Julia was an amazing house sitter and dog sitter! She sent me photos and updates every day, she took my pup Jordan on long walks and gave him the love, care, and patience that he needs. She was so easy and comfortable to communicate with and she left the house so clean and tidy for when I came back. Definitely recommend her!!!
This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.
Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!
Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.
Anita was a wonderful dog sitter for Balto! They were super tentative, made sure to ask any and all questions before we went away, and they sent the best updates about Balto while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing my dog was in great hands, and I could not recommend Anita enough! Quality care, and our apartment was spotless when we returned home.
Lea is seriously the best! We lucked out big time with her as our house sitter. She didn't just watch our home; she made it sparkle, and our dog Mezy? Well, he fell head over paws for her! Mezy's doesn't always warm up to new folks so easily but Lea had this magical charm that had him wagging his tail from day one. She showered him with cuddles and playtime, and we got daily photo updates that were basically cuteness overload. But Lea didn't stop at being the dog whisperer. Every nook and cranny was squeaky clean, and it felt like we were walking into a Pinterest-worthy home. Our plants thrived under her care too. Communication was a breeze with Lea. She kept us in the loop about everything and replied to our messages super quickly. It gave us peace of mind knowing she had everything under control. Lea's not just a house sitter - her friendly, laid-back vibe made everything so easy. We can't thank her enough for taking such great care of Mezy and our home. We're definitely booking her for all our future adventures. If you want your pets to adore your house sitter and come back to a spotless home, Lea is the one to call. Thanks a million, Lea!
Our dog loved Angela, as did we! She was friendly, efficient, handled our large, happy bernadoodle effectively and with love...we could not have asked for a better dog sitter and would be happy to have her back.
Angela Gandolfo and Erica Piazza came to stay at our house while we were away on vacation for two weeks. Our two dogs are a handful, but these two lovely women took such good care of them. They spoiled them even more than we do, which is perfect. We got photos every day, and when we came home our house was tidy and there were clean sheets on the bed. I couldn't have asked for better house and pet sitters than these two women. They communicated well with us, and if they had questions, they asked. It was a pleasure to work with both Angela and Erica. We had to cut our vacation short because of a death in the family. It was really stressful, but once again, Angela and Erica were flexible and understanding. It made a difficult time easier, knowing that things at home were being managed so well. I'm hoping that if we ever have to go away again for such a long time, I will be able to get these two back here again! (hint hint) Thank you, Angela and Erica!
If you need a sitter don’t hesitate to pick Vanessa, I highly recommend her. She cared for our fur baby for two weeks and received the care and attention she needed. We came back to a very happy pup and clean home which is awesome after coming back from a long trip. I received texts and pictures of our dog while we were gone which gave us peace of mind. You could tell right from the start that she genuinely loves animals and will care for them as if they are hers. I will continue to use her as my pet sitter if she’s available. All I can say is she is a wonderful person!!
Romina and Ignas took amazing care of our two dogs and home while we were away! One of our dogs, Beau, is extremely high energy and it takes a special person so make sure he gets enough mental and physical stimulation each day. Romina kept us in the loop of his trips to parks and outdoor excursions. She was very thoughtful and responsive during our time away. Additionally, our home was in pristine shape when we returned from our trip. The rooms were clean and tidy and Romina left us such a thoughtful note. Romina and Ignas are top notch sitters and I'd highly recommend them to anyone with pets! Thank you so much, Romina and Ignas. Our dogs were so well cared for and loved.

We are new clients of this kennel after our previous kennel changed for the worse. We LOVE Puparazzi!!! The cameras, daily report cards, and communication make this such a stand out place. The absolute BEST feature? They're open for pickups on holidays such as Christmas. You don't have to board your dog one day longer or pay an extra holiday fee. Again, this place is amazing, and now my parents and friends have joined too! (Did I mention the live cameras and best communication?)
