Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.
Lani is an excellent Pet Sitter and housesitter. Communication was easy, our pet Cleo appreciated her loving care. We came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I would happily ask Lani to housesit again.
Meg was a dream pet sitter for my three year old labradoodle. She gave him nice long walks and was very organized, communicative and tidy. I look forward to another opportunity to have Meg in my home!
Bryan and Dana were the perfect sitters for Cella. We were delighted that they were able to arrive a day early so that we could enjoy dinner with them and get to know one another. We would be honored to have them sit again. On top of their great care they left us a thoughtful friendship gift. zeewoi continues to be the best site ever. Not only do we have great pet sitters for Cella, we also have the opportunity to meet great new friends. Thank you!!
I had the pleasure of having Tracey and her two children as house sitters, and I can't praise them enough for the incredible job they did. From the moment they stepped into our home, it was evident that they were dedicated, caring, and attentive to every detail. First and foremost, Tracey's approach to caring for our house and our beloved pets was nothing short of excellent. She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. I would welcome Tracey and her children back to house sit in a heartbeat – they are exactly the kind of house sitters that one hopes for on this site! Thank you, Tracey, for everything. You and your children are welcome back anytime!
I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Their communication with me was enough that I felt perfectly at ease during my time away and in turn, they were super responsive if I contacted them. My pets were relaxed and happy when I returned!
David was a super interesting guy, we had good conversation. My place was clean, my cat was happy...he communicated with me.. David is a great house and pet sitter . He is very gentle, which my cat enjoys.
David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.
Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

My boy saint goes here. I struggled his first few months of being a pup because of his breed and how active he was . It didn’t mix well with me being a busy person. However, Play Fetch has had me conquer this problem. I enrolled saint in July and it’s been the best decision for him. He loves and looks forward to going . The staff is super nice and accommodating. They constantly upload pictures of your dog and how their day is going. The pricing and time range they watch your pup for you is immaculate. I have no complaints.
We heartily recommend Play Fetch!! They are friendly and thoughtful and they clearly love dogs. Mady went over and above while our dog Cheerio was there. It was a new experience for Cheerio and she was anxious - which made us a little anxious. Mary called us in the afternoon to ease our minds and let us know that our dog was doing well and playing with her new pooch friends. We had two occasions to use the services of Play Fetch and both were exceptional. 5 stars for sure! Thank you Play Fetch!
My pup has such HIGH energy and basically bounces off the walls at home so my wife and I decided to give PlayFetch a try to help his needs. He absolutely LOVES it!!! He is completely wiped out after he goes and is such a cuddly pup now. They take pictures each day and post of their Facebook page so you can check in to see how your pup is doing. The prices are AMAZING and you can choose what days you need to send your pup so they can vary to what you need each week. This doggy daycare is literally the best.
Recently started putting our golden retriever pup here during the day and it has been great. We love the daily report cards. Sadie says thank you for caring for her while the family is at work and school!
We heard about Play Fetch from a friend and decided to give it a go! They have been great helping Copper get comfortable, going slow and letting him meet pups at his pace. Today he bounded in the door without any encouragement or prompting! Send your pups here!
My little guy Maverick absolutely loves coming to daycare at Play Fetch. It’s incredibly reassuring to see how excited he gets just pulling into the parking lot. The facility is clean, organized and well managed - I love that there are always photos and updates on the whole pack daily (yes, I look at them even on days my pup doesn’t attend 🤣). They really took the time to hear my reasons for putting him in care and I’ve gotten feedback not only on his well-being but also the new experiences he’s having and his interactions with other dogs which is a huge part of what we were looking for. Already have and would easily continue to recommend to friends!
My grandpup Oakley (yellow lab) has been loving it at Play Fetch. He’s only 8 months old so he has tons of energy. Great 1/2 day play date for rainy days while mom works!! Thank you!!❤️🐾 …
We have boarded our dog Bruin at play fetch a hand full of times so far and we couldn’t be happier!! We absolutely love what they have created there - a super fun experience for the dogs & the ease of knowing that every dog will be well cared for just like one of their own! I LOVE that they get to play with the other blading dogs as well as the day care dogs. Our pup comes home completely exhausted and literally smiling from ear to ear. I even love the personal texts we’ve received while away, letting us know he is well & happy. While being away this weekend we even revived this picture of their wonderful staff loving on him! We love Play Fetch!!!
