watching them. Very unprofessional, always argumentative and defensive when I questioned her about my dogs and their stay.

Every one of the staff here are just wonderful people, Our two little dogs could not be more different and both Sansa and Arya are very happy to go for day care or staycations. The younger one can be quite a handful (yes they both absolutely live up to their names) but she responds very well to their direction and is extremely eager to go in every time we arrive. It is a huge relief and blessing to be able to take them to daycare when neither of us can be home and board them somewhere we know they are loved and cared for to take a vacation. If there were a sixth star I would give it.

Christy is fantastic and has a safe and happy environment for overnight boarding. I was impressed with her set up and was thrilled when my two doberman's passed the socialization trial run. She will pick up and do drop off service and her van is set up with a very safe crate. My dogs are so happy to see Christy when she arrives and I get photos and videos throughout their stay.

Christy has been watching my pup for a few years now and we don’t know what we would do without her. Osler is always jumping for excitement when he realizes he’s being dropped off at her place and let me tell you, it really sets my mind at ease knowing he’s going to be well taken care of by people he loves.

Greatest place on earth for your 4-legged family member. My Scottie Abigail loves everyone there. They take excellent care of your dog and it shows how much each person there loves your pet.

Amazing service! It was our first time to leave our cat home alone for over two days, but since the meet and greet meeting with Jill I knew i could trust them and Ms. Cookie would be in good hands. They were very responsive form day 1, very professional and thorough during the meet and greet appointment, when they took notes on our cat's habits. They send you a daily report with pics that really makes you know someone is actually taking care of your pets. Ally McPets is a godsend for those trying to arrange care for their pets when drawn out-of-town for fun or work! We were scrambling to find someone who could care for a 10-week year old kitten we rescued two weeks before a previously scheduled vacation. From the moment I opened the door I knew this was a great place for my pups. I was greeted warmly and I think I needed reassurance more than my dogs, Gracie & Jon Snow. They both passed the socialization and I soon took them to their 1st daycare on a Sunday. They’re already friendlier dogs on their walks and with strangers they don’t bark as much. They also slept well! I feel really confident to leave them at Canine Retreat for a quick getaway trip! They are making friends, too! Thanks, Canine Retreat! We joined 6 months ago and it has been a beyond a wonderful experience having our Golden Retriever Retro be a part of Canine Retreat pack. Especially on days that rain and daylight savings combined when we are unable to take him to the Doggie Park it is perfect. Retro loves other dogs so much and being able to drop him off in early AM before work and pick him up after work is truly a God send. The staff are so very professional and I am always relieved to see him on the Webcam whenever I want. Retro gets so excited to go there everytime, he just cant wait to go have fun, and he adores the staff there. He lights up with a grin from ear to ear and he has it everytime we drop him off. Retro is definitely one happy guy to be there. If I could give them more than 5 stars 🌟 I would for sure!

Milo LOVES Tuesdays as he knows he gets to spend the day at CR. At 8:00 am he is sitting by the door waiting to get in the car. He has so much fun playing with the dogs and I am grateful that the staff is always present and interactive with the pups. We are very pleased.

We have been taking our dog here since November. I don’t have enough words or space to say how much we love bringing our precious pup to Canine Retreat. The staff is so friendly and loves our little pup like their own. The dogs are separated by size and are supervised the whole time. You can watch them on camera and it’s been so fun to watch our shy, scared puppy grow into a confident member of the pack. We cannot get her out of the car fast enough when we arrive. It’s her favorite place other than home. We highly recommend canine retreat. We have complete peace of mind when we leave her there. It’s a great place to socialize your puppy. Not really a place you want to take your dog that’s under the age of two. They do a test to see how well your dog socialize they put my one year-old dog in with older Dogs who didn’t have the same type of energy that he had. It was a little odd. I was hoping since they did put him with an older dog that the older dogs would correct him so he can learn appropriate behavior, but instead, the old dogs just stay in a corner. Tried this one out because it was closer to home. The staff is really nice just really odd that they don’t put dogs in weight class and age group. Wanted to come here because it was closer than the one I go to typically, but I’ll just stick to the one I go to in San Clemente because my little guy is able to have a good time.
