I have never boarded my dogs and thought I never would have to until I had to. Creekside same highly recommended. I went over to see the place and met Christa, one of the owners. They were booked solid through the time I was to be gone. Christa could tell I was at the end of my rope and figured out a way to make it work. The day came when it was time to take the dogs over to creekside. I felt so good about leaving them that I didn't worry at all. I knew the dogs and I were in good hands and I was right. Christa sent photos of the dogs and I could tell they were happy. This place is amazing. My dogs are my family and I love them more than anything. My heart goes out to these people for helping me and taking such good care of my dogs while I was away. Thank you, thank you.

They are very clean and welcoming. They always take great care of our dogs. I highly recommend Creekside if you are searching for a place to watch your pets.

So very pleased with boarding our two dogs (Australian Shepherd, 15 months - very nervous and active and Mountain Feist, 13 years - has a medication routine). New owners, Jason and Krysta Harrison, are great - very kind and dependable. The are 31 one different runs that vary in size, that are indoor/outdoor. Indoor has AC and Heat. They have a large area for the dogs to get to play and exercise twice a day. The facility is kept clean. Even allowed us to call and check in on our dogs. They post pics regularly on the Creekside Kennels' Facebook and Instagram pages. Also offer grooming and day care. All breeds and sizes are welcomed. Highly recommend.

The folks at Creekside kennels are professional and caring and took excellent care of my dog. They're establishment is top-notch clean and elaborate. I felt very comfortable boarding my dog there, I would highly recommend them to anybody

We recently moved to Franklin and needed to board our 2 dogs for 3 nights. I can’t say enough good things about Creekside Kennels. First of all the surroundings are beautiful, it’s like a mountain retreat for your pets! Creekside went above and beyond when we found ourselves in a dilemma when a local “other” boarding facility was a “no show” the day of our vacation. Creekside made room for our 2 dogs, which I’m so thankful for. It was a blessing in disguise that the “other” local boarding was a no show because once we pulled up to the property we immediately knew their facility was not going to be a good fit for us. Creekside Kennels is clean and very welcoming for your pets. The owners are great with the dogs and I love that they post on social media while your pets are staying with them. Creekside exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning customers! Thank you Creekside for taking such great care of Jake and Stella this weekend.

Creekside is an amazing facility. My dog Doodle absolutely loves it here. Sometimes I think he's a little disappointed when I come to take him home. David is wonderful and so is Nicole. I highly recommend it.

We are from out of town, and my dog cut her paw hiking.. they were able to accommodate her so that we could continue and she could rest. We were super grateful. 10/10 will use again when in the area.

Felt very comfortable with this boarding facility, Met the owners prior to my dogs stay . I love that they are right there on site. You can tell they are passionate about their business . Had boarded my 2 dogs previously with good experience. The 2nd boarding was a nightmare! My dogs are obedient and calm. Got a call after being out of state that they needed to be picked up after 1 st night. One of my dogs tried chewing through the wall to get out. I had My sister go get them and they both had to potty both urine and stool. It appears they hadn’t been out to potty. Which explains why they tried chewing through the pathetic walls they had between kennels. I will NEVER again use them after this horrific experience for me and my babies. Not equipped to handle the care for your fur babies. I highly recommend using another place to care for your babies if need be. The stress was unbearable for me and of course my babies. Terrible experience with this place. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY CARE FOR MY DOGS!!!!! Yes, I did want them there because of previous experience. However, if you did not have a kennel big enough for them both, you honestly shouldn’t have taken them. That was the problem! My sister went to the back where they were kept snd both dogs in a small kennel. NEVER AGAIN!

My boy loves Paula’s Pet Paradise! Zippy was a fearful boy who has blossomed and absolutely loves all of the girls at Paula’s! He is 70 lbs with a bad back end, and everyone at Paula’s takes such good care of him and ensures that he is in a kennel that is best for him. Although Zippy is getting better with other dogs, I love that Paula’s keeps the other dog guests separate, and Zippy loves his time in the play yard. Paula’s keeps their kennels clean and the kennel doors are very secure.

Fantastic service, and very nice people! We were in town due to a family emergency, and our pup was past due for grooming. Katrina was able to work us in, and she and the staff gave our boy a wonderful day at the spa with a full grooming. When we arrived, he was nervous to be in a new place, but when we picked him up, his coat felt soft and wonderful, he smelled great, was no longer shedding, and his nails were neatly groomed, and he was his normal sassy and confident self, having clearly made new friends. I was honestly surprised by how reasonable the fee was, given the quality of service. I would confidently recommend Paula’s Pet Paradise and Katrina to anyone. Highly, highly recommended, and thanks so much for getting our good boy in. Also, I love the neck tie as an extra finishing touch!

