Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!
Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.
Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Their communication with me was enough that I felt perfectly at ease during my time away and in turn, they were super responsive if I contacted them. My pets were relaxed and happy when I returned!
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. I can recommend her as a sitter without hesitation. Thank you Anna
Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
Jessica was an awesome pet sitter for my cat Fifi. She texted photos and updates everyday so I knew that Fifi was being well cared for. She was communicative and asked a lot of good questions to make sure she understood Fifi's needs. My home was equally as clean (if not more so) upon my return. I would highly recommend Jessica!
Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!

We had a great experience with Kasie and Crazy Paws! We were gone for 10 days and she took excellent care of our Corgi Ruby. She sent us updates and pictures along the way and was so nice and attentive to her. Thank you so much!!
Kasie is very professional and dependable! We really loved the status updates she shared while we were forced away from our fur-babies!
Five stars and more! Crazy Pawz is a very dedicated service for your animals, whether you’re on vacation, or any reason that requires some help with your pets. They will attend to every detail so you can feel confident in the care they provide. They can adjust to your requirements regarding feeding, exercise, and attention. Recently they cared for my two Border Collies, three times a day. That can be a challenge, but they loved their “vacation” (from us) and enjoyed special care from Kasie who fed, walked and played frisbee with them each day. She really has a special bond with them! Thank you Crazy Pawz!
Kasie and Abby are phenomenal with our two older dogs. We always know they will be very well taken care of while we are away. The pictures and texts are also great to receive. Highly recommend Crazy Pawz Pet Care.
It takes a lot for us to trust someone in our home and with our fur babies and the peace of mind we had the last few days knowing Kasie was there was truly amazing. She kept us in the loop and sent updates with the sweetest videos and photos of our furry kids! She more than loved on them and kept them well taken care of and safe. Kasie was so easy to work with, with booking and scheduling and made the entire experience a breeze. We cannot wait for her next stay!
So happy that we can depend on Kasie to care for our two cats when we are on vacation. She reliable and very attentive. I highly recommend her.
I cannot recommend Crazy Pawz Pet Care enough! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this team truly loves and understands animals. My pets always come home happy, well-maintained, and calm. The staff is incredibly professional, caring, and attentive, making sure every need is met. They go above and beyond to make sure each pet is comfortable and well cared for. It’s such a relief knowing my fur babies are in the best hands when I’m away. Five stars all the way!
I had an unexpected last minute trip/vacation come up and needed a pet sitter for my cats. Kasie was able to help and did an amazing job. I highly recommend her.
Kasie was wonderful! She gave us daily updates on our pets that included photos and videos. Even though we only booked her for 30 minute visits she spent extra time keeping our pets company when she could. She also took out the garbage for us, and brought in any mail and packages that were delivered. She truly exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be using her in the future.
Kasie has watched our house twice and I foresee many more stays in our future! She takes care of our dog, cat, fish and chickens! It’s so nice knowing we can leave on vacation and our animal kids are being so well loved and taken care of. Kasie is efficient with responding and planning and makes the entire process really easy! We can’t thank her enough!
Jan was wonderful with our cats! I felt at ease leaving them with her. She even let them out of their crates to explore around in her grooming room & sun bathe in the window. Our one cat cried when he got back home, I think he wanted to go back with his new friend, Jan. 😅 Highly recommend Cambrian! Very affordable, as well. …
Our dog Flynn stayed for 6 days and he was very happy! He loved the owner and was well cared for and safe. The kennels are very secure because they are in a double fenced area. We are glad to have found such a great place for him to stay during the times when we are unable to bring him with us! The owner is an extremely kind woman and genuinely cares about animals and their complete well being. Update: Since this original post we have also had our other dog Oliver stay at Cambrian Kennel and Flynn stayed again as well. Both boys were happy and had a great stay. Wonderful caring and secure establishment!
