Sent my German shepherd pup to Otto for the month training and he came back a different dog! He had a series of behavioral issues including jumping, destruction, barking, etc. my dog still has the same goofy personality, just with the obedience needed for long term success! Otto and his team are communicative, posted pictures/videos of him during the weeks he was gone and even let me bring my other dog to the facility for a playdate when we missed him too much. At drop off, Otto spent the time needed leaving us completely comfortable and confident with how to continue reinforcing his training. I could not be happier with his results!

I would need five pages to brag on this business. I am beyond thrilled with Reese's accomplishments after the one month program. I paid the same or more for my other two dogs to go to a different program last year, and had 10% of the results. Not only did they do a great job training Reese, Otto really goes out of his way to reinforce the learning at home. I've been in the middle of chaos and have not kept up with her practice like I should, and he just meets us where we are and is uplifting and positive the entire interaction. In addition to making sure Reese retains what she has learned, he has helped me bring it out of my other dogs. He does more in an hour than I have experienced with other trainers after weeks of classes. Spend the money. It's worth it for your family and your dogs. 1 million stars.

I cannot say enough great things about Otto and his entire crew at Premire K-9. We’ve been using them for almost four years now. He has trained both our girls, Sadie and Lola, who were quite a handful until Uncle Otto entered their world. The greatest thing about their program is the training we received in addition to our pups! Consistency is key and must continue at home. We use Premire K-9 for boarding and grooming as well. Our girls love going there and often don’t want to leave. As soon as we pull into their facility the excitement begins. I’ve never seen anything like it! I trust them completely knowing they are loved there just as much as at home. If you are looking for someone who has grooming experience with crazy doodle hair, Kristina is a rockstar! She listens to what you want and will accommodate special needs like skin sensitivity. Our girls come home picture perfect every time, literally! Give them a try, you’ll never go anywhere else once your pups meet Uncle Otto and his crew!!

Premier K9 is the absolute best! From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better place to train my dog. The initial visit meeting Otto I knew this was the place for us. He was so informative and didn’t sugarcoat anything, he was straight forward. His staff is awesome, we personally seen Brianna and Paul in all our videos so shout out to them as well. Paul did most our boys training in house and Otto did our training and at home training to make sure we understood everything at the end of our four weeks. Just all around a great experience, I would 10/10 recommend them! 😊🙏🏼

We used premier k9 for about 4 months for boarding and daycare for our puppy. Overall we were very happy with thier care until a few mishaps occurred. Unfortunately, upon picking her up from a day care stay at 8 pm after dropping her off at 9 am, we realized she had been fed 0 of the 2 meals she was there for. We did request for her to be given lunch as she was still pretty young and this had always been accomodated in the past. While missing lunch isnt terrible, she absolutely should have been given dinner since she was there pretty late. I'm wondering if all the other dogs there at dinner time got fed but Daisy or if none of the dogs there at dinner time were fed. Both ways arent great. After this occurrence, the owner was so nice, ensured us it was a one time mistake, and we were happy to continue care there as accidents happen and Daisy was fine. A few weeks later, we dropped our pup off at 9 am and picked her up at 9 am the next day to see she wasn't fed lunch or dinner the day before. This left Daisy without food from 9 AM, at her arrival, until breakfast the next day, which im guessing is around 7 or 8 when staff arrive. Again, if she just missed her extra meal of lunch it wouldnt be a big deal, but to not be given dinner on an overnight stay is very concerning. We sent her food pre-portioned and dated to try and make it as easy as possible. Obviously after not being fed for 4 different meals, we would never send our dog back. There are some staff here who truly seem to enjoy the animals and feed them regularly but sadly, we can no longer trust that our dog is cared for when here and arent able to trust all staff. If you chose to use them, I'd suggest sending food per day so you know if they were fed. *edited to add better details of the situations*

We are thrilled to have discovered Premier K9! We had our 2 goldendoodle’s groomed here and they both looked absolutely fantastic! The staff is friendly and professional. Above all, they truly love and care about the pets in their care. We will definitely return!

