I have only the best things to say about Andrew and his team! I hired Cornelius Pet Care to watch my cat when I went out of the country for 11 days. The service was truly so amazing. Andrew is so responsive before hand and you meet who will be watching you pet before. Every single person who stopped by was amazing, did everything I asked and I felt like they all went the extra mile (special shoutout to Abigail & Donna). My cat was in the best of hands and my anxiety of leaving my cat was kept at bay with the daily report cards and photos. This was such an easy and wonderful experience. I highly recommend Cornelius Pet Care for any of your pet sitting needs. Thank you so so much!!

I hired them to watch my pets while attending a family member’s funeral out of town. I gave them the dates twice. They claimed to have written them down. When I returned home I had found my animals starving and thirsty, and feces and pee everywhere. I had to throw away a $250 living room rug. My children and I cleaned for days. When I confronted them about the situation, they stated that I gave them the wrong dates. I assured them that I did not and that they made a mistake. They proceeded to tell me that because I am grieving the loss of a family member that I was hostile and upset and that they would take no responsibility for their actions. Thank goodness my pets survived. They also blocked me from messaging them about the incident after I asked for reimbursement. Safe yourself the trouble and hire someone else for your fur babies! I read your response to this btw. Everything you just stated is a lie. None of that is even close to true. The lengths you will go to avoid accountability is disturbing to say the least. I hope no one else ever has to experience something like this from your business ever again. I would like to let you know that while you blocked me to hide the messages between us, I did take screen shots of all of them. I will see you in small claims!

Absolutely recommend Andrew and Carol Ann. They are super reliable and wonderful with all three of my fur babies. I love the updates and pics they send, really puts me at ease whenever I go out of town. All three always have a great time when they come by to visit.

Cornelius Pet Care LLC is an awesome company. I used them several times while I was out of town. They took great care of my dog Jax. I received pictures everyday of Jax. They even brought him snacks.

A neighbor recommended this sitter so I called and he had me go to his site and fill out a lengthy questionnaire, add CC info and setup a meet and greet. THEN he reads my lengthy bio and sees I have Rottweiler, calls and cancels the meeting. He could have asked the breed on the call and not wasted my time. If you fear Rottweilers you seem to be in the wrong business.

We've used Cornelius Pet Care for a year and a half now for our four fur babies (2 dogs and 2 cats). Whether we are a couple hours down the road or on another continent, we've felt really comfortable leaving our pets under their care. We get updates after each visit and we laugh at the pictures they take while on our trip. Their booking services are easy and convenient to use and they are always super flexible with scheduling to accommodate travel changes. Definitely recommend to friends in the area!

My husband and I are so happy to have found Cornelius Pet Care. We have 4 pups and they need to be walked daily/ let out while we are working. We trust Andrew and Carol Ann to come into our home and take care of our furbabies. They give our pups fresh water, change out potty pads and give our pups lots of attention/ treats. They even send daily photos of how the visit went. Our dogs love these daily visits. So thankful to have found Cornelius Pet Care. Wonderful company whose employees truly love animals.

We have used Cornelius Pet Care since Spring of 2023 and they have been so incredible to us AND our pups. They are always on time, flexible and they take the best care of our two dogs. Their app is so easy to use and they are always incredibly quick with communication and scheduling.

So very thankful this business exists near me! Their service is very streamlined; they were able to get me on the schedule and took great care of my cat with pretty short notice. My baby boy was happy, and I love that they sent pics each day! Highly recommend their service!

We've used Lakeside Pet Sitting a few times now and we could not be happier. We've used a few different sitters from different companies prior to Lakeside and believe me, there is a clear difference here. Their sitters are fantastic- professional, compassionate, and great at communicating- which is something we really appreciate. We just had Danielle sit for us this last week and she was great- lots of descriptive text updates and pictures each time she visited. She read our notes about the needs of our pets and came prepared when she met with us. Lakeside Pet Sitting is the best choice when it comes to looking after your pets.

