This was the 3rd time that Jill sat for us. That says it all but please read our previous reviews. They all stand and Jill is one of the best and most reliable and loving pet sitters we’ve ever had. If you have a chance to have her in your home and caring for your pets, you will be absolutely delighted. We love her.
Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)
Great pet care. The house was clean and tidy. The sitters had great communication. Would recommend again!
Bryan and Dana were the perfect sitters for Cella. We were delighted that they were able to arrive a day early so that we could enjoy dinner with them and get to know one another. We would be honored to have them sit again. On top of their great care they left us a thoughtful friendship gift. zeewoi continues to be the best site ever. Not only do we have great pet sitters for Cella, we also have the opportunity to meet great new friends. Thank you!!
We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!
We had the pleasure of having Tara as our house sitter while we were away, and we can't praise her enough for the fantastic job she did. Not only did she take excellent care of our home, but she also showed tremendous love and attention to our beloved dogs. From the moment Tara walked through the door, we could tell she had a genuine passion for animals. She immediately bonded with our dogs, and they seemed completely at ease with her. Throughout our trip, she provided us with regular updates and photos, which truly put our minds at ease knowing our boys were in great hands. Tara took great care of our home as well. It was evident that she respected our space and coming back home, we found everything just as we left it, if not even better! We highly recommend Tara to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy, and caring house sitter. Her communication was excellent, and she proved herself to be a responsible and dedicated individual. If you want to ensure your pets and home are in the best hands while you're away, Tara is the perfect choice. Thank you, Tara, for taking such incredible care of our dogs and home. You made our trip stress-free, and we're truly grateful.
Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. If you're looking for a responsible caregiver for your pets and home - look no further!
Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Our whole family hopes to see her again-either for a visit and/or for a sit :) Thank you, Thank you, Melissa!!!
Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Jessica and her team have trained and cared for our boys for the last three years. She is genuinely concerned for their overall health and wellness. We have found our go to place for all our training, boarding, and grooming needs!
They do an amazing job keeping your dog SAFE and happy! Large yard to run and play with other dogs in a safe enclosed area. Baths are done and included in your fee for pickup day! My Lucy has enjoyed her visits every time and gets excited to go back.
Pawsitive K9 Connections is honestly the best. We have been boarding our dog Ella here for the past 4 years, and have zero complaints. Our dog is very high energy and at times a little sassy, it can be difficult to find a boarding location for her that understands her personality. Since finding Jess, our minds are put at ease knowing our pup is in a safe, loving and structured environment. Can't recommend this place enough!
I cannot say enough great things about Jessica and what she does! I have used all of her services (grooming, boarding, and training) and have always been please (and so has my pup). She does the best job grooming and my dog always comes home so soft and smelling so good! For boarding, she makes their stay so fun and my puppy is so excited when we pull up! She takes pictures and keeps her facebook updated so you can see what your pup is up to while you're away from them. For the training, I took my puppy starting at just a few months old for training. She has grown leaps and bounds in her knowledge and listening/responding to commands. The transition between her time with Jessica in training and coming home is seamless because Jessica spends the time to train me as well and is always available for questions. I highly recommend. :-)
Will post my experience later, when our puppy will graduate. As for now, very positive experience: neat facility, clean and safe.
Great experience. Owner knows alot about canines & training.. I left my dog there in doggy daycare to interact with other dogs & she got a basic bath & nails done
Jessica, you have NO idea how much we appreciate you and Pawsitive K9 Connections. Jim and I talk about y'all all the time. Hank is doing great since his Lifestyle Training with y’all. As you know, he was a challenge as he had lived his life on his own or in a training crate. He is now a well-behaved family member. We can take him anywhere, thanks to the amazing training you provided Hank and then us. We were probably harder to train than Hank was. 😂We are also very thankful to have y'all care for our big boy when he can't be with us. We know that he's truly cared for, gets to run and play with the other doggies, and isn't locked in a crate all day everyday. Even more than that, he loves going there. That, in and of itself, is worth so much to us. The bath and nail trim is a definite bonus and we always look forward to the pictures that you post. We can't thank y'all enough for training and caring for our Hank! You have made all the difference in the world in his life and, in turn, in ours. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Jim and Sherri Clifton
We love it here for grooming, daycare, boarding...you name it! Our dogs are so happy here and live their best lives!
