My Bark Ranger was truly a blessing for my wife and I!! We recently went on our honeymoon and did not want to put our pets into a kennel, and we were also concerned about letting a stranger into our home. Missy is a incredibly passionate about animals. She is the dog, cat, turtle whisper etc. She can take care of anyone's pet better than anyone I know. She is good with giving good medical attention and advise for animals with certain health conditions or administer medicine.

We’ve been taking our babies to Amanda and Ash multiple times over the past year and couldn’t be happier with their services! Amanda and Ash are great with both of our babies and treat them like their own. They are both flexible, accommodating, and personable. I feel so ease having our dogs with them where I know they having their own vacation while we take ours. Definitely recommend over any other boarding facility!

I couldn’t be happier with the grooming services! Axel looks absolutely fantastic—clean, well-trimmed, and so handsome. The attention to detail and care shown is truly impressive. I highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

Let me start with the poor communication with booking. Then I’ll tell you how dirty it is down to the door handle. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for them to take my dog out to the “field” which is really a small yard. I suppose if you do not pay extra they will stay in the kennel the entire time. I text them, no text back. I call to check on the dogs, no call back. They ask for a pick up time and if you show up late you will be charged- but THEY were late they didn’t even have the place open for our pick up time. Food was on the grooming table when I picked my dogs up. I can go on and on. Find another place if you love your pups.

I scheduled my dog Shelby (7 month old puppy) to be boarded (for the day) and groomed on November 10 and 11. We previously used this businesses grooming services once prior and is why we scheduled another grooming/boarding appointment. We dropped Shelby off early in the morning with a bunch of her items including: bed, leash, harness, toys, food, bowls and some treats. Everything seemed fine throughout the day however, when I sent my two sons to pick Shelby up, that is when everything went wrong. As soon as they arrived to pick her up (around 6:30pm, dark out) they see Shelby had escaped and is running from one handler chasing her and calling her name. My two sons jumped out the car to help and once she heard their voice she reluctantly stopped (the handler could not catch up as he was slow). They asked what had happened and why she was out to which they go a blatant response of “I hooked her leash up to the ring that holds her tags and she bent it and escaped”. We brought Shelby back home to which we find a bump on her snout which no employee told us how she got. In addition her leash was not given back to us and they never gave her the food we brought her with. We passed on having her board on November 12 and immediately texted Dayna (the manager) as we wanted an answer to what happened with Shelby. I spoke with Dayna on Monday and all I got was a bunch of half ass response. “Oh it was a mistake, we were not aware of how she acts, this will never happen again”. I asked her why was Shelby outside the Kennel prior to my sons picking her up, no answer. I asked why did the handler hook her up to the tag ring when they were given a harness and martingale collar, no answer. I asked why does she have a bump on her snout, no answer. I asked why did she escape, no answer. I asked why no other employees went out to get her when she was running away, no answer. I asked why we were not given the leash back, no answer. I asked why she was not fed the food we gave her, no answer. That lady is a joke of a manager if she does not know what the employees are doing while you are not there. I instructed her that I will be there Tuesday for a refund and to pick up the leash. I arrive on Tuesday and the leash is missing, they can’t find it. The employees working there have no clue where it is or even why I am upset with how they handled Shelby. I asked for a receipt of the services and they refused me one. I asked to speak to or call the owner and I have yet to hear from him/her. I highly suggest no one bring there dog here for grooming or boarding. These people cannot be trusted and when you ask to know what happened, its a bunch of “I don’t knows”. These people are not professional.

I brought my four basset hounds here for boarding and grooming and could not be happier. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and love pets. The boarding kennels are clean, appropriately sized, well lighted and safe for the dogs. The personnel go the extra mile to make sure the dogs received the right food and treats and well allowed out for exercise at appropriate times. My dogs were kept in the same area and were in great spirits when I returned from my trip. The center also gave them all baths and nail trims while they were there. This place is highly recommended.

Extremely knowledgeable. Never made me feel rushed and really explained a lot of things about Shihtzu’s to me, about their teeth, skin, what problems they’re prone to and how to take care of them at home (not trying to sell me anything). I found her more helpful than my own vet. The cut was exactly what I asked for. My dog is very nervous and not used to grooming, but seemed pretty happy by the time I picked her up. Initially I was a little apprehensive about making an appt here because I saw some sketchy reviews but now that I’ve been here I think those people must have been very uptight / hard to please. The owner tells it as it is, and she is very nice, but she’s honest (and some people can’t handle honest) but that’s what I love and it helps me trust her with my dog. The prices are super fair, probably even a steal and include nail cutting, paw pad shaving etc. Already booked routine appointments and excited to go back.

