We have had the best experience with Happy Tails! We used their dog walking services for our two pups and we just love Amy and all their staff. We knew that our girls were always well taken care of and loved! They have a fabulous app where I could see when the sitter arrived and left for the day. We would also get an amazing report for each visit that included, potty updates, treat updates, and pictures! I could not recommend Happy Tails enough!

I know my 2 cats are always well taken care of when I'm out of town. The sitters are very communicative, and upload pictures for every visit. I've yet to have an issue using Happy Tails!

I started using Happy Tails after a coworker recommended them. I had a change in shifts at work and needed someone to come and let my dogs out during the day. I love getting report cards and picture updates on them from the dog walker. Both of my dogs have loved every one of the dog walkers that have come and the walks that they get. I have no complaints about this business and plan to use them for all future times I need someone to come and take care of my dogs.

We were very happy with the service that was provided. I was very nervous to leave my dog for the first time, but the communication was consistent and proactive. We will definitely be using Happy Tails again!

I have been a customer of Happy Tails for the last 3 years for the care of my two cats when I went on vacation for about a week. My cat sitters were all quite exceptional. They provided loving care and sent a visit report and pics everyday that they were here. One cat required medication twice per day and they handled that with ease. I never worried about my cats nor the sitter’s ability to get in and out of my house using my security system alarm. My house was left in tidy condition and they even got my mail everyday. I wouldn’t trust any other provider to take care of my cats while I’m away; they are the best!! Ann Osborne

Happy Tails provides flexible pet care, which is great for travel and weddings. Each sitter provides timely updates on your pets, and you get photos for each visit. Definitely gives you a peace of mind when you are leaving for out of town.

Happy Tails has been taking care of my pets for several years. They are very professional and do a great job of sending pictures and updates of each visit. My dogs have been very happy in their care. Happy Tail’s even helped me when we had a family wedding and needed our grand dogs to be cared for as well by making accommodations for them. I have nothing but good to share about this small business and their professionalism!

We’ve been using Happy Tails for our fur babies for a few years and are 100% happy with care and services. The sitters are reliable and give so much detail on their visits with the pups. Our dogs love when they come over and get cuddles and play time. We’ve used overnight care a lot, and having that peace of mind to know the dogs and house are well looked after is great, plus the dogs love having someone to sleep with. We recently used the in-home boarding service when we all needed to be out of the house, and our dogs were so comfy with their sitter in their home. Such a convenient option! Highly recommend Happy Tails!

I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! My cousin recommended them to me when I went back to the office in the summer with work and needed someone to come walk my doggo Hank midday. I messaged Justin (owner) and he was able to make it out the next day on such short notice to meet my dog with the walker. Our doggo walker is Rob and he is literally amazing! He is so thorough and attentive with Hank. Hank had some medical issues this past summer and Rob was super accommodating the entire time and it put my fears at ease while I wasn’t home. He always leaves an adorable walk review with so many photos and it makes my day to receive while I’m at lunch! He’s super punctual and he and Hank have grown to have such a bond (a rarity with my skittish dog). You can tell these people really love and care about the dogs. ALSO their prices are super duper affordable and their app makes it so easy to schedule/cancel walks and I can pay my bill right on the app. Would give these people like 100 stars, I cannot speak highly enough!! 🐾

Dog Days has been fantastic for my dog walking needs, I can't say enough good things about them. Scheduling walks is incredibly easy, and I never have to worry about a thing because they are so reliable and consistent. They have also always been able to accommodate my last minute schedule changes because of my work. Their communication is top-notch—I always receive detailed updates and great photos of my dog after each walk. It's clear my dog absolutely loves his walks with them, and it’s such a relief knowing he’s well taken care of. I highly recommend their services."