My pup loves going to Jessica for both grooming and boarding! He always is so excited when he gets there. She shares pictures on Facebook throughout his stay. It is such a big help for her to bathe him before he comes home. He smells so good and clean when I pick him up. I am overprotective of my fur baby and I trust Jessica with him 100%! I would definitely recommend Pawsitive K9 Connections to anyone!
We took our pup there a while back and I'm just now getting around to leave a review. First off, when meeting face to face, there was no smiles or greeting. The lady didn't even seem to like her job so much. But, I figured it was maybe a busy day and her mind was occupied. I had to also reach out a few times during the day to check in, since I wasn't receiving any updates. Didn't receive any photos like she stated on her site that she does. When I picked up my pup, she still acted like she wasn't happy with her job, and sent me on our way. My pup came home smelling worse. I had seen several negative reviews on one site, but also several positive reviews. I don't think we will be going back, but maybe other people will have better luck. Take this as criticism, not to be ugly. I do wish her luck on future business.
Sissy and Nancy are great they love the dogs and I never worry about my pups when I’m away. Thank you so much for many years of taking great care of them. 💕 …
I am so happy we found Dog’s Live Happy. Sissy has a true passion for animals and takes amazing care of our fur children. I have no doubt they are loved and cared for when I leave them with her!
Best experience ever with day care and boarding. If you are looking for a place that doesn't just put your pet in a cage to be let out a few times a day, then this is the place for you!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. They love your pet almost as much as you do. Our pets (even the anxious one) is always happy after leaving Dogs Live Happy.
Sissy has taken care of our beloved Alexander Hamilton BEAR for years. Her passion for dogs is palpable; her spacious property is a dog's Elysium. Bear loves her so much that when we approach within 2 miles of Dogs Live Happy, he will shoot to the front of our car and begin barking for her. Danke, Fraulein Sissy!
Our dogs love to visit. They receive excellent care, and they are always happy to see Sissy when they get out of the car. Dogs Live Happy is our favorite kennel.
We have an Irish Wolfhound with special movement requirements; Sissy had no difficulty finding an appropriately sized couch for her to sleep on. It is always clean, and our dogs come home tired and happy from all the playtime in her large enclosed play area.
Best place for your dog for a trip or daycare. Sissy is so caring and knowledgeable, I always feel good about leaving my dog in great hands.
Wonderful!! A lot of room to play and relax. My babies are treated like family. I highly recommend Dogs Live Happy.
Wonderful knowledgeable people. My dogs were very happy when we picked them up. Love the people there.
Always fantastic, they take real good care of my boys!
Corey did such a great job with our dog! We have a 1.5 year old rescue (boxer lab pit mix) who is high energy and had trouble calming down when meeting other people and dogs. She came back still her same goofy self but listens very well and is able to relax when we have company over. He improved her leash walking and she listens better overall. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about this trainer!! I mean seriously absolutely amazing!!! Trainer has upmost respect and connection for his dogs he trains and his customers. He has worked with us personally and our dog which has changed our pups life and ours for the best!!! My dog was nipping jumping and our son was scared of him now my son can love on our dog and has even picked up helping continue to train!! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, loves dogs and what he does you don't want to miss the opportunity to meet this trainer!!
I was on actively trying to rehome my lovely puppy when I realized she just needed me to commit to getting her properly trained, rather than give her away with her behavior issues and risk going to a family that may abuse her because of it. I found Muddy Waters in a search, spoke to Corey and immediately set up a schedule of training. Since doing so my dog has made a complete turnaround. I am so thankful to Corey and his team!
I can’t thank Corey enough for the incredible work he’s done with my dog, Otis. Otis had a history of aggression and had previously bitten two people, so I was unsure if off-leash control would ever be possible. From the start, Corey showed a deep understanding of dog behavior and a wealth of experience in handling challenging cases like Otis’s. The transformation in Otis is nothing short of remarkable. Corey used a balanced and consistent approach, working with Otis on reactivity, desensitization, and obedience. Through his calm guidance and skill, Otis not only learned to trust people but now confidently walks off-leash around others without reacting. Corey’s patience, professionalism, and dedication to Otis’s success made all the difference. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a challenging dog. Otis is happier, I’m more at ease, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Corey!
Corey is an excellent trainer. He has helped us work with our Sheepadoodle and the difference is amazing. He understands dogs and gives you advice in terms that make it easy to ‘train the human’. Would recommend him to anyone!
