I have to say Carol and her wonderful crew at Preppy Pet are absolutely top notch in too many ways to list. They are amazing with my special needs (deaf 100lb Great Dane puppy) and it's obvious that they are all TRULY dog lovers. I'm somewhat special needs myself with crazy work schedule and they have been unbelievably accommodating in that regard as well. I can't say enough good things about the great people at Preppy Pet but I couldn't be happier with them.

Very affordable compared to a lot of other boarding facilities around. Dogs get to play the whole day and go outside in their mini pool as well. Staff is also great and will send you pictures on a daily basis.

My 70 lb mix goes to Preppy Pet for some play time and a bath. I drive nearly 20 miles to take her there. She knows where we are going (when I ask if she wants to go to the doggy place), and she sits up the entire way there (instead of lying down in the back seat). She gets kind of forlorn if we don't go there for a while. I found PP when searching for a weekend boarding. It is not easy to find places for larger dogs. They are considerate and pleasant people. The prices are reasonable, and they do the whole pooch (nails and ears). Thanks, Carol and crew.

Had our 2 dogs at preppy pet for 2 weeks! They took great care of them. Came home well adjusted and fit right back into the family routine. We also thought the pricing was great!

Affordable and were accommodating to what we needed, esp. With such a last minute request. Would use for my cat and easier dogs, but wouldn't suggest for my harder dogs (e.g. my primitive breeds). I use Central FL k9 for them, as they are just overall a different ballgame then most dogs. Staff was friendly and the owners are very nice. Will use again when needed :-)

We drop off our hound dog Dickens for daycare, boarding, and grooming whenever he needs some “away” time. Preppy Pet takes great care of him! Dickens always enjoys his time with Preppy Pet. The staff are sweet with him and friendly to us. Better yet, their rates are very reasonable. If your furry friend needs some time away from home, Preppy Pet in Leesburg is an excellent option. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, last time we will bring the dogs over. Never had an issue before (at least that I was aware of) until this weekend. One of my dogs came home scared to death. Didn't want to go outside or come to us when called which it has NEVER been like him, ever. My dog is very expressive so I know in my heart something happened.

I drive from Ocala to Leesburg twice a week and bring my buddy with me because he likes going on drives, and I drop him off at Preppy Pet where he has lots of fun with his friends while I am working. What I like about this place is I can tell that the owners and people working there really do love dogs, and they will keep him safe. Also they do nice things like take holiday pictures with each dog and I like to post them to my Facebook page where they are always a big hit. I recommend this place.

I came to Preppy Pet because I needed a dremel to file down my teacup Yorkie’s declaws. I called in to inquire & the gentleman on the phone said that I could stop in and he’d take a look. And didn’t even charge me (it was only to file down 2 tiny puppy nails)! Super cool & I’ll be returning :)

There is no pet boarding/day care facility that can match or is better than here! Susanna and her husband are so amazing. They are true animal lovers and treat each one as if they are their own. I recently moved here and when I go out of town I’m always confident my 2 kids(dogs ) are in the Best of Hands If I could give 10 Stars I would!!! Oh, and a little FYI. Susanna is also a Veterinarian which is even more comforting.

Delilah gets so excited every time we bring her. The owners are extremely nice, amazing with the dogs and take great care of the dogs. There isn’t anywhere else I’d want to bring Delilah!

We have two cockerspaniels that have never stayed anywhere but home with us. We just took an overnight trip and they stayed at Charlie's Cabana in Wildwood. The owners are very nice and took exceptional care of our dogs. They sent updates as well as videos. We were so apprehensive about leaving them overnight but we know they were well taken care of. The facility is well maintained and they have a huge outside play area for the dogs. My dogs are gonna start going once a week for day camp. We highly recommend this place.

we have been in the area and visited family, Charlie's Cabana day-sat our girls for the day and we were absolutely thankful for the care they gave them. We will definitely trust them with our girls again if the need ever presents itself again

This place is paradise for our pets, the owners are a very kind and passionate young couple and in addition to this zuzanne is a veterinarian. It smells clean and looks very nice both outside and inside, I will definitely come back with my Coco for boarding and daycare!

