We left our pup, Lexi, there for a few days recently. She was very well taken care of! Friendly people, nice facilities. No hesitation in using them again!

I have boarded my dogs here for many many years. The owners are wonderful and care deeply for every “guest“. I have animals that need medication, no problem. Need extra walks, no problem. The price is very fair and includes food.

Richard is aces! They go the extra mile. I have zero concerns with the care provided!

I've had my dog for almost 9 years. Very scared to leave her anywhere. I met the owners and saw their facilities, both was very nice. My dog did great there. Definitely will leave her here again if the need arises

Our dogs have stayed at St. Francis several times and I highly recommend them. My dogs are treated like family and I have full confidence in their care while we are away. Additionally, our youngest dog has been there for dog training and the results were fantastic! We were really struggling with potty training and Melody's knowledge and dog behavior expertise was exactly what our dog Dolly needed. Melody has the knowledge and insight to help our family get Dolly signaling to go out and she explained how to properly reward her. She also was extremely helpful in assisting us with setting boundaries for the dogs and even the proper placement of their crates. Melody even went beyond potty training and helped Dolly walk properly on her leash. She walks by our side and does not pull. If you are looking for a kennel or dog trainer, I definitely recommend Melody and the Kennels of St. Francis. They know all about dogs, their behavior and proper rewarding. No shock collars needed with their training methods! Excellent place and experience!

The owners and staff are filled with knowledge and a true love of animals. The pricing is very fair (food is included) and my dog LOVES being there. It's about 20 minutes south of Florence and worth the drive! Highly recommended!!!

Selected this place because of the environment and they will walk the dogs for a fee. Requested a walk each day for my dog and was more than willing to pay their $10/walk fee. When I returned from vacation was told he was not walked even once over 9 days. My dog is socialized with kids, adults, and numerous other dogs. Never once have had an issue with him and any person, of any age. If they cant walk my dog, then good luck. Very disappointed!!! I will not bring my animals back and do not recommend this place if you have an active breed. This review is simply my opinion and if you choose this place I hope your experience is different.

I have been bringing my dog, Duke, for several months. I have seen so much progress with him. You do not feel pressured or coerced into coming back. The progress makes you want to come back. I compared prices to nearby facilities and thought Hot Diggity Dog Canine was the fairest. It is easy to book an appointment, and you get a reminder text about it.

I highly recommend Hot Diggity Dog Canine Water Fitness. Our 18 month old springer had knee surgery and she recuperated so much quicker with the water therapy. We could tell she had more confidence each time after her treatment. Kathy is so kind and caring and I feel she knows exactly how to work with each dog to help them improve.

In just 1 visit our little 12-yr-old beagle mix has made giant strides. Her hips have been getting worse since we adopted her @ 8-yrs-old. She was dragging her back end everywhere she went. She was carried up & down the stairs, could barely stand to do her business. Kathy was so good with her, got down on the floor to pet & love on her. After a few minutes she was put in to start her walk in the 90° water. She did remarkable well. After drying she, too, got 1 of Kathy's homemade treats. At 1st she wasn't interested. She just wanted to go home. Then she took a small piece & decided it wasn't so bad after all. Can't wait to see her response after 2 treatments next wk. She's a very timid pup & was shaking all over (like when she goes to the vet's office) when we got there. When she was carried back to the car, she was calm & slept all the way home. It's not a cheap service, but well worth the investment to see your dog coming back to her more active life. Highly recommend Hot Diggity Dog.

Duke is a 3 year old German Shepherd that was having problems regaining his strength and mobility (muscle atrophy) in his left leg nearly 6 months after ACL surgery. I decided to try water therapy as kind of a last resort and it has helped him tremendously. I was skeptical after the first visit, but if you stick with it will definitely work. Shauna and Kathy have been great and Duke loves going.

