I boarded my dog Koda here over the weekend and she had a blast!!!! She made lots of friends and seeing her so happy in the pictures made me feel loads better knowing she wasn’t sad and alone. They even gave her an exit bath when I picked her up which was such a nice surprise!!! She smelled great and it was nice to not have to do it after a long day of traveling. They are also super fair in pricing and we will 100% be back for any boarding, day care, training or grooming needs!

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have used Ashley and Abbie regularly for walking my dogs as well as check in on my kitties. They are wonderful to work with. Very dependable- they have never missed an appointment. I know they have a busy schedule but will do their best to fit you in for a last minute visit. Recently, I was home recovering from surgery and I got a chance to observe my pets when they Abbie or Ashley arrive to take them for a walk…. My dogs get so excited to see them. You can tell that they genuinely care about animals. Also, they take the best photos of my fur babies!!

The owners of Animal People Dog Boarding & Day Care (Aaron and Ashley Babaa) know what they are doing. Both are epic dog lovers and will care for your dog just as it were their own. This venture is born out of their equal passion to care for and board dogs in a dignified manner. Beautiful clean facility with new state of the art kennels to keep your dogs. This place WAS great and has been fantastic! I was going there for almost two years now. It's 45 min for me and has been well worth it! Both my dogs have come a long way and can't wait to see how much further they progress. 😊 However, the owner has abandoned this to move onto something else and it is under new management that has been a dissapoinment and changed what they have said so I will no longer be back there and will find something else. Therefore, I no longer suggest this facility.

Dog School Charlotte provides excellent training for pup and human! We are very pleased with our progress. We were having significant problems with our rescue. Dog School Charlotte folks are professional, courteous, extremely responsive and always on time! We are looking forward to continuing our advanced obedience & group training with them! Highly recommend!!

We love Animal People! Our pup is always excited to go and tuckered out when she gets home. If anyone is going to take care of our floof, they need to be animal people, just like us! Affordable care by folks that love our pup like just like we do!

Ashley and Aaron offer a warm and welcoming home away from home for your fur babies. The facility is kept clean and well organized and the dogs have plenty of indoor and outdoor space to run and play. I love that they send pupdates to the owners to let them know how their fur baby is doing. I have complete confidence recommending them to anyone!

Simply the best! We can’t recommend Animal People enough. Our pup spent two weeks with their team, and she had the best time. We got regular updates and photos throughout her stay. It’s very evident everyone on the Animal People team truly care for each pet in their care.

My sweet boy, Baire, LOVES coming here! He is so excited that he jumps out the car 😂 I know that he is in great hands because of how he reacts when he gets dropped off. Everyone here is so nice and I can tell that they love what they do and take care of all the fur babies as if they were their own. I appreciate all the care and service given toward me and my dog. I was very grateful to find Queen City Pet Sitting. This was the first extended vacation I took with my parents, and usually we are each other's sitters when we travel. I rely heavily on reviews and stumbled upon QC Pet Sitting and I could not be happier! Stacey the owner immediately responded to my query and provided me with a quote. Their prices are fair and reasonable compared to their competitors and the services did not disappoint. Sarah stayed with our 3 pups in my home while we were on a 7-night cruise. I was very nervous since this is the longest any of has have left our furbabies with someone who wasn’t family. However, Sarah was extremely professional and gave us a huge sense of security and relief knowing they were safe in my home taken care of and treated like family. She sent timely updates and photos (and snuggled in bed) with every visit and kept me in the loop the entire vacation! I cannot thank Sarah and Queen City PS for their services. It is so wonderful to have this option in the future. We are already planning our next trip!

We have been using Queen City Pet Sitting for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their service. Booking my reservation was easy. The management is professional and prompt to get back to you if a question or concern arises. The sitters that we have had have been wonderful with our 4 legged baby. They were both very good about communicating and sending pictures and updates, frequently. We will definitely use their services again in the future!

We’ve used Queen City Pet Sitting 2-3 times now and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Our pet sitters came to meet us, get the layout of the house, introduce themselves to the pets (5 cats, some more skittish than others), and set up the schedule with us. Each pet sitter was diligent in letting us know when they stopped by the house and sent pictures of the pets (have added some of those to this review). We’ve had great experiences with them and will continue to use them when we have trips out of town! Stacey, the owner, and the staff are very communicative, friendly, and quick to answer questions whenever asked!