After requesting services on short notice (2 weeks before Christmas vacation), Hope, got back to me very quickly and was able to accommodate pet sitting for our 3 cats for a whole week. Lakeside Pet Sitting uses a website that is polished and professional and connected to a companion mobile app to post updates, chats, and pictures of your pets directly to your phone while you are away. Nina, was the person who watched our cats while we were away, and she is absolutely fantastic. She contacted us upon arrival and departure, and gave a detailed update of how our cats were doing and what she did to keep them balanced and happy every single day. She also posted several pics of our cats upon each visit. We were extremely pleased with the attention to detail and the care given to our kitties. I highly recommend Lakeside Pet Sitting, and definitely plan on using them again.

We are SO happy to have found Lakeside Pet Sitting - and our two cats are thrilled that they get to stay in their own house instead of being cooped up and stressed out at the vet's office. Hope and her team are phenomenal. I never have to worry while we're out of town... and I am super anxious when it comes to my meows! Nina sends us pictures of each of the cats along with a detailed update every time she visits. We love this connection to home when we're travelling, and it's obvious that she spends time with the kitties and knows their personalities! As a lifetime dog owner who views our pups as a family member, leaving them behind is always somewhat of internal battle. Kennelina Pet Resort has been exceptional in all aspects of caring for our pups in our absence. Ken & Paty are extremely responsive and considerate with their time. I know that our dogs are not the only ones in their care but when I reach out for updates or with questions, they make you feel like your pets are the only ones in their facility! I would not consider Kennelina "local" to where I live, I drive one way for about 35-40mins past several other options to give Miller & Blue the best when I can't be there! You shouldn't hesitate to contact them if you have a need!

Coming from very particular dog parents. We love Kennelina! So do our Pups. They offer a place where our dogs get to play several times a day and have fun with other dogs. They offer a nice place for them to stay in the same room during down times. They also offer a facility that we feel comfortable leaving our beloved pets at. The staff is very nice a friendly as well. My wife and I highly recommend this facility.

We have booked our chocolate lab Moo Moo brisket pork chop here for four years! If we can’t take her with us this is the only place I trust to keep her. She recently went while we went on 8 day cruise and she had a hurt leg, they gave her medicine to her and assured me she was ok. They take great care of her, have excellent communication, and send me lots of pictures. Moo moo loves going here and goes behind the cash register likes she pays the building mortgage and is part owner. We love kennelina the only place for our brisket.

This was a first for us boarding our babies, we were very pleased with the care they received. Ozzy met new friends and Monkey enjoyed her alone playtime. We received pictures of them twice during our week of vacation. If I could make one suggestion it would be that they add cameras, so the parents are able to login and view their babies at play and inside the kennel.

They took excellent care of Chester, and we're relieved to finally find a place where we feel comfortable leaving our pup!

Beau and Willow recently stayed at Kennelina for 6 nights while we went out of town and they seemed to have had a great time! I really appreciated how attentive the staff was when we dropped them off - issues, special treats, medications, how much food, etc. Also, while we were away, they sent multiple emails with pictures of our pups enjoying play time and hanging out with other dogs. Also, when we did an initial tour of the facility, they showed us everything -- some places don't take you back to where the dogs actually stay, so I appreciated this transparency. The staff is very friendly, personable, and our pups loved them. Thanks for having a great place where I feel comfortable leaving my fur babies!

Having a dog that has separation anxiety, we finally found a kennel that socialized our dog with other "residents" and put her at ease. I even got a call from the owner about an existing lick wound on her tail. I told him everything was good and we were aware, but that level of caring and attention put me more at ease. I enjoyed my Company's weekend employee retreat without a worry. We will definitely board Precious here again and highly recommend Kennelina. Very affordable too!

Our dog loves this place! Kennelina came highly recommended by our neighbors and we have had a great experience. We always feel comfortable dropping off our dog and really appreciate the extra care they take to make sure she is happy and safe. The pictures of her running around with the other dogs are the best! Best kennel we have ever used by far!

