Best Place Ever! My dog loves going to stay with Bonnie everyday while I'm at work. They take great care of her.

We are thrilled beyond belief that we found Bonnie. We have a 10 year old Shepard mix, Izzy, and a 9 month old, 100 pound crazy Rottweiler, Riker. We had booked a vacation before we got our Rottie puppy and I was extremely apprehensive about leaving him since we had never left him before. Bonnie was AMAZING. She brought over playdates to run off some of his puppy energy, took them to her house to hang out, brought her kids over to our house to play with them, and even took Riker to a softball game. She also sent bunches of pictures and videos. She took such good care of them that I was a little worried they wouldn't even miss us. If she can handle a sometimes pushy 100 pound Rottie, she can handle anything.

Bonnie did such a great job watching our animals while we were away! They all were happy and well cared for! We got picture updates daily and she was even able to handle a utility issue that came up while we were out of town. We definitely recommend her services!

Hi I'm Finnegan the English Springer Spaniel. I have been playing at Bonnie's house since I was 5 months old. Bonnie and her loving family have helped me grow to be a healthy and happy 16 month old "big boy puppy". I appreciate the personal care, attention and love I get from Bonnie who pampers me. I cannot say enough good things about Bonnie! We have only had our puppy since Nov. and had a trip to Disney planned for May. We were very stressed as to who would take care of our Millie. I was searching on line and reached out to her, she came over to meet Millie and we new she was the one! She was wonderful to Millie, very caring, treated her like Millie was her own. We received daily updates and pictures which helped to ease the anxiety we felt being away from her for a week. Bonnie took Millie with her during the day and stayed overnight with her at our home. I honestly cannot tell you what a God send she was. Bonnie also worked with Millie on her training that we had started and Millie has been doing great with potty training, leash training and in general a more calm little Yorkie. If you are looking for the best person to care for your fur baby look no further, Bonnie is the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Bonnie! She arranged for a meet and greet with our dog and a play date prior to us scheduling a series of days for doggie daycare. Both during that time and the subsequent days we got regular updates and pictures. We would absolutely recommend!!

Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal!! Always goes above and beyond and treats animals as if they were her own. Our Murphy loves it when he gets to have a Bonnie Day!! Bonnie’s expertise in veterinary medicine is impeccable, she helped us when we had a sick golden retriever. It was like having a veterinarian on call. What a great job the ladies do! I never worry about how my babies are treated while boarding or grooming. They love pups here. Always busy so prepare ahead for booking appointments.

Pan and her staff are beyond great. She is caring and truly loves animals. She is high spirited and my Doberman , Clyde loves her. When we drop him off to be boarded or groomed he literally bounds into her office and she greats him just as enthusiastically. We are so thankful to have found Pam and would go no where else but Classic Kennels.

Pam and her staff are awesome! My collie loves going to see them. Pam does a fantastic job grooming and her prices are reasonable. My dog loves to be boarded with her. Just a great , clean, friendly place your dog will enjoy! I highly recommend classic kennels.

If you need your fur baby to be well loved, and cared for, look no further. Pam and her staff put all their love into this, and it shows. Animals are so well taken care of, the facility is great. I picked up a dog who was so happy, and so well socialized. I cannot say enough good things. You won't be disappointed if you entrust your dog to their care.

We use them for grooming and nail trimming. The pups always look adorable afterwards. Our dogs are quite the handful but they've handled all of them with grave and a no nonsense attitude! It's amazing how the dogs respond to them!

I took my pug to Classic Kennels on April 24 to get a bath and have her nails clipped. It was the first time I went there and I was grateful they would take her during the COVID-19 shut downs. When I picked up my dog, she was limping slightly on her right rear leg. I just figured maybe a nail was cut a bit too far. She is a handful when she is getting her nails clipped. It is now May 23 and she has continued to favor that leg. I’m not sure what happened but I wish they just would have been up front and mentioned her injury to me so I wouldn’t have wasted all this time waiting to have her seen by the vet. She is no longer able to run and play. We took her to the dog park and just walking around for half an hour had her almost unable to walk through the house to her bed. She has an appointment on June 3rd. I’m certain this will cost me an arm and a leg because of the need for X-rays. I will update after her appointment. No, I haven’t contacted them about this because as I said I was waiting for it to resolve itself. I will once she sees the vet.

