Our dog Winnie went to daycare today at The Hipster Hound because we wanted to try it out first before long term boarding, and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing place, and an amazing experience for our dog. The workers are so friendly and take their job very seriously. The facility is clean and tidy, and does not smell like urine. It's quiet considering how many dogs they board. No ear-splitting barking! I was able to FaceTime our corgi Winnie halfway through her stay and she was sooo happy, playing with other dogs, and the woman I spoke to was very nice and clearly cares about dogs! So happy with our experience here and the level of quality and care at the facility. Will definitely be using them always!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My girl always has such an amazing time at the Hipster Hound. She was a bit timid to stay at first but now just the mention of the word “daycare” gets her super excited because she knows exactly where she’s going. Everyone is always super kind and professional and I know everyone here has a genuine love for animals. My energetic Doberman always comes home tuckered out and happy after staying here. My dog was in need of her shots so while I was at work, they were able to coordinate and take her to the vet to get it done for me. What a fantastic group of people and they really take care of our furry friends spectacularly.!!

My pup attends Hipster Hound 3 days a week while I work. She is extremely happy when she reaches the parking lot and realizes where she is! She has a wonderful time playing all day and truly loves the staff. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and am so glad we found this wonderful place for our sweet Winnie to spend her days. Best part is she comes home exhausted and falls asleep as soon as we get in the door so mum can cook dinner!

Lucky loves this place and can't wait to get there every time we are driving there. When we are near he gets super excited and loves everyone there, especially his Aunt Kelly. I love how secure it is also.

Amazing facility. Great staff. Kind hard working owner. I board my dog Aggie here. And she attends doggie day care about 4 times a month. She loves the staff and tries to jump through my windshield to go in while we pull in the parking lot. They carry her dog food, so I can but it there. And have even made time to add on a bath at the last second. 10 stars.

This was my first experience hiring a pet sitter in Savannah and it was a fabulous. There was a meet and greet which made everything run smoothly. There was communication and a photo each day. I did not need to ask if anyone saw my pet. I could clearly see she was fine and that was a relief since I was out of town.

I have been using Savannah Pet Sitters for several years. We originally had 4 big dogs that did not get along so leaving them with someone we did not know was not an option. We searched for the perfect person and Erica immediately won our confidence the first time we met her. She is knowledgeable, professional, well trained with dogs. Everyone that has taken care of our babies through Savannah Pet Sitters has been well received by the pups and we know that we do not have to worry about the well being of the dogs when we are gone. All the dogs are old and have health conditions now, so leaving them is an entirely different stressor - but we know there is no better service than Savannah Pet Sitters to keep an eye on them when we can’t be there. They are very flexible and reliable and have often come through in a last minute crunch for us as well.

Erica and her lovely team are some of the greatest human beings. The only thing that could make them better is if they had been born as actual dogs! They take such good care of my girl whenever I leave her in their care and send daily texts with pictures proving she is having the best time (*without me). They are wonderful, have taken great care of my dogs. We had an emergency and they were so great in taking my dogs in at a moment's notice & caring for them while my husband was in the hospital. I have used LaMaison Du Caniche for over 20 years. All of my pets have had wonderful care while boarding and grooming.

They are amazing with my Rottie! All his special needs were met. My fur baby lost no weight there like he has at other kennels. They have large spacious kennels for my big boy who is 145lbs. Heck he looked better when I picked him up than when I dropped him off. Miss Pat is super friendly and you can tell she really cares about the animals. I’d recommend them if you are looking for a place that values you and your animals happiness.

I have been using Mulberry Family Pet Sitters for around 3 months now and cannot say enough good things about them ! I have a very high-energy GSD and they are more then equipped to handle him and come in daily for mid-day visits . They recently added two new sitters and they all treat him like their own . I get daily pictures which puts me at ease every day knowing he’s been played with and given love while I’m at work. When it rains my back yard gets muddy and they have no problem taking him on a walk instead or playing with him in the house , they are super flexible and super commutative ! My dog ate something he shouldn’t have when I was at work , which turned out being very toxic (hide vitamin D Pills if you have them) and she alerted me right away , gave me an update on how he was acting and offered to take him to the vet but my husband was able to come home and take him. The entire weekend I was updating Sarah , it seemed like she was just as worried as I was for his well-being which shows how it’s more then a job to them and they genuinely care for your pets . If your looking for sitters to treat your dogs as their own and to love them like you do , mulberry pet sitters are the ones to pick!