I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Puparazzi! I felt so at ease leaving my pup with them and I know she was well cared for and had a great time. I will definitely be going to them for all my future boarding and day care needs! They also have great grooming services that left our pup soft and smelling great :)
My dog Soleil has been attending daycare at Puparazzi since June 2021 when she was 8 months old. I still remember being glued to the webcams at my office, and she's loved attending since. Attached are pictures from the beginning through now, some with friends whose names she'll even react to at home ("Want to go see Bella?" and "Clementine is waiting!" have both gotten her into the car immediately). Sometimes she went several times in one week, she used to always go for the free Sundays when those were offered or the months where there were $25 Tuesday specials too. A forecast of rain always called for indoor play too. I tested out an overnight stay while I was home and since then, she's boarded several times over the last two years. They're always extremely communicative of how she's doing, what friends she's made and any surprising behavior or training to work on. They've helped with watching out for her jumping to greet and pulling on walks. Her first month of daycare, she'd never lie down no matter how long she was in because she was so stimulated and ready to play. I'd even ask if they could give her breaks away from the other dogs so she didn't overdo it, and they did. I was thrilled when they sent me an update that she's taking breaks on her own and starting to nap. Now, she's much better at pacing herself in playtime. I've always been informed of any sign of feeling sick, and the one time she slipped on a play structure and they weren't sure if she was hurt I immediately got a phone call (They pulled her from play to wait for me so I could take her home out of precaution; she was perfectly fine). The team has truly been her second family and this daycare has been her second home. Her longest stay was when I was out of the country for a couple weeks, and the occasional groom (especially after their hikes--she's cream colored, but she loves mud). Sadly, we're moving out of state so she'll no longer be attending but we're grateful for these past two years and I've always been vocal about where she goes to daycare, encouraging others to check it out here.
My dog baby is a fan but the last time I picked him up, he was limping and one of his paws was red and irritated. I was able to resolve the issue when we got home with some medicated shampoo, but it would be nice to know there was an issue. Other than that, the staff is usually personable.
My dog Benji stayed here a week for boarding in the slumber party package. I appreciate the friendly staff, daily report cards with images attached, and the live cameras, but please note these live camera feeds are only during business hours and it’s only of the common areas, not the area they take your dog back to when they feed them individually. I have concerns on the accuracy and communication of the notes they take as staff. I received a call in the afternoon on Benji’s third day that there was some blood found in his vomit and they asked me if that was normal or if he has done that before. I’m a bit surprised for them to ask me if that is “normal” since blood in any dog’s vomit is not normal, but I do appreciate them calling to give me a heads up on the health concern. They asked me what I’d like to do and if I’d authorize them to take him to the VCA across the street if any of his symptoms get worse, but warned me that the bill would be pretty hefty. I asked if I could have some time to check if a friend or family member may be able to pick him up to take him to our vet’s urgent care appointment if needed. They said sure and that they’d continue to monitor him for any other concerning symptoms. I called them once more later in the day before they closed and then twice the next day, and each time I called it was a different staff member. One of them mentioned they just arrived for their shift and hadn’t had a chance to catch up on notes, but that he’d keep an eye on Benji. By the third call I could sense they were a bit annoyed by me checking in (which it would have been super helpful if they could have left notes on his health progress in the next report cards or called me back later to give me an update, instead of leaving me to worry and timing my check-ins while I was out of the country). I noticed his report card did show images of Benji’s vomit the day prior to their call, but they left no notes on that incident. They only took note of his vomit the next day when they noted he threw up twice with some blood in it. When I asked them about the photos of the vomit from the previous day, the person on the phone claimed Benji only threw up for one day hence why she’s calling me now (which clearly means someone didn’t pay attention to the photos they attached to his report card on the previous day and make note of it). I have to take their word for it that he didn’t show any other concerning symptoms since then, but I also checked in on the live camera once in a while to monitor his energy levels (also noticed his harness still on the whole time, which smelled like urine when I picked him up). I picked him up on his last day on Sunday but they didn’t give me a heads up they were behind schedule (I called in the morning to see if he’d be ready early and they told me his bath is scheduled for 11am he’d be ready by noon like my original request…so I waited for a call that he’s ready, but never got one so I called again later close to 2 hours after his original pick up time and they were like “Oh yes Benji JUST finished his bath and is ready!). At pick up when I asked how he seemed to be doing now after his vomit a few days ago, the staff member I spoke with seemed a bit unsure what I was referring to, but tried to assure me if they haven’t contacted me or noted it in his file since the call that he’s fine and his demeanor has seemed normal. Benji is now experiencing a lot of coughing and hacking up some mucus, which I assume he picked something up at Puparazzi since he’s only been back < 2 days. Might just be kennel cough, but the vet asked me to bring him in tomorrow in case to rule out anything else considering his vomiting incident from last week. He also has a collapsed trachea (which is noted in his file/profile), hence my concern whenever a potential health scare pops up for him, so my trust in the staff had waned over the week—it was frustrating to feel like I had to be the one to chase after them a little for updates when I was out of town and in a different time zone.
