We are thrilled with Audrey. She is reliable and trustworthy. We have one indoor cat, one outdoor cat (who vanishes when we travel), fish and plants. All are always well taken care of, giving us great peace of mind. Audrey does not hesitate to contact you if she has a concern. We had a bad cat fight during our last trip (Feb.). Audrey found blood and fur on the snow on the deck and was worried about our outdoor cat. Fortunately our security cameras captured the fight and our cat was not involved. We were able to share the videos with Audrey so she could also have peace of mind. Our outdoor cat showed up a day after our return looking no worse for wear.

We're so glad we discovered Happy Paws last year. Audrey took great care of our 13-year-old cat while we took a few week-long trips during the summer. Audrey texted updates & photos so we always had peace of mind, especially since Curtis the cat is very social & gets anxious when no one's around. While he doesn't currently have health problems it's good to know she can monitor him when we can't. And based on reviews from her other clients I'm confident she'll handle any such health issues should they arise while she checks on Curtis during our upcoming trips.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Happy Paws. We utilized their services to help with our elderly cat while we went away for Christmas. Our cat required medications (topical, specialized feedings and oral syringe) twice a day and Audrey was not only reliable and dependable with delivering the meds, but she also sent us some updates with texts and pictures. Audrey was very thorough and attentive from the initial interview throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Happy Paws for your pet sitter needs.

Audrey took fantastic care of our three cats while we were away for a week. She truly loves animals and it shows. By the time we came back, the cats were happy to see us but not desperate to see us - the true sign of a well-cared for cat. We will hire her whenever we are away.

When I met Audrey I was so relieved to find a pet sitter who I could trust with my fur babies. I was disappointed with all the kennels we had tried and was looking for a safer stress free option for my Goldendoodle and Siamese cat. Audrey has been our only pet sitter now for a year and a half. Audrey is great and easy to reach . I enjoy seeing photos or videos of my pets on Audrey's Facebook page. She has also watered my plants and shipped a package to us that we needed. I highly recommend Audrey for your pet sitting needs!

I'm so thankful that I have Audrey to check in on my dog Elvis !! Audrey is visiting Elvis several days/week and she is so patient with him. Elvis is a senior dog that is blind so he can't be rushed while outside or to do anything really, except eating of course :) Audrey is excellent with him and 100% reliable. Audrey is also very good at communicating if there is anything I need to know. Can't recommend her enough to anybody in need of a reliable and very caring dog walker or pet sitter.

I have zero complaints when it comes to Happy Paws Pet Care. Audrey goes above and beyond to meet her customers needs, whether that customer has two feet or four paws. My husband and I are extremely grateful to have Audrey check in on Tsavo and Chloe when we are away from home for long periods of time. Bolton Kennels is an excellent place to bring your pets. We have used them multiple times and they treat our dogs very well. On their last visit, the dogs got into it with each other (they were staying together) and one had to make a trip to the pet emergency room. The team at Bolton Kennel handled it very well, kept in contact with us and made sure both dogs were well taken care of. They are our go to for boarding.

Prior to our dogs staying at the kennel,we were able to tour the facility. It was the dogs 1st time going to a kennel,Bolton kennel was the only place that would let us see where the dogs were staying, the staff working there are very caring. Jillian makes you feel at ease and is very reassuring, her and the other staff took great care of dogs! We will definitely use them again

Just wanted to write a quick review of how great the service is! Brought my two huskies in for a bath, de-shed, and nail trim. As you know, summer and huskies means lots and lots of hair! Foxy pups were amazing with my two dogs, very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I was just calling around to inquire about last minute boarding which I knew was most likely not going to work. Unfortunately, The person that I spoke with on the phone cut me off when I told her the dates and was just saying “no, no, no, we don’t have any openings” after I said thank you she immediately hung up. I like to leave my animals with people who are empathetic and show that to the dog owners as well as dogs. Unfortunately not a good experience I’ve had so far.

I always feel relieved knowing my dogs are in the care of Bolton Kennels. Leaving your dogs for any period of time can be stressful but with Bolton Kennels I know my dogs are safe, secure and loved. I even get to see pics of my guys on Facebook when I am away and they are quick to respond to my messages when I want to check in. I have been a customer for many years.