The women at Mulberry Family Pet Sitters are amazing. We've used the service twice now, once for a planned vacation and the second time for an out-of-town emergency. In both instances I knew my furbabies were going to be taken care of, as were my plant babies, and I was able to go on with one less thing to worry about while away. Cheyenne, Keana and Sarah have been wonderful to my three dogs and I love getting each report (complete with pictures) after their visits to my home. 100% recommend!

We recently adopted 2 kittens and I was worried about leaving them alone for the first time while we were on vacation. Sarah listened to my concerns and helped ease the anxiety I had about leaving them. Xavier came over for the consultation and to meet Callie and Felix. He explained everything and left us with a welcome packet. I got a notification when they arrived at my house, pictures, health updates, and a report each time Xavier and/or Savannah came over. I needed to go out of town for two weeks and I couldn't find an airline that would accommodate my 44lb cocker spaniel. I searched about ten boarding facilities because I am always worried about where I leave her. I liked the reviews that I have found for the Mulberry Family Pet sitters and was pleased. I arrived at the facility early for a meet and greet so that Sasha would feel safe. I must say, out of all the places that I have boarded Sasha, this was my favorite. I was given a photo EVERY MORNING, and an update on how she was. I felt REALLY comfortable around the second day, no worries. Upon my return, everything that I bought was inventoried when I dropped her off and all of her bedding was washed and cleaned, along with all of her dishes upon my return. I am so happy to have found this place and I HIGHLY recommend this facility if you are in search of a GREAT boarding facility to leave your family member. I will use her again in the future, because she is clean and cares a lot about your fur babies.

If you are looking for a pet sitter or dog walker look no further! My pups received the best treatment and the most attentive care. I was worry free while I was gone. I received updates often and they took the time to adapt to the instructions I provided. They even made the extra effort to sanitize everything and have it prepared for me upon pickup. Sarah was fantastic with my older Pug Tucker! She came to my house while I was out of town multiple times a day and was very communicative. She sent texts, pictures and video of what she did every time she stopped by. She walked him as well and left cute little treats! I appreciate how she went the extra mile and would highly recommend this business!

Had to travel to California for work for 10 days. I was very nervous about having someone else wach my 2 girls while I was away. Sarah did an outstanding job! What a GREAT place! We were traveling through and needed to board our two Goldendoodles on short notice (1 day) and Terra was more than accommodating! My lab Lyle has stayed here a few times and its always been a positive experience! Its a smaller facility and family owned. We are military so its hard to find good care for our dog with moving around a lot.

Maddie our 14 month old Standard Poodle stayed at Animal Kingdom today. They were great!!!!! They were diligent about making sure her vaccinations were current which made us feel she was going to a safe and healthy place. She was very happy when we picked her and we could tell she had had a great day of play with other dogs. They even gave us a summary of her behavior and suggestions on making her next stay at dog day care even better. We will use them again next year when we visit Savanna'

I am recently new to this facility; however, I am beyond happy with choosing Animal Kingdom Pet Resort. The owners are extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions I may have. I really appreciate that they take the time to brief me on my dog’s behavior that day at daycare. If you want your fur babies to have a good place to go while you’re away, I definitely recommend animal kingdom pet resort!

Love taking my sweet pup to Animal Kingdom. She gets so excited every morning because she knows she’s headed to daycare! The staff is so sweet and very personable. They communicate very well and I love that they take such great care of my baby!