I have a puppy during the pandemic and to say we are close is an understatement since we’ve been together 24/7 for months!!! I made an appointment to tour the kennel and Ken patiently showed me around explaining the care they provide. The place was small, clean, and all dogs looked well cared for. I appreciated the large in and outdoor compartments. And I especially liked that they only put a few like sized and temperament dogs in the play yard together. 1st visit was a play day and I received pictures of her playing with others. She was happy and worn out when I picked her up. 2d time was an overnight stay and again I received pictures of her playing and she seemed tired and I don’t think she ate much of her food while there because she came home and ate an entire cup of food then slept forever. 3d visit is 2 overnights and I’ve received pics of a happy dog. This overly protective dog-mom highly recommends their services. They seem to genuinely like the dogs they care for.

Great daycare. My pup is happy to go, and disappointed to leave. She gets paired with dogs at her high energy level and they play outside about as long as weather permits. Friendly staff that appear to like their jobs. Very reasonable prices. Grooming services offered as well. And, it's just nice to know that if anything does happen, there is a vet hospital next to the facility.

She always does a great job and he feels so comfortable with her she is really good at what she does. Personally I think dogs are better judge of characters than people at times and he loves her.

Our fur baby, Buzz stayed for five days at this location. He suffers severe separation anxiety from his previous owners and we were scared that he would have a bad experience being away from us. Claws and Paws took amazing care of him. They administered his medication to help him through his stay and allowed us to be worry free during our vacation. He’s due to come back in a month and hopefully he will be in better spirits while we are away. I trust them fully with our fur baby.

Needed a place to keep our dog for a long weekend ( 9-17-21 through 9-20-21 ). Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The facility was clean looking and clean smelling. The grounds look well kept and maintained Our pet looked to be well cared for when we picked him up. Reasonably priced for the service. A good experience and would use them again should the need arise.

Sad to write this review as I have posted nothing but 5 stars for this kennel previously. Picked up my 11 year old dog on 7/10/22 and her legs and belly were covered in urine. She also was bitten while at the kennel which I know can happen and they cared for her however it was completely unacceptable to find her covered in urine. They offered a bath however we needed to get our son to an event but needless to say after over 5 years at this kennel we will not be back. I have recommended the kennel repeatedly over the years and now need to back track due to this. Again- not the fact she was bitten as she was cared for regarding that incident, rather that she was covered in urine at any time I find unacceptable. As of this review still waiting on the owner or a manager to contact me. Also, upon check out I was advised of the cost which was almost 80.00 higher than 2 weeks prior and for the same length of visit/time of arrival/time of pick-up. They corrected a portion of it however was still higher than previous visit. The pricing I am sure is competitive with other kennels in the area but now I will be finding that out as I will need to look for another option. This was such a great location with the vet being next door but needless to say the cleanliness of my dog and safety outweighs the proximity to the vet.

I bring my dog here all the time and she's always excited to go in! The staff are also super friendly and helpful, and they all seem to love my dog as well.

I came in not as a dog owner.. but with chest pains because I couldn't make it to the hospital... The lead doctor immediately told me to relax and he started an IV in me and 4 hours later I woke up from a triple bypass by the most wonderful vet clinic in the world.... This is 100% true and the best part is he told me not to worry about the bill because it was gonna be over $400. But I gave him $75 and thanked him for saving my life . I love you all

I was very scared to leave my bunny at claws & paws, as we’d never tried a boarding facility before. The staff was so reassuring and transparent about everything before, during, and after the stay. If we are ever in need of a boarding facility again, we will definitely be booking with Claws & Paws. Amazing people and clean environment. 10/10 experience xoxo.

I have been using queen city petsitting for years and highly recommend them!! Let's start with James. I can always count on James to answer any questions I have and assign the right person for my fur babies. He is courteous, professional and always extends a helping hand when you need one. In fact, we just got a 2 month old kitten who needed additional TLC in the evenings, this was over the Christmas holidays, and he found us a catsitter that could take care of her. We also want to thank Idelisse for taking care of our fur babies in the evening, even through thr Christmas holidays. Last but not least, Mallory is a godsend! We've been requesting Mallory for years and we can always count on her. She made herself available over the Christmas holidays, our fur babies love her, hang out with her and spends quality time with them. Our vacations are always stress free as we know that our fur babies are in good hands!