I started using Dog Days last August. I adopted a new puppy, and like all of us- I still have to work. They come and walk him every weekday in the Beechwold area.They are consistent, professional, and reasonably priced. The app they use makes it really easy to request walks, make schedule changes, and pay. They send a report with pictures after each walk, which I love. They made it easy to get started and I plan to keep using their services forever 😂. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

We love DogDays! After moving here from out of state, they have been a life saver! We love having the same walker every day for Roscoe and seeing him playing on the daily reports! I’d recommend these guys to anyone!

Justin and team were so great with my puppy! They started walking my pup when he was just 4months old and helped instill good walking habits from day 1. I love that I get photo updates of my dog on his walk and the blurb of how he acted. They were also great communicators if I ever needed updates to add or cancel throughout the week.

When I separated from my husband about a year ago, I was without support to care for my dog. She is a bit older (12), and was very anxious due to all of the changes in her life. I was in need of help as I work long hours and my grown children were very busy. If was blessed to find DogDays. Justin came to meet Sidney. She did not warm up to him very quickly, but after many months, I think she misses him more than she misses me!! Justin has been extremely flexible with my crazy schedule. I feel totally relieved that I found a reliable, friendly, trustworthy dog service. Face it, our dogs are our kids and we would not leave our kids with just anybody. DogDays and Justin are far from "just anybody", they are the best!! Now, if they only had someone in the Canal Winchester area.........Justin, thank you for taking great care of my fur baby!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dog Days OH. I have used them for over 3 years with two different pups and they are just awesome. I have a beagle mix now and Brian does a great job with her hunting behaviors outside!! I love getting pictures from the walks and updates on how my dog is doing. I have used them for boarding while I was on vacation a couple times as well and that was so nice to know she was being cared for didn’t have to be in a crate all day. The app is easy to use and they are so quick to respond. Dog Days is truly the best!!!

A great company that truly treats your dogs as their own! Justin and his team were always very responsive and able to meet my requests. As a veterinary student, my schedule was constantly changing and I was working long hours. Justin and his team were always there to let Luna out and feed her when needed. I also loved their visit updates and pictures! We will truly miss the DogDays family and hope to find a company as great as them in MA.

My husband and I recently got a new puppy and needed a dog walker for a mid-day break for her and our current dog since we can't make it home from work. After interviewing multiple companies we knew right away that DogDays would be the best fit for us. Justin was so personable and professional during our meet and greet and asked multiple questions about our dogs as well as telling us about his company. I loved that he also brought the person that would be walking our dogs along with him. This was the only company that actually brought the person that would be walking the girls to the meet and greet. Since our current dog is a nervous girl I loved that she got to meet who would be coming to walk her everyday. Our dog walker is Renee and she has been WONDERFUL. During the meet and greet she sat and the floor and played with Lilly (the nervous one) who took to her right away. Our puppy Penny has been doing so well on her potty training and I know it's because she has Renee helping her out during the day. I love coming home to Renee's note for the day and seeing what they did during their visit. She also texts me with any questions and to check in on when it would be best for us for her to visit that day/week. DogDays has been a great experience so far and I know we'll keep using them for months to come.

Our dog Aspen has loved Play All Day since the first day we brought her. She is an anxious pup but the staff at PAD has been great with her and helped her be comfortable from Day 1. We have boarded her with PAD as well and we are so happy to have a place where she can stay and we are confident she is taken care of. They make you feel like family and know your name and your dog's name almost from day 1! We love that we don't have to schedule a time to drop her off for daycare. We can bring her in and pick her up at whatever time and day that fits our schedule. Highly recommend!

10 out of 10 all day! They take the best care and our pups love coming here. We tried a day care previous to Play All Day and we had to drag our dog in cause she was so scared and had multiple unpleasant experiences. Play All Day remembers every dogs name and gives them the love they deserve! Our pups look forward to coming every time with the full inside outside access!

We have been taking our Aussie there since 2018, and it is one of the best decisions yet! He gets excited when we say he’s going. Great facilities, and the owners and staff are AMAZING. Being able to know he is cared for is a great relief - for both us and dog - when needing a half or whole day of being out of the house. He typically is exhausted when we pick him up and seems very content when we get home. It is worth every dollar, and the added benefit of boarding when needed (and even an exit bath) is priceless! Highly recommend!!

