I am very satisfied with all the services my yorkie receives. He is pampered completely and spoiled on his" Spa Day".

We have taken our fur babies here twice and about to again for a third. One of our babies is not very social. I was amazed at the photos on Facebook with one of the employees holding him! Everyone seems very pleasant and genuinely care about the animals. Customer service is awesome!!

The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We loved seeing the photos on Facebook of our dogs. Thank you. We will be going back.

I took our German shepherd here and he came back home smelling amazing and his coat was super soft. I highly recommend them for your pets grooming needs

My doggies love going to All Creatures Great and Small. I never worry one wit about them when they are boarding there. It is like going to camp for dogs. Great, caring staff too!!! Don't worry....they'll be happy and YOU will be able to travel with confidence!!!

Expensive and charge for use of credit card with out any reminders. I was charged over $600 and had to use my card when I got home I noticed the service charge and told I should have known. $25.00 to use my card. Who carries around $600+?? Not me. I really liked this place but will no longer be able to afford it.

My second time bringing my fur baby here. Customers service is excellent, in person as well as over the phone. I have no complaints and Swoop is a happy puppy.

Amber made our recent trip out of town so much more enjoyable as we knew our senior pup was in good hands! Amber sent timely updates and plenty of photos. Lola & Company will be our go to per care service for all future travel!

My one dog is grumpy with people and usually likes no one but really warmed up to her. We felt completely at ease while away knowing Amber was taking such good care of our animals. It took me almost 9 years of no vacations and running home during lunch breaks before I finally broke down and gave Amber a call. I have trust issues, especially when it comes to my dogs! Since then, Amber has been coming by everyday to check on my Butters 🐾🩵. Although timid and shy at first, he is now warming up to her and I feel less stressed and guilty about caring for him. I am so lucky to have found Amber and would highly recommend her.

Lola & Company (Amber) has been pet sitting for us since we adopted Bentley almost 3 years ago. She takes such good care of our fur baby! We are confident that she loves him like we do which means we can rest assured he is in good care when we are away. As a pet owner, that is the peace you need so you can enjoy your vacation even when your fur baby cannot go with you. The reports and pictures she provides to summarize her visit are a great way to know how Bentley is doing and assure us that he is enjoying time with Amber.

Our experience with Lola & Company for cat sitting was fantastic! Amber is professional, reliable, caring and kind - definitely an animal lover. We were away for about 10 days and returned to find our cat Joey to be very healthy, happy and well-adjusted. We appreciated the pics from each visit!

Amber is amazing!! Our cat is usually very shy around strangers but he loves her!! She always provides great updates with a report of how the visit went. It is so nice having the peace of mind while we are away that our boy is in good hands! And she always provides the cutest pictures too! Highly recommend!

Kris and I whole-heartedly recommend Amber for pet sitting! She is the best of the best in Wilmington. Our dog, Bear, used to be nervous when we'd leave town. Now that he knows Amber takes care of him when we travel, he's relaxed when we leave and relaxed when we get home. This alone says so much about Amber and how much TLC she shows the animals in her care. The app used for scheduling, payment, and updates is easy to use and keeps everything well organized on both ends. Amber updates with photos included at every visit. And best of all, she offers over-night pet sitting. You can't get any better than that! Two thumbs up and five stars!

Amber was absolutely amazing. She accommodated all of our needs for our dogs. She was very friendly and even took the time to get one of our dogs who takes a minute to get used to new people extra love and time. She gave them treats and took them for walks. Amber even turned the TV on so they had some background music to listen too since it was dark. Thank you so much for taking care of our pups for our wedding day! 🙂🙂🙂

Michael is most definitely a Dog Whisperer! I have two puppies under one and that are very strong and opinionated. From the first time the puppies met Michael they could tell he was a good person they could trust. Since Michael has been walking them (and training the humans) everything has changed for the better…the puppies are easier to walk and everyone is much calmer! I had another “trainer” but nothing changed. Dogs know instinctively if a person is good and Michael and all he provides your animals is outstanding!

