I went on vacation for a week, leaving my dog and cat at this residence that I had been told very well about, but for me they fell short. The place is very well maintained and clean, they showed me where my little ones would be, the professionals treated me very closely, especially Diego who treated my animals with great familiarity, they didn't give me any problems being able to bring them their beds. During my absence they sent me photos and videos, they looked very good. When I arrived to pick up my dog he was so calm resting in his bed that he didn't even hear me enter. And the place where my kitten was seemed very successful with its scratching tree to climb, each of the cats' apartments has its own window. 100% recommended. I will repeat again. I already have my trusted marble residence. Thank you!!

Very good service and family atmosphere, they have been attentive to my cat throughout his stay. Good communication through photos and videos. I recommend it!

Our experience has been excellent. We left our 7-month-old dog for 5 days and every two days they sent us a video or photos of her. When I picked her up she was perfect and even played with the caregiver. The private space where they are is spacious both inside and outside. Our dog is a large breed. Thank you Manu for all your attention.

Well, we left the dog this morning because we thought the facilities were very adequate with large spaces for the animals, clean, airy and with a very well-sized individual protection space. With the regret that remains for us to leave our dog and the corresponding distress, we believe that he will be well treated by Martina and Diego as I have seen with the other dogs that were there.

I'm very sorry to say this but the experience has been disastrous. When we left our dog we asked to see if they could send us photos or videos and they told us yes, to talk to them on WhatsApp and they would send them to us, however they showed no interest in doing so and the only thing we learned from them was that he had adapted well and was eating. We were calm during our trip until we saw how he was when we went to pick him up. After 7 days we found the dog in bones and with wounds on his legs. I don't blame anyone for the fact that the dog doesn't eat or that he got those wounds trying to get out or however he got them, but it seems very unprofessional to me that seeing that the dog isn't eating and that he has wounds everywhere (because Yes, they have seen him, because he doesn't stop bleeding) tell us that he has adapted perfectly and not to worry about healing his wounds. I'm very sorry but I wouldn't be one of those who would recommend this place for my dog.

Super good experience. They took care of our little one with love, he is an older dog and suffers from epilepsy and also anxiety and they knew how to handle him more than well. They kept me informed all the time with photos and videos. You can see the love and responsibility with which they do their work. I recommend it 100%. g Many thanks to the von falkenau team.

Having had a few ‘doggie hotels’ the past 18 years. It’s always so hard to find one that can accommodate my beautiful pampered boys! But Pooches was without a doubt one of the best. A home away from home. All 3 were taken good care of and treated like family. What more can you ask for. Regular contact too and superb setting. I think they had a better holiday that I! It is not easy to find a suitable foster home for your beloved four-legged friend. My dog is used to being with a family. He needs human affection and a clean environment. My dog would be out of place on a farm. At Simon's Pooches Hotel I am always impressed by how clean it is and that the dogs understand each other straight away, even though they are all strangers. This is probably due to Simon's personality. He is very welcoming and every dog is lovingly accepted, integrated and cared for. My dog feels extremely comfortable with Simon. I have already left him with Simon for 14 days. Everything went really well. Simon also keeps in constant contact with us owners. There are videos 3-4 times a day, individually tailored to each dog and owner. So I could always follow what my baby was doing and how he was doing. Simon's accommodation for dogs is highly recommended! Thank you, Simon! We would love to come back! 💕☀️🍀

The 5-star hotel your dog wants you to choose! Amazing place! Our two border terriers have stayed at Pooches a couple of times now and Simon takes exceptional care of them. The place itself is beautiful - think boutique hotel - and the dogs have free roam of the whole house and garden, with multiple comfy beds, chairs and sofas all over the place to lounge and sleep on. There’s even a seafront balcony where they can chill out and watch the waves and the world go by. Simon is a really lovely guy; very friendly and welcoming and with a great sense of humour. His love and passion for all the dogs in his care is clear from the get-go. He made us feel comfortable and confident in him and his hotel right from the very first messages we exchanged. He sends you plenty of pics and vids every day showing what a wonderful time your dog is having so you never once have to wonder what they’re up to and if they’re ok. I was hesitant at first to leave our two at a dog hotel/boarding place because they can be a bit cranky around other dogs but I needn’t have worried. Simon really knows and understands dogs and our two got on totally fine - they came back home absolutely knackered from all the fun they’d had and we really noticed an improvement in their behaviour and attitude around other dogs since their stay. I wish I’d booked them in sooner! If you want five star luxury accommodation where your pup will be treated like royalty (of course you do) don’t hesitate to check them into Pooches Hotel - your dog will thank you for it!

We couldn't have asked for better care for our dog Arnie whilst we were away for a few days. Simon adores all the dogs that stay with him at his wonderful place. His Casa has a huge outdoor space for dogs to sniff and play, a swimming pool and all the comfortable sofas a dog could wish for. Simon regularly sent videos and photos of Arnie and pals living a life of luxury at the pooch hotel. Simon is a genuinely caring person. Arnie would love to stay with him again! Absolutely amazing. We and our 4 legged King-of-the-house whippet were welcomed into a warm, comfortable and cosseting home. Simon is the kind of person you meet and can’t help but feel immediate relaxed around and confident that your precious family member is in the right place. Simon’s love and passion for what he does shines through and I am so happy we found Pooches Hotel.

Absolutely amazing place, Mirabell our afghan and Kiara our landseer was fully enjoyed all the time there, and as I see all dogs was very happy there :) The owner also is a very nice and friendly person. All dogs had a really good and friendly relation with him. Also you can connect the stay with a "dog wellness " They have the best groomering service with the best groomer in the island, Dorotthy, she's very nice and professional. We are regular clients. We really advice this hotel.

Best dog hotel ever. Simon is that perfect person you would always like to care of your baby. My Katniss likes him a lot and she was always looking happy in all of videos and pictures he sent to me. 1000% recommended.

Our very introverted old Maltese stayed at pooches hotel for the day. We were all made to feel at ease, and its clear that the pooches are treated with love and respect, with the freedom to roam free. Simon has created a relaxed vibe. Totally recommend
