Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! Special shout out to Jess and Valerie who are amazing and friendly :) I will continue to use miss Emily since I trust them! & recommend for any pet parents in the area

my pup LOVES it here and always comes home happy-as-can-be! (and tired after a fun day, lol!) i feel confident that my baby is safe during her day at daycare, as it is free play. the staff is very transparent about how they run their daycare program, so i don’t have a doubt that she’ll have a fun, safe day, every day! every staff member i speak with is super friendly and shows immense care for each and every dog that comes in. i recommend Miss Emily’s to all my friends and family! Miss Emily’s is the perfect place to take my pup knowing she’s in safe and caring hands. The staff at Miss Emily’s treats my baby like family!! She plays all day with her friends and always comes home passed out from a full day of fun at Miss Emily’s!

My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

Amber from Furry Little Rascals is an absolutely amazing pet sitter! From our initial consultation, she was very profession, communicative and prompt. She has a great background and experience that made me feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in her care. We had a family emergency on the day of our meet and greet and she was extremely flexible in accommodating the unexpected event. At our meet and greet, she was very through in getting to know our pets, learn about their routines and their health histories. We were going on a cruise with limited contact so she sent updates throughout our trip to both me and mom. She was very communicative and I felt like I didn’t have to worry about their care at all while on vacation. Our dogs warmed up to her very quickly and she gave them a ton of play time, snuggles and followed their routine. One of our dogs has skin allergies and she would wipe her off every time they came in from outside to make sure our pup wasn’t itchy. Our other dog was on antibiotics and she administered them every day without issue. I swear our dogs were more calm and well behaved after we came back from our trip lol and the house was absolutely spotless. We are so happy to have found a great sitter that we can continue to use again and again in the future!

Amber is awesome. She’s very punctual and professional, and her love for animals was apparent from her very first interaction with my kitties. She arrived at the times she said she would and kept me updated on my kitties while I was out of town. Her prices are also very fair. She’s super responsive as well. Amber was great with our kitty Juniper. She was really thorough with the paperwork and a home visit first, which really put me at ease with leaving our kitty in her care. While we were away Amber sent picture and text updates and it was great to see that Juniper was well taken care of and was becoming more and more comfortable with her!

Ms Amber has taken wonderful care of my fur babies for about 5 months now. I heard about her services by chance from my vet after one of my cats had eye surgery. I called Amber who came to see me the next day. She sat on the floor and had an instant rapport with my 2 babies. While we talked she played with them, loved on them; and I gained instant confidence with her character. Then she picked up Vivi and gently and capably gave her the 2 necessary eye medications she would need twice a day for 2 weeks. I wasn't able to give her the drops myself, as Vivi squirms and me trying to get the drops in her eye around a cone almost always guaranteed failure. Amber has also cat sat for me several times when I had to be out of town. She feeds my babies, scoops litter, takes trash out, washes bowls, and spends time playing and loving them. She also takes lots of pictures and sometimes videos of my babies in action during her sittings and sends them to me with a report of each visit. They're happy and so am I. I can't say enough good things about this kind, endearing lady and her professional services. I will certainly continue to call on her!

I recently had Amber take care of my three cats while I was out of town for four days. We met before my trip to go over the paperwork I had filled out and for her to ask questions and get a meet and greet with the cats. Everything went well. I had updates daily while I was gone with photos of the cats. She let me know everything was good, and no problems each day. Very organized, very professional & would use again.

As my current pet sitter is phasing out of the business, I was dreading having to look for a new one. Sara took wonderful care of my boy! I’m a crazy dog mom. I’m talking the dog mom with the file folder and labeled, pre-portioned food. Sara put my mind at ease while we left our 1-year-old Pug Mix for a couple of days. She assured us he was in great hands and kept us updated on how he was doing with the other dogs, how he did overnight, and if he was eating. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Sara when I went on vacation. Just a couple of months prior I had taken in a semi-feral cat, due to the coyote activity in the area, so this was all new to me! To add on top, this cat is a senior and needed medication 2x a day. So I needed someone to come in 2x a day. Let me tell you having Sara coming in gave me a peace of mind, knowing that "Funny" was being well taken care of. I have complete confidence in Sara and highly recommend her!