Michael did an exceptional job taking care of our two dogs over a long weekend. He was able to establish a good rapport with them and really put them at ease. It made our time away much more enjoyable knowing our dogs were in such capable hands.

Michael has been a Godsend. We are so grateful for him and he has quite a load here with 3 dogs 2 cats and 5 chickens. Always on time, professional and my dogs instantly were drawn to him. The daily videos we get are hilarious and heart warming. This experience goes far beyond that of a pet sitter, Michael is a pet Angel.

We recently started using Michael to walk our dog Scout. Let me start off by saying that I am an extremely picky dog mom when it comes to who takes care of my sweet boy. Scout is “literally” our only child. Michael has been nothing short of excellent! He is extremely easy to work with and schedule visits, has always been prompt, as well as very communicative about how the visit went with pictures and videos. All of this definitely puts our mind at ease that our dog is in great hands while we are away. Most importantly, Scout seems super happy on his walks with Michael! I look forward to them becoming BEST BUDDIES!!! Would highly recommend Pooch N Pals without a doubt!

Recommend us to us from a friend, Michael (Pooch n’ Pals) has been a life saver with our new puppy Jimmy. We live in an apartment- and with all that energy and potty training in the works- Michael is such a relief to help us with walks a few times a week. He is super flexible, communicative, and always sends a few pics of little Jim on the walks! He is very respectful of any special requests we have as well as very knowledgeable about training and puppy/dog needs. I would 100% recommended him to anyone looking for some help with their pup! Michael is awesome!!! We booked the wedding package with him and the entire process was smooth and worry-free. He picked up our loving Corgi at the Airbnb before the wedding, he brought him to the venue and stayed with him until his big reveal during the ceremony, and then escorted him around to see friends and family during cocktail hour until we wanted the pup in pictures. After that, he took him back to our Airbnb just like we asked! Everything went exactly to plan and it’s pretty easy to tell that he’s really good with dogs because our pup followed him around, listened well to him and seemed to really like him. I’d highly recommend Michael for any services he offers, but even for a big, stressful event like a wedding, he went above and beyond!

Michael at Pooch & Pals does a phenomenal job watching over our pup when we go out of town & we would highly recommend him! We can tell that Michael genuinely loves dogs and dogs love him! We feel so lucky to have someone so trustworthy to watch over our pup when we are gone!

We love Tiki Paws… more importantly, our Golden Retriever, Lucas, LOVES this kennel and all of his “hooman” friends there. Pulls at the leash to go in! 😅. If he didn’t act like this, we wouldn’t take him there. We have total peace of mind while away on our travels knowing our boy is happy where he is.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Tiki Paws pack! My recent rescue, Rona, is blossoming into the great dog I knew she could be (and will be!) since we brought her into our home in April. Lynn and her incredible staff are a huge part of Rona's success and confidence. We keep a regular weekly day care schedule and have also boarded Rona a couple of times already. We know our "dawgder" is in good hands with Tiki Paws. It's a win-win for all of us. Just cannot say enough good things about Lynn and the Tiki Paws crew!

Tiki Paws was the best choice I made for my dog Lo Si for boarding. She was taken care of very well. Communication from them while I was away was great. I was even sent a photo of her St Patrick’s photo shoot they did. I chose the exit bath before pick up time. She was so fluffy clean and even had a flower on her collar. I can’t thank Tiki Paws enough for making my girls stay a very happy one. They get an A+ from me.

Our dogs love going to “ camp” at Tiki Paws when we travel! They see our suitcases and immediately start going to the door to go play with their friends! They are well loved and taken care of and I can travel knowing they are happy! We can’t give Tiki Paws enough praise!

Lynn and her staff take wonderful care of our girl Rosie. Rosie is almost 2 years old and blind. That did not stop Lynn from taking her for day care as well as over nights. There honestly is no one else we would leave Rosie with.