I was very grateful to find Queen City Pet Sitting. This was the first extended vacation I took with my parents, and usually we are each other's sitters when we travel. I rely heavily on reviews and stumbled upon QC Pet Sitting and I could not be happier! Stacey the owner immediately responded to my query and provided me with a quote. Their prices are fair and reasonable compared to their competitors and the services did not disappoint. Sarah stayed with our 3 pups in my home while we were on a 7-night cruise. I was very nervous since this is the longest any of has have left our furbabies with someone who wasn’t family. However, Sarah was extremely professional and gave us a huge sense of security and relief knowing they were safe in my home taken care of and treated like family. She sent timely updates and photos (and snuggled in bed) with every visit and kept me in the loop the entire vacation! I cannot thank Sarah and Queen City PS for their services. It is so wonderful to have this option in the future. We are already planning our next trip!

We’ve used Queen City Pet Sitting 2-3 times now and would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. Our pet sitters came to meet us, get the layout of the house, introduce themselves to the pets (5 cats, some more skittish than others), and set up the schedule with us. Each pet sitter was diligent in letting us know when they stopped by the house and sent pictures of the pets (have added some of those to this review). We’ve had great experiences with them and will continue to use them when we have trips out of town! Stacey, the owner, and the staff are very communicative, friendly, and quick to answer questions whenever asked!

We were really happy with the care that Dennis took over our two cats while we were away. He visited us beforehand to learn the routine and meet them, and then communicated really thoroughly with us about each visit, including photos. That really set our minds at ease that the cats were being well looked after. We'd highly recommend him and Queen City Pet Sitting.

I have been using QCPS for about 2 months now and they have been there for me during 3 separate trips over that time period. I cannot say enough good things about this service. Stacey (owner) is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond for her clients. My dog, Whiskey (pictured), is a bit of a "special needs" case as he does not get along well with other pups. Additionally, I happen to live in a high-rise filled with other pups. So, getting him in and out safely can be a challenge. I have now had three visits without incident. The team (Casey and James) that have looked after Whiskey have taken the time to get to know him, understand his routine and ensure that my travel has not come at the expense of my best friend, Mr. Whiskers. In my most recent business trip, we were almost unable to find anyone to watch him and I was facing the possibility of driving 9.5 hours each way to and from Florida for a video shoot. Stacey came through in the last minute, offering up her office manager as a solution. Her words, "I put myself in your shoes and I just couldn't do that to you." These people are incredible, reasonably priced, care about you & your fuzzy buddies personally and I am just so very thankful I found them!

My family had a long trip planned, at the last minute I realized I needed pet care, my usual sitter wasn’t available. One of my neighbors uses someone from Queen City and loves them. So I reached out, the owner Stacey immediately called me, she hooked me up with the best pet sitter ever! Sharon took such good care of my babies, went above and beyond doing things that needed done like bringing in packages. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know her, but Stacey reassured me she’d been thoroughly background checked with lots of glowing references. She lived up to all the praise!! It’s so nice to have someone like that to trust your fur babies and your home with when you leave town. I’m so grateful to Stacey and Sharon…they took care of me and my babies when I was in need!

We have really enjoyed taking our 11 year old labradoodle to Woof Den Dog Resort. Our initial visit was great when we had to drop her off for her orientation/temperament test. We then had her boarded here while we went out of town for a weekend and had a great experience. Would highly recommend Woof Den Dog Resort and Daycare!

Woof Den has been a God send. They were so welcoming and willing to go out of their way to help. I recently had spinal surgery and it was so comforting to know that he was in good hands. They are very organized and all have great attitudes. Love this place.

Our 7mo old pup stayed there for 4 nights and had a blast! He loved being outside and playing in the pool and with all the other dogs all day every day. When I picked him up, he was happy and content, which is something I was wanting to see to make sure he had liked it there and been treated well. He will be going back for sure!

