Claire does a fantastic job of day care and holiday stay overs! My dogs will be there for their holiday again this year! Nothing seems to be a problem, late notice for walks etc are accommodated whenever possible and the dogs always have a great time! Claire keeps you updated with photos and messages to let you know they’ve settled in and all is well. It’s a home from home setting which is a bonus for my dogs! All round a great service which I would highly recommend 👍👌

Our experience with Bruno's Dog Hotel was absolutely fantastic! Claire took care of our beloved Westie, Murphy, for two weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service provided. Mar 24 Another fabulous stay at Bruno's Dog Hotel! My two cavaliers settled very well with Claire and the other pups. They were all a very friendly bunch of pups and great to see they them all getting on so well. They went on some lovely walks and some off lead time in a secure field too. Claire does a fantastic job of caring for them all. Looking forward to our next visit! May 23 My two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels had a lovely stay with Claire, Jet and the other holiday pups! One of my pups had never stayed away from home and Claire did an amazing job of developing a bond with her so she felt comfortable and happy. It really is a hotel for dogs! Thank you Claire x

Our Cocker Spaniel Charlie had a great week with Claire at Bruno's Dog Hotel, she looked after him brilliantly - he loves fuss and cuddles and Claire was happy to give him plenty of both. Bruno's is definitely a home from home experience for visitors, but for Charlie in our case at least, he had the added bonus of other dogs to play and spend time with which he loves too. Our dog was diagnosed with condition not long before he was due to stay at Bruno's, but after one phone call with Claire, she took it in her stride and was very happy to manage the situation and give him his medication, it was no problem at for her. This was a huge relief for us and we were very thankful. Claire also gave us updates during his stay which gave us added peace of mind. Thank you Claire for looking after Charlie so well, we really appreciate all you do for your visitors. For anyone looking for a truly wonderful, safe and caring place for your dog to have a holiday of their own, we thoroughly recommend Bruno's Dog Hotel

Our little dog Freya had a wonderful day at Bruno's hotel. Claire kindly fitted us in as we were on our hols and couldn't take the dog to visit Stoneywell. Claire obviously has a good way with dogs and is set up well at her beautiful home with all a dog could need. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Claire has looked after our puppy on several occasions. We couldn’t be happier with Claire’s professionalism, care and attention. Silky absolutely loves being with Claire, Bruno and Jet (and the other furry visitors!) and is spoilt with love and attention during her stay. Claire keeps in touch and has always been so accommodating to meet our needs. We wouldn’t trust many people to look after our puppy but we don’t ever worry when she is with Claire. Highly recommend. Brunos dog hotel is just wonderful. I leave Marley here knowing he will be treated as one of the family and have the best time with all his doggy pals. It makes me so happy to see him happily run inside and to see him playing. Would highly recommend Claire, Bruno and Jet to anyone.

Claire is an absolute angel. My husband and I suffered an accident and were unable to walk our lively spaniel. Claire stepped in and made sure Fudge had plenty of exercise and a huge amount of fun. Fudge adores Claire and she looks after him so well. I cannot recommend more highly.

We tried a local kennel and our dog (cockapoo) chewed on the bars so much he got an infection so clearly that wasn't for him. So then tried Bruno's. Lovely service very reasuing and looked after our dog really well and accommodated for his unique needs. Even sent a couple of photos while he was visiting and sent him back with a mini report card which is a lovely touch.

Our young Labrador goes to the Doggie Day Crèche twice a week and Mea is fabulous with him. He has lots of energy and Mea has paired him up with a prefect friend to play with. We look forward to the regular videos and photographs of Charlie playing. He comes home worn out and ready for a nice sleep. I am so glad that we decided to send him to Glebe von Wood crèche. All of the staff are really nice but Mea goes above and beyond ❤️

GVW are a truly great team. Caring,kind and extremely professional. We put our dog Mya in for an overnight stay. It was obvious from the start that Mya was happy and relaxed with the staff. It's been such a reassuring experience for us and the staff tell us that they've really enjoyed looking after Mya. We are more than happy to recommend GVW and look forward to taking Mya there for many 'mini holidays' in the future!