I recently moved to the Winter Park area and was looking for some daycare and boarding options for my labradoodle Wall-E. Sara did a fantastic job and kept me up to date daily w/ text messages and fun pictures. Petopia is truly the best doggy daycare around. The ladies love all the pups like they are their own! Throughout the day they post stories and photos of the dogs playing, and I for one love to go on Instagram and see my pup living her best life and playing with all of her friends. Every birthday and holiday is a reason for a celebration and I am here for it! I love this place and the staff so much and cannot say or express enough, how wonderful they truly are.

I Don’t even know where to start!! The ladies as a whole were awesome! My overly anxious puppy is terribly weary of people other than family. Due to his anxiety he was unable to go to his previous groomer for safety concerns of the staff. Petopia was recommended to me by my previous groomers as they were able to accommodate the needs of my puppy better. The staff recommended starting with puppy daycare just so my puppy could get more familiar with the staff. So we did that as recommended and it was successful. The staff showed me a video of them actually being able to play with him without him being frightened. The next day he was scheduled for his grooming session. When I picked him up I was very pleased. The report was that he did well!! He warmed up to the staff and he was able to get groomed. For future visits we will continue to utilize the doggy daycare ( which is very inexpensive) to keep him familiar with the staff and to socialize him more. I’m very pleased and my heart is happy. The cut is absolutely beautiful on him.Thank you ladies so much. We will continue to be customers at your facility.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I want to start this review off by saying thank you so much to the ladies at Petopia for all the hard work that you do and the love and care you put into your jobs. One of my goldens had been here in the past to get cut about 3 yrs ago by Ruthie and it was my favorite haircut I’d ever had done for her. I live about an hour away now but when I heard Ruthie came back I didn’t hesitate to make the drive out to make sure that my now two goldens received the best care! Ruth came out and explained the hair cutting process in intricate detail and when I picked them up they were exactly as described. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my dogs a little less hairy lol can’t wait to bring them back to you!

Very friendly people who obviously love the animals they work with. I never have any problems with them completing their tasks. My 14 year old golden retriever has been there for grooming several times and never has been anxious or upset or apprehensive about anything or anyone there.

My dog Ham loved playing outside with all his new friends. Now he loves going to daycare and comes back happy & exhausted every time!

We've been using Lake Underhill as our vet and groomer for years, and were very pleased to have daycare as an option too! Since they spun out to Petopia, our Newfypoo puppy has been by for a grooming and a daycare and gets super excited when we get there, which I take as a sign they are doing a great job. Updated review - our puppy is now a 4 year old and still gets so excited to go play at daycare. The staff are amazing and the pictures and videos they post let you see all the dogs living their best lives and having a blast! They do fun themed "pawties" too, those are a highlight!

I have been taking my cat to this location for grooming for years and everything was perfect. For my recent appointment they rescheduled my appointment 3 times which took 2 months longer than the appointment I had initially. After 2 months I dropped my cat this morning to get groomed. After almost 4 hours the groomer called me asking how I want my cat to be groomed. And I emphasized shave the body and keep the “paws” fur a little longer. And I asked for a “round” face hair cut. His whole legs have the long fur, the face’s hair cut is square!!! On top of all of that, they INJURED my cat and there is a big wound on his back!!! And I tipped them $20 to screw up my baby!!!! Extremely disappointed with the new cat groomer!!!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Petopia for almost 2 years for doggy daycare and grooming. The groomer Stephanie does a wonderful job, she is so patient. One of my dogs does not do well with getting her nails done and now trusts her while being groomed. The entire staff (Kiara and Krystal) are just as wonderful and I’m so thankful for the care they give my dogs while they are in their care.

Theresa Marie is a super pet-sitter and has become a great friend. She never disappoints my dogs or me. She is reliable and caring and I wouldn’t think of asking anyone else to care for my pets when I am unable to do so. Message approved by Smokey and Chase.

