I can’t say enough on what a truly rewarding experience it has been to work with James. We had lots of issues with our new rescue, everything from potty training to assimilating into our family of older dogs and people. James has kind and compassionate training strategies that has allowed us to be confident in working with our Finley to help him to achieve becoming a happy, and well-behaved dog. I have appreciated all the communication we have had during sessions, phone calls and texts, to answer all my questions and concerns as they have arisen. His daycare has worked wonders for Finley’s pack manners and he gets so excited to see James during our sessions or when he dropped off at daycare.James shows that he cares and we know we have a coach and friend for life!

Can't recommend Grandpaws K-9 enough! I have been to several dog trainers in the last few years, and have not had a trainer give the level of attention to my dog's issues like Grandpaw James. He works with you at your pace and follows up after sessions to make sure you're seeing results - and also offers free pack walks for his clients which have been a complete game-changer for my pup! Walking my dog is enjoyable again and I can't thank him and his team enough.

We have loved James & his staff! He has taught me so much & even helped Maggie Mae (Golden doddle) I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their dog. James is patient, knowledgeable & good at his job! .

James cares about all the dogs that he works with! My dog Pickles loves going to daycare or overnight when I am out of town. James is passionate about his work and it shows. I know when I leave Pickles with James he is loved and cared for. Pickles has even found a friend in James’s dog Buster. His training technique helped me to be better with Indy,and Indy responded quickly and easily. Mr. Brooks has been very easy to work with. From our first consultation and to his board-and-train service to doggy daycare to simply boarding, our girl always seems excited to see him or visit his facility. (It doesn't hurt that she always seems to be just a more "trained" after every visit, either.) It's obvious he cares for all of his "clients" as though they're his own. Mr. Brooks has been the only boarder/daycare/trainer we've used -- we have no reason to look elsewhere.

Grandpaws is THE BEST!!! I sent my pup to other day cares and I've gotten the best results from Grandpaws. My pup is so exhausted when he gets home from having so much fun there. He wakes up on the days he goes and rushes my husband in the morning so he can hurry and take him. He never wants to leave.....I also see a big difference in my pups behavior. He used to be called the wild child but he has calmed down tremendously. Thank you so much Grandpaws. If you're thinking about day care or training for your pup.....try them out. You won't be disappointed.

Could not recommend enough James for training. It’s obvious James cares about you and your dog. He spent a lot of time explaining and guiding us through the new process of a puppy. He involves you in every aspect of the training. Always keeps communication and truly cares about you and every dog.

Cannot say enough good things about Marci! She watched our two cats and did a wonderful job! She was responsive, on time, and made sure they were well taken care of. She kept us updated on them, sent pictures and played with them! We will definitely be using her again!!

Marci and her husband have been extremely reliable when taking care of our dogs. We are so grateful to have someone that we know loves our dogs and takes care of them well. Marci’s Pet Sitting does an amazing job!! We’ve used her services twice now and trust her completely with our pets. She was very accommodating taking care of my elderly black lab, especially with the overnights and extra attention he needed. She takes care of her charges as if they were her own. Marci recently watched our little chi and I’ve never been more comfortable and happy with a pet sitting experience. We wanted the peace of mind of having her cared for 24/7 so we could focus on our time away and it was freeing to not worry about stopping activities to come back and walk the pup. Marci,s pet services have been great and I Godsend. They take great care of my 2 large dogs. They play with them and give them lots of love, feed them, give their medications and let them out. They are professional and very dependable!

Marci squeezed us in on short notice and took great care of our critters! We received pictures and updates while we were out of town and our babies were very well taken care of. She and David even sat extra with one of our very sick pups until we could get home. Thanks so much for all you do!

Roxy and Jason are absolutely incredible! They’re true animal lovers, and it’s obvious in the way they care for every dog as if it were their own. One of the best parts of their service is the convenience, they even pick up our dog, Raylee which makes life soooo much easier. Roxanne and Jason are truly amazing. They cared for our 2 dogs Harley and Rex and was great with both of them. They have kept them twice and both times sent pictures and keeping us updated on how they were doing. They have a passion for animals and you can tell they enjoy and love what they do. I had a sitter cancel on me the day before I was set to go on a family beach vacation. I am so grateful Mills Paws was available on such short notice and was able to care for my 6 dogs. I received tons of updates and pictures of my dogs throughout the entire stay. When I returned I could tell both my home and my 6-pack had been well cared for. Roxana did an amazing job for us! We went away for 3 days and she took care of our poodle. She did everything I asked, plus took in the mail and brought up the trash can. Our little poodle was well cared for :) I would recommend roxana!