This the best kennel that I have ever used for my dogs over a 30 year period. They were attentive and loving to my dog. They took such good care of him when he didn't feel well and was anxious from being left alone. I highly recommend them to take care of your dog. They offer a home away from home for dogs.

This place is awesome!! If you’re visiting The Villegas, go slightly out of the way to ensure your pup has a great time! The owners are calm, friendly, caring and the communication is wonderful. We receive updates, pictures and an overall reassurance that our pup is looked after! Can’t say enough. Also, when you approach the property, their pup, Charlie, is there to greet you with a wagging tail and ball in his mouth. He’s such a good boy. You can’t help but smile. And their foyer smells wonderful. Validation on how clean they keep everything. Yay Charlie’s Cabana!

Charlie’s Cabana was so accommodating and sweet to my dog Charley. I learned about this business from a FB group for The Villages. I’m new to the area and I called on a Sunday morning to see if they could keep my dog while the movers were unloading my belongings on Monday morning. Megan was so sweet and told me she would be happy to keep Charley for the day, just had to bring his shot records. Everything went so smoothly! Thanks Megan and Alex for helping my family!

I recently took my Buddy to Charlie’s Cabana, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is attentive, the facilities are clean, and I knew Buddy was happy and well-cared for. It's a fantastic place for socialization and playtime – highly recommended for any dog owner!

Lisa has been taking care of my cats ever since I moved to The Villages almost a year ago. I do think the girls like her more than they like me. Lisa provides daily updates and pictures when I’m away and handles all of the requisite daily chores perfectly. She’s also flexible when travel plans change or flights get canceled or delayed. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a reliable and conscientious pet sitter.

Lisa is great. She genuinely likes her pet clients. In addition to feeding and cleaning up after him, she plays with him and brushes him if he is willing. She keeps us updated through texts and sends pictures. We feel very fortunate to have found Happy Home Pet Care.

Zero stars. Do not take your pets there. My 11 year old beagle was injured in their care while being boarded. My mother picked her up and she was struggling to walk. So we rushed her to the vet and the vet said there was definitely an injury that occurred. When we confronted them they said no she was fine while she was there they said she even ran to the door all excited. No she was not fine. Stuff happens but their refusal to give us any information and there lack of care about an injury happening is unacceptable She was dropped off perfectly healthy then clearly injured and in pain for pick up. So question is what happened to her while she was in there care and how long was she in pain? I will never take my dog back to them.

We cannot thank VPS enough for loving on our girl during our time in Florida. I had called several times prior to boarding and each time I was met with patience and understanding. Our Ava girl is a rescue and it was her first time being away from us and her first time with boarding. We weren’t sure how she would respond to the new environment but the staff helped ease our anxiety when we arrived by allowing us to help her settle in. We looked forward to seeing the progress she made throughout her stay and she warmed up to all the staff like we had hoped!! They truly love all the sweet fur babies that come through their door and treat them like their own. We were worried, we were nervous, and we were hesitant not being present with her but she did great because of the staff!

Village Pet Spa transformed my 2 rescues into beautiful gorgeous dogs!! Both were found abandoned in around The Villages in the last 6 months. Health issues kept them from getting a good groom before today August 16, 2024. Once healthy and on the mend, appointments were made and now look fabulous! I am very thankful for the wonderful groomers who brought their personality’s out! Stormy and Provie are grateful for their love of grooming abilities!

We've only been here a few times but I could tell it was organized and run well. Big kennels for the dogs and lots of play areas. Ollie seemed to enjoy it.

Sophie had fun at her first Villages Pet Party to celebrate Ms. Truffle's birthday 🩷 Everyone was very friendly and pups were all happy. I got to tour the facility which was well kept and clean. Nice sized kennels and multiple different outdoor play areas. I would definitely board Sophie here. 😁

We have two small dogs and we put them into day care to have time to house-hint in the Villages. They did very well there, staff were nice, and our girls slept like logs at night.

My dogs have been here a few times for grooming, I am always pleased! Booking is easy, customer service is good!

