Bellevue petsitters are the only ones I trust with my weird little dogs. They really took the time to get to know me get to know my house and get to know the quirks and needs of my little chihuahuas. They've come out on short notice when there was a family death and I can't thank them enough. After interviewing and searching for a pet sitter for weeks I highly recommend paying at the extra few dollars to have the true professionals that are Bellevue pet sitters join your team and give peace if mind when you're away!

We used Bellevue Per Sitters while I was in the hospital having my first human baby. We loved getting feedback after every walk letting us know how our puppers was handling everything. Our dog walker gave a detailed report on her visits with our dog, including photos for each visit. She even vacuumed in preparation for us arriving home! When we got home, there was a card on our refrigerator congratulating us. We highly recommend Bellevue Pet Sitters.

Anna did a great job taking care of my fur baby, Garbo. My first experience with Bellevue Pet Sitters was for a two week vacation and I was a little nervous being gone for so long for the first time using this service. David, Elizabeth, and Anna provided great service and quickly earned my trust. Garbo loved Anna too! Thanks for worry free vacation!

My cat sitter, June did a great job!!! Overall I'm very impressed by this company and will absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. I was very impressed by the online profile they have you fill out in addition to the owner, David coming by to visit before you leave town. I wasn't nervous at all about leaving town. They are real professionals and have thought of every detail. And the daily updates (with pictures) were very sweet. Thank you David and June!

David does an amazing job with both our dog, Edison and cat, Mesa. He always makes sure to spend quality time with them, with lots of play and affection. He has fantastic communication and leaves daily updates on how the pets are doing and goes above and beyond with toys and treats. We have used Bellevue Pet Sitters extensively over the past two years and have been very happy with our decision to do so.

I have used Bellevue Pet Sitters for 2 years in a row when I had to travel out of state for 2 weeks and each time I was pleasantly surprised to see how well my kitties were taken care of by June. Everyday June sent me a pet journal and photos to let me know they are doing fine. The best part of it was coming back home to a clean home and happy babies. I would only trust Bellevue Pet Sitters with my four legged family.

Emma at Bellevue Pet Sitters took care of our cats when we went on vacation with daily house visits. I cannot recommend them enough! They were wonderful to work with, Emma sent us daily notes and pictures.

I had a wonderful experience with Bellevue Pet Sitters from the moment I called them. I felt that they cared about me and my sweet dog. I left my dog with Janice and she was beyond helpful and caring. I almost feel that when I returned that my dog wanted me to stay away longer since he had such a great experience. When we arrived home after our vacation everything at the house was in good order and the cats couldn't wait to play! Everything went swimmingly and I must say that my husband and I are very very happy with the Bellevue Pet Sitters care for our cats. This is the first vacation we've been able to go on without our male cat having a urinary tract infection when we got back (from stress). We definitely plan on using their service again. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

My Australian Cattle Dog is a regular at Arlingford. He's always so happy to go and play with the other animals and has bonded with the owners as well. They take great care of him and are very responsive when scheduling dates and drop-off/pick-up times. I have great peace of mind knowing that my dog is happy and well cared for while we are away.

Have used Arlingford for years and my dog absolutely loves staying with them. Exceptional care, great service, and our dog always comes back happy and healthy. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I took my 8month old Labrador Rottweiler mix puppy here while i went on a 4 night backpacking trip. Dane was there when I dropped off Roan, he had a calm and gentle demeanor and seemed to understand my dogs crazy antics. He clearly loves dogs and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with him. My dog had the best time, he loved running in their yard with the other dogs. When I picked him up he was running in the yard and didn't want to leave! He clearly had a great time, and is now so calm at home due to his doggy camp fun. I will book with them again and recommend them to any friend or family with a dog who enjoys other dogs company.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Danny and Dane. I boarded Charlie for his first time with them for 8 days and he had a blast! They sent me updates while I was away and took such great care of my boy. They were so flexible with my schedule and great to work with. When I picked Charlie up and loaded him in the back of the car he jumped out the driver's seat and ran back to the house to see Danny! If that's not a sign of a a joyful pup I don't know what is. :)

My dog stayed here last minute over a long weekend in May, 2020. We're new to town so we don't have any "usual" places - all the places near my apartment crate the dog all day long (one even makes you pay extra if you want your dog to use the bathroom outside of the crate!!!). Finding this place was such a gem. It was a nice 'home away from home' for my dog. He is pretty high energy, so I was surprised when he came home and went right to sleep! He obviously had a great time.

