We feel very safe leaving our fur kids with auntie max. She sends photos and videos very often and she loves the dogs like her own children. We have left our pups for weekends or 3 weeks and they are always well taken care of. ❤️

I love Auntie Max’s! We can go out of town and have no worries when our Buddy is with her! She takes great care of him and all of his friends there! She even makes their own food. She’s a wonderful person! We wouldn’t trust anyone else with him, only Auntie Max. If I could give her a million stars, I would. We just love her so much!

I definitely recommend. We are so grateful for the care our pup Izzy received! She’s only 8 months old, so I was very nervous about how she would do staying away from us for the first time. Clair was awesome! She sent plenty of photos and videos of Izzy, and I could just see her coming out of her shell through those. I’m so glad to have found a place where she could play with other doggies and get the love and attention all of our fur babies deserve instead of being locked in a crate most of the day. I felt completely comfortable letting my 8 month old golden doodle stay with auntie max she went above and beyond for us provided images and video updates on how Harley was doing! We will be using her anytime we need doggy daycare she has a very thorough process to make sure she understands your dogs needs/personality❤️ she also gave us the cutest gift for Harley at pickup I can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Auntie Max’s. We were visiting from out of town and need a last minute place for our dog, Boomer to stay for a few days. Clare took him in and instantly treated him like family. Her place is clean and comfortable and the yard is fully fenced and tightly secured which was extremely important as our dog is an escape artist. We received txts, pictures and videos and it was clear that he had made himself at home and was having the time of his life. On his last day he received a gift bag with treats and a toy chicken which was a nod to the reason he needed a last minute place to stay! 😂. Highly recommend on every level! Thank you so much, hopefully we will cross paths again!

Auntie Max's is like a second home to our two dachshunds, Copper and Todd. They get lots of personal attention. Homemade snacks is a bonus. Each day we were gone, we received photos and videos showing how happy they were. They love Auntie Max - and Shera, too!

I wouldn’t take my dog to any other pet sitter. I hate leaving my 2-year-old puppy at home in a crate while I’m at work for 7+ hours. Claire is an amazing woman who understands my dog’s needs. She has the perfect space to accommodate all shapes and sizes of dogs. My dog has some weird quirks but those didn’t seem to phase Claire. She treats them as her own and is so thoughtful about keeping me updated on my pet’s care while I’m away.

Our Bindy loves to go to auntie Max’s!! She treats them so well!! Plus she makes them special snacks and always sends them home with treats. She’s by far the best around!!! Highly recommend

Clare is heaven sent! I do not trust many people to take care or watch after my 2 year old German Shepherd pup. I just returned from a 2 1/2 week vacation and it appears that Nala enjoyed her get away just as much as I have. Not only did Clare take the time to make sure Nala was acclimated with her dogs, she took extra time and made effort to ensure Nala was just as comfortable with her. I received daily updates about Nala and all of the fun things they had done for the day. Nala was most definitely spoiled with treats and love throughout the entire time I was away. At the beginning of the stay, Nala was not eating her normal food... Clare helped her feel more at ease and even gave Nala the food she was feeding her own dogs. On my trip back, my flights kept getting delayed which pushed my return back a day late.... Clare was very understanding and reassured me that everything is fine. It is nice to know you can call for any emergency and she will work with you and your schedule! She was also available to text/call all hours of the day/night, which also kept my mind at ease. Nala was all smiles when I picked her up. I hope this place becomes a second home to her! 10/10 would recommend taking your pup here for a stay. Nala already has her next few stays booked! :)

I have left my two Shih Tzus with Claire a couple times. Would definitely recommend her to take care of you baby. My dogs loved it there. I received pics and videos while we were away. We love that our babies can play with other dogs, be outside in a yard and be given care and attention instead of being alone in a kennel. Give her a call.

Always amazing! My dogs love Sutton Place! When they realize we are on the road heading to Sutton Place they get so excited and go crazy! They make so many friends and are exhausted when they come home! Suzette and Mike take such great care of my pups!

I wish there were more stars to give for rating Sutton Place. They go above and beyond to care for Tut and to relieve my own anxiety when I first started using them to keep my dog. They are very experienced and knowledgeable on all breeds large and small. I enjoy speaking with them during drop off and pick up. Sutton place truly cares about dogs. All dogs. Their wellbeing, different personalities, their safety. Everything. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to leave your pup with no hestitatation, go here. They groom too! It is well worth it.