My chocolate lab has stayed at Animal Kingdom numerous times over the past two years. They were originally referred to me by my dog’s vet. My dog was recovering from surgery and needed to be boarded. The vet felt that Animal Kingdom would properly care for my dog in cleaning his wound and giving him his medicine. We have been using them ever since that initial boarding. My dog seems to enjoy his time at Animal Kingdom. He is always nice and clean when I pick him up. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Animal Kingdom.

Animal Kingdom has taken care of 3 of my furbabies while we were stationed at Hunter. We used daycare, boarding, and grooming services. We were ALWAYS treated with respect and we recommended them to everyone we knew. We moved to Fort Rucker and did not know any boarding services there. So...we drove 6 hours back to Animal Kingdom to board our babies when we went on vacation. It was a peace of mind and my babies did so well with them. If we could take Animal Kingdom with us everywhere we get stationed we totally would!! The owners are so sweet and care deeply for the dogs they serve. When one of my dogs passed away they reached out to us and let us know they were sorry for our loss. They have always shown us safety is first, which is important to us. Dogs can be unpredictable but their knowledge of behaviour is key to keeping all the dogs safe. I miss this place and the owners. Highly recommend their services! ��

We were looking for a place to board our dog for an upcoming trip and throughout the summer. Animal Kingdom was recommended by a friend so we went here first. I’m glad there are people who enjoy utilizing this facility, I do not count myself among them. Liked: -Cheapest in area -Closest to our house -Complimentary bath after 3 day stay Didn’t like: -No tour on initial visit -Wanted dog to come in for extra days so she wasn’t nervous before boarding (glowing temperament test results with no such requests at two other providers) -Plays fast and loose with your credit card without signed agreement -Staff not as friendly as other providers -Tried to make a proper introduction between staff and my dog and was told it’s just easier if I just leave which visibly caused distress (other providers have assumed I know my dog better than they do or minimally indulged my request) -Facility is much smaller and not as clean as others The price difference between here and one of the most expensive in town was $35 for a 4 day trip. The savings did not outweigh the negatives for us. Edit for owners response: Her response exemplifies a lot of what I don't like about her business practices. She does not seem to be open to feedback or different ways of conducting business as she considers herself to be an expert. In my opinion, the best businesses are those who learn from the feedback they are given and adjust. The consistency of issues found in reviews across platforms and her consistently defensive stance suggest that it is her way or the highway. In the end, there are other facilities who are more professional, clean, and have closer controls on their use of credit cards. These facilities will not require you to spend additional money to make your non-aggressive dog "less nervous" and I recommend you go to one of those instead, even at the cost of some time and a higher daily rate.

If you are looking for a place for doggie day care or to board your dog, choose Critter Sit Doggie Day Care. They were so accommodating and helped us out big time when we had to come to Savannah last minute. The dogs loved the Doggie Day Care. They sent us pictures of the dogs playing at the end of each day, AWESOME!! When we picked up our two dogs they were happy and TIRED from all the playing! Here’s a picture of them sleeping peacefully after we picked them up. Happy, tired pups!

We were traveling from out of state and our plan A fell through and came to find Jackie and Johnathan from the RV park we were staying at. Jackie was so pleasant to work with. She took our Kylo in an emergency and took him for several days of sitting and even boarded him overnight. We had her groom him and he so very well taken care of. I would have no issues trusting them with any of your furry friends. They have ample kennels with things for the pups to run and play.

Jordan is fantastic! We’ve been taking our dog to her for boarding for years and she’s been great. Our dog loves to see her. I would give her the highest possible recommendation.

I am not one to write reviews often, but after such a great experience with Critter Sit, I had to. Dropped my puppy off for the day, needless to say she had a great time socializing with the other dogs and getting her energy out in a fun, outdoor environment. Jackie’s responsiveness, flexibility and genuine care for my pup is the reason we will be going back to visit. Also loved getting follow up pictures of my puppy having a blast! Would recommend highly.