Corey is an amazing trainer! He trained my bully when he was a baby and he still listens on command with no issues! Anytime he comes around, my baby still recognizes him & immediately gets excited to see him! Once you get your pup trained by the best, you’ll have a trainer/friend for life!
Best trainer ever! Corey knows his stuff. He has a great rapport with the dogs. Corey has great skills in understanding dog behavior and behavior modification. Corey is always continuing education training. Corey is a fantastic trainer not only for the dog but for the dog lover too.
Corey has really made a big impact on my Pitbull! My pitty was originally difficult to handle, showed some negative behaviors when guests were at our house or when we took him out into different environments (like taking a walk!) Since starting training my little guy is more compliant to my commands and is much more attentive to me. He has learned so much already and so have I! Through the training I have learned that a well behaved dog comes from my commitment and expectations. Corey has been such a blessing to us! Happy we ran into him at a store while training another pup! I would high recommend Muddy Waters Dog Training!
Very energetic trainer that will help to train your dog and yourself. Corey has done wonders with my pups, I highly recommend him. Overall it was a very good experience.
Honestly, I think corey@muddywaters is the bomb trainer… he most definitely helped me with my over active boxer💜Phoenix… he answered all questions, even offered better suggestions for a better outcome for my dog… i love the fact, that even after the training corey Is always a phone call away!. One thing I will say, she listens very well, much better than she did prior… Although, her and I r adjusting back to her being home and the commands r going very well😌my Phoenix is still a puppy but, a puppy with control now!. she’s about to be 6months old and since back home she’s only had two accidents and that was only because, I was not moving fast enough being, she did let me know…. Thank u corey, I will be bringing all my puppies to muddywaters..❣️🍸
10/10 paid for the daily photo add on and got amazing pictures way better than I ever expected.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND! We boarded our HEALTHY, 2 year old Dane for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend (Our vet's boarding facilities were full, & we had to find a new place). Dropped off Fri. morning, & was to pick up Mon. at 4:30. At 4:07pm, South Paws called saying that Bodhi had large amounts of swelling & open, bleeding wounds on all four legs. He didn't want to stand up to go outside, but they JUST NOTICED this & claimed he had been 'fine this morning at turn out'. We get there, and ask to see Bodhi immediately. They took us to the 'suite' room up front, that they had moved him to after we called. He was laying on a blanket in this room & could barely stand, even when he saw us. He was openly bleeding from all four, swollen legs, lethargic, weak & had no life in his eyes. The male at the front desk was the RUDEST person, with ZERO sympathy or explanation as to how in the world our dog ended up in this state. We stepped out front & called the Police & Animal Control to report animal neglect & cruelty. The officer took photos but said in these instances the only thing they could do is supply us with a report, in case we wanted to take it to civil court. (Which is beyond ridiculous, but a complaint for another day). We took him to the vet & they almost had to put him on a stretcher to take him inside. The vet said he was severely dehydrated & had lost 17lbs since his last vet visit. They put him on IV fluids, pain medicine, steroids & antibiotics, while doing blood work, & laser therapy on his swollen joints to help ease the pain. He was hospitalized for two days, with me visiting to try & entice him to eat. The vet said his immune system was attacking his own platelets. It was an autoimmune response that was likely triggered by stress of being boarded, discomfort from his wounds (the mat rubbing at his elbows/pressure points and rubbing them raw) & that caused him to not feel well enough to eat/drink. He came home for a week, & we did everything we could to help him heal, but had to go back to the vet on June 10th. The next day, we received a call saying he was not going to recover, & we had to make the choice to say goodbye as peacefully as we could manage. It was a BRUTAL experience. We are very disappointed that it appeared they did NOTHING. Did not even call our emergency contact, who would have been there in a heartbeat. Our dog had never been sick, always cared for and loved.
2019 post: Our dog Ella loves being groomed at South Paws and being boarded there. They take excellent care of our 4 legged family member. The shampoo they use smells so good. Updated 3/20: South Paws is truly the best! Our dog loves being boarded there when we have to take trips.
We have been using South Paws for several months now with our 8 month old Golden doodle and we couldn’t be happier. We have used them for doggie day care, boarding, training and grooming, and all of our experiences have been great! This is a well-run business and the value you receive for the price is excellent.
