I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. My experience with this pet-sitting service was nothing short of appalling. The owner’s unprofessional behavior, particularly their use of offensive language, was shocking and completely unacceptable. I expected a caring, reliable pet sitter but was met with someone who seemed more interested in arguing than providing quality service. Not only was the service subpar, but there were also countless issues with timeliness and attention to detail in caring for my pet. It was clear that my pet wasn’t their priority, and communication was a nightmare. When I tried to address these concerns, the owner’s response was vulgar and dismissive. If you care about your pet, avoid this business at all costs. I wish I’d chosen someone else who truly understands the importance of both respect and responsibility in pet care.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS!!!! DO NOT bring dogs with skin infections/diseases/allergies here or they will ASSUME and ACCUSE you of not taking care of them! They will also say they are and I quote INFESTED with fleas (they wont be!) They will also NOT give them their medicine but instead assume what allergies they do or do not have and give them random unneeded flea treatment. Then after you pay an unnecessary fee of $250 they will kick you out after verbally harassing you. ALL IN ALL PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THESE PLACES WE HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS AT ANY OTHER BOARDING PLACES EXCEPT THIS ONE!!!!!!!
Staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We have been very satisfied with our experiences. The only downside is they are always booked up because they are so good.
I cannot say enough great things about this place! I had a bad experience at a previous kennel and was nervous to try another place. I called and talked to Beth and she helped set up a game plan to ease my dog into visiting by going to daycare so it wasn't so overwhelming when she has to stay overnight. My dog now LOVES and gets so excited when she realizes where we are. It is worth the extra 15 minute drive out of my way. I highly recommend!
Absolutely wonderful facility! The staff are so sweet with my pups. Even took the time to hand feed my finicky eater. Both are excited when they get there and walk right back to their accommodations with the staff. No nails in the dirt with all four spread out to block the door (yep, this has happened elsewhere). My youngest is really nervous around people, but just loves the staff of Howl-A-Day. I know they're happy, getting walked, and having fun, which makes it so much easier to focus on what I'm doing when away.
Left our dog Reba for a week when I traveled out of state. Beth and the staff took outstanding care of her. She almost didn't want to leave. Highly recommend the Resort.
Our puppy enjoyed Howl-a-Day very much! They gave him a bath before he came home so he was a clean, happy boy! Love all the activities they offer on a daily basis so I know he's getting lots of exercise and socialization. Thank you for all you do to take care of our fur baby!

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is great and they are always willing to talk about any concerns. Great place to go if you are having a child and need someone to be on baby watch. They were great when my child was born and helped us out greatly. My pup quite enjoys the play option and the additional treats they have available while your pet is here. Whether you need a day or a week I recommend going here.
