Our cat was in holiday care for a week. We can only warmly recommend it. Everything just fit. The contact was super friendly and uncomplicated, everything was clean and animal-friendly. Ours also made friends immediately with the other two cats. Incredible. Our cat was looked after very lovingly. We will take advantage of the offer again the next time we want to travel. Thank you both so much!
I can only say thank you and only report positive things. Had 2 house cats there for 12 days and I'm very happy. Very loving treatment... both cats settled in very quickly and I was constantly kept up to date with great pictures via WhatsApp. I can only recommend it!
Horrible experience. Our absolutely healthy and well groomed dog was with them for 3 weeks, and he returned with a ear flap infection and extremely knotted fur. The worst part was that he had a foreign object lodged in his paw. By the time we picked him up it had become SEVERELY infected. They did not bother informing us about the matter and they left the infected paw untreated without a visit to the Vet. We had already given them the details of our vet in case of such situations. On asking them when and what has happened they did not have a clear answer and didn't even know what was the cause, brushing it off as a bee or grass insect sting!! We will NEVER recommend their services to any of our acquaintances.
I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Ms. Ehmig for her loving care of my dog. I always pick up a dog that is in a good mood, balanced and relaxed from Ms. Ehmig. This can only be achieved with my dog if there is a good balance between playing, running around and resting. I think it's great that she makes sure that the dogs she takes care of get along well with each other. Here, reason and competence are noticeably in the foreground and not profit (as has often been the case elsewhere). Thank you also for the time to have the small aches and pains, such as red ears and eyes, examined by the vet if necessary. I know that I can always rely on Ms. Ehmig and that is a very reassuring feeling.
Ms. Ehmig is a very nice and competent person. Unfortunately, she can only keep the dogs she cares for in her apartment, so the dogs are not allowed to play with each other. So not suitable for young dogs with a play instinct (like in my case).
We have been giving our now 6-year-old flat female dog tepee care for several years and are very satisfied. During previous care she was often frightened. She always enjoys going to the dog teepee and comes back happy and satisfied. Last year she was even allowed to vacation in a tepee for 3 weeks at a time. We are glad we have the dog teepee.
Very satisfied with the care. I would bring my dogs there again at any time. Simply TOP!!
Very good dog care, our dogs are always happy to go there.