Thank you Otto and staff! Molly now has manners and listens when we need her to but is still her goofy silly self. The new facility is wonderful. You have truely have a top notch facility. We have peice of mind and don't worry knowing she is safe and well cared for when she's with you. Having Kristina there for grooming is an added plus and she's awonderful groomer that knows her stuff. You all are the best❣️

I want to thank Otto....I needed help adapting a new dog to my family, a dog who had been badly attacked. I wasn't sure how to do it, and Otto made it possible. He assessed the situation, decided what would work best, and he helped me every step of the way. He was very straightforward, very accessible when I had questions or problems, and he was rooting for us all the way. His expertise and positivity have been invaluable.

I love this place and so does Roxy. Very good training and wonderful groomers. Couldn't live with our them.

Our two pups love stay and play! They get so excited when they hear the word “daycare” and go running inside to the staff each time they arrive. The staff is kind, attentive and I know our boys are in good care while they are there. We definitely recommend their services! ❤️🐾 …

Can’t recommend enough. They do cool stuff with the dogs. I know it’s great because when I ask Athena if she wants to go to “doggy daycare”? She gets so excited to go. Even though they give her baths. And she hates baths. We’ve done daycare, baths and we board her there like twice a year for vacation. She is always excited to go.

Our dogs love this place! Just move to the area. Was looking for a great daycare for my three dogs and this is it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Five play yards and a lot of room for your pups to socialize and get some activity out. Highly recommend

Stay and Play is amazing! Mary and her staff are wonderful and they love your pets as if they were their own. We have been away the past year but will be bringing Lola back this week. She misses all of her friends at Stay and Play. I would give millions of stars if I could. Do not hesitate to take your pets to Stay and Play, you can rest assured they are in the very best of hands! I did research for weeks on different places to board my animals for a trip. I have 2 dogs and a cat. This was the only place I felt comfortable enough to leave my dogs for a day let alone my 11 day trip. My dogs are very active and have free range over 30 acres at home so being cooped up was a huge worry of mine. They did amazing! They were outside ALOT had tons of interaction with humans and other dogs. They were loved on and cared for as though they were at home with us. Our cat Tink was in heaven with her own private Oasis with lots of loving throughout the day. I'm pretty sure she loved the alone time from her brothers 🐕 I was able to add pictures and special treats throughout their stay and a bath the day of pick up for the boys. The price in my mind couldn't be beat! I love that they also offer day care for the dogs as well. We have done that and let's just say they came home and slept like babies. I won't be sending my animals anywhere else.

I have been bringing my dogs to Stay & Play for over 8 years. It’s been wonderful knowing I can leave them there and go away with a clear head. The staff is just incredible… you can just tell they love animals. When I leave my dog Dakota at daycare or overnight she gets so excited in the car on the way there. That speaks volumes. My dogs love going to Stay & Play. Every time we go there they get so excited. They are always greeted by staff that are so happy to see them. When they come home from Stay & Play they are wore out, so I know they had a great time playing with their friends. They facility is clean, the staff genuinely love dogs, and they offer a discount for multiple dogs from the same family. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this facility. I am a travel nurse and I travel with my pup and I have to board him once every few weeks to go back home (CT) and I trust this place more than I’ve ever trusted a facility with my baby boy. They play with the pups and make sure they are all in appropriate playing groups. They feed him accurately and make sure he gets the amount of exercise he needs for the day. I also bring him to daycare there and he gets so happy when we pull in because he knows he’s going to have a day full of fun and playing! I love this place SO much and I’m so bummed there isn’t a place like this in CT because they are incredible! I HIGHLLLLLLLYYYYY recommend.