Boarded the dogs there for 1 week. Also had their hair cuts done there. Pros: affordable prices, cares for animals dogs hair cuts looked good when we picked them up, very flexible on pick up dates . Cons: phone answering procedure could use improvement. Perhaps answering the phones and identifying your business would improve flow of phone conversation. There is an odor in the dog boarding area that seems to be either cigarette or cigar, even with grooming the dogs had this odor on then when picked up which requires giving them a bath as soon as we returned home.
We've been bringing our redbone coon hound here for over a year. She loves it and is treated very well. Prices are reasonable. I've seen reviews on here complaining about Jan. She can be gruff, but she's wonderful with animals. I trust her and think she does a great job.
It was my first time leaving my 2 yr old Nala...She did fine..Carol seems to be a lovely caring person...nice environment and her kennels are nice and cleaned. Will see you next time
I have been taking my dogs here for close to 10 years! Jan is caring, informative, and extremely professional with my dogs. I’m always at ease when they are boarded there. I wouldn’t take them anyplace else.
We love taking our dog Macie here! She always has a great stay when we go on vacation. The owner is wonderful, we know Macie is in good hands during her stay. She absolutely cares for the animals and it shows pricing is also very reasonable ! Highly recommend to anybody! Will be back again!
We bring our Airedale here. Beautiful property!! Here's some interesting info. When I walked up to the kennel to drop off my dog, it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I was hesitant, because I thought oh no my dog is going to smell like smoke. BUT I WAS WRONG! When I came back to pick her up, there was no smoke smell at all. I must have just walked up right after someone smoked a cigarette. Mia looked and smelled AMAZING! Airedales are hard to make look nice. She has a true gift. We could not have been happier. I am only writing this because I know some people are very turned off by cigarette smoke, but DON'T BE. Obviously the owners smoke (their prerogative), but if you smell it, don't worry, it she DOESN'T DO IT NEAR THE ANIMALS!!! They are the most wonderful people, too. Just gentle, kind women. Thanks!
Dropped our escape artist(hate cages and breaks free from all of them) Boxer, and our 10 month old Cane Corso off for the weekend. The boxer did great with no issues and they loved our Corso puppy. I was very nervous because its the first time we have ever boarded our babies and the experience was great.
I highly recommend board dogs here .She's absolutely great with mine. He comes home happy and clean. Prices are very reasonable. Also ask about grooming. An excellent job was done on my Newfie.
When we had to make the difficult decision to put our sweet girl down, there was no question we wanted her last moments to be at peace in her own home. Not only did Dr. Salinger make that happen, but she could not have been more compassionate toward us through the experience. She scheduled with us quckly. She patiently answered our questions and explained each step until our final goodbyes. She comforted us and offered words of wisdom that clearly came from personal experience. There are not enough words to express our heartfelt gratitude for making her last moments so peaceful. She has our unending gratitude. ❤️
Dr. Becky was truly an angel for our beloved Willow, English Mastiff who had no signs of dying that morning but had a significant decline and needed to be put to sleep gently in her own home. Thank you for bringing kindness and compassion to Willow and our family at such a difficult time. We are eternally grateful for the gentleness you provided to all of us.
My husband and I lost our beautiful tuxedo Zorro just over a month ago to cancer very unexpectedly. It was a very difficult time and Dr. Becky was very caring and compassionate in helping our beautiful boy cross the rainbow bridge. Before Dr. Becky arrived to our home, she was also very kind with taking time to listen to my questions as to whether it was time to say goodbye to our sweet fur baby💔. I truly appreciate her kindness and advice in helping us make a very difficult decision. Thank you Dr. Becky♥️🙏🙏🌈
Dr. Salinger was Kongs vet for a very long time. It has taken me a while to right this. He was the best dog. She has always been wonderful, kind and caring. You can definitely tell she cares about what she does. I am so grateful for everything she did for us.
Dr. Salinger made a sad terrible day a little easier. She was very compassionate and caring. We are very thankful for her and helping make this sad process.