I've just started using them for grooming and daycare and will also use them for boarding when the need arises. I have a rescue Miniature Poodle Mix who at time gets scared in strange places. She did very well in daycare. I was very satisfied with the grooming service too. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis. I've already started booking for every six weeks.

Not happy with a groomer (Denise) at Village pet spa. Our 2 doodles went there today for the second time. They look great, however their report cards were not. Prior to picking them up I received the reports sounding like a bunch of complaining. One groomer said our girl kept sitting making it hard to trim her stomach and kept lifting her paw so it had to be held in order to trim another leg, but she’s super sweet just not a fan of grooming. Denise commented how touchy our other dog was on his legs and feet especially for dryer. Won’t stand and BARKER. (In all caps, seriously?) Very jumpy and anxious. He was that way the first time and she was hoping it was first time nervousness. She copped an attitude as soon as we walked in and I called her out on it after I picked them up. She said that was because she recognized him. 😳 Hello, Dogs feed off of body language and tone. We have never had an issue with prior groomers which she told me, some groomers will tell you what you want to hear. 😳 She not only has attitude but a lack of professionalism. I’m not saying she was lying because he can get anxious. I’m sure he was for his ‘second’ visit, he was when we walked in. But, if this was truly an issue she could have handled it better. Maybe some empathy and compassion for his second appt nerves. She was clearly able to groom him within the allotted time and he looks great. They had the nerve to charge a 15- handling fee for him and 20 for our dog that kept sitting? A phone call to let me know what was happening would have been nice not to read the reports prior to pick up then get there and be told it was another 35- dollars on top of a pricey grooming. Wonder what kind of handling justified that? Because of the rude, confrontational attitude by this groomer, the handling fee became their tip. I also cancelled a week of boarding and will not be back.

I brought my dog Scruffy to this establishment for boarding June 28th- 29th. The staff was knowledgable and attentive. During Scruffys stay he threw up the first visit and I think it was due to him being around so many dogs. I don't believe it was from the facility per se. I think all the excitement got the best of him. This facility does not walk dogs BTW. After inquiring, I learned they separate the dogs by size and temperament and let them play together outdoors. This is a nice change of pace, as other places that we have boarded him at, either have no place to run or are walked in the local neighborhood briefly. When I came to pock him up Sunday I could tell he was wore out by all the playing and I could tell by his scent he had been outdoors for extended periods. However, he came back to me in good health and I could see he was happy. Truly a pet vacation. Thank you!

Michelle is awesome! She took great care of my two dogs. I have an Australian Shepherd mix that was a farm dog and never been to the groomer. He needed a lot of work and Michelle did a great job getting him all cleaned up. She also cut my Chihuahuas nails. Great prices, nice place and very knowledgeable. Very happy with MVP!

Michelle did an excellent job trimming my senior dog’s nails. She showed the ability and confidence to properly take care of him and keep him calm. I met Michelle while she was working at the Animal League, I was impressed with her care and empathy for all the animals. I would recommend MVP Pet Care for your pets needs.

Michelle has a very caring way with the animals she cares for. She’s careful, patient, kind and affectionate. My dog Maggie hates getting her nails trimmed, but Michelle carefully and patiently accomplishes the task with as little stress as possible. She is a friendly professional and I trust her with my dog.

Our wonderful dog Freeway was badly matted and Michelle took excellent care of him. Freeway has anxiety issues , but Michelle had great patience with him and did a marvelous job in grooming Freeway. I would highly recommend Michelle as a pet groomer. We will definitely keep Michelle as our groomer for Freeway.

MVP Pet Care is awesome! They provide so many different services, including nail trimming, grooming, dog walking, and Pet waste removal from the yard! They are so helpful and kind and my dogs just love them.

My little old lady dog received really nice care from Michelle. She's very professional, great at communicating with her clients; excellent at keeping me updated on how my Boston terrier is doing while I'm away. She's honest, trustworthy and really knows everything about dogs. I'm so glad she's helped me because I'm really reluctant to send my little dog to a kennel. Her ability to do in-home visits allows my dog to stay in her own home and yard.