Can not be more EXCITED about Puparazzi! Anyone we speak to has been full of energy, positive and truly AMAZING. seeing our boys in the camera all day long, all the love they get, the perfect temperature in the room and again, AMAZING staff, I could not be more excited for future stays!!
You won’t find a better place to board your dog. They are very hands on & provide the best info in the report cards. The girls at the front are also fabulous! They really care about your dogs so after trying all the Westside boarding/doggie daycare spots, I can say that this is the best one with the best employees & best facilities. My dog Georgie is a bit needy but as shown below, they do really treat your dogs like their own. She is holding Georgie, which warmed my heart to see.
I recently joined Puparazzi and so happy I did! They are extremely welcoming and knowledgable. Checking out the webcam's is fun to check on your pup. I can tell my dog loves it there as she gets so excited when we pull up. The report cards are so cute to see how your pup did while they were there. Highly recommend.
Puparazzi USED to be a great daycare location and the only daycare i trusted. The staff quality has gotten worse since a year ago. I have concerns and issues with their staff quality and care. Multiple times (i caught it on camera) they singled my dog out of the play area with no supervision because my dog tried to communicate with them for a quick potty break. My dog would bark at them directly to signal for a potty break (he doesn’t pee indoor at the play area) around 1:30-2 PM and I have told/instruct Puparazzi about that. The staff would not let him out but instead singled him out by having him wait outside the play area alone (see picture). I even have left notes on the website and reminded the staff that he would need a potty break around certain time. They didn’t seem to care. One of the staff told me that they didn’t have time to let dogs go potty outdoor!? Dogs run around and play and they drink water all the time to keep themselves hydrated, how could you only give dogs one potty break throughout the day or expect them to go potty inside the play area even if they’re potty trained? It’s quite inhumane in my opinion. I would not want any dog to be treated this way.
A Very Professional and Friendly Place.. My Dog Baby was Loved & well taken care of.. And she stayed in Suite “Christina Waguilera” LOL! SUPER CUTE 🥰🥰🥰🐶🐶🐶 …
Shari (and her crew when extremely booked ) have been taking care of my 2 fur babies for almost 4 years! She is the most amazing human and my cats absolutely adore her! I have never felt so safe leaving my animals with someone, I can not praise this company more! 12/10
Amazing! Shari was excellent - very communicative, great with the cats, and super friendly/accommodating! One of my two cats is super picky, and I usually get a message from pet sitters in the past saying they couldn't find him, but with Shari, that was completely different - he was happy with her right away and even came out to play whenever she stopped by. You care a lot for your animals and want to make sure you're leaving them with someone who can be trusted and knows how to look after them; look no further than Westside Pet Sitters! I wholeheartedly endorse them, and they will be my go-to pet sitters moving forward. Thank you, Shari!
Shari is the absolute best! I was lucky enough to find her when I moved to LA and am now limiting my house search to her service radius because she is just that fabulous. She is reliable, honest, and most importantly one of my cats' favorite people. She spends time playing with them each visit, gives me updates on their well-being, and sends the most adorable photos. I cannot recommend Shari/Westside Pet Sitters enough!
Westside Pet Sitters has been taking care of my cat Henry every time I go out of town. It's a local service and they knew my apartment and neighborhood from taking care of previous pet owners. Shari is great and did a quick interview to get acquainted with me and Henry, and then does in-house visits which is great for Henry. Email and SMS both work for booking appointments, and she sends pictures every day while I'm gone.
Shari is the best! Very communicative, thorough, and sent photos and messages for every visit so I knew my cats were doing well. Working with Westside Pet Sitters was a great experience; I will definitely be a repeat customer!
The BEST pet sitters! Shari has watched my cats for years now. They love her! Shari is very responsive - always returning my calls and texts ASAP. She's also very reliable. I fully trust her to take care of my cats and to administer their medication when needed. If you need a great pet sitter, I highly recommend contacting Westside Pet Sitters!
Shari has been walking my greyhound 4 times a week for several months now and she takes such great care of him. I can see how much she actually cares for all of the animals, and he obviously loves her too. She has been an amazing dog walker and I'm always recommending her to all my friends. She is always on time and very responsive. I get a nice text after each walk to show my boy's well taken care of.
Shari is the best pet sitter I've ever had, and I highly recommend her business. Shari is very professional, trustworthy and most importantly, she genuinely cares for my furry creature. It's a joy to receive photos of my cat cuddling up next to her while being away. It's never easy to leave the fluffy one at home, but Shari definitely helps me feel relaxed. I can never thank her enough for her exceptional services.
