There aren’t words nice enough to describe Jo. She has helped my family and I out immensely looking after my cat during our holidays. She is punctual, thorough and always caring. Amazing service from the initial meet to the very end. Jo communicated very effectively throughout our time away with twice daily updates including pictures which was a nice little touch. Jo took time to introduce herself to our cat who was very timid and shy to start with but she worked at his pace and to say it paid off is an understatement, as you can see from pictures he grew in confidence and become very comfortable in her presence. Jo truly has a special way with animals and I can’t highly recommend happy dogs and Mogs enough. I will definitely be using her services in future.

We've always been quite nervous having other people look after our dog, but from the very first meeting Jo has been nothing but reassuring. She took so much time getting to know everything about our dog, asked all the right questions and I was happy she would be in good hands from the start. Jo is very communicative and responds to messages quickly. She is also great at keeping in contact when out on walks and sends regular photo and video updates, as well as a summary of how our dog is getting on. Daisy and her team are fantastic, they really look after our girl and she always comes back from walks absolutely knackered. We've had daisy for around 7 months now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She has really helped our young cockerpoo socialise with other dogs and her confidence has grown massively. I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

We had our pet cat Flo looked after by Purr Inn last year for a month whilst we were away. Laura and Tony were very welcoming from the moment we arrived to drop her off. They sent pictures of her to us as well whilst away and even took a picture of her to attach to her pet carrier which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend

Purr Inn is the most incredible cat hotel ever. Our 3 kitties Teddy, Cleo & Ramsey absolutely have the best time whenever they stay here. Pampered and spoilt rotten, they are so happy and content. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Having never put our cat in a cattery before I was a bit apprehensive at first but was quickly put at ease. Laura's experience, great communication and level of care were top notch and I feel comforted knowing our little guy was in such good hands. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Our cat has just stayed at Purr Inn for the second time. Laura and Tony are very special people who clearly love the animals in their care. The booking process was totally seamless and simple. Emails were confirmed and received speedily and payment was also simple. I loved that photographs are taken of the cats in their care and posted on social media so that we can see that they are ok. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Purr Inn to anyone that wants their cat or kitten cared for and happy whilst they are away from home. It is fabulous, clean and has large areas for the cats to stay in and really are lovely people. Laura knows the cats by name and knows their stories. So pleased we found this cattery 😽😻😍

Needed a place for our fur babies to stay whilst we were on holiday for a couple of weeks. I'd got in touch with a few catteries and the Purr Inn won me over immediately with the warmth in their response in comparison to others - this was our first time away from our cats and their first time staying in a cattery, and I could just tell that the owners really cared about their clients (both human and cat!) and that our cats would be well looked after. We also had an issue with ours not getting along previously as one was very territorial and we and always had to keep them separated (despite having followed an extremely slow and thorough introduction process and having sought help from a behaviourist). I'd explained this to the owners and they said they'd experienced similar situations before and asked if we'd be willing to trial our cats in a cabin together (under close supervision and frequnt monitoring, with the capacity to separate them if need be) which we agreed to. We know all cats are different and some may never get along, and having had no luck for a year we weren't so hopeful - but miracles do happen at the Purr Inn and our cats never had to be separated once during their holiday, and they were friends by the end of it! We received regular updates and photos throughout their stay which was something to look forward to each day, and Laura was always very responsive and made every effort to address any concerns/questions that we had, and really helped put our minds at ease. She even kept in touch with us after the holiday to make sure everything was okay (it's been 2 weeks since coming back from holiday and the cats are doing great and happier than ever). Other than this, the facilities are very spacious, clean, and clearly very well maintained. The staff are amazing - super friendly, accommodating and caring. And despite it not being the most convenient place for us to get to (there are many other catteries much closer to where we live), the Purr Inn will always be first choice for us and our kitties! If I could give infinite stars I would! 🌟

We were lucky to have found Purr Inn, especially two months before a bank holiday weekend. Laura and Tony have been amazing! Our kitten have been looked after very well. We emailed for updates during our time away and they were responsive and we sent us several photos. We’ll definitely be back. 😊