Great place

Our dogs have been going to Lucky Paws for a little more than a year. They are high energy pups who come home completely exhausted. We alternate their daycare time so they can have free time away from each other and socialize with other dogs. We have kenneled the girls on a few different occasions. Each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The girls become so excited in the car and obviously love everyone there. We can relax knowing they are in good hands.

Great place to bring your pet if you’re heading out of town. My dog loved being there and playing with all the other dogs. The staff was really nice. They even allowed my diva of a dog to have her laundry basket that she sleeps in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to fix their video feed as it is very choppy, more like seeing pictures rather than a video. I would definitely use them again.

Lucky Paws is a great place to bring your dog or cat. The staff truly cares about your family. Just ask anyone who brings their pets there. The dogs are just excited to get out back and play.

I had to board my very nervous rescue dog (Luna Dotson) unexpectedly due to a last minute change in my trip. I was extremely worried because she has never been boarded before and she is not the most social dog. However, she had a GREAT time at Lucky Paws and I felt like they took really good care of her...I loved being able to watch the webcam and follow her daily activities with the "pet tracking" feature. They treated her so well and when I picked her up she was so happy (and very clean!). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to board their dogs, it was a wonderful experience and very affordable!!!! Thanks Lucky Paws!!!

Excellent ! Ready for our next visit. Thanks for taking care of our fur babies ! This place is filled with friendly, caring staff who were professional and polite. We enjoyed watching our pups play with the other dogs, via the free online Webcam. They got some much needed social activity with other dogs. Easy to make reservations. Easy to drop off and pickup. No complaints here. I hope they update the Webcam a little someday, the frame rates are very slow, but they served the purpose adequately enough. We appreciated the exit bath and nail trim, both were affordable. Attached is a screen shot of one of our pups (Einstein) playing in the small dog room, as well as a picture of both clean pups when we picked them up.

My Bernedoodles Maudie & Harper get so excited when they go to Lucky Paws Daycare - they love it. Lucky Paws has a great staff, their folks are very helpful!

Staff went above and beyond when I called, as I had an unexpected issue, causing me to be unable to get back in time for the scheduled pickup. Again and again, they prove their value, flexibility, and provide the highest customer service and why they are our first call for when we board our Belle (who ABSOLUTELY loves it there and always needs serious rest afterwards), kudos to the Lucky Paws Team!!

We board our dog at Lucky Paws at least 2-3 times a year. Over the past 5 years, our dog, Denny Crane loves going there! When we take out his bag and put his food in it, he starts barking! Denny can’t wait to go! When we arrive at Lucky Paws, our dog is greeted by name and he never looks back! Love how he gets so much time out to play. I love seeing all the dog greet each other. The staff and owners are professional and helpful. We look forward to each trip knowing our dog is cared for by great people!

Happy customer! My husband and I love to travel… our kitty Cosmo has a great time at Bone Voyage when we go out of town! He would survive just fine at home with a big bowl of food/water and litter box. But we bring him here because we know he loves it and the staff love him! Everyone is super friendly. We opt for photos and they always send good ones. Kitty room is separate and usually he’s able to roam around to enjoy the cat tree and toys. Although the cat enclosures are spacious as well. Very clean facilities. Thank you Bone Voyage for caring for Cosmo 😻

Riley loves her stays at Bone Voyage Pet Resort for boarding, daycare, and grooming. Jodi and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and treat Riley like their own. Riley demands all the attention as soon we walk in the door :-) We've enjoyed coming here for the last 4 years and it gives us a peace of mind to have this place to leave our fur baby when we need to go out of town. We know that without a doubt she will be taken care of, and always enjoy the pictures sent to us while we are away, seeing her having a ball. Riley especially loves the pool during spring and summertime and all the extra playtime with her new friends. We definitely recommend Bone Voyage Pet Resort.

We love Bone Voyage! We have been using them to board both our dog and cat for a few years now and have always had a great experience with them! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and they treat our pets like family. We have never utilized the doggy daycare service, but we always enroll our pup in daycare to play while he’s boarding. Highly recommend!