Shari and her crew have been caring for our cats for almost 6 years now. I can’t say enough about how professional she is, how much she loves our fur babies, and how much I trust her with all my heart when my husband and I have to go out of town! Our oldest cat is fairly prickly and is on critical meds twice a day, but Shari always gives him the best care and is so sweet and loving. She always gives us picture updates and even takes extra steps like asking if we want the AC left on if it’s a hot day. Shari is always very responsive to our texts or calls. I sometimes hear from her within minutes! Her prices are very reasonable considering her thoroughness. I wholeheartedly recommend Westside Pet Sitters to everyone!
We have been using Westside Pet Sitters 4-5x/week for over 2 years since we adopted our dog and have absolutely loved our experience! Shari is always super communicative, able to accommodate last minute walk requests, and is a delight to work with. Our dog has some leash reactivity and can be a handful to walk, but Shari and her team have always been so sweet with him and have used the same training methods we use, so I've always felt very well aligned with them. It seems that they all truly love animals and understand them. From our experience shopping around prior to choosing Westside, we found their prices to be on par with other local services, but got a much faster, warmer response from Shari and have used her ever since!
This place is awesome! The staff are friendly! Our big dog, can't wait to go to daycare. He's excited to get out of the car every time he gets dropped off
We first started taking Duke to West LA Dogs in 2017, before he was diagnosed with epilepsy. They have since become our go to for boarding while I travel as well as daycare when we are in LA. I live in Ontario and have struggle to find a place that would take him in the area due to his “disability,” but the team at West LA has always been so helpful and supportive. On top of that, they are always responsive and quick to send updates on how he is doing. My mind is at ease knowing that he is in excellent caring hands with them! I highly recommend them with your dogs’ needs!
Their negligence hurt my dog! I was traveling overseas and boarded Daisy, my 55 pound English Sheepdog, with them. About a week later, I was texted by an employee saying that Daisy was hurt playing with another dog and needed to go to the vet. Their explanation didn't sit right with me bc I've seen her roughhouse with a LOT of dogs at the off leash park and never get hurt. As such, I asked for the video from their facility of when she got hurt. It was sent to me and just as I suspected, she was NOT hurt playing with another dog, but rather, WEST LA DOGS placed a large industrial hose IN the dog play area. Daisy was playing with another dog when her right paw came down on the hose. She broke her nail on the hose, was bleeding profusely, and limping around. They took her to the vet and the bill was $500 (pain meds, antibiotics, nail removal, casting, etc.). I asked Adam, the general manager of WEST LA DOGS, for reimbursement because the video was clear that an obstruction of any kind (including a hose) shouldn't have been placed in the play area. Adam in true bureaucratic form, denied responsibility and blamed it on Daisy! Unbelievable. I will never go back there!!!!
Fantastic service! My pup looked so handsome after his haircut and seemed like he had a great time
Always a favorite! My mid size husky has been going to West LA dogs for well over 4 years now. They are attentive, nice and take great care of her whether she’s there for daycare or extended stay boarding. The staff is knowledgeable and super nice!
On 11-17-17 I picked Mason up from West LA Dogs (located at 2251 Federal Ave., LA CA 90064) with a bloody eye ball. When he was delivered to me, I asked immediately what happened to his eye. NO ONE at the daycare saw that his eyeball was injured nor did they have any explanation as to how that could have possibly happened or when. After being examined by my vet, she determined that Mason had a severe hemorrhage/bruising of the left eye along with periorbital swelling which is most consistent with blunt force trauma (a blow to the head). I requested a meeting with the owner, he finally called me a few days later. He first stated that if his employees couldn’t tell me what happened to my dog, neither could he because he wasn’t there and there was nothing he could or would do about that. After informing him that both my dogs (Mason and 6 month old Samson) would no longer be going his facility, I requested a refund of my monthly membership which he did agree to refund. He then became angry and told me: Mason was a highly aggressive dog that has been attacking dogs since his fist day there. Let me tell you a little bit about Mason. Mason is a shy, quiet dog. There are many people who can attest to his quiet demeanor which is why the accusation that Mason is highly aggressive attack dog, is a BOLD FACE LIE. SECONDLY, Mason has had a paid membership at West LA Dogs for 10 months, beginning when he was 4 months old. IF my dog was a highly aggressive attack dog, why was he allowed to go there? Why had he never been labeled as aggressive before? Why was every single one of his daily reports overflowing with positive comments? Why was my monthly payment of his membership accepted? Why was he allowed to play with other dogs at the daycare? Why was he returned to me in a lobby full of people and other dogs