Cowboy (golden doodle) loves Tiki Paws He loves Jayme. When we arrive for grooming Cowboy jumps out of car and runs into building. Then he runs to where he needs to go. Cowboy loves all the doggies at tiki paws thanks to their socializing him

Wonderful place to board your pet. The ladies are super sweet and they were able to accommodate my (sorta) last minute trip down to the beach, not once but twice. I could tell Baylee was well taken care of. Will definitely use them again.

Received incorrect information about boarding. No one was in the kennel when we arrived ( at the time specified for us to drop off our dog) took them approximately 3 hours to return our call. All was well when we picked up our dog, but the front desk personnel was very slow in checking us out plus I feel the price for a week boarding was much higher than it should have been. I can tell you that our dog has to go to the veterinarian because she now has a very predominant limp of her left leg. So much she can hardly walk. She had NO LIMP when she was dropped off. I WOULD NOT USE THIS FACILITY EVER AGAIN.

My name is Louie, a 5 month old Poochon. My mom, dad and my brother had a vacation in Myrtle Beach so I stayed at Paws Inn. I had a big room, the bed is very comfy, I don’t bark, just felt funny when I saw other doggy barking at each other. I couldn’t help laughing at one of them peeing on the floor, why not on the pee pad? I was wondering 🤭. Karen took care of me like her own kids, took me for walk, gave me a bath, even giving me a bite of chicken, yummy, my favorite! I was so happy of spending 3 nights at this caring home and missed Karen and Patsy so much! Love you all 🐕

I took my dog Chuck who is a labordoodle to Krystal for grooming. She did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her. Staff was also super friendly.

I love Paws Inn. This is the 3rd time I am using them. They took great care of my boy, he is a standard poodle. Why he was their I used the grooming service and Crystal did a great job on Blitz. There price are very reasonable for both kennel stay and grooming. I highly recommend them.

We have 2 rescues who are nervous about sounds a d like to have special treatment. They take great care and our dogs are not stressed when they leave. They look great and are happy

The best kennel we have ever used. I have been a dog owner for 30 years. I have needed to board our dogs on several occasions. Paws Inn truly loves animals and you can tell. Our dog is older now and we are so glad we found Paws Inn. Randy and Karen were wonderful and made us feel VERY confident as we left our older dog for a week. These ladies LOVE animals and their work. When we picked our dog up she smelled great, looked great, and seemed happy. She was asleep in her pen and very calm when I picked her up. I don't speak dog but my guess is she felt right at home at Paws Inn. We were delighted.

Could not ask for a better experience with our baby girl, Madison! On vacation in North Myrtle Beach where pets are not allowed...we felt so fortunate to find such a caring facility, especially Karen L & Karen P. We were able to take our girl on day trips every day & always found her healthy & happy. She didn't even mind returning...we had her groomed before leaving & they did a wonderful job with her. Madison is a diva & Paws Inn was GREAT!

From regular updates to attentive care tailored to Arthur’s needs, the team made sure he felt right at home. What a great experience! We boarded our Boone in September with pickup the day TPC#8 hit Bolivia. We got stopped by flood waters 1/2 mile from Adam's Folly. After 5 hours of sitting in a parking lot, we set out on foot to pick him up and they walked him to meet us halfway!! It was obvious they took great care of Boone during his stay! He was happy and hadn't lost weight! And...... they handled a stressful situation with the unexpected flooding very professionally. This is the third kennel we have tried and the BEST experience. We will be using their services again! Highly recommend!

Our large dog is always excited to go to Adam's Folly! And she is still happy when we pick her up. We don't like leaving her when we travel, but Adam's Folly makes it easier.

My 2 German Shepherd rescues love staying here! They are well cared for, highly recommend!

