Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.
Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!
Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!
Sharon was a fantastic sitter for our week away! She left the house as tidy and clean as we left it, including changing the sheets for our arrival. I truly cannot even tell she was here and that made coming home after a long travel day so much easier. She was communicative every step of the way and provided daily updates on our cat with photos. We knew our home and pet were in good hands! I would gladly welcome Sharon back any time should we be so lucky : )
Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Duncan was an excellent pet sitter and looked after our old girl Cookie really well.
Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" She is definitely at the top of our list for future dog sitting. If we could give her 10 stars, we would! Thank you so very much, Rebecca! You were amazing! The best ever!!!
Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.
Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

We’ve been using Bloomfield Pet Care for over two years now and love it. Everyone that comes by is so sweet and so good to our dog Goose. Every day we wait for the updates on his walks and his awesome photos. We are so thankful for their awesome service!
Bloomfield pet care’s staff is amazing. They are like family. They treat our dog like he’s one of their own and our doggie looks forward to their walks/visits. He gets so excited to see Rebecca and Nicole. They write up the best reports and take amazing photos but most importantly, they really love our dog. If you’re looking for a dog walker and other services, pls consider Bloomfield pet care. I know we love them and so does our pup! They simply are the best.
I have been a client of Bloomfield Pet Care for three years and I have found them to be extremely reliable. Most importantly, I know Parker, my dog, is in excellent care when he is walked. I so appreciate the email update after their pet visit as it gives me piece of mind that all is well with Parker. I highly recommend their services.
Bloomfield Pet Care has been the perfect solution for me and my dog. Whether it's taking her on regular walks or letting her out at the last minute when I have a work commitment, I know that Bloomfield Pet Care will take good care of her no matter what. They're professional, trustworthy and know how to handle a pet that may be a bit of a challenge! And, as you can see from the pix from a visit below, my dog agrees as well!
We have been using Bloomfield Pet Care for over 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. A very professional run service and extremely reliable. They have accommodated me by walking my dogs even when the weather is bad ( I cannot work from home). The dog walkers are the best, they walk , feed my pups and spend time with them. Its always a relief knowing that I can count on Bloomfield pet care for my doggos!!
Bloomfield Pet Care is fantastic. They always take loving care of our animals. They were especially helpful with my elderly mom and her 3 dogs, who were not the easiest to take care of. We trust them with our animals and look forward to the visit photos every time we use their services.
We have used Bloomfiled Pet Care for many years for visiting our cat at home when we go away. He is a nervous cat and hates leaving the house so having someone come to our house is much better for him. The team at Bloomfield Pet Care are super reliable and send an update with a photo every time they visit. They are really helpful and provide excellent communication. I can't recommend them highly enough for your furry friend!
I've been a Bloomfield Pet Care client for several years and can't say enough about the great care and attention BPC has given my cats and dogs. From walking to overnight visits, I always feel comfortable knowing the guys will be in great hands with Amy, Chloe and Nancy. When I lost a pet not long ago, I was very touched by the kindness shown by Meghan and the team. It's the type of personal touch you don't always see but is always appreciated!
Bloomfield Pet Care is my trusted source when I need a second family to take over my three fur babies and until recently my fish. The wonderful team sends detailed reports three times day with cute pictures of the all the pets, and I always feel my four-legged family is in the best hands possible when I have to see my human children. Thanks for your incredible service. Best, Alexa, Selina, and the circus.
Bloomfield Pet Care is a wonderful pet care service! They consistently take great care of my cat to ensure that he is happy and healthy. Recently Bloomfield Pet Care went above and beyond while caring for my cat. I was out of town for a longer period than usual and my cat wasn’t eating. Bloomfield Pet Care kept me informed while they tried a few different tricks and finally got my cat back on his usual eating schedule. I’m so grateful for their experience and thoughtful care.