We were really happy with the care that Dennis took over our two cats while we were away. He visited us beforehand to learn the routine and meet them, and then communicated really thoroughly with us about each visit, including photos. That really set our minds at ease that the cats were being well looked after. We'd highly recommend him and Queen City Pet Sitting.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge. I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution. Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

My family had a long trip planned, at the last minute I realized I needed pet care, my usual sitter wasn’t available. One of my neighbors uses someone from Queen City and loves them. So I reached out, the owner Stacey immediately called me, she hooked me up with the best pet sitter ever! Sharon took such good care of my babies, went above and beyond doing things that needed done like bringing in packages. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her, but Stacey reassured me she’d been thoroughly background checked with lots of glowing references. She lived up to all the praise!! It’s so nice to have someone like that to trust your fur babies and your home with when you leave town. I’m so grateful to Stacey and Sharon…they took care of me and my babies when I was in need!

Best service ever! Stacey, Queen City owner, has been beyond phenomenal with scheduling and providing top notch service. My sitter, Savannah, is truly exceptional. She has given such love to my elderly dogs, one of which we recently lost. Her compassion exudes from her. Hugest gratitude for their service. Recommend with zero hesitation.

He texted me updates and pictures of our dog during his visits, and he spent extra time and showed lots of patience when he was being temperamental. We have been using Queen City Pet Sitting for about a year now to take care of our cat when we’re traveling. It’s awesome that he gets cared for in our home where he’s comfortable and has everything he needs. We can tell that our sitter Liz really cares about our kitty and we love that she sends us pictures of him every day while we’re gone. My sweet Turkey loves Club Fetch! He always gets so excited when we pull in for daycare, and is always greeted by lovely, smiling staff who are excited to see him as well. These staffers genuinely care about my little boy. As someone whose dog is my whole entire world, I can leave him there with confidence and an eased mind. They also have great special events with ADORABLE photoshoots, and are always willing to give Turk a nail trim if I ask! 10/10! We love Club Fetch!

We always board our dogs here and they always come home so happy and so well taken care of, Club Fetch does a great job. Our dogs aren’t huge players with other dogs, and the staff always gives them attention and makes sure they are loved. They are happy to see them and so kind. Our dogs have medicine(s) and they always administer them correctly and ask questions. They have good space for dogs to run/play given its South End. We always get outside picture of them! Overall I feel like my dogs are loved, happy, and safe when they are there. The staff is always accommodating when we have had to change plans last minute and or several days out. Recently Stephanie especially helped me when I was in a crunch - she was kind and professional. I give whole the staff, the system they run, and the facilities five stars!!

Aspen did such a good job grooming our Great Pyrenees! When we originally took him to Club Fetch he was scared and didn’t let anyone touch him but Aspen worked with us over 3 sessions to make sure he was comfortable. By the third time we took him in there she was able to completely groom him! She has the magic touch!

Club Fetch saved the day! Memorial Weekend, I had to run out of town and the Dogsitter that we had booked was no longer available. This would have been our dogs first long ride and we didn’t want to chance it so we took a chance on Club Fetch. Lindsey was very friendly and you can tell she’s an absolute dog lover. She made sure to discuss the various packages that they offered and got us squared away. We selected the pack and play package where your pet would get cuddles and story time and we would get a photo report card of how he was going each day. The photos, while some were not good, did put us at ease seeing his face. Some of the photos were blurry, others seemed to have on a filter, or just a bad shot- nonetheless we were grateful for having them save the day. We made it to see my aunt (who was ill and hospitalized and back to Charlotte). Here is where our feelings dampened. Upon return, we were told about additional fees, that were not disclosed at drop off, additionally, we ordered a spa bath and they must’ve forgotten as they ran to do it after I called and said I was on my way and they brought him out soaking wet and not dried with no fragrance. To top it off, I was told that he wasn’t a fan of the dryer when he’s had several spa baths previously at another facility. The lady that assisted me upon my return was very lackluster and nonchalant and borderline rude. I stood my ground and told her what was covered with me upon my check-in and what wasn’t and I was told she was adjusting the bill. Oh, I forgot to mention, when I returned on Tuesday, they had me in the system for a 6 night stay and he was there for 4 nights. I was billed for a package for 6 nights and he was only there for 4…this is what the lady told me she corrected. I swiped my card, got our pup and left. Once I got home and reviewed the invoice I noticed that I was still overcharged. I called and left a message and the next day Lindsey returned my call and said she was getting the error corrected and refunding me a little more for all of the trouble. I’m on the fence about returning because my pup did return and had diarrhea for a few days. His vet gave him some meds for his stomach and now he is on the mend. Read everything before signing and double check everything. Keep in mind if you are boarding your pet during any holiday that there is an up charge for boarding during those “peak” times. I was told that over the Memorial Day weekend they had over 100 dogs there. They also offer doggie cookies as a sweet treat and an add on for your pup. I ordered a Memorial Day cookie and I was suppose to get a photo of him with it, but someone missed the mark. Not sure, if we will return but this first time visit was definitely chaotic.