Play All Day is the absolute best for your doggie daycare and boarding needs. Our Bernedoodle loves it there - he gets so excited when we go through the roundabout on 605 because he knows where he’s going for the day. And the staff is amazing. So friendly and they treat my dog like he’s their own.

Play All Day is an excellent boarding choice for your dog. My sweet girl is always excited to arrive and play, and I love that she has her own room to rest each night. I can text them throughout the day for quick updates, and I love seeing the photos of my happy girl on Facebook too. Their boarding fees are very reasonable and I love that I can have her groomed before pick-up. So thankful to find Play All Day.

Play All Day is the absolute best daycare I’ve ever taken my pups to. They love and care for my crew just like family. I can be an over protective and worried mama but I have no concerns leaving them in their hands. It’s so nice to know they are safe. My pups get so excited to go and are always really exhausted when they come home. I board my pups and there are no extra fees. Other places charge for extra bathroom breaks and extra love not Play All Day. The entire staff goes out of their way to love on the pups. A perk is they take pictures of the pups and have amazing holiday parties. I have some amazing pictures of my pups. If you are looking for a place look no further ❤️❤️❤️.

We just love Play All Day for both daycare and boarding. I'm retired and home all the time, but still send my two Yorkies to daycare a couple of times/month or so for socialization and play. They always come home happily exhausted from the fun they've had. I also use them for boarding and have been very happy. I love that PAD is cage-free, and that Sophie and Oliver can stay together in a nice, spacious room with their own beds, blankets, and toys. The boarding cost is all-in and includes daycare so by the end of the day, the pups are worn out and ready for sleep making the "boarding" less stressful for them. I can't imagine going back to boarding where they are cooped up 24x7 except for a couple of walks each day. The team responds quickly to messages requesting updates during boarding, which is very much appreciated, and they go out of their way to post pics on Instagram so I can see Soph & Oliver while I'm away (see pics below). I do pay a few bucks extra for exit baths when they board, but it's well worth it after a week of playing ALL day. They come home fluffy, clean, and very happy after their "vacation." If you're looking for daycare or boarding, owned and staffed by dog lovers, definitely check out Play All Day. I have a daycare/boarding facility less than five minutes from my home, but I feel strongly enough about PAD that I'm happy to drive the extra 20 minutes to get there.

To say we are grateful to have Play All Day available for our dog is an understatement. She gets social time at daycare with the other dogs and the amazing staff that love her (and every dog there too). She’s always SO excited to go “see her friends” and spins around and around with excitement to go. We board her when we have to leave town and I never worry because I know she’s in the best hands and having a blast playing during the day. We can’t imagine what we would do without them. Thank you for having an amazing family owned company and loving our dogs as much as we do.

We love Play All Day! We never worry about Bubba when he’s boarded there, and he get so excited when we say “wanna go see your buddies?” He knows he’s going to daycare. Groomers are top notch and he always looks amazing when he comes home.

Cassie watched our two dogs while we were on vacation. She cared for them like they were very own. They were happy to spend time with her. Even when they tore thinks up she took care of it. I hope we can go on vacation soon. We'd glady use her again.

Cassie went above and beyond caring for my cats while I was out of town. From the moment I first contacted her, she was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was worried about leaving my two shy kitties, but she really put me at ease with her clear communication, daily updates, and lovely pictures. I've never felt more comfortable taking a trip! Cassie took great care of my cats and bunnies and even sent pictures so I could see my babies daily. I highly recommend this service to any pet parent! They're great with communication and are a natural with pets. My kitties are very shy even with my friends but they came out for Cassie and even wanted to play. Cassie was awesome with all my animals! She knew exactly how to get my 13 year old cat warmed up to her. He is very distrustful of strangers and she was petting a purring kitty within a couple of days! She also tended to my backyard ducks and watered my hanging baskets with great attention to detail. Everything was in tiptop shape when we returned. I'm so happy I found a reliable caretaker for my fur and feather babies.

