We feel very safe leaving our fur kids with auntie max. She sends photos and videos very often and she loves the dogs like her own children. We have left our pups for weekends or 3 weeks and they are always well taken care of. ❤️

I love Auntie Max’s! We can go out of town and have no worries when our Buddy is with her! She takes great care of him and all of his friends there! She even makes their own food. She’s a wonderful person! We wouldn’t trust anyone else with him, only Auntie Max. If I could give her a million stars, I would. We just love her so much!

I definitely recommend. We are so grateful for the care our pup Izzy received! She’s only 8 months old, so I was very nervous about how she would do staying away from us for the first time. Clair was awesome! She sent plenty of photos and videos of Izzy, and I could just see her coming out of her shell through those. I’m so glad to have found a place where she could play with other doggies and get the love and attention all of our fur babies deserve instead of being locked in a crate most of the day. I felt completely comfortable letting my 8 month old golden doodle stay with auntie max she went above and beyond for us provided images and video updates on how Harley was doing! We will be using her anytime we need doggy daycare she has a very thorough process to make sure she understands your dogs needs/personality❤️ she also gave us the cutest gift for Harley at pickup I can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Auntie Max’s. We were visiting from out of town and need a last minute place for our dog, Boomer to stay for a few days. Clare took him in and instantly treated him like family. Her place is clean and comfortable and the yard is fully fenced and tightly secured which was extremely important as our dog is an escape artist. We received txts, pictures and videos and it was clear that he had made himself at home and was having the time of his life. On his last day he received a gift bag with treats and a toy chicken which was a nod to the reason he needed a last minute place to stay! 😂. Highly recommend on every level! Thank you so much, hopefully we will cross paths again!

Auntie Max's is like a second home to our two dachshunds, Copper and Todd. They get lots of personal attention. Homemade snacks is a bonus. Each day we were gone, we received photos and videos showing how happy they were. They love Auntie Max - and Shera, too!

I wouldn’t take my dog to any other pet sitter. I hate leaving my 2-year-old puppy at home in a crate while I’m at work for 7+ hours. Claire is an amazing woman who understands my dog’s needs. She has the perfect space to accommodate all shapes and sizes of dogs. My dog has some weird quirks but those didn’t seem to phase Claire. She treats them as her own and is so thoughtful about keeping me updated on my pet’s care while I’m away.

Our Bindy loves to go to auntie Max’s!! She treats them so well!! Plus she makes them special snacks and always sends them home with treats. She’s by far the best around!!! Highly recommend

Clare is heaven sent! I do not trust many people to take care or watch after my 2 year old German Shepherd pup. I just returned from a 2 1/2 week vacation and it appears that Nala enjoyed her get away just as much as I have. Not only did Clare take the time to make sure Nala was acclimated with her dogs, she took extra time and made effort to ensure Nala was just as comfortable with her. I received daily updates about Nala and all of the fun things they had done for the day. Nala was most definitely spoiled with treats and love throughout the entire time I was away. At the beginning of the stay, Nala was not eating her normal food... Clare helped her feel more at ease and even gave Nala the food she was feeding her own dogs. On my trip back, my flights kept getting delayed which pushed my return back a day late.... Clare was very understanding and reassured me that everything is fine. It is nice to know you can call for any emergency and she will work with you and your schedule! She was also available to text/call all hours of the day/night, which also kept my mind at ease. Nala was all smiles when I picked her up. I hope this place becomes a second home to her! 10/10 would recommend taking your pup here for a stay. Nala already has her next few stays booked! :)

I have left my two Shih Tzus with Claire a couple times. Would definitely recommend her to take care of you baby. My dogs loved it there. I received pics and videos while we were away. We love that our babies can play with other dogs, be outside in a yard and be given care and attention instead of being alone in a kennel. Give her a call.

We have used Happy Paws for the last few years for our Border Collie Piper. Not only do we love boarding her there, but so does Piper. They have always been accommodating to help us on short notice and pickup times. We highly recommend Happy Paws and all things have been positive with Piper's stays.

Was absolutely so nice, called if there was any problems, and was so helpful to my Odin, who usually has social anxiety, and definitely helped Poe while he was going through stress being away from home, my furbabies absolutely love her ❤️

I highly recommend Happy Paws for boarding your pets. We boarded our two German Shepherds and couldn’t be more pleased. They were well taken care of and the owner was great at communicating with us regularly on how they were doing. They both received baths while they were there as well, I was glad to have two clean pups when I picked them up!