We left our cat Molly for almost two weeks while out of the country on vacation. The staff was so good about keeping us updated, along with posting photos, which made us feel a lot better about leaving her. Molly has stayed at Paula’s a couple of times previously, along with our other cat who has since passed away, and they were both well cared for and happy. Our labs Winter and Lilly love staying at Paula's Pet Paradise. They can be together in one large kennel, and have cots and a play area. The facility is very clean and staff are nice and professional.

"Our Goldendoodle "Buddy" had a great first visit with Katrina the groomer." She showed us around the facility, which was clean and organized. She interacted with Buddy while she explained her process and listened to our requests. She didn't mind that we stayed a little while, we wanted to make sure Buddy was comfortable with her, her associate, and the place before we left. When we came back to pick him up at the scheduled time, he looked amazing, including face, ears, paws, body and he was ready to go. Thanks so much for an all around pleasant experience, Katrina, we'll see you again in 6 weeks!

We have been using Paula’s Pet Paradise for 10 years on and off we moved away from Franklin and we are now back living here.We knew The former Manager who was wonderful.Paige who is now the manager is always so caring and friendly.She Loves all the animals along with all her staff.I would give Paula’s a 10 with a high recommendation for anyone looking to board their animals.Thank-you

SO ACCOMMODATING! They helped us so much and loved our babies like they were our own. Buttercup & Willow are our Houdini dogs and manage to figure their way out of one of the basic Kennels and Paula's Pet Paradise employees were able to accommodate by moving them to a more heavy duty kennel where there was no way that my two Houdini dogs would be able to squeeze their way out of that. They ended up staying a couple days longer and Paula's Pet Paradise was happy to accommodate the longer stay because thankfully they weren't at 100% capacity. Thank you everyone!! 🫶 🙌

This is by far the best pet sitting service we’ve ever used. Jen and Michelle take great care of our dogs. They are happy upon our return and they get so excited when Go Fetch Go sitters arrive! Highly recommend!

We used Jen at Go Fetch Go recently. We could not be happier. We are super careful who we trust with our three large dogs. Jen took the best care of them all. We received daily updates and pictures. We came home to healthy and happy dogs. The house was immaculate too! I cannot recommend Go Fetch Go enough.

I am going to use Go Fetch Go Franklin every time I need to go out of town. They were wonderful working with my dog, and caring for my cats. I got pictures and updates daily so I knew how they were doing. Could not be happier.

Jen and Michelle are great! Reliable, friendly, and competent. Lab tested and approved! They have both come to the house to give my boys a break when we are out for a long day. Very thorough in asking what you’d like them to do, show up when they are supposed to, and send updates while they are on site. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The team at GoFetchGo are outstanding and were able to watch Sammy (cat) when I was called out of town for work on short notice. They were extremally thorough on their discovery process on what our pet's needs were and followed everything to the T. We will definitely be using GFG again in the future!

The staff are very attentive and caring. Everyone working there is passionate about providing the best doggie daycare anywhere around. Amanda is great with setting up the best hours of play that caters around a dog’s needs, age and activity level. Excellent doggie social stimulation in a safe and structured environment. I will never forgive this place for what they did to my dog. When we first moved to town we thought what a great way to let our playful dog have a space to play since we moved to a home without a yard. Before this we had visited dog parks with no issues. We made an appointment for an evaluation. Things started off just fine. I was not allowed to be in there but I could observe what was happening. I explained to her that he had a history of extreme abuse but had always had a wonderful disposition. I also explained the steps we had taken to help him through the trauma he had experienced in his previous life. He was happy, playful, tail wagging, & friendly with staff and other dogs. Then I hear her say "bring out the humper". While my dog, who is around 40 lbs but very short, was leashed they brought around another much larger dog who was also leashed & prompted that dog to mount my dog. Of course my dog reacted to correct the other dog. She yanked my dog back and walked him back over to the gate and says NOPE NOPE HE CANT BE HERE and didn't even want to have any other conversation. I was in a state of shock and started crying as soon as I got to my car. Right after that a couple wanted to say hi to him which was never a problem bc he LOVES people. He growled at them. I had never seen that before. After this experience his personality changed. We could no longer take him around any other dogs. He even started being aggressive to the other larger dog in our home. We had to be cautious of people walking up to him esp when he was leashed. On leash he was a nervous wreck. This lead to thousands of dollars in training with a specialized training group. To this day he is still having issues with aggression. So much so that we are now getting ready for muzzle training. This happened over a year ago and it has taken a lot of money and time to deal with what my trainer calls a highly irresponsible action by her. I wish I could take that moment back when I suggested this place to my husband. That instant my dog changed bc they think it's ok for a much larger dog to be able to hump my leashed dog. I can't change it but I feel like in this sea of five star reviews I should tell my dogs story bc I'm sure the "humper" is still there and I would feel horrible if this happened to someone else's sweet pup.