We have recently used the Purr Inn cattery for our kitten’s 3-week stay as we were away abroad with family. Laura and Tony are very kind and we couldn’t be happier with how well our kitten has been looked after in the time that we were away. We collected her yesterday and she is happy, healthy and confident! We loved receiving regular updates from Laura as to how our kitten’s stay was going - these updates even included pictures, which we loved as we missed her every single day! As her stay also fell during Christmas time, she was even given a cute little Christmas present from Santa. 🥰 If we ever need to find a cattery in the future, this will always be our first choice. We used Kiera from Quality Pet Care this month and I cannot thank her enough for the incredible care she offered our dogs. Kiera communicated with us throughout the whole time from being flexible with timings of pick up and drop offs to updating us with lots of lovely pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing while in her care. Our two dogs arrived home healthy and happy from their mini holiday.

Keira looked after our French Bulldog for 2 weeks. Picking him up and bringing him home every day. She was brilliant with him. He was always very happy and excited to see her and came home clean , happy and very tired from all the playing . Can highly recommend her. Such a relief when you find someone you can trust . Kiera and Andrea provide an excellent service, very friendly and accommodating, safe and comfortable surroundings for any 4 legged friend. They were able to look after my Puppy at short notice and even dropped him home after!! This was my first time me using this kind of service and will definitely be using them again. 5 stars from me!!

Keira looked after our dog while we were on holiday and she was brilliant. She came to meet us and our dog before we went away, and sent lots of updates and pictures when we were on holiday which were really appreciated. After moving to the area, I was looking for a dog sitter for my dog who has epilepsy. I want to be comfortable with who I leave him with, especially as he is epileptic. I found The Wanderers online and after Lorna reassured me she had experience with epileptic dogs, I booked him in for a couple nights. He was very well looked after, I got sent photos/videos, updates and he really enjoyed himself! He has stayed a few times now and I have more bookings coming up, Lorna & Stan are always really accommodating as I’m always needing last minute stays! My dog now runs to the gate when we drop him off as he loves to stay there! Wouldn’t have him stay anywhere else! See use soon, from Bentley :)

I have used Lorna for a few months now when we need overnight care for our French bulldog. Our dog absolutely loves her stays there and always comes back pooped!! Lorna is very kind natured to the dogs she looks after, and I know ours is treated like another member of her family. Really glad we found her ❤️

Just collected my dog from Lorna and she was very happy, clean and it was clear she had a built a great relationship with Lorna. My separation worries were eased with lots of regular photos of my dog out on country walks and having cuddles at home. Lorna and Stan have been very welcoming to our boy Harvey, he has stayed a few times now to get settled in for a bigger stay we have planned. He is always greeted with open arms and big hugs and his tail is wagging happy to see them both. It is great we get to see pictures of his stay as well for peace of mind, and it is a home from home experience which we love.

We use Lorna & Stan for the dog boarding service and we never have to worry about our dog when we're away. We love Lorna & Stan! They are so friendly and super flexible. We often forget we need a dog boarder till the last minute and contact them last minute but they are so accommodating! Would highly recommend xx

I was really worried about leaving my puppy and saw the wonderful reviews for Wanderers on Facebook so thought I”d try it. It was definitely the right decision. Lorna is amazing and my puppy loves going there, she’s always so excited when she arrives and can’t wait to go in. She also happily stays overnight. I can’t recommend Lorna and Wanderers enough.