Cassie is awesome! We had to go out of town for a few days and needed someone to check in on our rabbit, Casper, while we were gone. Cassie texted me with daily updates, as well as pictures of Casper. It was my first time hiring a pet sitter, so I was a little nervous. But I felt very comfortable with Cassie and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Besides looking after your pets, Cassie will rotate lights, take out your trash and recyclables, water your plants, and bring in your mail and packages. Not only was Casper very well cared for and seemed to really like Cassie, but everything was great with our house when we returned. Her rates are reasonable, too. I highly recommend Cassie.

Cassie is an absolutely AMAZING person to have watch your dog. I have a rambunctious puppy Maggy who has some major confidence issues when it comes to meeting new people and animals. Cassie is without a doubt a dog whisperer. She willingly came over to meet Maggy and have her get accustomed to her twice before actually watching her for me. I never saw Maggy hit it off with someone so quickly before! Cassie's years of experience definitely showed with her. I had such peace of mind knowing Maggy would have someone to play with and be comfortable with. If I could give Critter Sitter's Plus LLC 100 stars, I would. I'll definitely be calling her again in the future!

We’ve recently moved to the area and no longer had family to watch our cats for us when we visited family out of state. Cassie came highly recommended by my neighbor and was a perfect fit for us! Quick to reply to messages and always available for last minute checks for my two cats. We’ve had her come multiples times and my (non scaredy-cat) loves when she visits. Always prompt and and keeps us updated with texts and photos.

The new client set up is a bit intimidating at first, but once you see how comprehensive it all is you will be amazed. Leigh has thought of everything, no more trying to remember every single detail – Leigh’s forms prompt everything you could think of, from emergency vet consents to where the water shut off valve is located! Everything is customizable, including how much time you want the Paw Sitter to spend with your pet and what you want done during that time period. A visit report is posted after every visit – it included everything so I didn’t even feel the need to call and “check in”. The best indicator of their level of care was my cat. Upon our return Midi acted like we had only been gone for the afternoon – not 8 days!! The Paw Sitter is WONDERFUL and now I will have one less thing to worry about when I travel – I know Leigh has all of Midi’s needs covered!

The Paw Sitter has been taking care of my cats since Fall 2012. I feel very fortunate to have found Leigh because she, and her team, treats my cats like they are her own. Being able to feel so comfortable leaving my fur babies in the hands of someone else helps me keep up with my job the way I need to. Even if your animal needs medication, like one of mine did, there are no worries. Best animal sitter.

Leigh was great with our cats! They warmed up to her right away, and Leigh sent us great pictures of our cats playing while we were away. I felt comfortable that our pets were in good hands! She even sent us a daily update with pictures.

I can't say enough good about Leigh and her staff. My wife and I both work. Doggie Daycare was too much stress on our dog because of how crowded it was. A mid day walk is the perfect solution and it's so easy to schedule additional visits if we need one in the evening or on a weekend. Along with the great attention our dog gets, I feel good knowing that I am dealing with an organization that is professionally run.

I love this place, but most importantly, so does my dog! The staff are fantastic, and the dog play area is just what my doggo needs during the day when I'm traveling and in the area for work. This place has sadly gone downhill. We used to really like taking our girl here… however things have changed greatly. For one, the price has doubled.. 354 dollars for 6 nights this past time. Second, the dogs are not cared for at night. There is no one at the facility. Makes you wonder why such a high price? They do the absolute bare minimum here. We are starting our dog at a doggy daycare that is fully staffed at night, provides daily updates during boarding (and pictures) and is more affordable. Trust me, when it comes to your dog you can do so much better than wag on inn!!

