Bark Bound is the absolute best! My dog Nash loves to go for daycare and boarding and doesn’t want to leave when I am there to pick him up! All of the staff treat him like he’s their own and are all so friendly. Kingsport is lucky to have this amazing facility!

We take our basset hound, Maggie, to day care for socialization and exercise and she is so well cared for. She loves it and we love knowing how good they are and how worn out she will be when she comes home. We boarded her there for our vacation in September, which was also great. We never had to worry about her and Bark Bound went out of their way to help us out with a couple of extra non-scheduled days when we had delays trying to get back to TN following Helene. We would absolutely recommend Bark Bound for day care and boarding. This is a wonderful service and we are very thankful for all they do! Vanessa and Eddie Perry

One of my smaller dogs, Cassie, has been escaping out of my backyard for the past few weeks. (She's been driving me absolutely insane... being continually outsmarted by a 4-year-old pup is a major hit to the ego.) 😁 I believe I finally have the fence entirely secured, but I wanted to give her a bit of an outlet for her energy and separation anxiety. So far, she and her sister have only had their initial visit to BarkBound, which was one day free of charge. I was extremely concerned because Cassie can be a bit territorial and I wasn't sure how stressed she would be at a daycare. When I came in to pick her up and get a tour of the facilities at the end of the day, she had the biggest smile on her face. She was having an absolute blast playing with the other dogs and it made me so incredibly happy to see what a fantastic time she was having. Everyone I spoke to there was extremely friendly and obviously loves dogs! I'm very happy I took my pups here and I look forward to bringing them back again in the future. They both completely conked out for the rest of the evening when I brought them home. I also thought the price per day is extremely fair and the combo price for my two pups going together is even better.

I’ve used dog daycare and boarding services before in other states with other dogs so I was fairly familiar with the process, but BarkBound’s facility and staff are above and beyond any expectations I’ve had. Not only are their services priced amazingly but their staff work with the dogs in ways that show true compassion and respect for the nature of the job. Roxie’s naturally an incredibly energetic dog, and her time with BarkBound has her coming home happy and exhausted. She enjoys it so much that once we get close to their location she loses her mind with excitement!

We absolutely love BarkBound! All the staff are super friendly not only to us humans but also to our pup, Mushu! Mushu is a nervous guy and can be aggressive towards people he doesn't know but he was never like that at BarkBound. They let us bring him in for a temperament test to make sure he would be comfortable staying there before we committed to more frequent visits for daycare and boarding and now Mushu is a regular.

Absolutely love this place!! One thing I’d suggest though is making a spot in the app where the workers can post pictures of the owner’s dogs from their day at daycare. A lot of the times I take my dog there, she never gets posted on social media and it concerns me cause I just wanna make sure she’s doing okay and having a good time. I think adding that feature would really help!!

Come rain or shine, BarkBound is always there for us when we need a place to "park the corgi." Keeva loves to come play and socialize with the other dogs. She thinks of Jeff and his team as her second family, and they always take such good care of her. Keeva is so happy to be a Bounder! ---Susie

Roxie has had a couple of day care visits and a long weekend board with BarkBound. She’s loved it! She comes home exhausted and is waiting at the door the next morning because she’s ready to go back. The facility is clean and the staff is caring and attentive. No complaints.

Yogi is a high energy puppy that absolutely loves to play. At Barkbound, he can play with others in a fun and safe environment. The staff are knowledgeable about animals and are very courteous. After he was fed supper, he was ready for bed at 7:00. A puppy tired from playing all day is a happy puppy. We will be going to BarkBound several days a week.

I love this place! But, even better, my dog LOVES to be there. I mean, he jumps out of the car and paws at the door because he wants in immediately! They give regular report cards and pictures, and I have absolute confidence in their ability to take care of my puppy when we need them. Thank you so much!

Rosie had the most wonderful time this summer. We got updates on her stay and that gave us so much peace of mind to know she was in good hands. The staff were kind and helpful. She came home totally exhausted! We will definitely be back!

Yogi loves Camp Ruff n More. He goes into the back with staff eagerly and seems happy upon pick-up. All of the staff are very nice and good with him.

I dropped my Dog off today for a Meet and Greet. I was told he did really well but seemed very nervous and anxious. He is an only pet, but I was told he will more than likely calm down after a few times of being here. He goes for his 1st daycare Friday, so hopefully he will do better. Very upset. Every time my sweet dog has boarded, he has been injured or hurt. Staff seems to be sweet and loves my dog when I drop him off and supposedly they have cameras watching everything but every time I pick him up he is injured....To the point that I have to take him to the vet. Please, do not let your dog board here.