We’d been looking for a local daycare in the Dartford area for our two-year-old rescue golden doodle Bailey for bi-weekly and ad-hoc daytime care and potential overnight boarding. We were very nervous about leaving him overnight for the first time as he’s an anxious boy who really struggles being left on his own and when he’s not with us. We saw The Wanderers Pet Service on a Facebook group. The fact Lorna had so much training and background working with, caring for and studying dogs as well as her first aid training, made us really keen to meet her. Bailey had an initial meet and greet and the first day went swimmingly! We were so thrilled. He’s since been back a number of times and just had his first overnight stay! We can’t thank Lorna and Stan enough for their obvious care and attention with Bailey. He now runs to get into the gate to see the other dogs (and Lorna and Stan of course!). Lorna really helps put my mind at rest with updates, and it's lovely to see photos and videos of him and the other dogs on their walks and playing together. We are so pleased that Bailey has found a special place to go when we can’t be with him and we know he will be looked after impeccably. He can’t wait for his next visit! 🐾

Lorna has been taking my little darcey out for her walk for me while I am at work. Darcey absolotely loves her. Lorna is very reliable and flexible! I would highly recommend! I am so glad I have picked Wanderers pet service and will be using them ongoing!😁 I get photos and update of how she is! x

After 3 days my dog didn't want to say good bye. It was obvious my nervous and shy dog really enjoyed his time at the Wanderers. I can't recommend Lorna and the Wanderers enough. Brilliant service!

Lorna was an absolute star, i have known her for years through facebook and i know she treats her dogs like her own. she sent me daily updates on peaches, with pictures and videos and she was honestly so understanding as this was the first time leaving my girl with anyone else beside family. Great boarding place, my two gerbils were in good hands while I was away visiting my family abroad for a week. Jacqui replied swiftly to all my emails. It was my first time using this type of service, I felt welcome on my arrival which was very reassuring. Gerbils were happy, I was happy :) couldn’t hope for a nicer home to leave my pets at!

Bob and Marley really enjoyed their time at Furry Friends. They were with Jacqui for a week and she took great care of them. I highly recommend her services.

Charlotte is the best sitter in the business. Melvin and Moira are notoriously difficult kitties. Moira refuses to eat when I’m not home and Melvin is totally a mamas boy. Charlotte immediately connected with the twins (yes I’m a crazy cat lady mom). She visited twice a day to feed and play with them. Melvin took to her instantly and Moira Rose didn’t take long (which is ODD). I felt at ease and was able to thoroughly enjoy my holiday. I don’t have great experiences with sitters and Charlotte is just the best. My sister in law couldn’t believe how clean the litter was- normally I’d get home from holiday from other sitters to a mountain of litter they say they scooped. Never the case with Charlotte. She’s 10/10, their adopted fairy godmother

Charlotte is fantastic, she walks our dog Hooper twice a week (sometimes more) and we have used her for boarding services when away too. Hooper loves Charlotte and she is so good with him and treats him like he was her own. Would 100% recommend her service to everyone.

Charlotte is amazing with our 1 year old Lab, Misty. She has been such a massive support by walking Misty while we settle with our newborn baby and Misty always comes back from her walks tired. Charlotte is so accommodating and her communication is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Needed to find a new ad hoc day care for my 9year old lab. Charlotte came round to meet him be we visited her house too. She was really professional and my dog loved her too. He’s been to her’s twice now and not a backward glance as he gets picked up! Lovely to have photos during the day and he always comes back happy. We travelled down to London for the weekend and used Petpals Sidcup dog boarding service for our dog Max. We were updated all weekend with photos of what Max was getting up to, and it was clear to see he was having a great time. I would 100% recommend Petpals Sidcup for all services.

My border terrier has been coming here for well over a year and it has become a home away from home for him. As a pandemic puppy we were worried he may struggle with other dogs after the isolation when he was little, but Lynn and Gary eased him in and treated him with such care that his confidence has come on leaps and bounds, quite literally. He absolutely loves his time at daycare, plays all day and comes back a tired and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Our Pad Your Paws, a brilliant daycare run by fantastic people.