Poppy LOVES club fetch! We had tried another daycare in the area which went horribly. I was so worried bringing her to a new place she/I would have the same experience. It was NOTHING like the other daycare. Lindsey took the time to explain their process and philosophy, tell me exactly how they were going to get poppy to warm up to them, and followed through on that promise to get Poppy to love daycare. After just 3 trips there, poppy now sprints inside, tail wagging, so excited to have a day of play with all her friends (human and puppy!). I am so grateful for the amazing staff they have there.

Bear and I love club fetch! The staff is all amazing and friendly and they know who bear is as soon as he walks in! When I ask bear “you wanna go to daycare?” He immediately gets excited and runs to the door! Cannot recommend enough! Lindsey is amazing and knows the dogs by name, she is the best!!

I have been taking my dog Meli to Club Fetch for a year. I could not be happier with the employees at club fetch. It gives me so much comfort knowing that she is well taken care of every time she goes to daycare and that she doesn’t have to be at home while I’m at work. She loves playing with other dogs and every time I pick her up at the end of the day her tongue is hanging out of her mouth and she has a big grin on her face! I highly recommend every service at club fetch. Meli also gets groomed there and she looks adorable every time! It’s nice because you can drop them off for daycare and they can get grooming services while they are there. Thank you club fetch for making our babies happy and safe!

After boarding my dog here for the first time for a weekend I was disappointed at pick up on Sunday. After requesting a bath during the online check in process and in person at time of drop off, when we clarified a basic shampoo and dry on Sunday morning, my dog was not bathed prior to pick up. I left two comfort toys at the facility with my dog and both were missing a time of pick up. The only response was "sorry", there was no offer of reimbursement, replacement, or even to take down a mailing address to mail the toys if found.

My yorkie needed a grooming desperately. We had tried a groomer after moving to Charlotte and I was not too happy with them. It took a while to find a place near me that I was comfortable going to and Club Fetch was perfect as well as Jackie his groomer. I will definitely go back. She did an awesome job and he looks adorable!

I recently boarded my pup here this past weekend for the first time and took her to her meet and greet/doggy daycare, and both time when I picked her up, she had the biggest smile on her face. It was the happiest I’d seen her since I’d rescued her. I will definitely be getting a doggy daycare package for her since she loves Club Fetch so much!

Planet Pup is my go to for boarding in Charlotte! Amanda and team are absolutely amazing with my dog reactive, timid staffy mix.The ‘villa’ boarding option allows him to have a semi private boarding room (1-3 dog kennels in a room) for a lower stress experience than long run kennel spaces I have used in the past. Planet Pup also has the most extended hours out of any other boarding facility I have used in the past (6AM-9PM). This is extremely helpful for drop and pick up times when it comes to my travels. I love the hundreds of pictures I get each day with his report card. I would highly recommend Planet Pup to any pet parent (especially us dog selective parents)!

We love planet pup! My dog is very scared of new people and Planet pup was great with slow introductions! She does great with other pups there and always comes back home tired for the rest of the night! We also love all of the pictures we get at the end of the day! I would highly recommend Planet Pup!

We had the best experience. We were traveling to go see the panthers and saints play and dropped our two pups off for a day boarding. Very easy process, lots of information about their stay and update with pictures. If you are in the area, I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Planet Pup!! Amanda is excellent at assessing dog behavior and providing a safe and enjoyable space for my four-legged child. My dog had previously been at a different doggie daycare where they said that she was not dog friendly and therefore could not participate in daycare at their facility. I was extremely discouraged as I know my dog can be selective with female dogs but is not truly unfriendly towards other dogs. I told Amanda before I even brought my dog in and she was totally understanding and willing to work with my dog's quirks. My little Sandy has never been in such wonderful hands! I know that Amanda takes the best care of the dogs there and is truly in business for the right reasons. If you are looking for a good doggie daycare or boarding, Planet Pup is simply the best in Charlotte.