Theresa did a good deed that deserves to be told. I was raised if you do a good deed you're not supposed to tell others. I can share what Theresa did for me. I was in line at a pet store to buy prescription canned pet food for an ill animal. I left my wallet at home I told the cashier I would be back. As I left Theresa came out to the parking lot to tell me she was getting the cans for me not to leave. The effort to help not only saved me time and energy but renewed My Hope there are good people. The kindness meant a lot more than she knew. Good karma I believe will come back to her many times over. When I asked for her address to repay her she simply gave me her business card and let me know she did pet sitting she said she was not concerned about repayment. My dog is very timid and scared of new people. Teresa Marie won him over immediately and he loves her and looks forward to seeing her. She is timely and always sends photos so I know my baby is being taken care of.

Theresa is wonderful! Our pup just LOVES when she comes to walk him everyday. She always lets you know when she gets to your house and she sends pics of the walk. She's real conscientious of the heat and makes sure to walk our pup in the shade & uses an umbrella/parasol.

We could not be more thrilled with Teresa! She’s been pet sitting for our cat Sally O’Malley for a year now. Teresa always shows up! Sally is well cared for, she takes the time to play with her and give belly rubs.She helps with the mail and plants and everything is always done perfectly! Theresa Marie goes above and beyond!! I was visiting from out of town for a wedding and needed a sitter for my 10-month old doodle, Wally. Theresa Marie came to the rescue! She made us feel comfortable from the first conversation and was super responsive. She totally went above and beyond for Wally- took him to play in the park, even SHAMPOO’D him after he went swimming. She took all the stress out of our evening by offering to pick Wally up at our air bnb before the wedding and dropped him off afterwards. Unreal!! What a pleasure to work with her. And Wally had a blast!!

This was my first time taking my pup to a groomer, and I have to say House of Breeds is beyond the best! I’m super excited. I called them. Keith is beyond talented and loves all sorts of animals. He has a true passion for his job and all animals.

not usually supportive of pet groomers, BUT house of breeds did all the cleaning i usually do and then some i don’t like to do, including ears and teeth, all while practicing safety, providing treats, taking cute pics, and letting me sit close by. your dog will be pampered and come home super soft and fluffy!

AMAZING, friendly, and caring staff. great assortment of products for dogs! I trusted them with my puppy Everleigh when she was a baby and Victoria took incredible care of her, with full reports of her visits, walks, and pees/poos. Also sent me photos of my baby throughout the visit. AND! their custom cakes are GREAT! We get our barkday cakes from there every year and we love them every time. Eola pets is great! Better than your typical daycare as they are very structured and being the pups on multiple walks a day. They love your pup like they’re own and it’s great to see updates on IG about their day and not to mention the daily reports! Oh and the best thing are the field trips to the pool!

Avoid Ordering Here. Really Disappointing Service. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was too frustrating not to share. I ordered a cake for my dog’s birthday online and set a pickup time for Sat @ 3:30 pm—during their store hours. When I got there at 3:27 pm, the door was locked, and no one was inside. People nearby mentioned the employee had just left to walk the dogs. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. I waited until ~5pm—almost two hours—hoping someone would return. This was on a Saturday, when they were supposed to be open. In the end, I got nothing. No one came back, no one contacted me, no cake, and no refund for what I was already charged in advance. We drove all the way to Eola for this and ended up empty-handed. I can’t speak for their pet sitting service, but their lack of communication and respect for my time was extremely disappointing. Definitely won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend their products.

We have two cats that we needed to board for our vacation. We called around and the prices were just ridiculous. We called Vicky at Eola pets and told her our situation. She was able to get us concierge care for both our cats for half the price!! They came TO our apartment, scooped litter, petted kitty’s, fed and watered AND they always sent pictures and a paragraph about how they were feeling and behaving. Brilliant!! Their communication before, during and after was simply stellar. When we came home, we did not have shell shocked cats who had been boarded, we had happy peaceful kitty’s who had been loved and given meaningful care! Thank you Eola pets for being someone we could trust to enter our home and care for our babies.

I walked past this place and heard an employee yelling at the dogs. There were a couple of dogs that had started barking as I was walking by. Dogs bark. This woman was scolding the dogs loudly and angrily. The dogs seemed afraid of her. I would never leave my dog at this place.