We got our GSD from Andrea in March. Its been the best thing we did and I can’t describe how much we love him. He’s a healthy and happy boy and has a very friendly nature. The experience of getting a puppy from GVW has been extremely positive. Andrea is very knowledgeable and shared a lot of advice with us prior to getting a puppy. She’s diligent and it’s clear that she truly cares about her dogs, the puppies and the puppies’ future homes. We got regular updates once puppies were born, got to meet them at 4 weeks’ and then continued on getting updates including photos and useful info until we picked him up at 8 weeks. I couldn’t recommend this breeder enough! Also, I would recommend looking at the GVW website - even if you’re not getting a German shepherd puppy there’s a lot of useful information there about the process and what to look out for.

Our GSD Maddie spent 10 wonderful days at the GVW Dog Kennels. Great facilities, dog was very happy, fantastic services and management of the kennel. Highly recommended.

Glebe Von Wood Kennels are in our opinion are amazing. Our Cavapoo Splodge 🐶 visits 2-3 times a year for either for a 1 or 2 week stay. He always returns home happy and we have great trust in them to take great care of him. He loves his stays which makes us feel so much happier in leaving him behind when we have to - We would highly recommend Andrea and her team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I bought my gorgeous GSD girl from here after meeting both mother and father. She's been home for two weeks and is incredible. Both breeding and boarding are of the highest standard possible and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

A great place to take your dogs! Our three are happy to stay there while we have our annual holiday. They also go to day creche when we are both at work; It's reassuring for us to know our boys and girl are safe and in expert hands, which means we can relax and welcome them home, knowing they've been very well cared for.

I paid quite a substantial deposit to board my dog here. Unfortunately, my dog has passed. While I appreciate I may not get the deposit back, I thought don't ask don't get. I explained the situation, and how they could release the space. I didn't even get a message back saying "sorry for your loss, but no refund" which I would've accepted. No message at all. This is a red flag to the care my dog would've been given if still alive if the owners couldn't be bothered to reply. Just seems heartless. Almost wish I hadn't told them.

Just collected our bulldog after a weekend stay here, absolutely brilliant service regular updates and our doug is happy and smells amazing!!! would highly recommend and we will definitely be using again for dougs holidays thankyou so much

We have been using Incline for many years. Our dogs (and smaller animals) have been so well looked after. In fact our large dog enjoys going! Incline provide a safe, secure and caring environment. I have left my 9 year old Yorkshire terrier at least four times, incline Kennels offer a professional service where the animals are well cared for even to the point of putting my Yorkshire terrier in a cage next to a dog her own size as she is scared of big dogs, would highly recommend

Our boy seemed none the worse for his weekend stay here. Was met at the gate (small parking area) and paperwork/cash exchanged. Fresh smelling perky dog returned 3 days later. Does what it says on the tin.

Our nervous and much loved greyhound has recently returned from his first stay at Benvellyn. As newcomers to the experience of using kennels, we could not have asked for a better service either for our dog or for us. Brian and Jane are true dog lovers and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. The kennels are beautifully clean, spacious, comfortable, calm and well-lit. The grounds are lovely for the dogs to walk in, and every care is taken to meet the needs of each individual dog. As owners, we felt listened to and respected, and we were given as much time as we needed to ask questions and to discuss our dog's requirements. Thank you so much, Jane and Brian - we will be back!

We collected our 3 dogs this morning following their first stay with Brian & Jane. We recently moved into the area & were finding it difficult to find a kennel we were happy with. Having spoke to Jane on the phone we visited them to have a look around & were very impressed with the facilities but also the caring owners. The kennels are absolutely spotless & your dogs every need is cared for. It was obvious that our precious boys would be well looked after. When we collected them today it was lovely to see them so lively & happy & it was obvious they'd had a good time. They are booked in again next month & we are absolutely thrilled that we've found this gem. Thank you SO much Brian & Jane for looking after our boys.

Just picked up my cavapoochon Sparky , after 15 days at the Kennels and he is very happy and healthy … As this is the first time we left sparky in kennels for that long , Brian and team sent us few pics of Sparky while we were on holiday, despite the kennels being fully booked and very busy over the holiday time. Really appreciate it. Very happy with the care Sparky received and the professional service. I will be sending sparky again in future. Highly recommend this place. Thanks to the entire team 😊

Personally I would not take my dogs anywhere else. Not only are they lovely people and so very helpful, its also clear they have a huge love for dogs and know about dog welfare. I sleep soundly on holiday knowing my boys are in safe hands.

