I have used the services of TLC In-Home Pet Care several times over the last few years and I have been extremely impressed with the care they provide my cat Callie while I am out of town! When Callie was just 6 months old, we had a family vacation planned and I was nervous about leaving her on her own for long periods of time. My vet's office recommended TLC and I reached out to them right away. I really like that they do a meet and greet first so they can get to know your pet a little bit and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Another positive is that they hold different certifications, including ones in pet first aid and CPR. On top of all this, Laura and Rich are wonderful people and they really do go above and beyond when they come check on my furry loved one. Detailed notes about each visit are left for me at home, as well as on their online client portal. Pictures are often left in the visit notes as well. I can't recommend Laura, Rich, and the TLC care team enough! I have so much more piece-of-mind knowing the Callie is being looked after by a great team of people while I'm out of town. I look forward to continued use of their services in the future!

I’ve been using Laura and Rich and their gang for cat sitting since we moved to Fort Wayne from out of state several months ago. I’ve used them for several short trips of 3-7 days and for a 3-week trip over Christmas where they spent nights at our house. The care they provide for my two kitties is top notch, even with the one who isn’t especially friendly. They know just how to keep her feeling safe and loved! I absolutely trust them with my two kitties and in my home, and I highly, highly recommend TLC In-Home Pet Care.

We love Rich and Laura and we honestly couldn’t have gotten our dog with out their help! My husband and I both work long hours (8 and 12-14 respectively) and when we first adopted our 4 month old puppy, we knew we’d need help. I had taken the 1st 2 weeks off work in order to get him house broken and start some basic training and they were able to help foster his skills from there! They gave us recommendations on how often they should visit him to start since we had no idea what we were doing and our dog loved having their company! Always gave detailed reports of their visits and even gave us some advice when he got sick. Some of the cutest pictures I have of our dog is ones that they took! Since we moved out of Fort Wayne, we don’t use them any more but wish they lived where we do now so we could keep them!

TLC (Laura and Rich) are exceptional at what they do. We have been using them since we moved here and it has been a blessing having them care four our 2 (previously 3) fur babies in our home. You can tell they are animal lovers and they have always been respectful of our home. If you have never experienced in-home pet care, I would suggest trying TLC at least once. Not having to take our boys (dogs) to be boarded makes leaving less stressful. We know our boys will be together, safe, cared for exceptionally well, and comfortable in their own home.

My Mom passed away recently and we needed to leave the country ASAP. It was our first time availing services of a pet sitter and chose TLC because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed at all! For 2 weeks, Laura took care of our 2 feathered babies. Laura was amazing, gave us daily updates and pictures, very professional and trustworthy as well. Furthermore, the app makes it very convenient for payments, scheduling, instructions, etc. We most definitely will use TLC’s services again.

We have been using TLC for about 5 years for our dogs and birds. They always go above and beyond in taking care of our pets. I love the updates at each visit so we know how things are going while we are away. We had a dog that needed a lot of medications and they always did such a good job. Our pets adore them!

I can tell you that Rich, Laura and Emily have been an absolute blessing to us! It is the best feeling knowing we can go away and know our cats are being taken care of beyond measure! Every single one of them goes above and beyond in taking care of the cats and not only that but they pay close attention to details. They help sweep up the litter, bring in packages. We even forgot to ask them to take our trash bin to the curb and they wrote us and said we saw your neighbors bins at the curb so we took your trash down! Amazing ! Thank you all for taking such amazing care of Hank and Ivy and for always going above and beyond! Oh and their app is phenomenal and so easy to stay in touch with how our cats are doing! They send lots of pics too!

I can’t say enough good things about TLC’s pet sitting services! It’s clear that they’re not just professionals but also true animal-lovers. My dog, Bella, as well as my four cats were truly happy animals when I got back home, they really took to Laura and Rich (whom also happen to be my In-Laws!!) They went above and beyond, updating me with photos through-out the week. They even took care of little chores around the house such as bringing in the mail. I returned home to happy animals and a well looked after home. If you're looking for reliable, compassionate, and exceptional pet care, look no further. Laura takes great care of our pets when we travel. She also communicates regularly so we never have to worry and even send pictures. Our cat loves his visits and the attention he gets. Highly recommend!