I’ve boarded my 3 with Tiffany multiple times. They always come back clean, happy, and healthy. My dogs walk right in and go right to her with no issues. She was even understanding and accommodating when our oldest was diagnosed with epilepsy

I had to board both of my pups here for an extended period of time while house hunting. My pups are my babies and had never really been away from me before so it was a hard adjustment for me and them, but I could not have found a better place to trust them with. I could not have been happier with the service, love and care shown for my babies. The facility was always clean and safe, staff always friendly and willing to meet with me at the facility and let me come spend as much time as I needed with my babies, and prices are very reasonable compared to other options in the area. My girls loved it there and loved the staff and it was obvious that they loved my babies too! I also had them bath them before I picked them up to move into our new home and they did a wonderful job! If you need boarding (short term or long term) or grooming services, you couldn’t find a better place than Happy Paws!

We love everything about Happy Paws! They take such good care of Lilly and she gets so excited to see Tiffany when we pull in the parking lot! And our girl smells so good afterwards!! Highly recommend this place for your fur baby!!

Phenomenal people to leave your dog with while out of town. I just picked Dude up from his second time staying with them. When dropping Dude off this time, he was immediately excited to see the owner. Seeing his excitement made me feel much better as he clearly had a positive memory of his first stay. When picking him up, he was so excited and continued to want to play with the Happy Paws staff even when it was time to go home! They gave him a bath while he was there and he has never been so soft and fluffy! While chatting with the owner and her husband, they knew so many details about Dude and all of his quirks which made it very clear that he received plenty of attention and love while he was under their care. Would absolutely recommend

We have always had a pet sitter come to our home to watch our boys and with that no longer being an option, we had no choice but to board and we were slightly terrified. Happy paws made the process simple and smooth. She answered any questions we had. Anytime I checked on our boys she responded in a timely matter. Our boys were well taken care of and happy as can be. I couldn't recommend them enough and I am extremely thankful I no longer have to worry where they will go during vacations or an emergency.

Clean kennel tucked away in the woods, 15 minutes from our campground. Worked out great to have them watch the pup for a few hours while we were off on excursions. Would definitely use again.

This is not a place where your dog will roam hundreds of acres and dance with the flowers lol It's a kennel. They board dogs in crates and let them out to play and use the bathroom. If you review it based on what it actually is, it's extremely affordable, nice and trustworthy people, and the facility is very clean. If I lived in NY city and paid $75 per night for a dog spa, this place wouldn't compare but for what it is, it's a good business. Give it a try

Adequate facility for keeping your dog if you have no other options. I just wish I had done more research before I chose this place. We chose this place because it had a 5 star rating and was close by our campground. I almost cried when I left, because all it was, was a crate. I could’ve done that myself. It’s literally someone’s house and they keep the dogs in an air conditioned shed-which I was definitely glad for the a/c part. The owners barely spoke to me, but seemed nice enough. There is a very small play area. When we walked into the shed all the dogs lost their minds barking and it was just a row of crates. Not at all what I, or my dog, are used to. He’s used to having a room with an outdoor run and separate from the other dogs so that was a lot for him. And to be so little with such big dogs all around him, he was visibly afraid. They were nice enough to allow us to pick him up 30 minutes past closing, even tho we decided to just come get him right after our rafting trip and skip the other event we had planned. I would probably not use this place again. But if all you are looking for is a crate to keep your dog in, like I said. They seemed nice enough, and the place was clean and air conditioned, convenient and cheap. But, you get what you pay for. Not really a retreat or any kind of doggy day care like I usually use at home.

Our dog loves going to the The Doggie Den. Laura is always so accommodating and welcoming. The location is a bit of of the way from where we live, but it is worth the drive. She has a good setup for welcoming new dogs and letting the dogs get to know each other.

Laura and her husband are always so welcoming, kind, and truly show that they care about the pups they are boarding. Laura takes the time to get to know the dogs and their routine. She will make any accommodations that your pup needs, and does a great job letting the dogs get to know each other before fully integrating. She had an amazing set up and has everything your dog may need to feel comfortable. There is also ample room to play and get energy out! My dog Dixie loved it there and I am so sad we moved from the area because I have not been able to find a dog sitter that matches Laura and the Doggie Den!