We recently moved to Leesburg and had a lot going on with the home we purchased. Kitty Camp Cat Resort was recommended to us by the facility we boarded our dogs with and we are so glad they did. We boarded our baby for 10-days, which is the longest he's ever been away from us in the almost 11 years we've had him. He was so well cared for and loved by the owners. The way they have setup their facility is all about ensuring your cat is comfortable and happy. If you will be boarding your feline, we highly recommend Kitty Camp.

We left our two cats last weekend at this luxury cat hotel. I never worried about them at all. This is very unusual if me when leaving a pet at a kennel,, to not stress about leaving them. They were absolutely amazing. Our spoiled cats loved it!! I could tell they were not hungry or thirsty when we picked them up. I liked the different areas they could play in. They liked laying in the screened in outside area watching the birds and chickens in the backyard. They acted very relaxed and not stressed at all when we picked them up. They stayed two nights there. We were very happy with this cat hotel (closest thing to a cat hotel I've ever seen) and pampered also. We would bring our cats here again.

I highly recommend Kitty Camp Cat Resort! I was moving to The Villages and needing a place to board my kitty while I closed and moved into my new home. The first time I had called they were all booked up and I really wasn't sure what I was going to do. But luckily a week later they graciously reached out to me to let me know that they had an opening, and I am so glad I jumped on it. It was so nice putting my kitty in a resort where she didn't have to listen to dogs barking like the last place I had to board her. Kitty Camp Cat Resort was perfect in every way for my cat. She was boarded in a multi-level condo that was clean with lots of room for her to move around. The owner was great and I look forward to using them again in the future! I cannot describe how happy I am with the care that our two cats got during their stay at Kitty Camp Cat Resort. The owners are caring, love kitties and are truly concerned not only with the health of their visitors but also with the overall mental stimulation. The facility is extremely clean, and the cats receive daily care that mirrors their home schedule as much as possible. A bit about our experience follows. In April our home was hit by lightning and a fire broke out. We were diverted to a hotel but were only allowed one pet. I needed to find a safe, long-term place for our kitties. Luckily, I found Kitty Camp Cat Resort and the owner Jacquie. Kitty Camp only accepts cats, which provides a quiet environment that is further enhanced by the day-to-day routine that is structured to calm the cats. Kitties are given one on one attention and individually scheduled in a playroom and patio time in a safe outside screen room - catios (if approved by owner). A thorough in-take process helps the staff understand your kitties needs and how they can be best met. Our kitties stayed at Kitty Camp for almost 5 months. They are the same quirky fluffs we dropped off in April. I believe that if they had been at a facility that also boarded dogs that they would not have had such an easy transition. The constant barking would have scared them and they would not have had play areas where they could individually play. Book early as they have limited space! We boarded our older cat here last week and they took such great care of him! The owner is very nice and knowledgeable about cats and their care. She has a very organized, clean boarding facility. They give you the cost ahead of time with no surprises when you pick up your cat. It was really amazing how dedicated they are to caring for animals. I would HIGHLY recommend their service..

This place is great!! I had to evacuate for hurricane Milton. Last minute I found Kitty Camp!! I have big boys and they were taken care of perfectly. The place were the kitties a kept is very clean and organized!! Will use them for any future boarding needs.

Just picked up our little girl. We couldn't be happier with the love and care Jacque and her husband gave to Kokomo. We have never left Kokomo with anyone before we were always fortunate to have family or friends to take care of her. Jacques focus is to take care of your kitty just like you do, follow the same routines etc. There are 3 playrooms for your kitty and plenty of love. The resort is clean and well maintained. If you ever had doubts about boarding your kitty I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jacque and visit their Kitty camp resort. Daily rates are very reasonable. Our trip was much more enjoyable not having to worry about our furbaby because we knew she was in caring loving hands. Thank you Jacque for taking such good care of our little girl!

