Always takes care of my dog well. Doesn't smell like a kennel after he comes home either. Often send photos of him to us when we are on vacation which has been one of my favorite things. Think we've been there 3 times now and never an issue.

As a lifetime dog owner who views our pups as a family member, leaving them behind is always somewhat of internal battle. Kennelina Pet Resort has been exceptional in all aspects of caring for our pups in our absence. Ken & Paty are extremely responsive and considerate with their time. I know that our dogs are not the only ones in their care but when I reach out for updates or with questions, they make you feel like your pets are the only ones in their facility! I would not consider Kennelina "local" to where I live, I drive one way for about 35-40mins past several other options to give Miller & Blue the best when I can't be there! You shouldn't hesitate to contact them if you have a need!

Coming from very particular dog parents. We love Kennelina! So do our Pups. They offer a place where our dogs get to play several times a day and have fun with other dogs. They offer a nice place for them to stay in the same room during down times. They also offer a facility that we feel comfortable leaving our beloved pets at. The staff is very nice a friendly as well. My wife and I highly recommend this facility.

We have booked our chocolate lab Moo Moo brisket pork chop here for four years! If we can’t take her with us this is the only place I trust to keep her. She recently went while we went on 8 day cruise and she had a hurt leg, they gave her medicine to her and assured me she was ok. They take great care of her, have excellent communication, and send me lots of pictures. Moo moo loves going here and goes behind the cash register likes she pays the building mortgage and is part owner. We love kennelina the only place for our brisket.

This was a first for us boarding our babies, we were very pleased with the care they received. Ozzy met new friends and Monkey enjoyed her alone playtime. We received pictures of them twice during our week of vacation. If I could make one suggestion it would be that they add cameras, so the parents are able to login and view their babies at play and inside the kennel.

They took excellent care of Chester, and we're relieved to finally find a place where we feel comfortable leaving our pup!

Beau and Willow recently stayed at Kennelina for 6 nights while we went out of town and they seemed to have had a great time! I really appreciated how attentive the staff was when we dropped them off - issues, special treats, medications, how much food, etc. Also, while we were away, they sent multiple emails with pictures of our pups enjoying play time and hanging out with other dogs. Also, when we did an initial tour of the facility, they showed us everything -- some places don't take you back to where the dogs actually stay, so I appreciated this transparency. The staff is very friendly, personable, and our pups loved them. Thanks for having a great place where I feel comfortable leaving my fur babies!

Having a dog that has separation anxiety, we finally found a kennel that socialized our dog with other "residents" and put her at ease. I even got a call from the owner about an existing lick wound on her tail. I told him everything was good and we were aware, but that level of caring and attention put me more at ease. I enjoyed my Company's weekend employee retreat without a worry. We will definitely board Precious here again and highly recommend Kennelina. Very affordable too!

Our dog loves this place! Kennelina came highly recommended by our neighbors and we have had a great experience. We always feel comfortable dropping off our dog and really appreciate the extra care they take to make sure she is happy and safe. The pictures of her running around with the other dogs are the best! Best kennel we have ever used by far!

I have a puppy during the pandemic and to say we are close is an understatement since we’ve been together 24/7 for months!!! I made an appointment to tour the kennel and Ken patiently showed me around explaining the care they provide. The place was small, clean, and all dogs looked well cared for. I appreciated the large in and outdoor compartments. And I especially liked that they only put a few like sized and temperament dogs in the play yard together. 1st visit was a play day and I received pictures of her playing with others. She was happy and worn out when I picked her up. 2d time was an overnight stay and again I received pictures of her playing and she seemed tired and I don’t think she ate much of her food while there because she came home and ate an entire cup of food then slept forever. 3d visit is 2 overnights and I’ve received pics of a happy dog. This overly protective dog-mom highly recommends their services. They seem to genuinely like the dogs they care for.