Laura and Rich did an outstanding job taking care of our cats while we were on a trip. They were thorough, spoke at length with me to understand what care the cats needed, and followed it all up with incredible service. They left notes following each visit and sent us photos of our cats while we were gone, too! I highly recommend checking out TLC if you have pets that need to be visited while you’re out of town. Our cats were well taken care of and even the shy one warmed up to Rich and Laura!

We boarded both our dogs here. 1 a German shepherd, 1 an English collie. I thought the kennel for the shepherd was small. This was a first time. I'll take them there again. The owners were very courteous. Pick up and drop off times were convenient. I really can't give a review just yet.

We used Fly Way Bay Kennels for the first time. We dropped off our elderly golden retriever and a golden doodle pup. The kennel was clean, the owners attentive to our requests. My entire impression was one of competence, and care for our dogs. We surely will use them again.

Excellent facilties and the owners are wonderful people. They took great care of our doggies.

Rob and Michele Owen's are great with our babies. They spend time with them, give them treats and feed them the food we bring them. The dogs have a TV to listen to or watch. They have access to the outside and the inside part is kept warm and air conditioned. I would highly recommend this Kennel.

We have only had good experiences with Rob and Michelle. They are great with our dog! He seems to be excited to be there so we know they provide excellent care. We highly recommend them!

Such a great owner and sitter for my first time experience with Ambers Pampered Pets! Jennifer did an amazing job caring for my two senior pups while i was gone for a week. I felt like my pups were safe and sound with Jennifer and loved getting a visit report and pictures! All the things you want, to know your pups are safe at home. And let me tell you my dachshund is a challenging boy, but the owner Amber came over and helped Jennifer and I make a plan where my Oscar did much better while keeping Jennifer safe from nips. 🫣🩵thank you to both Amber and Jennifer! I’ve been using Ambers Pampered Pets since 2005. Great service we never worry when her crew cares for our pets. At times when we’ve had an unexpected emergency and needed to request service at the last minute they stepped up and made it happen. Thank for all the years of worry free pet care! What a wonderful surprise to find Amber's Pampered Pets. I have a shy cat who loves lots of play time and snuggles from ONLY me. Even my grandkids send him to the closet to hide. APP's Jennifer came for the meet and greet and I was worried he wouldn't even show. But her quiet presence had him curious, and within minutes he was right there to meet her and sit on her lap. I loved the daily reports, including all the details of his care, which included medicinal attention and the wonderful pictures she sent. She even offered to take in our mail (which I had forgotten to stop) and our trash bin! The biggest surprise of the meet and greet was that our equally shy standard poodle came out of hiding to meet her. We will be calling on her to care for our babies any time we have occasion to get away. In fact, knowing we have this available will encourage us to do it more often! I also love the perfectly well thought out business plan of Amber's Pampered Pets company. Including the clock in and clock out feature on the app making it clear we were getting what we paid for. Natosha did a GREAT job for me. I have 4 dogs, one that is reactive. She handle them with care, and professionism. After every visit, I received an update along with pictures. I couldn't have asked for someone better to take care of my pack . I now feel like I can leave home for vacation or a long weekend, and they will be in good hands. I love Amber's Pampered Pets and the many wonderful people who work on the team. My two girls were very well cared for by this team. I always felt good that they were taking care of my dogs as well as picking up the mail and checking the house when I was away. They are great!

Amber’s Pampered Pets did a great job taking care of our two cats. Sitter Gabs kept us informed the whole time we were away and sent lots of pictures. The app makes everything very easy. We will definitely be using their services again!