I cannot praise the care my dog recieved at Benvellyn enough. The kennels are spacious and clean with a good outside area. After a long stay she came home happy and healthy. I highly recommend them.

Love Benvellyn, best kennel by far, we have been taking our golden retriever there since she was 1yr and she’s 9 now, it was such a find and been a blessing to be able to relax in the knowledge that’s she’s happy and cared for while we are not around. It’s always clean, friendly and completely professional. Brian, Jane & Vicky are all amazing!

We have used Benvellyn a few times for our dog Chewy. From the first meeting the staff filled us with confidence that we had find the right place for him. He always comes back “smiling”, clean and happy. We highly recommend this kennels.

Would put 0 star if I could! She was very rude on the phone. Wouldn’t trust her looking after my two puppies. She refused my dogs (American Akita and cane corso) Such a horrible lady the way she spoke to me is a joke.

Our heartfelt thanks goes out to Jo and her dedicated team for looking after our 2 year old rescue Nellie so well during her holiday boarding. Staff are welcoming, friendly, patient, kind, incredibly talented and passionate about what they do. Any reservations we initially had about our girl’s first stay away from home dealing with her separation anxiety, were quickly dispelled. Jo sent and posted regular photo and video updates so we felt included which was hugely appreciated. We marvelled at her dedication, kindness, love and understanding towards all her doggie guests. Definitely Nellie’s first of many holidays with Poplar Paws , thank you!

Would not recommend this place to anyone in a million years!our 6 month old vizsla has been 3 times now, first 2 times shes had an upset stomach the day after and the last time she came out limping with the daycare having no knowledge of how it happened, or even acknowledging it full stop! Turns out she has a broken toe that now needs surgery! accidents happen i understand that, but she would have made such a noise when it happened, so theyre either lying about not knowing how it happened or she wasnt being watched at all! Either way, i have no trust in them at all and she wont be going back

Recently started bringing our two boys to Poplar Paws and as an anxious pet owner they did everything to make me feel reassured. I value the fact they keep the group size small and post regular pupdates on social media. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and obviously have a true love for animals. My only critique would be that the space to park and turn is limited but that could be attributed to my driving 🤣 overall a great service! Will continue to use and recommend. Thank you Poplar 🐶🐶

Our high energy Doberman Obi absolutely loves it here. Where other daycares in the area have turned obi away for being too high energy, Poplar Paws have taken him in and met his needs more than enough! He comes back tired and is excited each time I drop him off.

Excellent dog boarding, staff are friendly and are all clearly dog lovers, my boxer gets so excited when she goes here and is very well looked after, it’s a great place for dogs to have fun while you’re away rather than being locked up like some other places. Thank you

Highly recommended daycare and boarding at Poplar Paws, George has been here most weeks for daycare while I'm at work, and boarded once with more booked in the calendar. He comes back fulfilled and tired from a day of fun. The staff are wonderful, caring and lovely and it's clear that they love the dogs, and enjoy what they do.

My dog has been here 3 times now and she loves it. The people who run it share regular photos whilst you’re away putting your mind at rest. It may be a little more expensive than basic kennels but in my opinion the set up is better, there is a 10 dog boarding limit (unless this has changed) so you know your dog will be closely looked after by Jo etc. Fully recommended. One final point, I have no idea how someone can give this place 1 star. From what I have seen the people who run the place really care for the dogs and do everything to make sure they are happy.

What an absolutely fantastic little place. I would highly recommended Poplar Paws to anybody looking for boarding for their dog. From initial contact to the drop off, the staff are great. So lovely and attentive and this followed on with the care for our dog. He had the best time and we had messages, photos and even videos while we were away. I'm sure our little Arlo was even smiling on one of the photos 😁 he was so well looked after, I think he was quite sad to come home. There is no other place we would use now and Arlo can't wait for his next holiday. Thank you for looking after our baby like he was one of your own.