Great daycare. My pup is happy to go, and disappointed to leave. She gets paired with dogs at her high energy level and they play outside about as long as weather permits. Friendly staff that appear to like their jobs. Very reasonable prices. Grooming services offered as well. And, it's just nice to know that if anything does happen, there is a vet hospital next to the facility.

Our dogs always love staying here, and the staff is incredibly friendly!

She always does a great job and he feels so comfortable with her she is really good at what she does. Personally I think dogs are better judge of characters than people at times and he loves her.

Our fur baby, Buzz stayed for five days at this location. He suffers severe separation anxiety from his previous owners and we were scared that he would have a bad experience being away from us. Claws and Paws took amazing care of him. They administered his medication to help him through his stay and allowed us to be worry free during our vacation. He’s due to come back in a month and hopefully he will be in better spirits while we are away. I trust them fully with our fur baby.

Needed a place to keep our dog for a long weekend ( 9-17-21 through 9-20-21 ). Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The facility was clean looking and clean smelling. The grounds look well kept and maintained Our pet looked to be well cared for when we picked him up. Reasonably priced for the service. A good experience and would use them again should the need arise.

Sad to write this review as I have posted nothing but 5 stars for this kennel previously. Picked up my 11 year old dog on 7/10/22 and her legs and belly were covered in urine. She also was bitten while at the kennel which I know can happen and they cared for her however it was completely unacceptable to find her covered in urine. They offered a bath however we needed to get our son to an event but needless to say after over 5 years at this kennel we will not be back. I have recommended the kennel repeatedly over the years and now need to back track due to this. Again- not the fact she was bitten as she was cared for regarding that incident, rather that she was covered in urine at any time I find unacceptable. As of this review still waiting on the owner or a manager to contact me. Also, upon check out I was advised of the cost which was almost 80.00 higher than 2 weeks prior and for the same length of visit/time of arrival/time of pick-up. They corrected a portion of it however was still higher than previous visit. The pricing I am sure is competitive with other kennels in the area but now I will be finding that out as I will need to look for another option. This was such a great location with the vet being next door but needless to say the cleanliness of my dog and safety outweighs the proximity to the vet.

I bring my dog here all the time and she's always excited to go in! The staff are also super friendly and helpful, and they all seem to love my dog as well.

I came in not as a dog owner.. but with chest pains because I couldn't make it to the hospital... The lead doctor immediately told me to relax and he started an IV in me and 4 hours later I woke up from a triple bypass by the most wonderful vet clinic in the world.... This is 100% true and the best part is he told me not to worry about the bill because it was gonna be over $400. But I gave him $75 and thanked him for saving my life . I love you all

I was very scared to leave my bunny at claws & paws, as we’d never tried a boarding facility before. The staff was so reassuring and transparent about everything before, during, and after the stay. If we are ever in need of a boarding facility again, we will definitely be booking with Claws & Paws. Amazing people and clean environment. 10/10 experience xoxo.

They seem to take good care of my dog.

Andrea is quick to respond to appointment requests and is easy to get ahold of while we're away. Her hours and prices are very reasonable and she takes good care of our dog, sometimes sending pictures and updates throughout her stay. Andrea provides a dog bed and dishes, so all we have to bring is food and treats. She has also worked with me on dropoff/pickup time when we had a trip change. Our dog seems to enjoy staying there and gets along just fine with the other dogs.

We are so happy we find Andrea!, our dog Ellie loved the staying. You can tell Andrea knows and cares for dogs (and cats). Andrea is the best dog sitter ever!! I have boarded my dog, Milly there several times and she is always happy and safe when I pick her up. Andrea will always my “go to” pet sitter when I need one in the future! Andrea is so wonderful! Our puppy Dolly gets excited whenever she knows she’s heading there. We have used both doggy daycare and boarding and each experience has been great. She even gave us welcome/holiday gifts, which is so above and beyond the already amazing care she gives our dog while we are away.

