I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. My dog had a medical emergency while in John’s care and I credit him with saving my pup’s life. You couldn’t ask for a better sitter in a pressure situation. He also communicated regularly during the stay, keeping me posted on how my pup was doing. Would recommend John to anyone who needs a sitter they can trust.

I was very happy with the love and affection that was very apparent when Travis and Shannon met the pups. I received one picture on my trip and was happy to see Shannon cuddled under a doggie pile. Nothing like seeing your dogs being loved by others as their own. Every thing was in its place when I return which was nice. I also received a welcome home gift handmade by them which was very lovely and made my day. I highly recommend them as trustworthy and reliable pet sitters to anyone.

Marlen was such a blessing. We had another sitter cancel just a week before our vacation date so I was so relieved that she was able to step in at such short notice. She came to meet our pups a few days in advance so they would recognize her. While we were away, Marlen sent picture updates and made sure the dogs were cared for. So glad to have found someone like her to help us out.

This is our second time welcoming Michele and we were so happy to have her back! Our dogs Pedro and Samantha love her and it is clear she loves them! Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. We can't say enough great things about her and hope you are lucky enough to get her as a sitter for your pets.

Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Susan and Jim were amazing sitters for my 2 boys whilst I went to Portugal to play golf. Communication we had prior to the sit was excellent, and we were able to discuss the dogs in detail. They arrived the day before I was due to leave so we were able to have a good handover. They really looked after the dogs well, and my house was immaculate when I returned. Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.

One of our dogs, Beau, is extremely high energy and it takes a special person so make sure he gets enough mental and physical stimulation each day. My pup and I felt welcomed, and my 8mo old is 104lb and clumsy. Very reasonably priced, attentive, and really listened to my concerns and needs. My previous vet, the staff could care less when you walked in the door, and they were double the price on just about everything. They book way out, which is the only downfall, but now I know why it took a bit to get in. They're fantastic all around. Update: (pic 2 day post surgery, swelling starting to go down) Fisher just finished surgery there. Staff and doctors were super attentive, informative, and followed up if I had questions. Another great experience. Trust in my vet feels good!
I absolutely love Green Acres. Dr. K is such a compassionate and loving doctor and person. The staff at Green Acres has treated me and my pets like family. I had to unfortunately put my beloved cat; Ryan of 16 years old to sleep. Not only did Dr. K and the staff show me and my precious boy, empathy and love, but they did not even charge me for the service. Dr. K was familiar with Ryan's case and had been attentive and concerned. This center is by far the best out there. Not only are they extremely affordable, but they are extremely courteous and caring. I would never take my beloved pets anywhere else! Thank you, Green Acres, for all you do!
The receptionist woman with the bob cut should absolutely not being working with animals or the public in any regard. Several times she was condescending and rude. We were informed this morning to be there by 4pm to come and pick up our kittens. When I had shown up a bit early she had told me "I don't know who told you to come in at 4" along with "we didn't call you" in a snarky tone of voice. So had waited until 5:10 to go back like I was informed and the first thing I heard when entering the building was the same lady saying out loud "I'm just done with people today." When then taking the crates out to the car I was offered help by the same woman, who when I let her know my car was parked in the gravel parking spots told me to pull the car around because "I'm not walking that far." Who then went back inside after I had pulled the car around so why offer help at all? All of this combined is deplorable unprofessional behavior and again this person should not be working in an industry where she needs to talk to people. I would not recommend doing business with this place unless you'd also like to be spoken to as if you're no more than an inconvenience to this individual's day. * Edit I believe this woman's name was Nancy. 1 Positive thing about my experience here was Kate was above and beyond helpful and polite with setting up our appointment.
I went by recently to adopt a wonderful dog. The staff there was super nice and took time answering my questions. It looks like it's kept up very well and the dogs all looked great!
Best Pet Care in the world. Dr. K is thee best vet my fur babies have ever had. Nancy and the staff are compassionate, caring, true paw-baby-lovers. My Jacqueline, lived as long as she did because of Dr. K's care.
Can't speak highly enough of this place. Very thankful for their last minute affordable assistance they provided for my kittens leg amputation. Kind and supportive staff. Rude and nasty people here . The owners only care about getting your money. They allow the dogs to fight and get injured. I took my cat here to be neutered and they held him for 10 hours and decided to preform the surgery 3 hours before actually giving him back. So he sat for 7 hours for no reason. I told the owner I changed my mind and wanted my cat back and they did the surgery anyway and returned him covered in urine to me. This was a horror house. Stay far away.

Updated 5/2/2024: Nelly had a check up and shots with Dr K today. I love how she approaches Nelly, with gentleness. She doesn't mind meeting her on the floor either. Nelly got a new ball and a smoothie (ice water lol) with Mom after the visit for being such a good girl!
Green Acres is blessed with Dr. K who performed dental surgery on my male cat, she is very good at explaining the process & answering questions. Dr. K is professional and her services are affordable to promote healthier pets in the community. My fur baby's teeth look great and he's doing well because the staff handled him respectfully given his high stress level. I am relieved that his oral hygiene is much improved. Thank you!

We were so fortunate to have found Lori Rae last year. We met her last summer and she immediately impressed us with her effortless way with animals, good aura, and positive attitude. She mentioned how she likes pets more than most people and we couldn’t agree more! She always sends texts and photos of the cats with a little update. Lori Rae is very respectful of the level of interaction you need/want. She also goes above and beyond with other petsitting plusses such as mail retrieval, watering plants etc. Her prices are very reasonable considering she spends a minimum of 40 minutes with the pets. As an added benefit she has been a veterinary technician since 1995. Her expertise and hands on experience caring for animals gives me great peace of mind while we are away. I know the cats enjoy her visits and are happy we have found a fun, trustworthy, and responsible pet sitter! I would recommend her to anyone in the Howard County area seeking excellent pet sitting services.