I discovered Bone Voyage online looking for a pool for my senior dog to swim in one last time before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They were so good to us, & my boy had the time of his life. They made sure we had all we needed for his play time. We were able to book for private swim time which made it all the more special on his “Bucket List Weekend”. They had a clean facility & toys already there. Thank you for all you did that weekend for us. I will be back with my younger dog for swim time ♥️

We are new to the area and were very nervous about sending our sweet lab to just any doggie daycare. After getting a five star review about Bon Voyage from our veterinarian we decided to give them a try! Drop off and pick up is a breeze! Very hands on and exceptionally friendly staff! We could not ask for a better place for our sweet LuLu! Pricing is fair and reasonable! Facility is very clean! All you have to see is this smile when we pick her up! We know that Lu looks forward to taking her first dip in the pool in April!! We highly recommend!

We booked a one hour private swim for our water-hesitant pup and it was the perfect environment for her to explore the water. We were able to get into the pool with her, which was the determining factor of booking with Bone Voyage. They also provided a life jacket, which she wore for a little while! The staff was also amazing as well, they went above and beyond our our pup. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!

We’ve only done private swim time here- but it’s great! A nice activity for the hot summer days. The employees are very friendly and it’s very easy to book.

Amazing care for our pups while we were away. We love the indoor/outdoor rooms. And the pool is perfect for our swimming loving boy. When we picked up our pups, I felt really good about there visit. There have been facilities that you get a not so good feeling from but this one, it felt like a breath of fresh air. I felt confident that they were treated well and had a great time.

Bone Voyage is the boarding facility we've hoped to find for years, but didn't think would ever exist. Our older Goldendoodle has always been an anxious pup, and while she had fun during playtime at other boarding places, she would vibrate constantly going to or from the facilities. It took her all of one visit at Bone Voyage to feel so comfortable that she ~prances~ into the front door for boarding! No more nervous shaking. Nothing has ever made her not feel anxious (and she's on prescription medications). I cannot thank the passionate, caring team behind this facility enough. They are the best people we've ever entrusted our babies with. Jody is also incredible because she always remembers our dogs' names and needs. My first ever job was at a boarding facility, so I know what it's like to care for 90+ dogs that come and go throughout the week. I might have remembered one or two by name at the time. Jody remembers our dogs names, knows our car when we pull up, and even remembers which medications our Goldendoodle takes before she looks at their boarding profiles. The love this team has for the dogs in their care is evident in everything they do. We will never take our dogs anywhere else! Their care is worth every penny!!

We tried pet perfection today for the first time and had a great experience. Our Bella is 17 years old and requires some special care when being groomed. The team did such an amazing job and our baby looks amazing. Thank you so much for this great experience!!

I love this place, they take great care of my dogs every time I have boarded with them. My dogs don’t even seem to notice me when I pick them up because they have been so well taken care of. I’d also like to add that their grooming services rock.

Love Pet Perfection and so does our pup! They’re affordable, take good care of doggo, and are accommodating.

You could take your pet to PetSmart and have it groomed but I would suggest taking it here where it will be done right. They know what they are doing and it's cheaper than PetSmart as well. It's the only place I take my dog.

We have been going to Pet perfection and all I can say is this staff is great. They all really love their doggies and treat them like their own. From grooming daycare and boarding. Our Remi loves daycare he’s happy to go and tired when he comes home. A++++++

This is a great hidden gem in Johnston county. They are friendly, always available to answer questions. On my initial visit there, they gave me a tour of the facility and it is great. They are so good with my dog Oscar. He loves it there. Always clean when I take him and so accommodating!

Casey has been grooming our dog for a few years now. We love her! Even when scheduling was tight they managed to find room for us! Our dog had been traumatized by a previous groomer so much that he panicked walking into any place that smelled of dogs (vet, groomer, petsmart), but he can't wait to walk into Pet Perfection!

Our dog LOVES this place for boarding with Doggie Daycare. Great people, clean facilities - you know when your dog can’t wait to get inside during each visit that it’s the right place for them. I call to check on him and the Owner says he’s acting like I’ve dropped him off at the spa for a few days. 🤣 …

We went to drop our pup off for the weekend and were told then and not before that they were closed until 3:00pm and that the girls were on break so no one was available to take our pup. Since it was only about 1:30 - We had to arrange for a family member to meet us and take him back to drop him off. The girl that broke the news was a real witch! She wasn’t sorry at all and acted like I should have known since it’s been like that for years. Well he hasn’t been boarded in years so I had no way of knowing! This used to be the best place to leave our pup - with staff like this - I don’t think so!! We will not be leaving him here again!