We absolutely ADORE Andrea! She is so very accommodating and our sweet Thor always comes back so happy! You can tell that she enjoys her time with these pups! I never have to be too concerned about Thor because she is amazing at giving updates throughout his stay with her. We recently added a new furry member to our family and Andrea was ready to welcome him with loving arms too! I’ll always recommend Andrea to any and everyone!!!

Andrea took care of our Golden Retriever, Molly, when we went out of town for a week. She routinely posted pictures on her Facebook page, of her and the other dogs in her care. I would highly recommend Andrea for anyone looking for a pet sitter for their dogs or cats, and would like the peace of mind knowing that their fur babies are being well taken care of in their absence. I have been using Andrea fuzz service for several months now. I have an energetic Australian shepherd. Andrea has been taking great care of him. He seems extra excited when I drop him off. And I know he is in good hands. Highly recommend!!

I would like to give a shout out to "Andrea's Fuzz Therapy", boarding service, located at 1429 Union New Hope Road in Gastonia, NC 28056. Andrea is absolutely the most amazing pet sitter/boarder. I have left my Goldendoodle in her care several times and I am always very happy with the service and attention she provides to my pet. I am never worried whenever I leave him with her. She has a huge, secure fenced in yard, so your pet will get plenty of exercise. She provides healthy snacks and a safe sleeping area for the pets to sleep. I also love that Andrea is very knowledgeable about dogs and cats in general. I know that she genuinely cares about animals. Baxters Playhouse is our favorite place to leave our fur babies when we have to go out of town. We know they are so well cared for and loved. They post pictures while we’re away. And when we get there to leave them at the start of their stay, both of our dogs drag us to the door because they can’t wait to get inside and play. Baxters is very communicative and very caring. We can’t think of anywhere we would love more.

Baxter’s is the best place for our sweet pup Milo. We rescued him in late June and I started researching doggy day cares then. He was 18 months old and had been surrendered. He is a Beagle with lots of energy and playtime/exercise is required. He also seemed not to be self confident and had some separation anxiety. I am a teacher and knew I would be going back to work each day after having him only 5 weeks. Baxter’s was full for day care as they wanted to keep numbers lower than allowed and I personally loved that they wanted to keep that a priority. We were waitlisted. I stayed in touch and was able to secure a spot in early August! ♥️ They took such good care of him from the moment he visited. They even allowed me to call to check on him to see how he was at lunch. Since that time he attends consistently 3 days per week and we have boarded him 2x. I was so worried, but would message them and ask about him! I was always well received and never made to feel I was a bother asking about him. They love him as their own and he has been socialized so well. He gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. I love that he is not crated but played with, interacted with and even rocked to sleep at times. Baxter’s deserves 10+ stars!!

Baxter's is awesome! We have boarded our hounds with them twice now and both times have been wonderful. Pups have come home happy and tired and not even smelling like hounds (with end of stay Baxter's bath). The place is not quiet but every staff member we have met has shown quiet caring, patience and confidence with the dogs in their care. And our shy Ginger played with dogs other than her sister.

I have wanted to put my one year old puppy in day care for awhile now and I am so pleased with my decision to take him to Baxter’s! The staff is so friendly. Archie can be timid but they accommodated him by keeping him with the little doggies to warm him up. The best part is the staff sent me texts throughout the day with pictures to show how much fun he was having (since it was our first time)! I could tell he was being loved on throughout the day too which I loved. If I had words to describe Baxter’s I would say safe, convenient, and passionate! I will be continuing to use their services! This facility has been a blessing to my firecracker girl, and she is definitely well taken care of and loved during the full days she is there. While she is a high energy breed, she can crash and nap just as easily as she can play hard. They have always been mindful to let her go rest when she needs to. She comes home tired and content and is always eager to go the next time. I trust that the care and safety of my girl is top priority for them along with the other dogs there, which is why there are wait lists and such because they are focused more on quality over quantity for the pups at their facility. It's hard to trust people with your pets, and I'll be the first to be picky about who watches my pets, but this place is one of the best places out there! I am so grateful and thankful that my girl is a part of their family now!

