We just dropped our pet off for a week with Crystal. Prices were very reasonable considering other companies in town. She made us feel at home and comfortable watching our pet for so long. She has a large property and is very professional. She has the experience and loving attitude to take care of all your furry family members. I won't hesitate to come back next time we go back out of town. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My dog loves to come here and see Auntie Crystal! The dogs are well taken care of and get to enjoy a home environment unlike typical daycare and boarding establishments with concrete kennels. Great opportunity to interact with other dogs in a stress free environment. The prices are phenomenal as well. KEEN highly recommends!

Crystal is an absolute rock star. Our dog can be a bit of a rough player so we were nervous to leave her for 4 nights with other dogs. Crystal spent a LOT of time with us helping to integrate Bailey and before we knew it, she was perfectly joined in with the other dogs. Crystal sent us updates and pictures and even washed baileys bed and blanket the morning that we picked her up. Crystal knows every trick in the book to keep the dogs happy and behaved (including leaving action movies on in the living room all evening when there was a thunderstorm so the dogs didn’t even notice the thunder) Tons of play and outside time and undivided care from a vet technician? All for a fantastic price? Sign me up every time!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Crystal has been a lifesaver for us throughout the years, managing our dogs “particular” personalities and keeping them happy and safe while we travel. She’s literally a dog whisperer and if your dog has struggled in boarding elsewhere I encourage you to reach out to her. Shes flexible and accommodating while treating your pets like one of her own. Crystal watched our older kittens for a little over two months while we stayed with family waiting for our house to finish. She did such an amazing job! She kept us informed with pictures and videos, she made our kittens feel right at home! I will definitely reach out to her again when needed and highly recommend her :)

Me and my husband stopped in to see the sites of St. Augustine and needed somewhere for our dog to go. We called Crystal and she was more than willing to take our dog in for the night.. She was amazing and very friendly. Our dog was able to run free in her home and not be caged up. We picked him up and we knew he had been taken very good care of. So pleased with the amount of care and service provided. Crystal was more than willing to help me in a pinch and take my dog for the day for a few hours. My family went on vacation and we left our family dog with Crystal at Preferred Pet Care in FL. Our dog was in her care until she cancelled on us, less than half way through our vacation. Let's back up - A few days after dropping the dog off at Preferred Pet Care, my daughter tried to connect with Crystal. After a few days went by and my daughter still hadn't heard back from her, she decided to send an email and Facebook message as well. About an hour after sending those notes, my husband and I suggested she call Crystal using a different phone number, one Crystal wasn't familiar with... This resulted in Crystal picking up and subsequently, yelling at my daughter, telling her she wouldn't watch our family dog any more. Why did she decide to stop watching the dog? When my daughter dropped the dog off at their house, Crystal told my daughter that she could text her (Crystal) to ask for dog photos. Our daughter was grateful for this and texted Crystal for pictures of our dog, no more than once a day, if that. Crystal then stopped answering my daughter's texts and wouldn't pick up the phone. However, once my daughter was able to connect with her, Crystal yelled at my daughter, saying she was the most demanding customer she's had, because she asked for photos once a day (if that). Again, Crystal said she could ask for photos... Crystal was: - Not responsive. - She was rude. - She didn't care about the wellbeing of the dogs in her care (no dog toys were ever present. - We spent a day of our vacation searching for someone to pick-up & care-for our dog. - We were concerned for the safety of our dog.

Crystal is a very knowledgeable and patient person with the animals. I needed someone that could care for a young energetic pup that has not yet been been socialized. She was understanding and amazing. She got him right out there in the mix. I look forward to having her watch my little guy in the future. Im so happy to find her!

If I could give more stars than 5 I would. Denise and Christine took care of our large and diverse pet family for a week after our pet sitter of many years recently moved away. The idea of having to have someone new come over was worrying because we have a lot going on and it’s not an easy task. Denise and Christine are AMAZING. They took time and patience to gain the trust of our very old and grumpy chihuahua who gave them hell the first few visits along with juggling multiple other cats, dogs and a indoor/outdoor pot belly pig. I got thorough reviews after every visit along with cute pictures and updates on each individual pet, they kept the house tidy and even took out the trash can to the road on recycling day. My old dog required medicine 3 times a day which made me really anxious but they even sent pics of him eating it so I could rest assured he was getting what he needed. They loved every single one like their own and I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed. We have definitely found our new pet sitters and now have no reservations about going away knowing our children will be loved and cared for while we are gone. Thank you so much Denise and Christine along with Bad to the Bone - you are top notch with the service you provide and I highly highly recommend.