Recently boarded our kitty here for 6 nights. Jacque is thorough and cared for our guy as if he were her own. She even sent him home with a kitty camp treat. He seemed perfectly content when we returned, as if we were never gone. Jacque has a lot of ways to keep the cats stimulated and feeling at home. Thank you for your unique and kind-hearted services. Our Basset Hound, Charlie, loves Pet Lodge. He goes everyday for doggy day care and always comes home exhausted from playing all day. He is so happy when we drop him off as he runs ahead of us to get in. We also use Pet Lodge and Spa for overnight boarding when we need it. They love on him and we love the cameras where we can check on him while he is there. The staff always keeps the place so clean and it always smells so good. Love this place!!!

We have use this place before to board our dogs and have never had an issue in the past. I booked a stay for my dogs for the end of this month a few weeks ago. I was charged $40 and told that it would go toward the cost of the stay.During that phone call I was not told that it would be non refundable if I canceled. Due to the recent storms our plans had changed and I had to cancel. I gave them a two week notice… They told me that it was a booking fee and non refundable. Not ok Do better. Will not call again.

Caretakers really love the dogs. They plan special events for them. Today was Beach Party with sprinklers and pools. My shy baby is becoming more comfortable around dogs and people. Thank you Pet Lodge!

After doing much research, we've decided that the best place to leave our sweet girl Mia Grace is Pet Lodge and Spa. We read reviews after reviews on many places. We compared prices, but more than that we were looking for quality of care given, interactions given to fur friends, compassion for us fur parents that are struggling with leaving our fur child and accommodations available for fur child, service needed flexibility and convenience. Pet Lodge and Spa exceeded the expectation in each area. We scheduled a tour in November, and Stephanie was so tentative with us and our Mia Grace. She answered all questions and helped rid me of guilt that I was feeling for having to board Mia Grace. Then on playdate day, she was helpful in checking Mia Grace in and reassuring us that she would be fine. Mia did great. We have now scheduled a several day stay for Mia Grace while we travel for the holidays. As guilty as I feel for leaving Mia during the holidays and for such an extended amount of time. I know she is in great care. Also, Stephanie has gone above and beyond in reassuring me plus reminding me that Mia Grace is only a webcam away, with phone access for any concerns I may have. I can't speak highly enough of how wonderful the staff and facility is for your precious fur family members... and for your fur momma hearts! A. Parks

Pleased with the overseeing of the animals in their care & their setup. We had our dog groomed. He is a Norwegian Elk Hound...lots of fur...he looked good and smelled good when they were done with his TLC.

We have been using pet lodge for more than 5 years. They are very knowledgeable & our pets love to come & play. We have used other boarders in the past, but once we came here we were hooked.

Pet Lodge and Spa is a solid, safe place to take your pup for day or overnight care. The team is helpful, dog-loving, patient, and responsive. I will take my pup there again. What I liked was that they seemed very conscientious of placing my dog in the right play group and keeping the play groups a safe size. I watched my dog on the camera play and interact in a play room with other dogs his size and temperament. I would strongly encourage the team to ensure cameras are working, install them in all play areas, and find some outdoor space for the fur babies to play. Urine accidents in the play areas could be cleaned up a little quicker. It’s probably a good idea to have your pet bathed before pick up if you are overnighting them. My one year old playful Aussie mix needed a deep cleaning after being there 4 days when I was out of town. Thank you Pet Lodge and Spa for being here for our leesburg fur babies!

I love that they are very adamant about vaccinations because that means they really care about the well being of our pet and all the others. I also love the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby eats. They fed her turkey dogs , steak , beef and chicken broth, pumpkin, rice , peas , and green beans to get her to eat. I love how enthusiastic the staff are when my fur baby and I show up. I will keep using this facility and most certainly recommend it

Interviewed a few different people to pet sit my two cats. Knew instantly that Ana was the one I would go with because she asked good questions and took notes of everything we discussed. My cats fell in love with her instantly and one of my cats is very scared normally but Ana won her over very quickly. Will definitely be using her more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