I have been bringing my fur babies here for years. They get baths and are boarded. The staff is very professional and caring. I think Morgan is Yoshi's favorite!

My husband and I normally travel with our dog bo, This past vacation we weren't able to bring him along so we finally decided to give pet sitting a try. Bo was a little shy when first meeting Cassie, but The more she came over bo got use to her and was even smiling in the photos she would send us! Kathy is a truly wonderful dog sitter. Our dogs have stayed at a kennel before and didn't seem to like the staff very much. We decided to look for a dog sitter as an alternative to the kennel for our most recent vacation. Kathy came highly recommended, and she did not disappoint. She communicated frequently and make sure our dogs got lots of attention! I'm not sure they even knew we were gone! We will definitely use Kathy again when we need to go out of town.

Kathy is just absolutely the best! My puppy feels like she's completely at home when Kathy keeps her. I am so very thankful to have found her, because I have one less worry knowing that my little pup is in loving and capable hands.

We used Kathy for a long weekend to watch our 3 cats. She did a wonderful job and checked in everyday with a text that included a picture. Mail was brought in, a light was left on and everything was neat and tidy when we came home. Our 3 cats were well cared for while we were gone. Kathy is our new pet sitter!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cuddles on Call. I have 5 cats and needed an affordable and reliable service that could help take care of them while I was out of town for two weeks. After filling out the information of what I needed and detailed profiles, I was contacted by Amy and we set up a video appointment. I appreciated the extra level of safety and protocols they have in place during this time. We spent an hour going over all the details with Amy and Kayleen, who would be taking care of my cats. I was so impressed with the amount of information and level of details they asked I felt really good about the care they would receive. Kayleen was AMAZING!! I received detailed notes of everything she did (that was agreed upon) then notes on all the "fun" things she and the cats did while she was visiting. She completely got their personalities and catered to all of their needs. Along with these daily notes I also had pictures of each cat. This was above and beyond what I expected, especially with having 5 of them. One of the days we had a problem with our screened door and Kayleen immediately called me. After I problemed solved the situation, she came back after going to her other clients to make sure my cats were taken care of. I would highly recommend Cuddles on Call and will for sure be asking for Kayleen the next time I need their service.

I have used Cuddles on Call since 2019 for my cats and have a great experience every time. I’ve had three sitters during the years and each have been amazing with my cats, follow instructions closely, and always send detailed and timely updates. The owner April is also very helpful and kind any time I’ve needed assistance. The app has also been a great addition to making scheduling, invoices, and communication even easier. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they give me when I’m traveling to know that my cats are receiving excellent care and lots of love.

I was a customer of Cuddles on Call for about 4 years, until I moved out of the Triangle area. They provided excellent pet sitting services. I have a cat with health conditions that require daily medication, so I can't leave her home alone for more than a few hours. The Cuddles on Call sitters provided all the usual care (food and water, litter cleaning, etc.) as well as giving my cat her meds, and plenty of attention too. My sitters sent an update with photos after every visit. They also offered a lot of nice house-sitting extras such as checking the mail and watering plants. I truly appreciated having such a reliable pet sitting service.

I am a little behind writing this review but I need to start by saying 5 stars all the way. I have never had a cat sitter before and I was a nervous wreck leaving my cats with anyone. Cuddles on call put that nervousness at ease. Now, for the crazy part that made Cuddles on Call even better. My originally trip was supposed to be a week long. One day after my trip I was in car accident. My car ended up in the shop and I did not know for how long. It was literally on a day to day update when I would be able to return home. Cuddles on Call and my particular sitter, Caryn, worked with me with no issues. They continued to take care of my cats and were so understanding and patient. My favorite part of cuddles on call was the pictures and video sent. It kept me up to date and help so much seeing them every day - even far away. If I go on another trip cuddles on call will be my first go to to take care of my babies.

We've never hired a pet sitting service before and were really nervous about it. I am so happy that we found Cuddles on Call and decided to use their services. I will never go back to depending on neighbors to watch our cats. When we met our sitters for the first time, it was very clear that they were animal lovers which made us more comfortable about leaving our cats in their care. They were even willing to make sure our adopted stray was fed daily which I was very worried about when hiring a professional service. Cuddles on Call is a great service for pet sitting in your home! April and her staff have helped me out many times when I am out of town and every time I come home to happy cats. She not only feeds and changes kitty litter, but also spends time interacting with your pets, cleaning up unexpected "messes" and emails a daily photo so you can see how your pet is doing.