Dr.Becky was so kind and unobtrusive while we sat with Murphy out in the green grass while he relaxed and finally crossed over rainbow bridge in his own surroundings. This was the best Euthanasia experience we've ever had and we will use A Gentle Crossing again when the time comes.
Dr Salinger came to our home when my sister and I needed to say goodbye to our old boxer. This old dog that brought love, comfort, and companionship to our lives. She will not be forgotten, she is worthy of remembering. Dr Salinger understood our grief; she helped us to feel not so alone. Our lovely girl was put to rest under a tree as we all sat around her telling stories of her life. Thank you Dr Salinger.
We have used Gentle Crossing for both of our cats. Both cats showed signs late, and they were close to 14 years old. Once diagnosed, both cats declined quickly. Recently I called Gentle Crossing in the evening, off hours - and got a return call within 15 minutes. Dr. Paulic was professional, extremely kind, and flexible. She texted with me and called me several times to check on Hosta's condition. She came over about 9:00 pm. Both times, we were impressed with the sensitivity, understanding, and communication. We chose to receive the ashes, a paw print, and some fur, which was hand-delivered about a week later. It's comforting to look at those pieces. Dr. Paulic is wonderful and treated our furry family members with love and with care. We will use Gentle Crossing again without hesitation (hopefully not for awhile).
We are beyond grateful for finding Dr. Salinger and A Gentle Crossing. Our 17 year old Rosie was struggling the last few months and we tried everything possible to make her feel better but her age took over. We thought she was turning the corner the last 3 days but on the 4th is was a rapid decline in the afternoon. It was a Friday and the vet offices were closed (thank goodness) and I couldn't torment her putting her the carrier to go to emergency. I called A Gentle Crossing and received an immediate call back. We didn't live close to her but she was her in 45 minutes. My husband and I were a mess but Dr. Salinger was so compassionate and really listened to Rosie's story. I never felt rushed or under pressure. I am so relieved that we didn't have to put Rosie in the carrier she hated so much and she was able to cross peacefully in her own home. This will be from now on, the only way we let our furbabies cross over. I wish I lived closer to Dr. Salinger 's practice because I would take our furbabies to her. Thank you Dr Salinger, you are forever in our hearts!
I don't know how to put into words the difference that Dr. Becky made when it came time to put our beloved 14 yr old pit pull to sleep. Of course Bentley needed a vet on the weekend when no vets are open except emergency vets. So I did some research and found Dr. Becky and a gentle crossing. She was an hour away and it was a Sunday, she got her things together and was at my house within 2 hours and made it possible for Bentley to pass at home laying in the sun with everyone who loved him around. I would highly recommend A Gentle crossing they compassionate, caring and are very good with the families and especially the animals. They handle them with the utmost respect. If I ever need this service again Dr. Becky and a gentle crossing will be my first and only call. Thank you Dr. Becky and A gentle crossing for all that you do to make a difficult time easier. Sincerely, The Baker family
We have used them 3 or 4 times and we're satisfied. Over the weekend our dogs were there. By Tuesday one began coughing. By last night the coughing and spitting up was uncontrollable. We took her to the vet first thing today and she was diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I called and notified the person who answered the phone. She told me that there hadn't been any other cases (our dogs aren't around any other dogs). Staff didn't show any empathy or say I'm sorry your dog is sick. Nothing. I understand that Kennel Cough is highly contagious and not always stopped with a vaccine but if it happens at your facility please own it. It is for that reason we will not be back.
We’ve been taking our dog, Bambino, here for years for boarding a couple of times a year. He’s a deaf boxer so he is A LOT of work! They’re extremely patient with him and greet him with open arms every time we come in. They adjust his play area based on his behavior. I leave there knowing he will be well taken care of. He absolutely loves going there - he scratches at the car window as we pull into the driveway!! I highly recommend A1! (A couple of pics of him resting after a week being at A1 ❤️)
Courteous staff that doesn’t make you drop off your dog during some ridiculous skinny window of time! The staff seems to really love their jobs. They’re smiling, they’re happy and the atmosphere is a warm and friendly compared to just about any other boarding facility I’ve ever taken mydogs. When I pick up my dogs, they’re always happy, never skinny , they look well taken care of and knowing that the staff likes their jobs makes me feel comfortable, dropping off my pets!