They all truely care about each dog and cat that comes in to their facility. They treat each one like it is their own. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure your animal is loved and cared for. 100% recommended for both the daycare and boarding side of the company.

We rescued our dog in April 2020. She was a very timed and nervous Anatolian Shepherd. Wag On Inn helped her with socialization of dogs and people during a very trying time. They have been so patient with Hera. She loves going there weekly and as soon as we say she is going to camp she starts running to the door!! This is a great place to take your fur babies. They truly care for them like it’s their own family. Highly Recommended!!!

We love bringing our dog for day care with this facility and staff! We have used other day cares in past and nothing beats Wag On Inn who allows and encourages a dog to be a dog. Tons of stimulating toys to play with throughout the yard, clean facility, personable, kind, friendly and responsive staff. Looking forward to continuing our future with Wag On Inn, would recommend to everyone!

LOVE This Place! So happy to bring my special needs dog (deaf) here. The Staff is amazing they all care and work so well with my dog and all the other dogs :) Looking forward to boarding her for a long weekend and being happy knowing she gets to play all day and not be stuck in a cage. I brought my dogs here to be groomed for the first time a few weeks ago and I wish I would have came sooner! Very friendly staff that know what they're doing and treat your animals like their own. The facility is clean and well kept. Such a good place to bring your dogs not only for grooming, but for the day care as well! Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our first experience at Wag On Inn!! I can see why they are so highly recommended. We love the vetting process to make sure our pup isn't exposed to anything contagious, and they made a point to note that our dog was initially a bit shy and so recommended a few half days until she gets fully comfortable. You can tell they honestly enjoy what they do. One of the staff even wrote us a love note, exclaiming how awesome and sweet our rescue pup is! We knew this, but corroboration is always nice (; We can't wait to let our Poppy pittie visit again (:

I wish I would have know about this place much sooner! We have a 1 year old Lab-mix, who requires much exercise and has endless amounts of energy. This place is perfect for her to socialize with other dogs and get all the exercise she needs in a day. She is so happy when we arrive to Wag On Inn and pulls me to the front door.

Easily the best doggy daycare in the area. Nobody can compete with this place. They’ve won best doggy daycare from 2014-2018 and just won again for 2020. If your dog doesn’t currently go here I would highly recommend you call immediately to schedule an evaluation. This place is always doing improvements and always adding new enrichment for the dogs.

It's A Dog's Life Pet Daycare, Resort & Spa is a wonderful facility. My dog can't wait to get there everyday. I feel so blessed to have a place that takes care of my girl just as I do. It's her home away from home. I don't know what I'd do without them. I have toured other facilities and by far this is the best one. Barb and her staff are amazing. I highly recommend this to all of my friends and family. Check it out if you get a chance, you will not be disappointed.

We have been taking our puppy here for several months. Usually for daycare, but also used boarding service as well. They are very flexible with drop off and pick up times. My dog loves it there. She sits and whines until it's time to leave in the morning. She plays all day and sleeps all night. I don't know how I would get her all the activity she needs without them. The staff is great and they all know each dog there. I was so glad to find a doggy daycare near the square and have been very happy with the service. I absolutely recommend to others.

This is hands down THE BEST pet daycare center around! Barb, the owner, is very in tune and involved in making IADL your pet's home away from home. Sunni, the manager, is beyond amazing with ALL the fur babies and the rest of the staff shows nothing but love and patience for each guest! My Willow is very happy here!

When we had booked a trip to Lake Tahoe last April, we never would have imagined we would have gained a new pup (totaling 3) and also that we would have lost our in house dog sitter who we relied on for years. We found Barb, Sunni and Zach at It's a Dog's Life - and couldn't be happier! We really did not want to board our dogs for that amount of time so we hired these guys to in house sit. BEST DECISION EVER. Not only were we comfortable having our babies at home, but we also couldn't dream of better care. My boy Gus loves this place - when he comes home, he's tired but I know he's been safe and had a great time. I've used both the daycare and boarding services and will also recently set up for home visits when I'll need them. They have discount days here and there that are great to help save money but we still get the great services. Nice local business.