Danny and Dane did a great job boarding my mixed breed pup over a last-minute weekend. She's not the easiest sometimes (I've had her professionally trained but that doesn't stop her) and they called me for not a single problem with her the whole 4 days. 10/10 very professional, hospitable gentlemen who run a tight ship!

We had a great experience with Arlingford Dog Boarding and highly recommend them. It's so nice to have a locally-owned, family-run business that is doing a wonderful job. Danny cares deeply about his work and it shows. Talking with him it is clear that he is very knowledgeable about dogs and dog behavior. Our 9 year old Chihuahua is quite nervous, especially meeting new people and other dogs. Under Danny & Dane's care she did great - she even had another Chihuahua friend to hang out with while she was there! The logistics side of things was very easy -- Danny has clear, prompt and professional communication. He was very accommodating of our last minute, unexpected needs and just really went above and beyond. Thank you, Arlingford Dog Boarding!

Arlingford Dog Boarding is far less like taking your dog to be boarded, and far more like leaving them with a trusted friend. They are in a home, they are played with, and they have lots of new friends to socialize with. All up it was an excellent experience for my dogs and I highly recommend their services!

We have a medium breed dog and wished we had known about Arlingford Boarding earlier! Arlingford Boarding is a super fun completely cage free place for our dog to spend time while we are away, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for him to romp around and make friends. Marley seems to always have a very good time here. He is always in very good spirit, happy and relaxed when we meet him at pickup, shows no sign of stress or anxiety and behaves as his normal self when back home after several days of boarding. We are truly grateful to Danny and Dane for taking such good care of him while we are away and for making his staying comfortable and fun. We have returned here since we discovered them and will be bringing Marley again in the future. Truly recommend them!

Danny and Wes are amazing people. We've left our 7 month old aussie with them a couple of times. Initially, we were nervous about leaving him in a cage-free environment, especially with bigger dogs around. But, our guy had a blast and wasn't ready to come back home when we went to pick him. Absolutely recommend this place to whoever is looking for a dog boarding facility and want to have a worry free vacation.

Axton is the best. Our dog, Sugar, was very skittish around other dogs after an unfortunate experience with an aggressive dog. I found out about Axton through my neighbor and saw how great he was with their dog. Axton bonded with Sugar immediately and helped her adjust to being around other dogs. She gets great exercise and supervised time with other dogs with Axton. I trust him implicitly and would highly recommend him.

Axton has cared for our pets for over two year now. One of our elderly dogs had medical needs and Axton jumped right in and loved and cared for our dog as if it was his own. Most pet caretakers we interviewed were hesitant to help us due to the medical experience needed so we appreciated Axton’s ability to jump right in. Since then he’s cared for our cat Fred and always sends text message updates along with photos. While on vacation we’ve always enjoyed the photos as he has a gift for capturing our pets personality in a photo. While we miss our cat when away, Axton takes such good care of him we never worry.

I have absolutely nothing but rave reviews for Axton! He is thoughtful, professional, punctual, and adores animals. He goes above and beyond for his clients and he’s the perfect person to watch your pet! I have two cats, Bear and Owen, who love him and I always rest easy knowing they are well taken care of when I’m gone.

Axton is always great, making sure our kittens are taken care off when we are out off town, even on short notice. We especially love the combination of photoset and written summary after each visit.

Axton Burton fostered (I say fostered because it is what it was) my cat a couple years ago. At some point he decided he was a better suited owner and cut me off. Eventually after enough harassment Axton got a restraining order against me. I am having the BBB investigate. When I found Axton's living situation I found he lived in a 200-300sq ft studio/loft and has at least 4 cats, 6 to 8 rats, and a dog (not including Axton and his partner). Two litter boxes per that many cats is terrible conditions not to mention how many animals are living in that small environment. I will continue to spread the word about the business Axton is running. This is not the first time I have seen Axton try and steal someone else's animal.