I just picked up my pup, Otis, from a one-week stay at Baxter’s Playhouse and I can’t imagine ever leaving him in the care of anyone else again! It’s evident that Don, Abby, and their crew are true animal lovers and provide excellent care for our furry family members. We decided to make the trek from Southpark based on all the wonderful reviews and seeing all the daily fun posts on their Facebook page and so glad we did. Our boy is the best kinda tired that comes from playing hard and being spoiled rotten. This pic is what they call “Baxter’s Tired” 😊 We’ll definitely be back!

Our dogs had such a great time boarding at Baxter’s Playhouse! Pictures say a 1000 words and seeing the pure joy on my pup’s face, I knew they were in great hands and truly enjoying themselves! Our dogs have boarded elsewhere and left fearful and traumatized. We heard great things about Baxter’s and though 40 miles away, we wanted to give them a try. Our dogs were well taken care of and so excited because they were playing with other dogs and not locked in a kennel the whole time. We will definitely be back and choose to drive further away for our dogs to be happy!

We LOVE Baxter’s Playhouse for our pup!!! They take such care to get to know your fur-baby personally and care for them as their own. We had our first overnight boarding and they were so kind as to let me know she was calm and resting well after her fun day of playtime ended, putting my mind at ease! She’s so happy every time we arrive and so utterly exhausted every time we pick her up! We will be long standing customers!

I can't fully express in words how wonderful daycare at Baxter's Playhouse has been for both me and my dog Leia. Leia was a rescue and has had separation anxiety. I wanted Leia to start to feel more confident and get to interact with other dogs and people but I was nervous about putting her in the wrong daycare. I did some research on dog daycares and found Baxter's Playhouse. The family who owns Baxter's are wonderful people who really genuinely care about the dogs and their families. From the first day of daycare Leia has made progress and is enjoying playing with her new dog and human friends! Baxter's takes care of Leia just like I do and I'm so grateful for them.

If i could give this place a million stars I would!!! I have never seen my doggie more excited to go somewhere!! Baxters is AMAZING!! You could not ask for a better place to send your doggies. The owners are some of the best people I know. I feel safe when i send my dog there and trust me i’m a helicopter dog mom lol. Harper ( my baby) is treated so well there. I love how Abby sends you updates and pictures throughout the day when she is there. I was so nervous on her first day ( only because she had never been to something like this) within 30 mins of dropping her off they were already sending me pics of how much fun she was having. Your dogs will literally have the best time of there life at baxters!! The way they take care of all the dogs there is unbelievable!! 10000/10 recommended them for daycare or boarding, you will not regret it!! You can’t beat the price or the love your dogs get here!!

Whenever I go out of town I leave my 2 fur babies (Dollar and Hundo) in the care of Tails R Wagging. Kim is the best she always finds a way to allow the dogs to stay together and it not together they are near one another. Last minute reservations have been accommodated. I only trust the company when it comes to my fur babies.

I’ve been sending my fur baby to Tails R Waggin for months now, getting close to a year. I’ve also used their boarding services and the staff and owner are always wonderful to her and me. They always communicate if Luna has had any scrapes from playing with the other doggies. She runs into walls sometimes, lol! She is excited to get dropped off in the morning and plum worn out in the evening as you can see in this picture.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! If you need somewhere for your pet to stay, please give Tails R Waggin' a try! They are extremely professional and understand how much you love your pet. They make every effort to accommodate you and your pet's needs. I have a pretty sensitive dog. She doesn't like loud or strange environments. My dog comes home happy EVERY time here. We have had some long trips, over 2 weeks, and she comes home the same each time. They have different types of spaces to choose from, grooming, and daycare. We love them!