We absolutely love stay and play! Our dogs have gone several times for over night stays. When we pull into the driveway their tails start to wag and they are so anxious to get out of the car. The people who work there are so sweet and love our dogs. We call to make appointments they always respond by using our dogs' names. We also get a bath before we bring them home after a stay and my husband and I feel it is the best bath we have ever received.

I book with them through Rover but I love dripping my dog here for a stay. They take great care of her and give her treats. Will keep using them

We visited several places before we decided on this one. I even came here a few times prior to our dogs stay. One of our dogs can’t be near other big dogs and we knew they understood that. We left them here for 6 days and when we returned my dogs were happy, healthy and full of love. This family answered my texts, sent me pictures and made me feel at ease while on Christmas vacation. I will definitely be bringing them back on our next trip.

We are so fortunate for Stephanie to look after our small circus. We have a 14 year old coonhound who is needy as all get out, tough to deal with and can drive you crazy (trust me, we love him to the end of the world but it's just the truth) and two younger beagles. We've never left them for days at a time, especially the older hound. We were very nervous about it. After leaving them there, we are so fortunate for them for agreeing to take them again! Communication is great, pups were healthy and happy after pick up. It's just like dropping them off at summer camp. Would recommend to anyone!

Stephanie and Jonathan treat my baby girl Gracie like family. She is always thrilled to jump out of the car and go see them. She was recommended by a local dog trainer, and I trust my baby in their care completely. Prices are very fair. Sometimes I do day care, sometimes overnight for several days at a time. Good people who truly love animals, and are skilled in their care.🐾

I hired Stephanie to take care of my 2 fur babies for a weekend while I was out of town. I set up a meet and greet prior to her sitting. I felt very comfortable from the very start. She had nothing but the best intentions with caring for my babies. During the weekend she arrived early and made measurable time with them. I am in a rv park and she took them to the park to play. We were having severe storms that weekend and Saturday night being the worst. She made plans to stay with them throughout the night. I was overly concerned with them and would have just come home but she had this! I highly recommend her to be your first go to for any of your pet visit needs. She has been doing this for a long while and it shows that she loves what she is doing. I give her 10 if the ratings would go that high. I took my senior boy in today for his 1st ever professional grooming bath. He came out smelling great and tail wagging. The groomer noticed some red patches on his under belly and chin and suggested a special shampoo to help calm it down. I appreciate the extra steps they took to make this a pleasant experience for us both. He's my best bud and seeing him relaxed and not chewing on himself makes my heart happy. I look forward to making this a monthly routine for us.

Pim has always been great with Belle, she listened and created the look I asked for..as you can see she was so shaggy before with long fur. By the look of Belle's face, she seems happy to be moisturized and hair out of her face.

Murphy, my Golden Doodle, had been groomed by me for 6 years, and after seeing the job that stylist Pim did at Hands to Paws, I think it's time to let the pros take over the grooming. Great job!

We were visiting family in the area and our dog really needed grooming. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days and the qualify of our dog’s cut was great. He smelled nice & clean and looked very handsome. Price was higher than we typically pay, but that was because of add-on services we typically don’t get. Very satisfied and I would return if we are back in the area.

First time at a groomer with my 2 pomskys. They took us the same day. Very friendly, answered all my and my wife's questions. Price reasonable and the puppies looks great. Thanks and we will see u again. 5/6/ 24 second time and still the best. Can't wait till my third one goes. Bath, cut, all the trimming at a nice price. Bri did a wonderful job on my yellow lab. She had the works plus deshedding.descending. She is super soft & smells great!!