We used the boarding service last minute, as we decided to go out of town for the weekend. Her visit was in June 2021 Update: Fanny caught a kennel cough from her visit here. I was so terrified, she was only 8 months old at the time. She was vaccinated and still got sick. Thankfully after a nice vet bill and weeks of worry, she got better. When I called to inform them of what happened, the employee told me that they had sanitized since then. She didn't offer an apology or anything. I understand kennel cough is just like human flu and you can't protect against all strands, even if vaccinated. I have been informed since then that this business has had frequent outbreaks. An apology from the owner would have gone a long way or at least a call to check on my pup. The owner/ owners were aware of the outbreak yet didn't call me to inform me. If you knew there was an outbreak of kennel cough while my dog was there, why wouldn't you inform all customers who visited during that time? Bad things happen, and that's understandable, but if you cared about animals, that would have been your priority. That told me everything I needed to know about this business.
Boarded my Boykin here for a quick weekend trip, felt very comfortable with leaving my baby here especially after talking with the women up front they genuinely care for the pups! Cephus also was given a bath before I picked him up(requested)super soft and smelled nice! Well definitely be using them in the future highly recommend!
Boarding is great, training is not I spent $1500 Board n train at southpaws, but I wouldn’t use them if I were you…they basically used a $200 shock collar as the main training device, didn’t do all the stuff originally listed on their website under the service until I pushed for it, and then most other things it was a do it yourself or that’s just the way it is kinda motto, if I wanted that I wouldn’t have paid that much money on professionals. 🤷🏾♀️ You can save yourself the $1500 if you get the shock collar yourself or find a different more hands on group that won’t feel rushed I got called before the 30 days for my dog and I had to push back and say it’s hasn’t been the allotted time…they gave me several days before they called again for pickup. I wouldn’t have an issue with it if they had told me they wanted to do a 15 day instead, I’d prefer that then letting me go along with 30 day training and I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth out of that.
Literally have been coming here a year for day care . My dog got bit there by another dog and it was swept under the rug and I was told it’s fine it’s fine. Today months later I’m told my dog can’t come back because “ he’s not a good fit” “ it’s just too much rotating him” . But yet was acknowledged that he wasn’t doing that before he got bit. They say they offer training but that was never offered to me after he got bit and was acting different there . Also, wasn’t given a specific reason he can’t come back besides he just isn’t a good fit. The workers wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I wasn’t acknowledge until the owner came outside. And she said she was told by the girls they can’t anymore. Oh so you haven’t exhibited the behavior? Your husband who was sitting out there this morning didn’t see the behavior? Absolutely crazy. It’s basically if the girls working don’t like your dog your not welcome. Spend your money somewhere else.
I just picked up my dog from south paws and I understand if they were understaffed for the holidays, but there's still no excuse for the shape my dog is in. He never has issues with using the bathroom indoors so long as he keeps around the same schedule that they advertise on their website (very close to his home schedule). When I picked up my dog he was soaked and when I asked why, they said he had peed a lot in his room so they sprayed him off first. My only question is why is he peeing in his room if hes being taken outside the proper amount of times like promised? I understand if he had just had one accident but they said it happened over his entire stay. Customer service is also questionable. Whenever I asked a question, they seemed nervous/scared to answer. Will not bring my dog back here
I left my dog here while my family and I went on vacation this Christmas break and a horrible experience is the best way to describe it. First off, listen to the other reviews that describe how bad their dogs smelled after staying there. Literally can’t get the smell out of my car. This may have to do with the fact that they are only open for 2 hours on Saturday and Sunday which I’m guessing means the dogs spend 22hrs in the pens..... you can guess what that means. Some business advice is to change that. My uncle came by and checked on him while we were gone and his depiction was a mad house. They literally let all 40ish dogs out in a smallish area at the same time. My sister actually waited last minute to board her puppy at a different place which was practically half the price and her dog got a bath and didn’t come back smelling like death. I’d recommend another place or anything else. Very disappointed.
Been using Cindy Lou's for over six years. Great people, friendly, pleasing results. You cannot go wrong and Savannah will give you great service with a smile!
A great, friendly team has been my experience. It means a great deal to me the way they care for my 4-footed family member.
Cindy Lou’s exceeded our expectations when grooming our nervous goldendoodle, Rosie. They handled her so well and we absolutely love her summer cut!
We recently moved to Statesboro and I was nervous about finding a good groomer for my two yorkies. Boy did the crew at Cindy Lou’s ease my mind! They are beyond wonderful. You can tell how much they love animals from the time you walk in. Cindy and every crew member we talked to was sweet, knowledgable, and attentive. My babies have never looked better!