The staff are friendly and nice. My Leo loves it there. He can’t wait to get bk to the other dogs!! He gets so excited when he goes there!! I like taking him to Camp Ruff!!

Trial visit went very well…..my Doberman was happy and well taken care of during his visit. We will definitely be using Camp Ruff and More for daycare.

I was a little nervous that both of my dogs would not do well in a different environment, especially my senior dog . However they loved it. When we picked them up they were extremely happy and were very well taken care of. They will be going back. We plan to use camp ruff to board them while we are on vacation. We know they will love every second.

We were very pleased with the care given to Callie Jane our chocolate lab. The staff were very nice and friendly. This was our first time boarding, but we had such a good experience we will do it again.

Called to make an appointment and got in the same day! They made our baby look so good. They treated our dog so good, and even asked before doing something. I would highly recommend. We will now forever make them our groomers! 😊 …

This was my first time taking my dog to a parlor because she was previously my mother's dog who recently passed away. Therefore I was kind of skittish I guess. When we got there, Mia couldn't wait to get through the door which made me feel comfortable. I didn't know what to ask for so I just asked her to do what she thought would look good. The whole time we talked this lady was so nice. A couple hours later she was ready to be picked up and let me tell ya these guys done a fantastic job. Little Miss Mia looks fantastic and smells like blueberries! She was so happy prancing around everywhere. The gentleman who brought her out was very nice and even asked if we were pleased. Honestly that's the first time I've ever been asked if I was happy with a haircut EVER! Bottom line is you can tell that these people are passionate about what they're doing and I love that. The absolute WORST grooming experience ever! Claim to to lake their time with your pet. That’s the truth, 8 hours! I have 2 standard size golden doodles that have been groomed every 6 weeks for their entire life. They came home absolutely BALD! Ears tail and all. Then charged me $250 to scalp them. Claimed the were too matted. They have had larger mats than they had today, plenty of times. Petsmart is always able to salvage most of their fur in 4 hours for both dogs. Claimed to have given me updates. Never received and communication. The only update I received were when I called Tom see what was taking so long. Whatever you do DO NOT take your pets here! AWFUL!

We adopted a big dog yesterday and he was in dire need of a bath. The shelter told us he was not an easy dog to bathe. They got him cleaned up, feeling good, and smelling great. They're a home operation and they care about the dogs they treat. They also have a good knowledge about dogs and told us about a problem that the shelter had not noticed. (They didn't cut his hair- but they made it look better than it was.)

They take large breeds and worked me in with a new rescue we adopted. Our Great Pyrenees was so shy and they were soooo nice and Apollo left this place beautiful. We will be a regular with these sweet people❤

Been taking my english bulldog sandy for boarding and grooming for close to 1.5 years. She is treated like family here with heavenly cuts. I never have to worry about her. Highly recommend this business for all your dog care needs and for a place to board your dog when on vacation and not have a thing to worry about! Also love how she always smells of blueberries when she comes home from the grooming! Thank you heavenly cuts!

I was very pleased with the grooming and treatment my dog Riley got while under Serena's care. She is a Shepard mix and sheds a lot and was in need of good cut. She did an excellent job and I will definitely use her services again in the future.

My dommy boy loves going to see his friends over at heavenly cuts! Serena & David are the only ones that can cut his nails , if anyone else tries he flips out. I definitely wouldn’t take him anywhere else , it has always been a struggle to get his nails taken care of but serena and David figured out the perfect strategy to keep him calm while they do it. I highly recommend them to anyone.. Heavenly Cuts is the best!!

They did a good job on my dogs but their place was really sketchy. In all likelihood, I won't be going back.

Ryan has completely transformed the way our dogs behave around us and others! Before, whenever we put our dogs in their kennels, they would bark non-stop until we left. Thanks to Ryan, they don’t do this anymore. He also helped our dogs stop pulling when we go for walks, which has completely changed the way we walk them. It’s made walks so much more enjoyable and stress-free! Ryan is incredibly patient, not just with our dogs but with us as well. For example, when our youngest dog, Chip, refused to listen, Ryan would calmly repeat the command without getting frustrated. Our dogs absolutely adore him—especially when it comes to rewards. They’d even lie on the ground asking for belly rubs after being rewarded! I highly recommend Ryan to anyone with a dog. He has become an invaluable resource for our family!