on a daily basis? And above all that, why was I NEVER informed of this assessment of his behavior BEFORE I inquired about his blunt force trauma eye injury? I asked for video of the day Mason was injured and the owner complied. He sent me 3 videos labeled “Mason Attack Videos”. The videos are 10 – 20 seconds long and show nothing but dogs running around. One video goes blank and picks back up 4 seconds later. When I asked why that video cut out and for the full unaltered video, the owner became angry and accused me of falsely claiming that Mason is not aggressive. He further stated my claims that the footage was altered were “slanderous speculation.” I am EXTREMELY LIVID that Mason received this kind of injury with no action taken to inform me at the time it happened. I am LIVID that no action was taken to get him veterinary care before I came to pick him up that day. I am LIVID at the lack of compassion and care my dog received at West LA Dogs. And I am LIVID that the owner didn’t value my business relationship enough to take any responsibility for his and his employees’ negligence or offer any kind of apology, or concern for me or my dog. I am LIVID that the people I trusted my puppy with betrayed his and my trust. Needless to say, Mason is NO LONGER going to West LA Dogs. The fact that this is how the daycare and the owner handled this situation in such a bizarre, passive-aggressive manner lets me know that both my dogs are better off never returning there. I filed a police report with the LAPD Animal Cruelty Task Force. The LAPD did an investigation in which the expert opinion of the LAPD vet came to the same conclusion as my vet; that Mason’s injury was the result of blunt force trauma (a blow to the head). The LAPD then turned Mason’s case over to the LA City Attorney’s Office but due to the fact that they were unable to determine who at West LA Dogs was responsible for causing Mason’s injury that day, the City Attorney was unable to press charges. I had to wait to make this post due to the police investigation into Mason's case at the time of his injury. Attached to this review are pictures of Mason's injury.
Our dog Jason absolutely loves it there (it would seem). He always comes home happy (and thankfully exhausted). The staff is helpful, friendly, organized, and accommodating. Couldn't recommend it enough.
The staff here is so amazing! My dog has been going here for a few years now, and he loves it. He gets lots of love, and I'm at peace knowing that he's always taken care of.
This place is a great dog day care. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. If your leaving your loved ones there know they are in good hands. They have more than enough staff to keep a good watchful eye on your pets. They look after your pets as if they were their own and are very attentive. They look for any small details. It's a great place for dogs to play and be social and safe without bringing home any bad habits or undesired afflictions. It's a top notch place. Highly recommend!!!!
Good place for a one hour bath session for my aussiedoodle. She comes out clean and fluffy not to mention a short drive away to pick her up in Sawtelle!
The Wags Club has been a second home for our beloved 13-year-old, 90-pound golden doodle, Cruz, since he was a 2-year-old pup. Our relationship with The Wags Club began with daycare, and as we started traveling more, Cruz transitioned seamlessly into boarding. Every single member of their staff has a genuine love for dogs, and it shows in the care and attention Cruz receives every day. We travel frequently, but we never worry about Cruz because we trust The Wags Club implicitly. It's comforting to know that he's not just boarded but genuinely loved and looked after. The Wags Club goes above and beyond to ensure that Cruz is happy, healthy, and well-cared for. Their consistent and exceptional care has made them a second family to him. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be treated with love, respect, and the highest quality of care, look no further than The Wags Club. They're simply the best!
I couldn't be happier with The Wags Club in West L.A. I've taken many of my dogs through the years and have never had an issue of any type. When they first opened, the management and vibe was incredibly gracious, kind, caring and actually visionary! There was nothing like it in the area. I've also boarded my pets there for several days at a time while traveling and had no issue whatsoever I can't speak highly enough about The Wags Club. Wags Club thank you for taking great care of my little guy!!❤️
I have been bringing my dog Pinot to The Wags Club for 7.5 years! She is a rescue pit bull that is deaf and it takes her a while to feel comfortable with people and can easily be startled. I am so comforted to know I can take her to Wags, where they cater to her needs, and I know that she is safe and happy! She always runs in with a smile and comes home happy and tired. pinot spends a lot of time there between daycare, boarding and grooming. I highly recommend The Wags Club!
We love Wags Club! We have been bringing our baby for almost 2 years now & we couldn’t say more great things. The trainers are the best with her, they all know her personality & when we drop her off for both daycare & boarding we know that she is getting great care. Her favorite day is Pool day 😛 We pick her up & she is ready for bedtime (exactly what we as dog parents are looking for). Thank you Wags Club for all the care & love you do for our baby!
