The staff there are always so kind and excited to see my pup. They greet us and typically know who I am dropping off. I love that I can watch the cameras but I also know that my pup is going to be treated so well while there to play with other dogs. Love Dogtopia!

One of the main things I love is that it’s the standard of care for daycare to come with boarding and isn’t an “additional service.” To allow dogs to socialize when they have to be boarded shouldn’t be something you have to add on as an extra service like other competitors here in our town. I also loved having access to the camera so that I could check in on him during the day. My doggo was a very happy pup when I picked him up! It was like picking a kid up from summer camp. I can’t say the same about another place we have taken him to, in which I could tell by his demeanor that he had been upset while being boarded. The atmosphere and people made me feel so comfortable leaving him at Dogtopia - Lexington.

Anyone that knows me knows that I am a crazy dog mom and constantly worry about my dogs. I love that I am able to take my greyhound Luna to Dogtopia where I know she will be taken care of during the day and I don't have to worry about her being lonely or about her being safe when I'm away on trips . I'm very leery of just anyone watching my dog (people are crazy these days) but the staff at Dogtopia have always been great and I know that they love Luna too. I just got a second greyhound, Simon, who also has started going to Dogtopia and has taken to the staff and other dogs as well. Greyhounds are not typically the type of dog that enjoys a daycare but they love going to see their friends at Dogtopia and get excited to go. My dogs and I will be lifelong loyal customers due to the care and compassion the staff at Dogtopia have. P.S. I love that they do fun events for holidays and birthdays, see cute pics for example!!

Everyone here is so friendly and they treat every fur baby like their own. I adopted my baby earlier this year, she had come from an abusive past and was terrified of people, the kind and patient people who work here were able to reestablish her trust in people and Inari now literally jumps for joy when it's time for her to go to Dogtopia.

Very disppointed! My daughter brought my dog in today for a reevaluation meet and greet,( even though she’s been there three times before) The guy took her back to the first area, said that she barked at another dog and turned her around and told my daughter she was too aggressive to stay there. I have never had a situation like this. She has always been happy and has never had a complaint about her! When my daughter called me and told me they were not approving her to stay I called to try to get more detail and the rude young man on the phone didn’t seem to wanna tell me what was going on nor help. My daughter also said he did not greet her When she brought our dog in. Terrible customer service! This is why I am now booked at Pet Suite's of Hamburg! I needed a nine day board with bath. This company just lost out on $600🤦🏻‍♀️

The best daycare I could ask for. The love the staff has for the pups is evident in everything they do. They do theme days, extra treats, and donate to local animal charities. Love following them on social media to see all their activities and updates! The spa is also fantastic, my pup is even excited to go get his nails cut!

We've used Dogtopia for almost a year now. They have been amazing with our two year old rescue. She can be anxious being away from her family but she absolutely loves it at Dogtopia.

Always so friendly and knowledgeable! They greet me at the door ready to take my dog back and know him by name. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby!

This girl had her first day at Dogtopia today! She walked in the door and has been in this position for 2.5 hours. Safe to say that if she could talk, she would give them 5stars.......odd location but the staff encountered were great and reassuring. Would have been nice to see pics/vids of the day but we are just learning about the offerings. We will be back for our next play session soon!!

Everyone was so friendly and they are all dog lovers. I felt good leaving my "boys" with them. We used daycare for the Derby weekend events. It was our first time using a doggy daycare facility. I totally recommend these folks. I will use dogtopia again in the future.

Unbound dogs has been amazing. I have used them for over a year now and they have been able to accommodate me on last minute bookings if the need arises, and they are always doing fun parties and events for the dogs. I love it, and my dog loves it too. She’d rather be there than at home!

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing this place is. The staff is phenomenal, and made accommodations for my elderly dog while I boarded her. They still made sure that she spent time socializing and she came home with a new pep in her step. On separate occasions, they even traveled to my house to let her out when she was unable to attend daycare. Not only are they great with your pets, but the owners really get to know you as a person. A few months after my elderly dogs passing, the owner, Lauren, reached out to me about a dog she was fostering that she thought would be a good fit for my personality and lifestyle. She was accommodating to my needs as a full time student while adopting a new dog, and I couldn't be more thankful for my new best friend. If you are looking for a doggy daycare that will love your dog as much as you do, this is 100% the place.