We love having Axton visit and take Simmon on adventures. Axton is dependable, loving, and overall awesome and he send daily status reports and amazing pictures of your pet! Most importantly, Simmon adores Axton and all the adventures they go on!

I don’t know what I would do without Axton! I never have to worry about my dog, Bella while I am at work or on vacation! I don’t trust many people taking care of Bella except family and Axton. He keeps her active on doggie park days and one on one walks/play while I am at work. Plus Bella loves him!!!!!

We traveled for a week and knew our cat was in good hands! Axton was attentive to details, punctual and great in communicating with us. We highly recommend!

Bad customer service and the employees are extremely rude - do not come here. I booked Dog Yoga at Pickles in Issaquah but it was canceled when I showed up. I was redirected to an employee at the Redmond location when I called to try and understand what was going on. When I said I couldn’t make the new time and asked for a refund, the employee at this location said “I didn’t invite you” and hung up on me. First of all this is such a weird thing to say. You had this as a public event. Secondly, this is such an immature and incompetent way to handle the situation. Overall such a bad experience.

We've been taking our dog to Pickles regularly since she was 3 months old. It's the only place we trust and enjoy bringing her to that we drive in traffic for about 40mins just to drop her off. Most dogs would come home dirty and smelly from daycare, but Lia doesn't and she's always knocked out tired after a day there. They do more than just the bare minimum of keeping your dog occupied in daycare, but also make sure they are taught good manners during their stay and they share good information and tips to owners. They offer a lot of options like grooming, barkery, training during their stay, and a lot more fun stuff for your pup! I could go on and on for all the things we appreciate/love about this place but I'll end it here. We're very excited for Lia to celebrate her first birthday at her favorite place with all of her friends!

Our dogs LOVE going to Pickles for daycare! The staff does an amazing job at listening to requests for behavior learning, and our pups always come home tired and happy!

I’ve been taking Uber to Pickles ever since she was a wee pup. Now Uber is 2 years old, we only stopped going because we moved away from Redmond. Really wish we had a Pickles in Seattle! I love that they have a schedule during daycare. There are times during pickup where the lights are off, the structured downtime definitely helped Uber relax at home too. They host cute events like movie time and massage days. I opted into nail and bath services frequently, and she always comes home looking great. Never smells like dog either. Note that they don’t do daycare on Saturdays and Sundays, but I believe they do board. Uber always comes home happy and tired, and I can tell that the staff genuinely enjoyed her presence as well. We’ll miss Pickles, it’s a great daycare.

We were really excited to have our dog be at a place that we thought we trusted. We are extremely disappointed with their negligence to our dog and his “care”. It was our dogs first day today out of the three daycare days we planned. While dropping him off I gave verbal and simple instructions explaining that in the bag that I handed the staff member had my dog’s food and bowl and to give 1/4 of it to him. I also wrote instructions on paper just so they have it. It’s really simple. My dog doesn’t eat breakfast/lunch until 12:30 pm because that’s how he is. So going in he didn’t have anything to eat. When I picked my dog up after 8 hours the lady handed me his bag, but not his food. She handed it to me when I asked (it was almost as if they were trying to hide their evidence that they didn’t feed him) When I asked for it, his food package was UNOPENED and room temperature meaning they didn’t even refrigerate his food per the instructions. My dog went ALL DAY…. AGAIN…. ALL DAY without eating food. The last time he had food was dinner last night. The bare minimum is to FEED THE DOG. I heard the excuse of “I’m sorry” and “we forgot” from staff members….. I get it can probably get crazy with all the dogs, but feeding is essential…. Now I have to stress about finding a new place for tomorrow in a short amount of time because I will not return. Edit: The owner Nikki Johnson came into my work and harassed me in front of my coworkers (I work at that mall) It was extremely inappropriate, weird, and unprofessional. All because I went in with my coworker and asked for an email politely because I didn’t hear back from the general manager when they said they would call me!!!

For a while we used to groom our dog here, until the Redmond branch manager hung up the phone on us, upon expressing some frustration after several occasions of Pickle’s pushing out appointments last minute. Attempts to escalate to the owner haven’t been responded by her. This is one of those places where it is their way or the highway. Zero respect for customers. Seinfeld’s ‘Soup Nazi’ style. I expect no response or one of not taking any responsibility, and explaining why they are right.