Doug was the best ever! he is so compassionate with the dogs and so calm with their owners. he kept us updated and sent pictures and solved problems on excellently. Can’t say enough good things! thank you Doug for driving my pups across the country.

I hired bad to the bone twice to care for my mini horse Fitzgerald. They always do a great job and follow directions. Bonus part is you can see the visit and where they walked which I love since exercise is critical to my horses wellbeing.

Bad To The Bone is AMAZING! We love our little Olive so much and to trust a company to love her the same way can be a concern. But no concern here with Bad to the Bone! Bad to the Bone was recommended by another pet sitter and I'm glad they were. Caitlin, Mandi, and Melanie did awesome job taking care of our chickens while we were gone for vacation. Getting messages with photos of our girls and the completed care activities, which really brought a peace of mind while we were gone. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs, even chickens! I have been using Amber at Bad to the Bone pet care for the past five years to watch my four cats!! Best pet-sitting service ever! They have so many options - every need can be met. We hire for the half-hour once a day. Amber is our local pet-sitter, and she is the best! Full reports every day that are a delight to receive. Don't hesitate to hire them.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful and totally professional care given to my pups by Christine for an overnight stay while we were out of town. My dogs loved Christine and she loved her time with them as well. Three little terriers can be quite a handful at times but Christine managed the house and them with ease. At the same time she managed to keep in touch with us about the dogs and send us amazingly adorable pictures throughout the stay. It’s comforting to know your babies are receiving such good care and we will use Bad to the Bone again soon.

Have used BTTB and Doug Keeling since we first arrived to Jacksonville in 2016. They’ve been there and have helped us and loved our pets like we do - through sickness, health and death! They’ve always “been there” for us, and for each of them, through thick and thin. They’ve called us in the middle of our vacations to let us know that we had a very sick kitty and Doug personally has sat for hours at the vet with our kitty to make sure he got the best care. Doug and the caregivers each followed up for several days after we got home to follow up on Loki‘s and then Moki‘s health And treatment progress. They’ve taken Salem for her beauty come outs and trim treatment and taken her, Rocker & Sampson for nail trims (that’s quite a price cess with our three dogs). Will continue with BTTB until all pets have passed on. Give them a try - you and your pets - will appreciate it.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Ella and the team at Bad to the Bone are truly the best! After using them once, we immediately booked them for our next trip away. Ella treated our pups like her own!

My dog and I absolutely LOVE Sunland. I’ve never seen a place so accommodating and so loving towards their furry guests. I boarded my dog Ollie regularly when he was young since I worked nights and didn’t have any help, and this is still the one and only place I will board him when I need to leave town. The team has always been attentive to his mood and would change his location based off how he was acting; If he needed a bigger run to get some extra energy out he got it, or if a dog next to him barked too much and scared him he would be put next to a quiet gentle dog. He gets yard time and office snuggles and plenty of treats and love, and I know he’s happy here because he gets wildly excited when I say Sunland. The updates are also so fun, I look forward to them each time. He’s usually having fun with some kind of enrichment or getting snuggles

My dog boarded with sunland acres for over 3 months due to extenuating circumstances. Sunland was absolutely amazing and took great care of my boy. They went the extra mile to keep him happy and healthy. They sent us pictures and treated him as they would their own pet. Any chance I get I will forever use sunland acres. Literally the best service ever!! They sent pictures and a text to let me know he was ok. A go home bath is $37 and they could literally charge more if they wanted to. My fur baby smelled so good and his fur was whiter than it's been in a long time. His ears were so clean and he hates for me to bother them, but they were able to clean them well. Even his paw pads were clean and pink. They cut his nails perfectly with no injuries from cutting too close. I can tell he enjoyed it. I'll be bringing Jaxson back here for boarding and grooming soon.