We are nervous pet parents who don't trust many people with our pups. Unbound Dogs has made taking them in for boarding and daycare so easy. Not only do they love our dogs almost as much as we do, but our dogs are always so excited when they know they're going for a visit. (When the suitcases come out, they know they're going for boarding and start jumping around!) Highly recommend Unbound Dogs to anyone nervous about the daycare and boarding process.

We have traveled all over the country and this is one of the only daycares that caters to the schedule of a nurse! So unbelievably thankful for the hours and healthcare discount. If all of that doesn't sell you, then the staff certainly will. The 2 sisters (Hope and Lauren) that run this place are so amazing and always available via text. Communication is always prompt and kind. My dog literally whines when we pull up in the morning and is exhausted by pick up time. Thanks for always taking great care of Elvis 🥰

Our boy Nik has enjoyed daycare at Unbound Dog for the past 2 years. Every visit continues to be met with great excitement and he loves the staff immensely. Indoor and outdoor playtime (weather permitting) are both available. And each holiday brings fun and unique activities such as this past Christmas, photos with the Grinch. We appreciate and are happy to support this small business. Drop-off and pick-up both have a four-hour window making it very convenient for our changing schedule, while scheduling is as simple as sending a text. This is a business that cares about its clientele both human and canine. We strongly recommend Unbound Dog.

The only daycare place in Lexington that has hours that work with healthcare workers schedule. My pup is so excited every time we pull in the parking lot and is exhausted when he gets home. Being able to text to schedule is such an added bonus. Extremely convenient

My pup, Milo, LOVES Unbound Dogs! He always is so pumped to get inside for daycare or boarding. I get to enjoy a tired dog after also :) They treat the dogs so good there and he absolutely loves it! Great prices also, very accommodating to healthcare workers schedule as well.

Amazing daycare and boarding. Our dog always loves being there and having so much fun. They helped us out and boarded our dog at last minute notice. Our dog had so much fun and so tired when we picked her up. I would give more stars if I can!

This was my dog's second home for almost a year, and they took care of her like she was theirs including when she was sick and had to be taken to the emergency vet. As a healthcare worker their opening time and discounts were life savers. Piper and I will miss having such good and reliable daycare!

Honey LOVES going to daycare! Unbound is the only place my socially challenged Honey is boarded and still treated like a normal dog. She loves seeing all her friends and getting to run and play with nap breaks and some lunch. She comes home happy and tired every time.

I love uptown hound because with their package we can get updates and pictures of our boy while we are on vacation or on a weekend getaway! The staff is very hands on from the time you walk through! Very happy with our fur baby stay with them! Will be coming back!

I love Uptown Hounds that care and know the dogs by their name. Anytime they groom i always get pictures. I love the fact there is on-site vet in case of emergencies. My pup Enzo loves going to Daycare

My Dog Henry has been to a few doggy day cares and this one surpasses all of them. There seems to be plenty for dogs to do, and the staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to capture every happy moment that my dog has at the day care. I don’t write many reviews so this would speak highly of how far I’m willing to write a review. Will definitely come back here and be sure to reference me as a referral on your first visit

My sweet FiFi was beautiful and happy after her groom day. She was not nervous or anxious but glad to see me and show off! I even found some unique fur-baby Christmas gifts. Uptown Hound has some Uptown sweet and professional staff. Great experience!

After a disappointing experience at another doggy daycare a friend encouraged me to try Uptown where her dog goes to daycare. I am SO glad we did! My Frenchie had the BEST time and ran to the door the following day to go back inside to play with his new friends. Facility is clean and everyone who works there seems to really enjoy dogs! I have loved using Snaggle Foot for my cat's care when I go out of town! The owner is always quick to respond--I reached out about a week before my first trip and was able to set up a meet and greet a couple days later. Afterwards, I felt at ease knowing that my cat was in good hands each day while I was away, and I appreciated the post-visit texts and pictures of my cat. I would recommend Snaggle Foot to anyone in the Lexington area!

I started using Snaggle Foot over a year ago when my elderly Golden needed a bathroom break in the middle of the day. Karen and her team have been amazing! It is so convenient to schedule visits and pay bills on the website and they are great with last minute additions and cancellations. It made me feel better to know someone was checking on him during the day and our sitter Kelly has been wonderful about texting if anything is out of the ordinary during her visit. I highly recommend the Snaggle Foot team!