The staff here are incredibly loving and caring. They treat each pet boarded as their own. Our own pup enoys her stay and we are never worried when we need to leave town. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication to our pet!

The best groomer in the area. Always takes great care of my dog and leaves her looking amazing. She truly cares about the animals and ensures they're pampered all day. Even puts on a bandana after to ensure my dog is styling.

Sadly, our old dog died there under their care. They couldn't have been more sensitive or loving. This is the most humane kennel I've ever used. If she had to die anywhere else and not at home, I'm thankful it was here.

My boys have been cared for by Olivia for almost two years now! I can't speak highly enough about her. She takes her job seriously, is responsible, walks in whatever weather is thrown at her, and always has a smile on her face. She has great control of both dogs when she's walking and I never worry when they are with her. My big guy has been on a weight loss journey, 😂, and thanks in part to Olivia, he's lost over 20 lbs!! My little boy is a rescue and takes some time to adjust, but let me tell you, he warmed up immediately to her. She shows nothing but love. When Olivia shows up, all I have to say is, "Boys, your girlfriend is here." They fly to the door and cover her in kisses. Highly recommend! Give her a try and tell her Thunder sent you!

Baywood is the best kennel I’ve brought my dogs to! 100% would recommend!

We moved from RI to CT a year and a half ago. The first week we were here, we needed to board our Miniature Schnauzer because we were going on a business trip to NY. I researched kennels in the area and came across Baywood. The reviews were positive, so I decided to give them a try. We placed our dog with them for 3 days and were very satisfied with the service! They have a very caring staff. And then we found out that they have a dog grooming service too. We brought her to be groomed and were very pleased with their work as well as the price! I highly recommend Baywood Kennels for boarding and grooming. Brendon is awesome and you feel confident that you’re leaving your fur baby in good hands!

Our doggy, Waggs, loves Baywood! They have great options for daycare, overnights and bathing! Wish the humans were allowed inside to see them play BUT our girl always comes home clean and happy! Highly recommend. 💗 …

Our dog has been going to Baywood for all of her 8 years of life. Sometimes she goes for playdates, and even boards there. The owner and his staff are beyond amazing -- I consider them all "pet whisperers." Your dog or cat will be in good hands, get appropriate exercise, socialization and care. You will not be disappointed! I recommend them completely and without reservation. Here is a fun picture of our Suka "striking a pose."

Appears to be a dangerous place for dogs. The three bite rule seems to be in effect here. That means your puppy will be used for chewing on by other dogs three times before they will ask you to take your chewed up dog and not return. Supervision of the dogs appears to be lacking as does supervision and training of staff. Consider more than how easy it is to drop your buddy off.

My dog is very hard to handle, a bit aggressive and a stubborn breed. I've had him for 6 years and never left him with anyone. I had to go to Italy for a family emergency and needed to board my 10 year old jindo. I was very nervous. I was gone for 27 days and Baywood kennels kept me updated on his progress and made me feel totally comfortable. The staff and Brandon really love dogs and I can see that clearly, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'm very happy with Baywood kennels. Thank you so much for your help.

Baywood, more like BayWOW is this place amazing! My pup has been going to Baywood for daycare and he loves it. I can feel relaxed knowing he's being very well cared for and I get to pick up a tired happy dog at the end of the day. Highly recommend for any dog parent who needs a place that's cares for your dog as well as you would.

We have an almost 20 year old cat and they were so good to him. Medicine 2x a day, snacks and special food all handled with no special charges. Very kind people and easy to make appointment. Very reasonable overnight stay rates.