Jackie was very sweet to send me pictures of my Yorkies playing during their stay there. I was nervous about leaving my puppies but glad to have found critter sit doggie daycare. My Yorkies were also given a bath on their last day, so they smelled great on our trip back home to north GA. Our family, from Maryland, came to camp down in Savannah this past week and needed to be able to explore all the attractions without our beabull, Raleigh. She's never been to doggy daycare before. I looked into Critter Sit Doggie Daycare and Jackie made it easy to make a reservation. Very affordable, our dog with seemingly boundless energy was exhausted at the end of the days she spent there. She even got a rinse off before pick up. Jackie sent pictures which proved how much fun Raleigh had on her vacation! Highly recommend!!! If we're in the area again, we will definitely send Raleigh for more fun. :)

My dog has been going to Critter Sit for 5 years and loves it there!

They took care of my chickens, goats, and my bearded dragon! They were amazing and so accommodating and clearly cared and took an interest in my animals. Having recently moved to Savannah with our two dogs, we were somewhat skeptical that we would find a pet sitting service that equaled the one we used in our previous city. Like most pet owners, our expectations for care are pretty high so we began the process of finding a new sitter with some trepidation. My first contact with Blissful Buddha (BB) was with Tyler who listened to what we were looking for, acknowledged our concerns, and ensured us that BB could exceed our expectations. He explained their services, answered all my questions and scheduled a time for a new client meet and greet. The sitter arrived for the meet and greet on time and was armed with a detailed questionnaire. I’ve interviewed my fair share of sitters, and I know that there are those who ask questions and take detailed notes and those who do not. Those who do not do not get to watch my dogs. The BB sitter was very thorough and asked detailed questions and took notes about our dogs’ eating schedule, sleeping habits, temperament around other dogs, walking schedule, medications, local veterinarian, house alarms, etc. I always provide notes about these types of things for our sitters, but by the end of our session, I felt that the sitter had covered all of the questions I’d normally have and touched on all the concerns that are covered in my notes. She left us that day with a good feeling. On the day of our trip, we had to leave for the airport before the sitter arrived for the first visit. This is always a bit stressful because not only are we leaving our pups, but we also worry about the sitter arriving on time and being able to get into the house with no issues. So, we always anxiously await that first check-in from the sitter letting us know that all is well. Happily, we didn’t have to wait long. Within minutes of arriving, we received a text from the sitter that she had gotten into the house and was greeted by happy pups. She even sent some pics. And I’m pleased to say, this was rule for our entire time away. Each day we received multiple updates and pics letting us know that the dogs were doing well. This meant so much to us and let us enjoy our time away without feeling any anxiety about their care and well-being. Without a doubt, Blissful Buddha exceeded our expectations. The entire experience from the first phone contact to the follow-up email from the owner after the service was first rate. They do a wonderful job and have earned our trust. We’ve already booked their sitting services for our next two trips.

Katie with Blissful Buddha is not only amazing with our four dogs, but she's quite the photographer, too! We have one blind and deaf terrier, one blind Shih tzu, one giant aussiedoodle, and a sassy toy poodle. They all were comfortable with Katie from the moment they met. Medications were given, our wood floors remained clean, playtime and snuggles were enjoyed, and we received photo filled texts with each visit. Happy dogs = happy humans!

I LOVE blissful buddha!!! Their services have brought me so much peace of mind while I’m at work. Everyone has been so professional and helpful, but I especially adore Carissa. Her communication skills are exceptional! As she has gotten to know our pets, our one grumpster pup has progressively gotten less cranky in update pics! Love the update pics!! Updated 5/31/24: I’m still hiring these pet sitters years later and have nothing but nice things to say about all of them! They took care of my senior cat with advanced kidney disease and were so kind and gentle. At one point she was on several medications and special foods and they were so great with her. I also had someone come over every week to help me administer subq fluids and was/am so grateful for their compassion and care at the end of my cat’s life. These days they’re looking in on my 4 young rambunctious cats and I love all the sweet photos and updates. It’s priceless when you know you have people to trust 100% when you’re gone. ——————— I just hired Blissful Buddha to look after my cat and everything went perfectly. I chose them based on their positive reviews and am so glad I did. They are very organized and professional which made a great impression. The lady who came to my house for an introductory visit was very friendly and asked several questions to make sure my cat was taken care of and that they did everything I needed - that made me feel comfortable with trusting them right away. They sent an invoice which had the schedule of the daily visits - it was nice knowing when my cat was being checked in on. Every day the sitter sent a picture and a detailed report about everything going on with my cat and the house - I never had to ask a single question because they detailed literally everything. The people here from the owner to the pet sitters definitely go above and beyond with how they treat both the pets and their owners. Their thorough communication really makes them stand out from other pet sitters. I am super impressed and will be reaching out to them whenever I need pet care in the future.