Daisy attends the day care and has boarded for the first time recently and I am so happy with the care she receives. All the staff genuinely care for the dogs in their care and it makes leaving Daisy so much easier knowing she is is safe hands. I highly recommend the daycare and boarding 🐾❤️

Our dog boarded for the first time. I came to pick our dog up and they had obviously spent time to get to know him and learnt his personality. He came home as a happy dog and they were so flexible to fit in with a family emergency. Couldn’t ask for more

These kennels were highly recommended to us, and our 18 month old cocker spaniel really enjoyed his first kennel experience there. We are very happy with the way it is run, the security for the dogs and the care with which they look after our furry friends! So much so, he has just been for another visit! Now we highly recommend them too!

Security of fencing is good, but you're not allowed to look round the kennels, even completing the booking forms I was made to stand outside in the rain! My collie came back nervous and smelling dreadful, she didn't have a great time. Never use them again!

We have been very impressed with the excellent care provided for our 3 dogs. Everybody is very friendly and they clearly care about the dogs and give them personal attention. Security is good with excellent fencing and gates and secure handover facilities. The dogs have come home looking very well and very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend the kennels and will definitely use them again.

My first time using any kennel for my dog Bailey. Very happy with the facilities. The owners and staff are very professional and put your mind at ease. Bailey has been very well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate in using farmhouse kennels again. Highly recommend.

Roxy absolutely loves coming to stay at Farmhouse Kennels! As soon as we arrive she jumps out of the car and in. Her reactions tell me that she is happy there and obviously well cared for. We have tried other kennels when Farmhouse were fully booked but she didn’t seem as happy as when she is here. Would highly recommend!

Excellent from the start, from initially visiting we knew this kennel was the right one for Spanner. We originally booked for both of our dogs to stay but sadly spanners companion passed away the week before, when we explained this to owner she was so understanding and i have no doubt she gave him some extra attention. Ali is simply brilliant! Our puppy adores her and so do we. Her motto of your pup being part of the family is 100% how it feels when she starts to work with you. She is reliable, friendly and super positive. She has helped us with getting our very shy and unsure puppy very confident and used to other dogs, people and new situations. We have seen huge improvements in our dogs temperament in the short time Ali has worked with her. She has also shown us how to help our dog with unwanted behaviours and that is invaluable. Her grooming is also AMAZING! 😃

We have been using Ali for almost 5yrs now and in all that time she has continued to be invaluable to me & my fur family. She is wonderful with all animals and her care & professionalisms are second to none. She is a fantastic groomer as well as reliable walker & boarder for when wherever I’m away. Ali has had our dogs since they were puppies, she has been amazing with all of them and I’d happily give Ali 75%credit for how they have turned out. Ali was a godsend for us. We had puppies over the Lockdown period and when we came out of Lockdown they weren’t socialised and very cautious about people and fellow dogs. Dog walking was not a pleasant experience. Ali initially took my twin puppies for a walk with her ‘easy going’ dogs to see how mine would react. Within a very short period of time the puppies behaviours changed dramatically and their personalities began to emerge. Ali is reliable, trustworthy, flexible and has a genuine passion for all of her dogs she walks. She takes the puppies to all different places for a walk/runabout and encourages them to interact with dogs that are unknown to them. I would fully recommend Ali as a dog walker.

Little Pet Paws was great in supporting me with my dog Holly who I had been struggling with on walks and also recal. Ali was amazing and took Holly for a walk along with me so I could learn the skills to best support Holly. She was great at explaining how to respond positively to Holly's behavior. It was great to learn from Ali, and also ask questions along the way. Ali was brilliant at explaining and she was also able to ask me questions to understand the reason behind Holly's behaviour. I have gone from a really anxious dog walker to feeling really confident on our walks. Holly is already a different dog on our walks.

My lab puppy Willow loves going on walks with Ali. My pup has gained so much confidence in the car and being with other dogs. Plus, Ali posts photos of her walks on FB so you get to see all the fun they have been having! Highly recommend!

Ali was brilliant helping us train our Mini Schnauzer when she was a puppy. She gave us good advice on off lead training and the issues we had with Pippa pulling when out walking with her. Pippa is now 3 and she still loves going on walks with Ali, which had helped with her socializing with other dogs.