I was so lucky to find Planet Pup for my 2 dogs. The owner, Amanda, went through a thorough job assessing their behaviors. I absolutely love the photos she takes throughout the day, and I get to see how much fun the dogs are having. The price is reasonable, and I couldn't have asked for a safer, more well run facility.

I had my dog with Amanda this past Saturday for the first time after Amanda being HIGHLY recommended by many dog people that I know. My dog is a little weirdo with anxiety issues, and I was so pleasantly surprised to see her having THE BEST TIME with the other dogs in the pictures Amanda took (white dog below) 🥰. After a few minutes chatting with Amanda, you can tell how much she cares about the dogs and how passionate she is about her business. In addition, Amanda keeps a few foster dogs from CMPD shelter, which just goes to show what a heart of gold she has! Please consider bringing her dog to Planet Pup 🙏🏻

My one dog has extreme anxiety and is kennel reactive and has been kicked out of daycare for this. My fiance and I have not been able to travel anywhere since we got him a few years ago. I found planet pup through Facebook recommendations and couldn’t be happier. The owner is always on-site with the animals and is very knowledgeable about handling and their behaviors, and worked with my kennel reactive dog to make it a stress free stay for him! Both my dogs love the play yard and always have fun socializing and playing fetch there. I only have good things to say about planet pup, and I’m so thankful I have someone I trust to watch them for boarding.

Planet Pup is the best - I've taken my dog here for daycare and she always comes home happy and tired. I like that the facility is smaller and Amanda does a wonderful job pairing my dog with other dogs that she will do well playing with in the yard. It's super easy to make a reservation online and Amanda sends the best photos at the end of the day. The hours are also longer than most - it's nice to have the option to pick up late evening.

Planet Pup is an amazing place to either do daycare, or board. Amanda is well versed in dog behavior, so your pup will get the best interactions. She is very diligent about reading dog behaviors and putting them in a fun group. In fact, our boy Percy made a sweet gal pal this week while he was boarded!! I feel very confident leaving my boy in her care. Amanda has kennels and spaces for all dogs (big dogs, escape artists, etc). And all dogs have records of vaccinations, etc. The reservation through the website is seamless, and the app allows easy access to upload info. You get daily report cards and TONS of pictures of your dog loving life and playing! I will only board here!!

We just moved here and found this place through facebook, and they are so amazing! Love the flexible ,widely available hours, enthusiastic owner, and the mission behind it all! We were so so nervous to leave our girl at a daycare after poor experiences elsewhere, and I am really happy we gave it a chance here! Our dog came home worn out and happy. Our dog was excited to see us pick her up, but also made sure to tell the owner bye before leaving which was really sweet to see, you could tell our dog loved her! Not to mention owner answered all of my questions so thoroughly without ever making me feel like a burden ( I’m a huge worrier so i had many lol ) She also sent many photos and even took the time to message with an update in the middle of the day!

Warning! This can happen to your dog! The attached pictures show my dog’s legs 1 month after sustaining chemical burns at Pet Paradise. I left my dog here for 1 night and came back at the end of the next day, picked him up and noticed he was acting strange. After finding his back legs oozing pus and his hair in a hard bloody matte, I took him to the doctors. At one point he also vomitted some blood. 2 emergency trips to the vet over 2 days and thankfully they were able to treat him. Pet paradise never gave me an answer as to how this happened to my dog, which means they haven’t fixed the issue. If they haven’t fixed the issue then that means your dog is also in danger of suffering the same or worse fate as my golden retriever. I will note the management at pet paradise was sympathetic and paid all the vet bills for my dog which I appreciate. But I will never leave my dog here again and probably will never use another boarding facility.

The staff are all SO nice and accommodating. The lobby smells good for a place with a revolving door of pets all day long. The view behind the counter of the outside looks like a fun pet resort. The grounds are very pleasant looking. Animals don’t mind going with the staff. It’s not at all like a vet visit..lol. Also somehow my pup looks so nice when I come to pick him up. I’m pleasantly pleased!!!