Ana and Julian have been taking care of my puppy for months now. They came by about a month and a half before I even started work, because I wanted to have someone lined up. They then went out of their way to stop by again when we finally got close to needing them daily to check in on my pup! My pup LOVES Ana. She takes such good care of him - she asks questions about my training with him so she can continue it when she is here. She always sends me photos and videos so I know he's happy - it brightens my day to see him so happy! I recommend Ana and Julian 100%!!! They will help you with whatever your pet sitting needs are! I cannot recommend Like your Pet enough! As a pet owner we always worry about leaving our 2 babies when we have to travel and cant take them but since we met Ana and Juliana we know they are in good hands and are getting lots of love. Whenever we are away we get lots of pictures and our dogs absolutely LOVE them!! Like Your Pet did such an incredible job with my pet. I can’t recommend them enough! They came to my home daily while I was on vacation and everything was seamless. They texted me daily with updates and pictures of how my pet was doing and when I returned home, my pet was happy and healthy. Ana and Juliano are excellent caregivers and I will definitely utilize their services again!

They answered all my questions and were always available. They sent me pictures and videos of Milo several times throughout the day while they were taking care of him. We have boarded our Chocolate Labrador Retriever at Miss Kate’s Bed & Biscuit for the last two years. They do an excellent job with the dogs. They have large fenced in lots (play areas), and segregate the dogs by size. You always worry when boarding your family pet but Miss Kate’s has cameras both inside and out in the play areas that you can access 24/7 via the web. I know our dog is well taken care of as evidenced by seeing him leap into the arms (now this is a 90lb Lab), of one of the young men that work there when I was dropping him off. The young man throws the ball/frisbee to the dogs out in the play area. We tried a couple of boarding places in the area before Miss Kate’s and we were not happy with them. We are glad that we found Miss Kate’s Bed & Biscuit and we highly recommend them should you need a place to board your dog.

Unfortunately, I found that the overall organization of the premises was lacking. The atmosphere was chaotic, and it appeared that operations were not being managed effectively. I had hoped for a more seamless experience, but it was clear that the staff, particularly the manager, was struggling to maintain order. This visit has left me with serious doubts about the capability of your team and the quality of service you provide. I believe that there is significant room for improvement in both management and overall organization. While I had approached this visit with an open mind, I regret to say that my experience did not meet my expectations. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that you will take steps to address them in the future.

I recently quit Miss Kate’s because I am an animal Lover and do not agree with the way things are run and who it is ”managed” by now. As someone who recently worked here, I would not bring my babies here. There are plenty of better taken care of and honest facilities with more experienced management to bring your pets. 💕🐾 Response to response: Falsely accusing someone of theft because you don’t like what they have to say is not only insane but also wildly unprofessional but I guess that is a continuous pattern for you.

When we moved to Florida, we were very concerned about finding a good place to take our Great Dane on a weekly basis for socialization. My husband and I travel a lot and at times we also need to board our sweet boy, which is always a huge concern for me. We found Miss Kates about two months after moving to Florida and our baby became a regular three days a week with them until we moved this year. For us, Miss Kates is more than just a place they were like family because that’s how they treated us and our boy, Kadim. We came to know the staff by name, and they knew us. I never hesitated to take him any time we had a need and we referred many people there! Not only do they allow the dogs to play with each other but the staff play with them as well; give them love, give them treats, make sure that they’re fed and loved! One thing I learned a long time ago as you can tell a lot about a place by how your dog responds. Kayden came to know when we would turn down the road leading to Miss Kates and would get so excited! We didn’t even need to have him on his leash. He would jump out of the car and run straight inside like, I’m here, I’m here, I’m ready to play! Picking him up and as a different story, he wouldn’t want to leave. ♥️ Kadim made so many new friends, as did we and we miss them greatly! 🐕‍🦺♥️🐾

I saw some people arguing with the owner in the reviews and I want to talk about something the owner said in the replies, she claims that her business is falling because of the "employees" and talking about 6 or 7 employees that she fired due to various reasons, some that don't make sense, and mentioned that she has never let anything happen to a dog in the past 6 years. I would just like to point out that every single one of the employees left a review talking about how the owner was a complete idiot, said she is horrible to the dogs, and is training their new employees to feed the dogs outside (which could be horrible if the dog decides to start playing), etc. To have almost all of your employees that got fired/quit leave a review like that is quite an accomplishment. Now about her saying that she hasn't let anything happen to any of her dogs in the past 6 years, within the past year and a half she has let 2 dogs die as well as one running away. This is an incredible feat to have, it's almost like it's her job to not let that happen. I wouldn't board your dogs here, I've seen first hand how they treat their dogs, trust me you don't want to have your dogs here.

