I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Natalie took great care of it dog and cats! She was clean, organized, conscientious, and communicative. Our dog had a small cut on his foot and Natalie took great care to help him heal. I would highly recommend Natalie as a house sitter and pet sitter!

This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.

Susan and Jim were exceptional pet sitters for our 2 pups and cat! From the start they were communicative and asked thoughtful clarifying questions that made us feel comfortable immediately. We spent time together the evening before we left for vacation and it was clear that they had read our welcome doc and instructions. They referenced animal behaviors that were noted and confirmed details. They arrived about an hour before we left and gave us all plenty of time to feel comfortable with being in our home. Throughout our vacation, Susan sent photos and updates of our critters and let us know how they were spending their time together. Susan was quick to respond to my messages via WhatsApp any time I reached out. Susan and Jim stayed at our house until we landed at the airport and let them know we were safely on the ground. They fed and walked the dogs and let us know they would be gone before we got home. It was great knowing that had our flight been delayed, they would have stayed at the house until we were safe driving distance away. We came home to a sparkling clean home, a thriving and happy garden, and well cared for animals! Susan and Jim left us detailed notes of their stay and even gave us lots of instructions on how to keep our garden happy! What a treat! All our linens were washed and replaced and the house was immaculate. Thank you Susan and Jim for choosing our home and furry family to spend your time with! You were the best first experience we could have asked for and would love to have you back again!

Lisa was an excellent pet sitter for our dogs Willa and Kato. She was attentive to their needs, administered medications, dealt with Kato’s unexpected ear problem and made sure they both were able to follow their daily routines and get plenty of exercise. It was quite obvious when we returned home that the three had bonded with each other and we know they will enjoy future sits already scheduled with Lisa. She was great about sending photos and updates while we were traveling, and it was a joy to come home to an immaculate house and thriving houseplants! If we could give 10 out of 5 stars for Candace, Brian, and Chris, we would! They were amazing house and dog sitters for Brown Dog and Scout. They were so accommodating with our timeline and had read our welcome guide to a tee! It was so reassuring being gone for 2 weeks and knowing our pups were in amazing hands. They sent us daily updates and pictures and it was clear the dogs were so well cared for! They left the house very clean and even had all of our bedding and towels washed for us when we arrived home. Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!

When I picked up my dog after 11 days, he was deeply depressed, clearly was not eating, and was emaciated (ribs and hips sticking out). I was absolutely devastated when I saw him. His weight had dropped from 22 kg to 19 kg. I talked to the owner a day later when I was less upset, but I feel our discussion has not explained how this could happen, or not happen again to another dog, so I feel compelled to report our experience.
Our first time at Wet Nose The owners Debbie and Peter are dog lovers first and business owners second. After two weeks we picked up two healthy, happy, CLEAN and flea free dogs. Could not be happier. Well worth the 340 km round trip to get them there (past a number of other kennels)
Lovely owners, good set up, recommend you ask they call a vet if your dog loses significant weight whilst there to avoid preventable injury and costly procedures.
Very reasonably priced and the people who run it are very friendly. My little man came out happy and healthy, and wanted to have a final goodbye with the owners - so they must have treated him very well!

Our cat has been to Horsham Pet Lodge a number of times. The place always looks clean and comfortable. Staff are very caring of our pet and happy to answer any questions. When we pick our cat up, he is always settled and content. I would highly recommend Horsham Pet Lodge.

So happy with the care that our pooch receives here. The staff clearly love playing with the dogs and they made a special effort to give our dog social time with others since she is now a solo dog. Very happy with our experience at Swan Hill Pet Boarding! It was the first time leaving our dog overnight so we were quite nervous but the staff were so relaxed and reassuring! Remy was super happy after his stay and I have no doubt he was well cared for.
The care Smudgy - and now Ella - have been shown when I have boarded them with Swan Hill Boarding has always been wonderful. The recent visit for Smudgy also included his sister who we adopted last year. Ella was apparently a little shy at first as she hadn’t been boarded before - but both seemed very happy and chilled when I picked them up. I am a very anxious person - and the team took some snaps for me to abate my anxiety whilst they were boarded. I was also able to pay a little more for Smudgy and Ella to be fed their dental biscuits. I want to acknowledge Taylah and Brandon as Smudgy - and now Ella’s - carers during their stays - they have always been so very kind and caring with both cats. I also want to mention Jen, Nigel and Trudie whom I haven’t met in person but have also shown Smudgy and Ella great care. I have found Swan Hill Boarding to be a fantastic business with whom I have boarded Smudgy and Ella with the utmost faith that both cats will be looked after with the care and respect for how uniquely beautiful their furry clients are.

I don't think much of your business practices adding an adminstration charge of $25 to re issue an invoice that wasn't paid by 11.00am the following day after my booking. I rang back to pay the fee to be confronted with the additional charge. Now I have taken my business elsewhere. I have used kennels all over Australia the past 3yrs and never experienced this sort of practice, nor had to pay for my booking in advance. I am also a repeat customer but will not be using this service again.
Twice now I've taken My two cats to the cattery on short notice and they have graciously assisted both times. The cats have been happy with their experiences (as far as I can tell, they're always annoyed to be in the car). Seeing updates on Instagram is really nice, and it shows that extra level of care and cuteness for all the animals.