Absolutely love Eola Pets! They are my go to service when we go out of town. I use their app to schedule when I need them to do in home pet sitting! They are happy to meet my cat every time and always give her fresh water, food, clean the litter and sweep! I always love getting photos during the visit and seeing how happy she is!

We love Eola Pets!!! They have been nothing but accommodating to our needs and love on our animals like their own! We started out with just having a cat and they were fantastic with her while we were on vacation. Sending us updates and photos put our minds at ease while we were away from her. Then we adopted a puppy and they were wonderfully patient with him (he’s new to city noises and traffic) while taking him for walks while we were at work. They are the only ones we trust to groom our fur babies too! We trust them and their staff completely and know that our fur babies are in great and reputable hands while in their care. The Eola Pets team took care of our cats while we were on a getaway. Fed them, cleaned the litter box and cuddled them so they seemed super happy. They sent photos of them to us every day which was a nice feature. Store looks very nice and offers pet supplies, toys and looks like they also wash dogs there too. Will definitely use again

Heidi has been dog walking/sitting for our dogs for over 3 years now- she is the best in town! She is extremely trust-worthy and that is very important when someone is coming in and out of your home. Our dogs LOVE her so that says a lot! We have special case dogs - they were rescues and came with a lot of issues but she has been able to gain their trust. I highly recommend Heidi!

I cannot recommend Heid enough! Heidi has been keeping my pup for about four years and I’m so grateful I found her. I have an older, blind dog that requires daily medications, so it’s hard finding someone reliable to take care of her. I never have to worry while she’s with Heidi. Heidi is very knowledgeable about dogs and I trust her completely. My pup loves going to Heidi’s house! Every time I mention Heidi’s name, my dog starts going to the door looking for her. Heidi is the best ❤️

In fact, I’m pretty sure my dogs liked her house better than home! She’s very knowledgeable and reliable and truly loves the animals she takes care of.

Heidi is simply THE BEST dog walker, dog sitter and dog whisperer! She truly is gifted with animals and loves them so very much. Our dogs don’t miss us at all when we go away and are lucky enough to have Heidi take care of them. They may prefer her actually. She’s so attentive, sweet and loving with them. What’s also nice is she’s very flexible too - it’s nice that you don’t have to buy a package or a set number of nights or walks. You pay for what you need. I can’t recommend Heidi’s Hounds enough!

We’ve been using Heidi’s Hounds to care for our 2 cats since 2012. She is friendly, reliable, responsive, totally responsible and very loving to our 2 fur babies. It’s been completely stress free for us to travel for up to 2 weeks knowing that Heidi is in charge. She visits our home twice a day, feeds our pets, shows them love, cleans the litter box, waters our plants, sends us updates - even photos & videos, she documents her visits and more.! What a gift to be able to count or her for over 8 years now. I recommend her to everyone I know.

As a first time dog owner, getting a rescued blue heeler with emotional and physical issues, I was quite overwhelmed at first with taking care of my dog. I was lucky to come across Heidi, who aside from walking my dog, and watching him when I wasn't able, also provided me loads of advice on how to better take care of him, discipline him, bond with him, etc. Her love, care, and knowledge for all animals is truly amazing and I always could rely on my dog to have a great time with her and her other pets while I was away, even with his separation anxiety. The dogs she takes care of love her back, they are treated well, and you receive updates along with pictures/videos throughout their stay or walk to show you how they're doing. It's relieving and nice to see that they're alright without you. I can't recommend Heidi enough for all your dog needs -- she's terrific and is very flexible to whatever your needs and situation are.

Heidi treats our Dog like he is part of the family! She is super kind and patient with him. When ever we are out of town we are in constant communication with her. She’s been the best dog sitter for our Dog and love how much she cares for him!! Thank you for making traveling so much easier for us!

Heidi enjoys getting to know our cats and they like her because she took the time to win them over. She is thorough, reliable and someone you can trust with your home and pets. Plus she updates us with cute videos and cat pix! Most pet sitters run in to feed and clean and leave .... Heidi actually visits. Cat tested and approved!