Great doggy daycare. Flexible drop off and pick up times. No requirement on how many times a week. Great way to socialize your dog. She offers package deals and a half price day. Also offers boarding in bedroom style rooms.

Barb is truly the best! She is the only person I trust to care for our two dogs. Barb is very reliable and ALWAYS there to help us even when it’s very last minute. We are truly grateful to have such a caring, reliable and experienced person to care for our dogs. Our dogs love her too!

We LOVE bringing our energetic young Airedale here! The owner is accommodating and kind. I know my dog is in good hands and he always comes home happy and tired! He also can’t wait to come back!!!

To be fair, my dog never actually attended this place. I went and visited it first to scope it out and fill out paperwork instead of receiving it via email since I live close. This was my review of just “checking the place out”. I Had high hopes, it would’ve been the perfect solution for a Half day doggie day care. Just so my young, energetic dog could run and play with other dogs. Unfortunately, the whole operation seems low class. The first red flag was when The only car out front was so full of trash that it was falling out of the car and the windows were almost entirely covered in the back. one could reasonably assume it was an employee’s since it’s the only one around (which speaks volumes). Second red flag, there were no dogs outside while I visited. if dogs are on a rotation then I would expect to see at least one outside, running, playing, on a walk or going to the bathroom. Third red flag, I was Greeted with an eye roll, told “I never know where anyone is”, and the Inside was dirty, unkempt and unorganized. Employees didn’t seem to have any respect for each other. I wanted this to be the perfect place or even just a good place, it was not.

All the staff members make an effort to give pets one on one attention and opportunities for socialization. My big guy had so much fun, he didn't want to leave!

Khala has done a wonderful job taking care of our cats, including one who is diabetic and needs insulin twice a day. She is very reliable and always sends photos. We feel very lucky to have found such a great petsitter.

Khala of High 5 Pet Care does a wonderful job with our Great Dane on overnight visits and walks. We receive detailed updates with photos throughout the day, which gives us piece of mind and allows us to help make any adjustments if needed. Khala tailors her services to fit our dog’s needs, and we feel comfortable knowing she is looking after our dog and our home so we can enjoy a vacation. Your pet and home are in good hands with Khala of High Five pet care, and we are jealous we have to share her!

From the beginning working with Khala was wonderful! We spoke over the phone, and had a meet and greet so that she had all the information she needed to meet our needs while we were away. During each scheduled visit, I received a notification through her app letting me know when she arrived to care for my pets and a full detail communication of her visit at departure. Including pictures! She also stayed in the evening for extra care. She truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

My first experience with a pet care company and they did not disappoint. High 5 pet care was very thorough. She took the time to do a consult so we could make sure it was the right fit. We set up a meet and greet as well. Of course, My dog loved them right away and I got updates at each visit. I felt very comfortable and I am very happy customer! I have been coming to Wiggle Butt for the past 5+ years and they have ALWAYS done a wonderful job. Angel has been a dream for my 2 dogs, and one of my dogs is a crazy husky and she always does a spectacular job with her and her singing. The prices have always been very reasonable and I am consistently happy with the results. Highly recommend!!

We cannot say enough great things about Wiggle Butt! We have tried other groomers and boarders in the past and our nervous pittie mix rescue, Bella, wouldn’t even let other places bathe her! She gets excited to go and comes home beautifully groomed, so shiny, and exhausted! I love the photo updates and report cards upon pick up! Can’t recommend them enough!

We have been taking our dog to Wiggle Butt for bi-weekly grooming since July 2023 and we love Wiggle Butt and the groomers. They do a fabulous job, especially Angel (and Melissa)! Cannot recommend Wiggle Butt enough for grooming.