I cannot say better things about this Pet Paradise location. When I lived in Florida, I found Pet Paradise and would take my dog, Scout often. When I moved to CLT, I found this location and it is GREAT. I love that you are able to add on services like baths, extra day-camp play time, ice cream treats and report cards so you can see photos of your dog throughout the day along with how he/she is doing! Some of the rooms have cameras you can pay for if you need that comfort and peace of mind. Scout always has a blast here. The staff is amazing, friendly and so great at what they do. I will continue to recommend this location and company to everyone for their fur babies! THANK YOU Pet Paradise for always going above and beyond for our family.

My dogs love it here! They are well cared for and secure. Everyone who works here is pleasant and kind, and you can tell they love the animals.

We adopted Poe from the animal control shelter and fell in love instantly despite how difficult it was with his behavior. The staff at pet paradise charlotte were so understanding and helpful in making sure Poe had a group to play with when he is boarded. We ended up leaving him for the 28 board and train and are SO happy we did!! We brought him home yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We know that we have a lot of practice to do with him so that his behavior transfers into our home but he is settling is so well that we aren’t worried at all. Jenny and Krista were absolutely phenomenal and we would 10/10 recommend anyone to bring their pet here for training. They made sure he was incredibly loved and that his brain was stimulated his whole stay.

We love Pet Paradise in Charlotte. Friendly staff, clean environment and efficient check-in and check-out process and most importantly, they take excellent care of our Scooby. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is always so friendly from the moment I’ve walked in. They’re definitely pet people because they always greet my dog as well. He has anxiety and they are super accommodating to have the groomer come out and say hello and pet him before taking him back. And his haircuts are always on point! I would definitely recommend Pet Paradise for grooming. We haven’t used the boarding facilities.

I normally use rover because I like having my dog watched in a home and getting updates. Rover let me down though so I went with Pet Paradise and I an genuinely so happy with my choice. I paid the incredibly great value of $5 a day for a report card and the pictures I got were amazing. The people at Pet Paradise were all so nice and made me feel comfortable dropping my dog off. When I picked him up he was all happy and jumping everywhere on me and also on the worker who brought him out. He only ever jumps on people he really likes (me, my mom and sister are it). So him doing that made me know everything I needed to about the place, he bonded with the workers which means they took great care of him. I plan to use Pet Paradise for the foreseeable future and recommend it! Worth every penny.

You want to know what kind of boarding to expect here? The best. These people care so much for each and every dog that is dropped off. They take great notes and listen and follow up on any special care your pup may need during their stay. The services they offer are fairly priced and always delivered as or above what they advertise. I strongly recommend this place for stays of any length!

We stumbled upon this doggy daycare by chance when our original plans fell through, and we couldn't be happier about it. They were the only place with availability and willing to take our dog Charlie, and it turned out to be a stroke of luck. Charlie absolutely adores going there, which speaks volumes about the care and attention the staff provide. They genuinely seem interested in each pet, including our own, and the report card photos they send are a lovely touch that shows how much they value their furry clients. One of the standout features is their commitment to seasonal activities. Charlie loves participating in these, and it's clear the staff put effort into making each event special. This has included special photoshoots and arts and crafts that we boldly display in our home and at work. Consistency is another strong point. Unlike other daycares we've tried where staff turnover led to our dog feeling uneasy, the stable team here has created a familiar and comfortable environment. That consistency has been crucial in ensuring our dog's happiness and well-being. And has put us at ease as we had to return to the office post Covid. Overall, we couldn't recommend this daycare more highly. It's become a second home for our dog, thanks to the caring staff and the enriching experiences they provide.

By far the best daycare for my dog in the Queen City. I have a very sweet, but very high energy pit mix who loves to play and wrestle. Most daycares have said he needs special training because he gets overwhelmed in settings with a lot of dogs. Knowing that he does well with smaller groups, this daycare pays special attention to him and makes sure he does not get overwhelmed during playtime. The result? A happy and peaceful dog when I pick him up. I cannot thank this staff enough for the attention and care they show my Jake. Thank you!

Our dog loves it here! So much so that we go out of our way to take him here even though we moved. The staff is super friendly and having on-site grooming is a great bonus! My favorite thing is the pictures they send you when you take your dog there for daycare or boarding (except for Sundays and holidays).

My pup loves it there! They separate dog groups so he gets to play with pups his size and not get overwhelmed. The staffs are friendly and love my dog. He always get so excited to be there.