Our pup Mo loves going to "school" here. The staff love on her and she loves the extra attention during the week that we can't always give her with work/school activities. We enjoy the photos/videos they post on Facebook to see all the fun they have throughout the day!

Our dog loves it here! He gets so excited even hearing us mention it. They let the dogs interact and play! After all that's what they are really there to do- not just a room to stay. The staff are really friendly. We recently boarded Bailey there for a week. When we were delayed getting home from our vacation they were super accommodating extending Bailey's stay change his grooming to work with our changing plans.

I gave them my dog for a few days and when I returned to pick her up she was still alive! So for keeping her alive I give 5 stars.

the woof den is a amazing facility to take your dogs, they get all their energy out. The groomer dawn is the best groomer I could ever ask for she is amazing at her job and always provides good care for her grooming dogs. Love this place. I personally give this place a 10/10 recommendation

The staff at Wolfden is AMAZING! Their love for animals is beyond the norm. Maggie went out of her way to help my rescue feel comfortable in a new environment and enjoying his play time with the other dogs. Thanks to Maggie, Christopher and the entire staff at Wolfden….Jake has friends and now has a new place to play🤗🤗🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼 You guys ROCK!

Big Fan of WOOF DEN! They have really went above & beyond in helping me care for my WEIMARANER. The Owner James has an outstanding staff !! Was there this morning for a simple nail trim. When I walked in, they knew the Dog & why I was there. Highly recommend!!!

Animal abuse at its worst. Shelia, the trainer, beats dogs with brushes and whipps them with the leash. If you would like your dog to be kicked on a daily basis, take it to the woof den to see Shelia. She will make sure your dog is horrified!

For Pet Sake has been taking great care of my dogs whenever I am away - have been relying on them for over 10 years. One of my dogs is diabetic and the sitters are very experienced with giving insulin shots so it is great peace of mind. Love that they text me to give updates and also text to make sure that I made it home from each trip. It is great to be able to leave the dogs in the house and know that they are in great hands!

Great place for your dog to run free and really nice staff. I like how you can watch your dogs in the camera in the website too. Also I asked one of the employees and they said that if you check all buttons of the camera on the website and don’t see your dog or any dogs then they are all in a individual cube (each dog in it’s in cubical not cage) that is a good size. It is so they can just rest. Also if the weather is not the best outside then they will put all of the dogs in a bigger indoor playroom. My dog gets very nervous every time that he goes off to boarding when we go on vacation or anything else of that sort, so he will not eat. They told me that he wasn’t eating his food so they put some wet food in it and he ate it right up. My dog also has some allergy issues (considering he is always rubbing around in the grass and clay 😂) and they took perfect care of him and he came back looking like when I dropped him off. The pricing is okay, as long as my dog is happy it is worth it. I can tell that he made lots of friends and really enjoyed himself! Jax will definitely come back again! 😊

All 3 pugs, over those years, have exhibited great excitement upon seeing Bailey Road. CWT has been a great place for my anxious pup to call a second home. They take such good individualized care of each dog and as an anxious dog mom, the cameras are great. Their trainer, Scott, is the absolute best and goes above and beyond to help owners better understand the needs of the dogs. Very grateful for this place!

I first toured this place prior to boarding my dog for Thanksgiving. A few things I was not crazy about- you can’t actually go outside to see the play areas. I saw one room with the crates. I left him for half day camp- they said he was mounting a lot and they would watch that in the future (he is a neutered 6 yr old male). I ended up not boarding him for Thanksgiving due to travel changes. I then had him go for grooming and a half day of day camp; again, feedback was he was ‘mounting other dogs’ but no other info given. He stayed the next two nights. I asked about getting pictures, they have not ‘figured this out yet’. I said to let me know how things were as he has never been boarded here before. I got a text at the end of day two that he had a great time and was doing great. Then two hours later that he had been put out of playtime due to mounting. When I picked him up I asked for details; not aggressive they said, just mounting so basically I guess they cannot control that. I saw cameras of the play yards, which I liked, but employees just standing around in a clump. Just felt impersonable; not a lot of feedback, did not get to see where he stayed the night. Won’t be back.