If you’re anxious about taking your baby (cat) for grooming - then Happy Cat Hotel is the only place to go! Everyone that works there loves their job and loves cats. It’s a very calming environment, and they will put you at ease from the minute you make the appointment through and during your consultation before your cat is groomed. My cat, Miss Kitty, usually only stays around people she knows and is kind of a scaredy-cat. I took her there in July because she’s a very long haired cat and her hair was matted to her skin and she would just lay under the bed - moving every few minutes because she was so uncomfortable. Stephanie did a great job giving her a lions cut haircut - she looks totally adorable! Every day after her haircut, she’s been more active, playful and she has come out from under the bed!!! I can’t say enough good things about the happy cat hotel and all the staff in Windsor, Connecticut. Her personality has changed so much and it’s so heartwarming to see her playing and jumping around - she’s gotten quite sassy now🐈‍⬛, strutting around, which is cute to see. Do not hesitate to take you kitty there! 🥰

When we adopted our shelter cat, she had full body mats and we knew it was a job for a true professional. I looked up master cat groomers in CT (very short list) and brought her in to Happy Cat. They did a wonderful job and now we make her lion cut a yearly event because she benefits so much from it. She doesn’t stop purring for weeks! She feels so amazing, I don’t get bopped if I pet her for too long. Which is good because the buzz-cut velvety fur is an addictive sensation lol. Always impressed with Happy Cat! Thanks y’all!

I cannot speak to the boarding experience, but I can speak to my cat's grooming experience—more accurately, this is my mom's cat, one of two that she's had for going on 13 years. She's a mix of things, but she's definitely long-haired, and we've always struggled to maintain her coat. She hates brushing, and it became a cycle of vet visit, bloodwork, anesthesia for a lion cut because she would get covered in mats everywhere. She hated the vet and she hated being groomed at the vet even more, and at some point we bought a trimmer to try grooming her at home, but she never let us get close to her belly or tail. I mentioned to the vet staff that this was becoming really stressful for the cat as she was getting older, and she was always cold after lion cuts, and they recommended me here. My mom's cat is still more mild-mannered than my own, but I'm honestly surprised with how well she handles coming here. She's been groomed three times now and we can TELL she feels more comfortable at home. She's no longer lounging around with matted clumps of fur all over her, she's playful, she enjoys being touched and petted and scratched. We no longer have to put her under just to give her a full body cut anymore—her groomer managed to get her to a point where she can still rock the semi-long fur and be comfortable. She's also so SILKY. I don't know what magic they wash her with. Fairy tears or something. It's definitely not cheap (neither was the vet visit, the blood work, putting her under, and getting a groom at the vet), but I don't know too much about the general cost range of cat grooms—all I know is that I can afford it every 2-3 months, and the life of my mom's cat has improved significantly. So to me it's worth every penny.

I am truly grateful that I found Happy Cat Hotel! I rescued my fur baby 6 months ago. She would hide, and not let me trim her nails. She is now on a schedule for nail trims, and today had her first bath ever! Immediately she showed signs of being so much happier! She is short haired but was starting to mat. When we arrived home she was wandering around the house, instead of hiding per usual. I’m so grateful to all of the ladies here! ❤️ Aiko is a totally different cat from when we brought her home! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences from the happy cat staff! They are so welcoming and accommodating with whatever we need. I have a very shy cat, and they always take the best care and are so gentle and patient with him. I highly recommend them for cat grooming and nail trims, they also have the cutest themed rooms for all the cats that my daughter loves to visit so she can say hello to all the beautiful cats! Your fur babies will be in good hands with happy cat hotel!!

The staff and accommodations are absolutely stellar. You will never find a group of people who care as much for your cats as these guys do. I've had my cats stay with them several times and I'm grateful they do such a great job keeping me updated and informed. Best cat hotel place in the universe. Can I give 10 stars?

Everyone at Happy Cat Hotel was fantastic! Our two cats loved it there I loved the daily pictures and updates I received. Our cats were very happy to be there, they were both very happy and didn’t want to leave the hotel.

The best cat groomer around! We've tried them all before we found the Happy Cat Hotel. They are the best in the area. We drive 40 min from Western MA. The staff is welcoming and personable, they send before and after photos and our babies always look amazing! Our two boys always get a good report, which is a good sign because they can be a handful. They're not the cheapest in the area, but they provide such high quality services, it's worth every penny. Something else we and our cats appreciate is they don't use smelly shampoos and products.