The first time Heidi watched my sweet pups, my terrier rescue was only 1 and full of energy. I was hesitant to leave her with anyone bc she requires extra attention. Heidi sent me pictures and videos of my dogs having fun while we were gone, giving me check ups on their stay. My worries immediately dissolved and I felt reassured of my pets extraordinary needs being met. I've since had Heidi watch my dogs multiple times, each time a great experience from all parties. She's even given me great tips with obedience training that I never learned in my previous 3 levels of puppy training. I wouldn't trust my sweet babies with anyone else. Anytime we pass by Heidis house on our walks, my dogs get excited remembering their sweet friend stays there. I would defiantly recommend Heidi to anyone looking for not just a dog sitter, but an interactive fun time while youre gone, wether it's just for a day or two, or a week or two away on vacation. She's very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind.

I highly recommend Happy Pups Playhouse! Viviana is amazing with training and taking care of my babies, Jazmine (10yr old) and Teddy (4yr old)! My dogs stayed two overnights and Viviana sent me many cute photo and video updates of them! They even got to join a birthday pawty and they had so much fun with the other dogs! Kind, caring, and very professional dog sitting, training and parties! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Silas absolutely LOVES when he goes to Happy Pups Playhouse. He always comes home ready for a good long nap and since they send us pictures all day, I can see why! He gets to spend all day with a handful of other pups playing with each other and with Viviana. I think his most favorite though is a nice lounge in the pool on a hot day 🏖️ My most favorite is knowing that Silas is in the care of someone who loves every dog they care for, and that he gets extremely personal care in a very familiar setting (it’s a house after all!). We can’t thank Happy Pups enough for all they do for us and Silas 🐾

HappyPups Playhouse has been such a wonderful find for us! Vivian is fantastic, she genuinely loves every dog that comes through the door and treats them like her own. My Doberman Nova absolutely adores her time there and always comes home happily worn out, which is perfect for those days when we can’t give her all the attention she needs. Vivian is super accommodating and always so nice, making sure Nova is always well cared for and having fun. We love getting the updates throughout the day, especially the videos of Nova playing, training, and even napping. We really love everything about Happy Pups Playhouse! Happy Pups Playhouse with Viviana is my dog’s happy place! Gus was able to play with other dogs in a safe environment that allows him to socialize and build confidence. There is also great enrichment activities throughout the day and one on one attention for each of the dogs. I love that they send frequent photos and videos of Gus that show off training, fun activities, and him playing with his friends!

Viv is amazing with our 7 month old miniature dachshund, Frankie! He has so much fun and gets so excited when he knows he’s going to see Viv for the day. She takes great care of him and we are never worried when we leave him with Viv. He gets to play with other dogs, eat healthy treats and truly live his best life while he’s there! We are so thankful for Viv and all she does to make sure Frankie is having fun and taken great care of. We feel lucky to have her as an option when we are at work.

I am beyond thrilled with Happy Pups Playhouse. It is such a fun, safe and well exercised environment for your dogs to play and make new friends. Viviana is very caring, professional and a great communicator. I look forward to her sending us photos and videos of Winston having a blast. Happy Pups Playhouse is exactly what us and our Winston is looking for. Not only is Viviana amazing with communication and going above and beyond for Winston’s experience, when we pick him up he doesn’t want to leave! We had sent photos of Winston’s first pool experience prior to coming and how much he enjoyed it and Viviana went over the top by setting up a doggie pool and ice bath for him that he loved! See attached pictures. I highly recommend Happy Pups Playhouse to everyone and wouldn't want anyone else spending the day with Winston! We will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Winter Park Paws can not be beat. I have taken my pup to other places and he's one of tons of other dogs and he smells like pee when I pick him up. At WPP he gets monitored play time with a manageable group of dogs, gets a naptime in a cute little suite (not a crate), and he smells GREAT when I pick him up. Not only that, but I get cute pictures and descriptions of his day with a daily report card. Alicia and Chelsey are making constant upgrades to the facility to ensure our pets are getting the cleanest, healthiest environment available. They are also incredibly responsive to all messages, no matter the urgency. Lastly, they have fun activities planned for every day such as photo ops, kiwi day, pool parties, and more which promotes engagement and entertainment. High marks for the staff and facilities at Winter Park Paws! My dog Oli attends daycare at Winter Park Paws and can't wait to get through the front door every time we arrive. He LOVES his time with the staff and other dogs. The staff are amazing! When boarding for a weekend or longer, they have taken special care to work with his anxiety in the evening. We always get daily reports about his day complete with photos of he and his dog pals! I highly recommend Winter Park Paws! They are awesome! P.S. Expect fun around the holidays for your furry friends - for both Halloween and Christmas they had costume contest complete with fun photos to cherish!