These are the sweetest people! My dogs love them! Laura is so good with them! My fur babies look amazing!! Thank you so much! AND I was able to afford it!!
I picked up my dog after being there for 3 nights (our first time here) and he was coughing horribly and was extremely fatigued. I called my vet who told me that he likely contracted kennel cough. On top of him getting kennel cough, his blood vessels in his eye had burst from coughing so hard. We had to cancel his surgery to get neutered because he was so sick. He was sick as soon as we got home so I’m assuming that he was starting to cough while at the kennel seeing how his blood vessel was burst. I never received a phone call and was not told anything about him being sick. I know that the workers can’t be around the dogs 24/7 but I just hope that if he was coughing while at the kennel that I would have been told.
Our girl loves visiting her friends at A1 B&B. She never hesitates to go there, so we know they take good care of her.
Have taken our black lab Finley here since he was a puppy and he is always so excited to go to A1 and we know when he has had a fun day playing when he comes home tired. So glad this dog daycare is near us
We have been taking pets to A1 Bed & Biscuit for over 12 years. My dog runs to the door as soon as we pull into parking lot. I feel she is well cared for and staff is terrific Once a few years ago she had signs of infection, the staff contacted my designated person, made appointment at our usual Vet and handled things perfectly. I was so thankful for their attention and observation before her eye got worse.
Great experiences with grooming and boarding for the past 4 years. Our golden doodle practically jumps out of the car window when we arrive to drop her off for boarding. She comes home exhausted because she’s had so much fun with the staff and the other dogs. Everyone has been very helpful and has always answered any questions we’ve had. The groomer does a fantastic job…Sadie comes home clean and fresh with a nice, even cut and trimmed nails. We have always had a great experience at A1.
A1 Bed & Biscuit Review - In loving memory of Duke I strongly urge anyone considering taking their dogs to A1 Bed & Biscuit to reconsider immediately! On Saturday, March 30th, 2024, I took my 9-year-old, St. Bernard, Duke, and my 11-year-old, English Bulldog, Brutus, for their monthly grooming visit. I was called as I was en route to pick up my dogs from the groomer. Laurie, the groomer, said that Duke had been panting excessively and could not stand up as his rear legs continued to give out. Laurie told me they put down rugs and towels to help Duke stand. When I arrived, Duke was in the hallway in complete distress. I picked up my dogs and called my wife to fill her in. Once I stopped home to drop off Brutus, we immediately went to Metropolitan Emergency Animal Hospital. Duke was taken back right away. The veterinarian broke the news to us that Duke suffered a heat stroke and had a temperature of 106, and needed to have a breathing tube inserted to stay alive as they ran further tests. Duke's bloodwork came back completely normal, and there were no underlying issues. Our son joined my wife and me while waiting in the private room. The veterinarian returned to update us on the side effects of heat stroke. Duke was in distress, and recovery was not likely. We were left with the difficult decision of putting our sweet baby boy down. Now wholly devastated, we returned home without our Duke. Laurie, his A1 Bed & Biscuit groomer called for an update. I told her that Duke was gone. I then received a random test message later that evening from what turned out to be Laurie's cell phone. Laurie expressed sincere compassion, which at the time seemed reassuring. Laurie even offered to pay our vet bill and stated how much she loved our dogs. I replied that it was not necessary as I, of course, thought this was a genuine act of kindness. On Sunday morning, I received another text from Tillie, an A1 Bed & Biscuit staffer. Again, she expressed her sympathy. Something felt off, though, as I reread her text messages and tried processing what had occurred. My wife and I discussed how this could happen and why it happened. We decided to ask Laurie some questions. It turns out Duke was left under a fan, which was different from what fans had been used on Duke in the past. Laurie admitted to talking it over with Tillie and said the fan motor generates heat. In my opinion, this is the only logical reason for Duke to have a heat stroke. I asked Laurie when she noticed Duke panting and his rear legs giving out. She answered it wasn't until she brought Duke over to do his final brush and nail trim. Laurie assumed Duke must have just been in pain. Laurie notified me that the fan had been taken out of service to prevent this from happening again, even though there had been no other incident. My final reply to Laurie was, that is a good thing, but it will never bring our Duke back! Her response: I'm so sorry. We believe they knew what happened, and if we hadn't asked the questions, we would never have gotten the answers. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT if you LOVE your dogs!