Amazing 1st time Boarding Experience after *not so great* experiences at other popular places in the area. I was nervous leaving a Foster Dog but OLP was awesome, they sent daily updates with pictures and even gave him a free bath before coming home! Big Mac gives them a 10/10 treato rating

They treated my puppy well but she was not cut as I asked. She is a mini golden doodle with a fluffy coat. I asked for her hair to be kept longer, about 3/4” - 1“, and showed them pictures because I was not familiar with dog blade lengths. She was completely shaved besides her ears and tail, which were kept fluffy like a scottish terrier. I was very shocked at first when I saw her, but as her hair has been growing in over the past couple of weeks, she is looking a lot better. She was crying and licking herself a lot when we first got home, but that stopped after a week as she got used to her new cut. I would definitely try One Lucky Pup again, but really stress the cut I want so I am not shocked again.

Sammi and the rest of the team were incredible. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The daily report cards are a great touch that we enjoyed in the absence of our pup. We knew he was in good hands.

My dog LOVES going to One Lucky Pup! Do your dog a favor and send him here when you are out of town or have a busy day where you won’t be able to take him out for exercise. This place is the happiest doggie playground my dog has ever known. They treat your dog with so much love and recognize him for the individual your dog is. They even take their photos and text it to you with a report card each day. I love this place! And so does Scout who says “two paws up”!

Loved having our babies stay here! We were nervous after using other places that completely overcharged and feel they didn't really care about taking care of the dogs while we were away. But we felt so comfortable leaving our babies here! We were updated everyday and got pictures sent to us. We got a tour of the facility also which is something most places don't do! Definitely will only be using One Lucky Pup anytime we go away and need our pups to be watched. Tootsie & Lady had so much fun 🥰 The first day cards were so cute too!

I've used Happy Hounds twice a week for the last several months and had my Boomer stay with Holly for a week. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Very dependable & very loving! Never worry about a no-show or that my baby wouldn't be well cared for plus Boomer loves them! Highly recommend!!

I just moved to the Charlotte area and had to go out of town for a wedding. I contacted Happy Hounds regarding a meet and greet. From the first message, Holly was amazing. She was very prompt in responding and took the time to meet with us to see if home-style boarding would work. The online portal made it very easy to schedule, communicate and pay for the services. When I picked up my dog, he was very happy and I could tell he had the best time :) Huge peace of mind knowing that my dog is in great hands! All around a wonderful, stress-free experience. I highly recommend Happy Hounds!

What an amazing discovery finding Happy Hounds has been! Such a relief to find an alternative to boarding and kennels. Holly with the Happy Hounds team is amazing and will leave you with such peace of mind knowing your pet is safe (and happy). Happy Hounds is the best boarding option for me in the Charlotte area! I have been in-home boarding with Holly for several years. I could not recommend Happy Hounds highly enough. Your dogs are treated like family, and the communication is wonderful; I always am reassured and reminded that my senior dog is having fun and being an angel. I will be using them for dog walks in the future, too!

We had a wonderful experience with this service! We left our dog with Holly during a week-long trip out of town. He normally has some anxiety issues so boarding him was not an option for us. For the same price we were able to leave him with a passionate, caring dog lover in a home-like environment who treated him like family. We got lots of reassuring photos and updates while we were gone and Brownie was very happy! We will definitely use Happy Hounds again and again!

Happy Hounds is amazing! Happy Hounds is the first pet sitting we’ve used and they completely exceeded our expectations. One of our dogs is blind and Holly was super comfortable with her. When we came to pick our dogs up, they were happy to see us but not happy to leave! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this service! We got an 8 week old puppy which we were completely unprepared for in regards to potty training and needing multiple walks per day. Needless to say when Monday morning came around I panicked. Holly was so accommodating on such short notice. She came over to meet my baby free of charge and was able to give me multiple options for us to choose from in order to best meet our needs. Our little one requires 2 and sometimes 3 walks per day, our schedule may very week to week and this has been no problem at all for a very reasonable price. Our puppy is always calm (as a puppy can be) and happy when we get home. Holly pays such great attention to our baby and has been great in reinforcing all of her training needs. I get wonderful text messages and pictures that help reassure me that she is doing well and she always looks so excited to be out with Holly. Happy Hounds is a caring attentive service for your pets needs and is extremely reliable and affordable .