We moved to the Statesboro area just over 2 years ago and I was so nervous about having to find a new groomer for my babies. They are both rescues and chihuahuas so they have a double dose of anxiety and energy. Cindy Lou's was the 2nd place we tried and I'm SO thankful I found this group of groomers. They are absolutely awesome with my pups and my pups adore these ladies! 100% recommend taking your fur babies here!
We just moved to the Boro and have been looking for a good doggie day care for our Abby. We found this wonderful gem of a place called Cindy Lou’s Dos. All the girls there are wonderful and show a very genuine love for the animals that come for their various needs. The place is clean and does not have the “wet dog” smell. The cost for their services are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place. Abby had a wonderful time while there and was very tired when we picked her up. We most definitely found a place to take Abby for day care. Kudos to Savannah!!!!! She went over the paperwork with me and was very friendly and professional.
We used them for boarding. We board 2 dogs, usually and have one who is quite anxious (both were adopted as strays and right off the street). The more anxious one seemed well settled after he returned home. The boarders reported him to have been a good boy. We will be using them again. All the staff was so respectful of each dog that came to the building for whatever service and regardless of their reaction to being there.
They do such an awesome job. The only problem I have is that it takes allllll day for them to get your fur babies done, even after an 8am drop off, but I really do highly recommend them.
I’ve always had a positive experience with Cindy Lou’s Dos! Whether it’s boarding or grooming they’ve become All of my Fur babies Family! Compassionate people who go above and beyond Every Single Day to care for each Fur baby as though they were their Very Own! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!
This place is so amazing. My baby has been going here for a year now and they treat him so well. His grooms are always done well and when we board him he loves it. My dog has a lot of separation anxiety so I wasn’t sure how he would adjust with being boarded but after the first time, he would get so excited when we pulled into the parking lot to drop him off. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing place for him.
Lauren, the owner of Awes and Paws, makes me feel like she loves our Dolly like she’s her own. Dolly, a silver lab, was a gift for my daughter Nora for her 8th birthday. We want the best care and support for Dolly, and I feel like Lauren is providing that! During or after Lauren’s visits, I often receive videos of Dolly and text messages, recapping her time with Dolly. I also appreciate the tips and tricks that Lauren gives me regarding Dolly’s care and training. I am given a peace of mind, knowing that our Dolly will have a visit from “Miss Lauren” while we are away.
I have been using Lauren to watch my dog Anna for about two years. I have never left Lauren with Anna for less than 6 days and she is incredible for a long stay. She sends text updates everyday during the stay and ensures I know my fur baby is taken care of!
Lauren has been a great dog sitter for us! We have an unpredictable schedule and she is always available for us when we need her. Our dogs are not the friendliest to strangers and she has quickly made friends with them. She also communicates well with us and gives us updates when she’s at our house. We appreciate her dependability!
Lauren was very flexible and communicative! We booked for 1 service and upon meeting her, quickly booked another visit for a kennel break the same week. I know our puppy was excited to get her visits and we felt comfortable on our road trip knowing our girl was going to be checked on and loved on! I will definitely be using A&P services in the future.
Lauren was a wonderful pet sitter. She sent daily updates and pictures of my babies. When we arrived home our pets were happy and not stressed. Even my scaredy cat kitty fell in love with her.
She has helped several times with my dogs while I been gone & done an amazing job handling them .
Lauren is amazing with my Tzu. So glad to have someone that cares about my baby.
Lauren is excellent! My dog Brutus loves her!!
Lauren was kind enough to take care of our goats and chickens while we were out of town. We were able to enjoy ourselves knowing that things at home were taken care of. Thank you!
Awesome service for my fur babies. They get so excited for their walks and it knocks them out for the day!
I have been taking my fur babies to Tommy's for years. They care about your babies and do a great job of grooming all of my babies no matter what breed large or small. Their prices are very reasonable. My Chorkie Kimba with his new summer hair cut.
I love this place! I know Apache does too. They are so friendly and welcoming. Apache looks amazing every time I pick him up. I think he even struts after his spa treatment. Thank you guys so much for loving on my baby while we are away.
Petco was booked up as usual so that left few choices. I am exceptionally picky when it comes to my dog. I have a 11yr old American Eskimo. When I arrived at Tommy's I was not to sure. The place clearly needs a facelift and a modernization remodel. The work they do however, is amazing and cheaper than Petco. If the building looked as good as the work they do it would be amazing. You also have to understand that a private person vs a corporate backed place is and will always be different. The price and work is 5 star, but the building and sign (we almost missed it) does need some work.