Very disappointed Sammy devevoloped hot spots due to what ever shamppoo they used Now she's on a 2 bout of medication.Crystal has been groming her for about 5 years with wonderful results.unfortunatly some on else groomed her with a shampoo that left her with hot spotsnd on a 2nd bout of medication

Let's Speak Dog has taken great care of my puppy for periodic daycare visits over the last 6 months and I (a total worrywart) feel completely comfortable leaving her in their care. The staff really cares about your dogs and their emotional and physical well-being. The report cards at the end of the day are so cute and informative, and it's great to see how much fun my puppy has had all day with all her new friends! I feel like she has gotten to have some great socialization opportunities through going to daycare here, and they have always worked to accommodate her needs. I would highly recommend Let's Speak Dog.

Linc always has the best time at Let's Speak Dog. I prefer individual play, and he gets so much attention. He is a high energy dog and always comes home in a great mood. Awesome training! Mika loves to swim, but was reluctant to jump off a ledge. In our 2nd session with Diane, my girl jumped off low dock! We can't wait to return next week.

Our pup LOVES this place and so do we! They are great people and truly love your animals as much as you do-if not more. Have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone and our little guy gets his much needed energy out and plays all day! He comes home relaxed and ready for the evening with our family. We arrived and were welcomed to the large training area by a very friendly person who interduce herself as Renee and said she was the trainer. In a few minutes we were impress with her explaining what to expect and how we will learn to teach our dog to behave properly. In the better than an hour we were there we learned more than 4 lessons at another place and felt we were at the right place to solve our problem with our corgi. She was very calm and pointed out things we were doing wrong and guided us down the right path. We are working with our dog now and with a few more sessions with Renee we hope to solve all the behavior problem with our dog. She explained everything as she saw them and explain in a clear way why we were doing things wrong as far as the dog saw things. Very happy with Let's Speak Dog and will go back for further training.

To start, I am extremely picky about where my 4 dogs stay, and have tried a few local places and even just having them go to friends, but having 4 high energy dogs is a more demanding boarding ask than your average person’s needs. I did some research and came across let’s speak dog’s boarding set up and read reviews and am so happy i took a chance on a new place! It takes me about 50 minutes to get to the location, but it’s well worth it. I chose to have two suites for my dog’s stays. I had it set up to be my heelers in a suite and border collies in the other. Was able to make a note to separate to feed just since some like to try to steal food from the others, and i don’t allow them to do that at home, so i knew separating would be easier on the staff than having to stand watch. They all have been crate trained , but for an 8-9 day stay, i much preferred the suite option with one of their home companions. Each day, i received report cards, which i totally looked forward to. I got pics, a video or two throughout the stay, and a cute write up! I knew they were all eating well and having a blast. Thankfully my dogs are quite well adjusted overall and are mostly very go with the flow. So, i wasn’t worried they wouldn’t do well, but i always just worry leaving them because they’re a huge part of my home routine and family! Everyone was great in answering all my questions from the first point of contact and accommodating me picking them up a night early because we actually made it home in time to grab them! I will absolutely only be boarding my dogs here from now on! Thanks to everyone on staff for loving my dogs like i do during their stay!

Our Catahoula Girl loves to board and play at Let’s Speak Dog! She trimmed down from the exercise she got every day and couldn’t be happier! She had some anxiety but the staff, especially Maria Z, really took an interest in helping her feel so comfortable in their care. Thanks so much for being our support system when we need care for our girl!!

We have been training clients of Renee Hall for years and with great results. Most recently, we started training our deaf dog with Deb. She was excellent at evaluation and explanation of the techniques we should use for our girl. We’re really happy with Let’s Speak Dog!

We boarded our two dogs over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Having never boarded dogs before, our family was nervous about leaving our pups but Let's Speak Dog made it easy. They did a trial run to make sure the dogs wouldn't be stressed by the situation and gave us a few recommendations for their stay. We loved getting our report cards with pictures each day! Drop off and pick up were very easy too with convenient hours. We will use Let's Speak Dog again in the future.

Atticus always enjoys his time at Let’s Speak Dog. He has a great time running around like a silly goose. I trust them to take good care of our high energy boy while we are away!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! This place sucks they're extremely rude, liars and prejudice. Wanted to adopt a kitten so i submitted an application for one. My husband texted to see an update on my application after a few days and the woman he was texting seemed so vague, rude and couldn't get her stories straight. She proceeded to say I was denied but I never received and email or a text message telling me so. Also there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my application. I've had cats my while life and I've always taken amazing care of them. Anyway, my husband asked why it was rejected and she couldn't come up with an explanation, he then asked why I wasn't informed and the lady lied and said I responded to her message that she sent. He asked me and I told him she never reached out to me and he told her that, she never responded. I'm extremely upset and annoyed at the plain disrespect that whoever is in charge of adoption is. And I know the reason for my rejection was because I'm black and I have a unique name because there is absolutely no reason for the disrespect. I would stay clear of this place they seem to be racist and rude liars.