Amazing. My 5 yr old @90lb female German Shepherd Dog has a slightly torn CCL Cranial Cruciate Ligament (ACL in humans, knee)in her left knee and hip dysplasia in her right hip . We were referred here from Dr. Hodge at Greater Cincinnati Veterinarian Specialists. We looked up Hot Diggity Dog on Google of course and noticed that they were on the news recently and since I am a big believer in human physical therapy instead of surgery we thought that "water fitness" for dogs would be the closest thing to physical therapy. We got in touch with Shauna the owner and set up a visit. The first visit was free. We met with Kathy and started the water fitness. We worked with Shauna and Kathy both are very professional and through. Misha was barely able to set her left back foot on the ground. She would limp, lay down to eat and didn't come to greet me when I get home. My baby girl was in pain. We went to two different vets in the area and they thought that she would have to have surgery to fix her CCL (knee). They both referred us to Dr. Hodge. In turn Dr. Hodge referred us to Hot Digity Dog Water Fitness. Each visit Kathy or Shauna would keep good watch and document Misha's progress, adjust speeds and times on the water treadmill. After each visit they would give Misha a homemade dog cookie which Kathy makes. HAHA each time Misha would get out of the tub/treadmill she would stare at the cookie jar. ( I bet she isn't the only one). Shauna and Kathy both would love on her. You can just see it in their eyes that they LOVE animals. Misha felt the love too,.... well tasted the cookies..lol Going to Hot Diggity Dog Water Fitness was a great decision for us. Misha avoided an expensive and invasive surgery on her knee and with the "water fitness" she has built back up her muscles and is actually running and playing. She hasn't been this happy in a long time. I STRONGLY recommend Hot Diggity Dog Water Fitness to anyone who has a dog that has physical health problems. Give this a try. You have nothing to lose and a LOT to gain.

They have been so helpful to my mothers dog Koda!!! People should take advantage of this great service for our 4 legged family members to increase their quality of life after injury,surgery, or to build up muscles on senior dogs!!! They are loving and caring and you can tell Kathy and Shawna love what they do!!!

Danielle is a true professional!!!!! She just groomed my cat, Tom. She was great with my big boy!!! She was gentle and fast, explained everything that was going to happen and about the products she was using. It was the first time he has been professionally groomed and it went very well. I am so thankful for mobile services because Tom would never be ok being in a shop because he does not tolerate dogs. Tiffany came out and trimmed both my Lab mix and my little Aussie, added a groom for my Aussie. She was in desperate need of a haircut and bath! She did an AMAZING job!! Our Husky Niko, absolutely loves going to daycare at Doggie Paddles. He plays in a higher energy group and comes home and sleeps like he just finished pulling a sled across the Yukon. The staff are always friendly, they all love what they do and it shows. I definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends.

I feel confident my dogs are in excellent hands here. My pups have done daycare, boarding, and regular grooming visits and they look forward to going every time, no matter the occasion. It has helped socialize my dogs, and their groomer Kiley adores them both and is very gentle and patient with them. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here, they’ll thank you later!!

From the moment we arrived you could feel this great vibe. Charlie was calm as a cucumber. The last place I took him to he was always nervous and didn’t want me to leave him. When Brooke came out to get him he just happily went back with her. She did a great job grooming him. This place is my new go to for grooming my handsome guy! Thanks Brooke!

Courtney and Jenna with Doggy Paddles mobile grooming took care of our shepherd today and were so wonderful! It was great not toting around a large, anxious, & (very) hairy dog to be groomed. We left our baby Parker for 10 days and I knew he was in very good hands. I would get pictures of him everyday playing, napping and even getting vacuumed (he sheds a lot!) I’ve left my dog at a daycare franchise before and after 2 nights he would come back home sick and stressed from the amount of dogs they usually have; but not with Paw Pals! They always have a clean space for our pets and it seriously feels like a second home for our fur-babies. I loved how much they cared for Parker and will definitely go back on our next trip!

We had a great experience with this business! We have two small YorkiePoos that we don't trust with just anyone, and yet we don't have anyone who can care for them in our home. Dia worked out perfectly! I knew the minute I met her and she showed me around her house that she is serious about caring for pets. Her house is completely pet-proofed, and she has a gorgeous and secure backyard. She is also strict about things like vaccinations, which we appreciated. We have boarded our dogs twice in the past. One loves stimulation and playing with other dogs, but the other is overwhelmed if there are too many other dogs and would always come home utterly exhausted. Not so with Dia. When they stayed with her for 10 days, they came home completely relaxed! Her daughter is a bonus - she loved on our dogs like they were her own, and they loved her. We loved the photos and updates Dia sent and the clear communication about drop off and pick up. We've already booked with her for our next trip. Highly recommend.