Update to last year’s review: This was the second time Tater stayed for several days at Sutton Place. We are still happy with the care he received while we were gone. Sutton Place is a great place to leave your fur baby with confidence they will be cared for. I am beyond thrilled with the care that my dog Tater received during his four day stay at Sutton Place. Suzette sent me texts and photos of Tater that kept me informed about my pup and his interaction with the other dogs. This was our first time and it will not be our last! Thank you Sutton Place for a positive experience.

I had the worst experience ever with this place, first dropping off my dog wasn’t too bad however when picking up my dog is where the problem begin. My dog is white and black. They dont let you see where the dogs are kept so i was clueless there too and thought that was kinda odd. Upon picking up my dog whom is regularly groomed he was the dirtiest he has EVER been i mean so filthy its as if he slept outside or something the whole time. He also came back infested with fleas outta this world. I will never be using this place again. This was my first and last time using this place. I had to wash my dog 4 times to get all the dirt off of him. This was horrible experience and i advise anyone to be ware before using them. On top of that my dog was acting real weird when i got him home as if something happened to him while in there care. I dont know maybe i was just unlucky but i use boarding all the time in VA/WV and never received this before. However looking at the reviews this may be the norm for this couple. Wags and Whiskers is the best solution for boarding they are always courteous and take great care of your dogs i highly recommend them they were full which is why Sutton Place was my last resort. I felt so bad for my dog when i brought him home because he was so different almost traumatized like.

We took our little Juno there for her first overnight boarding experience since we got her, and she came home and was so tired she slept for an entire day! It was a huge relief for us as two new puppy parents who also hold full-time jobs. When we arrived to drop our pup off, Juno was given a quick exam to ensure she wasn't sick or in heat (at 5 months old, she hasn't been spayed yet) before being slowly introduced to the other dogs at a pace that worked for both Juno and the other canine residents. The owner of Sutton Place (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) texted me pictures of her while we were gone and was very responsive to our questions. She is very knowledgeable about dogs! I love that the dogs are allowed to roam free (within the fenced in yard, of course) instead of being kenneled all day. Plus, they're separated by size while playing so bigger dogs don't intimidate the smaller ones. The rate was also very reasonable, especially considering the value. We will definitely be returning next time we go out of town and look forward to trying the doggy daycare service!

We took our 6 year old German shepherd to Sutton Place recently because we had to be out of town for health issues. She is very timid and never spent a night away from us. We were able to bring Brandy's own bed. She stayed in their house, which was full of dog toys. Brandy was able to play with other dogs in a safe beautiful fenced area. They have several different areas, so that dogs can be seperated by size and temperament. She even shared pictures with us while we gone to ease our minds. We are so thankful we had Sutton place, and would definitely recommend them. We will use Sutton Place anytime we need to leave out girl.

This is fantastic place to take your dogs when you have to go out of town. My dogs love it there and, they run up to the gate to go in. One of my dogs will be 7 last of May and she loves it there and has been going for years. My 2 year old dog loves it too. This is the only place I will put my dogs to be taken care of when they can’t be with my daughter and I. We just put them there over the weekend and they sent me pictures of them having fun. Thanks so much for the wonderful work you do!! I really do appreciate it so very much!!!

Sutton Place is amazing! The owner knows what she is doing with dogs. We have used Sutton Place twice. Once for a 7 day and stay and once for three days. Our dog, Maggie, seems to love it there. She is happy to go. There are kennels, air condition, couches for the dogs to lay on, and wide open/fenced in spaces to run. We don't worry about her there. It is a wonderful and safe socializing environment for dogs. It's such a relief when going on vacation to know your dog is taken care of. I highly recomend Sutton Place Pet Boarding! We love the service we have received there!

