Our experience from the first phone call to the pickup was excellent. We dropped our two dogs off for a 9 day visit while we were on vacation. Shane assured us they would be well taken care of and we were not disappointed. Pictures were posted quite often of our babies having fun at The Hotel. Messages about the pups were answered quickly. Of course they were happy to see Mommy and Daddy but they didn't come home stressed at all. I would highly recommend. Thank you guys for taking care of our kids.

I scheduled an appointment with The Winston and it went great. The young lady was just wonderful with our elderly Heeler and he was instantly comfortable with her. That’s unusual for Bandit. The set up was smooth, the groom was excellent and customer service was very responsive with my questions. Highly recommend 🐕

I recently boarded my dog, Stella, at The Winston. I have not had to board any of my pets but already had travel arrangements when Stella was dumped where I live. The staff are great and we're very kind. They went above and beyond to make sure Stella was well taken care of. I completely trust the staff at Winston and will continue to take Stella there. I would highly recommend The Winston to others. Thank you for taking great care of Stella.

I picked up dogs for a friend + they were clean + healthy + I could plainly see they had great care. I would recommend Winston to others + will take my dogs there when I need a caregiver. I am impressed !!

My dog, Max, loves this place! It's his home away from home. He gets his own bed, which he very much enjoys. And all the attention from the staff is excellent. He is always so happy to see them. It makes me feel so much better about leaving my dog when I know he's going to be cared for just like at home. I know he enjoys playing with the other dogs too because he comes home worn out from all the playing. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby!

Our kitty cat is one happy girl. She had a wonderful stay at The Winston Pet Hotel. Thank you, Todd and Joan for taking such good care of her. We especially loved receiving photos of her during her stay.

My dog has been coming to the Winston Pet Hotel for a few years now and I highly recommend them!! I was nervous at first to board my dog but she loves going here. When we pull up she's never resistant or hesitant, she gets excited. The owner/staff are amazing!! They are so caring with the pets.

We just had both of our duddles groomed there and we just could not be happier!!! Hands down the best groomer around. All I can say is WOW 🤩5 stars are not enough definitely a perfect 10!!! …

Had to find somewhere for our basset hound to stay last minute on a holiday, luckily they had 1 spot open and we were able to drop off on the holiday itself on the way to our event. The owners were awesome, guy we dropped off with was awesome, girl who did our pick up was awesome and was able to tell us cute lil stories about his stay. Pictures were posted online. Thank you guys for taking care of our dog!!

We LOVE The Winston Pet Hotel. The staff is so accommodating with scheduling and updates. We love the photos of how Sophie is doing while we're away. But the best part is how its changed our girl. She was rescued by a house with cats and being with the other dogs at The Winston has taught her to relax, lay back, and enjoy the day. She is eager to go and spend time with new friends, and always comes come so calm. We highly recommend The Winston Pet Hotel.

Not quite sure what happened here. Have taken my dog twice here when we have gone out if town. First time was great! Tater came back happy and was even excited to see the place again when I brought him back. This last time however was totally different. He was covered in pee his hair was matted, (he was groomed the morning before dropoff). They didn't give him him meds the entire time, evidence based on the number of pills we had received back. And he completely refuses to go into his kennel, which was his safe place. This leads me to believe they kept him pinned up the entire time. I have a feeling this change is due to who is there. But either way they have lost my business and I'd plan on going elsewhere, until they figure their stuff out with everyone that works there.

We have had our dachshund, 🐕 Salvadore stay here several times when we have gone out of town. He is always excited when he gets here. The staff has always been nice and courteous. I saw some reviews of people complaining of their dog getting kennel cough. All I can say about that is 1: luckily our dog has not gotten it and 2: your dog can get it at any kennel you take him/her to and if you have your dog up to date on their shots at the vets they give your dog a shot for kennel cough that keeps them from getting it.

Dee does an absolute outstanding job with our dogs! They always smell and look awesome after spending time with Dee getting groomed! I highly recommend Gone To The Dogs!!

Worst owners ever! Get your dog areas cleared for the dogs to play outside instead of sitting on your butt while everyone else does the work for you!

Got there & they tried to say my appointment was @ 8:30. I written it down as she was telling me @ she said noon. It was also a little more expensive then other places I've been. Guess that was my fault for not asking the price. Over all they did a good job on the dog.