Very friendly and efficient! We had two big fluffy 45+lb dogs groomed, nails clipped, and teeth cleaned in under 3 hours. The dogs were very relaxed and have never felt softer! I look forward to exploring the other services they provide such as dog training and boarding!

Super happy with Pickles and feel it's worth the $. It's boujee and the attention they give our doggies can't be beat. I like how they work manners as well as understand the individual nature of each dog. Everything is very clean and well stocked. I just wish they could have an outdoor play area without being on a walk/leashed but I suppose spaces like that are hard to find for businesses.

Pickles in Issaquah is absolutely amazing for our frenchie. They are so kind about making sure that she stays safe and happy. She almost jumps out of the car whenever we arrive. It is clean and the people live on her like we do!

We have two dogs that go to pickles Playland, trained by Nikki, and of course get to play with Pickles (big star for sure). It is just comforting to know that their staff will treat your babies like their own. I just wanna say thanks to Pickles Playland for taking care of my babies and walking along with us as we become better paw parent.

When we first contacted Pete he was super responsive and he was able to take King on July 4th weekend for boarding. As we did our research we realized this wasn’t a commercial place where they have a large amount of dogs which we really wanted for King We told him he had separation anxiety and said it wouldn’t be a problem. We also received updates from him throughout the day. Pete’s accommodation for late pick up was greatly appreciated since we were held up from our drive on the way to get him. Upon arrival, King looked super happy to see us, looked well rested and fine. Pete said he was a perfect dog and we really appreciate his words! We’ll definitely have Pete take care King for boarding and day care if needed. Thank you Pete!

Pete was an enormous help to us when I was having my baby. He was willing to have a flexible drop off time, and he even said that he would leave his phone on in case the baby came in the middle of the night. When it was time, my dog (who had never met him) instantly liked him and was happy to be left at his house. Pete sent pictures of my dog having a nice time, and seemed genuinely happy to have my dog stay with him. He even gave my dog a toy to take home with us! Pete's services were above and beyond what I was expecting, he treated us like friends even though we were strangers. I am so happy we found him, and I would absolutely recommend him!

We needed a place for our reactive dog to stay for the day while went for a hike on a trail with many other dogs. Pete was responsive & communicative and sent us many photos of our dog. Thank you so much!!

Pete does a good job at reasonable price. Very reliable and consistent. Plus allows late pickup which is useful for travelers like me.

Such an amazing and stress free experience! We were expecting and didn’t really know how to plan for dog boarding. When I called to inquiry, I was met with ease free info and assurance that they’ll work with us and completely understand. We have two bulldogs, and when we picked them up they were both in good spirits. One of our dogs is a lot to handle. They seemed to have no issues and were very understanding. So grateful for Seattle Dog Boarding and allowing us to focus on welcoming a new baby girl while our dogs were in good hands!

Absolutely the most inhumane and unprofessional doggy daycare. Lets just say we didn’t end up leaving our dog at Seattle Dog Boarding but they charged us for the entire booking. So be forewarned… They make you pay upfront with no tour of the facility; which hindsight all makes sense as if you saw the rundown house and the folks that live there you wouldn’t leave your dog there either. Pete wasn’t there when we showed up to drop off our dog. No one answered the door, so we called Pete hoping we were at the wrong location. He had to call a “roommate” to come to the door. By that time, we already decided that we weren’t going to leave our dog there and politely asked for our money back. The roommate said we needed to handle with Pete who finally texted us and said there are no refunds but we could book for another time. I can see Pete asking for us to pay for the first day and reimbursing us the remaining amount but no he outright refused.

So happy we found Pete and Seattle Dog Boarding to take care of our huge 7 month old puppy and our 15 year old dog. They are at such different stages in life and I never thought I would find someone to handle both of their needs. We just returned from a 10 day trip and both dogs were so well cared for and came home happy and healthy. The senior dog had space to chill and relax and the puppy had a blast playing with other dogs. Thanks you Pete and everyone at Seattle Dog Boarding for taking such great care of Cleo and Bear!