I previously left a glowing review for Tails R Waggin'; however, things have changed. My dog Penny is a pit bull mix and is very high energy and rambunctious - I am the first to say that she is not always a picture-perfect dog when it comes to her behavior, mainly when she is around other dogs. Things were always great when they had the cameras up and running! We had a few concerns in the past: witnessing a worker attempt to punch a dog with a closed fist on camera when they thought no one was watching, Penny's paw pads coming completely off during the first week there. These were red flags, but I felt fine at the time knowing that they were handled immediately by Kim. The number one problem that we had was the honesty within the company. There were two separate occasions when younger employees approached me in private to discuss how my pet was being treated at Tails R Waggin, and also the way that Kim was speaking negatively of ME as a person when I would drop my dog off. Both were warnings to take my pet out because she was not being treated fairly according to what they personally witnessed. Like I previously stated, Penny is very rambunctious, and I asked the staff multiple times to honestly tell me if they felt like she needed to be pulled out of daycare for her behavior, but I was always ensured that she was fine. We tried different calming chews to help remedy the issue, but nothing seemed to take away her high energy behavior. Unfortunately, it came to a point where almost every day when I picked her up, I could see them going into a dark room where she was being held in time-out. The worst part is that she eventually got to the point where she would try to run back out the door to the car when I would drop her off. She became skittish to my touch when we were at home and it broke my heart, I’m not sure what triggered her acting that way but I can only imagine after what I saw on the cameras previously. Now that she has been away from Tails R Waggin she is no longer skittish to my touch what so ever… Finally, another employee approached me in private and told me that if they were me, they wouldn't waste the money and time that I am spending by bringing her to daycare because she is constantly being put in time-out for things as simple as taking a toy from another dog. Now I'm SURE there were many times when it was deserved, but the communication on the severity was not relayed the way it should have been. Personally, it felt like the money was more important than my pet. In the same conversation where I witnessed an employee hitting a dog, I was also offered 20% off on my next package deal if I would write a nice review. I stated my concerns about her behavior almost every time I picked her up but was never told until a private conversation that my pet wasn't participating like she should be. In the end, we decided it was more important to just eat our leftover days that we prepaid for, around $200.

Staff is great with our dog. He's monitored and given plenty of time to run, play, rest, and hydrate. We take him here regularly.

I wholeheartedly LOVE LOVE LOVE! Them! Very accommodating numerous options for your budget and the loving care they provide your fur babies are unmatched! I was shocked at the camera quality and connection being able to monitor my babies while I was away was so comforting especially when 1 of my babies have a behavioral problem. And to see he was just fine with them won me over big time! This will be my go to place to trust my babies with.

A little over a year ago, I left a wonderful review for Tails R Waggin.. However, this go around was terrible… Camera info wasn’t given at checkin, and trying to get ahold of anyone seemed impossible until closer to the end of day two. Anyway, my dogs are three and have never had fleas, treated regularly and we also live in the woods, never a problem. They came home covered in them. I called and spoke to one of the managers whom actually groomed my dogs (note to add, my boy was not brushed out nor dried.) only offered a 40$ check in which covered the flea treatment… That’s nothing compared to 400+ dollars for boarding in itself, more treatments, shampoos, antibiotics, etc. Truly disappointing and will not be returning.

Highly recommend. We used TRW for the first time as our normal boarder was booked for Christmas. Clean facility, and wonderful professional staff who made me feel comfortable leaving River. Thank you all for taking amazing care of our girl.

Our pup has stayed (boarded) here 3 times now and we have had nothing but positive experiences each time. The staff are very friendly and professional. We like the luxury suites since it has a live webcam so you can check in on your pup. Sometimes the cam won't connect but I have found if you refresh the page or log out and log back in, it seems to resolve the connection. Same with the doggy daycare cams. Our pup did attend doggy daycare during his last boarding stay which the staff said he did excellent and had a lot of fun socializing with the other dogs his size! Would highly recommend!