Edit- I talked to the owner 2 days after the result. And they were able to work something out and apologize for how it was handled as it happened at a stressful time. So they agreed to tend to the coats and maintain it as it grows. Free of charge. I’m extremely satisfied of how we were able to solve the issue. I will be back for them to maintain our dogs fur and coats from here on out. So I’m not one to usually write reviews, even in bad experiences but this situation was one of a kind and the way it was taken care of completely appalled me. I was a first time customer coming here, and I called to schedule a full grooming on 3 of my Siberian huskies. In the grooming I requested to shave the paws so they stopped walking on their fur. It was agreed and the price they told me was 75 dollars a dog. So 225 total. Everything was great today I was not able to take them myself to the appointment due to work so I had my sister in law take the puppies. Once there it took 6 hours for the process to be complete, and my sister in law received the dogs and I was charged 285. When we received the dogs they were completely shaved of their coat. So I called to discuss with them about the issue. At first the worker was extremely respectful and understanding of the problem. She concluded the confusion was of when I asked to shave the paws they took it as shave the entire coat. But the owner ended up taking over the call, talking over me and proceeded to blame my sister in law. Told me they do not receive directions over the phone and that my “representive” told them specifically to shave the coats. Which never occurred. Then told me that the extra charge was for them shaving the coats which was never requested. She then refused to discuss any other solution to this other than it was 100% my sister in laws fault and they did absolutely nothing wrong. I’ll never return to this place cause the disrespect from the owner personally.

I have been taking Peppa, my schnauzer there for 4 years now and have never had an issue. Pim, the groomer is exceptional. I see a lot of dogs on tables while being groomed and they all look beautiful. The below are pics of Peppa. The shaggy one was last night, the other is today after Pim made her look adorable

I have a rough coat collie, and truly, many groomers aren't real experienced with them. So I was nervous about taking her to a new groomer, but was not happy with the ones I'd been to before in this area. So, after reading all the great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. The owner and the groomer, Tracey, spent time with me before I left her, to discuss my concerns and the look I was wanting. Here's the result. Beautiful job! Just how I'd pictured. You have a new loyal customer. (And your prices are more than reasonable!!) Thank you!

Always have a good experience and everyone is always so friendly. Love that the grooming area is open and visible and my Luna always looks great when I come to pick her up. All of the groomers are excellent, but Tracy always gives my Luna the best haircut. I can let her freestyle it and she always nails it every time.

This was our 1st time utilizing a pet sitter. I found this service online and called Linda. I loved everything she had to say. She met with us and we went over all of our needs. Linda took care of our cats for just over 1 week. She won their trust in only one day. She is so kind and thoughtful... and a real animal lover. Her daily updates and pictures were so comforting and reassuring. I cannot say enough positive things. She is simply the best and we are so happy and grateful for everything she did for us. This was our first experience with Linda. Our cat is older and requires 2 types of meds. After meeting with her prior to hiring her we felt very confident. While we were away hurricane Milton developed. Without our asking she cleared away everything in our pool enclosure and put it all back in place before our return. Everyday she sent an update with pics of Gracie which was comforting for us as we hadn't left her for that much time in years. Bottom line, I would highly recommend her service.

Finding Linda was a godsend! She is a true professional - prompt, responsive and very reliable. She not only took excellent care of our 3 cats, she gave injections and pills without a hitch. I received text messages detailing every visit and they included loads of pictures. It was obvious in the pictures that our cats were comfortable with her and that alone put my mind at ease. I've had great pet sitters in the past but I have to say, Linda is by far the BEST! We are getting ready to leave for another trip and it's nice to know we don't have to worry about our babies - Aunt Linda will take exceptional care of them 😸

Can't add enough stars! Amazing care given by great people! They came through in a last minute emergency. I have a 7 month old Jack Russell mix named Sunny. I planned on boarding her for 2 weeks while I had to travel for work. A problem came up last minute, and I had no choice but to leave her in the house alone. I found Tickle My Paws through a Google search. They seemed to have a good reputation from what I could find, so I contacted them after leaving. They responded very quickly, and were able to move some of their scheduling around to visit that night. They came twice a day after that for feeding, walks, and some play time. I had a good feeling from the first time I spoke with them on the phone. Linda and Steve provided excellent care for Sunny! They cleaned up some mess that she made, and even watered my plants without me asking! They also brought her some special toys to keep her occupied while alone all day. They made me feel at ease the whole time I was gone. Not only caring for Sunny like she was their own, but watching over the house as well. I don't know what I would have done without their help. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I hope I don't ever have to leave her alone that long again, but if I do, I will know just who to call. Thank you so much Tickle My Paws!