First time ever sending my dog to a kennel for the weekend and he's six little chihuahua and it broke my heart but let me tell you something was fantastic with him and I would recommend them to anybody

they ruined my cats beautiful fur!! Hubbard pet resort and spa is TERRIBLE. Took my cat here because they had a last minute opening and she’s been getting knots in her fur and stressed about us moving and having to leave the house a lot. I told them exactly what I wanted I said I wanted the knots out of her fur and to cut her nails and give her a bath and she was pressed on time and so instead she took 30 minutes and just shaved it all didn’t even cut nails or bath her she still has a knot in her tail and on her neck and I was like wow you did that in 30 mins usually she’s here for like 3 hours did you get all the knots out? And she said yeah. but if you said you were doing a lions cut (she claimed she told me she was doing that)which if I didn’t ask for it why would u SHAVE my cat clearly when I described what was needed i DID NOT want her SHAVED. then why wouldn’t you say well a lions cute entails beings shaved so yeah instead she just said yep we got them! I even expressed on phone I didn’t want it short and she told my husband when he went and flipped out that “they told me they were doing a lions cut” i didn’t hear them say that and even if she did if I didn’t ask for that why would u just tell me you’re doing it and you still did it badly and then why when I described exactly what I wanted did you not say well the lion cut includes shaving her so we probably shouldn’t do that!! It’s because she never said it. She was pressed on time and took the easy way and shaved it and left a huge knot in her neck and tail. My poor kitty had such beautiful fur!! Do NOT recommend this place.

I cannot think of taking my two boys anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, from the front desk, to the cleaning lady. The facility is always clean and my two schnauzers are always wagging their tails in anticipation, when they see their groomer Tracy. I would and have recommended this place!

Staff was pleasant, helpful, and resourceful. Gave detailed responses when we called about our older blind dog who was there for a week. How he was and how smart he was. They gave him his medicine (insulin and ear medication) as requested without a issue. We had him bathed before we picked him up, and he came out smelling amazing with such a shiny clean and soft coat. Will definitely be back for whatever grooming and boarding needs.

What a relief to find Dana and Hubbard Pet Resort for my dear sweet kitty. The place is neat, clean, adoreable... The staff very professional and friendly. She's even showcasing herself when friends stop by. It's a treat to see this meek little gal coming into her own. She'll be going there from now on. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

It seems only fair to share this young lady’s story after reading so many reviews about this owner being “professional”. The owner was going to set up an interview for this young lady who had tons of recommendations for the job as she has tons of experience in caretaking for animals. Only to turn her down immediately after finding out that she is deaf. Stating that she is deaf and couldn’t even hear a child then she wouldn’t be able to care for an animal. Plain ignorance on the owners part. Good luck in court!

Hubbard pet resort has cared for our cat and dog multiple weeks over the past year or 2. I could not want better care. The staff are kind, friendly and engaged in caring for my boys like they were their own.

We found this place while doing a search. We had gone here several times, staff were always friendly. Our dog came back fine no issues. Within the past month we had an unexpected illness that meant we had to go to Cleveland for a couple days. Called last minute not knowing how long we would need to use their services. Very accommodating, our dog stayed 3 days. Came home no problem, and again we needed their services. We were unsure of how long we would be, they worked with us extending our dogs stay. They sent pictures and our dog was having fun. We kept in contact and let them know the situation. Our dog was going to run out of food because I only packed a week of food, I was under a lot of stress and they suggested that I could have Amazon deliver her food so I wouldn’t have to leave to bring her food. I am so grateful for their quick thinking, and the way that they just kept working with us, not knowing our schedule. They showed compassion and understanding that I didn’t expect. I was worried about my loved one in the hospital and it was a huge relief knowing I didn’t have to worry about my dog. I knew that the people working there genuinely love animals and they saw what a sweetheart my dog was and allowed for her high energy and wore her out. She enjoyed herself, but more importantly we felt good with our choice. She went back after we got home and didn’t even look back as she walked to the dog area. I would highly recommend the Hubbard Pet Resort. They really like dogs and it shows.

They have some of the best rates around. More importantly, their staff is great! They are wonderful with people as well as animals. Our two dogs have stayed here twice and both times they were happy and healthy when we returned! They get time to run and play, personal playtime, and their is a nice outdoor dog park on site where they can socialize with their dog friends. I highly recommend Hubbard Pet Resort for anyone who needs to know their pets are in good, loving, and capable hands while they're away.