I brought my two dogs there for the first time this month. I did the research. I visited several kennels in the area unannounced. Some let me look around and some wouldn't permit me past reception claiming it was in case a dog jumped up. This was NOT the case with Adam's Folly. They took me for a tour then and there without hesitation. The facility is well shaded which was very important to me as my dogs are very much indoor dogs. They only go outside for long walks to exercise. Other than that, they are accustomed to air conditioning and comfy dog beds. They have air-conditioning and there are fans all over the place outside as well. It looked as though all dogs have alternating access to outdoor pens. There are all sorts of different types of kennels and options to accommodate anyone's needs. They can socialize, not socialize, whatever suits you and your dog's safety of course. At the end of the stay, both my dogs were shampooed. I've had this before at other places. Adam's Folly shampoo was thorough. I could see, feel and smell how clean they were. Pick up was smooth. Very happy thus far.

Great place to board pets. Our dogs love going...we call it the " Doggie Hotel" and our dogs get excited when they hear us say it.

Adam’s Folly Bed & Biscuit has been caring for our mini Golden Doodle for almost three years. We treat her as a member of our family and expect the same of anyone who we entrust with her care. Adam’s Folly B&B has done exactly that. Everyone there is happy and energetic and our Golden Doodle is always excited to see them. The care is what we expect, the facility cleanliness is outstanding, the animals all seem to be enjoying themselves, and the kennel has been very flexible when we have had emergencies. We highly encourage everyone to try Adam’s Folly B&B if you are in need of loving and professional care for your furry friends.

We have two great danes and last minute we needed them boarded for several days. Adams Folly Bed & Biscuit made those four days stress free! We are so grateful for the care the boys received and would recommend to anyone who needs daycare or boarding. Hopefully with better planning than us! Thank you guys!

I have been using Adam’s Folly for boarding since 2005 and have left my dogs for up to two weeks. They are exceptionally nice and accommodating to my pets’ needs. Even when I have had elderly dogs, I know that they are receiving the best of care, individualized to their own needs. Jill and Sherry are true pet advocates in our community. The family suites have been helpful when I am boarding more than one dog. I am grateful for such a clean, well-run facility.

My dog has "fear aggression" and was kicked out of boarding places near us. Adams Folly can do "no contact" boarding which is perfect for my difficult girl. We vacation at Holden Beach and I am lucky I found a place to board her near our vacation spot that fits our needs. They took great care of her last year, I told them to call me and I would head over but they never needed to call.

Our Great Dane Layla loves The Pet Wagon. She goes twice a week for doggie daycare and we always board her there as well. We have found all of the staff to be very attentive to Layla's needs. We love having The Pet Wagon as part of our family.❤️

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Staff, facility and quality care of Jolene and Jeter. Socializing Jolene with other dogs and people better her overall demeanor. Also, knowing she is safe and happy while we are working is priceless!

I was a nervous wreck leaving my baby while I was on vacation. The staff was so understanding and talked me through everything at drop off to help ease my mind. They sent me pictures of him every day/evening and let me know how he was. He came home happy and tired after making new friends. We will definitely use them for boarding again, and maybe even a daycare trip or two as a treat for our pup!

This place. I have no words. They are truly THE BEST!!! My puppy absolutely loves this place and they care about their animals. I have no concern when I drop off my pup and I have complete faith in this company watching our dog! They know how to treat your dog/cat like family. The owners are honest and kind. I have kept my dogs at their different locations and have experienced respect and compassion at each place. My dogs are a handful, and The Pet Wagon facilities are the only people I trust with my dogs.

Our pup has gone to doggie day care here, and we also recently boarded her too. We can’t say enough good things about the staff at The Pet Wagon and the care and love they give our baby when she is there. I highly recommend them, and am so happy we found them!!

We had an incredible experience boarding our cat at this establishment. The facility was immaculate, and the surroundings were incredibly serene, situated far away from busy roads. This peaceful environment, free from traffic and noise, is undoubtedly advantageous for the well-being of pets. The staff was absolutely wonderful and took exceptional care of our beloved Simba. We were completely worry-free and able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing that our furry friend was in great hands. Coastal Paws Pet Resort is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about them! All of the staff are super friendly and I love the way they talk to and interact with Jasper. The staff evaluates your dog so that he/she is placed with other groups of dogs with similar size and temperament with other dogs. They are given play and rest periods throughout the day. The facility is immaculately clean. There are cameras throughout so you can see your baby 24 hours a day. Jasper LOVES to come here!