Watched our dogs and cats for a week while we were away. Sent us a picture and a video every time she went just to check in we never even requested that that, very thorough very clean and extremely caring we are so happy with the services and have already scheduled another trip! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Sharon is not just another pet sitter. She is someone you can rely on plus the care & love she puts into her care is over & above. We had never needed anyone but due to a death in another state I was in a panic to find someone I was comfortable with. I said my prayers & by chance I found Sharon. I don't hesitate knowing if I need her our kids will be loved & cared for. A++

First grooming of my puppy and they masacre him, they even cut his whiskers and eyelashes!!! So bad trimming ever. Never come back there!! My puppy is traumatize. And on top they charge 60.00 for it.

Janry Pet Resort made me and my 20lb shorkie new customers since going to them 5 years ago. Cocoa is a loveable dog that does not like groomers as does many dogs. Previous groomers wanted me to sedate Cocoa to calm him down which I am against. Groomer LeAnn at Janry is a professional and from day 1 has never asked me to sedate my dog. She said there was no need to. He doesn't bite. LeAnn does a fantastic job grooming Cocoa. I don't have to tell her what I want because she's a professional and knows what that type of dog should look like groomed. Thank you LeAnn/Janry

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of every dog in their care. The facilities are top-notch, with spacious play areas both indoors and outdoors, ensuring that even the most energetic pups have plenty of room to run and play. I only wish they would provide daily photos / updates or have cameras to watch the pups like some daycares do. My dog comes home tired and happy after a day at Janry, and I can't thank the staff enough for the love and care they provide. My crazy Bernedoodle Winnie started daycare twice a week at Janry and I couldn’t be happier! As a first time dog, mom, I was super apprehensive about sending her somewhere, but I am so glad we did. Every time I drop her off at Janry her tail just wags nonstop. It is so reassuring, knowing that the staff takes such good care of her and gets her nice and tired for me at night! We also utilized their lodging and couldn’t be happier! The on staff Groomer is also amazing, I had a really hard time finding someone who could cut a doodle properly and Liane is very talented. Thank you Janry for taking such good care of my little crazy girl!

There are so many great things I can say about this place , If you haven’t Brought your furry baby to janry yet you need to see for yourself , the grounds are well kept always, the animals have a beautiful safe area to explore and have fun , the staff greets each dog by name and shows love and affection to all. Plus they have a grooming area which my pup Hasn’t experience yet but we are planing too . Janry Pet Resort has been such an amazing place for my dog to spend time at. From daycare to boarding, their service is top of the line. I was so nervous for my dog's first time boarding, but Janry gave me tons of confidence that my boy was happy, safe and not missing us at all. Their facilities offer endless fun for my pup, I highly recommend any of their services. EDIT: I have now been using Janry’s services for almost a year - Best. Facility. Ever. My pup gets so excited even just hearing their pre-recorded message when I call to get him in to daycare. He absolutely loves the place and we are so grateful to the staff for their dedication and love for dogs. Thanks, Janry! Attentive and caring. What a great experience. Before talking to one of their agents, I was concerned it might be more expensive than I was looking for. It turns out their fees are quite reasonable, and even lower than someone than some local "professionals ". I had a bad experience with a dog caretaker before. Nothing that belongs here, but due to that experience I spent a great deal of time looking for the right place. The right place for me is one that caters for the animals. Takes good care of them. Good and clean lodging, proper handling, socializing with other dogs and with humans. Loved to get pictures of my pup in nature hikes and walks, and in group play. For me, this is the right place for my dog.

My sister and I boarded two 10 mo. old goldens for 2 weeks in June. They were rescues (adopted them at 6 mos), and we had our concerns about possible regression in their behavior as they were just starting to feel secure in their forever homes. My first experience with a pet resort and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Every staff member from reservationist, to kennel care, grooming and playtime, were wonderful. Janry Pet Resort was a recommendation from a post I made on FB, for a place to leave my fur baby a couple of days. I took a tour of the grounds & fell in ♥️. The grounds were beautifully manicured & the workers were doggie lovers. The love displayed was overwhelming, I knew immediately this was the facility to leave my pup worry free. Pups are pampered & loved daily. Janry Pet Resort is a win win for all. You enjoy your getaway, while your pups enjoys being well cared for.