In March 2021, we started bringing our boy Captain, who was less than 1 year old at the time, to the daycare at Tails R Waggin. He has been going there ever since. The staff is wonderful and take extra special care of him as if he was their own dog. Each day that he goes, he is so excited to go in and play. They spoil him all the time and even give him a few extra treats, which he just loves. I highly recommend the daycare for those that are looking for a safe place to bring your dog during the day. Your dog will love having fun all day and you will love knowing that your dog is being taken care of. They even have a great indoor space for those rainy days or even when it is just really cold or too hot to be outside for too long. Give them a try. We look forward to many more days there!

I have only the best things to say about Andrew and his team! I hired Cornelius Pet Care to watch my cat when I went out of the country for 11 days. The service was truly so amazing. Andrew is so responsive before hand and you meet who will be watching you pet before. Every single person who stopped by was amazing, did everything I asked and I felt like they all went the extra mile (special shoutout to Abigail & Donna). My cat was in the best of hands and my anxiety of leaving my cat was kept at bay with the daily report cards and photos. This was such an easy and wonderful experience. I highly recommend Cornelius Pet Care for any of your pet sitting needs. Thank you so so much!!

I hired them to watch my pets while attending a family member’s funeral out of town. I gave them the dates twice. They claimed to have written them down. When I returned home I had found my animals starving and thirsty, and feces and pee everywhere. I had to throw away a $250 living room rug. My children and I cleaned for days. When I confronted them about the situation, they stated that I gave them the wrong dates. I assured them that I did not and that they made a mistake. They proceeded to tell me that because I am grieving the loss of a family member that I was hostile and upset and that they would take no responsibility for their actions. Thank goodness my pets survived. They also blocked me from messaging them about the incident after I asked for reimbursement. Safe yourself the trouble and hire someone else for your fur babies! I read your response to this btw. Everything you just stated is a lie. None of that is even close to true. The lengths you will go to avoid accountability is disturbing to say the least. I hope no one else ever has to experience something like this from your business ever again. I would like to let you know that while you blocked me to hide the messages between us, I did take screen shots of all of them. I will see you in small claims!

Absolutely recommend Andrew and Carol Ann. They are super reliable and wonderful with all three of my fur babies. I love the updates and pics they send, really puts me at ease whenever I go out of town. All three always have a great time when they come by to visit.

Very reliable - we have enjoyed engaging with everyone at Cornelius Pet Care. They are our go to for helping with our fur babies. You can always tell good care is given when your dogs can’t wait to see them or stay at their house.

Cornelius Pet Care LLC is an awesome company. I used them several times while I was out of town. They took great care of my dog Jax. I received pictures everyday of Jax. They even brought him snacks.

A neighbor recommended this sitter so I called and he had me go to his site and fill out a lengthy questionnaire, add CC info and setup a meet and greet. THEN he reads my lengthy bio and sees I have Rottweiler, calls and cancels the meeting. He could have asked the breed on the call and not wasted my time. If you fear Rottweilers you seem to be in the wrong business.

We've used Cornelius Pet Care for a year and a half now for our four fur babies (2 dogs and 2 cats). Whether we are a couple hours down the road or on another continent, we've felt really comfortable leaving our pets under their care. We get updates after each visit and we laugh at the pictures they take while on our trip. Their booking services are easy and convenient to use and they are always super flexible with scheduling to accommodate travel changes. Definitely recommend to friends in the area!

My husband and I are so happy to have found Cornelius Pet Care. We have 4 pups and they need to be walked daily/ let out while we are working. We trust Andrew and Carol Ann to come into our home and take care of our furbabies. They give our pups fresh water, change out potty pads and give our pups lots of attention/ treats. They even send daily photos of how the visit went. Our dogs love these daily visits. So thankful to have found Cornelius Pet Care. Wonderful company whose employees truly love animals.

