Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. Fred and Linda are true dog lovers, so gentle in nature and treated my cavoodle Luna so well! They looked after my Luna the day before and on my wedding day. We are so grateful to Fred for his wonderful care of our dog Tui. Tui has now stayed with Fred twice, most recently for nearly 3 weeks. We have been leaving our golden retriever Jasper with Fred and Linda for over 10 years . We cannot speak highly enough of them !!They are the complete package - genuine, compassionate ,understanding , ethical - 100% trustworthy. They offer a genuine family environment for home stays. I can tell in an instant that Jasper is totally at home with them whenever I have to bring him back home . It's like he's been living with relatives ! Fiona was kind enough to dog-sit for us while I was overseas for a few weeks. We're sure Yuki was well looked after while I was away, and Fiona was kind enough to drive Yuki to grooming on short notice, and Yuki came home looking fabulous and happy.

Such a caring place. My, almost, 18 year old dog, Milo got more anxious and stressed as he got older and Wagtime always cared for him when they groomed him and would stop when he got too stressed. They'd groom him as soon as possible and lightly dry him so that he was as comfortable as possible. We have been going to Wagtime for years and I cant be more appreciative. They are the only groomer that we went to that went out of their way and truly cared for Milo

We’ve tried a couple of daycares in the area and wagtime co has by far been the best fit for us. Aedie called me to discuss our pup and his needs and advised on which day care group he may be the best fit for. The dogs are closely monitored all day by the most amazing team, ensuring they are learning how to socialise well and have good dog manners. The team are so honest with how your dog is going and if the daycare setting is working well for your dog and how to adjust if not, rather than just taking your money and not caring about whether it’s beneficial for your dog or not like some other daycares do. Their grooming services have also always been amazing! Thanks so much for everything wagtime co team - can’t tell you what a relief it is to know my dog is in such good hands at daycare.

I had to find a new groomer after moving house, and I’m always a little sceptical about new places. I had nothing to worry about! The staff here are so incredibly friendly and professional. It was very easy to find a sitter with Pawshake. The app is well done and the communication with Charlie, our sitter was also very easy. Our 4 month puppy Paku has fallen in love with Charlie and her dog Opinel. We will use Pawshake again and Charlie is the perfect carer for Paku. We had a very tired and happy boy at home that night.

I had a fantastic experience having Sharon from Pawshake care for my cat while I was away. She was wonderfully communicative and kept me up to date on my cat’s care - despite my cat hiding from her throughout the week I was away! Pawshake was very easy to book care through and easy to use!

Thanks Pawshake for the creating a unique service like this. Having recently adopted a puppy, I was hesitant to put him into a dog kennel / hotel. As a child the only option we had was dog kennels, and our family dog was always traumatised when we collected her. Admittedly, things have improved since then, but even recently, I saw one Dog Hotel that offers just 30 mins of play time per day! And you have to pay extra if you want more socialisation. Unbelievable! With Pawshake we connected with a great petsitter (my glowing review of her is on the app) and it meant that our pooch had a holiday while we were away on our holiday! Regularly photos of him made us feel at ease, and when we collected him, he looked happy and well looked after. (And in addition, it was a LOT cheaper than dog hotels / kennels). Thank you!

I hired Martin and Adrian from MDN Pet Care to look after my pets from my house while I travelled overseas. They did an amazing job following our given instructions and send lots of updates. Sharon looked after our boy for 3 weeks while we were away. He came back happy and healthy so it was clear that he was well looked after during his stay. He also enjoyed the company of Teddy and other dogs. She was easy to get in touch with and promptly gave us updates when requested
Sharon and Jessica care for my two golden retrievers on a regular basis. The dogs now run in happily when they are dropped off. Sharon sends regular updates and photos. She is reliable and the dogs are well fed and exercised and given lots of affection. Sharon genuinely cares for all the pets that come into her care.
Sharon takes the best care of my 2 golden retriever girls. One has more anxiety in general but she loves going to GoldenPawz and runs in the door happily when we take her. We are so comfortable knowing they are in such good hands.

I was recommended Golden Pawz by my cousin who said it was like dropping your dog over to a friend's house. Sharon and Jessica clearly love dogs and it was it was great to know our border collie Koby was having a nice time while we were away. My puppy Lottie absolutely LOVES her days at HoB. All the ladies take such great care of her, give her lots of cuddles and play all day! I love getting the Instagram updates and seeing how much fun she is having in a safe environment.
My dog Molly has been going to House of Barks 1-2 times a week for the last couple of months and she absolutely loves it. Being only 7 months old it’s been such a lifesaver for me to keep her entertained while I’m at work. She is always so excited to see all the lovely staff when I drop her off. Absolutely love all the Instagram stories too.
Soy, our whippet is a regular here at HoB! He always comes home absolutely exhausted and I love being able to watch him on their Insta stories throughout the day. The staff, Pixie in particular is so lovely and has a genuine care for Soy. Upon pick up we always get a run through of how his day was, his behaviours and how his separation anxiety is going. Highly recommend HoB!