I love this place! It's clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's peaceful and quiet. The staff knows my dogs by name and also seems happy to see them. It feels a lot more personal than other places, like Dogtown (which I never really loved). My dogs come home very happy, well groomed, and cleaned. I also like that they send pictures and updates while my dogs are there, which is something I NEVER got when my dogs stayed at Dogtown. I also love the fact that every time I drop my dogs off and this nice young man that sits at the desk sometimes is there, one of my dogs practically jumps into his lap and LOVES him, which makes me feel confident that my dogs are being well cared for and loved when they're in Sunland Acres care! One of my dogs is a golden doodle, and I am very picky with how his hair is cut and how he's groomed. I didn't expect him to get a haircut while he was boarded there, I thought it was just a simple go-home bath, but they did a wonderful job! I like his fur long and they did a great job trimming it up and making him look not homeless lol Attached are the photos Sunland Acres sent me and I love it! You can tell my dogs were happy and having fun. Emmie & Parker love it there!

This is a great place! Their price is unbeatable. We were moving and had already paid so much. We couldn’t really afford to take our dog to the kennel but we were staying in hotels after some things fell through. This place was a blessing. Things you have to pay for at other dog boarding facilities, they offer in the price of the stay. Our puppy loved it there. And it was such a stress reliever having him at a place where they really care for the pets that have been entrusted to them. Our baby will be going back.

Our Daisy spent two weeks at the board and train while we were on vacation. Sunland and Noel were wonderful! We received updates throughout the training including photos and videos of Daisy’s progress. It was obvious Daisy had fun! Daisy came home a different puppy! She was not a bad dog, just excitable and enthusiastic. Noel and Sunland did a great job instilling a basic level of training to help Daisy (and me) deal with all her enthusiasm and providing me tools to help Daisy be a much better version of herself. Our dogs love coming to Sunland Acres. They've been to other boarding facilities and were clearly not happy with their time there. When we have taken them to Sunland Acres, they get out happily to go inside. During their stay, the staff sends photos of our dogs, and they're always smiling and looking content. They also offer bathing services so our dogs always come home smelling and looking fresh! I highly recommend bringing your dogs here.

I can’t say enough great things about Dog Town St.Augustine. My favorite is that your dogs are not just a number there. They get to actually know your dogs and spend time with them! Our two dachshunds love going and the staff seem to enjoy them as well. I know they are taken care of there and it brings me comfort. They also offer complementary baths if they are there for a certain amount of time! They have a pool and lots of play time which does not cost extra unlike many of their competitors which goes to show they truly care about the dogs, not the bottom line number. All in all I highly recommend going with dog town!

Such a great place! The staff truly cares about every pet that walks through the door. My dog has stayed many times and although she can't make friends with other dogs, she has made many friends with the staff! I enjoy being able to call any time and ask how she is, or seeing her photos through social media. I also enjoy that at her stay she can have a bath and a nail trim right before I pick her up! I will always be a returning customer and I recommend this place any time

My dogs boarded here recently and seemed to have blast! The indoor facility allows for playtime no matter the weather, I am sure my very fluffy dogs loved a break from the heat! They also post pictures daily on their Facebook page with updates! Highly recommend!

We have been going to St Augustine Dog town since 2016/2017 and they have been absolutely fantastic! We have 2-dogs and 2-cats and one of our dogs is blind and on insulin and they have been great with the extra care and attention. Our dogs get excited at the house when we tell we are going to dog town. Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS!! I recently boarded my large breed 10 month old at dogtown for 11 days while I was away. I selected this location because of the cheaper price but as they say you get what you pay for. I called to check on him multiple times and each time it was reported that he was shy but healthy (eating properly and poop was solid). The day I picked him up he was dehydrated and had a severe cough. He continued to cough all day and night with the addition of nausea. I took him immediately to the vet in the morning. The result was a severe case of pneumonia. I am very disappointed in his lack of attention and will NOT be returning to this facility.

I brought my 5 month old puppy here for boarding overnight when I was going out of town. I was very nervous boarding him for the first time but this place instantly put me at ease. They have such a large area for the dogs to play and I liked the fact my pup would get to socialize with others. I REALLY liked the fact that dogtown takes pictures and posts updates on Facebook throughout the day. While I was away I could see he was playing and having fun which really put my mind at ease. I sent him with individual zip lock bags of his food to give him at certain times of the day & even with a couple of his toys. While obviously I can't tell for sure, it seemed like the instructions were followed & the toys made their way back home with us instead of getting lost. We were very happy & will definitely not hesitate to board with then again.