The only place we trust with our baby! It's true - Winter Park Paws truly cares about your family member. Our puppy has been going there one day a week because she loves to play with her friends. When she boards overnight we know she is well taken care of with a private suite. We can check on her via camera and we get a daily report via text/email every time she visits. The facility is very clean, communication is exceptional, and you interact directly with the owners. We feel very confident our baby is well taken care of when she is there. Don't look any further - you will love this experience for your fur-baby.

Sushi, our French Bulldog fur baby has an absolute BLAST while attending Doggy Daycare or Boarding at WINTER PARK PAWS. The staff is super excited to see their fur clients upon arrival-you can tell they adore the animals, they are extremely professional and welcoming. The facility always smells fresh and clean, which we really appreciate knowing that Sushi has a safe/clean space to play. Having the shaded astro turf outdoors ensures that Sushi doesn’t have any allergy exposure to regular grass/pesticides. We love that our family gets daily updates/photos and notifications of our pups active day. We have personally recommended Winter Park Paws to many friends and family!

My dog Pickle absolutely loves coming to daycare here. Before we even leave the house it’s like he knows he’s coming and is so excited, he drags me to the door every time! It feels good to know he has a place that takes such good care of him and that he enjoys so much. He also stays for overnight boarding and I love that he gets to play all day and is tired and ready for alone time at night. It has really made him such a social pup and great with all dogs. The owners are caring and responsive and treat him like their own. I’m so glad I found this place!

My husband and I have 3 dogs and have moved around a lot as a young couple. With that said, we have tried so many different dog daycares and boarding establishments in the past. But none have come close to giving us the comfort, professionalism and peace of mind as Winter Park Paws. We’ve been consistent weekly customers of Winter Park paws for the past 6 months. In that time, they have watched and cared for our 3 dogs in the best way. We even took a few vacations and tried their boarding service as well. They gave us daily updates for both daycare and boarding. They took many photos of our pups and are very active on their Instagram which was great to discover! We could always check on our dogs and see how they were doing. They always have the biggest smiles on their faces when they are in the care of Winter Park Paws. You can tell all the employees are well trained and they’ve all loved our dogs fully & work very hard to give the best service possible. We were also happy to find out there was an onboarding evaluation before being able to be clients in their facility. They care that all the dogs that interact are in a safe and positive environment. They care about the well being of their client’s animals above all else. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for the best care for their pets, you won’t regret it! Our dog, Benny, loves his time at Winter Park Paws. He has attended daycare and recently had a week boarding stay. Benny's boarding happened during a Hurricane and the staff at Winter Park Paws were communicative, helpful, and thoughtful, about the necessary inclement weather procedures that they practice. A huge benefit we have found with Winter Park Paws, is that they are all-inclusive, during his boarding, they provided a camera for viewing, he attended the doggy daycare, he participated in their daily 'treat' activities, they sent daily updates via an app, and Benny had an individual room to settle and sleep in. Winter Park Paws is everything we were looking for in a caregiver for our Benny!!

Winter Park Paws is the best you can find as far as boarding and daycare services go. They are caring to the dogs, serious about their safety and go above and beyond. I recently was abroad for 2 weeks and the team sent numerous photos and updates while I was gone to make sure I felt peace of mind. I left both of my golden retrievers with the team and they were well taken care of and had the best time. If you are looking for good people that are in the business for the good of the dogs and not the money, this is your place. Thank you WPP!!