Archie has been coming here for 6 months and absolutely loves it! The perfect opportunity for him to play with other dogs. Lynn is professional, friendly and great with the dogs. Archie loves the agility games or to show off his tricks for some treats. You certainly know your dog is in safe hands as he can't wait to go back every week! Now I’m gonna be honest I am a friend of the owners of our pad your paws but I recently adopted a large rescue dog who has some special requirements (she hasn’t had the best start in life) she is a little nervous of strangers and can take her time to warm to other dogs she is however loving and obedient. But the time, patience and effort Lynn and Gary took with her was first class. I will add I am a dog groomer so I’m good with dogs and dog handling so I know my stuff but like with kids always harder when it’s your own. But the time and effort Lynn and Gary put in before our stay was above and beyond. Lynns eye for dog body language was spot on and I honestly learnt a few things from her. The bond they both have with my Bonnie is just lovely and I absolutely had no worries leaving her for 2 days including an over night. Lynn gave me regular photo updates of my Bonnie looking relaxed and happy with them and her new best friend Floyd. And Gary took her for a long woodland walk. I highly recommend them. It really means the world to leave your furry best friend in loving capable hands. Thanks Lynn and Gary

From the moment we met Lynn and Gary we were certain that Spike, our rottweiler/staff, was going to be in good hands whilst we were on holiday. Lynn and Gary have created a lovely home-from-home for visiting dogs and we all got a warm, friendly welcome. Lyn and Gary LOVE dogs! They were very keen to take the time to find out about Spike and make sure that they understood his needs and routine. They thoughtfully did everything they could to help him settle in, and then made sure that he got lots of attention, play, walks and cuddles during his stay. Their home is really well equipped with everything to keep a dog comfortable and safe, with lots of things to keep them busy. We would certainly use Our Pad Your Paws again, and, based on our own experience, we totally recommend them.

Dear Fellow Beloved Pet Friends, if you want to have a home from home, be entertained, stimulated, then lay around in a clean, safe, cosy, cuddly, peaceful dream-filled state and do it all over again in the next hour ... then get your 'hoomans' to book you in with Lynn and Gary. You will have the best time! My sister and I have been here well over a year, since we were pups and if it was possible to be loved and cared for any more than at our own house, these guys do it! Our 'hoomans' talk about Our Pad Your Paws in glowing terms with words that we don't understand like .. professionally run, friendly, helpful, always putting dogs wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do. All we know, is that we love our days spent here whilst the 'hoomans' do stuff, we love the agility games and especially the hand-made biscuits of mackerel, cheese etc. We're tired now, need another cuddle and a nap before we race around with all our friends again, come and join us!

I would definitely recommend sending your doggy to Lynne! She has been so helpful with our Gus. Gus was reactive with some dogs and was not very well socialised (Lockdown Puppy). She has worked so hard with him on building his confidence up, he now runs into daycare and cry’s with excitement when we are waiting outside. Gus is now very well socialised. We haven’t had a bad experience with another dog in months. He plays so well with other dogs. I have Lynne to thank for all of it!

Lynn & Gary (and Floyd) have been brilliant with our rescue dog teaching her to play and share and showing her a lot of love so much so she recently got lost in the woods and headed straight for our pad your paws where she knew she would be welcome and safe. I cannot recommend our pad your paws more highly.

Dolly has been coming here since September last year and she absolutely loves it! The first couple of times, Dolly clung to me, almost like a toddler going to nursery for the first time, however, Lynn was absolutely wonderful at getting her to go in and now, as soon as I pull into the road, Dolly is up at the car window, desperate to get out and run in to see Lynn and her friends ❤️ Would recommend Our Pad Your Paws 100% x

Lynn and Gary (and Floyd!) are amazing. They’re super organised, have great facilities and care about our dog as much as we do. Highly professional and you never worry dropping your dog off for the day or for boarding with them - wouldn’t have our dog looked after by anyone else!

The team at Polly’s Pet Care have been looking after our cats for over 14 years now. We book two visits a day whenever we go on holiday and, in all that time, we have never had any problems. The brilliant Polly's Pet Care team have looked after our dog for almost 4 years now and I would highly recommend them. Lyra loves all her walkers and they really know and care for her. She's even got her own pillow in the car! The team are absolutely reliable and flexible too if I need to book an extra walk or cancel an existing one.