I've been boarding my dog with The Wags Club for over two years. It's a wonderful place, and I feel like my dog is in such great hands whenever I leave her there. My dog is even excited when she arrives.
I have been coming here for 11 years -- for a full decade, with my oldest girls, and lately with two new puppies. One of the pups was fairly anxious and skittish when I adopted her, and Wags has brought her out of her shell...she is now so excited to run through the doors to see her friends, and she's a hundred times more confident around other dogs when we're out and about. So grateful for the unwavering love and attention the Wags Club shows its dogs!
My dog and I love The Wags Club! They take such good care of my pup for daycare and boarding. I trust them to administer his medication every day and felt totally comfortable boarding him for a week while I was at an off-the-grid wedding. I recommend The Wags Club to all my dog-owner friends and couldn't be more happy with our experience.
I'm Leo's mom! My fur kid is a 100 pound German shepherd/husky mix with a touch of separation anxiety and a lot of love to give. He loves to socialize, he likes to sleep uncrated and he's a sweet boy. The main thing I have appreciated about The Wags Club is their communication. They understand that pet parents worry and make sure to give the utmost care to our fur babies. I love how much fun Leo has there and how wiped he is when he comes home after all that play! Like all relationships, there are sometimes challenges. There was an incident with another pup that led to some worry on my part. There was open communication all the way through even when I was halfway across the country and I wasn't shamed by the staff for my panic. They did what they could to make sure Leo was okay and that I felt comforted as well. Resolution came swiftly and all you can really ask for is to have a place you can trust your pup will be cared for. -Leo & Danielle
My fur baby girl Lola used to be timid, needed to be spoon-fed or have someone stand by her to encourage her to eat, and only hung out with the handlers. Now, Lola is playing with other dogs, socializing, eating independently, and blossoming into her beautiful self. Since Lola has been at The Wags Club, she has grown into a confident young lady, all thanks to the attention, love, and care from everyone. If it takes a village to raise a child, then it took a great team at The Wags Club and all her fur friends to raise Lola. Thank you all for your continued love and care. Because of you, I can be anywhere, knowing Lola is being looked after by the best!
I have been very pleased with The Wags Club! The registration/approval process was easy and the people are friendly. They were so quick to recognize Charlie and me when we walk in after only a few weeks! Charlie keeps getting used to hanging out there too. At first she was a little apprehensive, but now she knows when she goes she gets cuddles and attention all day so she is very happy! Even though Charlie isn’t the kind to run around all day, she still comes home exhausted which is perfect. I also love their hours, that they are generally cage free, and that they have a relationship with a nearby vet in case of emergency. I’m thankful to have a great place I can trust!
My pup Louie and I love Doggie Goddess! We have been going to the amazing women of Doggie Goddess for about a year now. Not only does Louie spend two days a week there, but he has boarded with them a few times as well. Each member of the staff is so kind, and I can tell they love my dog as if he’s their own. Regardless of the location, Louie comes home each day exhausted (in the best way) from playing and socializing with his pack! It’s incredibly special to find a business in which you can trust the staff to watch over an animal you love, especially one that is cage-free. Thank you to all the women who care for my pup while I’m unable to do so - you are such a huge and great part of Lou’s life!
Doggie Goddess is our dogs home away from home. They treat our mini schnauzer like family. Additionally they are extremely professional and go above and beyond. The facility is extremely clean and our dog has never come home sick after her visits at Doggie Goddess. Traci and her team are amazing. Definitely should recommended 10/10
Can’t say enough. My pup is always happy to see his pup friends and staff at doggie goddess. Everyone is so genuine and enthusiastic about spending time with all the dogs. This place is 10/10. By far the best daycare I have found in LA as they take care of my little drama queen as if he was their own.
My dogs have been going to Doggie Goddess for 10 years. If I could give Doggie Goddess more than 5 stars I would. Traci and her team are amazing. The dogs are always supervised, there is a very balanced pack mentality so the dogs get to have a great time but safety and balance is always happening as well. Traci and her team know all of the dogs, their personalities , quirks and what makes them happy. My dogs can't wait to go there and their sleepovers are the best. There is someone who sleeps with the dogs( which I love). If you are looking for a safe, fun place for daycare and/or boarding, I highly recommend Doggie Goddess.