We use fitness 4 pawz for doggie daycare and for boarding. Pretty sure Luna had more fun than we did on vacation! Would recommend fitness 4 pawz 100%!
Found this facility for our year old Cavalier and wasn't sure how we would do, let alone him for a week. But I'm happy to say Angie Kept me posted with pictures that kept my mind at peace and he just looked so happy!! I was happy when I picked him up and he did so well that I am even going to start taking him in for short 1 day daycare for him to just be with the other dogs and run around and play. Definitely would recommend and already have our next boarding appt scheduled .
There is no better place to have your fur baby watched while you go out of town than fitness4pawz. Angie and her team are amazing with our dogs and keep us up to date with pics and updates everyday. Angie is an amazing person who has a great team that helps. When im on vacation, my doggies are too!! And i can tell they miss her when we get them back. We will continue to use her amazing service.
We have taken our Maltipoo/poodle Baby to this place for a few years and we must say it's the best in Northeast Ohio..Angie the owner, and her team are so loving, caring and have a schedule to follow daily. These dogs are so happy here. Recently we took Baby and it was her fifth birthday .Angie made treats for she and the dog's there for a party. Party hats and all. They also send pictures of your dog and what he or she is doing daily...I can not say enough good things about Fitness4pawz..Its wonderful..❤️💞🐩💞
First time we used a boarding service for our dog and we were a little nervous but Angie and her team kept us informed from the moment our pug ate breakfast till the time she went to bed. Our Stella was very well taken care of and we will definitely be going back.
So grateful for Angie and her staff at Fitness4pawz. I’ve never left my pup with anyone before and she makes you feel so safe and secure by treating your dogs like her own. We’ve used Angie in the past for our other dogs and the quality of her business just keeps getting better and better. She puts so much time, effort, and money into her grounds and her business just keeps growing! You can tell it’s her life’s passion. Your dogs are never just put into a kennel and left, they are constantly played with and allowed to run and play. It makes me feel less guilty leaving for trips now.
I was always so sad to have to leave our baby to board when we went on vacation. But soon realized how AWESOME this place is! Tanker would go through withdrawals after getting home from boarding and not having the interaction of all the other dogs. So I started taking him once a week to daycare here to let him play and interact with the other dogs. Now we are on a waiting list to get in him twice a week!! He LOVES his daycare day playing with his friends!!! He goes crazy when I ask him if he wants to go play with his friends!! This place is like none other around! The dogs are always active and outside and not just ‘boarded up.’ Angie and her team love these dogs like they are her own kids!! I will never go anywhere else as long as Fitness4Paws is around!! Tanker looks forward to his daycare day and playing with his friends!! Thank you Angie and Team!
Fitness4pawz has been fantastic with my puppy . He loves to go to play with all the other dogs. Staff is awesome, security is perfect. I never worry about leaving him there. And you get updates all day with pictures. Super affordable as well. We love FITNESS4PAWZ!
The owner is super knowledgable and friendly. They truly care for your dog and take good safety measures. They have an awesome property for the pups to play. The schedule minimizes pickup interactions with other dog pickups. Great prices, highly recommend.