Ali has walked both of my dogs since they were puppies. She’s more than just a dog walker, she cares for my dogs like they are her own and there aren’t many people I would trust to look after them. My dogs wait for Ali to come each day and when they return they are nicely tired. If you are looking for some one not just to walk you dog but also to care about them look no further, you’ve found her.

Our pride and joy, Wilfred, is definitely treated like one of the family by Ali; she dotes on him and has supported him to develop excellent behaviours. Wilfred loves his time with Ali, enjoying both walks in a range of lovely settings and socialising opportunities with other dogs. Ali is very responsive to attempts at contact and will always endeavour to accommodate our changing needs, including having Wilfred to stay with her at short notice. We trust Ali implicitly and would highly recommend her; there is no one better in Charnwood!

Ali has been walking Stanley since he was a very cautious puppy who found the world outside his home rather overwhelming. Ali helped us build his confidence and mixing with the rest of the Little Pet Paws family assisted with socialisation Almost two years on he is a very happy and friendly dog who cannot contain his enthusiasm when Ali comes to pick him up - Stanley adores her - I cannot recommended Ali more highly.

Rachel has looked after our Cockerpoo Woody on several occasions over the past few years and quite honestly he loves going to stay with her. We get regular updates whilst we're away with photos and its clear he's having a great time with the other dogs. She's always very thorough and professional and ensures that the animals that she has in her care are harmonious together. Its great to have peace of mind to know that he's being looked after so well. We can't speak highly enough of Rachel and the care she provides.

Rachel and Mark are super!! Our dogs adore them and love to see them. We love getting the daily pictures and Mark certainly knows how to use a good filter. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Absolutely flawless service. We had a holiday to Florida and needed someone to come and feed our old cat twice a day whilst we was away. Service was great, communication was fantastic, kept us updated with photos. Whilst we was away we got delayed coming home and had to stay an extra 2 nights because of a hurricane. Was not a problem extending the service to carry on feeding our cat. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need a service they offer, don't think about it, just contact them and book. 5 star service. Thank you 💙😻

Honestly, Rachel has changed my life. My Assistance dog wasn't getting walked as much as he should, so we found these. She focuses on my dogs needs during the walk making it dog focused and allowing him to decompress. She has respected my wishes in terms of not letting him play with other dogs other than ones he knows. My dog absolutely adores her and gets so excited in the morning to go, she's so amazing with him and I can't recommend them enough.

Rachel has fed our two cats Rocket & Dixie on a number of occasions and has always looked after them incredibly well. She gives us peace of mind whilst we're away, both in terms of the cats & also our property, ensuring it's left clean & tidy. She gives regular updates about the cats and provides pictures/video which is lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would highly recommend her services.

RM Pet Care are fantastic! Rachel & Mark care deeply about the animals in their care. My Rommie rescue is very nervous around new people & Rachel spent the time getting to know her. This is invaluable for our sensitive souls & my dog absolutely adores both her & Mark! Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful attitude towards myself and my wife. My dog came back in such an awful state we actually thought we would need to take him to the vets. Apparently another dog viciously attacked him and left him with a severed ear. The owner was damn right rude and aggressive. Would not recommended to anyone whom care she their pet.

Rachel has been doing pop ins and walks for our dog since she was a little pup, and is absolutely brilliant. She is extremely trustworthy, sends photos and updates and gives our dog so much love! It is really refreshing to see someone really love what they do. Even more so, the tail wags when we’ve seen Rachel on the street are probably more that what we’d get shows a lot!