I took my cat, Donut, to Paw Pals and I will never go anywhere else!!! This is a home away from home for your pets. There is so much thought and care that goes into the space created for your cat to enjoy. For someone like me, I also appreciate the fact I get photos and updates on how my cat is doing. I highly recommend taking your animal to Paw Pals over a large boarding place if you want your animal to have the attention and care it deserves while it is away from their comfort. Dia at NKY Paw Pals took the best care of our dogs Charlie and Nova when she miraculously was available at the last minute after our previous dog sitter canceled. I was worried that the pups were going to be anxious or overactive since they've never been to a sitter, but they didn't have a single issue and even made some new friends during their stay! NKY Paw Pals made our travels so much more relaxing knowing that our babies were getting the attention and love they need while we were away. I can't thank Dia enough for the care she provides, and I'm looking forward to booking future trips knowing she'll be there for our dogs!

Brandon did a great job with our two cats! It was such a relief knowing they were well taken care of while we were away for a long weekend. They usually hide for most people, but even came out for some play time with him! We arrived home to happy kitties with clean litter boxes and plenty of food and water. Brandon was so nice to sweep up litter and even wash the food bowls, not to mention taking out trash and bringing the trash container back into the garage after pick up! We also really appreciated his updates with photos to know they were doing great! Brandon is a wonderful pet sitter who is great with animals and pays attention to the little details! Brandon is the best! He always goes above and beyond for my senior citizen cat and I often come home to my apartment looking more tidy than it was when I left, even though it’s not expected. He’s able to inject my lil bud with sub-q fluids to treat his kidney disease. He always sends pics and status updates. Brandon clearly loves his job and is super sweet to my lil dude. He was even able to come visit on Christmas/eve. 10/5 stars!

This was first time boarding our new dog and I’m so glad we happened to choose PetSuites! The staff were so kind and professional, the facility was spotless, and the care was above and beyond. We plan to use the daycare option in the future as our girl had an absolute blast during playtime. She’s still pooped from having the best time!

Dakota loves spending time at Petsuites. She's always super excited the closer we get to the building, runs straight to the door to go inside and loves all of the staff that greet her. She plays so hard while at day play that when I pick her up, she falls asleep on her ride home and then lays down for a nap when we get inside. I love knowing that my baby is well cared for at Petsuites.

I 100% recommend and trust PetSuites with my dog. Their staff and facility are top-notch. Recently, while I was on vacation, my dog had to go to urgent care while being boarded (due to something unrelated to his stay at PetSuites). Sarah from PetSuites immediately notified me of the situation and, after getting my approval, rushed him to the urgent care center. She kept me updated with photos, texts, and calls, and was incredibly supportive and kind throughout the entire ordeal, for which I was very appreciative. I can’t thank Sarah and the entire PetSuites Erlanger team enough for the exceptional care they provided my dog during that time and every time I’ve boarded him there. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This location is great. I only use them occasionally, but the caregivers are very friendly and answer all my questions. My boy dog is a "people dog." I love that they offer the option to have individual play time with him so he's not stuck in a kennel ALL day. My girl dog is afraid of strangers, but she seems to warm up to them after a while. The kennels are bigger than most of the places I saw when searching other daycare/boarding facilities. I was going somewhere else and my dogs were showing signs of being afraid to go in. I don't know why, but I didn't like it. So I switched to this facility and they no longer show fear of going inside. Always trust your dog!!

This place is top notch! They love your dog like their own. Everyone from dog training to day play does a great job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Chessie always comes home happy and well exercised! She is always going on and on about how much fun she had at day play with all of her doggie friends! She is always telling her BIG brother Liam about all the fun that she had!!!

Gemma has been going to Petsuites in Erlanger for over 10 years. She not only loves playtime with the other dogs, she also loves the people that work there. It’s a good feeling when I leave her there that she is in great hands.