Great fun for dogs. No crates!!! Reasonable prices. Love the pictures they post every day of all of them with names. Update 08/01/24 been going there for 6 months now & she enjoys it more each day!! Great staff !!
Play fetch is an awesome place for dogs if your going away on vacation and need to board (they also provide daycare services). They took great care of my puppy and messaged me with daily updates & photos! They were so good with my pup!!
We adopted our dog Bug a couple months ago and she has refused to let us bathe her despite how bad she needed it. We finally decided to try a groomer and decided on Diamond in the RUFF based off the good reviews and its location. When we got there for our appointment, we had to present proof of rabbies vaccination and fill out some paperwork. While that was being done, there was an area of fake grass where you can take your dog to go to the bathroom and they provide bags to clean up after them. This was extremely helpful because anxiety causes our Bug to go to the bathroom multiple times. All the staff was friendly, happy, and helpful. I even had a long conversation with a woman who worked there before we even went inside which was very helpful and reassuring, plus she was great with Bug. Whole process probably took 2.5 hours, including the time to fill out paperwork and chat before actually bringing dog in. There's a small store front with some cool and fun things for you and your pet that you can shop while you're there. All the prices were reasonable for the things i looked at in my opinion, especially the stuffed bones. At pickup, we got a very detailed breakdown of how things went, what was done, Bugs reaction, etc. Again, super friendly staff that clearly loves animals and were very understanding when it came to our questions. We ended up buying a bunch of stuff from the store and I still felt we paid a reasonable and fair price for the goods and the services we received. Bug looks and smells so much better now, nails are shorter, less sharp, and quieter on wood floors, and she even got a nice Halloween bandana. She also really enjoyed the couple of treats we bought for her while there so I plan to go back to get her more soon. Overall we are very happy with our choice and experience with Diamond in the RUFF and will definitely return for future grooming. We also hope to check out the daycare at some point to help with socialization and exercise.
My fur baby, Romeo, absolutely loves going to daycare! As soon as I turn into the parking lot at Diamond in the Ruff he starts singing with joy and his tail just about wags off his body. lol. I have been going there for years and Kelli and her team are amazing. They take such good care of him and that makes my heart happy. They also do an amazing job with grooming! He always looks perfect. I trust and highly recommend Diamond in the Ruff🐶
After 4 years of not Being able to do my dogs face and legs. with my age 69 and a double back fracture.Today was his 1st appointment. I give this place a 5 star. rating. They called a hour later and he was ready. The girls did a awesome job inc nails bath, feet and face. This dog does not have a easy button. They got it done. The shop is nice. Loads of goodies from candles to hoodies.
I’ve been bringing my tiny princess here for years. Always easy to book an appointment, they ease her nerves and do a great job. We always look forward to the seasonal bandana!
Scout absolutely loves hanging with her friends all day. We buy her a bone upon pick up and sleeps all night excited for the word “daycare” when we wake up. She is Very well taken care of and I can say enough how thankful I am Diamond in ruff truly watches and cares for scout!
My dog Aiko has been going to Diamond in the Ruff for the past couple months a few days a week to their doggy day-care. Since she has been going I’ve learned she enjoys playing on slides and swimming in the kiddie pools! I was shocked!!! She comes home exhausted and has become such a better behaved dog because she is getting the exercise she needs.
Skips and I love Diamond in the RUFF! He's an anxious boy and all of the girls working there are so patient and kind with him. They always give him an adorable bandana and he leaves clean and happy! They also have lots of treats, calming remedies, doggie beer and attire in the shop area which is a plus!
My dog Kaia loves doggy daycare, she’s always tired when she comes home. She also gets groomed and always looks and smells amazing. The staff is always nice. Highly recommend if you want your pet pampered.