Worst doggy daycare experience of my life. Incredibly unprofessional and not to mention expensive, as a single day of daycare is $69 (which they make you pay up front with no tour of the "facility", which is just a rundown house). In addition, they don't make you provide proof of vaccinations. I dropped my dog off at the house. Pete wasn't there when I dropped her off, but his roommate was. This man didn't look like he should be around dogs. These dogs are our children, so if a man can't take care of himself then I'm not sure how I can trust him to take care of my dog. Incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. I knew in my gut something was off, so I returned 10 minutes later...she was alone in a house full of larger dogs she had never met before. There was zero staff inside. I had to call Pete so that he could find someone to return my dog to me. I waited 10 minutes for a "roommate" to emerge from behind the house took my dog and left immediately. This is an INCREDIBLY SHADEY place. It's dirty, disgusting, and probably a front.

They had my 1 1/2 year old Yellow Lab for six days and took excellent care of her. She is a hand full and a very busy girl. They keep her busy, they played with her and took her for daily walks. They even sent me pictures of her playing with other dogs in the program. I think they are great and I can fully recommend Seattle Dog Boarding as a good place to board your dog!

Our dog spent a night at Pete's house during a quick trip to Seattle where our regular boarding options back home weren't going to work out. Pete was very accommodating and our dog had a great time and made buddies with the other dogs. We would use Seattle Dog Boarding again.

I'm a Pickles fan until I die! The thoughtfulness of the Playland experience from the ID cards to the lobby always smelling like lavender is unmatched for dog daycares in the area. It's also clear that the staff is invested in creating a safe environment for dogs. My sweet baby girl is 5lbs and used to be terrified of other dogs and would nip if they got too close. Now, she's confident enough to spend time around my 60lb husky without barking or shaking. I'm also glad Pickles has expanded their training services for large dogs! My rescue husky and I attended Canine Good Citizen classes and the five weeks we spent training helped me to understand him on a deeper level. The owner is so knowledgable in dog psychology and behavior and has helped my relationship with my husky tremendously. It took some time, but now I'm confident he won't run away if I drop the leash. I can't recommend Pickles enough!

All I can say is that my dog leads a much more posh life than I do. She is absolutely loved, spoiled & cared for at Pickle's Playland. I am so happy with the experience we have had there. My dog Ava looks forward to daycare & wags her tail every time I tell her we are going there. Pickles is a lot more like a home environment than a dog day care. It is so clean, always smells nice, and has real couches and dog beds for the dogs to hang out on. Humans are always with the dogs and they take pictures and post them so you can see your dog every day. They even have birthday parties for the dogs! Pickles also offers bathing & spa services which are awesome to take advantage of. I love sending Ava to daycare and having her come back clean & beautiful. Finally, Pickles offers free transport to and from daycare. This has made a world of a difference for me as I work and do after work sports. I love Pickles & am so happy to have found them for Ava.

Pickles Playland is my chihuahua's most favorite place in the world. She gets so excited when she realizes we're driving to Pickles Playland that I swear she's going to fly one of these days from all that turbo speed tail wagging. As a chihuahua owner, one of the things I value the most is the peace of mind that having a well-socialized/educated dog brings. Since my little princess started attending Pickles Playland regularly, I could see an improvement in her confidence around other humans and dogs, better command compliance, and increased happiness derived from properly burnt excess energy.

My two poos Phil and Penny absolutely LOVE coming to Pickles Playland Kirkland! They have themed days such as Movie Mondays, Snoozefest Wednesdays, and Sundae Socials Thursdays so there’s always something fun on the agenda to keep my furkids busy and stimulated! They love all the attention they get from the coaches and come home happy and exhausted! I know they’re in wonderful, caring hands when I leave them for boarding as well. It’s the only place where they have bed sleeping (just like at home) rather than kennels. We love Pickles Playland Kirkland!!

