Wonderful service, wonderful knowledgeable staff/trainers who you can see really love their/your fur babies. My naughty boy has started one on one training and Megs is awesome, my boy has bad anxiety (i also have bad anxiety) and can be a bit of a jerk but the trainers have always handled him and me with the patience, kindess and understanding of saints. He loves all the trainers at playful paws and is always so excited to go there. Thank you all for helping Jim and I on our journey. The highest recommendation possible.

There was no one in reception when I arrived and I had not received a reply to a message I had left over 2 days before. However, I understand that the staff at Playful Paws is busy caring for their animal clients and their needs have priority. Once staff were made aware of my presence we (my puppy and I) were warmly greeted, details taken and every effort was made to ensure my puppy was enrolled in the first available suitable class. I look forward to beginning training with my puppy on Monday.

Boof has been spending one day per week at Paws Pamper and Play for a couple of years now, and he looks forward eagerly each time to his visit. He loves going along and socializing with the other dogs there, and comes home at the end of each day happy and ready for a good night’s sleep! Kellie, India and all the girls there take such good and loving care of each and every pupper and also offer grooming services to keep them looking sharp! It gives us a free day each week to attend appointments or have a day out for ourselves. 😊🐾
Our young whippet Sabine has a fabulous time here each week! Our beloved pup has been going to Kelly and the wonderful people at Paws Pamper Play on and off for 5 or 6 years. This is a truly safe and welcoming place for all dogs. The staff are dog lovers and are extremely knowledgeable. The grooming services are also fantastic. Our dog has always loved it here and we feel so confident that he is cared for and always having a wonderful time. We would recommend this amazing small business to absolutely everyone with a furry friend!
My dog, 3 y.o., has been attending Paws Pamper and Play since he was a small puppy. Kellie and her team look after my dog really well. They always give us a quick report on his day at the pick-up time. I love seeing their FB posts that tell us what the dogs are up to. It is obvious that the staff love all the dogs attending the center.

We were travelling through Bairnsdale and dropped our beagle cross, Winx, off to the lovely ladies, while we had a round of golf. They were so welcoming and introduced him to the other dogs slowly. Winx had a wonderful time and slept for most of the next day. We really appreciated the care that was given.
Kellie and the girls are totally AWESOME in the way they look after, and spoil my Little Miss LuLu. They all play with her and the grooming is done there as well. I cannot speak highly enough, and thoroughly recommend Paws Pamper & Play. My Little Miss LuLu gets excited when we are getting close to the center.