Couldn't recommend Rachel enough! Our dog always has a waggy tail when he sees her and we feel so confident that he is being well looked after when out on his walks. He's also boarded with her, we get regular photo updates and her communication has always been great.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anna the Woofer Walker and Canine Coach, and I must say, her services are top-notch! Her training expertise shone through during our sessions, significantly enhancing my 2 miniature dachshunds obedience and social interactions. One of the aspects I appreciated the most was the quality of training provided. Anna is not just a walker but a true canine coach who builds an amazing rapport with the dogs. The level of care and attention she provided to my furry friends was incredible, and I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such capable and loving hands. The sessions were interactive and fun, ensuring that my dog was not only learning but also enjoying the process. Additionally, Anna's professionalism and dedication to her craft are truly commendable. Her clear communication and structured approach made the whole process seamless and rewarding. In March I contacted Anna to initially help with toilet training Pebbles, a simple command of ‘be quick’ was introduced and we rarely had an indoor accident since. We have then worked on several other things with Anna such as reactivity, lead walking, lead pulling, keeping Pip focussed whilst walking, keeping the girls distracted when passing other dogs, introduction to other dogs, group walking with other dachshunds. The girls absolutely love Anna and look forward to their training sessions with her. Anna’s constant praise and reassurance has kept us focussed and motivated and has driven us to improve and work on the new training strategies she has provided for us. We now enjoy walking the girls and look forward to exploring new places. I am so proud of the girls and ourselves for our progress and we couldn’t have done it without Anna’s knowledge, guidance and support. Thank you so much from team Pip and Pebbles🐾

Anna has been great for us as we continue our journey as new dog parents. We’ve really enjoyed the group training, where we could involve the whole family, and the private sessions are very helpful. Anna has so much advice and ideas on how to train your puppy.

Anna has been visiting my anxious rescue jackshund and me for nearly 5 months now. She has been brilliant in helping Bonnie to work on her separation anxiety as well as any other things that arise along the way. Anna is great at adapting visits and training to suit Bonnie and what mood she is in that day 😅. Anna treats both of us with so much care and respect and she is incredibly knowledgeable of her craft. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always happy to do what she can to help. We still have a way to go but the improvements bonnie has made to become a more comfortable, confident and content dog has been leaps and bounds with Anna's help. Thankyou. ❤️

When we started our private sessions with Anna, we had a big list of things we wanted to fix with our Ozzi - including settling in public and in the house. We weren't sure if we would ever get him where we wanted, but with Anna's help we can now take him for pub and brunch trips and he'll relax while we do it, as well as chilling around the house whilst we work rather than constantly running around trying to find something to do! He's still only a year and 4 months old but his behaviour with the training has changed dramatically in 6 months. Anna also does a range of group dog walks and parkour which is really helpful for Ozzi to attend these with a trainer he knows already. It's also worth mentioning you get a private WhatsApp chat where any questions you have outside of the sessions can also be answered which was always reassuring. Thank you, Anna!

My puppy has just graduated from The Woofer Walker’s training class and I can’t recommend Anna enough. Really helpful classes, she starts them nice and slowly, everything ties in week to week until they’re grasping the tasks perfectly. I genuinely can’t believe how far my pup has come over the past 5 weeks. I think one of my favorite things about Anna is that she understands dogs will be dogs! Classes are fun, super stimulating for the pups and give tips and tricks that owners can use forever. X

I booked a 4 week 121 course for my new puppy to help him settle in and for us to know how to train him correctly. Anna was amazing at showing me how to train Jasper and we both enjoyed the lessons. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The difference in 4 weeks has been amazing and we were both sad to say goodbye to Anna.

Now I'm not in the habit of complaining, but if I could leave a zero rating here I would. I was interrogated by the organiser at first booking about my dog's health, discovered I'd have to pay a full day's rate whether I'd arranged a half day or not... Then, to top it off, I had to cancel my first booking due to the Covid outbreak with 3 weeks' notice given, yet was told quite plainly my deposit was lost. I'd made two bookings though, the second in a week's time (11th May) and I actually recieved a text today asking what time I'd be taking my dog. During the Covid outbreak, to a lady in her 60s. Considering I got an interrogation at first booking about my dog's health, the experience I've received is clearly not just hypocritical, but all about profiteering over anything else. I've boarded pets for over 20 years now and I've never experienced anything like it. Avoid.

I appreciated the time taken to ensure that my elderly dog would be matched with the right carer by asking me about his needs, likes & dislikes and home routines. Also, the detailed terms and conditions meant I knew exactly what to expect from Petstay Leicestershire, particularly in regard to the difference between the arrangement and carer's fees. Thank you Jane for sourcing Mark to look after Philip my greyhound. He was so lovely and Philip was happy staying with him. Thanks for asking about his health as Philip has Pannus and its important he gets his eyedrops every day. Mark was Brilliant and I cannot recommend him enough. Will definitely use petstay again.