We love Pickles Playland in Kirkland! We appreciate that they keep Kevin so well groomed and he loves his day at the Playland with all the other doggies. Kevin comes home from his hair appt feeling better, (smelling better!) much cooler without all the fur, and with a smile on his face because he knows he looks so handsome! I didn't appreciate the lecture on training my dog when I didn't ask. Would have been nice to be greeted and told someone else wasn't happy with my dog's behavior vs just blurting out in front of other visitors how to train my dog. Also, please fix your website it is confusing. Update: Got a response, and the owner decides to close my account without asking. 😕

Pickles Playland is awesome! I take my small dog on the weekends so he can socialize with other dogs and I can socialize with other humans. They serve adult beverages on the weekends and only those 21+ are allowed. I love having an adult-only spot where my dog and I can come relax. It is reassuring that all the dogs there have been vaccinated and have passed a behavior test! They also schedule a variety of activities on weekends. I have participated in wine tasting and Grinch pictures. I also got 10 gifts wrapped for free before Christmas! I have used the daycare during the week for my mom's puppy. He is full of energy and loves to play. He has so much fun playing with the other pups! Nikki and the staff are great! They are friendly, helpful and love the dogs! Pickles Playland has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is very clean and makes you feel at ease that your dog will be well cared for. I support and recommend Pickles Playland 100%!

My beagle Sonny has been going to Pickles in Kirkand twice a week for about a year and a half now. The staff are incredible and take such good care of the dogs and they are so nice. Sonny loves going there and it completely knocks him out when he gets home, which is the whole reason we started going to burn off some of his energy. They have themed parties for just about every holiday you can think of and I love getting the printed photos to take home. I can’t recommend Pickles enough if you’re in need of daycare services for your dog! Oh and we also did the training sessions with Nikki and those were great as well! You really can’t go wrong with Pickles

The employees of dogtopia Redmond/Bellevue are hard working, passionate people who love your dog like you do. That’s as far as the positives go. The management is disorganized, non communicative, and biased. Owner and manager frequently understaff both locations and expect the faculty to run safely and cleanly. Multiple coaches and dog injuries occurred during my time at dogtopia and not once did the owner reach out the injured party and or try to address the situation with her staff. There are multiple employees that have never met your dog or been in a room with them nor do they have the ability to because they are AFRAID of dogs. This is a dangerous and discriminatory business. Future applicants, look elsewhere, pet parents go somewhere else. I’m sure the owner will feel the need to respond or have this removed, bless her heart.

I LOVE Dogtopia of Redmond! Allison and her staff are so professional, genuine, and kind to me and my pupper. There is no better place than here. 💫 The facility is so clean and my dog is so cared for, I couldn't be happier. Thank you team so, so much!! ~Rachel and Princess Tano 🐾

Dogtopia is great! My dog has been going to daycare there 3x per week for about 5 years . I never have to worry about his happiness or safety when he is there for the day, or even when he is boarding!

Very well designed indoor dog facility. Allison referred to the pets as babies and her passion is infectious. The facility offers pet parents a peace of mind with their cool app where we can live stream their play. We are very very happy pet parents!

Dogtopia’s Redmond location is a coveted canine daycare spot for a good reason. I recently moved to the Eastside and as I work onsite, I can peacefully drop off my boy here knowing he is in very good hands. All staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate and care for Shiro. And I know this continues through after I’m gone as my boy LOVES greeting them, and has warmed up to them in an amazingly short span of time. The structured care with lunch and nap time has helped regulate my boy even at home. I’m very happy with the service and care provide by the spectacular staff here.

The staff are nice and my pup is always happy to go! They are also very communicative if they see anything wrong or suspect your dog might need to see the vet.

I have been a satisfied customer of Dogtopia for almost three years now. Their services for Noah's Daycare, Boarding, and Spa treatment have been exceptional. Noah adores the staff and lights up with joy every time he sees them. The only drawback is that the garage pick-up/drop-off may take a few extra minutes, so keep that in mind if you're on your way to work in the morning. Apart from that, I strongly recommend Dogtopia to all pet owners. They provide excellent care for your furry friend and shower them with extra love and attention.

Our family loves this place, so does Ollie. He wouldn’t stop wagging his tail as we turn to enter the basement for dropping off and jumps out as soon as we park, doesn’t turn around afterwards… not even a good bye. My dog would rate Dogtopia 5/5 stars, so I will too. Every time I drop him off he trots happily inside, which makes me feel confident that he's being taken care of while he's there. I also love being able to watch him on the webcam throughout the day. I enjoy the ease of curbside drop off and pick up, as well as the ease of using the app to schedule appointments. In addition to daycare, my dog has had baths and nail trims at Dogtopia which is very convenient, and has boarded there for a few days while I've traveled. All of those experiences have been good as well. I definitely recommend Dogtopia Redmond.