My dog was healthy before I sent her here. After 7 days, she came back with some kind of eye virus. I immediately took her to the vet, and the vet said it was serious and could cause implication had I waited longer. Compared to Doggie Paddles in Florence, this PetSuites charges more per night yet has smaller playgrounds. It also asks for more kind of vaccination proofs yet fails to keep viruses from going rampant. Why did no one at the facility notice a dog with an unusual red eye??! We noticed the eye immediately when picking her up. Yet, they still had the audacity to ask us for tip!!

Pet Suites was very accommodating and friendly. Our fur baby enjoyed herself, she hasn't stopped talking about her week ( we all know our pets talk to us). Thank you for making us feel comfortable leaving her. She'll be back.

We used Pet Suites in Erlanger for our two puppers and it was wonderful! Our dogs have not been boarded before so I was a little nervous for them and myself ( as a somewhat helicopter dog mom). They did wonderful. Not only did they enjoy the stay( albeit a little fearful because it was a busy weekend for the facility), but I received updates on their wellbeing/ behavior 1-2 times a day. It was very comforting and very appreciative. I definitely recommend!!

Kristina and her team were a huge help to me when I had to travel for work. They visited my two senior cats daily and administered medicine, and kept me updated on how the two of them were doing. I really felt like my cats were in good hands with the Fetch team.

The Fetch staff members are amazing to with with, and take the very best care of our girls! They are conscientious of safety for our new puppy as well as our older dog, and each experience has been happy and fun! I literally can’t say enough good things! Give them a call!

This was our first boarding experience with FETCH. The pet sitter we always use was booked. Luckily, Kristina had a last minute cancellation for the 4th of July weekend and graciously accepted our three dogs-two Cardigan Welsh Corgis and a senior pocket Beagle. My dogs are not the easiest. Two take meds and all three take supplements. Our meet & greet made me feel so comfortable with Kristina & Lee. The dogs got along great the first time they met. Kristina’s golden retrievers were so protective of my little Beagle. Kristina sent me frequent photos and at least one, but usually two updates per day. When we picked our dogs up, they were tired, which is a sign that they got lots of activity. Kristina’s daughters gave our pups even more TLC. I would highly recommend FETCH for boarding your pets.

Kristina went above and beyond any expectation I could’ve had regarding her taking care of our oldest dog, Maggie. Maggie has several medications as well as my having to give her a daily infusion of lactated ringer‘s infusion (450 Ml daily). She came over to familiarize herself with my dogs and I taught her how to do the infusion. We were out of the country and she came every day at the same time and even sent pictures and videos of our for babies so we could really enjoy our vacation and not worry about the care that they were receiving. She is a wonderful woman personally as well. Thank you so much, Kristina. Your love for our babies can’t be faked. Lastly, if you meet Kristina and you’re do not find her to be absolutely sincere, genuine, energetic, peppy and truly invested and your pets, I will be absolutely shocked.

I have been taking my little guy, Hendrix, to Pet Life in Cincy for about 8 months now and he LOVES it. Maria is so responsive and she posts and sends pictures of your pup all day while they are playing. She walks them, takes them to the park, and is always planning special little outings for them. There is no one I trust more with my dog than Maria! We have been sending Charlie to Pet Life for almost two years. He was initially a clingy, shy rescue dog who just liked to sit on laps, but now Charlie runs right into Maria’s without looking back. And he has become is so playful and energetic with the other dogs - something we’ve never seen before! Maria is constantly sending updates throughout daycare and boarding, going on park adventures, and taking a lot of cute photo shoots. All the dogs are treated like her own!

This is truly the best doggy daycare in Cincinnati! I always know my dog is safe and loved when she is with Maria. Maria provides excellent care to her daycare pups and provides constant updates on their day. Highly recommend!

I am so happy we found Professional Pet Nanny/Kyle! The best pet care we have experienced. I felt extremely comfortable leaving our two cats and not having to worry about them. We got updates on play, medicine, food, water-you name it. Amazing care and service. We are so happy to have reliable pet care we can trust now!