Our dog Teddy loves being here and we feel safe and confident leaving him with the loving staff. We really appreciate all the photos they post on their FB page. Highly recommend!

We LOVE boarding our boys at Dogtown. We have 2 unique and crazy cattle brats, but they are loved and accepted into the Dogtown pack! Each of the managers and staff take the time to personally know your dogs. My dogs are essentially my life and Dogtown is the only place I feel comfortable leaving them. Keep up the hard work!

We love dog town! It's the only place my dog will walk in on her own. There are other places where I have to either drag her or bribe her with treats.

I was nervous to leave my dogs at a kennel, having never used one in the 21 years I have had pets. My dogs usually travel with me or stay with family so when I had no choice but to use a boarding service, it was not something I felt comfortable with. Before coming here, I did site visits at other competitors in the area and Dogtown was the only place that gave us a great tour without making us feel rushed. They answered all of my questiond thoroughly. What I like is their policy of having more play time than kennel time (other places give an hour of exercise a day max which is terrible for dogs who are not used to kennels). They always answered the calls when I checked in and seemed like they were attentive to my dogs’ needs. Best part was they came home unharmed and were in great shape (no anxious poos is always a good sign). We have now used them several times for 3-5 day stays and the dogs seem happy. Thank you for taking care of my furries.

My pups and I are very pleased with this daycare! They had never been to a daycare like this, but I did not like boarding them at the vet because they crated them most of the day… At Happy Hounds daycare, they got to walk around and socialize with the dogs that seemed very relaxed as well. I really appreciate watching them on the puppy cam because it helps keep my mind at ease when I’m away from them. The people here deeply care for animals and they do a great job of keeping the place clean. My dogs ate almost all the food I supplied. Even though they were shaking and nervous getting dropped off, they were relaxed and content the whole time I was gone. The next time I go out of town, I will definitely be using this place!

We had to board our golden retriever, Axe, for 2 weeks last month and Happy Hounds Dog Resorts couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable. We were anxious as we had never boarded him before and also given that it was an extended stay. The staff was caring, attentive and always answered any of our questions or concerns when we called to check in on him. Our pup is a teen so there were some times when he was a bit “rowdy” and the staff made sure to keep him and the other dogs safe at all times. We would definitely recommend their services and use them again if necessary in the future.

My two bulldogs went to the Beach location for doggy day care today. Great experience! Love that they have play room cameras. Highly recommend.

My dog goes to Happy Hound Dog Resorts on Beach Avenue fairly regularly and he loves it! The staff are quite friendly and seem to enjoy working with the dogs. They call Banjo by name and they all seem glad to see him every time I drop him off for daycare. The place is clean and the vibe is upbeat. I highly recommend Happy Hound Dog Resorts!

I found the folks here not only friendly but they went out of their way to help me when I had to have surgery and my did was due for boosters, they took him for me, which was so unexpected but so appreciated. They bathed him on short notice and updated me on his playing with another boxer which he hadn't been able to go play with others due to my injury. Highly recommend the care and facilities for your pets. Can't say thank you enough.

We had a medical emergency during our vacation to Amelia Island in which my husband had to be hospitalized at Baptist Health. Happy Hounds was wonderful! They took my dog the next day. They were happy to let me know how she was doing when I called and were very helpful when I found out my husband was discharged. I would definitely recommend Happy Hounds to anyone who needed dog boarding around Jacksonville.

Today was my first time taking my boys to a daycare, and they loved it! The staff is so nice, and my dogs had so much fun. It was nice I could look at the cameras and watch them play. Home away from home. This was the first time my baby ever been boarded. They took such great care of Luca. The cameras are fantastic so I got to watch him clearly the entire time. The last day they groomed him and even washed his blanket 😀. Booking his boarding was so easy. The staff were very nice and took so much time explaining the process. They did everything possible to make me feel at ease about boarding my pup. Let's just say, he had the time of his life. This is Luca after a week of boarding, looks like he had much much fun!

Super place, such happy and enthusiastic workers who love dogs. It was a change of boarding kennels for me due to lack of space at my normal one and my dog is so happy to have been here. I took another almost week long trip and my dog was so happy to be back. They seemed to have taken great care of her and I would highly recommend this place to any and all. My dog loves the water and got to play daily daily in their pool. They do take them out and let the dogs run around which my dog needs on a daily basis.