Our dog has been with Jessica on multiple occasions now from boarding and also training. She’s so sweet with them and takes them on all sorts of fun adventures! Our pup’s a bit dog and human reactive, but Jessica has been nothing but understanding and helping her get over her anxious tendencies. She is also great and teaches us how to handle and continue training our dog to be calmer. We love getting the updates and seeing our puppy run around with the other dogs and look so happy. Jessica is an absolute joy to work, super understanding, and our dog now wiggles her little tail whenever we drop her off. Cannot recommend her enough!

Jessica is a joy to work with and has exceeded all expectations. My 3 year old GSD blue heeler mix rescue was challenging and exhausting. He was anxious, stubborn, and extremely dog reactive. We went through four other trainers with zero results. When we met Jessica for the first time, she spent over an hour with us observing his behavior and talking about our challenges and goals. I could already tell by her handling skills that she was the real deal. We decided to move forward with a three week board and train. By the end of his stay, he was able to be off leash with one of her dogs! Through our continued work with Jessica, my guy has become more confident and life with him is so much easier and enjoyable.

Our first visit with Jessica was about 90 minutes. She met Teddy, our 4-year-old Golden Doodle, and observed him as we discussed our goals for the training. Jessica put together a 10-day program tailored to his (and our) needs. She kept us aware of his progress with videos and phone calls throughout his stay. On the final day, we had a 60-minutes training session where Jessica gave us the information we needed to continue the improvement he had made. Sent our 5 month old puppy to a 10 day board and train program with Jessica at MDI and had a wonderful experience. Being our first dog, we knew that getting a strong foundation of good behavior was important. We got updates every 24-48 hours, and our pup came home with the baseline that we could reinforced. We appreciate Jessica and will certainly use her again.

As a disappointed and disgusted pet owner, I recommend you take your dog anywhere else. There's a reason why local places have wait lists. I dropped my dog off here on Monday. They were understaffed, and my dog was returned from Jax Dog Drop Redmond in the most digusting state I could imagine. What and why?! I've taken my dog here for the past ~year, since he was a puppy. I chose Jax over others because of the location and easy drop in for 1/2 days. Things were fine at first, but sometimes he would come back from daycare very wet and smelly. It wasn't consistent, he's a playful puppy, but nevertheless it's not ideal to get back a dog that needs a bath ASAP, and we talked to management about it. Easy enough. He eventually kept returning to us so dirty that one day he had a skin reaction after getting particularly wet and dirty at Jax Dog Drop. He was suddenly covered in sores! He was only exposed to our home, neighborhood, and this facility. He went to an ER veterinarian and they couldn't pinpoint what the cause was, but he only gets wet and dirty on his back at this daycare, where the sores were. We spoke with management and took a hiatus from letting our dog go there. He hasn't had skin issues before or since. We recently tried coming back. We would give him a bath within a ~day of going to Jax, to avoid any potential skin issues, as per the veterinarian. After a few trips of our dog returning home dry and normal, which is what I think a reasonable customer would expect, they have again enabled him to get wet and very dirty. This week he was so disgusting. We are mortified. He was not clean enough to come inside our home, on carpet or near furniture. He has needed more than 1 bath to recover from ~8 hours at Jax. Management has not returned our calls or email. I have no idea what kind of supervision he was under. Was he not watched, or did the staff just allow things with no interference?? Either of which are grossly unacceptable. There is no excuse for the condition they gave him to us in, and their lack of professionalism is concerning. I am relieved he was never boarded at Jax Dog Drop Redmond.

I loved taking my Ted bear here. It was great to let him play and socialize with other dogs and new people. I took him in recently and was helped by one of the ladies named Alicia R. She was extremely helpful and I was happy my fur baby was in good hands. Teddy was so excited to play that he looked like this after we got home 😂😂 I definitely recommend Jax.

We love Jax Dog Drop! Our dog is always so excited when we drop him off, and the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and show their genuine love for the dogs. And the pictures they post online of the dogs playing are always fun too!