We’re forever grateful for Janry and all the special staff that cared so dearly for our girl Annabelle. I was so worried because she doesn’t like other dogs but when I explained that during the initial phone call, Christie was so sweet and compassionate and helped me to understand that’s more typical these days especially since Covid. Annabelle wasn’t happy when we dropped her off it was quite a challenge but the staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable when I left. And when we picked her up a couple days later she was happy to see us but she was also much more at peace there. If given the choice Annabelle would rather be at home but if we need to go out of town for a short period again we will in no way hesitate to bring her to Janry. Precious Hearts Pet Sitting is an amazing service team. We have six wonderful cats, including two with special needs. Precious Heart Pet Sitting LLC is the BEST! We have known Krissy and her family for a few years now and they are such genuine and good people . We went away for vacation this summer and needed to know our 8 year old white Shepard was in good hands so we reached out to precious hearts. I felt at ease knowing they were taking care of him. I had picture updates. Our dog was spoiled with lots of treats and love. I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about them. I am so thankful for Krissy and Precious Hearts Pet Sitting. I moved to Tobyhanna in January and was worried about my dog, Atlas. Play warmly welcomed us and even said we were part of the family. I was very skeptical, we've been back three times. Our 3 pups come home Happy and healthy, no sign of stress. And as we get in the car it's almost as they have one more bark out to say goodbye to their friends that they've made. We are going to use them for training. They are different programs for training, problem fur babies can be helped here. The groomers are patient, loving and kind.

Our dog loves doggie daycare and she loves the staff! Everyone is very nice and accommodating there. So glad we found this daycare! Recommended to my sister and now she takes her dog too.

We send our puppies, Nova and Shelby, to Doggie Day Care three days a week and they LOVE it!! From 6:30 AM to 6 PM they run and frolic with other dogs, enjoy doggie pools on hot days, and had their first grooming with Noel, who made them soft and gorgeous! Trifecta also offers boarding. They take photos daily and post them on Facebook so you can see them playing and be confident your fur babies are safe. We love the staff, and so do Nova and Shelby! They are happy to go, and happily tired when picked up! We love our fur babies so it makes us happy that we found a place we can trust!

I take my dog Cocoa to Trifecta for both daycare and boarding. She is always well cared for and happy when she is there. She gets so excited when I ask her if she wants to go to daycare that she zooms around the house and then stands at the garage door crying waiting to get in the car. When we get there, she pulls to get in and never looks back. She is always excited to see me when I pick her up. She responds the same way when I tell her she’s going to camp (boarding). The people at Trifecta are so friendly. The owner treats us and everybody like we are VIPs. I highly recommend Trifecta for your daycare and boarding needs.

We took our dog to get groomed for the first time and we absolutely had a great experience. He looks and smells great! New customers for sure!

i am so grateful to have found trifecta, the staff was wonderful, im so happy that i was able to have my dogs groomed. she did a great job. the owner is the nicest person you can ever meet. he put my worried mind at ease. i never put them in a kennel to go on vacation for a week. my 2 dogs had the best time. i was able to see pics of them playing , they have more friends than me ! i highly recommend trifecta kennels. thank you !!!! I have a chocolate lab named Sadie. Trifecta is the only place I feel comfortable to take care of my pup. They are fabulous with her, the place itself is so clean and the staff are all so kind . My pup can be anxious when away, but she is excited each time we have brought her to Trifecta and happy to see them. It gives me a such a feeling of comfort knowing how well she will be taken care of , and how much Sadie loves her friends that take care of her.

Our dog has been going to Trifecta day care for a month now, and the care staff treat her like their own. During daycare, the dogs get outdoor time 2x a day in a huge fenced-in area. They even post photos each day of the dogs playing. I've also used their grooming services, and they have done a great job! I'd recommend this shelter to anyone!

I have / had an extremely aggressive and protection driven female Australian Shepherd. I was completely shocked at the progress Trifecta (Eugene) made in our very first private class. Chris then took over Brandy's training and honestly, within a few weeks Brandy not only was following good commands but was allowing others near herself as well as me. Soon after, Chris (trainer) said she was ready for group classes. And again, after a few weeks I could tell that not only was she improving with her commands and socialization, she actually was exited to come to class. As soon as I made the last turn in the car, she'd be up on all fours excitingly looking out the windows. She's not done learning but for the most part she's turned into a nice and sweet dog who is beginning to go up to certain familiar people and also allows them to pet her and show affection. I would have never believed such a change could be made and I believe 100% that it was Trifecta's doing. I addition, I need to give Noel (groomer) huge praise for giving my other Aussie a spa day. Ruger is very friendly and doesn't go to training class with Brandy although I hope to get them both into Agility training for fun. But back to spa day. Ruger is a giant Aussie and Noel made his day with a nice bath, blow out, de-shedding, coming out, thinning the thick wooly mammoth fur, cutting up some long spots, trimming his nails, and I'm sure a few other things that went along with his spa treatment. He looks and feels so good! And I honestly think he knows it because since his spa day, he's been strutting around like to say "look how handsome I am". And I promised him that every few weeks he can go have a date with Noel again.