I’m so disappointed. I just recently moved to the area and was excited to bring my teacup yorkie in for a trim. I was turned away because she is 10 and it’s too stressful for the animal. I just moved here I have no choice but to find someone new. I feel like it might be best to reconsider your policy when it’s new moves. We have no choice but to take them somewhere else.

Wiggle Butt Inn is the BEST in the area for both grooming and boarding for your dogs!! The staff treats your pet just like their own - lots of attention and care. The entire team is great at working with animals who might be fearful or reactive - they are fear free and don't force your dog to do anything. They really care and work with your pet to form a good relationship with them. I used to have to carry my dog in from the car for bath time, but now he literally runs and HOWLS in happiness to see his groomer. I cannot say enough good things about Wiggle Butt and I definitely recommend them!!!

My husband and I recently had to board our rescue dog, Tina, for the first time and we were NERVOUS! We had tried several other options with no avail before contacting Wiggle Butt Inn (WBI) and we are so grateful the other options did not work out because WBI is PHENOMENOL. We cannot speak more highly of this facility and staff and how they cared for our child like their own. As Pitbull owners, we are apprehensive because we know that not all places will accept them, but at WBI, they were unphased. We were able to do a test evening prior to our vacation to see how she would do in the boarding situation for the first time and their text line was awesome so we could check in and see how she was doing. They even sent a picture (attached). We also were comforted by how thorough they were at drop off, taking great care to ensure they understood her care to the full extent. WBI also does a fantastic job of individualizing care for each dog. Tina cannot wait to come back and we look forward to using Wiggle Butt Inn for all our future boarding.

This was my 5 month old Cavapoo’s first time getting completely groomed and he looks even more adorable! No kicks on his skin, he was trimmed to my preference, he wasn’t afraid when I came to pick him up and honestly it’s all because of Angel doing a great job with a lot of love and patience. Wonderful caring groomers that always take good care of my miniature schnauzer and keep her looking beautiful. It is always difficult to find a place that knows how to do a schnauzer cut and they do a great job. I have been getting her groomed with a short sporty cut lately and no skirt and that looks great too. They always listen to what I ask for too. Thank you Wiggle Butt!

This place is just the absolute BEST! My dog, Pickles, gets so excited when he sees us pulling into the driveway! He always gets the best care and services. He loves coming here to get his hair cut and to have sleepovers when mom is on vacation! Everyone at Wiggle Butt takes such good care of him and always makes sure he is looking his absolute best! We love it here and couldnt imagine going anywhere else!

It is so nice not to worry or stress about the fur kids when I travel. I love that Susan will come to the house several times a day to check on them and let the dog out. She is a true blessing!

Susan is wonderful! We have an elderly Lab that needs extra attention and medication and Susan didn’t miss a beat. She sent pictures of both our dogs to me and was always easy to reach. I highly recommend her service. We were able to enjoy our trip and know the dogs were well taken care of.

I went out of town for the month of January and I couldn't be more pleased with the care that Susan gave my cat, Molly. The weather in Ohio for January was horrible and Susan made every effort to get here, no matter how bad the roads were. I felt very comfortable being away for so long. Not only did she care for Molly, but also got the mail, changed lighting, and watered plants. The house was in perfect order when I arrived home. I highly recommend Susan and will call on her for any future pet sitting needs.

Susan was referred to by my step-daughter, who also uses her services. I cannot express how pleased we were with Susan's attention to detail, her continuous communication (and occasional pictures) of our beloved pet, and better yet, the overall mental and physical condition of our dog upon arrival (after being out of town for 10 days). Prior, we had left our dog at three different kennels, and each time it took him days to get back to normal. With Susan, there was no adjustment period (in fact, we were worried that he did not want us back home!). The fee is very reasonable, and we had peace of mind that we had not experienced before. As others have noted, Susan scheduled a meeting prior to our trip, where she took detailed notes and got to know our dog. That interaction alone put me at ease. I hate to write such a glowing review (for fear of not being able to book her again), but our experience was outstanding.