Done Doggy day care and a night and the Owner/Staff are so loving to our Blk Gsd Germand Sheppard. He is not fixed and this place accepted him and now we can travel and know he will be at a place like home. I highly recommend friendly, Clean and alot of space for your fur baby.

I recently moved to Green Cove Springs and with 3 dogs, needed a kennel for boarding. Leaving your fur babies anywhere is stressful. I am delighted to report that the Happy Dog Inn not only met but exceeded my expectations! The staff is caring and loving of the animals placed in their care. The price was reasonable and fair. We were happy to get home but happier to see that the dogs were well cared for.

My two dogs (and also my previous dog) absolutely love this place!! It always feel great to see how excited they are once they figure out where they are going (although still not quite as great as the excitement they show when we come to pick them up!). They usually can't wait to get out of the back of the truck and get inside. The facility is always very clean and organized, the staff are extremely friendly and professional, they seem to treat every dog I see there as if they were their own. We have been using them for over 10 years now, and truly hope we are able to use them for the next 10! I'm not going to lie, we are also a bit jealous that the dogs have their own pool, and we don't, lol. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

First time leaving my Stettson and Patches while we went out of town. I was so nervous however they embraced the moment and enjoyed every bit of 5 star service. They are the same price as the kennel at my vet and they have much more outside time. I have two large dogs and they came back tired and happy. They get outdoor time multiple times a day and there is a small and a large area with a pond. Both my dogs were allowed to stay together in the same run and since it was their first time staying there I called to check up on them and the owner even sent pictures. I am very pleased and will be back.

This is an awesome boarding facility. We have boarded our border collie with Marilyn several times and she and her staff have always been terrific. Our dog has always been happy and well cared for here. The first time we boarded her here, Marilyn even gave us some pointers on better and more effective training for our dog and she has responded very well. Marilyn and Rachel obviously have a terrific love of animals and dogs especially and it really shows in the care they take of their guests. Highly recommend!

Marilyn is great with treating each dog like they are her own! She has trained two of my dogs and worked wonders. She is flexible and always has time to answer questions about training my 15 month old Pyrenees. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming! When I board Glory she is happy to return.

I have been bringing my dogs to Marilyn off and on for 25 years. First my golden retriever, who loved being there and now my Pomeranian, we trust and recommend Mandarin Pet Care to all pet owners.

This was my first time using a boarding facility for my dog and I decided to chose Mandarin Pet Care during Memorial Day weekend. My dog didn't display any abnormal behavior upon pick up so I'm guessing everything went fine. I am not sure how well the facility is kept due to the public not being able to actually walk in and is greeted at the door by Ms Marilyn. The price is by the day and not by the night and that can make a difference if travel plans are longer than a weekend. New customers are also given the first night stay free!

I feel absolutely terrible that I boarded my dogs at this awful place. I would rather cancel my vacation than ever leave my dogs here ever again. The only good thing about this place was its affordability, which in hindsight should have been a warning. The worst thing was that they definitely don't follow their as-advertised schedule, so the dogs are probably locked up in kennels the majority of the time. Our flights were delayed and we were there to pick up our dogs at 7:15pm, which is supposed to be in the middle of the 7pm-9pm final playtime. Instead all the dogs were already tucked in for the night in the unlocked kennel building, and there were no humans around. When a very salty Marilyn finally showed up to hand over the dogs, she simply dropped the leashes and they immediately ran to us. I was expecting to see how a professional dog trainer would handle 3 puppies on a leash, instead she tossed the leashes on the ground and went back inside without another word. They all had to pee immediately and all three were also all extremely thirsty. We were also given no instructions about dropoff when we called to make the boarding reservation, and their website lacks a lot of detail, so we received some cold shoulder when we dropped off our 3 dogs without having completed all their paperwork and without food (some places we have boarded at before provide food for free or for cheap). We had 3 puppies, 2 of which were very young, but they bought adult food with our money. It was the tiniest most expensive bag too, way more than what we usually pay, and the bag wasn't even half empty, when it should have been empty with the amount of food our pups usually eat. I am concerned that our puppies were fed adult food, were barely fed at all, were not offered enough water, did not get the 8 hours of advertised playtime, and did not have enough bathroom opportunities. Mandarin Pet Care was also very unresponsive to phone calls and to emails throughout the entire process. Their lack of professionalism was incredible. This was a horrible experience all around.

