The ladies did an amazing job on my yorkie. I was able to bring her in the same day on a Saturday and it only took about two hours. I highly recommend.

They always do a great job grooming my standard poodle and they also have affordable dog boarding. The photo I attached is not physically at bark avenue pet spa but it is the haircut and dye they did for my poodle so I included it.

Wonderful people and atmosphere. I have taken Lily here for grooming, as well as, daycare services. Each time she has been welcomed warming and affectionately, the place is clean inside and out. She comes to me happy and ready to go home. Prices are very reasonable.

I was missing my fur baby Sam and they had a GP and let me a tip by to see if she was mind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The person in charge stayed I contact with me and shared my Sam picture.

Love this crew and how loving they are towards my pup! They’ve been nothing but good to us and her. Everyone treats her as if she’s their own and i trust her with them without a doubt. She gets so excited as soon as we turn in the parking lot!

Great people. We needed a place to board two cats overnight as we were traveling and they were able to take care of them for us.

The only thing worse than their service is their attitude. Terrible customer service. They left my dog outside in mud all day when I paid for daycare. When I picked her up, I asked if they could bathe her. She said she wasn't going to do that. Don't let them abuse your pet!

Gambit loves it, so I love it! He’s a completely new dog since going there to socialize with other pups. And the grooming is top notch. We’ve never had any issues, and will keep visiting❤️

My family's Golden Doodle Willow has been going here for a year or more. There has been a slight issue before, this was addressed and haven't had a problem since. I would highly recommend!

Mr Bill is the best. Apollo doesn't get along with many but is a complete baby in his hands. We use daycare regularly and month long stays for when we go out of the country. The best.

Mr. Billy(owner) is a wonderful man. I was very pleased with the service provided to my fur baby. Ollie was very happy when I picked him up. If my fur baby is happy then I am happy!

First time boarding our dogs here. Went away for 10 days and had to leave the pups, 4 of them. Everyone was very nice, the facility is clean, and the price is very fair. Very accommodating. Also had our bernedoodle and goldendoodle groomed while they were there and Bobbi did an excellent job on them! They had given all 4 a nice bath prior to picking them up and had little treat bags for each as we left. Will definitely use them again.

Such an amazing Groomer. She has the biggest heart for animals and it absolutely shows. I thoroughly enjoy sitting and talking with the owner as my puppy gets groomed. All around the best place you could ever take your 4 legged family members!!

They take such good care of my fur baby! His grooming is always perfect. Bobby Lynn is very talented. They don’t just leave the babies in the kennel all day. Mr. Bill walks and plays with them all throughout the day. The facility is always so clean. I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! 💜

Left our GSD with him last week. She received excellent care. The gentleman who owns the facility is very nice and treats the dogs very well. The facility is clean and well maintained. Lots of room for your dogs and they don’t stay locked up. He takes them outside in separate fenced in lots for exercise. When we got her back, she had been bathed and groomed. He met me to pick her up late on a Sunday evening. Try getting your vet to do that! The cost is very reasonable and worth every penny.

I have left my 2 dogs there several times. I love that they get to go out to a cyclone fenced area several times a day. They do not go out with other dogs. That’s a big plus for me. It’s a wooded area, and the dogs sometimes see deer and rabbits. Their prices are very fair. Mr. Bill really cares about dogs.

Lucky seems to love camp. I've been battling a lot of health issues and it helps me rest knowing he's in good hands. The workers go above and beyond for him. I wish I could afford more days but with my added medical expenses I can't. Thanks guys for all you do for Lucky. God bless

Huey went here on and off for a year while I was working in the area. He loved it so much! The staff is amazing, they all knew him by name and seemed genuinely happy to see him. I also got some priceless pictures of him :) wish we were still in the area.

Our dogs are often greeted by name when we walk in to our Camp Bow Wow. Our dogs come home exhausted after a few days of boarding at our camp. We can tell, by watching the live cameras, it’s because they’ve been playing so hard! And I love the sweet photos and email I receive after their Spaw Days!

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow Ridgeland is so nice and welcoming of my little pup. I love when I sign him up for enhancements, they send me the cutest pictures.

I love the fact that Bella Grace gets to have fun, be social and get some much needed play time with her friends. I also love Sabrina, Robert, Samantha and Alyssa. They are PHENOMENAL not only to Bella Grace but to ALL little fur babies that attend Camp Bow Wow!