Our Beagle , Luna , has been hanging out with the Suttons since she was 6 months old . She’s always happy to go have a “spa” day and go play or be groomed at Sutton Place , because they treat her as well as we do at home . Even better , she always has other dogs to socialize with in a supervised environment. Suzette posts or sends us pictures if we request . Also , Suttons requires your vaccination record , to protect your animal Although Luna is always happy to see us , she is always happy to go there ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Prestige pet sitters were absolutely wonderful!!! They took excellent care of our 10-year old cat, Rosie. They surpassed our expectations and we didn’t have to worry at all about Rosie because we knew she was being well taken care of. They gave her lots of attention. They sent multiple photos after each visit and wrote to let us know how the visit went. They also come by well ahead of time to ensure they know how you would like your pet to be cared for. And we were able to use a lockbox, which made it so easy for us. We definitely recommend using Prestige Pet Sitting!!

Prestige Pet-Sitting takes great care of my dog, Pepper. Since there are multiple sitters (several of whom are VT vet school students), my schedule is always accommodated. The pet-sitters come to my house, because Pepper has anxiety and cannot be kenneled. In addition to feeding and walking her, the sitters cuddle and calm her. They even trim her nails and bring in my mail. I receive detailed visit reports and great photos. I will always use Prestige for my dog-sitting needs.

Prestige Petsitting is absolutely the best. They have watched our cat and aging dog for years. We always know they are in great care; we never worry about them. Our dog gets so excited when they visit too. They send updates from each visit. We see photos from each visit. And, as needed, they call/follow-up with any questions.

I’ve used Prestige several times and wouldn’t use anyone else. I feel completely comfortable, leaving my dog at home, knowing she will be cared for. Communication is great. They let me know when they arrive and when they are done leaving a full report and pictures (which I love). They are also very reasonably priced. I could never use a kennel again!

I cannot say how much this company cares for your pets, you cannot go wrong with these guys, have used them multiple times. They got back to me the very next day and was able to watch our dog and cat over holiday weekend. I always take my 3 German Shepherds here. They are amazing with them, feed them exactly how I ask them to, and know how to handle them. Plus, they were incredibly kind to me and my dogs the week my dad passed and I had to leave my dogs there longer than expected. It’s a very clean facility and everyone there seems to really care about the animals. I even drive an hour out of the way to take them there because I know my dogs will be well taken care of! We love them.

Several times used their services. Very friendly and professional. Dogs always have come home happy and wore out.

I took my dog there for our honeymoon. I’m always apprehensive of leaving my dog out of my sight honestly but this kennel deserves 10 stars. Super clean, explain the whole process, sent daily updates and kept my minds at ease. I was confident before I even left from dropping him off he was I good hands! Great price as well. I will be using this kennel again, I wouldn’t consider taking your fur baby anywhere else!

I took my German Shorthaired Pointer to a meet and greet before I left her for a week. Crystal is super nice and the facilities were clean and well secured. I've never had to board an animal before. This being the first time and after meeting Crystal and seeing where my dog would be I felt ok with leaving her. Crystal sent me pics of Piper while I was gone. When I picked Piper up she was healthy and happy. They had let her play with their 2 dogs and that was awesome. I will definitely use this boarding home again if need be. It is close to where I live so that is a plus.and they are an awesome couple. The price was very reasonable. I was pleased with the care and cost. Super happy. Thank you Crystal and Chester.

Wonderful place to leave your animals while on vacation! It was so nice not having to worry about them while we were gone. I received pictures unprompted and if I wanted to check in, they were super quick to answer and let me know how they were doing. 10/10 would recommend and already have scheduled to use again.

We were extremely pleased with the care our two Dobermans received while we had to go out of town for several days. The place is very neat, clean and reasonably priced. Very easy and pleasant experience. They were very responsive from the first contact. Shared info through text and they also followed up with me through a phone conversation. Very clean, smaller boarding house so it wasn’t overwhelming for our pets. They also provided photos and videos while were gone which is a nice touch. Our dogs were very happy and content while there for 10 days.

Ziggy was very well taken care of during his stay …I must say SPOILED TO DEATH…lol. The kennels are very clean and spacious. He had access to the yard. He enjoyed playtime with the other dogs and was one tired boy when he came home. Ziggy also goes to daycare and I can’t say enough about how satisfied we are!

All Tails groomed my three beagles today. They can be a handful but these ladies done great ! They done a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back soon !