I had a great experience leaving my 2 year old pup with Laura for 2 days while I had some activities planned while on a road trip. Laura was quick to respond to texts and kept me updated on how my dog was throughout the day. She was sure to keep him separated from other dogs if it seemed necessary, and had plenty of inside & fenced in outdoor space to accommodate all dogs. He trotted right in when I dropped him off - I would definitely recommend the Doggie Den.

OK I've never used a boarding service for an animal before in my life so I was very new to the experience. My father in law had gotten very ill and we just adopted a new puppy not even 2 weeks beforehand. We got called to come to the hospital the next morning and I called Laura and asked if I could bring our dog Tyson the next morning, we talked over the details and confirmed plans to drop him off the next morning. Unfortunately our plans drastically changed as his health took an immediate turn for the worse and it was a life or death situation, if we didn't go right then we may not get to say our final goodbyes 💔 I called her back almost in tears and asked if there was any way possible she could take him right then and she did not even hesitate, she said absolutely. I even offered to pay in advance and she refused, knowing how big of a hurry I was in. She kept in touch, sending us pictures of Tyson and relieving any worries we may have had. Over the next 4-5 days I cannot stress how big of a God send Laura and her doggie den business was to me and our family. Knowing our little buddy was extremely well taken care of while we were dealing with funeral arrangements, services, family in from out of state, took a huge load of stress off our shoulders. I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for me stumbling across her business on Google. She was very understanding as our plans changed last minute quite a few times.....So YES I highly recommend The Doggie Den and Laura as a person. She was extremely helpful with our Boxer and I couldn't think of anywhere else in the world I would rather him be if he can't be home. Her prices are extremely reasonable, and also if I could give her 100 stars I would. If you are hesitant to let someone watch your fur baby please understand me when I say that this woman will take very very good care of your babies 💕🐶🐕🐩

Our dog loves staying at the doggie den. Laura goes above and beyond to make sure she is happy and well cared for. She makes an effort to know each dog's personality and preferences which allows them to be as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend the Doggie Den.

This place is a gem. Laura is fantastic...our pup had three visits this year (one for 10 days)...and was actually depressed for a day or two after returning home. I would recommend this place to all friends/family. While on vacation, Laura actually sent us photos of Piper which reassured our kids that she was just fine.

Love this place! My pup was one of her first customers and she loves it there. She is timid around people but has no problems staying with Laura and her husband. Like another reviewer said, she is depressed for a day or two after we make her come home.

So pleased! Owners kept our large, young, somewhat unpredictable retired racing greyhound and were unfazed by his shenanigans (including pooping on the floor as soon as we arrived 😖). He had a great day going for walks in the sun and lazing in a clean warm nook in between cadging treats while the rest of the family was on the water on Summersville Lake.

I thought it was a wonderful place for my English Mastiff, she doesn't keep them in kennels, they have the baby pool ,And a nice yard that's fenced in, I highly recommend Doggie Den Care, she even kept me updated and sent pictures of my English Mastiff while I was away on vacation.

Best place I have ever left our Bruno. I strongly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed. They go above and beyond to make them feel like they (your doggie)are at home. Taking Bruno back next month for another stay. Bruno is a spoiled little house dog. Very laid back and does not do good when he is always kenneled with alot of other dogs barking all the time. He was never kenneled here. Laid on couch, sleep on porch all night which he never does at home because we don't have a fenced yard or outside gated porch at this time and he loved it. They walked him and let him explore the yard beyond the gate. Bruno took to them very well. They even bathed him when he rolled in something smelly . LOL Your doggie will love them. We sure do. This place is amazing! I was road tripping and called the day before. The owner immediately made me feel comfortable, was very informative, and sent me a link to book the next day. Dropping my pup off felt like dropping her off to family!!! And I even received updated photos through the day. Thank you for taking good care of ‘Uala!

Amazing facility! The team at Wild And Wonderful Tails took great care of my pup in the doggy daycare program over Labor Day weekend. They offer a ton of services for locals and those of us visiting the area. If your looking for spot for your pup to stay over night or for the day while you take in local attractions give them a call!

Wild and Wonderful Tails is a wonderful place to leave your fur babies. Amanda and Corey treat your pets wirh love and care. The facility is awesome, new, spacious and clean. We were able to get away and not worry about our two girls. We highly recommend this place to board your pets.