We love doggie goddess and we won’t take our pup anywhere else. The level of care, love, and attentiveness Traci and her team give my pup is so apparent. My pup is always so tired after a day at doggie goddess because they play and enrich him!! We cannot recommend DG enough and always recommend them to our friends!
I truly would trust Traci and her team with my pup daisys life! They are the absolute best and Daisy loves them with her whole heart. They take the best care of all their pups and love them all like their own
The amazing team of beautiful souls at this business are always sweet and fun; they go above and beyond to have a great time with all the pups. Couldn't recommend their services more. The hours are great. Their rates are worth it. And their location is pretty central from the Westside to mid City.
We love the folks over at Doggie Goddess! Our pup enjoys his time there, and they are super active on socials - which means lots of pics throughout his stay!
I forgot about this place until I get an email from them, so let me warn future pet owners: The worker, Yadira, is a case in unhinged behavior. When I went to pick up my dog, I heard someone angrily yelling at the dogs to be quiet. This worried me so I started filming. From the moment this worker greeted me and opened the door, she had a nasty attitude, was rude, would not listen to my questions, and basically acted like an angry immature high schooler. I had to use de-escalation skills and try to reason with her. Luckily, she didn't see the camera, so I was able to record her behavior without her putting on a mask. She would not let my dog out for almost 4 minutes after I went to pick him up. While my pup whined to come out, she angrily told me that he had tried to snap at her AFTER SHE PULLED HIM BY THE COLLAR. When I asked her why she did this, because I've heard you never do that with a dog you don't own, she proceeded to give me more attitude, giving pseudo-explanations that made no sense. She even lied telling me she's told my husband about my dog having issues (My dog has never had issues at any other day care). When I asked my husband about this, he said he had no idea what she was talking about. She probably had the wrong dog in her deluded mind. I got a call from the owner that day to complain about me. After seeing the video however, the owner did apologize to us and told us Yadira just had a bad day. Unfortunately, I don't want to leave my pup with humans who act psychotic when they have a "bad day." That said, we decided never to bring out pup there where a crazy lady with rage issues will yell at the dogs and pull them by the collar whenever she wants just because that's probably the only time in her day she gets to feel some sort of power.
We’ve tried several L.A. area dog daycare and boarding centers for my high energy, XL girl and BY FAR, HANDS DOWN, we are happiest with Doggie Goddess. The owner and her staff obviously really love and understand all dogs. I feel most relaxed and assured that my baby is in good hands when I drop her here! No time outs or cages, just redirection, when needed! True Pros!
Simply the most amazing staff and place !!!!! Most caring people work in this place !!!! This place take care of your canines in the best way possible I have checked out so many daycares for my puppy prior finding doggie central and i can say no where is better than this place !!!! Im so lucky that i was able to find doggie central and it the happiest place for my puppy in earth !!!! Highly recommended
My dog Brody has been swimming before, but was always afraid of the water. He had his first swim lesson here at Doggie Central today. The instructor was so patient and friendly! By the end he was jumping into the pool himself. They had plenty of toys to grab his attention, and they provide towels to dry your dog after the lesson. She even cleaned his ears for me. Swimming lessons are only offered on weekends and the spots fill up quickly so call ahead to book early. I've also walked in for a bath before and they were able to take him right away. Highly recommend this place for your pet!
We have two dogs, and they Switched collars on them . We walked out the door and the next thing we know , our little runner is running down the street. He finally came back to me. But that was scary, just check your leash if you have 2 dogs before walking out the door . Also, I was left my dog dish , out on the street trying to get him back…. Lol my fault. But, my dogs love going there. They get a nice bath before coming home too.
Nice friendly place. Left my Taquito for 7 hours as i had deal with an emergency. Their cameras help me alot as I would see how my Taco was doing. Easy to exchange and reasonable price.
This place is great! They are very responsible and will take great care of your pet for you when you need it. Their prices are reasonable too!
This place is amazing. My dog now gets excited just when I say ‘daycare’. Staff is very friendly, communicative, and attentive. I always trust my baby is cared for and having fun when he’s there.
My dog loves Doggie Central! She is there a few days each week. Whenever we arrive, she pulls me in there!!! She is always so excited to be there. And, the human staff is always so kind and nice. I highly recommend Doggie Central for day care and for boarding.
Kat went out of her way to get our dogs in, paperwork reviewed, etc. so I could make an unscheduled appt. We used Doggie Central for 10 years when we lived in the Marina. It’s even better located right off Santa Monica and the 405. And best was Sandra remembering our last dog Lilly. Very special! Always recommended by our family!