Let me start but saying she helped me last minute with my pups I had a family emergency and had to leave right away and she also worked w me on everything.very reasonable!! I was so nervous leaving my babies because of never being away from them … she keep me up to date on everything ,even sent pictures and took them for a walk for me! I'm so glad to have found Norman. I came to Crystal River from Atlanta, GA with my two dogs thinking I could leave them at the hotel but was told we couldn't, so you can imagine the stress of trying to find a dog daycare within reasonable distance and that would take us in a rush. I found Gentle Paws while searching in Google Maps and decided to give them a try since there were very few options nearby and I'm so glad I did! Norman (the owner) is a kind soul and my girls were soooo happy to stay there with him. He had two large dogs (I birve one was his) when we visited and they were extremely nice to my two small dogs who were a little sassy and had not been socialized all year due to Covid and dog parks being closed. His prices are extremely competitive and in my opinion too low for the kind of service he provides. I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back to board my girls when I'm back in town next month. Do not be biased by the lack of reviews. This is legit one of the best doggy daycares I've ever used.

We were so thankful to find Norm! We travel with our dog, but we needed to leave him while doing a manatee tour. Norm (and his dogs) took great care of our pup, and we picked him up nice and tired. I highly recommend Gentlepaws!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt I had to since I had such a wonderful & easy experience at Gentle Paws! Norman was kind and took great care of my two, 4-month old French bulldog puppies. I was extremely happy when I saw their happy little faces running towards me when I picked them up! The rate was very fair and I truly appreciated the patience Norman had with my puppies as I went on a manatee tour located 5 minutes away. Super convenient! I felt that my puppies were very safe and taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

This is truly a home centered care facility. Usually my dog comes out of places terrified after an overnight stay. I had a happy dog when I picked him up. The back yard is great for dog play. In fact, my pup generally is standoffish with men, but the owner was able to pick him up and comfort him before I left. Dog approved, at least by my pup

Gentle Paws has always been able to take my dog, Abby, whenever I need a pet sitter, even on short notice. Norm is a true dog whisperer, he has completely changed her bad habits literally overnight! I can call and bring her as soon as a day's notice, sooner if I need it. Abby is never kept in a crate, she sleeps on her dog bed or another dog's if there are more (which there usually are). I bring her food and treats with me, any instructions for her are followed with no problems. I absolutely recommend Gentle Paws for any pet sitting needs, whether it be for a few hours or a week. This man calls himself a professional! Says he has 40 years experience! We dropped our pet at his business after 2 home visits! Within 1 1/2 hours we got a phone call to “come get your pet!” This was only hours before we were planning on going away! He ruined our trip! I would not recommend anyone trust this man with their pet! For all his years of experience, he sure doesn’t know how to deal with a dog!!

Norm was extremely responsive! He was so loving to our frightened mini poodle and provided a fun and safe environment for our bigger dog! Such a blessing , so we could swim with the manatees! Would take my dogs there again in a heartbeat!

He was very unprofessional, he lost our dog, We were on our way to our flight when he called us to yell and complain how it wasn’t his fault. He was very aggressive and rude . Thankfully we found her and when we did her collar was missing and she was acting strange. i do not recommend this nightmare of a dog watcher for anyone else who cares for the well being and safety of their animals.

It’s so hard to find someone to care for your pets the way you do....but Ty worked really great with all 4 of my dogs! He showed up on time and was very dependable but most importantly I trusted him to handle my dogs with love and respect and that’s what he did - highly recommend!

