Justine came by for a meet and greet to go over our pets’ routines. She took great care of our two dogs and 4-month old kitten while we were on vacation for a week. She came by four times per day to let our dogs outside and fed the pets on their schedule. The pets received some needed cuddles, too. We really appreciated the daily text updates, photos and videos while we were away. Our pets missed us upon our return, but I could tell by the updates we received that they took a liking to her and her son. She took the extra time to mail us a holiday card and also a thank you card. I found this experience to be superior to boarding at a kennel. My dogs seemed traumatized in the past after boarding. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Delmarva Pet Concierge when we plan our next get away.

She scheduled a meet & greet before the weekend and was so professional and yet warm. While I was away she sent pictures and updates through text. Justine has an extended list of services. We recently used Justine when we went out of country and we couldn't be more pleased with DPC! Our cats don't usually like strangers much but they all approved of her in the meet and greet, and the service provided was professional and friendly with great pricing. One of our cats requires daily injections and she made sure he got them every day. She sent regular updates and made us feel comfortable leaving the kitties for an extended period. She is an obvious animal lover and will take excellent care of your pet!

We were absolutely blown away with the level of care Justine provided our fur baby while we were away! Our family was completely at ease while we traveled because of Justine's exceptional level of understanding, care, and compassion. She went above and beyond to make sure our kitty was happy, healthy, and well taken care of; even providing daily updates, including pictures, which was such a thoughtful touch and really helped me feel connected while I was away. Happy dogs, happy life! We travel often and never have to worry about our pups or our house. Justine (Delmarva Pet Concierge) takes excellent care of our pets while we are out of town or just when we need an extra hand. She stays right with them and ensures they are taken care of. Justine took care of administering several meds to our cat Annabelle while we were away for 11 days. Justine is very warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about pet medicines. We knew immediately upon meeting her that she was very competent and that she would treat Annabelle as if she were her own! I had a great experience with Julie, who took care of my small flock of chickens and ducks while I was out of town for the holidays. She came out twice a day to care for my flock, and went above and beyond to solve a couple of problems with ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Julie and plan to work with her again in the future!

Julie’s Pack Pet Service came by for the first time to let our dogs out and to provide some play and exercise and a potty break yesterday. They seemed so relaxed and non stressed when we arrived home. We are now liberated to go on all day trips or more now that we have found Julie and her service. We will certainly use the Pack again and again.

I had to find a new pet sitter on short notice because no meet and greet was set up for my pets and my text message for a reminder to set one up went unanswered. The communication could greatly improve, very disappointing.

The sitter came for one day only, as arranged. Pictures were taken of my cat and texted to me and the litter box was cleaned. However, there was very little water left in the cats fountain. Not only was there little water for the cat, but also, the fountain motor could have burned up and possibly caused a fire. I called the owner, who did not return my phone call for 2-3 days. When I explained what happened, she she said that she would look into and get back to me. She never called me back. That's it for me with Pet Pack Services.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with The Pet Pack! Julie and Dawn are absolutely amazing with animals! If you love your pet and I'm looking for a top notch place to send them, look no further! You won't be disappointed.

Crystal is our absolute favorite thing about moving to this area. We treat our dog like our family and so does she. She genuinely cares about his well being, understands that structure and consistency are everything with pets, and gives him plenty of love and attention when we are at work. Crystal really took the time to get to know our dog's personality and uses it to make sure he's happy, loved, and safe. I cannot say enough good things about her. We could never say enough amazing things about Crystal and how devoted she is to our pup. We found her right as we adopted our husky as new puppy and she has been able to be with him and watch him grow for the past two years now. Our pup loves her just as much as we do! Crystal always goes above and beyond to make sure that our dog, our home, our privacy, and our things are treated with care and respect. She has so many times stayed longer with our dog than necessary in the event that he had an accident, got sick, or something out of the ordinary happened. She is in CONSTANT communication with us and gives really excellent visual reports on how her time with your pet has gone. She even does little things like bringing in mail and sending us homemade treats (which our dog LOVES). She will treat your pet and your home like her own. We don't know what we would do without her!

Crystal takes extra time with my Great Dane and his guard dog instincts. She is patient while he warms up, and has him sitting in her lap by the end of every visit! She just knows animals. I never worry when we leave our boy with her. She’s professional, responsive, and flexible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boy!

Crystal has been a true asset to our little guy. Simba is a 13 year old Jack Russel Chihuahua mix and needs a little extra attention when my wife and I are working long days. We are so happy with our experience and can't recommend Crystal enough!

I was excited for my experience with Wanda, but was quickly disappointed. The set up and cleanliness was amazing, but after a few hours I received a call to come pick up my dogs because of whining and drinking so much water, they wet the pen one time. This was the first time they stayed with someone they didn’t know. I was told to come get them because Wanda “didn’t have the time to deal with it.” I thought that an experienced vet tech would know the difference between a stressed out animal and one with behavioral issues. Please note this occurred on Christmas Eve. I would not recommend Wanda’s Pet Service to a friend, however, I would recommend Eastern Shore Pet Resort for their reliability and prices.

We stayed with family in Lewes, De. They are not particularly dog firendly so we needed a pet service. Our pup stayed at Wanda's and had a wonderful experience. We love the idea of an outdoor kennel and fenced in yard with lots of room for him to explore. We already have a reservation for this year! Thanks Wanda

Do not trust this woman. She takes a very large deposit and the rest of the money upon drop off. She will then call you a couple hours later to pick them up without a refund. Her response to my review does not make any sense. The aggression comment is completely false. She is a liar. I would not recommend her “business”.

I drive an hour any time I go away just to drop my dog off. I love her care and attention to detail!