Camp Wagging tails is fantastic! My dog attends daycare twice a week! They also have a fantastic trainer (Scott) on staff! Scott is extremely helpful and patient! He helps train the owner and the dog! I highly recommend Scott and camp wagging tails.

Our pups have been going to day camp at Camp Wagging Tails for about two years now and the team has been awesome! It’s clear they genuinely care —Jessica, Kylee, Amanda, Mallory— thank you! We also recently started having the pups groomed there which is convenient so we don’t have to schedule separately over the weekend.

Camp Wagging Tails was a wonderful place to work. The staff are amazing and I knew I could trust everyone with my own dog when she came to work with me.The groomer on staff, Kylee, was someone I could trust to make sure my girl was taken care of and she always came out looking great! I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff. Those ladies are amazing at what they do and it was a privilege to work along side them. I truly can not recommend CWT enough as a whole. You can bring your dog there and know that they are getting the best care!

We have used Camp Wagging Tales a few times for daycare as well as boarding for our 1 year old Great Dane. Each time she’s returned home we have had to take a trip to the vet within the week for varying issues. The first time she came home with a broken toe that took weeks to heal. The second time we had to treat a skin condition that took two rounds of antibiotics. The third resulted in an inpatient hospitalization for influenza. I highly suggest folks take a close look before booking this facility. The activities and interaction with other pups is great however the actual care and cleanliness seems to leave a lot to be desired.

Camp Wagging Tails is the best doggy day and boarding facility, led by the most caring staff. Amanda and her team give me great confidence that my dog is in great hands, whether it’s for a fun play day or boarding when I travel. My dog, Wilbur, can’t wait to get there, and he runs right back to play with his friends with a big smile on his face. That’s all I need to know about his review!! Five paws!!

The staff are exceptional with our 3 boys. They are attentive to their needs and keep us informed of any changes in behavior or medical concerns. Our boys are so happy when they get there! They staff clearly care for each pet as their own and it shows.

Our cat looovvees Pet Paradise and they appear to love him too. The staff at PP. Lake Norman is so warm and friendly when you come and go, always happy to share a story about your pet. Over the several years we have boarded our cat at PP, we have always been well communicated with and he returns happy and healthy. Just in case, there is a vet onsite as well in case you need a quick visit. They handle it all. Our Cow gives 5+ stars.

Our dog Loki really seemed to enjoy his stay. We are always so nervous to leave him boarded because he gets so anxious and is not generally social in his old age. The staff at pet paradise Lake Norman made Loki come out of his shell and he seemed to be well cared for and happy during his week long stay based on his daily report card pictures! They took extra care to ensure he was placed with older dogs too which we greatly appreciated!!!

If you love your dogs healthy and alive….find somewhere else. Our dog suffered great sickness while there and after his stay there and no one was concerned but the vet team. They called my wife as he was gravely ill and as we were rushing him to the hospital upon our return….and had the audacity to ask her if we had any other travel dates in mind to get the dogs rescheduled.

Another pet boarding place dropped the ball on a reservation for our cat, Loki, for the weekend, so I called Pet Paradise the day before we left. I was stressed and upset because of the experience with the other facility and was rapidly running out of hope. PP was kinda out of our way for our trip, but they had a spot available and got us booked quickly and easily. Not only is it a day camp/boarding facility, they also have a vet office on-site, which actually gave us quite a bit of peace of mind that if something should happen with us out of town, it could be handled quickly!! We received the first night free, since we're new clients and it was a little over $90 for three nights and a late pickup time. They even called the day after to check on our fur baby and make sure that he was doing well back at home. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking in the area for cat boarding (since dog boarding places are much easier to find!!)

I want to say thank you to the Pet Paradise staff for taking good care of my 11-year-old tea-cup toy poodle during her weekend stay. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and very assuring that my baby would be in good hands. They called and sent report cards 2x's a day, and they have webcams where you can check on your baby (not to clear and far away video). The place was clean and looked well sanitized. I will be returning and letting my baby have a 1 day a week doggie daycare day. Thanks again, everyone at Pet Paradise, overnight, boarding.