Needed a place for our doodle while visiting from out of town. We went to The Wilds for a great tour. GTTD was great for doggy day care. Even for our "special needs dog". Felt comfortable leaving her here and that's a huge blessing. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The owner and the people there are very rude and snobby. Instead of answering simple questions she would rather be very rude and sarcastic.

Dropped our dog off today for her first time at daycare. When I went to pick her up, she was “gone.” When I ran around back searching and yelling for my missing dog, I was able to see their “play pens” are dirty, small, and obviously inadequate for securing the animals. If you’re considering this place, don’t. You’re better off leaving your dog unattended near a canal. This story has a happy ending. April was rescued, after running in and out of traffic on Route 40, and she’s home safe. But, really, if you care about your pets, don’t take them here.

I had my son take my dog Lilly and drop her off to get a bath and hair cut on 3/2 she is a lab/ Collie mix when they got home Lilly looked the same as when she left except she looked a little cleaner and she had some hair cut around her feet and her toenails had been cut. Lilly had no other hair cut anywhere else on her body she still had all her long hairs hanging from her belly her tail and her hair all over was still as thick as when she had left home. I immediately got on and emailed and told them my concerns thinking they would reach out and maybe fix the problem as I didn’t spend all this money to just get Lilly a bath and get her toenails cut but never received an email back after 48hrs so now will leave the review since I gave them a chance to fix the problem. I will never be returning as I think this was very wrong and very unprofessional.

Have been taking my dogs to get groomed for 3-4 years. Does a good job with the hair cuts and nails but is impossible to reach for scheduling lately. Voicemail box full. Doesn’t respond to texts even after a week. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. I don’t know if it’s because she’s busy enough that she doesn’t care about our business anymore or needs to hire someone to help prioritize scheduling. Maybe a review will get her attention?

I have to say that the woman who owns this business is extremely flexible. I have brought my pooch in quite a few times and she has always worked with him so well. She has had to move a few things around in order to fit him in on short notice and I appreciated it so much! Normally he is not a fan of getting his hair cut but I haven’t had any issues with that bringing him here. Gizmo approves!

Shalene and her staff have always taken wonderful care of my baby girl Luka. We have been going to Pups and Pals for years! I moved to Columbus 5 years ago and we still make the drive to Muskingum county to have Lukas grooming done here! They’ve always treated my baby like their own and she remembers my baby everytime we call to schedule an appointment! I can’t recommend Shalene and her care enough!

I should have known I was in trouble when the my husband called to set up the appointment. They asked him what he wanted done. He told them a full groom with a standard Shih Tzu cut. They then informed him that they don't do standard cuts. Only custom. I was pretty impressed to think they were going to give him a special cut to suite his face/body. Unfortunately, it actually meant they don't know how to give him a standard Shih Tzu cut and the custom cut they gave him was the worst I've ever seen!! They hacked his face and head up. Uneven hair, poking up everywhere. I won't go back.

This is cocoa. She was caught as a kitten feral and she was a spitter. First time I brought her to the shop to be shaved she could not be caught because as nice as she is and seems when not feeling threatened she still seems on the feral side. The second time I took her here to pups and pals I had to stay with her to make her feel more comfortable that I was there and not giving her to some shelter which is probably what she thought the first time. Things went much better while I was there I held her as one of the workers Judy shaved she was still very squirming. The cut did not come out perfect which I as the owner was perfectly fine with and was more focused on the fact her coat would not be as dirty. She’s still very cute and the cut still looks very good. We had shaved of a lot of her fur. And I’m am highly satisfied with pups and pals business each time I got there because I also take my dogs there to get their nails trimmed. They are also very knowledgeable on tips for animals also.

This is a wonderful place with the most caring and experienced staff! Excellent services at amazing prices that just can't be beat! They truly go above and beyond every time with every client being treated as if they were their own fur babies ❣️When I adopted my two BIG boys from the animal shelter years ago, they had trust issues to say the least 😔 often myself being the only one who could touch or brush them. Being large breed dogs, they could be a stubborn handful at bathtimes. But this presented no issue for this super staff, and when I picked my big babies up their tails were wagging while looking just absolutely adorable in their little bandanas!🥰😍 which they handmade by the way! I highly recommend pups and pals to all loving pet parents, there's just nowhere like it!

We have been using them for years. The best place to board your dogs. They are amazing and very trustworthy.