We have used Cornelius Pet Care since Spring of 2023 and they have been so incredible to us AND our pups. They are always on time, flexible and they take the best care of our two dogs. Their app is so easy to use and they are always incredibly quick with communication and scheduling.

So very thankful this business exists near me! Their service is very streamlined; they were able to get me on the schedule and took great care of my cat with pretty short notice. My baby boy was happy, and I love that they sent pics each day! Highly recommend their service!

Excellent results! Just a bath and a brush this trip but Tonda and Robin always do amazing work and our dogs look forward to their appointments. They jump in the car without hesitation now.

We've been using pampered pooch for over 20 years, we've moved out of state, only a 45 min drive and we still take our little ole man here for his grooming every 2 months. The ladies there are great.

I use to bring my dog here a long time ago. Money is tight, he's a yorkie so it's been quiet a while since he's been "groomed" aside from the maintenance he gets at the vet. I tried to call today to possibly get him an appointment for the future. The lady that answered the phone very quickly told me they had no availabilities and offered no information for anything in the future. I didn't even know how to respond... I supposed my silence prompted her to then asked "how long has it been since he's been here anyway? We're not even taking new appointments." I wanted to like them like I did in the past. Especially from all the reviews but just ONE unpleasant phone call changed my mind. Not friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Very friendly and capable. My dogs are especially dramatic when having their nails clipped, but the Pampered Pooch crew handled it with a smile.

There are two fine ladies there that take very good care of the fur babies they groom. They are kind and courteous to there customers, very much liked and respected for the services they provide. I been a customer for some years and will continue to be.

We have taken our dogs that needed grooming here for about 25 years. They have always done a great job.

I have taken my puppy there for his last four groomings and have been very pleased but today we both had a very bad experience. I was told he snapped at the groomer and he was also cut very different from all other previous times. I was treated rudely when I picked him up asking me “ are you not even going to ask about the girl he snapped at,”? I have the most laid back dog ever and he is very social and loving to everyone, but since I picked him up today he had has snapped at my grandchildren, but me and growls when you come close. I am heartbroken because I have put my heart and soul into this puppy for 12 months and he has been the best behaved boy…. He was traumatized today and I just hope he can get past the way someone treated him….

My Maggie suffers from separation anxiety. The ladies at Pampered Pooch are awesome with her. We have been going there for about 6 years and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!!!

These ladies are top notch love them!! I won't get my dogs nails done anywhere else they're perfect!! 100% recommend!!

We love Bubbles and Bows! I wanted somewhere both of babies were happy to go and play. Deb has been wonderful during the transition and promotes open communication with her families. She and Mike have made Harrison and Alley feel right at home and are passionate about what they do and it shows!

I’m a new dog owner. My vet recommended Bubbles and Bows. From my first phone call, Deb was so inviting and excited about getting to know my puppy. She expressed many times how important it is to her that my puppy becomes excited about going to daycare..and that meant a lot to me. It said that she already wanted to take care of and love my little Georgia. We are now training and I’m amazed how far Georgia has come. I will leave Georgia for the first time in a few weeks and I couldn’t feel more comfortable with leaving her in Debs hands. I won the doggy daycare lottery when I found bubbles and bows!

Finnegan has-been a part of the Bubbles and Bows pack since he was 6 months old. Ms Deb and company make sure he feels comfortable at his home away from home with plenty of activity and fun. He bounds out of the car with excitement to go play with his canine pals. And I have peace of mind that my little buddy is in good hands while I'm working or away.