Dogtopia is the choice for any dog owner in need of daycare, boarding, or grooming services for their furry friend. I have been taking my dog, Tank, to Dogtopia for a few months now and have been very impressed with the care and attention they provide. The staff at Dogtopia is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about the well-being of all the dogs that come through their doors and take the time to get to know each one individually. I always feel confident leaving Tank in their hands knowing that he will be well taken care of. It is clean and there is plenty of room for the dogs to play and interact with each other, both indoors and outdoors. They have separate play areas for small and large dogs, which is great for ensuring everyone's safety and comfort. It's clear that they go above and beyond to provide a stimulating and enjoyable environment for the dogs. Overall, I highly recommend Dogtopia to any dog owner in need of daycare, boarding, or grooming services. They provide exceptional care and attention to every dog that comes through their doors, and I am grateful to have such a reliable and trustworthy place to take Tank.
My dog Bunny really loves this daycare. She is very social and wants interaction. The staff is always so nice to her. They seem to really think about how to make daycare work better for her. I know they work hard because Bunny is high energy. I love the food bowls and the salon services. Everything is affordable and well done. They put a lot of effort into this. Bunny also loved her Scruffy trophy. So much fun!
Today was my puppy’s first day at dogtopia and we were blown away by how friendly, knowledgeable and professional the staff was. They made me feel comfortable leaving my puppy and welcome my puppy with open loving arms.
My daughter and I, can not even begin to express how much we love this place. Everyone was pleasant, professional, kind…..everything you could ask for. Definitely would recommend for grooming. That is the service we’ve had done. You can just tell they love what they do.
Pretty disappointed in this place. My very sweet black lab has been coming here for YEARS. I made a grooming appointment weeks ago. They stated she needed to pass their “temperament” test which fine. I had a relative take her due to my work schedule, he then tells me she didn’t pass the test??? I called the front desk asking for an explanation, they took her into a confined space and brought multiple dogs in basically cornering her. She was uncomfortable and anxious and “had a low growl” again my dog has come here for YEARS and have never heard of this behavior before. A black lab one of the happiest sweetest dogs does not become defensive without provocation. If you put a dog she is unfamiliar with IN HER FACE she will get upset. They said she was trying to back away… that means she didn’t feel safe… put her in a bigger area and don’t intimidate her. They turned her away, would not groom her my dog has received services from them multiple times and never had an issue. The relative who brought my dog informed me that they seemed rude the minute he walked in and had a feeling something was off. The front desk woman offered to speak with her manager but due to how they were talking about my dog who literally loves everyone I said no thank you and will find a new place. My lab is a good dog and it was very clear to me they were being difficult. They put me in a pretty tight spot and now I’m having to find a groomer last minute. It blows my mind because she has stayed nights at this place and had play time with dogs no problem. Every report card I got from them was positive but this was different. Doesn’t feel right. This place has gone down in quality and I didn’t appreciate the way they spoke about and treated my dog. Wouldn’t ever trust them with my sweet Lab again. Made an appt for her at all American pet resort, she’s been with them before as well. They welcomed her very kindly, she got along with the other dogs and was able to get groomed. It’s never the dog, it’s always the people.
Great place if you’re a regular visitor. But this is not the place to go if you are an infrequent visitor. I usually do dog daycare 2-3 times a month, but travel often with my pup. He does dog daycare at various locations throughout the US (mostly Dogtopia, but some others). The Michigan ones we have visited have extremely strict visiting frequency requirements that are just not worth it. Even though my dog frequently attends dog daycare, because it’s at different location (our main location even shares the same ownership as this one), this Dogtopia location requires a re-evaluation after 6 months without a visit, which means I have to wait with him for up to an hour while they determine, yes, he’s the same dog he was at the last visit. 🤦♂️ My last visit was April 23rd to this location, but I was told it has been 6 months (today is July 26th, 3 months) but I have to do a re-evaluation before they can do a daycare visit.
It's clean and the staff have lots of activities for the puppers.Teddy always has such a good time when he is at Dogtopia and the staff are so good with all the dogs. Every time he spends the day playing, he has a happy smile on his face and doesn't want to leave!! We love Dogtopia and the fun activities they plan for the dogs.