Bryan was fantastic!! We have an anxious cat who usually makes a huge mess when we leave. Bryan met all her needs so we came home to a happy cat and a clean house. He even put the trash out for us on trash day. I loved getting daily pictures. I’m so glad we found him because he is now our go-to pet sitter.

Bryan has been taking care of our dog for about 5 years, first with another pet service and now with his own company. He is reliable, easy to deal with, and most of all, caring. He also does little extras like picking up our mail and playing with our dog. We never worry when we go away because Bryan is tending to our girl. And she is always as good or better when we return. We absolutely recommend Bryan and you won't be sorry!

Bryan Pena has provided attentive, reliable care for my cats for years. I particularly appreciate his willingness to fit into his schedule nearly daily visits with a pair of brothers I adopted as kittens three years ago, helping keep them busy and healthy when I am working. Bryan has taken my cats to the vet, tended them while I was out of town, and stayed overnight with them when I was on an extended trip. My cats are precious to me and I confidently and peacefully entrust Bryan with their care.

This is the only company we would trust to take care of our cat after he developed cancer. Bryan is extremely communicative - he always texts me pictures and updates. He spends extra time giving our cat treats and love. Now that our cat is sick, Bryan pays close attention to his special needs....his wounds, how much he's eating, etc. Bryan is incredibly experienced and has an impressive knowledge of animals. Most importantly, he really cares about the animals.

I highly recommend Happy Paws for boarding your pets. We boarded our two German Shepherds and couldn’t be more pleased. They were well taken care of and the owner was great at communicating with us regularly on how they were doing. They both received baths while they were there as well, I was glad to have two clean pups when I picked them up!

I’ve boarded my 3 with Tiffany multiple times. They always come back clean, happy, and healthy. My dogs walk right in and go right to her with no issues. She was even understanding and accommodating when our oldest was diagnosed with epilepsy

I had to board both of my pups here for an extended period of time while house hunting. My pups are my babies and had never really been away from me before so it was a hard adjustment for me and them, but I could not have found a better place to trust them with. I could not have been happier with the service, love and care shown for my babies. The facility was always clean and safe, staff always friendly and willing to meet with me at the facility and let me come spend as much time as I needed with my babies, and prices are very reasonable compared to other options in the area. My girls loved it there and loved the staff and it was obvious that they loved my babies too! I also had them bath them before I picked them up to move into our new home and they did a wonderful job! If you need boarding (short term or long term) or grooming services, you couldn’t find a better place than Happy Paws!

Phenomenal people to leave your dog with while out of town. I just picked Dude up from his second time staying with them. When dropping Dude off this time, he was immediately excited to see the owner. Seeing his excitement made me feel much better as he clearly had a positive memory of his first stay. When picking him up, he was so excited and continued to want to play with the Happy Paws staff even when it was time to go home! They gave him a bath while he was there and he has never been so soft and fluffy! While chatting with the owner and her husband, they knew so many details about Dude and all of his quirks which made it very clear that he received plenty of attention and love while he was under their care. Would absolutely recommend

We have always had a pet sitter come to our home to watch our boys and with that no longer being an option, we had no choice but to board and we were slightly terrified. Happy paws made the process simple and smooth. She answered any questions we had. Anytime I checked on our boys she responded in a timely matter. Our boys were well taken care of and happy as can be. I couldn't recommend them enough and I am extremely thankful I no longer have to worry where they will go during vacations or an emergency.

Kayla is amazing with our pup Milo. She treats him like he is hers. She’s flexible to work around my schedule, affordable and I never worry about him when we board with her. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Captain Morgan sure enjoyed his spa day at The Dog House. I am more than satisfied with these guys! He got the treatment from head to toes. I highly recommend Kayla and staff!

The Dog House grooms Charlie in a way no one else can get right! I’m particular about his cut and Kayla manages to get it just perfect while treating him with such kindness and tenderness. (He has anxiety.) 10/10 recommend!!!