New customer here! Just picked up my 95lb Husky from his 1st Groom and he smells so good!!!!! While waiting to drop off and pick up I got to see many interactions with both furry babies and parents and i dont have a single bad thing to say! Everyone was great! My mother also has her pup in the doggy day care a couple times a week and she only has great things to say! I definitely recommend to anyone looking!
I took my German Shepherd to Diamond in the Rough, and they did an awesome job! The staff was super nice and took great care of my girl. She looks and smells great after her grooming. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a fantastic dog groomer!
Great place for my dog to stay, individual indoor/outdoor spaces.
They housed my 2 pups for almost 2 weeks while we were away and my mind was at ease. One of my dogs is an escape artist and there were no issues. Nice facility.
Our large dog stays there often, as we travel and entertain. When moving he stayed for months and was well cared for and happy. We never worry when he is there, and couldn't be more grateful for the service or happier with the environment.
Such a great local business. Our pup is always excited to show up to Chloe’s Countryside Kennel. Facility and staff are fantastic! Congratulations!
Highly recommend Chloes's Countryside Kennels! We have boarded our Frenchie here twice now and he loves it. The owners are very friendly, the place is beautiful and clean. They even take you down to the kennel so you can see where your pet is staying. Can't say enough great things about this place!
My small Westie mutt stayed for 10 days. The only thing that happened to him was a hoarse bark from all the barking he must’ve done with the other dogs. These folks are good with dogs. I’d recommend them to anyone owning any sized dog.
Chloe's Kennels was perfect for our puppy. She was happy, loved and well taken care of while we were on vacation! Will definitely be back!!
this kennel keeps large and small dogs in the same kennel without letting their coustomers know. Your beloved pet can get killed here because of their negleience.
We always enjoy our vacation knowing "our boy" is being well cared for at Chloe's they are the best!
Food was mediocre. Price is mid-range. Waitress was pleasant and polite. Something was missing in the flavor of the food.
I’ve had a really great experiences with Village Woof for about the past year but last week really sealed the deal for me. First of all, they give report cards which is adorable and dress them up for Halloween. My dogs lose their minds when we pull up and are depressed when we leave. Our little one plays so much that he’s covered with dust and dirt at the end of the day and we can schedule baths for him before we pick him up! We got a puppy just before COVID and he basically got raised without socialization so I bring him twice a week alone to play with other dogs and one of those days with our older dog. On Friday he was playing really rowdy with another dog and cut his eye. They called me to let me know and told me that there weren’t fighting, just playing and it was an accident - like kids on a playgrounds They have an on-site veterinary hospital so they took him over there to treat it and reassured me that it wasn’t very serious. They monitored him all day and gave him breaks. They sent us home with medicine and ointment and didn’t charge us for any of it or for treating him. We just felt so grateful and comfortable having our dogs there knowing that not only are they responsible with supervising the dogs but they have services on site if there are little mishaps like this and aren’t going to hold it against us. We live in Swansea and there’s a popular doggy daycare that’s about to open up about two minutes from us. I started coming to the Village because it was about two minutes from my office but now because I mainly work from home it’s about a 20 minute drive. We considered splitting their day care days between the two for literally just the convenience, but they don’t have a vet hospital on site and charge so much more for extra services. So if this happened there, we’d have had to leave and pick him up and take him t out vet and so forth. So after Friday, we decided the drive is worth it because we know they’re in great hands and having a vet site that we can trust for is invaluable. I can’t speak highly of them enough!
They took me in super quick took great care of my baby at a very low price also squeezed me in for a c section and did amazing very small incision very clean stitches the staff was so friendly you can tell they love the animals also while waiting for the c section they trimmed my babies nails at no extra cost when I say this is my new go to vet for all my dogs I’m being very honest best service I ever received !!!!! Highly recommend specially for American bully owners !
Not like any other vet, you can tell she’s a big animal person with a big heart. I know when I bring my pets I’m putting them in the best care possible. The staff is awesome too. I’ve went to 5 different vets before her and couldn’t find one I trusted. I found her from volunteering at Lighthouse animal shelter and she’s awesome with the shelters animals too!