My dog was bit by another dog at the Pet Paradise boarding facility. He was checked out by the Vet twice and was given no antibiotic or treatment. Within the week our dog had a severe infection, fever, and needed a drain tube placed in his neck. This problem could have easily been avoided if closer attention was given during examination and if he was given a precautionary antibiotic (see picture for clear evidence of broken skin from the bite). Dog bites are unavoidable but the lack of treatment and care given after is unacceptable and I will never return or recommend this facility for pet care.

The staff are always extremely pleasant. Even when it’s busy you can tell they are all working together to ensure pets and their humans are taken care of as quickly as possible but still with excellent care.

This was our first visit. We were warmly greeted at the door by a very friendly person, and she said “aww, she looks like a little teddy bear”. The environment was spotless. We left Annie there most of the day, and she returned happy and tired. We booked another day tomorrow and plan to bring her twice per week. Thank you from us and Annie. Linda and Steve Lasch

My pup was extremely shy and frightened of strangers. She now is excited to see her human and canine friends. Staff is very friendly and shows love to the animals in there care.

Sometimes you just luck out and happen to find the best pet sitters via a google search! Heather and Amber have been a God send since I moved to the area. They are caring, responsive, attentive. I couldn’t do life without them. My cat Oliver and I thank you! Know that what you do is a gift ❤️

I’ve used Pit Stop for several trips over the past few years and am always so thankful for their help. They care for our pets like their own, making our time away that much more relaxing. Pit Stop is the only service we trust leaving our dogs with. Jules and Beckett are incredible with our dogs, who are not always easy. Everyone who has watched our dogs has been highly experienced with caring for animals. The company as a whole does a wonderful job of communication during pet sitting stays. Cannot recommend high enough Pit Stop.

Heather is incredible! We have a dog and two cats and she takes such good care of them every time we are out of town! She sends us sweet photos of our babies when she visits and she makes sure they have everything they need. She even puts on music for the dog when there are fireworks or thunder. We highly recommend Pit Stop Pet Services for any pet care needs you have!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Heather and her team of PHENOMENAL experts are exactly what I was looking for here in CLT. We have 3 crazy animals and they love Heather and her crew. They keep the house looking nice and lived in, communicate effectively, send tons of photos and updates, I've had ZERO issues since booking with them and more importantly, my fur children LOVE the sitters. You can absolutely know that they are in the best care. I truly appreciate this wonderful little company because this is more than just a job, they treat pets like their own.

Pit Stop Pet Services is the best service for pets. We have used them regularly for a couple years now for in home sitting, pet boarding, dog walks and cat visits. Heather is always reliable and we never hesitate to use them. We know we can fully trust the health and care of our babies with their care. You book visits on a convenient app and get gps updates and always the cutest photos to brighten my day when I am not home. Excellent service!

Heather and the PIt Stop team have been trusted caretakers of our Beagle/Basset mix for the last 5 plus years. Heather is extremely responsive, professional, and the dogs she takes care of are all well tended to and given the love they need when their owners are at work or on vacation. It gives us a lot of comfort that she takes such close personal care of the pets she is watching over and we greatly prefer using her on longer trips vs. putting our dog into a kennel. Would recommend Pit Stop to anyone who wants their pets to have intimate care while they are away. She treats our dog like she was one of her own!

Pit Stop Pet is the best! My Pomeranian is a shy, skittish little guy who does not take well to new people. Heather took the time to get him to warm up to her and now she sends me videos of how excited he is when she comes in the door! She is the only person I trust to leave him with overnight too. She is great about giving updates and sending pictures so I always feel at ease knowing he’s with her. Heather and her team are great for quick walks, daily visits, and overnight sitting. Great services with reasonable prices!

If you have the chance to use Heather and her crew at Pit Stop Pet Services, do it!! I am a travel nurse who's been on assignment in the Charlotte area for the past 6 months. Heather and Jules have faithfully accommodated my schedule and NEVER missed a walk! They are extremely reliable and they even came out during a hurricaine while I worked my 12 hour shift! My dog always looks so happy in the picture updates they send. You can tell they really care about their clientele! They communicate any concerns and have even medicated my guy for me when I needed them to. I can't thank these guys enough and I definitely can't recommend them enough!!