Our family recently went through a difficult time, and we needed an immediate place to board our 3 pups for an unknown amount of time. Marilyn and staff took great care of them, and sent me updates and pictures/videos via text every day. Great experience and I highly recommend! If this service is needed in the future, I will be bringing them back here!

I cannot begin to say enough about Mandarin Pet Care. Marilyn and the entire staff at Mandarin Pet Care treat our two beagles like they were their own. I have been using Mandarin Pet Care for about three years now and always without issue. The price even though it has increased recently is still about $10-$20 cheaper than I would get if I went to a traditional boarding facility. Medications, extra feedings, and a little extra attention to a somewhat sicker pet all come at no extra charge where as other boarding facilities would charge per medication administration or per extra feeding. If you ever have the opportunity to use Mandarin Pet Care do both you and your pet the favor of doing so, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank You Marilyn for always taken care of our two beagles.

We took our pups here for a few days while taking a trip. The pricing is affordable but the owner is not a people person and really didn’t care to ease my anxiety about leaving my dogs for the first time (ever!) She was very off putting when we showed up to drop off our dogs and rolled her eyes at us when we wanted to see the facility they would be staying in. She sent one video a day of them just sniffing in the yard which didn’t make me feel good at all.. She was very rude about my emotions & I worried about them my whole trip. After picking them up, we found that they were excessively thirsty as well as covered in fleas (& we treat regularly). When I addressed this to her she took no responsibility and brushed it off her shoulder. I am grateful that my pups are alive but I will not be bringing them back.

Love this pet camp!!! First time and the team at WGV surpassed my expectations. Our rescue pup had the best time, I enjoyed watching him play with other dogs on the live cameras. It was his first time attending a camp environment and they introduced him very skillfully and with so much love. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing experience. We will be back next week!

John did an amazing job training our dog, Taco. She's like a new dog. She is less hyper, has more confidence, and knows her commands. We are so grateful. The facility is very nice and clean. Taco loves the pool!

Took our doodle in for grooming. She did an excellent job and is friendly and gentle with my dog. Very fair price also, highly recommend.

We use pet paradise often for boarding, day camp and most recently dog training. Our train and stay experience with Joseph was a great one. From day one, he was so patient and understanding with both me and my dog. My golden retriever has come such a long way, and I’ve learned a ton about how to communicate better with her. The improvement of basic manners and handling tricky behavior was huge and Joseph made all the difference. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trainer who’s both skilled and genuinely cares!

You can tell the staff loves ❤️ my 3 doggy doodles and my doodles love them! My furbabies love coming to play and swim! I trust everyone with our furbabies! Thank you for the doggy care your staff provides! Excellent care!

Excellent Communication from the Receptionist, Veterinarian, and other staff. at PP WGV. The board and train program for our dog was Exceptional! Not only did trainer John Rowbo, train our dog with the necessary basic commands needed for good behavior, but also built a confidence in him that I can tell will last his lifetime. He worked with us ( his family ) to make sure we will be able to continue being consistent at home. I’m so happy with the outcome of this training program! I would recommend it to all my family & friends or those who compliment our now very well behaved boy ❤️ P.S. the front desk staff, especially Allison 💕 we’re also very loving and caring to our pup while he was there. It helped my heart so much to know he was getting so much TLC while he was away from home. Thank you Pet Paradise WGV!

We were in town visiting with our dog Meeko and wanted to let him have a good time while we got the non-dog-friendly things out of the way - and boy did he! He was pooped when we picked him up and the staff seemed very friend fond of him. He definitely enjoyed the pool! I’m glad we were able to find something for him to do without us, and the process was quick and painless!

Caring staff, wonderful upgraded local facility. My dog was new and he easily assimilated to this camp and boarding. In the livestream he was happy, relaxed and enjoying the other dogs, pool, and staff. He came home content and exhausted. So excited for him to have a safe to play!