The price is good, that's one of the only good experiences I've had here. Took my pregnant dog here for an estimate on how many puppies, they said 5 maybe 6 and they are huge. This was after she had a litter of 11 the previous year. She ended up with 10 puppies and not huge at all. Maybe they checked the wrong x-ray. And I was there last September to put down my very sick cat, this was an extremely unprofessional experience, as if putting my 4 year old cat to sleep wasn't painful enough they gave him a sedative to calm him first said they'd be back in 10 to give him his final shot. 35 minutes later after the sedative wears off they come back and wrestle him on the table to give him his shot, meanwhile my husband and I are sobbing as our cat screams for his final few moments of life. I will never have another animal put down here again, I will go elsewhere and pay double to not go through that ever again.
Best vet clinic ever. I would never take my dog to any other vet ever. They r great ppl and they out beat any price i got from any veterinary center from Fall River to Boston.
Been with our puppy twice. Each time we waited over an hour and there was no-one else there. Everyone was friendly but there was literally 6 staff working, no other patients(pets) there and we got there st 10:55 for an 11:00 appt but we're not seen until 12:05.
Was at the village vet on popes Island and she very helpful and suggested possible solutions to my dogs issues
Dr Brito is a great Veterinarian. I highly recommend The Village Woof for pets care and needs. Friendly staff, clean and caring environment for your furry, feathered, or scaly kids. 🐶🐱🦅🦎 …
Amazing day care service, super friendly staff. My puppy loves going and getting to play with all the dogs. Great vet on staff as well
Really cheap but the service is slow and in professional. My dog got her blood drawn and poop glands squeeze and neither of those times did they use gloves. Attend at your own peril.
BEST Doggie Daycare/Boarding Ever! This review is unbiased from someone that has been going here for over 8 years. If you are like me, your fur babies are your family and only trust their care to the BEST, then The Executive Dog is the place you need. One of my dogs (Rocko) have been going to Executive Dog since he was 9 months old, and is now 8.5 years old. Since then we added another furbaby to our family and Scarlett has been going there as well since she was 6 months old. The Executive Dog, Inc.is the best place for our furry kids. Not only do my dogs love going there ( they bark and screech as soon as I get on the street all the way down to the lot and then try to jump out the window as soon as I pull into the parking lot). They are exhausted from such fun filled days ~ that when they get home, they eat and then sleep until the morning. A tired dog is a good dog. I feel bad when I cannot bring them in, because they love it so much. They have also taken great care of my dog with grooming, as well as overnight stays (including 2+ weeks). They always have a spot open for Rocko and Scarlett when I need it. I have boarded them from 1 night to 19 nights, and they absolutely adore Shelley and the crew over at The Executive Dog. I definitely recommend this for the best Daycare, Grooming and Boarding .
We’ve been part of the Exe. Dog family for over 5 years now, and have had a wonderful experience. Our 10 y.o corgi is a very important part of our family and we researched this facility prior to committing and it’s been a terrific experience. We take advantage of all their services food/daycare/grooming/and overnights when we travel and in each case our dog (little princess) always comes back to us in fantastic condition. The owner and staff are always accommodating extremely knowledgeable and professional. Were lucky to have them and I encourage any and all who consider their dog precious to reach out to the team. JOE
Executive Dog is the BEST! My golden retriever Toby, has been going to Executive Dog since he was 4 months old and he's 8 years old now. This doggie day care is truly heaven on earth for dogs and is a 5+ star! Shelley and her staff are always friendly and caring. Toby looks forward to going to ED and jumps out of the car when we get there because he can't wait to hang with his pack friends. Super clean and roomy inside and out and the new artificial lawn outside gives them a great playing space.
My dog loves going to Executive Dog for daycare! She is always super excited to get there! Our experience has been nothing but positive. The dogs are always well behaved and you almost never hear them barking! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I am constantly recommending this place to everyone I know. Can not say enough good things.