They watched our dogs for a week while we went on vacation and I think the dogs had it better than we did. Beautiful place with lots of room for the dogs to run. Karen, the owner, is absolutely who you want taking care of your dogs while away. Can't stress enough how happy we were with the experience of boarding our dogs there. Great people.

My dogs LOVE Karen and Happy Hounds. It's always clean, they get to all be together and they get some to run and roam, which they love. We've used Happy Hounds numerous times and have nothing but good things to say. ❤️

We had the best experience today at Frosty Paws! I am typically anxious taking our dogs places, but we were given constant photo updates throughout the entire grooming process! All of my requests and concerns were taken seriously, and they made our pups look and feel so beautiful and soft!!! Our dogs are anxious babies, and they had the time of their lives. Extremely affordable for getting two 90+ lbs dogs groomed which is hard to find for their size. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!! ☺️

We had to board our Brody for a week and were nervous about it but frosty Paws did an amazing job with him!! He had his own vacation playing and running. They took amazing care of him and I would use their services agian with out hesitation!!! They sent me daily text updates and pictures so I knew he was doing great!!! Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend them!!

Our little boy Milo goes here for daycare a couple days a week. We did this after our lab died suddenly. We thought it would be good for him plus just more playing with other dogs. He loves it and the owners are awesome! Even tho he's only there about 4 hrs Misty sends me several pictures of him! We can tell when we walk him that he's more social with neighborhood dogs. So, it's been so great that they groomed him and he looked so good! If you need grooming, daycare or boarding call them! We're so glad we found them! Here's one of the pics Misty sent me. I ❤️ it!

Frosty Paws was amazing with my fur baby! They treated both her and I like family. I received daily updates about how her stay was going. Misty and her family are warm, friendly people who seem to truly love dogs and care for them like they were their own. I will definitely be boarding here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I would highly recommend. The staff was so nice and gave me daily updates and pictures of my almost one year old doodle. He stayed for a week and was beautifully groomed on the day we picked him up!

We can’t express how happy we are that we found Frosty Paws to board our German Shepherd! Misty and Mike treat our girl, Maddie, as if she were their own. She’s so excited to arrive which tells us she is very comfortable being left with them and that not only gives us peace of mind but allows us to shed any guilty feelings for leaving her behind. Amy is amazing with dogs! She is very thorough with the whole pet sitting process and because of that I felt very comfortable leaving my dog, Sophia, with her. She sent photos and updates multiple times throughout the time she had Sophia. She treats your pets like they are her own! We have already scheduled our next pet sitting with her. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was very reluctant to leave my senior (12 1/2 year old) Golden due to her health issues but when I met Amy at Hank’s Pet Sitting Services my decision was made! It is extremely obvious Amy is a dog lover and caretaker! But also her professionalism with paperwork assured me if anything did come up with our girl she could handle the situation. Her communication relaying when she would be at the house as well as pictures and videos from each visit were so assuring. I HIGHLY recommend Amy for the care of your beloved four legged family members!! We are lucky to have her as a pet sitting resource in our community!

We used Hank's Pet Sitting Service for our two Labrador retrievers while we were out of town for a week. Amy sent us daily photos of our dogs playing ball or hanging out with her on the couch, and they loved spending time with her. I highly recommend her business to anyone who like myself, doesn't enjoy the idea of your pet spending 16+ hours a day alone in a kennel at the vet or a large boarding facility.

Amy was updating me throughout the 2 weeks I was on vacation, and had given my kitty all the attention he needed! Will use her again and again for any future vacations :) Highly recommend, especially in the Lancaster OH area.

Amy really cares for all of the pets she sits for. They are family to her. She is very knowledgeable and good with them. Very professional!! Love her!!

Amy was wonderful to have watching over our cats while we were away. The extra level of detail was great. Weather it be sending photos of our cats and or text messages before and after checking on them. Made me feel more at ease leaving them home alone. She even made friends with our senior cat who can be quite a handful! I would highly recommend her to all my friends. We plan on using Amy again in the near future.

Amy does a fantastic job taking care of your pets! She goes above and beyond when watching our animals!! She is kind, attentive and her communication is top notch! I loved having Hank's Pet Sitting Service take care of our animals. Amy is so caring and courteous. It was also obvious that my animals adored her. We had her come to our house over a period of five days to feed, clean up after, and medicate are cats. She was even willing to do some side tasks for us if need be like collect mail and take out our trash. Meeting with Amy was simple. She was easy to communicate with via text. Having Amy come to her house was much easier than our normal boarding procedures . It also saved our two girls a lot of stress! We will definitely be using her services again.