Very impressed with my visit. Everything I desired for my baby dog all in one place. I loved the initial visit for my dog as they work them in to their pup group. They observe them and how they feel before placing them in with group. Cameras all around for you to views. Handlers are out with every group. I saw lots of loves and pets being given by handlers. There is a resident handle that lives on property which is reassuring. Everything was super clean. Beds and kennels cleaned daily. Lots of safety precautions to keep all fur babies safe. Love the pool and splash pad. There’s a special place for kitties too. On site grooming and veterinarian. The only reason I’ve given four stars is because I have yet to utilize either of those services.

The groomers at this location do not use proper sanitation procedures on their clippers in between cuts. My families pup was groomed here 9/28, no sign of rash or redness after her appointment. The next day she woke up with an infection on her rear end that has left it RAW and BLEEDING. I would attach pictures but they’re so graphic I’m afraid my review will be taken down. If groomers can’t be bothered to take 5 minutes to properly sanitize equipment in between appointments, it makes me worry about the other corners being cut here. Find somewhere else.

Pet camp is great! Agility classes, doggie daycare, dock diving… they have it all! And it’s a very well run place where dogs are #1

Pet Camp isn't just a name, it is actually a place we feel good about taking our beloved pet. From arrival (where he is greeted by his fellow campers on the shaded, open camp grounds) to departure, we are confident that our buddy is in good hands away from home. No additional upcharge nonsense, more bang for the buck than we could have hoped for. If I were a dog, I'd be asking my humans to take me to Pet Camp!

Silke is a true professional dog trainer. Great information. Wonderful class activity level without fatigue. Dogs become students and respond to instruction. Awesome facility! A must for serious dog owners. We are happy Dog Campers!

I had my standard poodle ‘Buzz’ groomed at Pet Camp by their new groomer yesterday. She did a fantastic job! He looks beautiful and smells even better. Ears, nail, all done to perfection. Thank you Silke for finding a real professional to groom our pups. Joanne thank you again!

We've been using Pet Camp for years and our golden retrievers have the best time. It's the only place we've found that allows dogs to run outside and have fun. It's spacious and they treat them well.

I've gone to other agility trainings but Silka's style works best. I have not actually used the pet boarding area, however the staff when I have called there are very professional and friendly.

My granddog Loves Pet Camp and we feel she is very safe there.

Great place to leave your dog for the day or a trip. They spend tons of time outside playing with others and are well cared for.

Spinner used to board here often, but never again! I packed 6 days of food and nighttime dental treats, LABELED with instructions, and they only fed him 3 days of food…NO dental treats…I called and they said if he just grazed his food they didn’t refill it. Why would he eat if he sees you don’t refill it? I am HORRIFIED that my poor boy was left hungry. “He was happy” they said…Really? You know my dog’s body language when he’s hungry? Clearly not. I will not entrust my furkids here any more.

Our 3 dogs were well cared for and appeared to be happy. Got them bathed before pick up, and they looked and smelled great. Will use them again.

We have used Pacetti Boarding prior to becoming Forever Vets. I think the staff has changed and do not seem as cat friendly. Last time we dropped our two cats for the day. When we picked our cats, they were not happy. Tommy is very gentle, but was hissing at her. Also, I went into the room to help and the room smelled like urine and was very messy. There has been a change.

Can't recommend Katie the A+ groomer enough! I have a Rough Collie ("Lassie Dog") and he had his first grooming ever with Katie. He was already 2 years old, so I was unsure how we would do. He came out happy and beautiful! Katie listened when we told her how we wanted him groomed - not too much fur removed, but more of a "working trim" since he is my service dog. I've had Collies my whole life and had them groomed before, but they never came out right. Katie is patient with the dogs she grooms and makes sure they have a comfortable experience. We drive all the way from Jacksonville to St Augustine just to have Katie groom our dogs. Go see her - she's great!

This is a great place to board your dogs. I have 3 huskies and they were there for 6 days. They were very well taken care of and for a reasonable price. They were happy and even got a bath before coming home. The girls are great and need a raise. Would highly recommend this place for boarding 😀😀😀 …

The staff have always been very good with Oliver, he is 8 months old, loves all of his baths and extra attention he gets during his "SPA DAY". Problem, 2 days after his bath Oliver started coughing up clear/frothy secretions. Took him to the vet, Forever VETS, and he was diagnosed with kennel cough. He caught it at the "spa", and it cost me $150 to have him examined and treated for the kennel cough. Yes, his shots were up to date, but he caught it anyway. Just be careful.