My older Hound has really bad knee joints, so I wouldn’t even entertain the thought of leaving him with a groomer, Altho he desperately needed a bath. I was afraid the groomer wouldn’t pay attention and Buster would slip and really hurt himself. All those fears went out the door when I caught Kayla’s FB videos. She is so gentle and so knowledgeable of the older pups. She really has a heart for them. So much so that she has traveled to PA for certification in grooming “geriatric” pets. She even sent me a video of Buster getting groomed and bathed (she knew I was really nervous leaving him😊) He was loving every minute of it. I HIGHLY recommend Kayla@ The Dog House. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I rescued a puppy an after over $500 vet payment i took him here for his nails. The lady here made it like he was only pet that mattered it was amazing he was scared but she pampered him an made it great for him. Plus she did a great job with perfectly great price. I will definitely use them for all my dogs grooming needs. I did notice the day care an the animals were in heaven. There was a young child petting an loving all them you could clearly see the dogs were so happy an just loving there time here. Only issue I might see is ....is these animals were so happy .....they may not want to go home after here being here

Our dogs LOVE going to see Kayla! They usually don't want to leave. 🥰 She runs a clean, organized business that focuses on caring for our dogs when we can't be with them. We have used The Dog House for grooming, daycare & boarding. 10/10 would recommend! She accommodated my work schedule without hesitation, which I greatly appreciated! She sends us videos of them playing or pictures of them getting groomed. She offers tips & pointers on how to better care for them, based on their breed, age & behavior. I know when Dodger or Boston are with her, they are well taken care of & attended to, thoroughly! We are SO grateful for the services The Dog House provides. 💯

I love The Dog House—I wish I could give it more than five stars. My pup Charlie is a little... how do I say this... "difficult?" To the point at which I used to have the worst anxiety about boarding him. The last place I took him told me that he did not get along with the other dogs, and he came back covered in scratches. Unable to find someone to watch him at my house before a last-minute trip, I called The Dog House to board him, sharing the warning that he is not the best-behaved boy with other dogs. When it came time for me to pick him up, Heather let me know that he not only tolerated the other dogs, but ran around and played with them as well. She even dubbed him the "ladies' man." It says a lot about how the dogs are treated and how much care Kayla and the staff put into the dogs. Now, The Dog House is the only place I'll take him, and I have to say that he LOVES it as well. (It's also super fun to watch the videos that are shared on Facebook—cuteness overload!)

Kayla and her husband were so good about easing my anxiety leaving my 4 month old pup overnight. She sent me updates and a video to show he was doing good, and even said she would put him in their bed if he couldn’t sleep in his cage. Definitely Would recommend for boarding and daycare!

A big Thank you to The Dog House. What Kayla did for our Rescue dogs was amazing. Short notice, she got them in, and took great care of them. I will be back with my dogs for their grooming needs.

We have boarded our Husky with the great folks at Wild Things in the past past and just picked her up today after her 'Spaw' day with Lea and friends. Kodiak has never been so clean and well-groomed, and even came home with a bouquet in her collar! I can't recommend Wild Things more! Great service and loving attention!

Wild Things always takes wonderful care of our dogs. They are diligent about cleaning and maintaining a safe environment for your beloved pet. They are taken out multiple times for bathroom breaks and playtime. They follow any instructions left for your pet about feeding, medications, etc. The staff obviously love animals and always remember their names whether you are a regular or just an occasional visitor. The kennels are heated/air conditioned depending on the needs of you pet at the time. Each dog has their own food and water bowls that are cleaned daily. They also have a huge play area with lots of fun obstacles to climb and jump over. In the summer, they take them out for water play. My dogs absolutely love it here and start to get uncontroablly excited about 2 miles away.

We have been boarding our "Cowboy" at Wild Things for 10+ years and every trip is a pure resort vacation for our fur baby!! He is always welcomed by the staff with open arms, which he readily snuggles right down into. Grooming began about 5 years ago and he comes home after his spring grooming looking and acting like a pup again, proud of his new look, showing it off as he prances around. Groomers at Wild Things do an excellent job and the entire staff are caring, loving friends of the animals left in their care.

We were very disappointed with the care for our two dogs over this past weekend. We pay extra to keep an eye on the dogs and unfortunately saw all of this unfold…Friday 10am we dropped off both dogs and noticed later in the afternoon they had still not been given any food, which we understand could have been a miscommunication. I called, no one answered (this seemed to be the theme all weekend). I left a message requesting that they give the dogs their food and the staff responded accordingly. Saturday am our dogs were taken out for a couple of minutes at 10am. When I checked the cameras I saw that it had now been 5 and a half hours since they were allowed to go potty! I also noticed that one of the cameras battery was saying low power so again, called and got answer. After calling multiple times and not hearing from anyone I sent a friend to go find out what was going on. One of the ladies told my friend that our dog had chewed the wire to the camera and we would be charged $150 to replace it. How dangerous?! Leaving a wire within the range for a dog to chew on it while they are in your care, what if she had been electrocuted? No one was around to help as we could see they were neglected majority of the day. Will absolutely not be bringing our dogs back here.