Ryan is a great guy and incredible trainer! Thanks to his consultation, knowledge, and constant communication we didn't worry at all about our Koda while we were away. He was already a good dog but had problems with impulse control which made him almost uncontrollable on walks in stimulating environments. Ryan taught him so much in just two weeks, we couldn't be happier!

Ryan trained both my female pits about a year apart. One was 8 when she went thru training and the other was around 2. They were dog reactive and I wanted to walk them on the Greenbelt without having to worry. They both are fine passing dogs and I’m also more confident. Ryan is a wonderful person and trainer and holds you accountable so you can be the BEST dog owner ever!

I highly recommend Ryan, Catulus dog training. Ryan has done such a good job with my pup who is almost 11 months old. So has a mind of her own. He has brought her to a well behaved and responsive pup. I love walking her on our property off lead. And her walking off than coming back to check on me. Her recall is great. I love the fact that Ryan takes time though out the training to work with you, so I can continue working / training with my dog. He is open to questions and explains his answers well. I'm glad I can continue to keep in touch with him.

Ryan is an amazing trainer! Very patient and knowledgeable. Our dog is able to do several key commands including heel, place, recall! She is also able to walk in a heel position off leash. Very appreciative of his dedication to train not only our dog but also us! Highly recommend

We highly recommend Ryan. We had a young lab that wondered in our yard and our hearts. We named him Jake. He was very nervous around strangers and typical pup that needed training. Ryan did an excellent job with him. We can walk him now without our shoulder being pulled off,he will follow commands and still A little scared of strangers, but much improved. We found Ryan to be very professional. And skilled. He is a veteran with much experience, training dogs thank you Ryan your service and thank you for helping our buddy Jake.

Highly recommend Catulus Dog Boarding and Training. We were so impressed with the progress our dog made during her 2-week training. Ryan is an excellent trainer and knows what he’s doing when it comes to training dogs. Our dog was not leash trained at all and pulled the entire time when trying to walk her on a leash. After her training, we are fully confident we can take her for walks in parks and in stores where dogs are allowed. Ryan was excellent to work with us also to show us many tips and techniques to work with our dog when out in public. I could go on and on about how pleased we are with our dog’s training. Our dog absolutely loved Ryan and he was really good to her. I know she was in good hands while with him. Highly, highly recommend!

Ryan was an incredible trainer! My pup, Knox was a hard headed boy that needed proper training to get dialed in and I could not have asked for a better trainer for him. Ryan made so much progress with him during his 2 week board and train. Knox now goes confidently on hikes, walks and into stores without pulling, running or jumping. He not only helped my dog but me understand and learn how to correct bad behaviors so that we both can live our best lives together. Could not recommend him enough, if on the fence about going him with or some where else, hop over the fence and choose Ryan, Knox absolutely loved him and he teaches you everything you need to know as well to ensure a success story for both you and your dog!

Ryan has the expertise and energy to really help meet dogs & families where they are and help them reach the goals they have. Our dog Penny had very little recall, no ability to stay put, pulled hard when walked, barked/lunged at other dogs (sometimes humans) when walking, and a very strong prey drive. Even though she’s incredibly sweet and loving, with her aging vision & lack of training we had a onetime incident with her and our smaller dog that seemed hopeless to overcome. Ryan was referred by a friend, and he provided very thorough assessments and treatment plans. While Penny trained onsite with him, he gave us updates and had us come regularly to train with Penny as well. Now that Penny is home she’s still our wiggly , sweet , and loving girl, but she has learned great tools to help her with self control. She’s walking loose leash with indifference to dogs & people, she can stay put even with distractions, and her recall is excellent. Ryan tailors his training to what each dog needs, and he provides very direct & honest feedback to pet owners throughout the training process. As we integrate our dogs again, Ryan continues to provide support and training. Penny bonded so well with him, and it’s obvious Ryan cares deeply about the animals in his care. We are incredibly thankful for his support to our family and recommend him for your pet training/rehabilitation needs.

AMAZING! Ryan, is so good with his “step-puppies” and helps to get them wherever YOU want them to be. My doodle is a little over 4 months now, so I was worried the training would not take since she was still in her puppy phases, but boy were we impressed. By the first training session together we’d noticed a HUGE difference and was anxious to see how the next few weeks was going to change her even more. She’s still a pup and has her pup behaviors, but she’s now a pup equipped with all the right tools to address the behaviors that we don’t want to follow her into her 50-60lb adult life. And we love that! He was patient with us learning the new techniques and was twice as patient with Noel too. We will be using them again for her service dog training!