Jeanette watched my 17 year old cat for 5 days recently. 2x a day w/ medicine in a pill pocket. I am so pleased with the care and love given to my old girl during my absence. I received thorough descriptions, pictures and videos during each of these visits. Jeanette even brought wet cat food treats for her to try when I mentioned she wasn’t enjoying her current wet food, which she loved. The entire experience was so easy and comforting while I was away and would recommend Jeanette and her team to ANYONE looking for any care for their furry companions. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful and I would utilize her services again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for everything Jeanette!

Jeanette did a wonderful job the few times I had her care for my cat. Within only two visits she was able to coax my stranger-wary cat out from under the bed for pets and playtime. Communication was frequent and I received several cute pictures each day I was gone. If I ever move back to the Columbus area, I would book through Fur Star again in an instant!

I used Fur Star Pet Care for the first time last week when I went on vacation. I was nervous because my cat had never been left alone for an extended amount of time - I was gone almost 9 days. Jeanette provided excellent care for my cat, who tends to be particular about what kind of food she eats. Jeanette was patient and even experimented with combining two flavors of food together. Every day I got a detailed message about how she was doing, including multiple photos (I don't know how she takes such great photos, but what a talent!), how the "bathroom" was going (absolutely no issues there), and what progress had been made with my cat's level of comfort with her. By the end of the week, my cat was purring, playing a little, and eating fine, both regular food and treats. Jeanette also brought in my mail for me which I really appreciated and turned my living room lights on and off since I had lost my light timer. Also, the rates are very reasonable for the service provided. I can't say enough good things about Jeanette and Fur Star. What great service and I will most certainly use them again!

Fur Star Pet Care is a fantastic pet sitting service that I’ve been using for a few years for my cats. Jeanette is a wonderful sitter who genuinely cares about the cats. She sends several pictures every day she visits and provides very thorough updates. She has gone above and beyond for me many times when problems come up. For example, she has helped the cats stay warm when my heat went out and attempted to fix my sink when she noticed it was clogged. I can’t say enough great things about Jeanette and her business. I highly recommend her service if you are looking for a pet sitter

Jeanette has been taking care of our two cats whenever we go away since we moved to Columbus a year and a half ago. She has come to feed and play with them many times (including during one long research trip), and they absolutely love her. We have used lots of pet sitters in the past, and Jeanette is by far the best person we’ve worked with. We always come home to a clean apartment, watered plants, collected mail and packages, and, most importantly, happy cats. 100% recommend.

Absolutely the BEST in-home pet care you can get! I've had them come in to take care of my cat a few times while I've been traveling, and they do an amazing job of making sure my little girl has everything she needs, and then some! Daily updates, pictures of playtime and snugs, even an extra treat or two! I cannot give enough praise to Fur Star!

Jeanette has taken care of our two cats for three years. They have truly developed a special relationship, and I always feel confident that they will be well taken care of when we leave town for a couple of days or even weeks. Jeanette knows their personalities and treats them with great kindness. Recently when my wife and I had our first baby, Jeanette made sure to be available around the unpredictability of the event, and we knew we would find two happy cats to greet our new baby. And, we love getting the updates and pictures twice a day!

I love Fur Star! I have 2 cats (1 with diabetes who requires insulin injections) and they take great care of them when I’m away. Each visit is documented (including with pictures) and they update you on everything they do during the visit. The website is really easy to use to book appointments and to communicate with the owner, Jeanette (who is awesome!), if any questions come up. If you are looking for a pet sitter, Fur Star is wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Finding Fur Star to care for our cats has changed our lives - I know that sounds hyperbolic but it's true. The values that these ladies have when it comes to pet care is remarkable. They truly treat our animals as if they were their own! Directions are followed without fail and they always find ways to go over and above. I never would have thought I'd find peace leaving my animals to anyone outside of family but I have! Their sense of humor in the photo updates they give is such a fun sprinkle on top of already amazing pet care. Love them to pieces!

Jeanette at Fur Star truly loves my pet. I feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. She follows the schedule exactly the way I had written out. She sent me lots of photos and the GPS map of the walks. Great experience using their services and I highly recommend.
