Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.
Sharon was a fantastic sitter for our week away! She left the house as tidy and clean as we left it, including changing the sheets for our arrival. I truly cannot even tell she was here and that made coming home after a long travel day so much easier. She was communicative every step of the way and provided daily updates on our cat with photos. We knew our home and pet were in good hands! I would gladly welcome Sharon back any time should we be so lucky : )
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)
Martin was a very conscientious and thoughtful house sitter who took excellent care of our pets and our home. He was reliable, self-sufficient, and a very good communicator. He clearly enjoys and cares for animals, and our house was spotless when we returned. We recommend him wholeheartedly!
Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Linda’s communication was also something I liked… we texted & chatted on the phone before her arrival & I felt very comfortable with her being in my home & with my dog. I could tell her number one reason to pet sit was her love for dogs & desire to be a wonderful companion for Brodie while I was away for the weekend! Would love to have her back anytime…
Angelica was a wonderful pet sitter for our dog Rosie! She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. She was extremely reliable throughout the process, and left our house really neat. Rosie was happy when we got home! We'd be happy to have Angelica sit for us again and would recommend her to anyone!
We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!
Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. If you're looking for a responsible caregiver for your pets and home - look no further!
Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Zeppelin LOVES going to Tin Woof Inn! He gets so excited when we make the turn off of 60, that once we finally pull into the parking lot he is ready to drag me inside. I’m so glad to have somewhere that takes such good care of my big boy when I’m not able to. My husband and I are very thankful for everyone there treating our zeppy like their own.
Wish I could give zero stars. My dogs came home covered in urine and feces after a week stay while I was on vacation. I was given excuse after excuse with the only offer of $25 off a $100 groom. While the staff was kind, that does not excuse the condition my animals were in. My dog has horrible chemical burn on her butt from having urine and poop literally caked on her for, god only knows, how long. I’ve seen how snarky and passive aggressive the owner has been on these reviews, so I’m aware they’ll be some excuse since I’m unable to reply back. Just know, if you bring your animal here, they’ll likely be in a kennel the entire time covered in poop and pee. I also see that several comments from the owner states the clients can’t be located in the system. So, I’m sure that’s a possible reply as well.
Hands down, Uhtred loved them, and they were great with him! Other groomers were a little testy because he's so hyper, but not here. He let them do whatever needed to be done. I will definitely be back!
Our mini bernedoodle (Molly Rose) loves this place! We were going on vacation and had to board her so I took her to Tin Woof Inn for a few days of doggie daycare to meet the people and see how she would do. She did fine so the following week we boarded her while going on vacation. The staff always make her so welcome and she loves them and playing with all the other dogs! Now, when we take her she gets so excited to be there!! This will definitely be her home away from home from now on. They also have a great line of premium pet foods, snacks, toys, etc.. at reasonable prices. It’s a little far to go but worth the drive. Give them a try. They will take great care of your dog(s) and/or cat(s)❤️
My dogs absolutely love it here! The staff is friendly and are efficient with handling all types of animals and if I ever go out of town I know my dogs are taken care of by some of the best people here. Thanks for letting me count on y'all.
This was the first time we needed any boarding services for our pets and this place was Amazing! They took such great care of Gigi and she was so happy to see us when we picked her up. But she was very happy to see all the workers as well. Being so excited to see them showed me that they were extremely good to her. Would definitely recommend. Will most likely be returning for future services. Thank you Tin Woof!
This review is for the Dock Dogs class that the Tin Woof Inn facilitates. The introduction night was truly a disgrace. Highly disappointing. There was no actual education or wisdom. The trainers showed an embarrassing lack of knowledge about dog body language and behavior. Almost every dog was nervous or fearful and yet they were still pulled toward the pool on leash, even while clawing to get away or frozen with fear. Acclimation to the pool could have been done in a huge variety of humane and skillful ways. Instead, dogs were pressured and forced. It was painful to watch. Do better.
I have used them three times. Two of them times no complaints. This time both my dogs came home with kennel cough and so sick. I took them to the vet and was told by people in the waiting room that their dogs came home sick from there as well. Don’t know if they are not cleaning good there or what, it cost to much to have them stay there then come home sick and have to pay a high vet bill cause they can’t stop coughing and are so sick.
I love bringing Sadie Mae out here when my husband and I go on trips. I highly recommend boarding your pets here. The staff is super nice!!!😊 …
Tin Woof Inn is the only place we will leave Katie. The girls working there need a raise in pay because they are loving and caring people.