The lady who owned this business is afraid of any type of dog that has the title "Bulldog ". I have a American Bulldog. After reading these reviews she can't handle anything medium size to Large animals. So don't risk it.

We had a hard time finding a boarder who takes care of dogs instead of just locking them away. Our dog had a great time and was definitely tired when he got home from all the playing. Great people working and you can tell they care about your pet. Will definitely be returning and would recommend Hund Haus Kennel to anyone who wants the best for their dog. Keep up the great work and Cooper will definitely be back.

My dogs don’t let me get ready if I tell them it’s Hund Haus day before I’m ready to walk out the door. Been taking them for almost two years now. I refer everyone I know looking for a place for socialization, boarding, or just dog daycare. Referred a co-worker and he is just as pleased. :)

Hund Haus Kennel is one of the best kennels with which I have had experience! On the initial call with the owner, she was obviously invested in creating a great environment for the dogs. She made sure our pet (and all others) had the right vaccinations, and also allowed us to have a 4 hr trial period to make sure the dogs get along well with ours. I realize some of the other reviews are critical in how the orientation process goes, but I would prefer to have a strong screening program in which I know creates an amazing environment to leave our dog! And our dog's hesitance to leave every time we pick him up is proof this kennel is great! This kennel always has lots of friendly dogs who play well with each other, which sufficiently wears him out. And the price is one of the best in the Tri-Cities area. The kennel also looks clean, which is a priority for us. We drop off our dog at least once a week for day care, and would have no problem leaving him for a long vacation. For doggy day care, the owners have always worked with our schedule if we are running a few minutes late picking him up. Suffice it to say, the best kennel in town!

We have been taking two of our dogs here for about a month while we had work done to our home. They are great with our dogs and are always worn out from playing all day. They are very sweet and loving owners and staff. I think if my dogs got off leash on the way in they would still run up to the door to go in. Very convenient location and drop off times. Considerate of your dogs size and temperament in grouping them for play time.

I took my dog ( pointer/boxer mix) for her trial and the moment I walked in the office was treated by a miniature Afghan barking. The owner came out of the back and opened the door to her office at which time the barking dog came at my leashed dog barking in her face. Of course my dog growled which was to be expected I would have done the same. The owner (Kay) shut the door to the office and tried to secure the barking dog and put it in the kennel area behind another door. She then said to me we need t talk and was rude. She said to me that my dog was a Staffordshire Bull Terrier which she is not. She then continued about her insurance company will not allow her to have those dogs. My dog has been socialized at other places with no problem. Unfortunately we moved from that area so lost our favorite place. I do not recommend this place as I don’t believe the lady can handle different personalities nor does she know her dog breeds.

I have boarded 3 different dogs with this Kennel numerous times over the past year and have never been happier. The owner takes her responsibilities seriously and goes out of her way to ensure that my dogs are extremely well cared for! One of these dogs is very anxiety ridden and he loves being there and comes home calm and happy! I highly recommend this facility and applaud their owner and staff for their outstanding care of their guests!!

I have 3 dogs that I started with daycare first and now they are boarded when we go away. Kay, the owner is strict, but that, I feel, is her best quality. She truly loves what she does, and provides the best care possible. My dogs LOVE to go there, and they are so excited when we get there. I feel my dogs are safe and well cared for and I would highly recommend Hund Haus.

I read the critical reviews and as a pet owner, I’m appreciative of the rigor the owner requires. Her passionate commitment to the well being of the dogs is outstanding. If your vet can’t help you document to meet her requirements, question your vet not her practices. Our dog goes in and leaves happy each time he visits. I feel he is very safe there.

They came through at last minute for Christmas, much appreciated! Professional, organized, attentive to detail. Prices reasonable for drop-in cat care. Communications app they use is easy and user friendly.

We used this service for the first time this last weekend recommended by a friend. We were very nervous leaving our furbabies alone after not leaving them in over five years. Their attention to detail, the through updates and play by play for what happened when they went to check on the animals really put us at ease. The pictures posted are some of the many pics they shared with us for the updates during our trip. We also feel this option is the most affordable way to make sure our pets were cared for while away making travel much easier and a little bit less stressful overall. They use a very sophisticated app for scheduling, communicating, and updating us which makes everything super easy, accessible, and mainstreamed. The updates made it entertaining to see what our little furbabies were up to each day.