L'il Bit loves going to Camp Bow Wow. We love that she's happy when she's there and has the opportunity to hang out with her friends along with getting some exercise. We also appreciate how y'all handled her medical emergency when we were out of town. Lastly, we love that y'all do what you do to help out the Animal Rescue Communities in the area. Our fur baby SkyBleu loves Camp Bow Wow Ridgeland. The staff is very attentive to their guest and their pet parents. We always use them instead of the Camp closest to us whenever we can. Thank you for taking good care of our SkyBleu.

Keegan is a huge fan of Camp Bow Wows and has been to many across the country. Today was his first time at Camp Bow Wow Ridgeland and he had a blast making new friends and doing spooky picasso with Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Sam. They even sent me a email from Keegan highlighting his day with photos. If you are looking for doggie daycare, boarding or grooming, I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Ridgeland and know you'll be a fan too.

The staff is so nice and love their jobs! My little Italian Greyhound goes to daycare 1-2 times a week and loves it! She’s been going for over a year and we haven’t had any issues with injuries or anything. She always comes home tired from a full day of playing. It’s also very convenient that they can giver her a bath or nail trim any day she is at camp. I’ve never boarded.

We feel confident and comfortable with Camp Bow Wow's folks knowing our Aussie, Nellie is in good hands. Nellie especially loves the warm fuzzies.

I had to put my cat Chester down after having him for 18 years. Everyone there was so caring and sweet. They truly have compassion for you and your pet.

Always a pleasant experience. At least for me (the human). LOL!!! The staff up front is so friendly and helpful. And, the doctor's attention to our Annie's needs is top notch. I really love the constant communication through text when she has to be there for a couple of days.

We had an emergency with our black lab while on a road trip through the area. The people at The Animal Medical Clinic got her right in immediately and saved her life. If we lived closer we would without a doubt take our animals to these guys. If you are looking for an amazing vet this is your place.

What a fantastic clinic. Whether you have an appointment or not the staff is prompt in servicing it's clients. Boarding is spectacular, medical care is terrific, and a nice selection of foods and necessities that your pet might need. They are not only responsive to your "family member's" needs but they also ensure caring for you during a difficult time because that is just as important. I have been to many clinics, in many states, with many pets, and I have to say Animal Medical Clinic is one of the best, by far.

I came from out of town for an emergency and Dr. Mann helped us out immediately. Not to mention it was July 4th. I’m so thankful they were available to take my dog!! I was blubbering like a baby thinking my dog was going to die from an allergic reaction and the staff there was so quick to help.

I took my 15week old bully puppy to get her Ears cropped and received the exact crop I wanted with no issues. I couldn’t be happier with her appearance and her care. Dr. Krapac is definitely the best in MS and probably one of the top in the country.

We have been using Pet Haven for 2 years. Great people and great service! The owners are always there and take very good care of my pet. Dolly is happy to visit her friends and ready to rest after a day of play! :)

Never, ever trust them!!! True enough, my pup went in looking like a longhaired, free loving happy hippie. She was flea free with no tangles pic 1 & 4. Gave them picture 2 as guide to how she was to be cut. When picked up, she looked like a wet monkey's butt pic 5. Absolutely nothing, like picture!!! Male owner said he was the one that groomed her. Nail where not trimmed and as you can tell jagged clipper cuts everywhere.

These people are very nice and friendly but I won’t be returning. I boarded with this people once but stopped going because they have a kid that runs around with the dogs. Random small children shouldn’t be around dogs especially a professional dog daycare, that’s just a disaster waiting to happen. You need to put your kid in a daycare, I’m confused why someone’s daughter is there. No professional dog day care has a child running around. I don’t bring my child to my job. It’s just weird and inappropriate. It’s concerning because kids that small aren’t well behaved and well mannered around animals I don’t know if she grabbed my dogs tail or bothered my dog. I don’t trust random kids around my dog…

We had a great experience with Pet Haven! Our dog boarded with them for nearly a week and came home happy, tired, and peaceful. You could tell that he felt safe and well cared for. We will definitely be using Pet Haven in the future!