Amber's Pampered Pets service was amazing! My wife and I went on a week long vacation and instead of trying to board 8 cats, we opted to use Amber's service. We found them on a basic web search. From the first contact email everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly. Natosha and Chris came to our house before our vacation so they could meet the fur family and get to know us and them and our routine. They were very attentive and took notes and pictures. Once we left, we had them come twice a day. During each visit Chris or Natosha would send us updates. We knew what was happening and they took lots of pictures to let us know our pets were being cared for with much love. We would highly recommend this service if you have to travel. In home pet care is way less stressful on your animals. We will be using this service again! They are excellent!

Amber’s Pampered Pets is absolutely wonderful! I take great comfort knowing my pets are safe and happy while I’m away from home. I have two very shy dogs that take time to warm up to new people. Hailey and Gabby are truly incredible souls that understand their needs and haven’t pushed. Over time, my shy pups have started to warm up to them. I’m truly thankful for the service Amber provides our community. The sitters have great communication and show their love and dedication to animals. Thank you!

Very nervous about having someone in our home to take our dog out for walks etc Got a referral from our veterinarian never met anyone at this company. Turns out this was the BEST decision ever! Amber came in and was so sweet to our boy sent pictures & fed him. Came in twice. Our boy loved every minute of it actually booking now for more days. They are kind, trustworthy, fair, priced, and great with the dogs!! Sent about 15 pictures! Our dog was so happy!! If you’re thinking about using them, I would go ahead and book them!

Those people have clearly never boarded their pets here. I don't know what those people are talking about when they say their dogs were malnutritioned because that is not even how it works. All the clients fill out a form giving feeding instructions. The animal care givers follow those instructions. They feed the animals at least 2 times a day and they get treats at least 2 times a day. I have been bringing my pets here for years and they have always loved and taken excellent care of them. My pets all love coming here. They start singing when they know we are getting close and they run to the door when we arrive. I would never take my pets anywhere else! I am loyal customer for life! Thank you, I love you bunches!!

This is a great place to leave your dogs and cats when you go on vacation. The people are nice and they take excellent care of your pets! I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!!!

Hard to get a hold of owner. My dog came home smelling like the facility... Like urine, and collar smelt like a litter box.

I cannot say enough about how great Bed N Biscuit is. The animals are well taken care of, allowed play time and Misty gives extra attention to the animals that need special care. She spoils them. Love this place.

Conditions were poor, small building with dozens of animals in small cages. Would not take my dogs again. Paid for baths too and they smelled absolutely terrible.

My German Shepherd Triton has been coming here for 4 years and loves it. Misty (and everyone else) takes great care of him and he has a great time. He loves seeing the other dogs and loves having a bath too! I know he is safe and well taken care of. Triton gets very excited when he knows he is going to his home away from home. Thank you for all that you do!!

We have been coming here for YEARS. Misty does a fantastic job and always treats our dogs as her favorites! They have extra items to provide incase we forget something. I love how our newest dog is now warming up to Misty and no longer shy and nervous when we pull up. Definitely the best boarders in Noble county.

We recently lost our beloved fur baby and have 3 puppies to take care of. Misty has been great help to our situation she is very knowledgeable and kind and offered to help us with the feedings and care of the puppies while we were out of town and couldn’t take them with us.10 out of 10 would recommend the animal house bed and biscuit for all your pets needs when you are away!

My husky absolutely loves coming to stay the night and seeing her friends! She gets so excited when she sees the building and runs right to the door! She even adores her doggie day car once a week! I was nervous the first time leaving my dog because I’ve never done that before but the staff was reassuring and sent me pics threw out the day! I am glad to say when my other husky gets old enough he will be joining his sister for daycare! You guys are awesome thank you!

Great Place to board your Fuzzy Kids. We have boarded our precious babies here for years. You couldn't ask for better care & love. We boarded 2 large dogs, our little 5lb Pomeranian, Pixie, and 2 cats. They even took pics on cell and sent them to us!!! Love this place and the owners!!

