I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Even 10 ⭐️ aren’t enough ⭐️ to express how much I love this place! Doggie daycare has been priceless for someone who works long hours and has a highly energetic husky mix with just a few special personality “quirks!” The staff, the facilities and the service is unmatched and so needed for those of us who love our pets but maybe can’t spend as much time with our pets as we’d like (guilty)! Need more proof? A picture speaks 1000 words!!
Decent customer service. But over the years, they have changed! Prices have gone up, services per cost are less, and the last time my dogs stayed there was bad! She had new sores on her front elbows, and the fur on her rear legs were soaked with urine! A friend that works with Veterinary Hospitals told me to report them to the State. But, I gave the Facility compassion.
My dog loves her time at Bay Breeze. She is always happy to leave me and go play with the staff and she is always excited to see me when I pick her up. The staff are attentive to her needs and she gets to play with other dogs when staff agree it is a suitable match. The staff go out of their way to take care of my precious dog, even picking up her specialized food from the veterinarian across the river. I could not ask for a better home-away-from-home for my beloved pet. I can miss her, but rest easy knowing she is in very capable and happy care.

I unfortunately feel as though the quality of boarding care has declined while the prices have gone up. A year ago, play time and time with a staff member was included for each day during the pet's stay, but now, if you want your pet to get the opportunity for play time, it costs an extra 10 dollars each day, and it is also an additional cost for the pet to be visited by a staff member each day. This is quite concerning to me. It makes me fear that the pets' experiences are not as good anymore, which is disappointing.
We found them when we were being turned down because our pup is GSD! No problem for them. It clean, great staff for dogs and owners. Can’t say enough! The last time we used them we were stuck in traffic and they were willing to wait for us past closing!!!Suoer undertanding and helpful!!!!

LOVE this place! We are traveling and wanted a place our dig could go play. I called ahead to get them the proper paperwork so we were able to drop him off. He had a lot of fun with all the dogs. I started bringing my dog here when she was a puppy to socialize her, I would stay and watch her play, but it didn't take long before I realized she was absolutely fine without me and started leaving her for the full day and overnight. I've always been an overprotective dog mama, I have peace of mind leaving my dog here. The live Facebook feed is fun to watch, but I also trust the staff. They do a great job monitoring the playgroups and tending to the dogs. My girl is always excited to enter the building and tuckered out when I take her home, which is just what we both need.
From out of town and we were so happy to find this place to drop our dogs off while we went places that don't allow dogs. Our dogs were entertained, happy and well-cared for while we were away and it was nice to check in on them via the live webcam.
Both of my dogs attend school here often. They love it. I appreciate how attentive the staff and owners are. It is truly a great place for working families with dogs who may suffer with separation anxiety. Love love love!

This facility is amazing. Great for all dogs. We are from Idaho and came here on vacation and our pup was having a hard time adapting to the hotel. Cliff and his staff made the 2 night/3 day stay amazing for our dog Bentley and us. Very attentive and understanding of our needs and Bentleys needs. Thank you for everything!!
Well run place. Made us feel very comfortable leaving our dog there for the day, especially since we could see her on the webcam too. Cliff was friendly and very helpful. We are vacationing in the area and were getting tired of wet walks with our dog. It was raining quite a bit. We were pleased to find that such a place as this exists. We didn't have our dog's vaccine records on us but the owner allowed us to have our vet email it to him. We stayed for a while. The place was clean. The staff were friendly. Our Milo had a lot of fun and expelled a lot of energy out of him. Highly recommend! I wish there were more of these kinds of places!
My dog loved this place!! I ended up getting a punch pass, which was perfect for my work schedule. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to those long work days, which is when my dog needed exercise the most. The facility is clean, dogs are walked throughout the day, but also have the option of relaxing in a quiet room filled with various dog beds. Excellent place, highly recommended.

Love, love, love these folks! Everyone I've dealt with, in the past 4 years, have been extremely helpful. I don't live in Astoria but visit many times a year. They have never suggested the most expensive option I may be looking for which would make sense to me, they being a "boutique" store. They are the only pet products store I will go to when in town.
Friendly staff and a great shop with amazing options for your dogs!! Bought our pups these pendleton inspired wool coats and they're so adorable and warm!! Also got raw hide free treats for them that the dogs devoured! Definitely recommend.

We stopped in while visiting Astoria because we saw the store listed on the Ruffwear site. We had picked up one of their harnesses for one of our dogs previously during our travels, and wanted to get one for the other dog as well. The store carried a wide selection of Ruffwear products, and the staff offered sizing recommendations, as well as helped size it to him to make sure if was the right fit. In addition to the Ruffwear products, they had lots of options for beds, toys, treats, and food. They carried the fluff and tuff toys, which are the longest lasting stuffed toys we’ve found, and gave our dogs some treats as well. Best of all, prices were within a couple dollars of online prices - no ridiculous small town shop markup like you sometimes see. Great shop if you’re in the Astoria area.