I have been taking my lab here for a couple of years now, and have used lots of other places around town over the years. This is by far and away the best place that I have found to feel good about leaving my dogs for an extended stay. Belle actually likes to go here and does not want to leave. As where she could not wait to get away from some other places. Great People and Great Service at Pet Haven! Thank you for taking such great care of my Belle!

i really enjoyed Pet Haven in comparison to other dog daycares in the area! my dog Annie (Angelica) came back to me so excited and i’m positive she was well loved during her stay! only thing is i may have wanted to be informed about her bunking with someone else beforehand , but i don’t mind at all since i know her anxiety can be a lot when separated ! i called back to inquire what kind of dogs and the genders (to personally know what kind of dogs to possibly adopt in the future) and i was able to get a response of who she was around the past 4 days of her stay! would recommend and so thankful for someone loving my angelica as much as i do!

Katherine and the team have been watching our dog for a couple years, and I can tell you they take care of him like he is their own. We always feel assured he will be loved and looked out for after drop off.

Pet home away from home! I left my dog for one night and had a good experience. I never had a small dog before and they explained to me that small dogs do not do well with neck collars because it collapses their trachea, so the gifted me a chest collar! Would definitively recommend.

My dog was boarded here for a week while my husband and I went on vacation. I truly think these are sweet people who care for the dogs who stay with them. My dog was happy to come inside and go with them when we left him. However, immediately after picking him up I noticed constant sneezing, runny nose, and coughing that was not present before dropping him off. I understand things happen, and it’s not necessarily their fault he got sick. But we were never notified or told even when I asked how he was/how he had done over the week. He ended up having to go to the vet to receive shots and medication for a respiratory infection he did not have before his stay. He had had post nasal drip for long enough to have it make him throw up and unable to eat. I was also told he would receive a bath before we picked him up, and I’m not sure if he did. I had to bathe him the day after picking him up as he was pretty dirty. All in all, I think they care for your dogs and I appreciate how the business is run seeing that they receive frequent walks and plenty of playtime. I just would have appreciated them telling me my dog had become sick during his stay before sending him home with me.

We LOVE it here. We send our 3 very energetic dogs here and it is their home away from home. Katherine is a godsend who truly cares for our pets like her own. We are very grateful for her.

We wouldn't go anywhere else! Ashley and her mom take such great care of our goldendoodle, Jet! He actually loves to go board with them - he gets so excited when he gets out of the car at the kennel every single time we take him over there!

By far the best boarders in Mississippi! The owner and her daughter work super hard and care for your fur babies just as you would! They give each pet one on one attention! They even care for the special dog that is spoiled rotten and requires to be picked up and carried outside, lol! Sophie loves to go on vacation here and we love them too! This is an excellent place to take your pets for a stay. It is true that the business has changed ownership a few times in recent years but the current owners are bringing Wee Paws back! We boarded our dog there in July and the experience was excellent. If you haven't tried Wee Paws in the past year or so, give them another try!

My Dogs didn't want to leave! I left for a trip and needed a place for my dogs to stay. Wee Paws was recommended to me by a fellow teacher. I called a couple days before I left and they were super friendly on the phone, with space for my dogs! Their rates are affordable and the dogs have so much room outside to play. The kennel fit both the dogs comfortably (one golden and one daschund) and their toys/beds! I also got my dogs' nails cut and this is the first time that I've gotten their nails cut and been happy with the service. Last time I went to Petsmart and they tried to cut my dogs' nails and gave up after one paw. Wee Paws got through all four paws of my picky dogs! I'd highly recommend anyone that's nervous, call and go visit! The facility is super clean.. and although they're far out for some people (30 minute drive for me), it's super worth it to be happy with where your dogs are kenneled!

They took such good care of my baby!! I had to leave him in their care for about 10 days. I was a nervous wreck since he's had such bad experiences in kennels before. I was sent a few pictures of him playing and enjoying himself. I was overjoyed!! I will definitely bring him back whenever I have to leave town.

Thank you! My wife and I were traveling to Mississippi for a funeral when we had a medical emergency. My wife needed brain surgery and our dog was inside our SUV on the hospital parking lot. Trying to look after him and my wife was crazy experience. I called B&B Luckney up and they got me in immediately. Chomp, my Olde English Bulldog has been there for a few days now. Today I visited him and he was very happy and well cared for. I was happy with everything I saw. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will be back, you can totally trust them with your pet.