I have boarded my baby 3 times at Tommy's. Always well taken care of & happy. Very caring & friendly staff. Highly recommend.
They do a great job. They are friendly and most always available. I always have them bath my dog and he comes back clean and hsppy.
Took our furry little friend to have her nails trimmed. Highly recommend. Very sweet lady.
I have taken my fur babies to Tommy and Vicki since I was in high school and let’s just say I am 53 now 🫶🫶🫶 …
Friendly Staff. I drive Two hours for their boarding service. This place is a lifesaver for me and my family. They take very good care of my Roxxy. No anxiety meds needed. And that’s priceless to me.
Tommy's Grooming & Boarding has excellent staff. My lab actually enjoyed staying there for a whole week. They took great care of her.
Kept our Great Pyrenees here for a week while on vacation. He was happy and healthy when we returned!
Phenomenal service! My boyfriend and I became cat parents recently and we came across Westside Vet. Everyone has been great with our new baby and the doctor and workers were very informative on things to keep our baby healthy and happy. Highly recommend and no complaints!
Phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful staff. I won't ever take my pets to another vet's office as long as this one is in business! They really care about the health of animals and will do their best to make them feel comfortable and loved. We had to put our 3 year old dog down recently, and they were so caring. 10/10!
I’m not trying to be a Karen here but I do believe others should be aware of what could happen to them at this vet. I’m a new dog mom and when I called to make an appointment here I told them I’m new to all of this and wanted to come in for a simple ear irritation for my dog. Hes a really healthy dog and that is the only issue I have had with him. While there, they took him back without me being able to see or know what was going on. Which did seem a bit strange to me because other vets I have been to have done an exam in front of me and my family with my family dog back home. The doctor came back to talk to me and informed me my dog had an infection where he was recently neutered. While I am glad this was caught….. I genuinely feel as though I was fully taken advantage of. The list of meds rolled in and I was quoted what I would be paying for the visit. Yes it sucked bad and I went up to pay. The bill was almost $200 more than I was quoted. The vet had given my dog an anti inflammatory injection without my permission. While I also went home with 300+ dollars in medication for anti inflammatory. So in total I paid almost $700. I called back asking about what happened to my bill and right when I was told “and the injection” I said “what injection”. The receptionist paused and said “I’ll grab the doctor for you”. So CLEARLY not the first time this has happened. After ready a couple reviews I now know they have done this before and only want your money. Take care of your fur babies and go somewhere where they value your pets health and not stealing money from you!
Dr. Andy Lee showed phenomenal care for my pet Bandit. He provide the service we needed and it was at a very reasonable price. Their front desk service, Mrs. Amy, was extremely friendly and understanding of the situation. She allowed us to come in short noticed and also showed great care for Bandit. I hold nothing but gratitude for them both and the clinic. Your service today earned the business a forever customer. Thank you all for caring for our pets as much as we do!
After going to this vet for years ( I was not a new customer) I called them because it was time for my older cat to be put down, and I wanted to make the final arrangements. The girl who answered the phone had a nasty attitutude and wasn't willing to talk to me about getting a sedative for my cat before I brought her in to be put down. "She hasn't been here in a long time, we can't do that." We were there 4 months before that, 4 months! I told her my cat is dying, she literally acted like she did not care. I called another vet after that and they were SO HELPFUL with putting my beautiful cat to sleep. It's a blessing that this vet's staff was so rude to me, because the other vet went above and beyond to make a painful situation easier. They do NOT love animals, they love collecting your money, that's it.
This was the first vet my friend and I had taken my kittens to and it was not a good experience. We could not see them receive their first shots as we were told to wait in the lobby until the doctor would discuss with us on further necessary procedures. That seemed pretty shady if you ask me. When we did meet Dr. lee, I guess he automatically assumed that my friend and I did not speak English. Was it because our names sounded foreign? It didn’t affect me as much when he said my English was good but I dislike how he treated my friend by commenting and laughing that she was just nodding like she understands English. That was ignorant and unprofessional of him to say to a client he just met. Not to mention the prices are also unreasonably expensive. I took my babies to Gateway hospital for their next shots and their prices were fair and about half the price Westside charges. The vet technician at Gateway was also really helpful and detailed. I was asked to accompany my pets as they received their vaccines and this ensured me that they did get their shots. Hope this review would be an eye opener for Westside to improve on these aspects. Overall, I was disappointed and would recommend finding another vet hospital
Westside actually diagnosed our puppy after another local vet shrugged off his skin condition as mange. It was too late to do anything and gently took care of him. Instead of sticking us with a hefty bill, they worked with us, and helped us. I really appreciate them helping us out, especially when our boy was suffering.