My pup loves daycare! She has such a fun time playing with the other dogs. I get a sense from all the employees that they genuinely care about all the animals. Whenever I pick BB up they always tell me little things about her day- what she did and who she played with and it makes me happy. On Halloween Brittany even made personalized treat bags with homemade cookies for every dog that was there that day. They really go the extra mile.
I’m sorry I didn’t know I left this review. It looks like I just hit one and I never commented me doing the one star and posting that was an accident star and I never commented. I’m so sorry. I do not know my way around the on the phone to do very much on it except just make calls and texts and look up stuff. And here in this video one night when Lucky has been outside and he has stayed in the yard and he has listened and Marley’s really good about it too in Waze lucky is chewing on a bull stick right there around the corner where he lays does walk out of view of camera For a minute, but not out of the yard
MickSparkins Pet Care has taken such good care of our Boxer during boarding! They were communicative, kind, & understanding of his individual needs. 10/10 recommend!
This place has gone above and beyond my expectations for a Day-Care! The stafe is amazing and you can truly tell they care about the well being of thier clients. I'm extremely satisfied with the services they provide and would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely love this place! They're so friendly and helpful! Loki was the sweetest little rescue with absolutely NO manners when we got him and the proper training made the world of difference in such a short time! He's now not only the sweetest little guy, but also the bestest boy who loves to listen!
Violet loves going to doggy daycare! She loves seeing her human and dog friends. They take such good care of her!
I’ve been taking my dog to MickSparkins for day care for almost 2 years. They take great care of her, have a variety of activities and play groups, and give her downtime so she doesn’t get overly tired. She loves going and loves the staff!
My dog Scout has been enjoying MickSparkins daycare for almost a year now. We both have loved getting to know all of the staff and consider them all friends. They love and treat Scout like he is family and that makes me happy. I recommend the daycare and boarding to every dog owner I talk to. The staff is highly qualified and are continuously learning new techniques and methods to provide top notch care and training for the dogs. Scout is always happy to be dropped off each morning and I know he has had the best day with all his friends when I pick him up.
MickSparkins is an absolutely great place for your four-legged fur baby. The staff is in love with all the dogs, and the care they give to them shows. My dog loves going there for daycare, and his boarding experience was outstanding. And don't forget the grooming! He is a sharp looking pup, thanks to the care taken by MickSparkin's resident groomer. Add in the training available, and the trips to the park, and it is doggie heaven. Hugs to all the staff that makes MickSparkins a great place!
I had been looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and caring trainer for our family’s new Doxie. We were actually referred to MickSparkins by another trainer who highly recommended them. Our boy has been in group classes and boarding while we were on vacation, and there’s no where else we’d ever take our pets! I am so glad we followed the recommendation for MickSparkins Pet Care!
Ginny is the absolute best! We left our girl for the first time, and High Hope Farm would be our first & only choice if we have to leave her again.Anytime I wanted to check in she happily updated me. Our girl has separation anxiety and needed medication, and Ginny took care of everything perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone with fur babies!
I've left my Blossom with Ginny twice now. Once for a month due to a family emergency, and just picked her up yesterday from a week long vacation. Ginny sends me videos of Blossom interacting with her own dogs and regularly sends text updates! I feel safe leaving my old puppers at High Hope Farm. Will not leave her anywhere else.
Ginny is absolutely terrific with her own dogs and LOVES to care for others!! She doesn’t just place them in a kennel and forget them, she lets them have outdoor fun time through the day! If you need someone to care for your dog, she’s it!!!! I highly recommend!!!
Ginny is absolutely amazing! Our dog Goldiepaws loves going to play with all her friends and literally runs inside from the car every time! We recommend Ginny and High Hope Farm and Pet Sitting to anyone with a dog who wants them to be treated like family whether it be just for daycare or while you are away on vacation! Can’t say enough nice things!
Our dogs LOVE going to stay with Miss Ginny! They start getting excited and chirping as soon as we turn onto her road. We have absolutely zero worry when we board at High Hope Farm and are so appreciative to have a place for them when we travel knowing they're taken care of, safe and loved.
My dog LOVES it here. Ginny is super great with her, and very communicative. The dogs actually get to run around and play with each other most of the day, rather than being in a kennel. Great place!
I would never leave my dog with anyone but Ginny! She goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is always taken care of. My dog has a blast with her and always comes back happy and tired. I will always recommend High Hopes!!
Ginny is amazing! Our fur babies LOVE visiting and she cares for them like her own. She has our 100 percent trust!
Me Ginny loves our lab Chaco! He gets so excited when we mention her name. Ginny is great to send pictures and videos while we are away.
Ginny loves animals and it shows! She takes great care of our dogs!