It was my fur baby’s first time at daycare and boarding and Coastal Paws made his experience a great one! If you’re visiting from out of town and need a place to board your dog, PLEASE consider coastal paws. Even the way I was greeted walking into the door made me feel at ease leaving my dog for the weekend. They are extremely interactive, loving and patient with every dog that walks into their facility. And the ability to view the cameras to check in on your dog is top tier. When I’m in the area again, I will for sure be scheduling a staycation for my dog with Coastal Paws!

Millie had the BEST time playing all weekend with the pups & staff at Coastal Paws! I was so nervous to leave her as she had never been boarded & she is only 5 months old. The staff were SO nice & the cameras are a huge plus. I loved seeing her running around with the other dogs & getting love from all the staff. Millie will definitely be back!

Everything for my dog’s first boarding experience was top notch. The facility was clean and well laid out with lots of options for play and enrichment activities. The staff was efficient and caring. They carefully evaluated your pet, putting them into a well supervised play group with dogs of similar size and demeanor, making it a safe and enjoyable experience. Individual attention/play is available as well. The 24/7 camera access provides such peace of mind when you can’t be there in person. Babs loved it!

We have boarded our 3 dogs her for the last 3 yrs. They take wonderful care of all the dogs in their care. Kristen is wonderful and always tries to accommodate us, but booking ahead is definitely important. Rates are reasonable and extras are available.

I can't say enough about Kristen and her staff. Coco was our rescue out of Texas. She had a horrendous start to life - abuse, neglect, starvation. When she came to us just shy of 4 years ago she was severely underweight and terrified of her own shadow. Several years ago when Coastal Paws opened we took a chance. The first few visits she nearly had to be carried inside. She absolutely hated new places, but she needed socialization, and to learn that not all humans are bad. Kristen, her husband, and staff showed Coco love, she blossomed socially with the other dogs, and soon had both 2 and 4 legged friends. Within a few visits, she would jump into the front seat as we pulled into the parking lot of her "play place". She would confidently walk inside, heading straight to the counter on her own to get rubs and then back to the play area. This became one of her safe places, a home away from home. We always knew she was safe. Less than a month ago Coco developed respiratory issues. Kristen and her staff checked on her regularly, but the eventual diagnosis was a tumor on her heart that could not be treated, so we had to let her rest. The staff at Coastal Paws was part of her family, they let her know humans were safe. Kristen's husband was one of the only males she would sit with, forever grateful for the bedtime stories he read her times boarding with them. There is no safer place for your fur babies.

I cannot say enough about CPPR! We took our baby, Georgia, down for the week and it was our first boarding experience with her. The communication was amazing, they made us feel at ease with working with her as it was her first time in a multi dog setting, the 24 hour cameras allowed us to keep an eye on her whenever we wanted and we saw first hand just how much love the employees pour into everyone’s pets, and we were able to pick her up during the day and spend a few hours with her and take her back. Everyone was incredibly friendly and you can absolutely see the care they put into the facility. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you guys for a wonderful week!

Let me start by saying I've never boarded my cat anywhere, she's only ever stayed with family who I knew would give me updates and take good care of her. I've seen and heard all the horror stories of boarding facilities/kennels, and since family wasn't an option this time, I was worried. I spent several days digging through Google reviews of just about every place in the city rated at least 3 stars and let me tell you, this place wins hands down. The only bad reviews I saw were complaining about price (not sure why, all their pricing is very transparent, nothing is hidden), and some dude who was angry that they wouldn't accept his totally unvaccinated dog with no appointment or reservations. I am very glad they are strict on vaccinations, since reviews on other places mentioned their pets coming home sick. The prices here are the cheapest I've seen, especially for the quality. I paid about $86 for 4 days, every other place I looked at was at least $50/day or higher, with very questionable reviews and pictures showing dirty kennels and uncomfortable environments. Everyone was super friendly and reassuring from start to finish, the facility is beautiful and very clean, and they have cameras in every area that you can access from their app or app website so you can check up on your pets during their stay. This was probably my favorite part, because I got to see my baby getting lots of love and attention, and having a great time playing with the employees. They even sent me a report card detailing her stay, her behavior, any issues if they came up, and who she made friends with. Overall, 10/10 experience and I'd give a higher rating if I could. I'll definitely be coming here in the future, I don't think any other place is an option to be honest.