They helped me find a food my picky pup actually loves and she always manages to find a new toy to walk away with from their cute selection. I have recently moved to this area, I was in desperate need to find a dog sitter to take my 50 pound Goldendoodle, Bella for walks and companionship while I work. Bella can be difficult at times. I was very Impressed how Carry worked with Bella. Taking her to the beach 🏖 walks, to my amazement she has helped train Bella to be able to walk her on a leash and listen to basic commands!!!!
Carrie is extremely kind and will treat your dog like her own. She is very attentive to details regarding your pet's care and is very flexible to accommodate any situation. Your dog will be in great hands with Carrie.

Deb and Greg are wonderful dog sitters. They have a natural empathy for dogs and provide a very homelike environment for your pets. There are some restrictions in place so please do not just show up and expect accomodations. Communication is stellar and prices are very reasonable. Absolutely recommended.

Nicely stocked per store filled with everything for dogs, cats, snakes, fish, rodents. Those things you didn't think you needed, they have it.
Over the course of a couple of weeks I talked to Dave about getting a new tank for my bearded dragon. He not only remembered the exact type of tank I was looking for, but the size and that I wanted a side opening one as well. He let me know about an upcoming sale, and when the time came to purchase even helped me carry it out to my car! The staff is very nice, informed, and offer good prices. Remember to shop local this season!
I always go here to wash my dog. For $15 bucks, the ease of washing your dog while standing, and then not having a soaked bathroom and towels afterward is well worth the price. The price includes some grooming supplies, a shampoo of your choice and some towels. They also have aprons that help keep you dry when your dog inevitably shakes during their bath. After, you can blow dry them!
My dog got super sandy so we came for a bath at the self service bath and it was super awesome. Fair price and everything is provided for you. The staff are super nice and helpful. Moose even picked out a toy when he was done.
Has everything I ever need for my pet, they even started ordering a certain pet food for me after I bought my Chinchilla from them. Much better than Petco
i took my dog here for a bath after a trip to the beach. super cheap and very clean tubs. though the soaps they offer are all natural, which is great for the skin but my dog has thick long fur and it was hard to really lather the soap and get her clean.

Great store we drove all the way in from Cannon Beach. Had a great time with my husband washing our 7 months old dog. Customer service was great and pet supplies where useful. Bought a collar and the employee was all hands on assisting us. Thanks Pet Works

Ginger is the best! I have 2 cats, one of them needs medications once a day. She is so loving and caring with them, and they love the "catnip parties". Having the peace of mind that they are well cared for while I'm out is priceless. I strongly recommend her services.
Ginger watched our dog Ellie, which is no small feat. Ellie is an extremely active cattle dog who demands activity. Ginger was up to the task and they fell in love with each other. Ginger is so caring and kind with animals it is really a beautiful sight to see. She really connects with all animals. Ellie was happy and well cared for and we have used Ginger numerous times since then. Ginger is the BEST!!

Ginger is absolutely wonderful! She loves cats and knows how to give them exactly the attention they need while we're away. Our cat is very shy but Ginger was patient with him and now he comes out to play with her, which is very rare for him. She has also given us great advice and resources. She's prompt, kind, communicative, and great with cats. Couldn't recommend her more highly!

I knew my cat would be well taken care of after meeting Ginger. She is fantastic at what she does and is truly passionate about taking care of fur babies. I can’t recommend Ginger enough. All I can say is WOW - Ginger was amazing with my 2 cats when I had to go out of town. I am new to Portland and was nervous about finding someone to have come watch my cats for me in my home while I took my first trip out of town. I now have no qualms about future trips because I know my cats will be in great hands with Ginger and her team every time. She brought over toys and played with them and sent pictures/videos every day which was so great. I would 1000% recommend Ginger to anyone needing to find someone to trust their fur babies with!
Ginger has been taking care of my two cats for over two years and she is great! I have an 18 year old cat with early kidney disease and an 8 year old who is frightened of everything after being rescued by firefighters when my condo building had a fire in 2017. Ginger is patient with him and eventually gets him to come out from under my bed covers. My older cat just loves her and climbs all over her. During my last two week trip she came twice a day as it’s important for my older cat to eat regularly. She updated me with photos and videos, easing my anxiety at leaving them for so long. I totally recommend Ginger.

We were so lucky to find Carrie and her husband to check in on our pets while we were away on a much needed vacation. We had never used a pet setting service before so we didn't know what to expect. However, we were blown away with the love and care they showed our pets and our home. For our first experience they sure set the bar high. Highly recommend!

I left my elderly Border Collie, Jessie, with these folks and , due to his age, he suffered his second stroke while I was on vacation. They took him into their home and nursed him like he were one of their own, keeping him alive until I could get back to him. Words cannot adequately describe how grateful I was for their care. My new energetic BC loves these folks and they make sure he gets a good daily run and play while he is there. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
Wonderful people clean,safe, great care for dog's. Our dog's love it there. Staff is super friendly and are kind to the dog's. They treat them as their own. Highly recommend them A++++ in my books.
My dog was boarding here for about a week and I was going to come back and pick him up but I ended up getting really sick and couldn’t come back to pick him up. Nathan talk to me on the phone and said no problem, they kept my dog boarded there for almost a month while I recovered. Cooper’s kennel is in amazing place to have your dogs day.