My German Shorthair Pointer loves doggy day care here! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They send multiple picture messages throughout the day of him playing with other dogs! I have no problem leaving him here for a couple days at a time while I’m out of town, he always comes back calm from playing so much and is excited when we pull up!

I entrusted the Shady Pines staff with the care of my girls for about a week and I was beyond nervous to do so. It was my first time boarding them, but between my husband being out of town for work and a family emergency I had to travel for, I was left with little options. Communication with the staff was great- someone was always available to answer my calls and my questions throughout their stay. The doggy daycare was great, allowing them the opportunity to run around outside together and stretch their legs. They both came back leaner, but the staff communicated with me how they were stubborn to eat in the new environment, so I don't blame them for that. They also came home with scratches and scans, but I'm attributing that to how rough they play together and the condition of the outdoor equipment. Overall I'm satisfied; they were taken care of and came home in good spirits, albeit exhausted!

We were traveling to Hilton Head from Atlanta when our local boarding had an emergency and had to close boarding. We gave Shady Pines a try after reading the reviews. We board our senior dog at our vet, she is not a social dog. Every interaction we had with staff was positive. We drove up and saw a staff member walking a dog by their pond and immediately thought this was a great place. We picked up our dog mid day and saw all the dogs supervised in the day care play area. They looked so happy. Our dog is not social so did not do day care. We picked her up, she was happy and no signs of stress. They kept her in a kennel area for older dogs or dogs with anxiety. The price was great for last minute holiday week.

Such an awesome place for my Cooper! He's able to play with other dogs, and run until his heart desires! The staff is professional and courteous.

I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews. And yes they took decent enough care of our cat but my poor dog came back having lost weight (between 5 and 10 lbs) and is covered in bed sores. I had specifically left her soft bed and some toys for her to have while she stayed and neither toy showed signs of chewing and the bed was completely clean so I knew she never got to use it. I also received a call while I was gone asking when I planned to pick up my pets and I had already confirmed the dates twice before leaving. Then when I picked them up the guy at the front desk tried to argue with me about what I had said when I dropped them off and told me he gave the dog a bath free of charge when I had specifically asked him not to because of her sensitivity to certain soaps. Luckily it's obvious she never got the bath because she was covered in dirt, loose fur, and multiple spots of her was stained yellow/brown from the fluids coming off the bed sores when I got her home. I can't believe how wrong I was in trusting them with her.

The staff are friendly and honest about our dog’s stay, such as letting me know she didn’t eat. She is always eager to enter and quickly finds a friend to play with. We have had no bad experiences and when we watch on the cameras they all look content. I like that they get down time and aren’t with the group the whole time as our dog doesn’t always know when to stop 😆.

We are always pleased with Barks. The assistance we receive getting dogs out is exceptional.. Always appears clean. The one thing needing improvement is the smell. Never had that when walking in front door since it became owned by a national company. I'm sure this will be corrected. Once again they know our dogs and provide great service.

Barks is wonderful and so are their employees! So kind, so patient with the pups! I’m so glad a neighbor recommended Barks. My Husky has been going for a year now and he and our family love it!

I can tell you all that my dog gets extremely excited whenever we pull up. She is also very happy when we pick her up. So, my Dawg gives them 11 out of 10 Paws.