Fluffs of Luv is the best company to trust with your animals! They don’t employ independent contractors, they are a true all encompassing pet sitting business. I have used this company for years and never had a single issue. Complete peace of mind. I moved to a location that I didn’t think they’d cover and tried another company that has independent contractors. Rhymes with Dover. The person had locked themselves out of my home on day one. They had accidentally changed the code on the lockbox - because this place employed independent contractors, they would do nothing to help me and said it was between me and the person I hired. My animals went without care for four days in a row. This would never happen with Fluffs of Luv because they care about the service they are providing and work to rectify the issues. You and your pets are not alone and neither is your sitter. If they become ill or can’t sit for your animals - a new replacement sitter will be found. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

We used Fluffs of Luv for the first time this past week. We had never left our sweet dog, Blue with sitters before and we were very nervous. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Felicia is exceptional-she came out for our consultation and Blue immediately loved her. The journal updates and pictures were great. They are very punctual. Bri and Melody were also great with Blue as well. Fluffs of Luv genuinely cares about making your animals feel loved. I cannot recommend Fluffs of Luv enough. We will definitely be using them again.

I highly recommend FluffsOfLove to take care of your pets. I am so happy with their service. Maria was our cat sitter, and she is so friendly that even our shy cat adored her. She took great care of our baby. She sent me pictures and logs of everyday care and we were so relieved on our vacation. I visited their cat boarding facility and loved that as well. It's exceptionally clean and systematic.

Best in Charlotte by far. I have used Fluffs of Luv since 2012. I relocated in 2016, so I stopped using them, but I moved back this year, and resumed services. My my past dog walkers with Fluffs have been great, but my current one- Linda, is amazing. They have all been very professional, and they truly care for my dog. I give extra recognition to Linda because my dog (Lucy) is now a senior. Linda goes out of her way to be extra patient and loving to Lucy, and that means a lot to me. I have referred other friends to Fluffs of Luv who have all reported positive experiences as well.

You can’t put a price tag on peace of mind and that is exactly what I have when fluffs of luv is taking care of my fur babies. I have been using this local company since moving to Charlotte and they are FANTASTIC I would never use nor trust anyone else after my experience with them. They are not only reliable and responsive when you need them but they are in communication with you via text and pictures the entire time you may be traveling or away. My husband and I moved down to the Charlotte area last year not knowing anyone. We are avid travelers and needed to find someone trustworthy to watch our 2 cats while we went on sporadic trips. Fluffs of Luv has always delivered! We had an initial consultation to have a pet sitter over to our home to meet us & our fur babies. After that we made all of our appointments online through their very user friendly online portal. They have always been available every time we needed them. One trip, we received an email from our apartment complex stating they found a lost cat. Halfway across the country and anxious, I emailed Fluffs of Luv to make sure our 2 cats were safe at home. They investigated right away and ensured me our cats were safe and sound. I really appreciated their quick response so I could get back to enjoying my trip. I would recommend Fluffs of Luv to anyone!

We used Fluffs of Luv for our three cats for the first time last week, and it was fantastic not having to worry about them while we were away from home. Deanna took great care of them, and was in touch with us frequently. We also really enjoyed the notes that were left on how it was going each day, as we have two newer cats that haven't been exposed to visitors/guests before. Overall, we know that when we can start going out of town again, we won't have to worry about our cats and it's great.

We have used Fluffs of Luv several times since moving to Charlotte last summer. Their sitters are so dog friendly and we know when we leave them in their hands we can relax because they are taken care of properly. They leave detailed notes about their visits and also little notes about cute things they did. I love these notes and keep them all. We have had to make a couple of last minute trips and knew we could call them and have our pups taken care of. We have an old dog so his care is crucial. Fluffs of Luv takes excellent care of him even with all his problems. I would highly recommend this sitter for anyone who loves their pets and wants them to be well take care of when they are gone.