We had to make last minute reservations for our dog bella. The staff was very friendly and helpful, just wonderful. Bella stayed there over the weekend and she seemed to love it there. This location will definitely be keeping our business for a very long time. Highly recommend.

They did a great job taking care of my pup. My only complaint was that their building had a strong odor of urine and feces. This may be due to a recent accident one of the dogs had.

We always board our pups at the Pet Plantation. They seem to love it. When they arrive, they rush for the door. Pet Plantation is clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. I enjoy reviewing photos at the end of the day showing our pups playing.

Winston had the BEST time at his first overnight visit at The Pet Plantation. 🐶 The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the grooming services are very reasonable pricing wise. Boarding is only $35 a night for Winston’s size, and even with additional grooming fees it came out to much cheaper than we anticipated. We had a little scare when Winston came back with potential limping, and the staff and owner contacted us immediately to see what was going on. ( It did turn out Winston was faking it to try and make his parents feel bad for leaving him! ) I was incredibly impressed with the staffs care and knowledge on what was going on with every dog under their care. Winston is still a pup, only six months old, and we can’t wait to bring him back for more daycare and overnight services to help him become a more social little guy! I highly recommend The Pet Plantation.

My pup loves going to Pet Plantation. He gets to play both inside and outside with other dogs. I am particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. My pup loves the staff. In addition to playgroup, he gets his nails trimmed while he is there. He also gets a bowl of ice cream! I'd give Pet Plantation 10 stars if I could.

We LOVE Pet Plantation! My Cavapoo, Tilly has been going to stay with Amanda and her staff for almost 3 years. We also use Chrissy for grooming. I can’t say enough about how professional but personable everyone there is. Tilly absolutely pulls on her leash to get inside and literally lays on the door for me to open it when we get there! She is always greeted warmly and when I pick her up from boarding she is always clean and relaxed! Chrissy does an amazing job and my sweet “doodle” always looks like a “doodle” after her groom. Best haircuts she’s ever had! I really can’t say enough positive things. Thank you Pet Planation for giving my best friend Tilly a safe, happy experience!

Professional and friendly! Employees love and care for our English Labrador like she was their own pet. They call her by name when she comes to stay and she is always excited to see them. Five stars for The Pet Plantation.

Our girls love The Pet Plantation. The staff is caring and kind. I highly recommend this to any pet parents. The Facebook posts with updates and pictures keep us up to date and allow us to enjoy our trips worry free.

We love the Pet Plantation! We have brought our dogs multiple times and each time we are so pleased. We have also had one of our pups get groomed while there and he smelled so nice at pick up! Staff is always friendly and they are great with communication. Our pups love their time there. Recently, one of our dogs had a medical emergency while there due to his underlying health conditions and the staff were incredibly caring and went above and beyond to make sure our pup received the most care, love, and attention. We 100% recommend them and will always be using them anytime we need a boarder or groomer. Cannot say enough good things about the staff here!

These guys seem yo be pretty great! My dog has been here twice for daycare, and seems to have so much fun each time! The people are friendly, the prices are reasonable, the rules appear to be adhered to, from what I can tell the environment is clean, and it seems a safe space for my pup. They even did a great job with his nails! My only wish would be for the installation of cameras so I can have peace of mind proof that my fur baby is having the time of his life while there. I will continue to take my fur baby to the Pet Plantation for daycare/play/socialization. They are reliable, accepting of feedback, and loving!