Best doggy day care software boarding in myrtle. Staff is kind and phenomenal. Cameras to watch everything for those like me who need to see the baby. Can't thank then enough, and my dog loves it too!

Coastal Paws took such good care of our little dog, Luvy. She had 2 group playtimes each day & we could watch her on video during play & when she was in her crate. This helped comfort us knowing what good care she was getting. The whole resort is so clean & bright & all of the staff are very loving. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to others!

I am a frequent & FOREVER client of Barking Lot. They treat my two fur babies falcon and pigeon like VIP! I love how clean, friendly and cost efficient they are. I’ve moved to fayetteville and will still continue to drive to this groomer. Thank you Jennifer and staff!

Our little Pekingese is hard to please, but he loves Barking Lot. We don’t say “Barking Lot” unless Dibs is going there as he gets so excited thinking he will soon go see his friend there.

My dog was not feeling well and refused to eat or take her medication. They never opened a single can of wet food, just tried to feed her dry food. She was there 5 days with no eating or meds and they never called. My son was available to them and he would've made sure she took her meds but no call. I will not go there ever again

I took my sweet baby, Chloe to the barking lot for a puppy trim & bath! She looks beautiful! Everything I asked for was done and looks excellent. Such sweet staff. She was so happy and looked to have had a great day!

Took very good care of our dog while we we were in town visiting the water park. Sweet staff and you could tell our dog was super happy when we picked him up! Plus, they even brought him out in a cute bandana. If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely be using them again for pet care!

We took our boy Trumpet there last Wednesday- dropping him off at the door at 8am for a grooming- they met me at the door and would not let me come in - they just took my dog and told me they would call when he was ready to be picked up. 6 hours later YES 6 HOURS later they called - upon arrival I was told they could not trim his nails. When asked why they said he was stressed? What? The dog has had his nails cut more times than I can count- anyway paid the bill and left- noticing immediately after hat Trumpet practically dragged us by the leash to get to the car- The next day Trumpet was lethargic- wasn’t eating- the following day he was running a fever- The following day after we hat he was taken to the ER where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. A week later knowing our boy was fine- absolutely fine before we dropped him off and now watching our 3 year and led boy suffer I will never bring him back there. I want to know what took place while he was there - This is not the first time Trumpet has been to a groomer- and want to know what he was too stressed to have his nails cut? I want to know why he is now fighting for his life? I will never ever again trust a groomer with my boy.

I recently visited the Barking Lot for a scheduled appointment for my puppy. This was the second visit, as the first one was most pleasant. However, this visit took a turn on the wrong direction. I gave clear instructions for the cutting style for my puppy. I assumed my instructions would be carried out without any issues. I received a text message stating my puppy was “dressed and ready to go”. Once I arrived I handed my card payment to the young lady who met me at the door, as guests are not permitted inside the establishment. A few moments later, the young lady return with my card, receipt and puppy. The charge was $92.29 for services but I paid without hesitation considered my styling request was honored. Moreover, I paid without seeing her or inspecting her cut because I trusted them and assumed this experience would be similar to the previous one. At first glance, I was shocked at how low Khloe’s cut was.I waited a few minutes before calling to discuss my displeasure. During the call, the young lady stated there was a notation that Khloe had mats. I found this to be untrue because I both comb and brush her regularly. Additionally, I was offended that Khloe’s hair style changed without so much as a courtesy call or explanation prior to the change. I genuinely think the groomer failed to review my request and delivered a style of his/her choosing without my consultation or permission. I remained calm during the call. The young lady did not offer an apology. Needless to say I moved forward with the cancellation of future appointment for her. I do want to mention that the groomer reserves the right to charge for no show appointments and cancellations. However, during my first visit, I was called an hour before her appointment with notification the appointment needed to be rescheduled for later in the week due to an emergency. I was understanding however it warranted me to change my schedule without consideration. Lastly, my puppy experienced diarrhea immediately following her appointment. She hails to be treated by a Vet to address the issue. I’m not too sure what she was feed during her visit but her stomach didn’t agree. Now I’m on the hunt for a new groomer with better communication and operational practices.