I recently used Miss Kate’s Bed and Biscuit for dog sitting over a holiday weekend, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was quick and incredibly kind, accommodating my dog on short notice for a two-night stay. From the moment I dropped her off, it was clear that the staff treated her like family. My dog came back home happy and well-cared-for, showing all the signs of having been treated wonderfully. I highly recommend Miss Kate’s Bed and Biscuit for their exceptional care and outstanding service.

Miss Kate's is the best! My dog, Bella, enjoys her time there and I never worry about her when she's there. I wouldn't take her any where else. The staff is wonderful.

What an incredible place! I have five wonderful rescue dogs that are my children and this is the only place I would ever bring them and trust they would get incredible care. Huge enclosures (not cages or kennels) and giant fields for them to run in... And they're taken out every couple hours! Top-notch care and the facility is super clean and the people here are huge animal lovers. Highly recommend!

I don't know what we'd do without Miss Kate's and their wonderful staff. My wife and I work full-time, and having this five paw resort nearby gives us so much peace and joy knowing he's safe and cared for.

Not the same any longer - my pet did not want to stay there which tells you something. Staff turn over is evident and now you have to prepay and give 48 hours notice to pick up early or they will not refund any days not used. This model is the greed which is more improtant than the customer or the well being of your pets so it's the last time we use them.

We boarded our dog for the first time, and let me tell you we will not go anywhere else. They took such great care of her! The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Great prices, clean facility, friendly staff, and you get updated pictures of your fur babies on Facebook. Thank you Sleepy Hollow for taking such great care of Hazel during her stay!! 10/10 recommended!!

We live our 2 mini dachshunds and take them everywhere we can with us. However we needed to find a place we felt comfortable with in leaving them for a cruise. After careful consideration and reading reviews we decided that Sleepy Hollow was the place we could trust to leave our furbabies. They have stayed several times now. From a 7 night stay to a 2 day stay. We know that the staff is loving, caring and treats then like we do which gives us comfort. We're happy to have a place we can take them to. One in which treats them as we do. Makes it easier not to stress when you can see how happy they are.

Sleepy hollow is my go to Kennel the staff is amazing very friendly and helpful without a doubt one of the best and cleanest in the area. Both my Pug and Border Collie has stayed with them numerous times and they have been nothing but the best with them. The area is always clean. 5/5 recommendations.

I have boarded my pugs there twice. The facility is small and homey and clean. My dogs usually come back from other places smelly and needing a bath but not at Sleepy Hollow. The staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend

My dogs run in there when we take em and that signs to me that they love it. They’re always received with hugs and love from the staff. We board them there and when we pick them up they are clean,pedicured and healthy. We walk thru the kennel and it’s clean and spacious. I’m a forever patron of Sleepy Hollow Boarding & Groom

Our pups were cared for by the team at Sleepy Hollow for 8 days. One pup is an older dog. The other a spunky yearling. They apprised us of the status and were very understanding when we checked on them. When we picked our pups up, they helped me load things and also gave us a review on their stay. Sleepy Hollow took the best care of our lab/pit. She seemed so content and Sleepy Hollow posts daily FB pics of your pet. This country setting is relaxing, clean and overflowing with genuine love for your pets. Our Mia took an immediate liking to the young man who works there. Wish I could remember his name. We adopted a young dog about six months ago right before a trip that we had planned. We took a chance with Sleepy Hollow and have absolutely no regrets! Our sweet Shep has stayed with Melissa and her team three times now and I am so thankful that I don't have to worry about him while we are away. I love that they post pictures and videos for us to see. Awful groomer our dog had an awful gouge on her neck. Shaved way to close on face. Won't ever return there. She's came home shaken from the visit.