I've taken my dog here for overnight boarding 3 times. 2/3 times, she did not receive all of her meals. The first time she missed a meal, I went off the schedule on their website and broke her food up into 3 meals a day. When they handed me one meal, I questioned whether or not I had given too many meals. The last time we took her, she was only there one night and I had only given them 2 meals (one for drop off day dinner and then breakfast next morning.) I wrote on each bag the date and which meal, very simplified. I picked her up at the exact time I had selected for pick up and the guy handed me her "dinner" saying that "since you're here early, here's her dinner." Confused, I asked why she wasn't fed cause it was ~3pm which means she had gone hours and hours playing hard with no food. The guy showed me the feeding calendar which did not show that she was offered any food. My poor dog was starving. I had to hand feed her 1.5 cups in the car immediately and she scarfed it down (very unlike her). I still give 2 stars because all the workers I've met are so nice and because they have (what looks like, you can't tour it to be sure) such a nice facility. If you're gonna pay the price they charge, the absolute LEAST they should do, is feed the dog. I am guessing they were understaffed, but still, there is no excuse for not feeding a dog and having no explanation other than "they must have missed her or forgot. " Sadly, I will not be returning.

Xena loves being boarded here. She has the best experience with the staff and other dogs she plays with. They offer a safe and convenient facility when I need to leave her for daycare or a weekend stay.

My furbaby came there with instructions to bathe, and trim around paws, behind tail. Trim toe nails. When I got her back, she had been shaved. Shaved, because the groomer made that decision. I have had my Baby for 13 years, and NEVER had her shaved. When I called to confront about it, the tech denied that she had been shaved. And not only that, she was very rude. My baby girl will never be back. W

I brought my Orange Tabby Cat Oscar for a general groom and everyone is super friendly. Oscar super grumpy to new people but they took care of him great! Great service 10/10 would recommend!

Terrible business ethics. Basically the chop shop of groomers here. Owner let the workers pets run absolutely wild behind the gate - they don't care if your dog is scared or intimated either cause the dogs will rush them immediately. The good reviews on here and and Facebook are mostly forced reviews from the people who works there friends and family. Don't be deceived. If you love your pets please take them absolutely anywhere else. *You won't find my file, because I love my pets. Nor am I giving you my true name to harass on social media and hop in dms as you have done to others who have bad reviews. Own up and take the review, there will always be positive and negative - it's how and IF you correct the issue is what matters. Loose dogs behind the counter that aren't customer dogs is wild and unnecessary. What if a customers dog reacts to being rushed by those dogs? There are 0 cameras in this facility to prove anything. My advice? Get some cameras to cover your butt's - I can't believe you don't have a single one. It's a business expense. Separate customer dogs from "Shop dogs" - because I guarantee someone's pet will be reactive one day - you have 0 cameras for proof. Get a real social media manager and stop blowing up people's dms when you provided a bad experience. Rectify the issue not make it worse. A simple apology and explanation in most cases would be sufficient.

I think it’s funny how y’all blocked me on Facebook so nobody would see what y’all did to my dog because I was making your reviews go down. This is extremely unprofessional and I pray that y’all get shut down so nobody else has to go through what I just went through. I just took my dog brownie (if you know him he is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet literally my child) to pet zone in Princeton to get his nails cut and I stayed there with them like I always do and brownie doesn’t like his feet touched so they picked him up and took him around the corner so that way maybe if he didn’t see me, he would calm down a little bit he doesn’t bite or anything like that, but I heard him yelp so I look around the corner and they’re smacking him in the head with the nail clippers and yelling stop at him ( because he’s moving his feet because like I said he doesn’t like his feet touched) so I told them to give me my dog and I was leaving and I did not like the way they was treating him and she told me that that is what they do and she was taught that in school. The lady that was handing me brownie back said she does not like it either. And the owner is literally sitting there watching it happen. I called their vet and told them what happened and they said they was going to contact the authorities and tell them what happened to open up an investigation, but just so you know do not take your dogs to pet zone in Princeton  I am literally still in shock this is my baby boy and I will never let that happen again

Great experience every time, they are nice and friendly and take care of my dogs like they are family.

I can’t say enough about Petzone I have been taking my fur baby there for about 3 years. He always looks and smells great after visiting Gail and all the other employees. Today was an added surprise when we picked him up… he was dressed in a black tie just in time for New Years.

Will definitely be coming back in the future, the folks here were wonderful about working around my Husky's neck when they realized she was feeling too nervous to let them do that area

Pet zone has always been so good with my dog! They make her smell so good, and they make my baby feel so welcome.