What a wonderful gift of relaxation Jenny and the team with Rover Heights gave me by providing such wonderful care for my Luna. Jenny responded quickly to my last minute holiday need for overnight pet sitting and WOW did the team ever come through. While I was away, I received beautiful pictures of my sweet girl in different settings during her walks. Luna looked so happy and that allowed me to enjoy myself and completely relax for the first time in many months. I cannot recommend Jenny and Rover Heights enough!! Great team, great organization, and I would give you guys a million stars if I could!!

I recently used Rover Heights for the first time to take care of my dog while I was out of town—including staying in our home and pet taxi services. From the moment I first reached out to Jenny to our meet and greet with our sitter Jeanne, I was impressed by the knowledge, experience and warmth of the team! My dog is routine-driven and can get sad when we are away. What truly stood out was Jeanne’s care and attention to his routine and putting him at ease. We received regular updates and photos, which reassured me that he was in excellent hands and having a great time. My dog was happy and relaxed staying in his home with his new friend, and he even got lots of extra love and walks at the park (his favorite)! I will definitely be using Rover Heights again and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my pup!

A few years ago I needed to travel out of town and my dog (a German Shepherd) was not responding well to being left at home alone even when I had to go in to the office post-pandemic. Jenny (and the most amazing dog walker, Danielle) were so patient in working with me, getting to know me and Alexis. Since then, they've been my go-to and Alexis loves them! I love the way I know I can count on them to stop in, even when it's short notice. I also appreciate the pictures they send during the visit so I can see for myself that she really is just fine. :)

Great service. Our two dane boys loved them and our reptiles were well taken care of as well. Daily pictures and user friendly app. Definitely Reccomend!

Finding people you can trust with your pets and home can be really challenging. The ladies at Rover Heights really go above and beyond to care for our animals. From weekday walks with our 2 active dogs to weekend checks on our cat when we are out of town, we can count on them to provide excellent care for our pets! I love that they give photo updates of each visit, and even take care of extra things like bringing in the mail or picking up after one of the animals has gotten into some trouble around the house. We were in a pinch and needed someone to take care of our pup over the holiday weekend. Rover Heights came to the rescue! Jenny not only provided food/water service, but also spent quality time with our pup and gave her plenty of TLC. Jenny also sent us pictures with updates to let us know how our pup was doing, which made my family very happy. We will definitely use Rover Heights services again! I highly recommend Jenny and her team for anyone that needs reliable pet care!

I used this company in November 2019, and I am very happy with what it stands for, how it operates, and it's value. I needed someone to check in on my dogs, let them out, feed them, etc during a week in November, and this company surpassed all my expectations. Jenny, the owner, is on top of all communication, she uses an app that makes all communication (and payment) very easy. My dog sitter was Danielle, and she was fantastic, sent me pictures, and was very good with my large dog as well as my smaller ones. She also took in the mail, and any packages outside the door. She was very easy to communicate with, and the app this company uses allowed Danielle to check in and out, which let me know when she was there for a visit and when she left. Overall, I gave this company 5 stars because they cleared all my concerns while I was away, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, they were organized, reasonable, excellent with the timing and methods for communicating with me, and their prices are excellent. I am very happy, would recommend this company to my friends and family (and have) and will use this company again! Edited to include that it’s now 2023, and I’m still using this company, I’m still very happy, and I greatly appreciate the consistency as far as their service!🙌🏼

Awesome care! Highly recommend Countryside Animal Clinic. Dr Hudson is great and staff are very kind and professional. My timid rescue doggy, Jack, is well taken care start to finish every visit. Worth every penny here with up to date equipment and professional care. The only thing I would suggest is a secondary enclosure/gate around front entrance since I have personally seen a dog escape . That dog is safe and sound but it was scary watching him run so close to a highway. Just my thoughts....