I took my dog to the groomer here. While my dog was there, I asked to have a couple of growths looked at by the vet. They called me and said if I wanted to proceed it would be almost $700 for bloodwork before they would do anything. So I declined the service. When I picked up my dog, they charged me a $60 office visit in addition to the grooming. Never having spoken with the vet, I asked for a write up of what they examined. The office assistant said "We don't have one because the vet didn't do anything." So I paid $60 for someone (who knows if it was the vet since he never spoke with me) to tell me it would be an additional $700 for bloodwork before he would even consider doing a procedure. Scammer. Save your money and go someplace else.
Very expensive for no reason. My bill was almost $200 for 3 things. I only came here because I didn’t feel like driving 3 hours home to my primary vet, but I’d much rather do that than pay that much ever again. The most I’ve paid at home was $80 and it was for the same things I had done here. I will not be coming back.
Dr. Lee is wonderful. His staff as well as himself are very good at their job. They treat our fur babies like they were theirs
So pleased to have found Nicole and Holly! They truly understand and care about fur babies—and they are great communicators with humans, too! Our dogs came home healthy and happy. Really appreciated the photos and updates while we were in our trip, and you can’t beat the free shuttle.
Nothing like knowing your furbaby is loved & well taken care of while you're away! Also is super nice to know they're playing & having as much fun as you are!! Always one happy, tuckered out lil kiddo when we pick her up! Thanks so much gals at Eureka Farm ❤️
I can't say enough wonderful things about Eureka Farms!! I've taken my dogs here for boarding for years and they take such great care of them. My dogs are so excited to see Callie each time we get to the shuttle and it's such a relief to have someone you can trust looking after your pets. Communication is great, facilities are great, the shuttle makes boarding very convenient from the Savannah area, and adding a bath is a great option for the end of a boarding stay. We've had a great experience each time and will continue to board our dogs here!
We LOVE Eureka Farms! And more importantly, so does our golden retriever, Tater Tot. We tried doggy day care and Tate hated it. Wouldn’t go through the front doors. She was super anxious any time we took her. We tried Rover, and the process of dropping her off at a new place every time we went out of town was horrible. We didn’t know if she’d have a good experience or not and sometimes worried so much that we didn’t enjoy our trip. But with Eureka, everything changed. When we show up, she gets out of the car and runs up to the gate like she’s saying, “Bye mom and dad! See you later!” They keep in touch, send us pictures, and we know she’s well taken care of and happy when she’s there. We fully trust Eureka Farms and it doesn’t break the bank either. We can go out of town and know Tater Tot is happy to be at Eureka. Absolutely would recommend!
Eureka is a doggy paradise. There are no cages and there’s lots of land to romp around. It should be your go-to for long & short stays. And even better, you can order a bath for pick-up day!
Our pups had a great experience staying at the Eureka Farm Pet Resort. We loved that the dogs are kept inside their home and are closely monitored and loved. Our older dog takes medication daily for seizures and they were very caring and attentive to her needs. Our German Shepherd also had a blast getting to swim in their pool. Our dogs will absolutely revisit Eureka during our next trip out of town!
We have been customers of Eureka for years and our dogs have always been very well taken care of while we are away for 2-3 weeks at a time. Everyone at Eureka are wonderful and get to know the needs and personalities of each dog and cater to them. They are extremely responsive and get back to you immediately. I would highly recommend Eureka farms.
Our dog has stayed twice now at eureka farm and has really enjoyed it. She can be a handful but the owners were very understanding and super helpful. We were able to go for a tour and meet everyone and see their setup. Very easy to communicate with and pick up and drop off was quick and easy too. This is our go to for our dog.