We are so impressed by all the Dog Wizard trainers! We started sessions with a puppy that was scared of other dogs and the world in general. But after a few sessions we saw his confidence grow. He now is social with other dogs and people. Walks nicely on leash and has learned so much. Amanda, Lauren and Chelsey are fantastic. Highly recommend the Dog Wizard.
Our Golden Retriever puppy Laken attended the 2 week board and train, and she truly came back a different dog! She learned multiple commands and is now an obedient puppy who we enjoy being around! Lauren and Amanda were amazing and we would highly recommend them! We are excited to continue to work with them through the lifetime support program they offer. Worth every penny!
We loved our experience at The Dog Wizard! Our Corgi, Ollie, learned so much. He came back to us a much calmer and more disciplined pup. He seemed to enjoy his time there, also. He made some new friends, both human and doggie. We had some hiccups in his “stay”, but the staff at TDW was excellent in taking care of both Ollie and us people. They sent Ollie home, making sure we were (almost) as trained as he was. Lauren was our trainer, and she was superb! I feel like we have new family. I am excited for our dog loving future. I highly recommend The Dog Wizard for any of your doggie needs!
I was completely impressed with their knowledge and facility. Amanda and Lauren are fantastic!!! The ladies answered every question that we had and made us feel so good about leaving our grand dog there for three weeks. They would text us updates on him and send pictures as well. He has done so good with his training and I would HIGHLY recommend The Dog Wizard to anyone needing help with their pupper! I can now take him on a walk in my neighborhood and it feels great to do that! Thank you to Amanda & Lauren for everything! You two and your staff are AMAZING!!!
I couldn’t say enough about The Dog Wizard. From the first meeting we had about what goals we wanted for our dog to the day we picked our fur baby up, the experience was nothing less than excellent. We met with the owner and Lauren Ross for the initial consultation and you could tell right off that they genuinely cared about the dogs and the people. They have a high priority of exceeding all expectations of what we had thought they would deliver and they take pride in doing it. Lauren Ross upon the drop off day, built a relationship with our dog. Upon Lauren’s visits, Maggie (our fur baby) will still greet her as family. A big shout out of thanks to Lauren Ross for getting Maggie where she needs to be. Honestly, I believe that you can’t go wrong with taking your dog to “The Dog Wizard” for any or all of your training needs. The Tin Woof in is also there to house and feed your baby during off hours so they always have company. Thank you Dog Wizard once again for everything
Worth Every Penny... We have a golden retriever (6 months old named Tebone) that was driving us insane. With his high energy coupled with his competitive spirit, he was literally destroying our house. After doing several internet searches, we found "The Dog Wizard" in Ashland, KY. Based on the reviews via the website along with the services provided, we decided to see if they could help. We signed Tebone up for three (3) weeks of training. We are approximately 45 minutes from Ashland and we knew we could see him while in training. My wife and I "jokingly" referred to his training as "reform school". We were pleased that photos were sent to us showing his progress. We did make one visit to see him and was in shock with how good and obedient he had become. He is now a changed puppy/dog and we will be forever grateful to the Dog Wizard for teaching him obedience and how to coexist with our family. I highly recommend the Dog Wizard and I would use their services again.
We have trained two of our dogs with Dog Wizard of Ashland. The instructors are amazing and very helpful. The training is so effective. The best part is the support group that helps with maintaining and expanding on their training. Cannot recommend the program enough
If I could give them 10 starts I would. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. My dog is a completely different dog after training. My dog, Duke, had some reactivity to other dogs. Him and one of my other dogs were starting to get into fights. He does so much better now. We haven’t had a single incident since he graduated training. Not only did they teach my dogs new skills they also thought me the skills to continue to build with him. The dog wizard is the best.
An amazing place to bring your dog for training! Hannah did a wonderful job training my puppy, Rose, many different commands. She is also very knowledgeable and can answer any question you might have. It's a great environment, with very friendly people that really show they care for your pup so you can feel at ease knowing they are in good hands. Would recommend to anyone that's been considering getting their dog trained easily the best spot around.
Amanda is a fantastic trainer and has really helped our Coco go from shy and out of control to a very well behaved and confident dog. Highly recommend The Dog Wizard.
Looks like a well built and clean boarding and grooming establishment for dogs. I have not used their services yet but did stop by to get information and see the place in person since there was no phone number on here. I asked about cat boarding and found out it is dogs only. I asked about grooming and they told me it would be a week out for an appointment at that time, so they must be doing pretty good business and staying busy. The young lady at the front desk was training a new hire and took a break from that to give me a tour of the facility. Pictures of my tour and some information I found out is in the photos posted.
My fur baby absolutely can not wait to go see his girls at k-9 hands down the best