A truly wonderful company! We have been using Polly's Pet Care to walk our beloved little Frenchie and every week he looks forward to seeing them! Sam (Company Director) and Sydney are our main walkers and they are simply wonderful! They are so interested in our little fella, so caring and so loving. They take them out to the best parks and woodlands and always ensure they are scrubbed down before entering the house. We have also used Polly's for house sitting. They were incredibly polite and considerate when staying in our home. We cam home to a beautifully clean place, just how we left it. I couldn't recommend Poly's enough. We tried a couple of companies in the area and they stand out my a mile. Thank you team for being the best there is for out little dude (and for us!)

I can’t thank Sam and her team enough for the great care that they take of our dog. Sam is always at the end of the phone answering any questions we may have. The safe guarding around walking the dogs is second to none and I know that while she is out with them she will not only having fun but that she is on the safest of hands. I love the photos and videos we get sent of her which is such a lovely touch. We have never been let down by the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area. We have been very happy with the care that our dog, Henry, receives from Ray. Henry enjoys his time with Ray and is calm and settled when he comes home. He's obviously bonded well with Ray and always runs up to him if we see him when we are out walking. Ray is very reliable and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Ray has a huge amount of passion and knowledge about dogs. I trust him with our dog completely and our dog clearly loves hanging out with him. We've used him twice for boarding and each time our dog comes back seeming v content. I would recommend Ray to any of our friends.

Ray is excellent and you can see that he absolutely loves dogs. Our dog loves him too! He walks our cocker spaniel while we are at work and every night he is nice and tired so we know that he has had a great walk. We would definitely recommend Ray.

Knowing Ray shortly before the formation of Petpals Chislehurst, it became apparent that he was born to care for animals. I got this impression from the way he treats his own two dogs, Ralf and Sydni. When he first mentioned that he was going to become a full time franchise owner of Petpals I never had a shadow of a doubt that he would be successful. Knowing his wife and children, I knew that the support that he would receive from them would guarantee that any animals which are under Ray’s care will also be under theirs too, no questions asked, with the love and support that they give their own animals. In June, Ray graciously agreed to look after my two cats and tortoise for a week. During the assessment phase my family and I were all thoroughly impressed in the level of detail that goes into the preparation for Ray to take care of our animals. Ray goes above and beyond to make sure that not only are your animals safe and well looked after, but so is your home. He offered to open and close curtains, turn on lamps overnight and other services to give the appearance that you were at home to deter potential burglars. Upon coming home from our holiday, we found that the tortoise and particularly the cats were not only happy to see us, but disappointed that their new friend, Ray, wasn’t coming to feed, play and look after them anymore. The bond between them is apparent and it clearly not one sided. Ray continuously asks about them when I see him and saves lily leaves for the tortoise, which are a favourite of hers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on looking for any kind of pet care service to contact Ray and will certainly be using his company again for any future occasion where we need any fully qualified and insured pet care.

Ray consistently goes above and beyond to help people and their pets. We have one dog that is quite difficult and Ray has helped us every step of the way. I would recommend Ray's services to anyone with a pet that needs help, whether it's a pet taxi, dog walk or boarding. My dogs love being with him and he's helped us so much.

We have been using Ray and Petpals for a number of years and the service is excellent. He and the team are all brilliant with our dog and both the dog walking and boarding service are so reliable. I am so happy with Ray & His family for taking care of my little spoiled Chihuahua Dior-Biscuit wile I was away on my Easter Break. Before I left her with Ray, she was not eating dog food at all and didn’t mix with any other dogs and couldn’t be walked with out a lead. Wile I was away ray sent me videos and pictures of my dog acting like a real dog. Dior was chilling on the sofa with other dogs, eating dog food out the bowl with two other Dogs. Ray took her for long walks off the lead and she loved it, I could see on the videos how happy she was, Dior even gave Ray a kiss on the lips good bye when he drop her back home. Ray has been more than brilliant when it comes to helping me ans my dog Annabell. I would recommend him and Pet Pals to anyone! Totally trustworthy and Annabell genuinely loves him and his family, ever since she has started her walks with him she has nevwr been happier! Wouls totally recommend!!!