I was hesitant about leaving my older diabetic boy anywhere while my husband and I went away. I was anxious because I know he gets nervous with changes, and he needs twice daily insulin shots. Not only did the staff take special care to make my baby feel safe and loved but they eased my nerves by sending me daily updates about his stay, complete with pictures that made my vacation even more enjoyable knowing that he was comfortable and happy. I could not recommend Happy Cat hotel enough.

Had such a good experience today for my dogs swimming lesson! Such knowledgable and caring staff. My Doberman sinks in the water, by the end of the lesson he was kicking all 4 feet! Can’t wait to continue and possibly do dock diving!

Had a great time at Millie’s first “Try It” session for dock diving! She loved it and both trainers were very helpful in their instruction. She did great and it made me so happy to see her do well!

I was very upset when I picked up my Rottweiler after my vacation. I was given one price when I left and an increase in price when I returned. When I questioned it, I was treated very rudely by the manager. She spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.The manager mentioned numerous times that she is putting her daughter through college and can’t adjust price or give discounts. I requested that my dog receive an exit bath and she was returned with a horrible stench and had diarrhea. They did not specify why she had diarrhea. In addition, we called to let them know that our flight was delayed and they never shared that she had diarrhea. I will never put my dog there again and I don’t think they have good hygiene habits in their kennel.

I took my time composing this, as I was very upset initially. I was spoken to rudely on the phone and at drop off, but I let that go. I took my dog for the required 5 hour evaluation to board. My usual kennel I board her at every year had no more space, so I sought another option. I dropped her and assumed all was well. Upon my pick up of her 5 hours later I was informed she was never removed from the kennel due to her high levels of stress. I never received a call from them to have the option to pick her up. I asked why I wasn’t informed of her extreme distress and was met with literally no answer. She had a large cut on her nose, she and was ill for two days after. She boards every year and has never had an issue before, she is very social and goes to the dog park weekly. I can’t understand why I wouldn’t be informed of her panic when it went on for the whole 5 hours so I could choose to come get her. There was no explanation for the cut on her nose. I don’t know what happens there, but I certainly would not recommend.

I hurt my back , and have a yellow Labrador retriever 12 week old puppy couldn’t take care of him!!! Call Wagging tails. And they took him right in. Went to pick him up all I saw was a happy little puppy. they were great they checked with my vet make sure he had all his shots!!! Took him back today!! he couldn’t get in the door quick enough he just loves the staff I say five stars!!! Somehow it says for trying to get it to say five but definitely a five star

Went twice I will not go back I found a better place I travel an hr away. This last time we waited an hr appointment. The pool is still green algae, trainer stated that don't bring her ball she ll drink the water which make her stomach turn No in reality the green algae just for her being in the pool and her cleaning her selfafter wards she might have systems such as know diarrhea .cyanobacteria is poisonous and could be life threatening so please dont go to this place I found a better place where there is actually a private lesson for an hr where the pool is clean they have multiple other events they train there cheaper by 10 bucks there punctual. I can only imagine what the kennels look like at this wagging tails facility if what this pool looks like.and my dog is my service dog can't go anywhere hopefully when I go to my doctor s appointment she diarrhea s before going in to the va .

Rosa loved her stay here! I'll use these guys again! Highly recommend! When she came back home, it was a seamless transition. Like we never left. This place is the next best thing to staying at 'grandma's house'! So cool! Staff treated my little girl like she was family. I loved the photos and reports they sent daily. This feature was so beneficial to my piece of mind while away. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face playing with other dogs and making friends. Excellent social interaction they are promoting by mixing dogs based on personality and not size. This is a great place that understands how to treat our little fur babies. Its definitely not just a kennel. It's her home away from home. I'm considering using the daycare program to teach Rosie how to swim. We'll be back!

Hired for a week only showed up for two days, lost two cats, non-hired individuals entered our home, door unlocked, alarm broken, keys not returned so locks had to be replaced *documentation provided by police who arrived on site when arrived and home unlocked, dark and contents proved no one had entered for five days! Cugo was reprehensibley rude, unprofessional

Maximiliano had the best time of his life. Staff and owners were extremely attentive and amazing. I was not wrong when I decide to drive for 90 minutes to bring Maximiliano there for a few hours. I wish I could live closer so that we could bring Max every day. We LOVE this place.