Happy Hounds is the BEST. Holly cares for my dog 4 times a week while I am at work. This has been so helpful for me because not only does Holly walk her and let her out, she is also super flexible and caring. She can give my dog treats and chew toys that I only want her to have for half the day, leave her in or out of her crate, etc. Holly sends me a status update and picture every day, which I love getting! She's also really been there for us in a pinch when I unexpectedly need a last-minute walk and has even cleaned up puppy accidents a couple of times... My dog also home boarded with Holly over a long weekend. She was so well-cared for and it was so easy for me because Holly picked her up and dropped her off for me. The prices are also the cheapest I have seen in Charlotte. I didn't think I would be able to afford a dog walker but Happy Hounds has been tremendously valuable to me (and cheap)!

I've used a few different pet-sitting services over the years and Happy Hounds is by far the best! Holly is amazing. Not only does she take excellent care of my dog, but she's respectful of my home as well. She brings in the mail and trash bins; knows how to work my alarm system; will turn lights on and off and will even spend the night when I have to go out of town for work. She is responsive to new sitting requests and always sends an update (and picture!) via text when she's at my house. Best of all, she loves what she does and it shows! Her human clients and her pet clients love her equally as well!

This place is horrible! Dogs out in heat it was 80 degrees and dogs outside with no air-conditioning. Lots of poeple around and pestering and bothering the dogs. All the dogs looked very sad and hot.

THE BEST PLACE FOR DAYCARE AND BOARDING! Dogs All Day is the only place I trust to leave my two babies. Their staff is great!! They get to know the personalities of the dogs and even have their own pet names for my 2. I feel so good when I go out of town knowing that they are safe and sound AND HAPPY at DAD!!! They've been going there since they were puppies so it's like a second home for them :)))

We are so grateful to have a place that takes great care of our baby when we go away! I love that we can see him on the cameras and know he’s having fun with his friends! We’re so happy with our experience with dogs all day!

I worked here for some time. The staff are not properly trained to handle sensitive dogs and regularly mistreat them as a result. Your sweet little man gets called insults by staff because he anxiously misses his mom, and the only solution they provide (and allow you to do) is to put that dog back in his cage. There is also a great deal of hazards, I don't want to go into detail as these would be actually accusations of criminal negligence, but know your baby is very much being given the bare minimum in terms of quality in almost every metric. Anita calls it "the Walmart of dog daycares" and you absolutely will be getting that value, minus the bigger corporate structures that would ensure a level of quality and hold her accountable for the mistreatment of animals and staff. I was gonna say was gonna say I "quit" in early winter 2024, but they actually took me off the schedule when I put in my two weeks then fired me when I called it unprofessional. So that's the kind of people who run the place bare minimum. That being said, things may have changed (or I am a big huge liar) so take what I say as hearsay, but know that there are probably more qualified people to take care of your animals. AND it's worth noting they give you a discount if you leave a positive review :^) (or did at one point anyway)

Brody LOVES Dogs All Day! As soon as we pull in the parking lot, he can't get inside fast enough. We take him one to two times a week and found that with so much space to run in comparison to other day cares, he is the most playful and happy at Dogs All Day. They also offer half days which is awesome! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable - I always know he is in good hands! Best day care in Charlotte by far!

When I first started taking my puppy to Dogs All Day, she was shy, nervous, and hesitant to play with other dogs and be around other humans. Dogs All Day helped my pup get out of her comfort zone and now it is her favorite place! She loves all of the caretakers there and playing with the other dogs. I can’t thank Dogs All Day enough for always taking fantastic care of my dog. She is a mini aussie with a lot of energy and they do a great job of letting them play all day and get all of their energy out in the yards outside.

My dog has trouble with his appetite if he’s in a new environment. After talking to staff and calling to check in on if he’s eaten while boarded for the weekend, the staff quickly assured me they were watching him and making sure he ate enough. They gave him so extra goodies to make him more comfortable, and even took the time to hand feed him at first to get him going. I was so anxious to leave him, but I’m so happy with the care he received here. They truly LOVE dogs!

The best doggy daycare/boarding in town! We feel confident taking our 2 beagles here. The staff are all so kind and really seem to get to know our pups. The facility is clean and has great indoor and outdoor space. We know our dogs are well taken care of here!

The staff at Dogs All Day are very friendly and caring. My dog cannot wait to go through the front door and has so much fun at daycare! He comes home a very happy and tired dog. The facility is clean and very well managed.