We cannot say enough amazing things about this pet resort! We boarded our bernadoodle with Wild and Wonderful Tails this past week and it was such a wonderful experience for us and our pup! The facility is beautiful, large, and extremely clean with spacious kennels. They give each dog plenty of exercise and one on one attention. The best part, we received sweet pics of our dog while we were gone. We will definitely be using them again soon!

Gosh where do I even begin! I was out of town for 4 days a week for the past 6 weeks. I have never left my babies so much but when I tell you I wasn’t worried about them even a little bit because of all the updates, pictures, and videos I got while I was away! My dogs knew when we were going after the 2nd week and they were so excited every time! They took care of all three of my babies so well! Corra is a princess and when she’s away from home she struggles with eating ( Amanda sat with her and made sure she felt safe enough to have her meals 🥹) Every time I picked them up they were so worn out from playing and enjoying their time. They even had a sprinkler to go in on the hot days! My last week I was running out of time to get back and they even brought my babies to my house I literally couldn’t recommend a better boarding place than this one! 10/10

Kayla is amazing with our pup Milo. She treats him like he is hers. She’s flexible to work around my schedule, affordable and I never worry about him when we board with her. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

The Dog House grooms Charlie in a way no one else can get right! I’m particular about his cut and Kayla manages to get it just perfect while treating him with such kindness and tenderness. (He has anxiety.) 10/10 recommend!!!

My older Hound has really bad knee joints, so I wouldn’t even entertain the thought of leaving him with a groomer, Altho he desperately needed a bath. I was afraid the groomer wouldn’t pay attention and Buster would slip and really hurt himself. All those fears went out the door when I caught Kayla’s FB videos. She is so gentle and so knowledgeable of the older pups. She really has a heart for them. So much so that she has traveled to PA for certification in grooming “geriatric” pets. She even sent me a video of Buster getting groomed and bathed (she knew I was really nervous leaving him😊) He was loving every minute of it. I HIGHLY recommend Kayla@ The Dog House. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I rescued a puppy an after over $500 vet payment i took him here for his nails. The lady here made it like he was only pet that mattered it was amazing he was scared but she pampered him an made it great for him. Plus she did a great job with perfectly great price. I will definitely use them for all my dogs grooming needs. I did notice the day care an the animals were in heaven. There was a young child petting an loving all them you could clearly see the dogs were so happy an just loving there time here. Only issue I might see is ....is these animals were so happy .....they may not want to go home after here being here

Our dogs LOVE going to see Kayla! They usually don't want to leave. 🥰 She runs a clean, organized business that focuses on caring for our dogs when we can't be with them. We have used The Dog House for grooming, daycare & boarding. 10/10 would recommend! She accommodated my work schedule without hesitation, which I greatly appreciated! She sends us videos of them playing or pictures of them getting groomed. She offers tips & pointers on how to better care for them, based on their breed, age & behavior. I know when Dodger or Boston are with her, they are well taken care of & attended to, thoroughly! We are SO grateful for the services The Dog House provides. 💯

I love The Dog House—I wish I could give it more than five stars. My pup Charlie is a little... how do I say this... "difficult?" To the point at which I used to have the worst anxiety about boarding him. The last place I took him told me that he did not get along with the other dogs, and he came back covered in scratches. Unable to find someone to watch him at my house before a last-minute trip, I called The Dog House to board him, sharing the warning that he is not the best-behaved boy with other dogs. When it came time for me to pick him up, Heather let me know that he not only tolerated the other dogs, but ran around and played with them as well. She even dubbed him the "ladies' man." It says a lot about how the dogs are treated and how much care Kayla and the staff put into the dogs. Now, The Dog House is the only place I'll take him, and I have to say that he LOVES it as well. (It's also super fun to watch the videos that are shared on Facebook—cuteness overload!)

Kayla and her husband were so good about easing my anxiety leaving my 4 month old pup overnight. She sent me updates and a video to show he was doing good, and even said she would put him in their bed if he couldn’t sleep in his cage. Definitely Would recommend for boarding and daycare!