Fun time at Von Aries. Findley visited Santa and got his picture taken with an ornament for free. The staff was nice and festive, you can tell they love their job and your furbaby. 🐾❤️ …

Used them for the first time and it was hassle free. We've never boarded our dogs before but the folks at Von Aries made it easy. Our dogs did just fine and we will be using Von Aries again in the future.

The staff is well trained and so nice to our German Shepherd... who is a big sissy... but they treat her like family.

I took my dog there once and ended up suing them. My dog left there so bruised his skin started to die and he went through months of suffering and Von Aries refused to pay all the vet bills they were responsible for. The owners were rude from the start and do not seem to be knowledgeable about grooming or to love animals. The court ruled that Von Aries was negligent in my dog’s grooming. I gave them a star only because zero wasn’t an option. They’re actually blaming us for what they did, saying he was in renal failure. We told them he had sensitive skin when we dropped him off. Two vets and lab tests proved there was no underlying condition as they claimed. They say it was about money, but it was about what they did to Whisper.

Now, I debated on writing this review but based on how they are handling the reviews it is clear they are not taking responsibility for what is going on in their facility. They are also attempting to control the narrative of this by having individuals write positive reviews and not allowing comments on their facebook page. We have used this facility twice now. The first time I would have rated it a 4/5. The only issue at that time is that my dog, who does not have anxiety, came back to us and had licked her jowls to the point of bleeding. Staff was worried about it and only thing that might have been better care would have been to call me. This most recent time though is horrendous. Firstly when we called they made it sound as if there was a general upper respiratory infection going around all the kennels, compared it to sending your child to daycare. Then when we get there have us sign a waiver, stating they are not responsible for any sickness but again was played off as if this was not a big deal. We get our dogs back and again my dog had bleeding the jowls but this time no discussion. Then both of them developed this terrible cough, one of our dogs is incredibly frail and we have been to the vet twice in the last week and we are working hard to make sure he does not develop a pneumonia, because he may not make it through that. To be clear, per my discussions with associates of mine who work in the veterinary business, this is the only kennel near by with a current outbreak. This kennel has shown that they do not care about dogs and only profit. They should have made it clear on the phone that they have a current outbreak in there kennel and then again when we dropped off the dogs. Although at that time it would have been too late because we were leaving immediately after. They need to shut down and do a deep cleaning for the good of their clientele. They will likely respond and say their vet said it was ok but I highly doubt that a medical professional would make such a broad statement, I am sure they would have said to not bring our frail dog there.

I had my two dogs boarded for a week while I was on vacation and I have to say this was the BEST experience of any facility I have been to by far. I am so disappointed in this facility. My daughter worked there and they did not give her enough information On a dog. They didn’t warn her first that this dog was old and since she was in training, they should’ve informed her or given the dog to somebody else. The dog got hurt and evidently they had to put the dog down. They put everything on my daughter and she got the brunt of it and lost her job. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, and I would not have given it any stars, but I had to in order to rate it.

Todd, our 10 month old Golden Retriever just completed his “Puppy Program” for grooming and it was the best deal ever! 3 grooming appointments for the price of one to slowly introduce him and desensitize him to the overall process. He loves his groomer Brittney and we were told he was a well behaved boy! He smells and looks fabulous! Win! Win!

The kennels seemed small for my 30-pound dogs. But they permitted my 2 dogs in the play area/relief area together. The staff removes the dogs' collars during their whole stay at the kennel so they don't get snagged on anything. But when we picked up our pooches, the staff had mixed up their collars, with the result being that the one was very loose (on my puppy) and the other was very tight (on my bigger dog.) One of my dogs apparently didn't eat well cuz he felt much lighter. (But that can happen at any kennel.) However the staff didn't mention his not eating well when we came to pick them up.

So I have an aggressive Cane Corso and this is the best place for him. They have big, private kennels for this specific type of dog. They have it setup where everything is hands off so no accidents happen with someone getting bit but yet he can still go outside. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Only negative thing I would say is that it is a little pricey but its worth the money knowing your pet is in good hands with a good safe place for him.