I have four pets and we get all of our vaccines up to date and at lakeland animal clinic with rest of our dogs. We keep 1 dog here, it doesn’t make sense to keep all 4 pets at this resort because of the cost they require to keep 1 of our dogs. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. While I understand that pet loyalty to exams done there are to keep other pets coming, you could just inflate my charges knowing you have had my pet there. But instead. They trick us into bringing our dog and paying for the initial exam without mentioning I need to do the every exam at this location. While I don’t have an issue of bringing one of my dogs there for her vaccines, maybe a good practice of business is sending your clients reminders to bring them there for their vaccines. Instead you charge an initial, hold us hostage to coming back, then refuse to have any customer retention program to not miss our vaccines like every other vet in town. I’m sorry that other vets have a good program to keep you coming back and not holding us hostage. This is pathetic and I am furious that I even have to leave a review considering I explained this to you all in the very beginning. Train your staff to explain better to other customer before you trick people and try better to keep your customers coming back with a piece of mail or a phone call.

I love their boarding set up. Staff is friendly and willing to correct any mistakes made on their end. Very professional. I don’t board anywhere else!! Also, I’m pretty sure my dogs love it here.

We feel so comfortable with the Vet side and the Bed and Biscut. Our dog has been going to both for over a year. The staff and the Vets are very caring and welcoming when we come.

My dogs love the place but of course, they love more the staff … very loving people. When we have to leave our dogs there we feel relax and secure for them and they, our dogs, don’t even look at us; they just go inside wagging their tails very happy!

Having a anxious pet, we are very selective on where we board him. The staff were very accommodating to his needs. When he was picked up he very alert and happy, not anxious at all! Can not recommend them enough.

Luckney, has always taken very good care of our fur baby Wrangler. When we take a weekend trip he goes to stay at Luckney. Great pricing and they take very good care of him.

Highly recommend ARKs Pet Academy & Resort! It’s flora’s best kept secret! I boarded two of my dogs here & they had so much fun! They came home clean & smelling so great. It was not what I was use to when boarding my animals, staff kept me informed on how they where doing our whole trip!

Arks is a really good place to board your dog, get grooming done, and/or just to leave your dog the day to run and play with other pups. Their facilities are very safe, clean, nice and extensive in a country setting. The entire Arks staff is very attentive, professional, loving, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with their service and we will be going back again soon.

We had a great experience with Lynn at Arks. We had never boarded our big poodle puppy before and I felt good knows she would get a lot of time outside playing with her new friends. I think she had a great time and we’ll be using Arks again soon!

Lynn, with the help of Andrew, took wonderful care of my French Bulldog, Jax. They both seem to really love and care for each dog as if they were their own. I would recommend ARK for several reasons - boarding, training, grooming, just to name a few. I am already booking my next visit :)

Arks is a wonderful place to take your fur baby. It is growing daily, becoming more and more beautiful. If you want to train, board or pamper your fur baby, this is the place to go.

Lynn and her team have done a wonderful job helping me train Harley, my young Ambully pup. I have also used Ark for boarding and Harley always comes home happy.

New to me and the Best Friend and they have done a wonderful job of making him social. He loves it and I am relieved to have a place he enjoys so much.

I often go out and play with the dogs, they are always so happy to be there and all love the big open area we have. I'd 100% recommend bringing your dog here!

Upon arrival the ladies were very helpful in checking us in, I stated I want my pups fed their own food 1.They have sensitive tummies. 2.We put CBD oil on their food to assist in calming them down. We'd just driven 11 hours to drop my daughter off at school so, I know leaving them, they'd be a little anxious. Pick up was a little chaotic, my dogs harness wasn't on correctly causing him stress as he was trying to get to me, to get out! Upon our arrival home, I noticed my pup is walking with a limp, at first, I attributed it to being on the road but it's been a few days and he still is limping. I'm not sure what happened but, they attend daycare on a regular so, I'm at a lost...I wonder if they were fed at all, we were given the same amount of food we gave upon check in and they were exceptionally thirsty. Just my experience, as someone who works with dogs, I'm also a hard customer. I expect my dogs to be cared for they way they should be, they way they've paid their money to be. I won't say I won't be back, I will say, I'll definitely be more adamant about my wishes if so. Then again, I probably won't be back. You don t really get to many chances to make me uncomfortable about your business.

We never miss our weekly visit to day camp. We've also boarded here. The people are great and facilities are excellent. Prices are good too.