This is our first time having a pet nanny and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kyle from day one was accommodating and helped with every step. We were still nervous leaving our 4 kitties, but by day 2 didn’t worry at all. We were updated at every visit with email and pictures. She managed to get the big girls to play too! Kyle even cleaned, dishes, vacuumed, watered the plants, left lights on at night etc. And unless it’s my imagination the bigs and littles like each other a little more than when we left! The only problem is I think our cats now think we are boring and are waiting to play with Kyle again!! This will not be the last time we have Kyle and Tyler watch over our furry kiddos!!

I have had nothing but great service from Kyle and/or her team for my two cats Watson and Holmes on multiple occasions. I would recommend their services to any pet parent in the area!! Her level of service is way beyond what you pay for. For example, she changes the water fountain water each day, waters plants, and even tidies up my kitchen! I have SO much comfort in receiving the daily pictures and updates in the app after each visit while I'm away. It always makes me feel so much better seeing my cats thriving when I'm not home. And the level of playtime is EPIC! Every time Kyle plays with my cats, they have SO much fun, I buy new toys when I get home so they continue to like me as much as they like Kyle! 😹 I am so thankful to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable care for and love my boys when I'm out of town!

I chose to switch my pet sitting needs to Professional Pet Nanny after being disappointed with reliability of Rover. I have been so pleased with the care Kyle provides for my kitties, especially the amount of time she spends getting to know them and their style of play. I receive pictures from each visit that show them playing and enjoying meals, putting my mind at ease. When I come back home, everything is just as it should be. I know my cats are more comfortable staying at home while I travel, and the app is super convenient for booking and staying in touch with updates during my travel. Would recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their pets are in professional hands!

Our cat has separation anxiety and doesn't like when we go out of town. So when they did the home visit, we were surprised how well our fur baby responded! She was playing and having a great time! We'll be booking again in the future!

As always, Professional Pet Nanny took excellent care of our kitties, Minnie, Cecil and Samuel, including playing with them each time they visited, which was twice a day! They also took care of the mail and our plants, which were so happy. Most of all, we have peace of mind knowing everything will be perfect when we’re back home.

I had a wonderful experience with Professional Pet Nanny. My sitter, Kyle made my cat feel comfortable and allowed for me to not worry during my trip. The one hour of play time along with feeding worked out perfect for my high energy cat. I received photos and messages of my cat during and after the play sessions that gave me peace of mind. Professional Pet nanny is the best option in town for pet sitting!

We hired Professional Pet Nanny a few years ago since all of our family was going with us on a trip - we needed a pet sitter. We had never had anyone but family do this. We had special needs and she had to visit several times per day. We loved our experience! Nanny Kyle met our pets prior to our departure and reviewed everything with us. During our trip we received daily photos and updates. We returned to find a clean home, happy pets and a detailed visit log. Kyle even brought a new toy and catnip for the babies. There was also classical music playing for them. One of my cats was a bit chubbier than I left him but that was probably stress eating on his part! I'm just glad he was comfortable enough to be eating! She also got the mail and took the trash out. We will be taking another family trip soon - we will need a sitter - and we plan on calling Nanny Kyle!!

Kyle did a wonderful job watching our 10 year old golden doodle for overnights and day walks! Kyle is very details and wants to know everything about your house and dog to make sure nothing could go wrong! Our dog has cancer and Kyle made sure to meet all of his needs! 100 percent would recommend! She does a fantastic job and even updates you every few hours!

Kyle or someone from her team have been at our home several times. Three dogs and a cat live with us. They are so much more content when they are in their own surroundings. They get lots of play time and fed well, we get videos and photos of the visit which is so fun! Professional Pet Nanny takes excellent care of the animals but they also bring in mail, roll trash cans in and out, keep the house safe. I even came home to a lovely bowl of tangerines my last trip. I trust Professional Pet Nanny with my precious fur babies!