My Golden Retriever Chloe can't wait to get to Executive Dog on her "school" days! Shelly is fantastic and takes great care of all the dogs. It is a caring environment and I never have the slightest concern. I know my pup is in great hands and comes home tired and happy.
Shelley at Executive Dog is an amazing dog person. I always felt so confident leaving my dog with her that he would be well cared for safe. I've been to other doggy day cares and no one else keeps my dog as happy and healthy as Shelley does. I love that the dogs have the freedom to play and enjoy the day, but that she also keeps and eye out for bad behaviors (such as my dog eating poop- terrible and unhealthy habit!) and tries to prevent them. The place is reasonably priced, friendly, and reliable. They also do grooming right on site which is super convenient!
Our dog has been going to Executive Dog for a while now - I think over a year, currently two days a week. She loves it there, comes home tired (from playing) and happy (exactly what we want). She has a great time playing with the other dogs, so it's great exercise AND socialization. You do have to pick your day(s) of the week FYI, it's not a drop-in anytime kind of doggie daycare (this makes sure there is a consistent number of dogs, and that they all get along well). The hours and location are convenient for us, and the owner and staff members obviously love animals and take good care of them. We've moved one town away but prefer to drive back to this doggie daycare rather than switching. We have also boarded our dog and were happy with boarding services. Great place!
To begin with the dog loves it there. Shelly and co. Run a tight ship. The place is always cleaned up and the dogs get along. This service socialized our Gracie so that we can trust her around dogs wherever we go. We've boarded Gracie there as well and she always comes home not stressed out. I'd recommend this place for all dog owners especially people who want their young dogs socialized to other dogs.
Our dog loves going to executive dog. He gets so anxious in the morning if he sees us all getting ready to head out to work and school if he thinks we are going without him that he won't eat until we put his leash on so he knows he's going to executive dog! It's quite clean, has a great out door space (as well as a huge indoor space), staff is friendly and accommodating. Our dog gets so excited to go. We highly recommend it.
Our silky terrier Mikey attends Executive Dog 2 days a week and loves it! He needed to hang with a "pack" of his own instead of just being with my husband and I. Silkies have a strong personality and need to have that discipline that only a pack can offer. Executive Dog provides just that and more! Shelly and her crew are knowledgeable, friendly and I trust them with our boy. They monitor for any problems and he is safe and happy! He comes home fulfilled, exhausted and relaxed! He barks all the way up to in the car when it's time to go again!!
Pasa is very friendly and was great with my animals (cat and a rabbit). I'd recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter or day/overnight boarding.
Great, clean place to keep your dogs. The dogs are extremely loved and cared for. They get excited to come here!
Pasa was great and took great care of our dog.
Love this place! My dog needed grooming..she was stinky! Michelle washed, brushed and deshedded my lab mix. Very professional. Prices were appropriate and my dog was pampered. I should add..I called 5 places to get an appointment as a new resident to Acushnet. 3 locations never answered and did not have an answering machine. 2 told me they were not accepting new clients. Michelle called me back fast and I was able to get an appointment within a few days with her. She's the real deal. She's our new groomer!
I have been a customer for 5 years. We had 2 dogs up until recently, and now we have 1. Michelle has been so wonderful to our dogs and took such great care of them, whether it was grooming for a day, or for a week while we were away. Our dogs mean so much to us and we trust Michelle with them. She treats them and loves them like they are her own. This is a great business and we are very lucky to have Michelle! She is a genuine person who is absolutely wonderful with pets.
Best pet groomer around. Even after Michelle moved from New Bedford to Acushnet, we continue to bring our dog to her. She is attentive, and our dog also loves it there.
Michelle is the best. Her care and attention for our dog is as if she is family, and our dog loves her. The shop is cute, easy to access, and very convenient. Update 2021: Go Fetch is still the only place I'll bring Gracie. We've never had a problem or an issue that we never experienced anywhere, but trust Michelle with Gracie 100%.