I was standing in line with other pet parents waiting to pick up my baby, the man standing in front of me welcomed me like I had known him for years; he said "this place has been such a blessing." While at the time I nodded and agreed beyond thankful I had just squeezed into an opening for a new member. Now, almost a year later, blessing does not even begin to describe it. This place completely changed mine and my dog's life. Once a wild 8 month old with zero training squeezing in between fence posts to now a social butterfly. The socialization with all the different types of dogs is amazing, the grooming at another place he would always fight to go in, now he rushes through the door to get to Mrs. Deb. I was at my wits end with him being destructive and not listening and training lessons were my last attempt before rehoming him. Almost instantly he stopped destroying things just by starting daycare and then the training on top of everything, well, I honestly cannot believe it is the same dog. After just the first day of training I started to tear up because she had him heeling right beside her and starting to stay on command; I never thought he would get to that point. Co-workers pass my phone around at work to see all the amazing pictures and many have commented they wish they had a place near them like this and was wondering if they could find one. I always apologize to them and said, "I'm sorry but there is no other place like this." I don't think there are enough words to describe how absolutely grateful I am for this place. I honestly can't say I know another place where their passion and kindness show through their work everyday. Even hours away from relatives, I feel like I have a family a few minutes up the road.

Bubbles and Bows is the best place in the Gastonia, NC area to board or day care your dog! They are a full resort, including a pool. Our dog, Jack was always pampered there and didn't want to leave!

We adopted Copper from a shelter and immediately found that he had some pretty severe behavioral issues. After a few months, I was almost ready to give up...he had been kicked out of another doggy day care, whined & barked all the time, had broken out of several crates and couldn't be left alone at home for even a few minutes without destroying everything. As a last straw, I just happened upon Bubbles & Bows during a search online and gave them a call. I was in tears talking to Deb about him, and she agreed to give him a chance. We immediately started obedience training with Deb, which helped immensely. We would talk a lot about how best to help him and we literally tried EVERYTHING Deb could think of. Copper ended up needing some medication to help with his issues, but Deb never gave up on him or me. Now finally, after only a few months, we are amazed at how wonderful he's doing. Deb, Doug and their facility is the absolute best around. You can see how much they truly care about all the furbabies that come there. It's not just a big room or fenced-in area with a "babysitter"...they interact with the dogs and work with each one based on their needs. Copper gets so excited on the days that he goes to day care. I'm not sure where we'd be if we hadn't found Bubbles & Bows. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

So very thankful a friend recommended Bubbles and Bows for my new fur baby . After Daniel completed his life skill training with Debbie it was so obvious we understood each other.His manners, confidence, and personality only became more loving and more a part of our family. Thanks for a job well done Debbie at Bubbles and Bows and we look forward to a productive future!

My dog Louie means the world to me. It took me forever to find someone that he is comfortable with and that he is not afraid to be groomed by. He loves this place. He knows that they love him and that has made all the difference in the world. He wags his tail when I pull up to drop him off. They go above and beyond. I am very thankful for Bubbles and Bows Tropical Pet Resort. My Louie loves it there!

Bubbles & Bows Tropical Pet Resort and Spa is the only place I feel comfortable enough to leave my fur baby. The facility is well kept, and the staff is superb. Ms. Deb has a natural gift and it shows. I enjoy visiting Bubbles & Bows’ Facebook page to view the daily posts. It’s my way of living vicariously through the pups that are enjoying life, the water, and the all-inclusive perks!

Love them .My dog's are so clean when I go get them. The staff and owner are so sweet. I love taking my fur baby's to them. My fur baby's love them too. GREAT PLACE. I RECOMMEND EVRY PET OWNER GO TAKE YOUR FUR BABY'S TO THEM.

Very unsatisfied called to make an appointment for our dogs to be groomed. We have 5 dogs we spend almost 250 to 300 every time we take them. One of our dogs are a Rottweiler which I feel the staff at this facility is intimidated by. The last time we had them groomed she did not smell like she had had a bath the daughter-in-law is very rude and cussed me on the phone. They do not have a doctor on site. I highly recommend you do not take your pets here. They were also just on the news for administrating medicine without a license or doctor

This is the BEST place that I have EVER taken my dogs to. We love this place and it's the ONLY place I would ever leave my pets because I know that they are WELL taken care of at all times.