By far the best place for my Draco. He gets so much love from the staff, and he always has a great time during his stays. Very clean, everyone is so friendly.

The staff are really friendly and truly love animals. They handle special requests such as give meds, and extra meals. They offer daycare and extended stay. The care that is given here is above and beyond. They also have grooming staff members for those that would need the service.

Yeti looked amazing after his bath and trim. He smells great and is no longer dragging a ton of mud in my house on his shaggy feet! Excellent job!

My parents and I boarded our pups with Ashley while we went out of town for a week. We were really nervous about leaving them for a whole week, but Ashley took great care of them and kept in touch with us while we were away. She did a fantastic job creating a positive experience for my nervous pup who is scared of strangers. Ashley also groomed my parents dogs while they were there and did a wonderful job (we were really impressed). I highly recommend Ashley for your boarding and grooming needs!

Ashley is amazing with animals. Most of the negatives here are likely a certain someone who never really brought their dog to her, but that Ashley rescued their dog and put a ton of money into to make him better after they neglected him and then they wanted him back for free. She works out of her home and is one of the best value priced in the area. She takes her time to make sure your pet is looking its best and is comfortable and happy during the process. I boarded my cat with her and he had health issues. She took amazing care of him and even though he had his issues, made sure I knew he was as unstressed as possible and comfortable. I’ve known her since elementary school, her morals and ethics are better than most I’ve met. You can’t go wrong bringing your pet to her. Also going to put in here, she put up with harassment from a customer after she tried to cancel due to being hospital worthy sick. The response from that customer was incredibly heartless and selfish along with generally being a pain considering she needed rest, this person approved the cut as “perfect” then complained here. People should be ashamed of how they treat others, especially people who genuinely try to do their best.

Ashley was wonderful! My puppy clearly loved her, and she groomed her beautifully.

We boarded our Mufasa (chow/retriever) for the first time with Ashley. I liked that she sent us a picture and update on how he was doing midweek of his time there. We agreed to a shampoo and before doing any clipping she asked us first. When we picked him up he looked great.

I love taking my dog to Ashley. She is very nice and very good with the dogs. However, I have not been able to get her to answer your phone or return a phone call in quite some time.

Ashley did a great job & we're very happy with his cut. We are temporarily in the area & she was able to get our shih tzu in for a spa day.

I boarded my Pomeranian with Ashley and she came home with hair that we didn’t ask for, and stomach issues that she’s never had before. She also came home and drank many bowls of water as if she didn’t give her enough. I don’t recommend if you actually care about your pets!

I have been taking my cats to Ashley for years. They love her and she does wonderful job. I have recommended her to all my friends.

I took my Wheaten and Welsh Terrier there this past week. Both were handled with extreme care and they groomed them to their breed standard cuts. It was a very positive experience for both dogs as they did not receive any cuts or nicks as they have with other grooming establishments. This makes for a very happy dog mama! I would highly recommended Yuppy Puppy to anyone.

This is the only place I will take my girls! Not only do they do a fantastic job with them but they have helped to teach me to better care for their coats. Both of my girls have gone to Yuppy Puppy since they were puppies. They come out with exactly the cut I ask for every single time. You can tell Shannon and each of her team members are passionate about what they do. I feel confident my girls are safe and loved while they are in the shop and I NEVER have to worry about their wellbeing while I am not there. Highly recommend YuppyPuppy!

I've taken Teddy Bear here since he was a little puppy, Shannon and her staff are terrific! Teddy Bear isn't the easiest to groom but they are so patient and kind. I won't go anywhere else!

He was done in 45 minutes. He was very stressed out with other dogs as it was his first time they took him in a area and made it work for him ! Very friendly and caring people ! Also best price around !!!

I'll let persephone speak for herself, she's a bichon shishtzu aka Teddy Bear 🧸 🐻 🐻‍❄ her fur resembles a poodles but it is so far from it, probably the softest daft almost human hair fur you've ever felt, but so hard to manage. YUPPY PUPPY came to the rescue when Persephones groomer (that we went to her entire life) made 3 months worth of appointments (made at separate times) and then when I would bring her (and the appointment card they filled out) they would say she didn't have an appointment so I would make a new one and wait...so you could imagine what this baby was looking like after 3 months of this (all aboard the hot mess express 🚉 choo chooo)I called YUPPY PUPPY and they got her in the next day!! Our loyalty lies with YUPPY PUPPY!