My absolute favorite thing is the app that is utilized that gives me real time updates about when they arrive, as well as a full personalized summary of the visit written by the employee doing the visit that day that includes tons of pictures and a full visit report. I also love that o can schedule everything on the app as well as pay and view all past visits and invoices. This business is truly the best of the best and l take pet sitting very seriously and have never been anything but thrilled with our decision to use The Prefurred Pack.

Metha Reed is the owner of this pet sitting company. She came out personally to examine our situation on how to care for our country pets, cats, dogs, and horses. While we were gone, she sent timely updates and photos. Her level of care was exemplary, especially in this age where everyone seems to do just enough to get by. Highly recommended.

Great first experience boarding with Bed and Biscuit! We boarded our 1 year old Springer Spaniel for 6 days. She seemed to be very well taken care of while we were gone, had a bath before we picked her up, and was not traumatized or acting crazy when she came back home 😂 The staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions. The facilities are nice and clean, and check in/check out was smooth. Our dog seemed to have a lot of play time out of her room during the day with the other dogs, and the “Presidential” room is definitely worth the extra $, having access to the camera and large room with private outdoor area. The outdoor cameras did not work, so the only thing that could be improved on would be the option of working outdoor cameras in the play area so you could check in when they are outside. Would recommend B&B, and we will definitely use them again in the future!

I would take serious consideration before boarding with them. I boarded my French bulldog over night with specific instructions that he gets over exerted and can only tolerate 10-15 minutes of heavy play before getting over heated. It’s fairly common knowledge that those flat nose type breeds have breathing problems. I picked my dog up and in the car realized he was in the middle of having a heat stroke . He required emergency care and nearly didn’t live. When I called the person working said that he had been playing since 8am (nearly 10 hours). If I had not picked the dog up he would have died overnight there. I received an apology and nobody ever followed back up to make sure the dog even survived.

I wouldn't trust anyone other than the staff at bed and biscuit to watch after my dog. I know MEATBALL wouldn't want any others' love and attention besides his daddy's either. Thank yall for taking such good care of him and easing my nerves about leaving him

This place is a gem. We travel and when we do we need to know our princess Sadie is in good hands. She has a private suite, tv and a camera we can check in on her when she is sleeping. May sound like overkill but the piece of mind is worth it. I have seen them playing with the dogs and Sadie is happy when we take her and when we pick her up.

My pup loves daycare! He goes three days a week, while I’m at work! The staff is super friendly and the owner lets me drop off my doggo before they officially open because of my work schedule. Though, the best thing about this daycare is that they let your dog play ALL DAY!!! (Beside their meal times). And not to mention their prices are extremely reasonable compared to other daycares/boarding’s I’ve used in other cities! For reference my dog is 1 year and a larger pup!

This facility was a life saver for our pup, literally. Our 1.5 year Goldendoodle has been going to day care about 5-7 days a month for 6 or so months. I’m always apprehensive about who he is with, but his excitement when we pull into the parking lot always makes me feel so much better. After this week, I will never question if he’s having anything short of a fabulous time. His teacher (employee) noticed a few irregular symptoms and noticed he wasn’t his perky self that morning. After checking him out, she felt the need to call her manager and the vet down the hill. Not even an hour later, he was in emergency surgery saving his life. I cannot express our thanks to that employee for taking her time to check him out and this facility for how they handled the situation in a timely manner. The way the vet talked, it was a very time sensitive situation. I will always recommend Bed and Biscuit after the love and care our baby was shown! Maverick can’t wait to get back to see his friends once he’s all healed up!

Kountry Kennels is THE BEST!!! Kim is a wonderful pet host and her facilities are outstanding!! The kennel is a clean, well maintained barn that's climate controlled year round for the pet's comfort. She also takes care of medication requirements as requested and will even dip into her personal stash of peanut butter if the puppers are being stubborn! The runs are kept nice a clean and she works with the animals to make sure their needs are met. Our finicky puppers refuse to 'do their business' on the easily cleanable concrete so she manually takes them to the grassy run as needed. We've used Kountry Kennels twice and will gladly return every time we need our puppers boarded!! Kim was great with my two huge monsters!! Extremely clean climate controlled facility. My dogs came home happy and healthy. Will definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family. Will definitely use again!!!!

This place is the best place to keep your for babies. The facilities are very clean, and I know the owner and she absolutely loves fur babies. She will treat yours as if it was hers.