Jax Dog Drop is our dog Dijkstra's home away from home! He absolutely loses his mind with excitement the moment I say the word "Jax." The staff are always so friendly and welcoming – Riley's morning greeting of "Here comes the Arctic Squirrel!" always makes us smile. Mika is Dijkstra's BFF and gives us the best updates on his day. It's clear they really care and we love hearing about all his adventures. Jax is the best!

I have been bringing my young Rottweiler here for a week now and I couldn't be happier! They sent me the cutest photo of her with her stick that she was allowed to bring into the daycare (she found it on the walk on the way to daycare lol). My Rottie is about to be 2 years old and in the last month she has had more energy than she's ever had and two long rounds at the huge Marymoor dog park nearby has not been enough (she fetches, swims and plays with other dogs) so I finally caved and took her to this daycare. She sleeps SO much better now. She is tired all day after a daycare session and everyone that works here loves her and is so sweet to her. She was shy at first and now gets so excited to come to the daycare. This place has been such a nice addition to my usual doggie walk routine. Thank you guys! Pros: -Always has dogs to play -Staff is there to play with the dogs as well -FREE initial meet & greet (free daycare basically!) for 4 hours to make sure your dog is a good fit. They do a slow introduction to not overwhelm your dog and you can see them in the video cameras to feel comfortable. -Staff is very friendly -Fair pricing -All dogs are fully vaccinated Cons: -None!!

I was impressed with the way they handled his trial day, and how they slowly introduced him to the existing pack. Jax Dog Drop in Redmond takes such good care of my dog, Kubi. I love bringing him here because the whole staff is always so happy to see him and knows him by name! He is definitely a crazy goofball, but he is always so excited to see his friends at daycare. Kubi is always so tired when coming home that I know he had a blast at daycare and even playing in the pools they bring out. Another thing I love about Jax is the continuously flowing communication even when something minor happens, they are always on top of it. The Instagram pictures are always so fun to look at! I 100% recommend this place for daycare and even boarding, they truly care about the dog’s health, wellbeing and happiness. Their self-wash facility is always so clean and very easy to use! If you're looking for someone to check on your pets while your away on trips for even weeks at a time, this is the company for you. This allows your pet to stay home instead of sitting in an uncomfortable kennel and is less expensive. ** Another year and many trips later, Rob still handles all of our pet sitting with not a single issue. *** It's been 4 years now, with multiple trips of around 2 weeks each year. There has Never been any incidents and the security of knowing that someone with Rob's reputation is checking on our cat and also looking at the house each day is a great feeling. Rob has been taking care of our cats for over five years now. He's been fantastic--very reliable, professional, thorough. He always leaves a detailed note for us after his final visit. He's the first cat sitter I've ever had who follows up if he doesn't hear back from me in a timely fashion after we get home! That reassures me that someone will check on our fur babies if something delays our return. And he's good about feeding my son's new fish. I can't recommend him and his team enough!

Rob and his associates are very professional. They have watched our guinea pigs several times while we are on vacation - sometimes as long as two weeks. They are careful to make sure they have everything they need dietary wise, that their cage is kept clean, and are also very respectful of the house. We always return home to a clean and tidy house, all packages and mail brought in from outside, and I know they’re willing to water plants as well. All of this together allows us to really relax on our vacations because we know someone competent is taking care of all the things that are precious to us back home. A big thanks to Rob and Colleen who have befriended our piggies. :) We will be calling again and recommend you do too!

I've been using Windance's services for over 10 years and they always do a great job. I know that my animals will be loved and cared for by Rob and his staff's when I travel. They always leave a note on the last day for you to read when you get home and let you know how things went. I would absolutely recommend their service!

Rob has pet/house sat for us for approximately 15 years. We have found him to be very reliable and honest. We have found him to be very trustworthy and capable of taking care of all our dogs over the years. He has taken care of them from the puppy years through the waning years. When we traveled out of country and are dogs were sick, he made sure they went to all their visits to the veterinarian. He is very good in gathering all the information needed to take care of your pet while you are away. It is comforting to know your dog is in good hands when you travel. We recommend him very highly.
