Only good things to say about Rhiannon! Her rates are affordable and her level of service and care is top notch. My cat took to her immediately and loved snuggling with her in my absence! I got daily updates and photos, giving me peace of mind and assurance that my cat was well cared for and loved. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. 10/10 recommend!

Finding Rhiannon has been a true blessing for us and our fur family! Her kindness, professionalism, and thorough communication bring us so much peace of mind while we are away. Each of our 4 cats has some kind of bizarre special need, requirement or preference. All of our requests (and some were embarrassing to ask, lol) were met with a carefree "No problem!" response from Rhiannon. Needing the most care is our 18-year-old senior, Iommi, who has inflammatory bowel disease. When we are away, it is extremely stressful on her sensitive system. Rhiannon understands this completely and showers her with loving energy during every visit, and is able to pill her with ease. How comforting it is to receive photos and updates that all is well with Iommi and her partners in crime! In addition to fulfilling all of the quirky requests and needs of our motley crew, Rhiannon goes above and beyond the normal call of duty to make sure everything is in order when we return. When we walk in the door, everyone is so content that it seems like we never left! We trust Rhiannon like family, and really couldn't ask for more in a pet sitter. Jeff and John are good fellas👍 We trust them with our entire pack when we go away vacations. We filled this entire quadrant with our livestock guardian dogs. They have 4 sections this size. And they aren't afraid to handle dogs that others might call dangerous either... That's an extra bonus! 👌 We'll never have a reason to go elsewhere. If you're looking for "pet spa" type of place you might want to look closer to the city. If you need a reliable and dependable place to house your real dog... You've found your place! 👍😉👍

We have used Willow Run Kennels a few times now and they dona fantastic job watching our doggo. The accomodations are very basic, but they are very nice and friendly there. They are our go to place when we need boarding.

My parents introduced me to Willow Run Kennel and I'm grateful they did. They used to bring their Shepherd here and I've begun bringing my own dogs. Picked up Pups today, they smelled fine, were well taken care of and John was able to give me a nice report of how they behaved at the kennel. I gave Jeff a list of my pup's medicine at drop off and they were able to keep up her steroid treatment. 👍🏻

I have been boarding my pets here for years. Very trustful and kind owners. My pet is always in great hands when left here. Zero behavioral issues when I pick them up. I will continue to use them for their services for years to come. I would 100% recommend them for kennel services to anyone. Thanks for your services!

Agree with CB on the prior review. Jeff and John are salt of the earth kind of people. They provide a clean, safe environment for your pet(s). We've been going there for years and trust them like family. Now if you're the kind of folks who like your pets to have access to TV and fine art on the wall during their stay along with pedicures and manicures, this place is not for you. But if your pets like fresh air and a safe, peaceful environment you will be pleased.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE!!! If I could give Willow Run Kennels zero stars, I would - for negligence and mistreatment. We entrusted our two dogs to Jeff and John at Willow Run Kennel. When we dropped them off they both had a clean bill of health and were in great condition. We left multiple contact numbers with Jeff/John for them to let us know should the dogs need anything or should Willow Run need to contact us for any reason. Further, during our trip, we called to check up on the dogs and were told by John that they both were great and that everything was fine. However, when we picked them up - “great” and “fine” were the furthest from the truth. Both dogs were unrecognizable - they had lesions all over their bodies, and faces. We scheduled an emergency visit to the vet where the vet declared they were severely dehydrated, had bacterial infections, and mange. When we spoke to Jeff to ask how this could have happened, he brushed it off with excuses and blamed the situation on “misjudgment”. We trusted Willow Run Kennels with our precious dogs - two lives - and the neglect and abuse that our dogs experienced at the Kennel is incomprehensible and unforgivable. We truly have no words and are heartbroken by the way our dogs were mistreated. In addition to other actions we are taking we private regarding this matter, we want to tell others what happened so that you do not make the same mistake that we did. We would STRONGLY advise everyone to please STAY AWAY - for the sake of your animals. Do NOT board your pets here. Do NOT trust this place or these people.

Great place. Our lab mix has spend ~45 days there over the past few years. You can't beat the value. Now, if you're snoody, and expecting "fancy" then maybe you'd prefer the places that cost 4x a day. For us and our dog, this place is a God send! Jeff and family are great people, and the dogs are all fine and happy there.

Place is filthy and dogs don’t have food or water. Very tiny place for any exercise and dogs not happy. Possible animal abuse. Will never return. Father and son put on a good face, but dogs mistreated.

I trust Willow Run with our fur babies every time we leave town and I have for the last five years. Our pups actually get excited every time we hit the gravel road to the kennel!! They are reliable, consistent, and give the best care to animals.