I cannot say enough nice things about Snaggle Foot! We moved to KY and had a horrible experience with another pet sitting app that would agree to tend to our two dogs, only to cancel a day or two later. Snaggle Foot is a professional and caring pet care service that is responsive to the customer and loving to the fur babies! Highly recommended!

I wish I could give Kathy, Ryan and the rest of the Snagglefoot team more than 5 stars! Kathy (the owner) came to my house to do an interview with my pug Pete and I, and answered all of the questions I had. I felt so comfortable using Snagglefoot after meeting Kathy in person. The first time we used Snagglefoot, I called Kathy in the morning when I realized my flight home was going to be delayed. Ryan got to our house within a few hours and took Pete on a nice long walk to hold him over until I got home. She even left a detailed note telling us what they did! I so appreciate Snagglefoot, and I wish we started using them sooner!

When I was recovering from surgery, all the dog walkers and owner were amazing! I also had a smaller, elderly dog who passed away while using snagglefoot, and they were all so nice and understanding. I used them for two or three months I think. Would definitely use again!

We called on these fine folks out of an emergency. They were referred by a good friend who has used them and continue to call on them as they travel a lot. I got to say that I have been extremely impressed and I will never call on anyone else!!! Our provider was right on point!! she even watered our plants and brought in our mail!!! was just like clockwork!! Love Love Love these guy's!!! Highly recommend. 10 Stars!! **********

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! We left our 3 dogs and 2 cats at home in their care during our last 7 day vacation and we couldn’t have been happier! The animals uninterrupted daily routine and comforts of home gave us peace of mind and with their pet report and photos with every visit we hardly missed them while we were gone. The Critter Sitters are amazing! I first used their services in 2010 and have continued to use them to care for my dogs when out of town or if we aren’t able to give mid-day breaks to our pups. Recently, I ran into an emergency and had to call them to have someone come unplanned to care for my dogs. They were here as quick as possible for a visit. They are very reliable. Their loving updates are very cute and entertaining. They send pictures with every update. The pictures are amazing to the point I think they are secretly dog photogs. I trust them completely to come into my home and care for my dogs while we are away. I never have to worry about my dogs which allows me to enjoy time vacation. Our boys love every sitter that has visited. I cannot say enough good things about them. I spread word of mouth to anyone that will listen so now I'm taking my praise to the internet!

I absolutely recommend Critter Sitters and I can't thank them enough for the level of care they took for our babies while we were out of town! I got updates with every visit that included pictures. I have three cats who are a handful and they did so well with them. I was honestly worried the cats would be upset that we came back 😅. The counselors really go above and beyond to make things fun for the dogs, especially with the special monthly activities, some of which are just so funny but they fully commit. Every employee I interact with knows my dog by name, knows her personality, and is clearly invested in the animals and paying attention to them. I cannot say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow, I actually put off moving because I don’t want to be too far from Camp! My dog loves it!

The staff is always very friendly and truly care about my pups. They always greet us all by name! My dogs are always excited to go so I know they love to be there and that gives me peace of mind. Everyone is very friendly!! You can see your dogs all day on the cameras if you would like to. The staff treats each dog with respect, care and love! My puppy can sometimes get overstimulated & they are trained to know when she needs her downtime in a comfy cabin. We love Camp Bow Wow

I worked at this location for about a year and haven’t found a place in comparison to this dog daycare/boarding facility since I left. Although I never took my own, their employees treat each and every dog like their own. This facility offers cheap enrichments all year round and genuinely care about their clients’ pups. Your dog’s safety is their top priority. It’s an easy going environment and super clean. The employees are knowledgeable and are trained to monitor dog behavior. I gained connections to the dogs and I know other employees did too. Don’t have another doubt about taking your furry friend here.

Love Camp Bow Wow!! Luka gets so excited when I say the word “daycare” and when we get in the car and he realizes where he is going. He loves everyone there and that says a lot. He forgets all about me when we get there! The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for the dogs and it’s obvious they love what they do.

I love Camp Bow Wow, it is a way from Lydia to enjoy being a dog with other dogs and build her self-confidence. I love the extra activities like snuggle time or playing, even bathing! And I love being able to peek in on her by the cameras without interrupting her social time to enjoy being with other dogs.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is so friendly. They seem to like people almost as much as they love dogs! Phone calls and emails get answered right away. The whole environment is dog centric and dog safe. You can even see your pup on the petcam in real time. I’m always bragging about Bow Wow to anyone needing doggy daycare or boarding.