I absolutely love Paws and Pals. My dog Nathan has attended boarding, daycare, and been groomed there and they always do great with him. I especially appreciate how they do nail trims as his nails have never been smoother. Exceptional staff and prices! I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot praise Paws N Pals enough! I needed to board my dog Sugar recently. I was traveling from Georgia to attend a funeral so my request was last minute. The owners accommodated me and made extra arrangements after hours to make sure I had one less issue to worry about. They are kind and courteous and I knew immediately Sugar was in good hands. I recently boarded my 95 pound Doberman here for 5 nights. The staff did a great job handling his energy and making sure he got in exercise. He came home very happy and clean, after they gave him a a bath and trimmed his nails. Would recommend Paws N Pals for daycare and boarding!

Absolutely love this place. They are so good with ur furbabys. They also do a great job cutting their hair. I took mine dog to a different groomer in the Oak Hill area and my dog hated to go and was absolutely terrified whenever I took her. I’m glad I had another choice to take her to because she loves it whenever she goes to get her hair done and it’s crazy but she is so happy whenever she gets done and I go pick her back up she loves her hair. 🥰😍

Took my Lab Newfoundland mix for a much needed bath in January, they did a Great job!How they removed so much undercoat I'll never know, but Jake felt so much better and he smelled so good for months, even after taking swims in the pond. Time to make another appointment. Thank you for always doing such a great job!

They butchered our dogs ears and said they were matted in places. She pulled them out and made them bald. Said they will not grow back. If you care about your pets DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE!!!!!! There is such a thing called detangler that could have been used instead of putting our little dog in pain.

Used All Tails Delightful boarding for Cooper-my 1st time. A nice facility, clean, neat, and orderly. Each stall had its own small run outside. The owners kept in contact, providing a status of my pet. Job well done.. thank you.

I took my dog there for our honeymoon. I’m always apprehensive of leaving my dog out of my sight honestly but this kennel deserves 10 stars. Super clean, explain the whole process, sent daily updates and kept my minds at ease. I was confident before I even left from dropping him off he was I good hands! Great price as well. I will be using this kennel again, I wouldn’t consider taking your fur baby anywhere else!

All Tails Delightful definitely kept our hearts and minds at ease while they kept Nina for a week long vacation! We received pictures and videos of her daily! We will be adding a puppy sibling next summer while we are on vacation and I have absolutely no worries! Their pricing is very reasonable. You even get a great deal if boarding more than 1 pet. We are so happy to have found All Tails Delightful 🙂

I took my German Shorthaired Pointer to a meet and greet before I left her for a week. Crystal is super nice and the facilities were clean and well secured. I've never had to board an animal before. This being the first time and after meeting Crystal and seeing where my dog would be I felt ok with leaving her. Crystal sent me pics of Piper while I was gone. When I picked Piper up she was healthy and happy. They had let her play with their 2 dogs and that was awesome. I will definitely use this boarding home again if need be. It is close to where I live so that is a plus.and they are an awesome couple. The price was very reasonable. I was pleased with the care and cost. Super happy. Thank you Crystal and Chester.

Wonderful place to leave your animals while on vacation! It was so nice not having to worry about them while we were gone. I received pictures unprompted and if I wanted to check in, they were super quick to answer and let me know how they were doing. 10/10 would recommend and already have scheduled to use again.

The owners were very kind and respectful. We were sent daily pics and videos, which I greatly appreciated. We will definitely use All Tails Delightful again.

Very easy and pleasant experience. They were very responsive from the first contact. Shared info through text and they also followed up with me through a phone conversation. Very clean, smaller boarding house so it wasn’t overwhelming for our pets. They also provided photos and videos while were gone which is a nice touch. Our dogs were very happy and content while there for 10 days.

The owners are amazing and took great care of our puppies while we were out of town. Crystal was always very responsive and sent pictures and videos often so we were able to see how they were doing. We definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!!

Ziggy was very well taken care of during his stay …I must say SPOILED TO DEATH…lol. The kennels are very clean and spacious. He had access to the yard. He enjoyed playtime with the other dogs and was one tired boy when he came home. Ziggy also goes to daycare and I can’t say enough about how satisfied we are!

All Tails groomed my three beagles today. They can be a handful but these ladies done great ! They done a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back soon !

My dog Sailor and his best pal Oslo had a blast at Barks and Boops doggy day camp today! They got to share a kennel while we adventured in the New River Gorge! Emma was awesome and took great care of the pups for the day. Highly recommend!

Super clean and staff are amazing with the pups left in their care! 10/10 recommend. These people are animal lovers and will treat your dog just like their own.
