I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.

Anita and Rom were the best house sitters I could have asked for. From the moment I met them, I could tell that they genuinely care for animals. They communicated with me very clearly both before and during their visit, asking all the right questions to make sure everything went well. They connected with my older dog right away - he bonded with Anita even during our first brief visit before their stay began. I was comfortable with the way they took good care of his health issues. They sent regular photos and updates on how my dog was doing, which I appreciated. Throughout the visit, they went above and beyond to ensure that my dog was comfortable and loved. Anita and Rom were trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate. Since I'm newer to having house sitters, they even gave some great suggestions to help it go smoothly for all of us. I hope that I have the good fortune to work with them again.

Ray and Lynn are absolutely the best pet sitters you could ask for. They were extremely responsive to texts and emails and chatted with us over WhatsApp before the sit. They were very flexible and arrived the night before our sit so we could leave early the next morning. They even brought us ice cream because it was Joe's birthday the day they arrived. Very thoughtful of them. They are very friendly, relaxed people that are easy to talk to. Our dogs immediately bonded to Lynn upon their arrival. The first morning our cat managed to sneak outside and was MIA overnight despite their valiant efforts to get him to return. Ray tried to capture him but our cat fought with him and escaped again before eventually returning the next morning. Unfortunately Ray was scratched and bit by the cat during this struggle. He developed an infection in his hand. We did offer to come home or find a replacement sitter so they could return to the US but they were able to get medical attention here and antibiotics. They are so kind and didn't want to ruin our vacation! Two days before we were to arrive home the infection in Ray's hand took a turn for the worse and they had no choice but to head home to the US to get immediate medical care. They waited for our friend to arrive before departing. We were so impressed with them that even under these stressful circumstances they cleaned our house and laundered the sheets. Our kitchen cupboards looked better organized than before we left. Our garden was watered and well cared for during the heat wave. They were excellent at sending updates and photos throughout the sit. Our dogs were very happy and well cared for. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean! Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!

This was our dog’s first time that she went to a groomer!! Usually my dog is really nervous if we are taking her to vet but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw her after she was done with her grooming.. She was looking extremely happy and cheerful and of course really beautiful!! All thanks to her groomer!!

I take my corgi Sage here regularly! This is his favourite place to be. Zora and her mom provide a friendly, supportive and loving environment for him in this home away from home! He loves playing with all of the other dogs, and I love to see the videos of him enjoying his time that Trolls Den uploads to Facebook. There are tons of areas to play, and the owners keep a watchful eye to make sure all doggies in attendance are comfortable. While there isn’t a place to go potty outdoors, the basement allows dogs to do their business in sand! Zora is always happy to provide doggy advice, and I often board him at their home when I have to travel. I can’t say enough good things about Trolls Den! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby. 🥰
Zora and her team helped me greatly being more comfortable with leaving my dog in someone else's hand. My pup Korppi always came home happy and tired. A great place to drop your pup off for the day, and be confident they're going to have a great time. The dog skills that Zora and her mom have, gave me confidence in my own skills.
I did not have a good experience here. The lady was nice enough, but no one took my dog out to pee all day, he was cowering in a crate when I came to get him, when we got home he guzzled water as if he hadn't had any all day and he didn't seem tired at all. Also, his leash was soaked with what seemed to be another dog's urine... she told me my dog did "really well" and I hoped they would have some photos or videos of him but they apparently didn't take any... I tried to leave a review on Facebook since they seem more active there but it only allowed 5 star recommendations...

Our two dogs have been taken care of so well here, they seem to love going back. They get to play outside to hearts content, and then come in to a large kennel.
Great place for dogs huge yard and very nice indoor and outdoor kennels. Highly recommended Dugan lake dog boarding to anybody in the cariboo area.

No better location in town to get your muddy dogs cleaned up after a long, wet dog-walk. The pet wash station at this Bosley's location is just great and well stocked with all the amenities you need to get your furry friends cleaned up. I also purchase my pet food here, as parking is so convenient and the pet store is so well stocked.
This location was wonderful. They have a great selection of pet supplies and the lady that served me and my dog was very kind. My dog got a handful of treats upon checkout which she welcomed with a big smile and a happy tail wag. Highly recommend this place.
Bosleys is amazing! Elaine is beyond amazing! Used to only go to Total Pet but the Manager for the past year or so is horrible! Customer service is none existent down there but Bosleys is a completely different experience! Kudos to Elaine and her team!

Staff is amazing and very helpful. Rollie went for his first bath today and they were all very helpful. We were a little apprehensive taking in a great pyrenees, but the staff was very reassuring and Rollie enjoyed himself very much. He especially liked the liver snacks. 5 stars for sure!
The first time I walked in there were 2 staff on duty. They barked at me to put on hand sanitizer and then completely ignored me, my daughter and my granddaughter! Horrible customer service! I then had to go exchange the harness I bought with another cool experience, though nowhere as bad as the first experience. Finally a 3rd visit with my dog and myself resulted in some actual customer service which took some of the salty taste out of my mouth.
Great store. Always have what you need in stock. Staff are very kind and helpful. I was recently helped in store by a staff member to purchase a travel kennel. The staff member was exceptionally helpful and assured me to purchase the correct kennel for my dog. Always shop in bosleys for my furbabys needs.
I've been getting my cat food from Bosley's for years. I prefer the quality products Bosley's carries. It's always a bonus when they have cats & kittens up for adoption in store that I can pet for a few minutes!
Elaine is great and always helps me get what I need. When I couldn’t lift and was limited as to what I could do after surgery she lifted and loaded my pet food for me in my vehicle as did her staff. I frequent here often and am grateful for this store and it’s well trained staff.
Nice clean store, lots of selection. Good prices and lots of treats. Love, love ,love they dog wash area, makes washing a Pyrenees and a Saint Bernard so much easier !