We lived in Erlanger for 4 years and our two pups stayed at Erlanger Pet Resort/Day Spa a variety of times. The staff have always been professional and helpful. We really appreciated that they would send pics while we were away. Not always, but occasionally. We also liked that the vet clinic was right next door. Particularly because our dogs both had knee surgeries. As they got older, they had a much harder time navigating the slippery floor in the lobby and to the kennels so we boarded them less frequently. I'll never understand why these facilities do not place gripper mats on the floor. The groomers always did a nice job and having been a groomer, I can understand the time and effort it takes to groom larger dogs. That said, the prices felt a bit steep and so we cut back on this as well.

We adopted Layla a few months ago and it was time for a beauty treatment (grooming). I was very happy with the finished product. Christine followed my requests for scissoring vs clippers. I saw nothing that I was unhappy with. My only concern is how loud it was when entering the facility. It was apparent that Layla was stressing. She really doesn’t care for other dogs. Not sure if this issue can be addressed other than using a stand alone groomer shop next time.

Best treatment of animals hands down! Staff is amazing and our dogs love to have a spa day!

Once again our dog seemed happy to see us. She also ate almost all the food we left for her. This is a very good sign she liked where she was!

This place and the Employees absolutely love animals and it shows!! My Snoopy comes here to get groomed by Christina and she’s wonderful. I was waiting in the parking lot and the doggy daycare team was outside with the dogs. A large dog jumped stood up on its back legs to hug the worker and she lovingly holds on and loves this dog back. It warmed my heart to see!!! See the pic I took.

The entire staff is awesome! They love the dogs and take extra great care of them. My puppy is never excited to get in and out of the car unless we tell him we are taking him to daycare. When we arrive he pulls me to the door he is so excited!

I have been bringing my mini Schnauzer to this resort for grooming for about 4 years now. I've tried three other groomers and this one is the best, by far! Miniature schnauzers are known to matte pretty easily and must be brushed all the time. I can tell this groomer takes her time to cut his fur. Cleans his face, eyes, ears, tail, and rear. He always smells great when he comes home. They even let me drop off before work and pick him back up after if needed. (Although if you pet is not vetted for the daycare, they would be in a crate until you pick them up.) Love this place! We even moved 45 minutes away and I still take the time to bring him here.

Paid $60 for a bath. Staff was super friendly but the whole reason I went here specifically was because my vet recommended it because my dog can be difficult. He was muzzled and according to the groomer when she updated me 5 min in he wasn’t really growling or giving her a hard time so I had hope. But about $15 minutes later I was brought back my dog (All done!?) I questioned whether she brushed him at all since I can spend a good half hour with a furminator myself and still have work to do and she said she did go over him with one. In the car I could see loose hair sitting on him and knew immediately I would have to groom him myself anyway which sucks because now I’m not sure why I wasted time and money going. This is a pic next day before I go at it myself of him already dandruffed up and covered in loose hair, definitely won’t be going back.

We had our Millie there for day boarding this week. She loved it, and the staff took really good care of her. Thanks especially to Trinity for doing such a great sales job over the phone, and to Jasmine for treating her so well while she was there. There were others also, I just didn't get their names. If we're ever up that way again, Millie will drop by to see you!!

I did not get sent pictures while i was on vacation. the night that I came to pick up my dog it seemed like there was only one person in the building? not a good sign to me that they have god knows how many dogs inside and only one person to care for them all. I'm taking my dog to PetSuites Erlanger next time. I'm pretty sure they keep someone with the pets over night too. this place does not.

We’ve been using this kennel for about 1 1/2 years and our dogs seem to love it. The staff communicates well and are responsive to our dog’s needs. We’re going to try doggy daycare next for our young doodle. When we have to go out of town, it’s comforting to know that our dogs will be taken care of well!

I really don't want to write this review because I want to keep the best kept secret of dog boarding in Cincy to myself. Alas, A Dogs Life is too good of a facility and people and cost to not let other people know. I've been taking my two large dogs here for over a year, and they are always happy when they get there and happy when they leave. The staff pays attention to detail, especially when we started boarding our nervous second dog, they watched over him the whole time. In addition the staff is responsive, flexible on availability and have SUNDAY pick up! It's not a fancy dog spa facility, but my dogs do not need a TV, or a spa. They need an attentive staff who care for the animals every day and that is what Dawn and her team do. I highly recommend!