We boarded our dogs here for a weekend. I was very nervous because I have never boarded them before and they aren’t socialized with other dogs. From the start the staff verbalized understanding of their needs and demonstrated their knowledge during the initial assessment of some warning-sign body language the dogs may show when they are uncomfortable in a situation. The staff when dropping them off were so nice and definitely made me feel better about leaving them. The staff was very sweet and gentle with them from the start. The dogs went with him so easily which one of them is usually pretty hesitant walking with people he doesn’t know. When picking them up, every item we dropped off with them was very clearly labeled and easy to find. The dogs barely seemed to even want to leave and were still hamming it up to the staff. The staff said they were the sweetest boys and they loved cuddling on them. Just an overall good experience for us and for them.

We boarded our two dogs for the evening and as soon as they got there they were so excited. The staff is lovely and very receptive to pet needs. We’ll be back!!

The Good - Our dog seems to enjoy going to Barks and always comes back 100% exhausted (assumingly because he has so much fun). We have had generally positive interactions with the staff and the facility seems fairly nice from what we can see. The cage-less atmosphere is a big plus for us. The Bad- You're almost guaranteed to have to pay additional fees for boarding (for those with traditional work or vacation trip schedules). For boarding you can't do a morning check-in or an afternoon/evening check-out without paying an extra $15 fee for each on top of the $50 per night fee. You can't pick your dog up on Sundays at all unless you make pre-arrangements and pay another $15 fee. The Ugly- We felt pretty scammed on our last boarding. We dropped him off Friday for a 1-night stay and were told we could pick him up anytime before 7pm the next day (the front desk girl even said "Saturday? Anytime before 7"). But we received a call at 6:15pm the next day asking when we were coming to pick up our dog because they were closing (they told us the girl at the front desk made a mistake and they don't stay open until 7pm on Saturdays). We said we were 15 minutes away, our GPS said we would be there at 6:30pm. They said they were sorry about the mistake, but that was too long to wait and we would have to pick him up the next morning. We weren't thrilled, but mistakes happen, ok. First thing the next morning we went to pick them up and the front desk girl (the one who had said 7pm) was very apologetic, but then CHARGED us both for the 2nd night we didn't want AND a Sunday pickup fee. Blown away, I asked "are you really charging us for the 2nd night?". She called what I assume was the manager and they took off the Sunday pickup fee but still charged us the extra $50 for the extra night. Might be a little over-dramatic, but it really felt like they held our doggo hostage and then demanded ransom to get him back. We paid it, but we really lost our trust in Barks with this. We'll probably try to avoid Barks in the future if we can. The ???- every time we pick our pup up from boarding, he drinks a comical amount of water. It's probably because he's too busy running around with the other dogs to drink, but we do hope they have water bowls out for the dogs at all times.

My dogs love Barks. They get so excited to go. They also love the staff which makes me happy to know that they are treated well. And they play hard with the other dogs when there and come home exhausted. But very happy. Barks is strict about all dogs having the proper immunizations and a temperament test to be sure that dogs are in the proper play group. The place is kept really clean too. I highly recommend Barks for day care and boarding.

My pooch Bear has just recently become a client of BARKs, and we have loved the experience so far! He has been both in daycare and also booked twice into long weekends boarding while we were out of town. Check in and check out is quick and easy, the staff are always pleasant and Bear seems to love it there.

Left our German Shepherd at Parks for one week. Came back and had to take him Into Veterinarian on emergency visit at 4 o’clock in the morning after picking him up earlier that evening. He was neglected, I don’t care what they say. They’re not that good. Be careful.

This facility is absolutely amazing. This is not the first time I utilized their services. My interactions with staff have been excellent at every encounter. Also, my dogs absolutely love this place! I have a very large and very rambunctious puppy. Not only do they tolerate his shenanigans with grace, expertise, and professionalism, but with genuine kindness and affection. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care that they provide to my babies when I must leave town.