If you are looking for boarding or daycare for your dog, I highly recommend FITNESS 4 PAWZ. Angie is very knowledgeable about dog behavior, is meticulous about keeping all areas clean, is constantly adding more play areas and enrichment activities, AND cost is very reasonable. I moved from the area and still drive 45 minutes each way to bring my dog to Fitness 4 Pawz. Thanks, Angie for all you and your great workers do! Pat
My Great Pyrenees Sugar had an overgrown dew claw that the groomer missed. I was able to take her into the clinic the same day that I called and I wasn't charged for the service! I've used Austinburg Vet for all my dogs and cat over the past 10 years since I moved to the area. Dr. Salinger and team are always friendly, knowledgeable, kind and professional. Thank you Austinburg Veterinary Clinic.
Dogs came down with coughing sneezing and they saw them that same day they were helpful they were friendly and very knowledgeable I will be bringing the dogs back to them in the future for other needs
Do not recommend this place. They lied about my dog. They said that my puppy is full grown when she’s not because if she was, she would’ve been a lot bigger and she’s not. She’s literally puppy size do not recommend this place. I would not go to this place, especially if you have a dog
I had a very good experience with them they were friendly answered my questions was in and out with not long waiting. When I talked about comfort care being our dog is 13 has bad arthritis and other health issues they understood and said they would help with whatever we needed. No unnecessary tests. Good to see they care about our dog not to put him through anymore pain than what he is going through already. I also needed help getting him in the car because its hard for him to get in and out of vehicles now. (This will probably be his last trip out 😥) She walked out with us and was very patient with him and helped me get him in the car. Dr Chris Martin was very thorough noticed a growth or something he probably has had and other vets didn't notice with his check up's but I thought it was something normal. I was impressed! Close to home . I would recommend Austinburgh to others. Wish he could have been going there sooner. 🥰
I have been taking my animals here for almost 20yrs. These ladies don't mess around, are honest, to the point and have never let me down. My fur kids LOVE these girls. Lucky gets so very excited when I tell him we are going to see his "girl friends". When we arrive he pulls me to the door! They treat my babies like they are family.
First time visit. They were so kind to gunner. Very thorough. Went on a recommendation from my neighbors. Glad to now call them my dogs vet.
This place was amazing. Very clean. The nurse and Dr were very attentive and so sweet. They took very good care of my very sick baby Jinx ❤️
We love our Veterinarian and staff. Anytime we have a issue with our fur baby they get us in and take wonderful care of him. Friendly and very caring staff. Affordable as well.
Just a HUGE thank you to the entire staff of Austinburg vet clinic for one getting us in and two taking outstanding care of Max for us this morning in an emergency situation. The entire staff is clearly passionate about their jobs. Much respect and appreciation. RIP max aka old dog you will be missed.
They were able to get my cat in the same day and get her the care she needed for her eye. The tech and Dr. Salinger were wonderful. It's been 3 days and my cat is doing well. Front desk staff is so nice. I know I can count on all of them to do the right thing. I'm relieved of my anxiety that my cat is doing well. Thanks to all!
One of the best decisions we've made in the care of our 2 pups was to hire Carleen. Always on time and willing to work with our needs without hesitation. Our pups LOVE her and the peace of mind knowing she'll be visiting them each day gives us great comfort.
Carleen is amazing!!! We are so very grateful to have her! Our dog Ruthie loves her so much!!! It is wonderful to be able to go on a trip and not worry about our pets, and know that they are being well taken care of and loved. Carleen is very professional and reliable. She even sends adorable pictures which means a lot to my son and I when we are away and missing our cuties. 🥰❤️
Carleen is amazing! Our original pet sitter fell through when we were going out of the country and we were lucky to have Carleen available with only 2 weeks notice. Our dog Duchess loves when Carleen comes to walk her and spend time with her! We always get notifications and cute pictures of Duchess' time with her.