This is a fantastic place to take your fur babies for playtime & socialization in a safe environment. Amanda takes great care in selecting which dogs are grouped together. She tests every dogs temperament before they enter any play groups, to make sure they will have a positive interaction right from the start. Whether your dog is a puppy, an adult or senior, small, medium, large or giant....there's always an area that will be best suited for them at Noah's Playground.

This place was Fantastic!!! We took our 5 month old border Collie Josie and she had a blast. Slept all evening. A special thank you to Amanda. We had never put Josie in day care prior, Amanda reassured us and took excellent care of her. We will be back in the spring and without a doubt bring her back. Thank you to the whole staff. Wish we had this service and quality staff in our home town.

Noah’s Playground is a wonderful place that my Australian Shepard, Bella Bo, enjoyed going. Staff is excellent. With the dogs inside or out. In the pool, tug of war, throwing a ball or cleaning up. Great place to safely leave your pet for 1/2 day or all day.

Today was my fur baby Cup of Joe's first day at Noah's Playground and I am so excited about doggie daycare! He came home so happy and relaxed. He walked in the house and flopped on the floor to rest and wasn't doing his usual super hyper goldendoodle puppy antics.

Best place in the area for your dogs. We bring our boy here several times each year, and we always know we can rely on the best care and exceptional service at Mountain Dog. The play area is amazing and the dogs seem to have so much fun playing together. Our boy always comes home smelling so nice and clean too, which is a big plus!

Ashlynne has groomed my shelties four times - she does an excellent job. It is a luxury to have a facility like Mountain Dog Spa in our little town, but they have been here to serve the canine community even when the town was smaller!

They put a shock collar on my dog without letting me know or even asking if it was okay! Definitely something to be upset about.

Terrific! My dogs absolute LOVE coming here, and they do a great job with training and behavior. They taught my pup to walk on the treadmill and it does wonders to tire her out so she's not such a nutcase when she comes home. Can't recommend enough!

Alissa and her team are wonderful! We recently got a new pup from the humane society, and he's going through their "board and train" program now. He's making wonderful progress, and they are always polite and cheerful.

Having never boarded our dog before, we were quite nervous but also wanted a getaway in a nice hotel for a night while staying nearby. After reading reviews here we decided to go for it. Having the play time and extra services available to overnight dogs sealed the deal! Our dog came back the next day with a bath, ears cleaned and nails trimmed, totally content and exhausted from all the fun play time she had. Will absolutely book again when in the area!

The owner and staff are knowledgeable and their love for dogs shows. The facilities are spotlessly clean and great for indoor and outdoor play/exercise time. There is ample staff to give dogs proper care and attention needed for their stay. Most importantly, whenever turning into Mountain Dog Spa’s parking area, I get to see my little Kacey’s unbridled joy and excitement she shows when she realizes she is about to enjoy another day with her friends at Mountain Dog Spa.

Best thing I ever did for my sweet fur baby! Alissa and her staff are fantastic. They love on the puppies and work with them on their manners throughout the day. Gus comes home exhausted, but happy and well behaved! We love our daycare days!!

My puppy recently stayed with Mountain Dog Spa and I was very impressed with how organized and how friendly the staff was! My pup had never stayed at a boarding place before and was scared at the beginning. After We picked him up and dropped him off again a fee days later he couldn't wait to go back to his room area!!! We stay in Cashiers every year at our time share in July and we will definitely be bringing up our dog and let him stay at this very nice establishment again next year! We even picked our pup up during the week to go on hikes, go to cashiers sliding rock and spend quality time at the lake. I asked for him to have a bath before we picked him up early Friday morning so he would smell good for our 10 hour drive back home. He smelled amazing and was soft ♡♡♡ Thank you Rayne and other staff members behind scenes!!! See you next year for sure!!!

My Lab had never been to a kennel. They took great care of her and gave her play time with other dogs.

Cori was recommended to us via K9 Curriculum. We have a high energy husky who would get over-stimulated in big, boarding situations and a fearful GSD who basically wants nothing to do with strangers. We had a major trip planned and wanted to get the dogs used to a new situation. Cori took her time getting to know my dogs and build trust. We did a few daycare stays and then some shorter overnight ones to get them used to it. She is patient, attentive and very responsive. We received regular updates when away. I trust her and feel very comfortable with my pups in her care. I highly recommend her and her facility.