The staff are wonderfull and they took great care of my little girl for a week . I was worried about her feeling abandoned , shes a rescue , but she was fine !!! I love the doggiecam !!! Thanks Doggie Central
I started using Doggie Central with our second dog back in 2003. Their interview process is very good as they make sure any new dogs can get along with the dogs they have boarded. She loved going to Doggie Central and seeing all of the other dogs. Since her passing we got another dog and have been taking her there as well. Every time we go, she gets very excited as she already knows she gets to visit other doggies. I highly recommend Doggie Central. They’ve always been very good with our dogs. They’ve always accommodated any requests we’ve had. They are on top of bad schedules and our dog comes home very clean.
Caleb has been such an incredible and personable walker. We feel super lucky to have found him and his service! He’s responsive, very friendly, and clearly goes above and beyond for our dog, Wolfie, who loves his walks. We always get great photos from walks too (like the fun portrait below). I would recommend him without hesitation!
Been with Critters for two months now and my babies and I couldn’t be happier. Aaron has been walking my two greyhounds three times a week and he really treats them with as much care and love as I would. I get photos everyday and text updates along the way. Even when June had an injury, Aaron went above and beyond to help carry her down the stairs and be mindful to take her back before my other dog. I can’t recommend critters enough, truly the sweetest humans who are dog people through and through.
Cass and Caleb are fantastic!! My pup is very anxious and they have been so patient and so sweet with him. They treat him so well and I know he feels comfortable and safe with them. Cass and Caleb are incredibly organized and reliable, and make it very easy schedule walks. They also take (the best!) photos of my pup every day, and it’s so nice to get their updates from every walk. 12/10 definitely recommend!!
Caleb & Cassie are phenomenal!! They are wonderful with our dog, Arnold, who is large, in charge, and often a very excitable walker. They're extremely reliable and trustworthy; not once have I worried about Arnold when he's with either of them. They also take the cutest photos and share fun anecdotes of their walks. Most importantly, I can tell how much Arnold loves and trusts them -- he's quick to jump all over them in greeting! Highly recommend Caleb & Cassie, from an overprotective dog parent!
Meeting Caleb & Cassie is the best thing that’s happened in my life and in my dogs lives. He’s reliable, trustworthy, and great with my big dogs. They can be a lot of work, but I feel comfortable that Caleb keeps them safe, and handles and cares for them very well. He takes pictures every time, so it’s a comforting reminder to know my dogs are getting exercised and happy while I work all day. 11/10 recommend this company.
We recently discovered Critters Dog Co. and had the pleasure of hiring Caleb for daily visits and dog walks over the holidays. From the initial contact to the meet and greet, Caleb's responsiveness and genuine care were evident. Luna, our typically anxious dog, connected with Caleb instantly. During our trip, Caleb went above and beyond by not only providing Luna with three daily walks/visits, but also keeping a watchful eye on our home during the holidays. His reliability, dependability, and evident love for dogs made every interaction a positive experience. Caleb's calming presence had a noticeable impact on Luna, who quickly saw him as a trustworthy friend. Even when a minor issue arose while we were away, Caleb stepped up, took charge, and handled the situation with professionalism and expertise. His prompt and effective response not only resolved the issue but also left us feeling completely at ease. Throughout our time away, Caleb kept us well-informed, sending adorable pictures that showcased the evident joy Luna felt in his care. We genuinely appreciated his dedication to our dog. We wholeheartedly recommend Caleb for his outstanding care, reliability, and genuine love for dogs. Already having our next visit booked, we can't express our recommendation enough.
Our dogs love taking their walks with Caleb. He’s always on time, extremely professional, keeps them very safe, and has the greatest energy which they love! I highly recommend Critters Dog Company!
Cassie and Caleb are the best! They take such good care of our dog Penny - always on schedule and give us great updates and photos. Penny is always excited to see them and we are always confident that she's in good hands, whether taking walks around our neighborhood, going on hikes or giving her medicine. I highly recommend them to take care of your pup!
Caleb has been an amazing dog walker for my two dogs! He is always reliable and goes out of his way to make himself available. I can’t recommend him enough!
Caleb is AMAZING with Brutus. I had plenty of neighbors that know me and my dog. I was told multiple times how happy Brutus looked. I always received funny and comforting pictures. Caleb is very communicative and to top it off, I was outside playing with my dog a few times and when Caleb happened to be walking by in the neighborhood my dog was OVERJOYED and begging for belly rubs. I don’t trust many people with my dog but you can absolutely depend on Caleb!