Carleen is amazing!! My husband and I work long days, which is hard for my two dogs. Especially my senior dog. So, having Carleen stop by in the middle of the day to take my fur babies on a walk is perfect!! And when the weather is terrible and a walk isn't able to happen, she lets them out for a potty break and will sit and play with them for a bit. She is so professional and trustworthy and I cannot recommend her enough!
Carlene is amazing!! Zander and Akira just love her-not even sure they miss me!! They love the attention, play time, belly rubs etc. I also love that she sends pix, notifies me of everything going on with them. Carleen gives medicine, cleans ears ,applies medicine- she takes care of my pups as if they were her own.. I can't say enough great things about her!! Her daughter sometimes comes as well and my pups love her as well. 10 stars* if I could!
Carleen is so good with my 2 boys. They really enjoy her visits and I know they are safe for the remainder of the day. The app she uses is incredibly convenient for all aspects of the service. We love you Carleen! Freddie & Carl
I trust Carleen of Barks to Meows Pet Sitting completely. It is so comforting to receive her photos, taken each day, of our pets at their bowls, enjoying their meals. And though they hide from most people, my outdoor cats are not afraid of Carleen. They know she is caring for them.
We love Carly's business. She's been a lifesaver for us. Whenever we have an occasion that we will be gone for a period of time, we are so thankful we can count on her to visit our Riley while we are gone. We feel very comfortable knowing she will be there to take care of her. She's a very reliable pet sitter and loves what she does.
I strongly recommend PlayPals Pet Care! Kyla has taken exceptional care of our dog every time she has gone to PPC for either day camp or to stay for up to two weeks (30+ visits). Our puppy has always come back to us healthy and happy, which is surprising that she is a bit antisocial! We get lots of pictures of her when we are away and they always show a happy, active dog. Kyla takes special care of all her animals and has given us great advice for our dog's health - all of which has been right on the mark. Could not recommend PlayPals Pet Care more!
I would recommend Kyla and PlayPals Pet Care to anyone. Kyla offers experienced, affordable, safe and engaging care for dogs. I have found my forever second mom for my Bella, who has thrived since going to PlayPals Pet Care and benefiting from Kyla's amazing and appreciated services. Communication is fantastic and the engaging safe care of my dog Bella gives me peace of mind to give her a safe, fun place for daycamp and allows me to go enjoy my vacations worry free. Thank you Kyla for doing what you do, you're 1 of 1 and very appreciated!
Our experience with Kyla's PlayPals Pet Care was exceptional. We were in town due to family needs that had to take precedence over our pup Coco. Kyla, aka Pet Angel, provided the attention and care for our Coco while we were caring for family. With Kyla's care, Coco was not stressed by our absence and, instead, made new friends and burned off lots of puppy energy. And, unexpected bonus, Coco was always clean and spruced up at pick up! We couldn't be more grateful for Kyla. I highly recommend her day care!
Our dog Tito loves spending time at PlayPals Pet Care. Tito was anti-social with other dogs until he met Kyla the owner. She treats all her pet guests like family. When we mention Kyla’s name, Tito goes wild wagging his tail wanting to jump in the car to go spend the day with her. Kyla is truly a dog whisperer!
Deciding to use Playpals Pet Care aka Kyla was the BEST decision for both Lainey and I. Lainey was shy and stubborn. I’m a helicopter dog mom. The first day Lainey shook with nervousness. Fast forward to today. I can’t open the car door without her going nuts. She can barely contain herself on the ride to Kylas. I can’t get her belt off fast enough. Lainey is comfortable, trusting, excited and content with Kyla. As a crazy dog mom, i trust her with my baby 100%. Her attention to detail and safety in her home is unmatched. She thinks of everything when it comes to their well being. Lainey and I hit the doggy lottery when we found Kyla! Thank you for all you do! Love, Lainey & Kristen ❤️
Kyla is like no one I have seen or known. She is truly passionate and the most knowledgeable care taker I have seen. She keeps the dogs in line but they have a blast and wag their tails as soon as we pull in the driveway. I highly recommend her.