My dog seems to enjoy his time here getting a bath and nails trimmed.

Our dogs have always been well cared for and treated well every time they stay at this boarding facility. They offer many options of things our dogs could do while there, as well as varying levels of rooms the dogs could stay in if privacy and quietness was desired. I would recommend if you ate looking north of Fort Wayne for a place fir your dogs to stay.

Easy in and out. Staff seems very comfortable with dogs and our dogs seemed happy and relaxed at pick-up time. We don't board often but will book again when we do! Shout out to Camille for helping g our Taylor at PRMC!

Brandi runs a very clean kennel. She treats the pets that are boarded as if they were her own fur baby. Just recently our pup Indy was very sick, Brandi did everything in her power to help my pup out, from making her chicken and rice to ease her belly to taking her multiple times to the vet. We have been boarding our pets there for over 3 years and every time we go there my pups get so excited. I would recommend to anyone to take your pets there without hesitation. Your Dog’s Best Friend is by far the best boarding facility for you pet/s.

Love taking our dogs here. They always come out wagging their tales. They take care of the animals like they are their own. They go above and beyond. It’s the only place I have felt comfortable leaving our fur babies!! We love Tiffany too!!!!!! She is the greatest!!!! They always send a picture of your pet while you are away!!!

We adopted a rescue dog in march 2020. She is not real good with strangers. We went on a vacation in Sept 2020, and left her with Your Dog's Best Friend. We got a suite for her as we knew that she wouldn't be comfortable around other dogs. They sent us texts and pictures every day. Everyone was wonderful with her! She even got a real bath and her nails trimmed! She came home with the cutest butterfly bandana on. We were so nervous, but oh my gosh, best decision ever!! They listened to all of our concerns and we were so relieved to know that she was in great hands! We live in Fort Wayne, they are in Avilla. But it is totally worth the drive.

Hands down the best boarding/grooming facility I have been to. I 100% trust every employee there to care for and love on my dogs like their own when I board them. Staff is very friendly and professional. Went on a tour and the place is very clean and organized. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I have boarded several of my dogs here. Brandi has always been accommodating to schedule changes and flexible on dates. She doesn't charge extra to give medicines and pays attention to detailed instructions whenever I board. I have a very geriatric dog that needs special attention and Brandi has been great about cleaning up after her and paying attention to any health concerns. The facility is super clean and smells great!! I drive out of my way to board here because I know I can be rest assured my babies will be taken care of while they are being boarded.

We used the suite for our dog Ella. She has anxiety and cage aggression. These suites kept her calm and they didn't have to give her much of her anxiety medication like other places. I will continue to use this option for her.

After looking for a few days on where we would want to have our pup boarded, we stumbled upon The Pet Social. After reading the rave reviews from others, we knew this would be the place for our Chase. We were not disappointed. The Pet Social truly cares about your pup as much as you do. Constant communication through texts with the staff and adorable picture updates, what else could you ask for? He even made a friend during his 2nd stay! We will be using The Pet Social for all future stays.

I've made great experiences with the pet social so far. Took my 8 month old puppy there for basic training classes and she's come far with all the tips and tricks Sara gave us. I've also dropped her off for Play Date a few times and my dog loved it there. Now whenever we pull up to the building she can't wait to get out of the car to go in. She's ready to play with all her doggy friends. When I picked her up from Play Day the week before Halloween they gave me a halloween themed picture of her. They had done a themed photo shoot with every dog. So cute! You can tell everyone there just loves dogs.

The Pet Social is a great fit for us! We were looking for somewhere to watch our Tortoise while we were out of the state. They welcomed him and his unique care needs without hesitation. While we were away they provided pictures and status updates. The service was great and the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely us The Pet Social again in the future.

My dog loves going to the social days. The staff are so nice and he is always happy to see them. I have boarded him several times and he is always excited to go there and play with other dogs. I have never had any concerns as the staff seem dedicated and love dogs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dog boarding.