A Dog’s Life is incredible! Dawn, the owner loved what she does and you can tell her staff feel the same. They are so kind and they are wonderful with all the dogs. With a pup that has a lot of energy, A Dog’s Life has been an a absolute blessing. It’s a great feeling to drop her off and know she’s going to have a dog’s best day!

I should have known better than to pick the cheapest daycare in the area but all the good reviews had me hopeful. When I started taking Buddy earlier this year we had no issues. He’s a high energy boy but very dog/people friendly and has completed obedience class. One day a worker told me he was “a big problem” and “always causing fights to break out”. They assured me however that he was not aggressive, just “too playful.” This was the first I heard of any problem and it sounded like it was withheld from me for a while. The next time I picked him up a different worker told me he just has a problem with one dog that he’s “infatuated with”. I was getting 2 different stories. They suggested a trainer and socializing him at dog parks more. This didn’t sound like my dog, but I believed them and agreed to their suggestions. I continued to see no bad behavior when I took him to dog parks and the trainer I used also saw no problems and hinted that the workers just don’t know how to handle him and redirect him. A few weeks later I decided to bring him back. Within 1 hour of drop off I got a call I needed to pick him up now. They said “he’s playing too much” and the dogs he’s playing with are “not playful and are picky” I asked why he’s being punished for playing too much (is that not one of the main purposes of daycare?) and why it’s his fault these dogs aren’t playful. I wasn’t given a real answer but went to pick him up. When I got there I was not determined to argue, as I can’t prove to them what I know to be true, that’s he’s a good dog who would do well at any other daycare in town. I just asked if I would be refunded for the day as he was there for less than an hour. The owner Dawn said no because they “worked too hard in that hour” I then asked if they could just charge for a half day (per their policy this is a stay less than 5 hrs). They still said no. I was shocked. At this point they were just being spiteful. A few days later I did get a full refund so I don’t know why they acted so rude and unreasonable. I truly believe these workers are lazy and incapable of handling a high energy dog. I think Dawn is taking the side of the other dogs who’ve been there longer over my dog although he did nothing wrong. They apparently don’t have a way to separate high energy and low energy dogs and should be more upfront about their limitations at the beginning. They also don’t have cameras so who knows what is really going on there. I’m so glad my boy will never again have to step foot in a place where he is not loved or accepted. I would not recommend bringing your dog here.

My doodle and I love A Dog's Life. They were so accommodating when we moved to Cincy 3 months ago. I can tell they watch and take care of my baby and make sure he is happy when he stays with them. I get a report anytime I ask with details of what he has done and who he has played with - which I love!!! Our move was difficult for my pup and they made sure his transition was as smooth as possible. He now gets super excited anytime I tell him we are going. It's super clean and friendly and all the employees are friendly and inviting. We are so glad we found "A Dogs Life"!!!!

We love taking our baby here! It is very obvious the whole team loves and cares for our pup like she is one of their own! As soon as I walk in, Stella runs to whomever is working with such excitement!

There is no other place we would take our dogs! They love daycare and the employees really care about the experience every dog has. It is not the most beautiful of entries, but don’t let that fool you. Our girls have tried, nearly, every boarding and daycare facility on the east side. A Dog’s Life is the only place they forget about me and run in to.

I left my dog for boarding for the first time ever this week. This place was a great choice. Booking her was easy, and the girl was super sweet and genuine. It shows that they love dogs. And I could tell my girl had a good time when I picked her up! If I am ever back in an office, I will consider day care for sure and I wouldn't hesitate to board here again.

This is the best daycare! Dawn and her staff love the dogs and treat them like family. It is such a comfort knowing my dog is in good hands here. I also use them for boarding and haven't had a moment's worry leaving my dog overnight here.

Dawn and her staff are fantastic. We have run the gamut on dog daycares over the past decade and couldn't be happier with A Dogs Life. Our Bobo went to daycare there every Monday until his recent passing. We couldn't even mention the word "daycare" without him crying at the door, wanting to go be with his friends. We recommend them for both daycare and boarding. They took great care of our older girl who only did boarding there. We are so thankful for all of them and their sincere care for all the dogs!