So grateful we have this little gem of a business close by. They were wonderful with my long-haired middle-age good boy and with my short-haired skittish-puppy good boy. Highly recommend! Jennifer and the rest of the crew are awesome.

Excellent staff...my furkids boarded for a week and I received pics and videos while I was away as the staff knows how much I missed them...wouldn't board anywhere else! Had 3 happy campers with smiling faces the whole visit.

Awesome place to bring your pups for boarding! My rescue American bully doesn't do well with strangers and takes a while to warm up to others. They had no problems with him. He even started to enjoy himself and get used to everyone❤️ Of course, my other dog (a social butterfly) absolutely loved it there. They gave the dogs a bath on, I think, Thursday and they still smelled great when we picked them up on Sunday.

First time here… Brought our dog for a grooming & they were so fast- only approx 2 hrs until they called to pick her up. She was beautifully groomed in a doggy crate with a little sunflower bandana on waiting… She was so clean & pretty & they gave us a report on how she did…. I will return & also utilize them for their great puppy daycare & overnight care… New to the area & so happy we found them!

Communication was professional, friendly, and informative from over the phone to in-person. First day of daycare was free to see how well he would do during boarding for 2 nights. Was also able to check on him using their live web camera. Staff gave us updates when he was picked up and can’t wait for him to be boarded again. After his first day and time boarding, he was tired. He loved it and the staff loved him too! (We provided food for our boy, blanket, and his favorite toy). Photo used is from Leland pet resort for his profile. Too cute 🐾

When i picked up Mira at the end of the day she looked so happy. She had so much fun she didn’t want to leave! And the staff is tremendous! They loved my babydog! 💕 …

I live bringing my Chihuahua here for grooming. The staff is so friendly they all know his name, and when he comes out, he looks beautiful nails done perfectly clean as a whistle. I would recommend Leyland pet resort to anyone who’s looking for a groomer as well as boarding.

I was very nervous to leave my girls (my kitties) because it was their first time boarding. I was that mom who called everyday to check up on them. But they gladly told me how they are doing and told me that I can keep calling to check up on them. My girls were well cared for and got pawmail to see photos. It was a great experience for all around.

I have been using Leland Pet Resort for over four years! My pets have been loving it! Recently, I had to have a last minute surgery, and Miss Dawn took care of me and managed to get my Teddy in for boarding! She took care of everything! A wonderful place for your pet with a truly knowledgeable, and professional staff! 100 stars!!!

They are great. Grooming department does the best job giving my dog a bath. She is so clean and soft after they bathe her. Everyone is extremely considerate and loving to all the animals. So glad this place exists right here in Leland.

Such love is shown by the staff at Leland Pet Resort to my Jack. He is an older dog, a 13-year old Cocker Spaniel with health issues. The only reason I did not give a 5- star rating this time is because Jack is to always get one-on-one play time. Yet, this was overlooked on his instructions. Thankfully, a staff member saw the error and corrected it a few times. (I was not charged for these, either.) The staff member was very apologetic. I will close be saying that I would recommend Leland Pet Resort to others. Jack has stayed there a number of times. One mistake is not going to change my mind. This is a caring loving staff and I feel confident in the care and attention Jack receives.

Welcoming! As a first time customer the service and setting up account was easy and efficient! More importantly my dog Gruffin left happy as a refreshed pretty boy! We will be back!

Leland Pet Resort is the best. Our puppy Leo gets so excited when we are just in the parking lot before we enters the building. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