We absolutely LOVE Dogtopia of Bloomfield. Our Kipper has been going there only about a year less than how long it's been open and we've been so thrilled with it that we continue to send him, along with his younger brother, at least 2 or 3 days a week all year long even though they now have each other to play with at home. The staff is amazing! We are crazy, overprotective dog parents who only want the best for our two little pups so we wouldn't send them just anywhere. All the staff take awesome care of Kipper and Bosco and pay attention to anything out of the ordinary that we should be aware of. I know they are in great hands when I drop them off in the morning. And then there are the extra fun parties and events that not only keep the dogs interested, but their owners excited as well. We seriously couldn't ask for a better place!
I love everything about Dogtopia of Bloomfield and the services they provide. I mean, they know I love them over there. They take such great care of my girl, Phoebe. Always going the extra mile. About a month ago Phoebe got sick after eating, what we later found out, was poison ivy. She was out of daycare for about a week, and this was after she had been going about 3x a week for the past month. They called in to check on her and see if she was okay, which is so nice. I'm assuming it's a part of their job to follow up and check in on pups that haven't been in for a few days all of a sudden, but it didn't seem like they were just calling because it was part of their job to do so. They seemed genuinely concerned about her when checking in. It was so sweet. Since she got sick, her diet has become somewhat demanding with her digestive system being so sensitive. As she's slowly gone back to daycare, I've been sending her in with bland chicken/rice lunches that have included specific written instructions for mixing in stuff such as her kibble or probiotics, and adding water and broth and warming it up so it's not cold, and they follow the instructions to a tee and let me know if she ate everything okay, and if she took her medicine okay. I know it's a hassle with those instructions and I feel so bad writing them, like they obviously have so many other pups to take care and get their lunches ready, too, but they never complain. Phoebe was sick with an upset tummy during her most recent visit, but I had to bring her in that day, so I did. She was feeling not great and I could see on the webcams that she was sitting off to the side. The canine coach, Chris, noticed and more than once he went over to her and tried to cheer her up. She got sick and threw up that afternoon during open play. I happened to be checking in on the webcams when it occurred and texted that I was coming to get her, and Liz texted back immediately because she was already on it and reaching out to me. I was upset and worried when I picked her up, and basically a hot mess over my furbaby being sick. Liz was so understanding and sweet and she comforted me, and then Erin emailed shortly after to check in on me and make sure I was okay. It was overwhelmingly nice and touching of both of them to do that. They take care of Phoebe always, but they also took care of me that day. It meant a lot. What I like about your services is that you execute them with care. You're all paws on deck over there. You check in on your pack members. You make sure the hoomans know that their baby is taken care of. I will never run out of good things to say about Dogtopia of Bloomfield. They never cease to impress me over there. And Phoebe loves them so much!! I'd recommend this place to everyone.
I wanted to love Dogtopia but we were highly disappointed. We have a large rescue mixed dog that was super excited for his meet and greet. The 1st day following his meet and greet he was visibly excited to play again. I watched on the cameras as a "coach" tried to lasso my dog with a slip lead and proceeded to chase him/drag him to a crate for breaks. There were times where she was actually chasing him as he ran anxiously to the door to try to get out. He was visibly very nervous as the day went on. The afternoon session opened up and I routinely could not see my dog. He was apparently being placed in a "private crate" after he was very scared from the morning and being dragged into a crate in the gym. I decided to go pick him up early since I was nervous and the staff had trouble finding him right away. I was told by different staff he was in different areas. No one called me at all to let me know there was any issues or what was going on during his first day. I tried to take him back two days later and he refused to go in. He was shaking with his tail between his legs and dragged me to the car. He was a nervous wreck while I drove him home. The only good part that I can acknowledge is Gina calling me to admit responsibility for this disaster of an experience. You might want to avoid this place with any high energy, larger dog, rescue that needs space to play. There is not outside space in the winter and the space is rather small for so many large dogs. Its no wonder that many dogs are repeatedly crated all day long. There's no outdoor space, no toys, and the dogs just pee and poop on the floor. My dog gets more exercise at home than he did here with the mandated two hour crate break from 12-2.