"Go Fetch" is simply awesome. The owner, Michelle, has groomed and cared for my 2 dogs since 2013. She is my go-to "pet-sitter" when I need to be away, and I can always rely on her. One of my sweet dogs is insulin-dependent, and I trust Michelle with his life. My other dog has high anxiety around strangers, but Michelle has earned her trust. She grooms my pups perfectly every time. I am so grateful for this business!
Michelle is a great dog groomer and she is very knowledgeable about dog health and well-being.. She is friendly and always warm and welcoming.. The pet products in The shop are top quality. I've bought many and enjoyed them all.. My dog Finn , is a very sensitive little guy,, Michelle puts his fears at ease and he returns looking great and feeling ☺
We have been taking our golden retriever, Bailey to Michelle for years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Michelle has always been so kind, loving, and caring with Bailey and all the pets we've seen pass through her door. Never been disappointed with the quality of services that we have recieved from Michelle at Go Fetch! We have, and always will, highly recommend Go Fetch to anyone.
Really good with dogs... bad with people! We have been going to Go Fetch for 7 years. It started to go down hill after she moved from New Bedford to Acushnet. She does good work but her people skills and patience are poor at best. If your a couple minutes late for any reason she will give you attitude and possibly cancel your appointment. Being punctual is very important to me because of my job. It’s rare to happen but things come up every now and again... traffic, kid wakes up late, etc. You would think a simple phone call letting them know your going to be a couple minutes late would be the respectful thing to do. People are a couple minutes late to doctors visits, dentist, and haircuts all the time... it’s called life. Long story short if all you care about is your dog looking good you found the right place. If your also looking for a groomer that is professional, understanding, and patient with their human customers than this is NOT the right place for you.
Michelle is extremely accommodating with our little Chasey boy! She is always able to fit us in and takes great care of him while there. He is always clean, well groomed, nails cut and has the cutest handkerchief when I pick him up. She always has a great selection of natural treats as well. Highly reccomend Go Fetch!
Great experience every time for my dog. Michelle is very friendly and knowledgeable about dogs, grooming and keeping your dog healthy. The store is very pleasant and clean and has a quaint rustic feeling.
We love Emma Marie’s!! Our dog Frannie has been going to daycare there for over a year now. The staff is super friendly and take good care of our girl. We love that they post pictures during the day.
Emma Marie’s and the entire staff are just amazing. As a frequent traveler, they have become a second family to our elderly dog and I never have to worry about her while she is in their hands. They are kind and attentive, and our dog loves going to stay at her Doggy Hotel to see her friends. I highly recommend.
Rachel is the best groomer we have ever had. She is always so kind with my very energetic 10 month old wheaten terrier and works wonders with his hair. I feel confident Emma Marie’s grooming will meet every need and take care with every concern. I drive an hour each way because they are worth it.
My family is new to area and needed a new groomer for our furry babes, Willow and Maggie. The staff here is so responsive and attentive. They listened carefully to my concerns and special circumstances for each dog. Their work is top notch and everyone is so kind here. I am grateful I found this place. Would highly recommend!!
My pup Luki really enjoys EM in Mattapoisett. The staff are excellent, competent, friendly and go out of their way to make your pup feel at ease. I highly recommend 👌 …
My dogs are incredibly well cared for by the staff and my dogs love going to Doggy Day Care with all their friends! Very clean, very professional, very friendly, very safe. It isn't cheap, but worth every penny! A+++
There aren’t enough stars or words to express how much I love the people here and how happy I’ve been with the care they’ve given to my pup. I feel that he is safe, loved and having a blast during daycare. That’s a level of comfort that is priceless.
They have been grooming our dog for roughly 3 years and do an incredible job. Everyone there is super nice and accommodating. Bear our pup actually enjoys her visits and always comes home looking and smelling amazing. Could not recommend them more highly.
I wouldn’t trust my dog in anyone else’s hands. Always professional and my dog is always excited to go and sad to come back home!!
Emma Marie’s did an amazing job with my Yorkie. I was extremely happy with her haircut and they did a great job with her nails. Her nails were smooth not sharp after being trimmed. I was extremely satisfied and will be bringing her back to them again.