First time boarding our dog. They made the process so easy! They updated us with pictures, even did a little craft of a turkey with her picture on it. Will definitely be coming back!

The boys (my two pups) seemed to have enjoyed their stay the one night we were at my parent's lake for the holiday weekend. The staff is super friendly and took great care of my boys! Staff was very friendly! Greeted our dogs at the door and immediately made them feel comfortable (and us)! Sent us pictures of them playing throughout their stay! Our dogs were happy and healthy when we picked them up unlike experiences we’ve had at other kennels.

I couldn’t recommend The Pet Social enough! Not only did my pup get Princess Treatment boarding/grooming - the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Even sending me pictures and updates throughout the week. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know needing to board their pets but will use again in the future. I’m sure Macy will be overjoyed to see her new friends again!

This is my favorite place for doggy daycare. My dog is always so excited to see us pull up. The staff are so invested in my dog, it's like seeing family members that you like. We've never had any problems and I am a huge fan of this place.

Started taking my dogs here for day care last summer. Tony and Deb do such a great job, I started using them for boarding as well. They are the only ones I'd trust with my dogs and they are so well priced!

We’ve been taking our dog to K-9 Korner for years now!! We absolutely love it there. Deb & Tony take such great care of our dog Mosby! When he first started going he was a very timid dog who was afraid of most dogs. Deb & Tony didn’t mind his behavior and were willing to work with him. Now he loves going and plays with dogs of all sizes while there. While he was super excited to be home I’m sure he’d prefer we take him out there more often so he can play with all his dog friends 💕

I highly recommend K-9 Korner boarding. My dog stayed there for 23 days, he was very well taken care of. Tony bathed him (awesome job done btw) and washed all the covers I had left there. My dog can only eat natural food, and this was not a problem for Tony and Debbie. I had a smooth trip, they always updated me on how he was doing and sent me pictures. the place is super clean and cozy. I am very happy to have found this wonderful place and this family.

First time leaving my Great Dane Axel at any overnight dog boarding! I was very nervous as he is my baby!!! Well Tony and Debbie were just fantastic with him . He got lots of love and attention! I even got pictures of him playing! The place was super clean and the prices are amazing as well!! I just wish I could give them 10 stars instead of just five!! Axel will definitely be visiting again on the future!!

Wonderful home run kennel. They truly know your dogs because they really spend time with them!! I had my two dogs there for 10 days. I was in a rush picking them up. Two days later, the owner called and said due to the length of their stay, they got a free bath!! I was in such a hurry they didn't get theirs, so she had me bring them back and she bathed them at no charge!! Wonderful place!!

Debbie and Tony are terrific! I recommend this as the best place to board in town. There are larger kennels to chose from, but when you bring your pet here you can rest assured knowing they will get much more individual attention at no additional cost. I trust K-9 Korner any time Big Red needs a vacation!

We can’t believe what a great spot K9 Korner is for our dog. She gets plenty of time outside and lots of play time with other dogs. They also groom Fiona before we pick her up. The owners are great people, and it’s obvious that they love the animals we look after. We feel really good about leaving Fiona there, we call it “camp”, because she has a blast with her friends there.

K9 Korner is absolutely wonderful! They give your pets the special attention and care that leaves you confident in knowing they are in good hands. The amount of socialization my dogs have received has made such an incredible impact on their behavior. I strongly recommend K-9 Korner!

Emery did an amazing job with our zoo (8 cats, a foster dog, fish, and our bearded dragon). She sent daily updates (with pictures), was super responsive, took great care of our house (she even took care of our plants), and really put in the extra effort to make sure our foster dog Archie was comfortable (there were a lot of fireworks while she watched him). She was extremely flexible and easy to talk to (despite my neurotic tendencies). We'll definitely be using her in the future!

