Amy is a wonderful caretaker or your family pet. She watched our puppy for 10 Days while we were on vacation and I’m not sure he wanted to leave when we got back. She truely has a heart for animals and treats them like they are her own. You can rest assured, your fur baby will be in wonderful care!

We left our dog Archie with arc& anchor services for a week. Archie has not had the best of luck when it comes to finding someone to take care of him. He gets really bad separation anxiety and tends to howl at night. This however did not happen at their home. Archie also got sick from his medication the first night he was there and the owner was quick to let me know and cleaned him up. He enjoyed the big back yard and staying glued to the owners and other dogs that were there. He was given freedom to play and was not locked up like he has been in other places. He was a happy guy when we picked him up! We will continue to use arc and anchor services again.

So glad to have someone I can trust to take care of my babies when I’m out of town. Having one of my cats recently diagnosed with heart issues I was nervous about leaving someone to give her meds and monitor as Frances is not the easiest cat to deal with. I was pleased with the service provided and would definitely trust her to take care of my animals again.

Amy watched our dogs for a week overnight and she was great! She kept in daily contact and sent me pictures of the dogs. I would definitely use her again. She’s on the expensive side vs competitors. She checked on them during her work day, but spent a lot of time with them after work and overnight. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about dog sitters. I felt completely comfortable with her taking care of my babies and being in my home.

Having a great experience with the good people at ARC. I don’t work a regular 9-5 and they work with me on my crazy schedule. My dog also has medicine that he needs and they were happy to accommodate his needs. I receive pic and videos throughout the day and he is so happy there. Highly recommend!

Amy was absolutely amazing! My dogs don’t make friends easily and they warmed up to her right away. It was very obvious how much she loves animals. Will definitely use her again. I highly recommend her.

I’m in the military and often have to leave my dog for long periods of time. My dog is always well taken care of and happy while he’s with ARC & Anchor Svcs. He gets spoiled rotten. Highly recommended.

We went out of town and were looking for a pet sitter for our pups. Les is amazing! He would notify me when he was there and let my pets out and would send me updates. He is amazing! I’ve also used him for coming by to let my dogs out in the middle of the day. My dogs LOVE him!! He has such a genuine love for animals.

I cannot say enough about this company. My pets have been very well cared for and I have been able to leave home and completely relax knowing my home and pets are in competent, professional hands. My cat is mostly ferel and it takes a caring, skilled person to care for her and it seems as though it is done with ease. My dog is old, almost deaf and blind and is given all the care he requires by Les at this company. Les is very reliable. He has been taking care of these animals for years without any problem at all. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their pets well cared for and to anyone who wants peace of mind while away from home.

Les treats our two dogs like family. They absolutely love him, and we have such peace of mind knowing they are in his care when we are away. We have recommended Les many times to friends and neighbors, and would not hesitate to do so again.

What can I say, Les is an amazing pet sitter! It is so nice to go out of town and relax because your babies are taken care of! I always miss them but know they are in excellent hands with Les!!

Mr. Turner is absolutely amazing, the sweetest to the animals and reliable! I tell everyone how great he is!! I’ve just had my 3rd trip away planned w him—- He has it all planned out! And even when it goes off plan he still has it all planned out!! His service/business has truly been a blessing in my life! I have 5 dogs and let’s not mention the cats and the fish, and it has truly been a blessing to have them watched my Mr. Turner!!! An absolute godsend. If you some how know Mr. Turner and you have pets… you are the lucky one— he is great!!!

We love having our dogs here and our dogs love it with Beth as well!! They always have the best time and the attention to detail found here really can’t be topped! We tried many different boarding facilities before and none compare to Serenity dog retreat. The dogs have free roam for the couches and beds inside or the big yard outside all day, a pool if they enjoy that (our dogs don’t swim haha) and just so much love and attention for them. Beth even threw our dogs a birthday party which was SO cute to see! We love receiving the constant updates to see how they are doing and it makes our trips so much more enjoyable knowing they are well taken care of. If you have the opportunity to- board at Serenity Dog Retreat it doesn’t compare to anywhere else!!!

Trust me when I tell you, you will NEVER find a place that is better to board that serenity dog retreat in the GA Atlanta area!! ❤️ We tried dozens of boarding places and this one is by far the best one. Beth and her staff are amazing. Better than amazing actually. They go above and beyond. This is not just a job for Beth but rather it truly feels like the dogs become part of her family while they are there. My dog did not sleep in a small crate while there but instead had a nice little bedroom. They could choose whether they wanted to lay around the kitchen or on the sofa or if they wanted to be outside. Beth doesn’t take hundreds of dogs at the same time so she can really focus on each dogs individual personalities! My dog bear loved going into the little kiddy pool for instance! Yes it is a bit more expensive but you will never find anything that makes your dog happier. My dog is my little baby and I always used to worry while going out of town but now I don’t anymore. Beth sends us lots of pictures and videos EVERY DAY. Without me even having to ask! I know my dog is being well taken care of and is having the time of his life! Do your dog a favor and send them here!!!!!

We recently boarded our 4 Chihuahuas for the very first time with Serenity Dog Retreat. We did not know how they would respond since this was their first opportunity with other dogs or being boarded. We are so delighted with the experience they had. Beth Ramsey and her team provided excellent care for them. She provided pictures and updates to us on their stay while we were away. Beth and the staff at Serenity Dog Retreat are absolutely amazing and have an abundance of love for dogs! Our pups Presley and Ziggy loved staying at Serenity when we lived in Newnan. They were so well taken care of there that my wife and I now drive them to Serenity from northern Virginia when we travel! Knowing Beth and her staff will take such great care of our dogs makes the drive to Serenity well worth it! Serenity Dog Retreat is their home away from home.

We love Serenity Dog Retreat!!! Duke, our five year old French Brittany had never been to a dog Kennel. So we were worried to be away for 5 weeks. After looking at several Kennels we decided that Serenity was the best choice. Every thing worked out perfectly. The love, care and professionalism of the Staff and Beth, the owner, was superlative. The facilities are first class. We received periodic video updates and we could see how happy was Duke. The day I picked him up at Serenity he smelled wonderful and his coat was so nice and silky. We plan to treat Duke, once in a while, to a special day at Serenity Dog Retreat.

Serenity is the absolute BEST! Beth and her team are so kind and caring! My puppy loves Beth so much and is always excited to go to Serenity! So thankful to have found such an incredible place for daycare and boarding!