I highly recommend Kyla. My dog requires a strict feeding schedule due to chronic pancreatitis and irritable bowel disease. Kyla takes great care of her, and she makes sure my dog’s routine is followed. Kyla regularly sends photos and updates. My dog is always so happy in the photos! Kyla also provides a grooming service. She does an excellent job. I really appreciate the great care Kyla provides!
Play Pals is an excellent service for your furry family member. Kyla is a caring, highly experienced animal caregiver who stays in daily communication with the owner. I was very hesitant to leave my chihuahua when having to travel to an out of town wedding. Kyla kept me well informed and alleviated the anxiety I felt so I could have a relaxed fun family time. You can trust that your loved animal is in excellent hands with Play Pals!🐶😻 I have also taken my dog for a “Spa Day” with Kyla and she LOVES it!! I never worry when I leave my fur baby in Kyla’s care!
I was the dad that fought and fought and fought getting a dog. Once my family broke me, I quickly fell in love with our Jasmine and realized that not just any sitter would do. Fortunately, we met Kyla as soon as we got Jasmine. Early on, camp days were used to help Jasmine socialize with other dogs, relieve her anxiety and prepare for overnights. Three years later, Jasmine is just like the other dogs you'll read about in the testimonials...ready to jump out of the car without saying goodbye when I drop her off...ready to play with her friends. Beyond trusting Kyla with the health and safety of our dog, she has been an amazing resource regarding some of the issues we've encountered as new dog parents. We continue to lean on her for guidance as we navigate parenting. Auntie Kyla is going to have to stay around forever, because our family doesn't want to take Jasmine anywhere else.
Kyla is truly the best! She takes impeccable care of the dogs who stay with her! She’s very experienced with dogs and she’s an excellent communicator. You will get updates and know your dog is the great hands! Couldn’t recommend her enough!! Thanks for all you do Kyla!
Highly recommend! Kristen and Kathy are great. We have a Newfoundland and he can be a lot for people :). They both show him so much love and take such good care of him when we are away. I appreciate the daily updates. Reliable and trustworthy people.
Super reliable, very sweet with our girl! They take great care of her and are good with regard to communicating with me about her. It’s a relief to have Always With Alex when we need them.
We consider ourselves so lucky to have found such a loving, trustworthy, amazing sitter for our furbabies. We all know it’s tough trusting someone with your kiddos. We have been honored to have trusted in Alex for many years, and more recently Gabby. I always joke about how disappointed our dogs are to see us when we get home because of how much they are spoiled while we are gone! Now, several of our friends are also in the Always with Alex family and I love seeing the FB and IG updates of their pets. I absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.
I haven't gone out of town for an extended period in a long time because I was worried about my cats. One is on medication and I wasn't sure anyone besides me would be able to administer it without her freaking out, but Gabby did it! She took the best care of of my babies. She sent so many pictures and updates! It reduced my anxiety about leaving them, allowing me to enjoy my vacation. And I think they fell in love, I swear they are still looking for her! 10/10 would recommend. I've already booked her for my next vacation 😻
Alex & Gabby are the best! I have a very nervous dog who is afraid of most people, but she loves Alex & Gabby. They make it possible for me to travel without worry - completely reliable, flexible and always providing pictures and updates. Prices are very reasonable, and their service is exceptional.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience! My dogs have only ever been left with family or friends and I was extremely nervous about being gone and leaving them with someone. I have a senior dog with some issues and a younger dog that isn’t great with other dogs (and sometimes people) but Gabby made me feel so comfortable and my dogs loved her. She kept me updated with texts and pictures the whole time, and when I got home my dogs seemed so happy and relaxed. I will be recommending Always with Alex to everyone I know!
Alex has taken care of Gus for years now. She is super dependable, knowledgeable, and loves the pets she takes care of. I don’t know what I would do without her
Alex makes our pups so comfortable and happy! Amazing service