We are very particular about where we take our dogs and with whom we trust their care. Cori was recommended to us by their groomer at K-9 Curriculum a few years ago and they have stayed with her approximately a dozen times. They are always excited to go, we get daily updates by video and/or text, they are groomed before we pick them up, and we have never had any problems with the experiences. We are pleased to recommend Happy Dogs to all of you.

We are new to the area and needed to board our 5 year old husky for the first time ever as well as have someone make once a day home visits for our elderly cat. Cori at Happy Dogs was just what we needed. It was a bit of a curvy, rural drive to her place but she has a small, clean, well run facility with separate indoor runs for each dog and a large fenced yard for them to play in. She stays in contact through texts and posts daily videos of the dogs. Our cat was also well cared for with daily photos texted of visits to the house. We've already reserved another spot with her for a future trip.

Cori has a beautiful facility and provides excellent overnight care to my 7 yo lab. He always has fun playing with the other dogs and I appreciate how well she supervised group play time. He’s happy when I drop him off and when I pick up. She posts daily video updates so I can be assured of his well being. Thanks Cori!

We have been taking our two weimaraners, Pepper and Finn, to Cori for years now. They jump out of the car when we pull in the driveway, and act like they are going to summer camp to play. They love their stays at Happy Dogs. Can't say enough good things about Cori and how she takes care of them.

Bentley, my German Shepherd, absolutely loves this lady! How much you ask?? I replay the video she sent me the last time he stayed with her. When Bentley hears her voice, he runs to get his halter & leash & goes to the front door to go see her & the day camp. The local vet has to sedate him for bath & nails.. not this lady, she got them done with no problem she is #1!!! Can't find anyone any better ! Very reasonable !!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

All 3 of our pups had a sleepover at Mariner’s Manor…. Easy to make the reservation, communication via phone and email with staff efficient and pleasant. The dogs were happy when we dropped them off and picked them up! Very knowledgeable staff…. We felt as if the dogs were in very good hands! Will definitely board them here again if needed!

New to the Area. Everyone is very friendly I took my pup in for a groom I was there around 10 am the owner took our information and said he would call when she was done. Later in the day around one thirty the girl called and asked what where they soposto do to my pup. I preceeded to tell her. She then said she would call or come back at 4pm. I went toget her at 4pm and the girl told me it would be another 20 minutes so I waited 20, 30,40 minutes. In my car as well. By the time we finally got home I sat her down and she squatted to pee and pee and pee. I don't know if they let the dogs relieve themselves but it was very apparent she had not been to potty in a while. I wouldn't Recommend them.

They have always provided great care for my cats, even the difficult one. They came through for me when I was injured and couldn't care for them. The staff is beyond friendly. Your pet will be well cared for.

We kenneled our dog here for a long weekend. It was great. He was well taken care of and the staff are excellent.

My Mom, my pup and I took a quick weekend trip up to Bryson City and I was so GRATEFUL to find Mariner's Manor, and especially for Shelly! (thank you again!!) Shelly went above and beyond for us more than once the day of my pups stay, 1.I was nervous and she called me to check in and let me know how my pup was doing halfway through the day and it really put me at ease 2. My car broke down upon us picking my pup up (we were out of luck because everything was closed with it being a Sunday) and Shelly called a fellow she knew (Thank you so much Zack!) and he came and fixed the problem! SHELLY you are wonderful! I was blown away by the kindness everyone showed us and we wouldn't have made it home that night without their help! Wonderful folks

This past weekend was the first time ever to board my dogs. We wanted to take our dogs with us on vacation but dogs weren't allowed at the airbnb. From the start of making the reservations to dropping our babies off to picking them up every day to spend time with them, everyone at Mariner's Manor were great and made our first experience great! Thank you to the staff who took great care of Bella and Waylon❤️

I was traveling in the area and needed to board my dog Jacky. I asked to see the kennel area and was amazed at how clean and fresh smelling it was. The lady who greeted us was also accommodating and kind. When we just picked him up, we were greeted with the same kindness. If I lived the area, this boarding facility would be my go-to for daycare and boarding. I was also happy that the vet’s office is right next door. It was truly a fantastic experience. And the price for overnight boarding was exceptional. I would normally pay more than double where I live. If you need to board your dog in or around Bryson City, this is the place. I wish I could find a place this nice in the Durham-Chapel Hill area.

We SO love these folks! Our 3 girls were there for 10 days while we were on a cruise. They were happy and well cared for. They love Shelly and Zack. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation bc we knew they were well taken care of. Thank you all!

Our 3 girls Annie, Lacey and Maija all LOVE going to see "Aunt Shelly". We know they are well cared for when we have to leave them. So we can enjoy ourselves and know they are in loving hands.