New to area and have had difficulty finding a groomer - until now. The quality, professionalism and caring attitude were all Gold Standard. Chelsea treated our corgi, Max, with exceptional care and groomed him perfectly. We've found our "go to" grooming center and highly recommend them.

The grooming is awesome! Love taking my dogs there. My 2 dogs always enjoy their spa day. Thank you to the groomers for always taking care of my babies.

We boarded our dog Blaze here for 3 night and it was great. We got a free night for it being his first time and I signed up to get “report cards” for 2 of the days. Unfortunately I didn’t receive one of them but they do have live cameras in the play areas which is so helpful especially when my toddler wanted to see her doggy lol . I would definitely recommend pet paradise and blaze will definitely be back !

The drop off process for boarding our kids was smooth and thorough. Bring their food and meds for proper one on one care. The rates are reasonable. Make sure you have all their up to date shot records ready or be smart and log into their site and upload pictures, pet information of likes, personality, and medical information. Get them bathed on their last day so they come home smelling great. We boarded our three for three nights due to a complex move between homes. We hate leaving our kids but it took a lot of stress out of the planning. This was our first try at boarding and likely our last but the experience was good.

Horrible experience! Dropped off my dog for 5 days of boarding. On night one, they call from a private number saying my dog was in an altercation from another dog going after him. I couldn’t reach anyone to hear what happened. Finally, I called the following morning and heard what happened. Luckily my dog was okay. Fast forward to picking him up, I watched over 25 dogs run around outside rough housing with only one staff member “watching.” When they handed me back my dog’s belongings, I noticed they did not feed him his proper amount of food I pre-bagged. If your dog eats more than “3 cups” then you’re just out of luck. I hate being a person who leaves a bad review but I wish I knew what a mess I would be dropping my dog off to!! Go to a different location!

The staff was fantastic with my dogs and I loved seeing them out at the pool even though they can’t be with other dogs. My boy can be a bit wary of new people and usually stays with my girl for comfort. She loves the pool and it was great to see her splash around and see their play timer encourage him to get in the water too!

My girls whom are GREAT DANES SEEMED RELAXED AND HAPPY WHEN I PICKED THEM UP AND GOT THEM HOME. This is why i always choose Pet Paradise the staff is very professional and friendly and i can feel the positive Ora.

Tough to get a live person on the phone. I don't like their Ai voice assistant on the phone. Please let me speak with a human easier. WIith that said, they always take great care of my dogs. Staff is always nice and helpful.

I took my dogs there and explained that one has separation anxiety and they can’t be separated. (He’ll sing the opera if they’re separated). I drop them off and tell the girl to tell my dog “no” if he nudges for pets. She tells me “no he’s just a baby”. Mind you my dog is 6 y/o. I’m at the airport and my dogs are separated outside without any prior notice, and now I have to pay an extra $10/day to have my dogs play privately with each other.

I have boarded my dog here 3 times so far in 2024. I've been very impressed how attentive & informative the staff has been through each stay this far. Her current stay has been for 10 days & I only checked on her once mid stay because I am comfortable & confident with the staff. My current concern is that I have called several times during open hours to check on my dog before my return flight and I keep ending up on hold with no answer or have had to leave a message with the reservation center with no return call. This concerns me since the week prior to this stay, I left a message for a return call with some questions and I never got a return call then either. This was not my experience her other 2 stays, but seems to be becoming a recent issue. I'm hoping it doesn't continue as I have 3 more reservations for 2024 booked already. Hoping I get an update today as they are only open 30 more minutes. The prices are a little higher, than I'm used to, but if service and care are good, I'm ok with it. I don't think they should increase the daily price for holiday stay due to the current daily prices. Still waiting on the return call.

We toured this place to possibly daycare and board our two dogs, upon entering they greeted us and were very attentive to our needs and questions, they showed us around, seemed very clean, plenty of friendly staff all around! They gave us a free day to try and our two dogs loved it, the staff called us with updates and even gave us a doggie progress report on how they did to take home! We decided to book a boarding stay at the end of April, so I will review that later in the month! Overall pricing is a little more than other places but seems totally worth it for happy staff and happy animals!

I love Pet Paradise in Oakleaf. They always take good care of our dog. We’ve had two full grooms of our hyperactive golden doodle and we have been very pleased both times.