Our Golden doodle LOVED his stay at Critter Sitters. George came home completely exhausted, which was really nice for us after a day of traveling. Emery and her daughter are absolutely experts in the field of animal care. They gave us some free tips on dog allergies and how to keep George's separation anxiety under control. We will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone. Please understand that this is a one-person business that is mostly being run out of the kindness of her heart. This is NOT a massive pet complex with multiple helpers/rooms/etc. If you want a truly personalized experience, this is the way to go!

We were in town with our 9 month old puppy due to a death in the family and needed a sitter for him during the funeral. We contacted Emery with only 5 hours notice and she took in our puppy. He had never been left with a stranger before like that, but when I went to pick him up after the service he almost seemed reluctant to leave. We especially appreciated the pictures we received while he was there. If we lived in Fort Wayne, we would DEFINITELY bring our dog to Emery any time we needed a sitter!

Hired Emery to feed/water our community cats every day while we were on vacation. She communicated and sent pictures almost every day and kept us in the loop. I would recommend Emery to others and would hire her again.

The reason I gave three stars is because she wasn't available when I needed a sitter. That rating has nothing to do with anything else. I don't have first hand experience with her services. I hear she's a great person who loves animals. That's why I called her.

Took my old, tiny, angry dog in for day care before we board him for a trip. Because he is aggressive, they were able to set him up in his own room and take him out separately from the other pups so everyone stays safe. Soo grateful to find an amazing group of people to understand our little guy & his history. Cant wait to book his grooming and see how handsome he looks with a fresh cut!!

It's a nice, clean, professional facility. Just kinda creepy to have the kritter hotel sharing space with a crematorium. You stand in a line to pick up your very happy pup from a weekend vacation there as the other client in line carries in a body bag with grief all over there face and is struggling not to cry. So many feels in that small lobby.

They take great care of our needy, angry little muffin of a cat. We've used several places in the area, but we trust kryder's team the most. Staff is friendly, and they seem to accommodate the dietary needs (raw food) well.

I actually like this place and use them often for boarding my two dogs. The star rating is for ridiculous billing practices. So daycare (basically drop off in am and pick up before 7 pm) is 25 dollars. Boarding overnight for my two dogs is 59. If I can’t pick up before 12 they add a FULL boarding charge of 59 dollars?? Why and how does this make any sense. It’s the same dogs, in the same kennel. Why is is 59 for a few hours in the day if they were boarding and only 25 for the same daycare ??? So essentially if I was boarding overnight and came in before noon and check them out and then check them back in it would be $25 instead of 59??? . How does this make any sense?

my dogs looked very happy when we picked them up. however when we got their blankets and their bed, there was almost a moldy smell. we called and asked why and apparently they clean the cages in the morning but i guess they don’t dry the cages either which definitely needs to change my dogs also smelled horrible when they got home.

I've boarded my dogs I don't know how many times with them now. Staff are always friendly and facilities are super clean.

The staff was very welcoming and took great care of my two chihuahuas while they were boarded. Of course they couldn’t wait to see their Daddy but Kryder Kritter was definately second best to Dad 😂 …

The staff are really sweet and I have no issues with them at all. However, the owners decided to get rid of all the old cat condos and replace them with new ones with no consideration for elderly or disabled cats. They used to have units that were all one level (2x6) which was great for my old cat, but now they're all multi-level and I need to figure out my options.

We've been using Kryder for a few years now, and we'll continue to do so for as long as we have pets needing care while we're away. The staff all seem to very much enjoy their jobs, the animals seem to very much enjoy the attention, and it's really not terribly priced. If you're looking to board your pets, Kryder is a great place to check out.

I cannot express enough how wonderful Kryder Kritter hotel is. The owner and staff have always been accommodating, professional, extremely friendly. I wouldn’t trust any other boarding facility with my fur babies. I have been taking my pups to Kryder since 2017, whether it be boarding or daycare. My pups get excited just pulling into the driveway, that in itself tells me that they can hardly wait to get out to see their fur friends! I would and do recommend Kryder Kritter hotel.