We'd been looking for a place to have our dog Mina boarded for several months while we traveled abroad and luckily encountered Eureka Farm Pet Resort. During our search for kennels we worried that we wouldn't find a place where we truly felt our dog would be happy and us comfortable leaving her. So when we arrived the first time to Eureka and felt immediately so comfortable and at peace, we knew it was the right place for Mina. Mina too was happy and instantly running all over the farm. Heather, the owner, was so kind, considerate and communicative. During our 4 month trip, we asked her to send us photos and videos of Mina once a week and she did. The property has a lot of open space (fenced) for dogs to run, which was really important for us since Mina (border collie / dutch shepherd mix) is an avid runner and very energetic. If we ever need to travel for a few weeks or months, we will definitely choose Eureka again to board our dog. Even though it is a 4 hour drive from Atlanta, boarding at Eureka is worth the drive. Heather, thank you once again for everything. Ivan & Pamela
We were in a bind with Hurricane Dorian approaching Savannah. Our usual boarder closed for the storm and I was scrambling to find a place to board our puppy at the last minute. I messaged Eureka Farms and they texted me right away. They were super busy with the storm too but managed to find a spot for our dog last minute and got the forms and everything squared away for her to board. Our dog had the best time at Eureka Farms, while we were out of town we knew she was getting so much play, exercise, socialization and fun. Eureka Farms' rates are also lower than I have found at other boarders, and I love knowing our pup will have so much fun and freedom when we leave her. We will definitely be repeat customers.
I have a 6 month old chihuahua that is a handful! Nails super sharp and tearing me up! Walked in to have his nails clipped and they did this quick! Now I have a happy pup and I'm not bleeding to death anymore! Really nice lady! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs nails done!
We adopted a cat who had been using Kayce for years. We knew nothing about Kayce's Pet Parlor. Over the last year, we have grown to love everyone there. They keep Granny cat clean and fresh with her lion cut! We are grateful to have crossed paths with them.
Great service and great with pets and always looking out for the pets if a medical situation has come to their attention during the grooming. Other places Sandi would fight me on going to but not here.
Chipper’s first haircut <3 Husband picked him up and said that he clearly enjoyed it (husband was the nervous one, not Chipper, but the staff made him feel better about the process- thank you!) Safe to say he felt great after his trim! Kayce’s did a fantastic job and the staff seems very caring and friendly. Chipper still looks great 5 weeks later! This will probably only be a summertime thing, but we will definitely be back!!
I had a bad experience getting my cat groomed for the first time here. First they do not allow you to come in the building at all which is weird i thought they was maybe still following covid protocol but everyone constantly came outside with no masks on. i felt slightly uncomfortable dropping my fur baby off to a place where i couldn’t see the inside but, considering i had to wait 5 weeks for my appointment because they are extremely booked i still dropped him off at 9:30-10am. i was told he would be ready by 3 but i received a call @11 saying the groomer would not cut him anymore because he wouldn’t calm down. i asked if he could be sedated they told me no. the grooming was $80 for nail trim, bath, cut down, ears and more. They trimmed his nails and cut one patch above his left leg and charged me $40 which was insane, he didn’t even receive a bath or wasn’t even half cut for me to be charged half the service. They didn’t allow me to see him before i paid either. i returned home & brought clippers and shaved him myself with LITTLE PROBLEMS. i am not a TRAINED PROFESSIONAL!! if i could do it i feel like they could have done it, they maybe didn’t want to do their job that day which was wrong considering i waited 5 whole weeks for the appointment. if i could give zero stars i would, do not recommend.
Called and got Daisy in the same day! She was clean, the cut was perfect. Daisy's nails were trimmed, and she's a happy dog again! We've got a new groomer now! So glad we found Kayce's Pet Parlor, they did a great job. Would recommend them to all my friend's and family! Give them a try!
They’re the best! Thank you for taking care of my fur baby, Reuben! He always looks his best and comes out happy
After moving to Statesboro for school, I was hesitant to take my fur baby to a new groomer. However after researching, I came across Kaycee’s pet parlor and decided to give it a shot. May I just say I am so happy I did! The staff is so friendly and really cares about you and your dog! I feel extremely comfortable leaving my dog there and always know she is going get a great haircut and be taken girl good care of in the process.
I sent the shot records from my dog three days before my appointment. I was driving in from out of town for her to be groomed. They called me the day before her grooming appointment to tell me they didn't have the shot records. I told them I emailed them. They apologized and said it had never been opened then told me that they couldn't groom her unless I paid an additional $130 for extra immunizations.
I took my Shih-Tzu furbaby to Kayce's for her first groom in Statesboro. I keep her short & she does have anxiety in new situations & with new people. She was given the exact groom I described & my baby wasen't the least bit anxious coming out! Will bring her back! And probably the vet that has the building! THANKS!!