My 2 Rottweilers was well cared for.

We have used Julia numerous times to come to our home for a daily visit to let our 3 dogs out and spend a little time with them. We recently used her for overnight stays in our home during the holidays. Her son did a great job and took excellent care of our dogs. I definitely recommend Priority Pets.

Julia and her soon took excellent care of our springer spaniel, Lucy, while we were away from home during the past three years, for short and extended periods of time, and while Lucy was alive. Lucy developed blindness and glaucoma and although she could get around on her own inside the house, she needed special attention going outside and regular eye drops. Julia and her son came to walk Lucy and give her her eye drops regularly. We always felt very comfortable leaving Lucy in the care of Julia and her son, knowing that they would tend to Lucy as we would. We recommend Priority Pets highly.

Julia and her son have come to the rescue on numerous occasions at my home. She takes excellent care of my three dogs while we are away. One of our dogs is a rescue that was extremely traumatized, he would not go within 50 feet of anyone other than two or three trusted humans. (no exaggeration) Julia very slowly and carefully has established trust with this animal over the past 9 months. He even jumped in her lap the other day, happy to see her. We were shocked😊 She is dependable, consistent, reasonable and very patient. I don't know what we would do without her.....I recommend her services highly.

Julia was great! She has taken care of my dog and two cats for the year I lived in Jackson. Very reliable and accommodating when I had to make adjustments to our schedule last minute. She really seemed to love animals and I felt great with them under her care!

Short version: Julia (owner) refused to have a meet-and-greet with my special needs dog and was very rude when I spoke with her on the phone. Long version: This all happened a couple of months ago. I have a special needs Australian Shepard that was born deaf and is progressively losing her eyesight at the age of 6. Gabriella is also very anxious around new people and either likes you or doesn't and once she has decided she won't change her mind. Due to this I needed Gabby to meet the potential new pet sitter well before we left so that I could see if she liked that person or not. My plan was to have Gabby meet with a pet sitter and if she liked them then they would be hired and if not then I would move on to the next one. Approximately 6-8 weeks before we left for our trip I contacted Priority Pets and spoke with Julia, the owner. After Julia and I spoke for a few minutes she stated that she would come by and have a meet-and-greet 2 weeks before our trip. I hesitated for a moment after she said this and before I could ask if she could come by in the next week or so, Julia very rudely asked me if I was "interviewing" pet sitters as if that was some sort of faux pas (no pun intended). When I replied yes, Julia cut me off and rudely told me "Nothing personal, but I do not have time to come out and meet your dogs if I am not going to get the job". I was so disgusted and shocked that I was at a loss for words. Before I had a chance to tell her that I would have been more than happy to pay for her to come out and meet my babies in case she didn't get the job, she stated "Call me back once you have interviewed everyone else" as if she knew the other pet sitters I would contact would be absolutely horrible and she would be my only choice. What if I would have waited until 2 weeks before our trip and Gabby did not like Julia? I would have had 2 weeks to hopefully find someone else and hope they were not booked up. If Gabby was like her brother, laid back and didn't care who came over because he loves everyone, then 2 weeks would have been fine, but she is not. I completely understand that it costs money and time to have a meet-and-greet which is why I would have been more than happy to compensate her for that but I was never allowed an opportunity to say that. There is absolutely no reason to speak to a potential customer so disrespectfully, that is not how you run a business and how you get new clients. If you do not have the time to come out and meet my special needs pet, how could I ever trust you to have the time to give her the attention and care that is required while I am gone. Julia may very well be an amazing pet sitter but I would suggest you find someone else if you have a special needs animal or you want to be treated with respect. This story does have a great ending though. I ended up finding the most amazing pet sitter that Gabby fell in love with instantly. This pet sitter also offered to come over and meet Gabby as many times as needed for us to feel comfortable before our trip. We have now used this pet sitter twice and would never use anyone else.

Julia Cranford, of Priority pets, has taken care of 3 of my Golden Retrievers for many years. She's cared for them when they were sick, and required medication. She's walked them in the rain and sunshine. She also helped me with errands when I was wheel-chair bound for 6 months. I trust her and her family with a key to my house. I wouldn't use anyone else. I know she will love my dogs, send me any needed updates, and watch out for my house when I'm out of town. They don't come any better than Julia.

We've used her to watch our cats for the past 2 years and she has done a wonderful job.