Eva is a God send. She is so good with the dogs. It had been about 5 months since they were groomed today, and when I went to pick them up they were beautiful as always. I have been going to Eva for years, and she never let's me down. They always look great. If you need a groomer, she's your last stop. She will treat you right, and she is wonderful with your dogs. I will never go anywhere else!

I can not express enough how happy I am to have found a place that took such great care of our 4 dogs the way we do. We dropped them off for a 4 night stay, and it's never easy to leave your pets, but I was assured they'd be okay. One of our dogs is older, a diabetic and takes insulin. The owners made sure to fed her whatever she would eat since she wasn't eating her normal food to make sure our Maggie could get her daily medicine. This is what you look for when you are away from your pets. We received a text and pictures which made my day to know they were doing well and in great hands. Don't hesitate to take your babies here. It may be a drive for some as it was us, but I'd drive even further just knowing my animals are well cared for, in a clean environment has awesome owners and is very affordable.

We dropped all four of our babies off for four days they went above and beyond to make sure they had been fed and had their medicine they were really nice very reasonable prices sent us a text and pictures to make sure they were OK. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for all you did made us feel very comfortable.

We brought our 2 pups here in October 2022. The owners are very nice people and take immaculate care of the facilities and the pets. They are Very reasonably priced too. You should check it out, it’s now our go to when we have to leave our babies behind.

Nice people, did a decent job on my dog (he is a large breed). Don't expect a professional salon, it is in a home and a bit disorganized. This would not be my first choice to return.

You can tell that the owners really love the animals. Cash only but the price is right. 10/10 will use them again

I've been boarding my dogs at Solid Rock for over 15 years, and every dog I have boarded there's loves(loved) staying there! They are always well cared for and I never have to worry when they're at Solid Rock!

Our little Margaret LOVES Camp Ruff-N-More! She is always so excited when we drop her off, and completely tuckered out when we pick her up. She must play her little heart out all day with the other pups. We recently boarded her for a four night trip away, and it was so nice for us to know she was in good hands. The staff is super friendly and accommodating too! I’m so glad Margaret is a camper here!

Moose had his trial day today. The staff were so kind and patient with him. When I picked him up they let me see him on the cameras socializing with all his new furry friends. He had a great time and passed out on the way home. Can’t wait to go back! 🐶 …

Has our first day today with my rescue. The staff was very welcoming and took great care of my dog, I even got a pic sent to me with a report card of how he was doing, which was fantastic bc i was anxious about leaving him for the first time. We will be using this facility for boarding while traveling in the near future and this first day has already eased my anxiety loads!

This place is the best of the best! My dog goes twice a week for a full day & it’s the BEST investment I could make. :) She LOVES the staff! They give her nicknames, sent her a birthday card, and always greet her with a smile. :) Thank you Camp Ruff!!!

Camp Ruff-N-More is a great place for dogs to socialize while under supervision all while having loads of fun. Wonderful staff that have gotten to know my dog. When I get his leash he gets beyond excited because he knows that he is not only going on a car ride but going to play time. He LOVES Camp Ruff.

Amazing! They worked with my schedule, took phenomenal care of my fur baby, Wonderful customer service and Veteran owned! They offer a military discount too!

Our dogs had never been to daycare or a boarding facility before Camp Ruff N More. Although, they were hesitant their first visit, they sprinted in the door for their second visit. The staff are caring and helpful

My dog, Rocky, had never been away from my wife and I at the same time in 5 years. We were concerned that we'd never get to go on vacation together. He had a trial day at the JC location. Initially he was anxious, but the staff kept him until he calmed down, then reintroduced him to some other dogs. He did well and the next day, dragged me to the door. They were booked for the days that we were going out of town, so we had to take him to their Kingsport location. The same thing happened. The staff there worked with him in the new location and he ended up having a few days there as well. We boarded him Memorial Day weekend for 5 days successfully. The staff at both locations are fantastic and I will be taking him back for periodic play days without a worry. Thank you Camp Ruff-N-More!

Rascal, my 5 lbs, Yorkie, had a trial morning. Was very calm when the staff brought him to me. Areas are very clean. Was not anxious like when we go to grooming. I watched him on the camera in the play area. Very impressed. Staff was in each area with dogs. He had plenty of play room with other dogs. Will definitely use their services when I need them.

I left my small dog, Lulu there for her first overnight time while having surgery. She did well and loved it. They sent a “report “ card on email the 3rd day. Very happy with our visit ;)