My cranky, moody, slightly sickly senior dog LOVES Pet Boarding!!! It's kind of funny that she stayed at boarding for a 4-day weekend recently & was kind of bummed that we picked her up because she enjoyed it so much. The staff has cared for my dog a handful of times, including a 2.5 week block leave. She was so loved & understood. I'm hesitant about who takes care of my dog because she has specific needs & an attitude that requires saintlike patience... Pet Boarding is that: caring & patient. I'm grateful to be able to entrust my dog to a facility that's so close to where I live when I need. They're honest about their policies & their waitlist, & I've been fortunate to be able to have a spot for my dog at a small facility like this. Thanks for all y'all do!

it’s a shame that a military boarding facility is so poorly run. I boarded my 2 dogs here when I was out of town to attend my father’s funeral. My dog was attacked and bit so severely in his butt that he was required to be sedated and have several stitches placed. He was in a cone for weeks, prescribed 5 different medications, and required follow up visits. I never once heard anything from this facility besides the kennel lead Jerrica Bryson doing everything she could to cover up the incident. If you board your dogs here you need to be okay with the fact that the staff doesn’t have a protocol for any medical emergency or incident that may occur at their facility. They delayed getting my dog to the vet for several hours. If he had been bit anywhere else or if my smaller dog were bit it could have been fatal. Instead of properly caring for my pet Jerrica harassed me with phone calls telling me I need to pick up both of my dogs in the middle of their reservation in the middle of the night even though they generally have strict pick up times. I even had to originally schedule to pay an extra night due to their pick up windows. I believe Jerrica wanted to cover up the incident. The dog who attacked mine, Apollo, was still boarded at the facility when we picked up our dogs. My dogs were supposed to be kept separate so it was due to their negligence that my dog was attacked by another. Instead of doing the right thing Jerrica wanted us to pick up our dogs for being attacked and allowed the dog who attacked mine to stay. She continued to gaslight me and treat me like my dogs were the problem. Jerrica refused to pay for veterinary treatment and the veterinary office was calling me saying they cannot continue treating my dog unless I pay $800. I had to fight with the facility to even get my vet bills reimbursed! Jerrica continued to call me after our dogs had been picked up to harass me for boarding fees even though I had been communicating with the director of the facility regarding reimbursements and payments. Finally was able to get reimbursed for my vet bill and was given an attitude when I picked up the check. Overall it’s disappointing that I’m treated this way as an active duty military member boarding my pets. I expected more from this facility. I cannot recommend it and please know your dogs aren’t truly safe here if there is an incident or emergency. Jerrica cares more about attempting to cover up incidents than doing the right thing for your pet.

Great service from staff and facility. I’ve been boarding my dog (s) for over 10 years and trust them explicitly. I would recommend this place to all who can use it, but if you don’t, better for me as my dogs will always get a spot😂 …

We love this facility. A very positive point is that they have requirements for all dogs to be up to date on vaccinations & fecals. That shows they care about the dogs being safe. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We take both of our GSDs here when we travel. We come back to happy, healthy dogs every time. I am surprised by the negative reviews. We've seen the whole facility and it is great. They also let us know how our dogs did & they've been making sure they get plenty of play time.

I have been taking both my dogs there for just over six months now and can absolutely say this is a great facility and you can’t beat the prices. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to me and my dogs. It is a clean facility with both indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs. I love the fact that the dogs get to play outside as well as rest inside. I do pay for the bathing as it makes my life easy and my dogs smell great. I always received a phone call back when I left a message and even discovered I have the same last name as one of the employees; however, we talked and unfortunately found out we are not related, I was hoping to find some long lost relatives, oh well, they are still friendly and happy to indulge in conversation.

My dog stay there for her first time for three nights. I was very nervous because I have never left her with anyone before. This place was absolutely amazing. Courtney was great! I called throughout the weekend and got very detailed updates when I went to pick my dog up she had pictures and videos to show me. I would highly recommend.

We boarded our 2 Border Collies with them for 1 week. They go out of their way to make sure your babies are well cared for and as comfortable as possible. Very clean facility. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. I almost think our 2 would have rather stayed longer. We would definitely use the service again and would definitely recommend to others!!!