I was very impressed with Dr. Ferguson, he was very thorough with Spot and very patient with all the questions that I asked. He gave me explanations and advice for the future. Sarah was great at answering my questions too. I liked the way Dr. Ferguson, took interest in what I had to say in explaining Spot's History. I Love the idea of having an emergency Vet on call and an office that returns calls to follow up. They made a stressful situation more comfortable for me, which was greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

We typically use a vet closer to home but on the day our cat Cheto needed immediate help with a urinary obstruction they referred us to Countyside. We came in and they took him straight back. They provided a cost sheet completely broken down upfront in a private room. We were not provided much feedback while he was there but always answered and gave an update when I called. Post care instructions could have been better (especially if written down), I was fairly scattered while figuring out which card I was going to add the balance to as his care fell on the high side. Once home we called with questions and they were answered immediately. We will likely be coming back here for our regular care. Thank you for helping our spicy boy.

I moved to Florida 1 year ago, approximately 6 weeks later I adopted my boy Bear. His previous owner brought him to Countryside Animal Clinic and being new to the area, I figured it best to keep him going where he was familiar. I knew Bear had issues with other dogs, but not to the extent that his aggression is. Dr. Dunn, Mark and the rest of the staff were excellent with him even when he was at his worst! I feel totally confident in making a vet tech appointment for him and know he will be treated as kindly. He was so relaxed in the office while our tech were talking that he fell asleep. The other thing I love about everyone there, is they don't take offense to an owner wanting alternative treatments. Bear has allergies and is very itchy all the time. I've been giving him his meds daily, but he's still super itchy. I brought him to a holistic vet to see if we could get him off the meds because they're expensive....no luck so far ,but they weren't offended by me wanting another opinion. I highly recommend Countryside Animal Clinic to anyone that wants a referral!

Our boy, Marco needed urgent care and were able to get him in right away. He needed a procedure, which was scheduled for the next morning. They explained everything to us, gave us all instructions. He had his procedure and is healing well. We are fortunate to have found Countryside Clinic to take care of Marco after his painful injury and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing care for their pet.

Love, compassion, attentive, and amazing! Just a few words that for us sum up the care here! All the vets are outstanding so you don't have to be picky. Just book the date and time that works for you. We have six furry kids who don't freak out when we visit. They do get excited to meet new friends. Our newest adoption Buddy Boy had health issues and our senior adoption Rosie had even worse issues recently. Both are doing well thanks to the staff here!!! We love Countryside and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a family vet clinic for their loved pets/kids. Thank you Countryside for all you have done for us!!!

I took my little 10 year old Yorkie in yesterday to get a 2nd opinion on what I was told by another vet bc she was getting worse. I wish I'd have gone to Countryside from the beginning. Dr Alexis Elliott was absolutely amazing and was able to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong. (The other vet misdiagnosed.) It was horrible news but at least she's getting the correct meds so help her until we make the choice to put her down. Dr Elliott was so compassionate & caring. I would have saved more than 2k had I gone to her 1st and a correct diagnosis. The staff was amazing also. I'd definitely recommend this place 100%.

They got us in the same day and I am so grateful our dog had a double ear infection. He is doing great now. Everyone is so nice and really loves animals. They have been our go to clinic for 4 years. Thank you.

I went here for my very first time today,! Cat (my vet tech) was amazing!! she was super patient with all my questions and kept the convo very light hearted and fun the whole time. Going to the vet you don’t expect to leave in a super good mood but she lifted my spirits right up and i left in a better mood then when i arrived! All staff is incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience comfortable from start to finish! Highly recommend countryside for your next pet visit!

Dr. Victoria Schad has been, by far, one of the best vets I have seen at this practice. She was patient, she got down on the floor with my dog, and she is very knowledgeable. She had way more insight in to my dog’s problems than I have previously received. She recommended treatments, explained the medications, and was all around wonderful. She didn’t push any unneeded testing or medications. Informative, to the point, caring, and friendly. I’d chose Dr. Schad every visit if possible. There are other wonderful vets at this practice as well. The practice spayed all 3 of my cats with no issue. I started coming to this practice when they squeezed my dog in for emergency surgery after being attacked by another dog. Now they are stuck with me & my 5 fur-kids.
